This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
|
Mega Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

|
War Room. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Good evening. | ||
My name is Jane Zirkle, filling in for political prisoner Steve Bannon, and you're in the war room.
First up, we have a very important update straight from Danbury.
Maureen Bannon joins us now.
Maureen, what is the latest with your dad?
We know he should be here with us right now, but the Biden-Harris administration is illegally still holding him.
Correct, and thank you for having me on, Jane.
As we all know, and as I stated Saturday, my dad is eligible for early release under the FIRST STEP Act, which means that he should be out now.
He submitted a document on August 29th, 2024, which was over 75 days ago, requesting early release.
Now, You need over 30 days left in order for home confinement to be set up according to the Bureau of Prisons.
And they waited until Friday to notify him that he was eligible under the First Step Act for early release to home confinement.
So it's very clear to myself and many people in the war room posse that their timing of this is no accident.
They are deliberately stalling his release in order to prevent such a key voice in the MAGA movement from being behind the mic and out there and able to help secure an election for Donald J. Trump on November 5th.
And as you see in that B-roll at the bottom, it says, according, your client will be released on his full term release date of August 29th, 2024.
They're saying that there is not enough time left in his sentence to set up home confinement.
This is blatantly, you know, they're playing games.
The Bureau of Prison and the Biden-Harris regime are playing games.
They submitted the documentation in enough time more than 30 days out from the end of his sentence in order for early release to home confinement to be set up.
The Bureau of Prisons had this documentation for over 75 days, and they wait until under 30 days and use their regulation that states that they don't have enough time in order to keep him in prison until his originally set release date.
Once again, I'm Just pointing this out to the War Room Posse, they are illegally detaining my father.
He should have been out by now.
He qualifies for early release under the First Step Act, and they are blatantly keeping him in to silence him.
Well, that is absolutely outrageous.
Let me ask you, what is Steve asking the posse to do to channel the outrage that they may be feeling right now?
Everything that he's said to do since he's been in there on July 1st, we need to make sure to get out and vote to make sure you're registered to vote.
Today is the last day to make sure you're registered to vote in the state of Pennsylvania.
So if you are in the state of Pennsylvania and you can hear the sound of my voice, please make sure you are registered, your family, friends, anyone else you know is registered to vote.
In other states, make sure that you are registered to vote today.
And also have a plan to get out and vote.
Just because you're registered, it doesn't stop there.
You need to have a plan in order to get to the polls, to cast your ballot, to help secure a victory for Donald J. Trump.
And that's what my dad would want.
He wouldn't want us to get upset and figure out what we can do to help get him out.
He wants us to focus on how we get Donald Trump back in office.
Big time. | ||
Accountability for Steve Bannon, accountability for Peter Navarro.
That starts at the voting booth.
Maureen, where can the posse go and follow you?
They can follow me on Twitter at Maureen underscore Bannon and also on Instagram at Real Maureen Bannon.
And I will be... | ||
Providing updates, you know, every step of the way through this, but we expect to see my father out.
As of right now, on October 29th, we are praying that it is before then, but the Biden-Harris regime is going to do everything that they can to make sure that his voice is not heard.
But we will make sure that that does not happen.
His voice will be heard.
100%. | ||
Steve Bannon will never be silenced.
Thank you so much, Maureen.
Well, talking about Pennsylvania, we have a very special guest, Scott Pressler.
Scott, you have made it your mission to deliver Pennsylvania for President Trump.
And last week, Republicans dominated in voter registration last year.
It even has Elon Musk is tweeting about it.
Tell us what the current data says and what this means for the state.
We know that registration ends today.
Thank you, Jane. | ||
Yes, today Monday, October 21st is the last day to register to vote.
So anyone that waits until tomorrow, I'm sorry.
It's cut off. | ||
It's too late. | ||
Today is the day. | ||
You just heard Maureen Bannon.
Register to vote at your current address.
Now, looking at the data, two weeks ago, Democrats added 9,400 voters.
Republicans added 22,000.
