Meanwhile, it's already making moves to carry out another common aspect of autocracy, subjugating the federal legislature.
Issuing a truth social command to the Republican senators who will be vying for leader by demanding that they agree in advance to recess appoint his cabinet and that they approve no more Biden judges to the federal courts.
You can presume that all three aspiring Russian Republican leaders, I should say, John Thune of South Dakota, Rick Scott of Florida, and John Cornyn of Texas, will all meekly promise to comply.
Apparently Rick Scott already has.
Lest Trump play the Putin daddyship forward by humiliating them to the cheers of his oligarchs and his base.
rachel maddow
He's going to have a Republican-controlled Senate.
They will confirm his appointees no matter who they are.
So why is Trump now telling the Senate to go into recess, to shut themselves down, so they can't vote to confirm his appointees?
Why is he doing that?
He's doing that so the Senate won't have to vote to confirm his appointees.
If the Senate is in recess, he can make recess appointments.
He can just install people in their positions without the Senate ever voting for them.
Even though the Senate would definitely vote for them if they took a vote.
He's telling the United States Senate to shut itself down so he can operate independently and on his own.
Even though they don't have any intention of stopping him, he doesn't even want to give them a say.
I draw your attention to this because of all the discussion we have had as a country about Trump's dictator on day one promises, his authoritarian values and promises and threats.
One of the things that hasn't been talked about very much is that we have a three-part system of government.
Co-equal branches of government.
The judiciary, the legislature, and the executive.
We have a three-part system of government.
But what's the first rule of authoritarianism?
It's that there's one guy in charge.
It's that there can be no other source of authority in the government other than the dear leader.
So if there has to be a Congress, well, it certainly shouldn't be a Congress with any power.
It shouldn't be a Congress that has any role in governing.
And frankly, same thing for the courts, right?
This is something that I've been trying to raise flags about in advance.
You know how sometimes you can just feel something is getting traction or not getting traction?
Like, you can tell this is not getting traction.
But I'm just going to keep saying it because this is what's coming.
We're already seeing it.
Watch.
For moves early on to consolidate power for him, not just within the executive branch, which they are obviously doing, right?
This whole thing about firing all the civil servants, firing all the career government employees.
What's that about doing?
It's about consolidating the executive branch so there's no source of authority and no directive force in the executive branch at all other than the president himself.
That is about consolidating the power of the executive branch.
But also look to him.
To disempower, to hollow out, to neuter, to sideline the other two branches of government.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
It's Tuesday, 12 November in the year of our Lord, 2021.
One week from the massive landslide that brought us to power.
Remember, The month of November, December, seize the institutions.
You know, Rachel Maddow and those folks have mocked us for, oh, we're anti-institutionalists.
We want to burn it down.
No, that's not true.
We want to get control of these and reform them and reconstruct them, and that is exactly what we're going to do.
And they're multiple centers of power.
Sorry you don't like it, but that's what's happening.
I've got both Eric Prince who addressed the new senators last night on Capitol Hill.
Mike Davis is with me.
Scott Bessent has a major editorial in the Wall Street Journal about Trump's economic plan.
Scott will be joining us.
Jack Posobiec.
We're all over the Senate situation today.
The number is 202-224-3121.
They're back at work today.
It's not a federal holiday.
We need everybody up and manned up or to go get Bill Blaster, download the app.
I need you to call both their offices on Capitol Hill and their local offices.
You need to tell them first and foremost, number one, If you don't demand that the votes public, we need you to come out and say publicly who you're supporting.
You cannot let your senator hide like some cockroach under a rock.
They must come out and tell us exactly who they're supporting.
They also have to commit, whoever they're voting for, or whoever you're voting for, you have to make them commit to give President Trump these recess days.
And number three, hey, no Cornyn, no Thune.
No Cornyn, no Thune.
They're McConnell puppets.
Mike Davis, Rachel Maddow, they're in full meltdown.
Now it's away from retribution to we're actually going to consolidate power because President Trump's a dictator.
