| There are still voters in Georgia that think that President Trump just doesn't talk very nice. | ||
| Well, the reality is that we're trying to tell these voters, we're not asking you to like President Trump. | ||

| We're asking you to take a hard look at Kamala Harris, the biggest liar that has ever held office in American history. | ||
| We're asking you to take a hard look at the fact that she is going to tax the American people into oblivion. | ||
| We're asking these people To take a hard look at the border invasion that we have been going through for four years now, the fact that there are 300,000 migrant children missing. | ||
| These kids have been sold into slavery, either labor slavery or sex slavery. | ||
| This is very real and this is a top issue we have to be fighting on. | ||
| We're asking you to take a hard look at the reality of Lakin Riley is dead today from an illegal alien that New York, the state of New York, let go while the state of New York is about to prosecute Daniel Penny, an innocent man who saved people's lives on the subway. | ||
| We're asking you people to take a hard look at the fact that Kamala Harris has weaponized the Department of Justice, the FBI, against Donald Trump, And Steve Bannon is sitting in prison today. | ||
| Thank God he'll be released next week, but he was denied his rights under the First Step Act. | ||
| So we're talking to these voters and explaining to them, if you sit it out because you don't like the language in politics, And you sit it out because you're unwilling to vote. | ||
| The reality is that you'll be the one responsible for the downfall that will rapidly happen in this country. | ||

| What we have to understand is what you just described as the crossroads, as the fork in the road. | ||
| America is going to, on Election Day, two weeks from today, go one direction or the other. | ||
| They are going to go... | ||
| We are going to go towards peace and prosperity, which is going back to the Trump-era policies of the peace and prosperity, hope, growth, and opportunity for every American. | ||
| Doesn't matter who you are, where you're from, everyone will have an equal shot at the American dream. | ||
| Or we go... | ||
| To Kamala Harris and what I call American carnage, which is the chaos and carnage that has been the last four years. | ||
| What we have seen, as you so correctly describe, what we have seen on the border. | ||
| With illegal immigration, with the fentanyl crisis, with all of these policies that are driving up the crime rates, the murder rates, every statistic known to the FBI and to law enforcement have gone up over the last four years because of the policies of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. | ||

| And so you look at that, and then you look at the economy, you look at what they have done to the energy sector to drive up inflation, you look at national security and what they did in Afghanistan, withdrawal the embarrassment and the death of 13 courageous service members. | ||