This last week, Democrats added 12,600 voters.
Republicans added 27,600 voters.
We added to Bucks County.
We added to Luzerne County.
And even in Center County, home to Penn State University and a lot of our college students, the Democrats are not making ground.
I want to be clear. | ||
Donald Trump has the momentum in this race.
Republican candidates like Dave McCormick running for Senate have momentum in this race.
But the only thing that ultimately matters is ballots into boxes.
And I don't want to speak for Stephen K. Bannon, but we just heard from Maureen that if you are part of the Posse and you want to see justice, then you must vote.
You must register to vote at your current address.
Go to vote.pa.gov. | ||
unidentified
|
vote.pa.gov, register to vote today, make a plan to vote, and we will get our justice after we elect Donald J. Trump this November. - President Trump is leading in a recent ABC poll in the state, but Washington Post has him down to Kamala Harris and we will get our justice after we elect Donald J. Trump President Trump is leading in a recent ABC poll in the state, but Washington Post has him down to Kamala Harris a little.
Where do you see the voter registration numbers translating in all of this?
Well, looking at the data from 2020, the Democrats had an advantage of 650,000, four years ago, more registered Democrats than Republicans.
And today, we just got that data.
That number is now 297,000.
We have cut in half, more than half, in just four years the Democrats' advantage.
Democrat mail-in ballot requests are down 400,000.
And usually, the Democrats are leading mail-in ballots by either four times or three times.
Right now, it's only two to one.
All of these metrics, again, show that we are in a really good position to win Pennsylvania.
And we win Pennsylvania.
We elect Donald Trump. | ||
However, you hear me. | ||
Don't let these numbers make you feel that you can sit on your hands.
You knock on more doors.
You register more voters.
You send more text messages.
You write more postcards.
You reach out to more friends and families.
I want you to play like we are down.
You play like we are losing.
You play like the soul of our country is at stake because it is.
We must win this November.
Pennsylvania has a lot of special groups of voters that Republicans have specifically targeted, like the Amish.
Where do we stand with those groups right now?
Are we seeing a lot of participation from those with the Hunters, with the Amish, etc.?
So 2020, Jane, was decided by 80,000 votes.
And so I thought, what groups can we reach out to in order to make up those votes and ultimately win this November?
There are 80,000 truckers, so we're getting a mail-in ballot into the hands of our truckers.
We're getting them to vote early.
We've already seen success in that venture.
There are 90,000 Amish.
And so, for the last year, we've been going to Roots Country Market in Lancaster, the Green Dragon Farmers Market in Lancaster, and farmers markets across the Commonwealth to engage with our Amish community.
And I can tell you from looking at the data from today that Republicans in one week, Jane, have picked up 1,000 registered Republicans more than they had a week ago.
That's 180th of the election in one week's time.
Then you have 800,000 veterans.
We go to our VFW. We go to our American legions.
And last, we have 930,000 hunters.
And so we have made a concerted effort to advertise in gun magazines, to go to gun stores and gun ranges and gun shows, even with a sign that says 30% of Pennsylvania hunters are not registered to vote.
unidentified
|
Hunt Or be hunted. | |
And we cross out hunt and we put vote.
Vote or be hunted. | ||
Again, I have to say it. | ||
If you're in Pennsylvania, please, you check your status right now.
Jane, I had a woman that's been registered since 1996.
She checked her status today.
She told me, Scott, I couldn't find myself in the system.
Scott, I was not a registered voter.
I don't care if you have voted recently.
I don't care if you vote every year.
Please, you check your voter status, vote.pa.gov.
For those looking to get involved in Pennsylvania in these final two weeks, how can they do that?
I know there's a lot of groups that are putting people up in hotels, getting them involved in that regard.
Where can they go? | ||
If you're interested, please go to my X account, which is at Scott Pressler, S-C-O-T-T-P-R-E-S-1-S-L-E-R, and just put in there that you would like to sign up for the Blitz.