Isn't it the Constitution?
Correct me if I'm wrong, Davis.
Because you're one of the lawyers he depends upon.
In winning the presidency, he's the chief executive of the actual government himself.
He is the commander-in-chief of the military.
He's the senior civilian figure.
He's the commander-in-chief of the armed forces.
And he's the chief magistrate.
One thing that they don't like to talk about, he's the chief magistrate also.
Is anything President Trump doing right now, or the activities of his people, anything outside the Constitution, Brother Davis?
mike davis
Not at all.
I mean, the President of the United States is elected by all Americans to run the executive branch.
It seems like it's the people, the Democrat operatives in the Justice Department and elsewhere who are the ones who are subverting the Constitution.
They're openly calling for undermining the duly elected President I would say this to the Justice Department employees.
If the president of the United States gives any executive branch employee a lawful order, including at the Justice Department, because you work for the attorney general of the United States who works for the president of the United States, if you don't want to follow that order, you should leave.
If you have a policy disagreement with that lawful order of the president of the United States elected by all Americans, you should resign and run for Congress because the American people didn't put you in the Justice Department as a faceless, nameless bureaucrat to undermine our democracy.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, what he's referring to, there have been three major articles and more coming out every day, but there's been an article about the lawyers at the Justice Department are very nervous and they're focused on what they can do to subvert Trump.
There's an article today saying the scientists, everybody in the scientific community over in all of the administrative state that's associated with HHS You know, like CDC, FDA, all of it, all the scientists are thinking if they don't resign en masse of how they use science, trust the science to stop Trump.
And I think most, as disturbing as those who are, Mike, there's an article coming out about the Pentagon, about the Pentagon lawyers are reviewing about lawful orders.
Hey, here's what you should do.
You should review, get your resume out, and start sending it out and just leave.
Just leave.
It's quite obvious, is it not, Mike Davis, that they intend to not just resist, but to obstruct President Trump as commander in chief, as chief magistrate, and as chief executive of the government, sir?
mike davis
Well, if they do that, they're going to get fired and they should get fired.
And if they actually obstruct justice in the process, they should be prosecuted.
I don't know who these people think they are, where they think that they're going to stand in the way.
They're delusional enough where they think they're protecting the American people from the duly elected president of the United States who just won in a landslide with 312 electoral votes.
All seven swing states and some D.C. bureaucrats in the Justice Department, some left wing wacko who's probably still still wearing a Ukraine face mask and has had 15 COVID shots, thinks that they know what's best for the American people instead of the president of the United States.
steve bannon
Eric Prince, you talked, you addressed the new senators last night over on Capitol Hill.
Your thoughts, particularly the Defense Department, where right now they're going through and they have their lawyers saying, oh, we really got to figure out what's a lawful order.
Didn't we go through this with Milley?
And my strongest recommendation to the president, I think Mike Davis would support this, is to read on day one, Recall General Milley to active duty, which the president's commander-in-chief has full authority to do.
Recall him to active duty and make him face a court-martial.
Court-martial him.
And let's see what a military tribunal says about Milley's activity as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from June of, let's pick some random dates, from June of 2020 until the high noon on the 20th of January of 2021.
Eric Prince, your thoughts?
unidentified
Yeah, he acknowledges that he was in contact with the Chinese counterparts.
Is that really within the Constitution for him to be doing that?
I don't think so.
That's not his role.
Look, there needs to be a culling of the senior ranks.
You have as many general officers now as we did during World War II when we had 10 times as many troops.
So there's a reason we have so much bureaucracy and so much ineptitude.
It's because it's a massive blob of a committee.
President Trump needs to consolidate and severely reduce the massive Pentagon bloat, both civilian population and especially amongst general officers and colonels.
We need a lot more teeth and a lot less tail.
You have about 12 tail for every tooth you have in the Pentagon right now.
So the whole Pentagon needs to go on a diet, including Mark Milley.
Okay.
steve bannon
What about this over the Pentagon?