| That we're even here talking about a close race. | ||
| That is what the left has done. | ||
| The insidious actions of the left over the last, not four years, eight years, but 20, 30 years from grade school To today, they are trying to educate and brainwash the American people that they need a bigger government, more handouts, and that it's class warfare. | ||
| I know you travel around the country. | ||
| Can you just give us a feeling of what you're seeing? | ||
| Let me just go back to Raffensperger for a second. | ||
| Could you do that and talk about Raffensperger and what's going on there? | ||
| Absolutely. | ||
| Well, what I just told you in the beginning is the conversations we're having with regular people. | ||
| I'm having these conversations in the grocery store, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, you name it. | ||
| Anywhere I am out in public, I have people that literally come up to me and they're like, Marjorie, we love you. | ||
| We voted for you. | ||
| We aren't sure if we can vote for President Trump. | ||
| So what I told you is the exact type of conversations I I'm having with those voters that are sitting on the fence. | ||
| We have people flooding the polls, though. | ||
| I'm telling you, Dave, people are showing up and voting in record numbers, but we are pushing those people wherever we can find them to get off the fence, get in the game, get in the fight with us, and let's win this. | ||
| The reality, though, that we have is we have to protect the vote. | ||
| And so I just had Michael Watley, Laura Trump. | ||
| I had a big team come down to Rome, Georgia. | ||
| We had a big rally here, a Protect the Vote rally. | ||
| We are trying to educate every single voter in Georgia that if you see something, you say something. | ||
| Your number one job is to get in there and vote, but if you see something, say something. | ||
| And if you do see anything that you are questionable about, you go to protectthevote.com and report it immediately. | ||
| We have 5,000 attorneys ready. | ||
| To fight against any type of election fraud and to stand up and fight for election integrity in this election and it's very important and we need everyone's involvement to do that. | ||
| There have been reports back and forth here and there of vote switching on the machines. | ||
| I am constantly talking to my election boards in my district and they are on top of it and I'm really thankful and proud of them. | ||
| for being sure that every single vote is counted and there are no mistakes and these machines are working properly. | ||
| Now listen, I'll go ahead and tell you I'm a paper ballot person. | ||
| I want paper ballots only, so I'll continue to fight for that all the way as far as we can get. | ||
| However, our Secretary of State did not do the update on the machines that was required I'm a huge supporter of Georgia's state election board, G.N. Johnson, all of these fighters. | ||
| That have been trying to create great rules in place for our election. | ||
| But these rules have gotten knocked down by a Fulton County judge. | ||
| So when I tell you we are in a dogfight here on the ground in Georgia, we're a critical swing state. | ||
| President Trump cannot go back to the White House without Georgia. | ||
| So we're fighting every level, Dave. | ||
| People need to vote, number one. | ||
| People need to watch closely in the election. | ||
| Inspect their ballot. | ||
| Watch for the watermark. | ||
| Look at it through the light. | ||
| Make sure every candidate is on there. | ||
| Then turn it in. | ||
| Cast your ballot for Donald Trump and Republicans all the way down the ticket. | ||
| The second thing that we're doing is we're staying engaged in the process. | ||
| And that's with our state election board. | ||
| That's with our Georgia GOP and great chairman Josh McCune. | ||
| And that is also working closely with all the attorneys and the attorneys that I know, my attorneys as well as Trump's attorneys, our state attorneys and the RNC attorneys to make sure we get this done right. | ||
| So we, I mean, we are on it on every single detail and level. | ||
| I know you are, and as a member of the RNC with Michael Watley for the last many, many years that I've been, it is one of the key jobs that he and Lara Trump have taken on, and I'm so glad to hear that they were just down there with you. | ||
| Look, this is the most important thing, and let me just... | ||
| Let me ask you this question. | ||
| Are you seeing right now in Georgia, the early vote is happening right now, right, in Georgia? | ||
| Yes. | ||
| Is that happening? | ||
| The in-person early voting? | ||

| Have you seen any numbers to indicate? | ||

| So are you seeing greater turnout? | ||
| Are there any statistics out there yet that you could share with us about versus 2016, 2020, where we are today? | ||
| Yes, we are seeing a record number almost every single day of early voting. | ||
| And that's incredible. | ||
| And that's because Republicans are engaging in the process. | ||
| We are watching closely on this overseas ballot thing. | ||
| I think it's a big scam. | ||
| Of course, we want Americans to vote. | ||
| We want our military to vote overseas. | ||
| We want American citizens that live overseas to be able to vote. | ||
| But this law that is in place right now is a wide open door for election fraud, and that's something that I'm watching very closely. | ||
| I think that illegal aliens and non-citizens voting in our election, even being counted in the census, is one of the greatest threats to democracy. | ||
| You talk about tearing down democracy. | ||
| When you tear down our elections, You destroy democracy. | ||
| And this law is something that, you know, and it can affect every single state. | ||