They're going through right now and getting the lawyers to see about the quote-unquote lawful orders.
How intense is the obstruction of President Trump as he tries to put in America First policies in the Pentagon?
He has not announced His Pentagon, his Secretary of Defense, he has announced that Congressman Walls will be National Security Advisor, Marco Rubio will be the Secretary of State.
But talk to me about the Pentagon itself, at the second and third tiers, going through right now and trying to Trump-proof the Pentagon.
unidentified
Well, first, let me talk about Mike Waltz.
It's a fantastic pick.
And just contrast him to Jake Sullivan, who is a Senate staffer who never did anything difficult or dangerous in his life.
He literally hung around the swamp and floated to the surface.
Versus Mike Waltz, who is a combat leader.
His men loved him, served well in Army Special Forces.
That's the right person to be helping guide the president's policy about sending people, committing troops or not, as to what is America's interest.
The second and third layer of bureaucracy in the Pentagon, look, the whole thing needs a massive culling.
They're used to kind of doing their own thing because you have an entire military that has got used to a culture of no accountability.
No one's been fired for the debacle that's Afghanistan or Somalia or Yemen or any of these things.
So nobody's used to being fired.
eric prince
There's nothing like a massive firing that needs to reshape their minds and reshape their thinking.
unidentified
If we had significantly few officers after that, fine, because there's a lot more that we need right now.
And I would rather have those funds applied to actually next generation lethality.
That should be the mission of the Pentagon, not to how green they are or social engineering or ESG or DEI or anything like that.
It is how well you can slay the enemies of the United States if it comes to that, because that's what actually builds deterrence.
and reduces the necessity of deploying troops in combat for the first time.
steve bannon
Like Senator Tuberville says, why don't we get ready to fight some wars if we have to?
We don't want to.
President Trump's a man of peace, but can actually win those wars.
Okay, short break.
Davis and Eric Prince are going to stick with me.
We're going to talk about the investigation into NGOs that have exacerbated the invasion of our beloved republic.
Scott Bess is going to be here to talk about President Trump's economic plan in the pages of the Wall Street Journal.
Jack Pasoba will join me later.
We're on a jihad in the U.S. Senate, 202-224-3121.
Light your senator up today.
Number one, their vote must be public.
Number two, they must back a candidate who gives President Trump the recess days he needs.
We say, hey, they're 15 in the first hundred.
And last but not least, no Thune, no Cornyn, no McConnell.
Short commercial break, Johnny Kahn takes us out with American Heart.
Johnny Kahn of Breitbart.
Be back in a moment in the war room.
unidentified
So I suggest you take a look inside.
Because I think you changed already.
You went in long.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
steve bannon
Scott Besson is going to join us in a minute from the Wall Street Journal, Markets Hail.
TRUMP'S TRIUMPH Markets Hail, Trump's Triumph.
Amazing piece.
Scott's a market guy.
Amazing piece from the Wall Street Journal.
We'll have Scott on here to dissect it.
Birch Gold.
When markets get turbulent or we go through turbulent times financially, economically, gold has been a hedge for 5,000 years of man's recorded history.
You want to find out why?
Go to birchgold.com.
We have the end of the dollar empire, I don't know, five, six, seven installments, all free.
Kind of a master class, according to Vanity Fair, a master class in macroeconomics.
All for you.
But talk to the folks at Birch Gold.
Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
Make sure you go check it out today.
We give you access to Philip Patrick, so go ask him.
The precious metals, does it make sense as an investment opportunity for you or as a hedge against inflation?
Make sure you go talk to Philip Patrick and the guys at Birchgold, birchgold.com.
Okay, Mike Davis.
I've got Mike Davis, Eric Prince starting things off here.
Mike, two things.
So I'll get to Brother Walls in a minute, because the war room posse is always on point, and I think they've got a little concern about him being a neocon.
Rubio's bad enough.
But tell me about General Milley.
You and I have been on this from the beginning, but you've actually taken it to kind of a legal level.
Tell me about General Milley.
mike davis
So I wrote a piece in Town Hall on October 26th when it published on General Milley laying out the case against him, how he was insubordinate and undermined President Trump.
And the biggest problem that General Milley may face is he allegedly told China That he would give China a heads up before the President of the United States took any military action against China.
And if that is true, not only is that criminal, that borders on treason, if not treason itself.
China is certainly our enemy.
And the fact that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Thinks that it's his job to tell our enemy if the president is going to launch a surprise attack so our enemy could be prepared for that surprise attack.
I don't know how you can look at that anything other than treason.
steve bannon
Talk to me about, by the way, there'll be a lot we'll have to say about Milley over the next weeks and months ahead until we get to January 20th that he can be dealt with.
Is Waltz a neocon, sir?
mike davis
You know, I volunteered for President Trump's policy platform committee for the Republican National Committee.
I was the constitutional law lead on that committee, and I worked with Congressman Mike Walz.
He was the co-chair.
Senator Black, Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee, was the chair.
They were very hands-on, very much involved with Trump's I'm a huge fan of Congressman Mike Waltz with his military service,
with his commitment to President Trump, his commitment to America First.
Mike Waltz will make a fantastic national security advisor for President Trump.
steve bannon
Eric Prince, is Mike Waltz a, is he a neocon or America First, brother?
Audience wants to know.
There are a lot of questions out there.
unidentified
He is a serious America First guy.
I am very, very thankful he's in that seat.
steve bannon
So you can tell our audience, because people think very highly of you, you're saying he's America first, and dovetail with what Davis said, because he rewrote the platform to comport with President Trump's America first tendencies, direction, policy?
unidentified
Yes, and if it comes time to commit troops, he's going to commit them all in, no half measures, none of the managed nonsense conflict we've dealt with for 25 years.
eric prince
If we're going to send troops into battle, you know, Clausewitz said, Since World War II. Enough.
steve bannon
Yeah.
unidentified
Since World War II, we've got our young— He will have a War Department mentality, not a Defense Department mentality, and that's what we have to have.
steve bannon
Okay, but we've got to have guys, hopefully this guy's the guy, but since Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, American fighting men and women don't lack courage.
What they lack is leaders who know how to make sure that their lives are well spent.
If they're going to give their lives to the country, it's well spent.
The problem is they throw these lives away like they don't count for anything.
Eric, real quick, I know you've got to bounce.
I'm going to get this done before the bottom of the hour.
You wrote an amazing tweet About NGOs, and you believe they should be prosecuted for working and conspiring to basically lead an invasion of our country.
Can you explain that?
I want Mike Davis to jump in.
unidentified
Sure.
In 1996, Congress expanded the RICO Act, racketeering influence in corrupt organizations, to include provisions of the Immigration and Neutrality Act.
And what it says is, it says that the INA makes it unlawful to encourage illegal immigration or employ illegal aliens to Which violations were included as a predicate offense under RICO. So what it does is it gives the Attorney General, this is not a new law, this is a 1996 law that's never been enforced, to go after the NGOs, which are systematically organizing mass invasion of our country through illegal immigration.
It's not organized crime, it's industrialized crime, and the NGOs are at the center of it.
This gives the means for people to prosecute them, and they should.
And the second tweet I sent out was about the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which stripped, it exempted members of the Communist Party from protection, from civil rights protection as employees of the United States.
So the Communist Control Act of 1954 deprived the Communist Party of its legal rights.
We have a lot of actual communist and super-socialist sympathizers in the U.S. government right now.
It's another means for President Trump to employ existing law To help drain the swamp.
I just wanted to bring that to people's attention.
steve bannon
And particularly Rachel Maddow's production staff.
Mike Davis, about the NGOs, is Eric Prince onto something here?
Can we actually start an investigation of how these NGOs worked in unison, right?
Worked in unison to exacerbate the invasion of our southern border, sir?
mike davis
There should absolutely be a criminal investigation of this.