| So, Congresswoman, let's just go back to Georgia here and talk to the listeners about what you see going on with what Raffensperger is doing and what he's not doing. | ||
| I know there's a bunch of stories out there in Georgia and elsewhere that talk about what he and this 501C4 are doing. | ||
| And maybe you could just kind of help with the posse because everybody who's listening, you know, they're skeptical. | ||
| I'll be kind and say they're skeptical of what his motivations are, and maybe you could kind of shed some light on what's going on there. | ||
| Yeah, you bet. | ||
| Well, I gotta tell you, I'm with them. | ||
| I'm skeptical, too. | ||
| I just don't trust the process until I see it all the way through and until we have seen transparency and we have seen that there has been election integrity upheld. | ||
| Brad Raffensperger is our Secretary of State here in Georgia. | ||
| And what he says publicly is he says that he is upholding the law, which of course is important. | ||
| We get that. | ||
| And I'm still investigating the details of that. | ||
| I'm not just going with what I see on social media. | ||
| I'm trying to get down into the details and what is clear and what's happening. | ||
| But from what I understand is there is a C4 set up that people can donate money to. | ||
| And he is requesting donations for it because he is saying that, basically saying that he will be going after anyone that does not certify the results of the election. | ||
| This is the language from the left. | ||
| Never forget, this is what we hear from Democrats. | ||
| They call us election deniers all the time. | ||
| But it looks, it appears to be that there are things A big fight being set up over the certification of the election and the outcome of the election. | ||
| Look, I'll tell you where I am very clearly. | ||
| I'm with the people. | ||
| The people own the elections. | ||
| The people own the machines. | ||
| The people own the ballots. | ||
| The people pay for the elections. | ||
| It is their tax dollars that pay for all of it. | ||
| They pay every government employee salary, every elected official salary, and the people are in charge. | ||
| So I stand with the people, and my job as a representative, David, is to make sure that we check every single box, cross every T, dot every I, and make sure that everything is done right. | ||
| So that's what I've dedicated myself to doing, and I talk with everybody all day long. | ||
| The other thing I do is I campaign all over the state of Georgia because we are a very purple state. | ||
| It's hard for me to believe. | ||
| I don't think Georgia's purple, but according to the latest elections, that's what we have become. | ||
| But we've got to turn it back solidly red. | ||
| And so I'm not just committed to winning this election in 2024. | ||
| I am working hard to build with every Republican across the state because we have to win and fight for our state in 26th. | ||
| And we have to fight for a U.S. Senate seat in 28. | ||
| And we cannot get that done in Georgia unless everyone gets on one team together, focuses all our firepower on the Democrats, and makes sure that we get every Republican across the line. | ||
| That's where we are here in Georgia, and that's what I'm committed to doing. | ||
| And there is no better leader in the state of Georgia than you to lead that effort to make sure that two weeks from today that Georgia goes not only into the Donald Trump column, which is incredibly important for America's future, but that we win all of these races down ballot that you're talking about. | ||
| Because that's the key. | ||
| Because from that moment... | ||
| We will be able to look forward to recruit candidates, to be able to raise the money, to be able to win those seats back, those Senate seats back, from these two absolute socialists that are representing Georgia. | ||
| Those two members of the United States Senate should be from the state of Maryland, not from the state of Georgia. | ||

| Their records, their socialist background, what they are is shocking to me. | ||