What happened was Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on day one destroyed President Trump's border destroyed the best immigration system we've had in this country in decades and they intentionally illegally allowed a mass invasion over Over 10 million illegal immigrants into our country, they used mass parole, which is illegal.
We have unvetted and unvettable fighting age men from all over the world, the worst trouble spots around the world, Venezuelan gangs raping and kidnapping and robbing and murdering people.
This is unacceptable.
Even if President Biden has presidential immunity for what he did, that doesn't mean these DHS officials and Justice Department officials and these outside NGOs are off the hook.
steve bannon
How should that investigation commence?
Because we really want action, action, action.
We want to take it from the theoretical to the practical.
How would you do that?
How would you go about it?
mike davis
Well, if I were President Trump, I would order my acting Attorney General on day one to order a probe.
And, you know, you hear these Democrats say that the President can't order his Attorney General to open probes.
He absolutely can.
He is the head of the executive branch.
There is a long-standing precedent on this.
Mark Paoletta has written extensively on this, and the President Can and should order his acting attorney general to open a probe.
The president can and should order his DHS to start the mass deportations immediately.
And frankly, the president should order his military to repel an invasion if he has to.
steve bannon
Eric Prince, before I let you go, you really got things going, the conversation going with that amazing tweet.
We think you're 1000% correct, and we're going to make sure we drive that.
A question before you go, from our audience, would you be open to serving President Trump in the country, our beloved republic, as either DNI, CIA, or maybe Deputy National Security Advisor?
unidentified
I love the country.
I am bought into the republic fully.
And if the president needs help, I will certainly raise my hand and help again.
steve bannon
Eric, you're off today.
We hope to track you down in the next couple of days.
You'll be in South Florida.
We will hook up with you, connect with you down there, sir.
Thank you so much.

unidentified

steve bannon
Eric Prince, thank you very much.
Appreciate you coming on, brother.
I'm going to try to keep Mike Davis here for a minute.
Scott Besson is going to address it.
I've got a lot more to go through with Mike Davis.
Mike Davis has this brilliant way of making their heads blow up.
You saw that on the story yesterday when President Trump's pulled in two directions on retribution, either unity or revenge.
I think Mike Davis is in the revenge camp.
I'm just kidding.
Mike Davis is a good man.
He's a good and quality man.
He's going to stick around with us.

Scott Besant joins us from South Florida, from Palm Beach, where he's going to talk to us about his piece in the Wall Street Journal about President Trump and capital markets throughout the world.
next in the word.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
Welcome back.
Scott Besson joins us...
Scott Bessin joins us now.
Scott Bessin joins us now.
I'm here in the world's financial capital.
Scott is not today.
He's down in South Florida.
Amazing piece in our beloved Wall Street Journal, Markets Hail, Trump's Economics.
But I like the subtitle of the poll quote from there, Scott.
If you can please talk to our audience about it.
President Trump will repair the Biden damage and his pro-growth agenda will drive private investment.
Scott Bessin.
I want to walk you walk this audience through the activist Trump MAGA base What do you mean that this is the land?
You've been on here for now over a year, maybe two years, talking about, hey, we got one last shot to have a pro-growth agenda before what Biden and the radical Democrats have done with the debt, the deficit, the capital markets that we don't have the chance.
What do you mean by that?
Why do you say we have one last shot to have a pro-growth agenda?
And what would that pro-growth agenda be, sir?
scott bessent
Steve, great to be with you.
As we've talked about many times before, I got involved with this campaign for two reasons.
Donald Trump's the most transformative political figure of this century.
But two, as a financial analyst, I could see that the way the Biden administration was racking up the debt during their four years, that if there's a tipping point where you cannot grow your way out of it.
Where you're too heavy to ever get on the treadmill, you're gonna have a heart attack.
And their agenda, I believed, was to, it was deeply cynical, was to turn us into a European-style social democracy where you had to, the only thing you could do to stabilize the debt was higher taxes.
And now, with the red wave, President Trump coming out swinging on deregulation, we have an incredible opportunity to turn this around.
Now, it's not going to be easy.
You know, I've said this is going to be like landing on an aircraft carrier in a Cat 5, the hurricane, with the mess they've left us.
But the more I hear about the plans and the people who are on board, I get very optimistic.
And I've been on here several times saying we have to re-privatize the economy.
Biden-Harris plan was an old-style central planning, bordering on Soviet-style plan.
It didn't work in the 60s and 70s under the best and the brightest.
And we got the great inflation.
And now I wanted to write a couple of things in that piece.
One, I wanted to call out these Nobel laureates who have just consistently wronged And they don't care.
They just keep publishing twaddle.
One of them is married to Janet Yellen's husband.
And they said that the Biden-Harris spending wouldn't cause inflation.
We have the worst inflation in 40 years.
But now we have a chance to deregulate.
And, Steve, I think your viewers are most affected And we read most about taxes.
But the really insidious part of the Biden four years is just this regulatory burden.
And it just kept taking it up and up and up.
And they're suppressing what we call in economics animal spirit.
And adding cost onto whether you are a company or a homeowner.
Perfect example, I'm buying a new house.
It needs HVAC. I've got to get the HVAC in by December 31, or it's going to cost me $7,000 more based on some methane rule.
Sorry, Freon rule.
And on January 1, the same HVAC is $7,000 more.
And that's why we've got this incredible affordability crisis.
And just imagine that at every layer of government.
And I think what's exciting here, no one has been more terrified about this debt stack and the coming refinance we've got to do But for the first time, if you think about it just a very simple equation, government equals spending minus taxes, all we ever hear is the tax side.
And now, if we can address this spending side, and Eli is saying $2 trillion, that I think if we could get $100 billion a year over 10 years, that scores of $1 trillion in this cockamamie CBO scoring, and that'll stabilize the bond market, and we can go from there.
It's an incredible opportunity.
steve bannon
If we don't take advantage of this opportunity now, what's going to happen?
If we don't put in, and by the way, it's going to be tough.
We're going to have to hammer through the pro-growth strategy, particularly President Trump.
You've got the debt ceiling.
You're going to run out of money December 20th.
That'll be kicked into the Trump administration.
He'll want to get his hands on that.
Elon's promising these massive cuts from waste, fraud, and abuse.
But the tax cuts revert immediately.
If you don't get these pro-growth strategies in the first hundred days, Not a good thing, correct?
scott bessent
Well, we've got to be in the course to have everything done by this summer.
But I think the good news, and this is serious, we've got to get it done.
There is no fooling around.
We should not see legislatures trying to put too many pet projects into the bill.
And President Trump is resolute on this.
And I've been saying we have to reprivatize the economy.
And I predict that this month, November, December, Big business optimism under Biden and Harris has been fantastic.
Small business optimism has been terrible.
I predict that we're going to see a surge in small business optimism.
As a surrogate for President Trump, and I get all this pushback from the establishment media.
They said, oh, the economy is great.
And I said, no, the economy is not great.
The aggregate numbers are great.
The top 10, 20 percent have never done so well.
Big companies have never done so well.
The bottom 50 percent of wage earners have gotten crushed and small businesses have gotten crushed.
And I think We can go back to the 2016 to January 2020 pre-COVID model where everyone does well.
And so I'm predicting a surge in small business optimism.
And Steve, you know me.
I'm a Wall Street guy who loves Main Street.
And Main Street has to drive this Trump boom.
It's going to be Main Street, small business, private enterprise, and I think we could really see something powerful here.
I think we need to have a big push in bank deregulation.
Community banks need to be allowed to lend their communities.
And, you know, I think that we've got to get a lot of the lending back into the banking system and let our banks lend.
They're dying to make loans.
I had lunch the other day with a top 20 bank CEO, and they got plenty of liquidity.
It's just the regulators won't let it out.
steve bannon
Scott, where do people go to follow you on social media?
I know you're putting up all your articles, everything you're writing and supporting President Trump.