| It is very hard to lose 9-0 at the Supreme Court on one of these high-profile political cases, and Monica Marquez found the way. | ||
| She managed to lose justices. | ||
| The three left-wing justices, Kagan, Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown-Jackson, that's how radical Monica Marquez is. | ||
| And if she doesn't respect democracy, she should not be in office. | ||
| Colorado voters should vote no on Monica Marquez and throw her out of office. | ||
| Mike, could you just explain to me, so the seven were appointed by the governor, and now it comes time that she's on the ballot for what purpose, though? | ||
| If she's appointed, tell the listeners what that's about. | ||
| So in Colorado, what happens is the governor appoints all seven of these Supreme Court justices in Colorado have been appointed by Democrat governors because once they went to all mail ballots and legalized weed out here, it's become a Democrat hellhole. | ||
| I will say, if you look at early voting numbers right now in Colorado, it actually could be closer than people think. | ||
| For Republicans in Colorado, so you need to get out and vote. | ||
| But the reason that it's 7-0 is because we haven't run the governor's office in a long time. | ||
| But once the governor appoints, these justices, these other judges, stand for retention within the next two years. | ||
| And then every—it depends on the office. | ||
| The Supreme Court, I think, is every six years. | ||
| The lower courts are every 10 years. | ||
| But Monica Marquez is the one out of the four leftists who's up for retention this year. | ||
| I actually voted yes to retain the two other Democrat appointees this year for the Supreme Court because they're not radical leftists. | ||
| They were in the three justice dissent that said what the four leftists are doing is unconstitutional, highly illegal, and very destructive to our democracy. | ||
| So I voted yes. | ||
| No on Monica Marquez and yes on the other two Democrat justices to reward them for their good behavior. | ||
| But we need to vote hell yes on President Trump and hell no on Monica Marquez. | ||
| That's terrific. | ||
| And I'm excited to hear about the turnout numbers. | ||
| We must return the Republican members of Congress out there in Colorado, vitally important. | ||
| And look, I mean, if you're right, in 2016, you know, Donald Trump campaigned in Colorado and made it a race. | ||
| So I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in a couple of weeks in Colorado. | ||
| Let me just say, Colorado is so ridiculous. | ||
| That in 2010, I won a case where I was the Plaintiff Citizens United versus the Federal Election Commission. | ||
| And we had the United States Supreme Court rule in our favor as making films and being able to advertise those films, a film at that time about Hillary Clinton. | ||
| And Colorado and the Secretary of State informed us a couple of years later when we went to make a different film that we were not allowed to advertise in the state of Colorado. | ||
| And I had to have our legal team fly to Colorado and go into court, into federal court, to argue what the Supreme Court had already said because Colorado said it doesn't matter here. | ||
| That's what these people and somebody like these Supreme Court justices, that's what they believe. | ||
| They actually don't believe that they're a part of the law. | ||
| They think they're above the law. | ||
| And so, you know, that's what, Mike, what you're talking about here is when these four justices We're good to go. | ||
| You can have a major impact in this state by voting no and not retaining her. | ||
| So that's very important. | ||
| Mike, if you could... | ||
| Could we go to what I'm reading about, and that is the Harris campaign talking about election integrity, how they are teeing up their teams of lawyers. | ||
| They have these radical left-wing lawyers who have been at the forefront. | ||
| Of trying to defeat us for not just four years, but for a very, very long time. | ||
| Maybe you could walk folks through what they are saying and what they're going to be trying to do to intimidate, in essence, what our folks are doing, which is to make sure that every legal vote counts, to make it easy to vote and harder to cheat. | ||
| That's what the Article 3 project is going to step in and fill that void this election. | ||
| We have these Democrat lawyers and operatives led by Mark Elias. | ||
| And you can say what you want about Mark Elias, but he is a very vicious and effective lawyer. | ||
| He gets results because he's tough as hell. | ||

| Unlike Republican lawyers who are the biggest... | ||
| Well, the biggest weaklings on the planet, I probably shouldn't say the word I wanted to say and scare off your viewers, but this is where the Article III project steps in. | ||
| We want attorneys and election officials and election workers and judges to find their backbones and follow the law. | ||
| And if you do that, the Article III project is going to have your back. | ||
| But if you are weak and you cow to the left, Or you're a leftist who wants to ignore the law so you can rig and steal the election again. | ||
| The Article III project has a huge megaphone, and we're going to use this to call you out. | ||
| This is the lawfare that the Democrats do every time. | ||
| They cow the conservative lawyers, election workers, election officials, judges. | ||
| They cow them so they don't follow the law. | ||

| President Trump and his Republican National Committee, led by Chairman Michael Watley, are doing a much better, a phenomenal job this time compared to last time because what they're doing is they're getting injunctions ahead of time. | ||
| And so we don't let the Democrats, the left, rig and steal the election again. | ||
| We're getting injunctions on signature verification, on making sure that we have election observers, the evidence gatherers, at the polls. | ||
| There are so many things that they're doing this time. | ||

| And this crossfire hurricane is what President Trump declassified and was going to release publicly right before he left office. | ||
| And that's why we have this lawfare. | ||