Where do they go?
scott bessent

Scott Bessent, thank you very much for being there as an advisor to President Trump, writing this great article, and laying out the thoughts of a growth strategy, because we need one.
Thank you, brother.
scott bessent
See you, Steve.
steve bannon
If you take out the federal spending of Biden, we're at negative growth.
Remember, all those jobs are kind of government or government-adjacent jobs.
Pretty big news just broke Mike Davis, Judge Mershon, the New York courts.
There's breaking news about President Trump and your favorite, Letitia James and the lead prosecutor for Manhattan.
What do you got for us, sir?
mike davis
So Judge Juan Mershon was supposed to rule on a mistrial motion today after the Supreme Court held last June that not only is the president of the United States, any president, immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts,
these prosecutors also can't take evidence and use evidence that's subject to presidential immunity and that's exactly What Alvin Bragg and Matthew Colangelo, a Biden-Harris Justice Department political operative, and this Democrat Judge Juan Mershon, whose daughter, Lauren Michonne, is raising money off this case requiring Judge Michonne's recusal.
They let in evidence of President Trump's conversations with his White House top officials, Hope Hicks and Madeline.
Those conversations are clearly subject to presidential immunity.
They clearly could not come into evidence.
Bragg and Colangelo fought hard against Trump's lawyers to bring them into evidence.
and Judge Murshawn let them in of course because he's a hack And so now Judge Mershon has to declare a mistrial in this case.
There are so many reversible errors in this case.
It's a bogus case.
34 campaign finance felonies for a businessman settling a nuisance claim from seven years prior and putting it in his private books.
As a legal expense, I don't know what the hell else you would call it.
This case is a dog.
Let's see what Judge Marchand does.
I don't know why there needs to be a delay for another week.
And then a week after that, if he doesn't declare a mistrial on the 19th, Trump will be sentenced.
On November 26th.
So let's ask Judge Bershon this.
Does he really think that he's going to send the president-elect of the United States to Rikers Island instead of letting the American people send President Trump back to the White House?
steve bannon
The verdict came in on Mershon and this crowd in New York, and it was a landslide of the American people, including African American men, Hispanic men, Hispanics overall.
The verdict was, you guys are wrong.
President Trump's innocent.
We want him back in the White House.
How did they try to defend sending him to Rikers Island, sir?
mike davis
They can't.
And if they, if Judge Marchand does this, he, what is, what does he, does, is he looking, I'm not, I'm not advocating for this, but is he looking for a civil war?
What the hell does Judge Marchand think will happen if this partisan Democrat judge, corrupt judge, because his daughter is raising money off of this case, Requiring his recusal.
What does Mershon think is going to happen if you send the president-elect of the United States to Rikers Island on bogus charges when the American people just elected that president-elect in an overwhelming landslide?
312 electoral votes, all seven swing states.
It is time for Judge Mershon to back off Mike, can you hang on for one second?
steve bannon
I want to talk about actually going on offense on this very topic because I think there is a vast conspiracy against President Trump.
We're going to take a short break.
Warpath Coffee, that's warpath.coffee.com.
Go there, check it out right now.
This is Tej Gill and the Navy SEALs that said, hey, we got the best weapons in the world.
We have the best diving equipment.
We got the best communications equipment as Navy SEALs.
And we drink crappy Navy coffee.
You can get it on any destroyer, like the USS Paul F. Foster.
So he dedicated his life for great coffee.
We're his partner and we love it.

Short break.
We got Davis for a couple more minutes.
We're going to talk about the hunted become the hunters in the War Room.
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP. Welcome back.
steve bannon
I'm quick on the trigger here this morning.
Davis, since you make their heads blow up, I think more than anybody, maybe even more than President Trump's, Matthew Colangelo, Alvin Bragg, Big Tish James...
They're in your crosshairs, metaphorically, are they not, as a major investigation of what went down?
I actually think this may be bigger than even the National Archives, the White House, and what Jack Smith did in South Florida.
I think this one stinks to high heaven because they tried to get the states involved.
I think we got a lot of good ground we can cover on this one on a major investigation of a criminal conspiracy against President Trump.
I'm not a lawyer, right?
And I don't play one in the war room.
I bring in guys like Ewan McGinley.
Am I too far off base here, sir?
mike davis
Not at all.
Actually, Steve, we've been talking about this on this show.
For over two and a half years since Joe Biden ordered the unprecedented unnecessary and unlawful home raid on President Trump for presidential records Trump was allowed to have in the office of former president under the Presidential Records Act and that's what This whole lawfare against Trump is about Trump.
Remember what happened in 2016, Hillary Clinton as the Secretary of State had her illegal home server with our nation's most classified secrets.
More problematically, For Hillary, it had evidence of the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes.
They're taking tens of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation.
It pays for their lavish lifestyle for the Clintons.
They're taking this money from our foreign adversaries, foreign entities.
What did Hillary do as Secretary of State in exchange for those donations?
And maybe that home server had that evidence.
But Hillary took bleach bit to it.
She took hammers to the smartphones.
Remember, she famously tried to destroy that evidence.
But maybe, just maybe, the Russians hacked her illegal home server and they had that evidence.
And the Clintons, the Obama White House, Joe Biden as Vice President, Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State, maybe they were worried that that server would leak before the 2016 election.
So what happened?
You had Perkins Coie come up with the Steele dossier, a fake Russian collusion hoax.
They laundered it through our intel agencies and our Justice Department.
They got illegal spy warrants through the FISA courts on then-candidate Donald Trump.
They continued to spy on him as the President of the United States.
And why did they do this?
If this hacked material came out with the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes They wanted to be able to say it was a campaign dirty trick by Trump.
He was colluding with the Russians.
And you say, that sounds crazy.
How could you possibly think that?
Well, guess what?
These Democrat operatives did the same thing in 2020 with Hunter Biden's laptop of the Biden family corruption.
Remember, the CIA worked with the 51 former Intel officials to say that this had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign.
The laptop couldn't be trusted.
They deplatformed the New York Post.
The government worked with the big tech platforms to take the New York Post off big tech off the Internet.
Right.
So you couldn't read the story.
That would have swung the election if people knew about this corruption.
And so Trump had to fight for four years to get the crossfire hurricane records declassified that.
The day before he left office, he declassified them via presidential order.
Then they ran to Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff from the intel agencies and law enforcement, and said, you can't release these.
You'll violate the Privacy Act.
That is a crime if you do that.
So Mark Meadows, the day they left office, January 20th, 2021, the day they left office, Mark Meadows sent a memo saying, okay, do your Privacy Act review and then get out these Crossfire Hurricane records.
Well, guess what?
They didn't do that.
Instead, they raided Trump for Crossfire Hurricane.
They raided him and then They indicted him for espionage, for having his presidential records, which he's allowed to have.
Remember, they put the cover sheets for the classified documents, they staged them to take a photo of staged evidence to put out to try to hurt Trump politically.
Unfortunately, Jack Smith drew Judge Cannon and Jay Bratt drew Judge Cannon, so they knew That Cannon was going to be a fair judge.
And so they did this unprecedented second indictment of the same defendant in a different venue in DC for January 6th.
And then they worked with these other prosecutors, Fannie Willis and her boyfriend, Nathan Wade, Tish James up in New York, Alvin Bragg and Matthew Colangelo from the Biden Justice Department.
They ran this lawfare because they tried to destroy Trump financially, politically, legally.
They wanted Trump to die in prison instead of going back into the White House to declassify Crossfire Hurricane.
And when it looked like that wasn't going to stop them, they underfunded his Secret Service protection.
And Joe Biden said he's the gravest threat toward democracy and put a bullseye in it.
So you tell me what President Trump should do on day one.
I think he should publicly release Crossfire Hurricane on day one so the American people can see the biggest scandal in American history.
Law enforcement and intel agencies working with a presidential campaign to take out a rival and then take out the President of the United States.
steve bannon