We're going to have the final three days, 96 hours, put you up in a hotel, Take care of you, have gas, have rental, whatever you need, and we're trying to get as many bodies as we can to Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, but we need more help.
If you're in West Virginia, Ohio, New York, Maryland, come to Pennsylvania.
Come to Pennsylvania and help us save our country's future.
Scott, you do phenomenal work.
Where can the posse go and follow you?
Thank you. | ||
Our organization is EarlyVoteAction.com.
EarlyVoteAction.com.
We have 70 staff on the ground, and I promise you that at the stroke of midnight tonight, all of our 70 staff that have been focusing on voter registration beginning tomorrow are going to transition immediately into get out the vote, ballot chasing, and getting people to do an in-person, on-demand mail-in-ballot.
Stephen K. Bannon, we're rooting for you, sir, and we cannot wait to welcome you back.
Thank you so much, Scott.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Another grassroots superstar that we have on the ground in Pennsylvania is Noah Formica with Turning Point Action.
Noah, give us the latest.
What events have you been at?
This is the final day of registration.
What's the scene on the ground like?
unidentified
|
Hey Jane, thanks for having me, and shout out to our favorite political prisoner, Stephen Bannon.
You know, I will tell you, so far this cycle, and I'm proud to announce, I registered 3,000 Republican voters right before the deadline here in Pennsylvania.
So, you know, I'm going to all the different county fairs, I'm going to all the Trump rallies.
I've been to every single Trump rally, except the one yesterday, because I was rallying with Antonio Brown, Le'Veon Bell, and Mike Wallace, We were registering voters at the Pittsburgh tailgate.
So, I mean, that was a lot of fun.
You know, and there was a lot of people even there the day before the voter registration deadline that needed registered to vote.
So we're just reaching out to everybody, you know, today, you know, these final few hours right before the deadline, touching base with them, making sure that they're registered to vote.
You know, I've actually even registered a few people just a few hours ago, just through the online form.
They're like, oh, I thought I was registered.
Well, now you're registered because we just checked and we got you the online form.
I spent the day, you know, going around, driving around to all the different county board of elections, mailing and delivering the voter registration forms.
So, you know, I think reflecting on what we did just this year alone with voter registration, getting all these people registered has been phenomenal.
And I will tell you, you know, the current momentum, the voter registration stats in Pennsylvania tells me that we are going to see, and I always say, we're going to see a red resurgence here in the state.
That's awesome. | ||
Noah, I'm going to hold you through the break, but we have about 30 seconds left.
President Trump has made quite the tour around Pennsylvania between McDonald's and, of course, the Pittsburgh game.
What has been the reaction on the ground?
unidentified
|
A lot of people are loving it.
A lot of people are looking at the picture of him holding his hand out and waving.
They love it. | ||
And, I mean, I think it appeals to the average American worker, too.
100%. | ||
All-American. | ||
Noah, I'll catch you after the break and we'll be right back.
unidentified
|
Your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Welcome back, man. | ||
My name is Jane Zirkle, filling in for political prisoner Steve Bannon.
I am joined by Noah Formica of Turning Point Action, who is working hard to deliver the great state of Pennsylvania for President Trump.
Now, Noah, Turning Point Action came up with this formula to essentially chase ballots in order to win the state.
What sort of contributed to this, and why do they feel like this is the winning solution here?
unidentified
|
Well, so if you look back in previous cycles, you know, look at 2020.
We lost because, you know, the Democrats were overwhelmingly using mail-in ballots.
Republicans were a little weary of them.
We're like, oh, you know, we're going to get all of our people to vote in person.
So, you know, we lost, which was very heartbreaking to all of us, I'm sure.
Then, you know, you go a year later, we lost that cycle.
Democrats swamped us in mail-in ballots.
You go to 2022, where we were thinking we were going to win the governor's race.
We lost that. | ||
And then, you know, 2023, when it came around to the judicial candidate races, we lost that as well.
And that was largely because we weren't pushing mail-in ballots.
And now this cycle, we're really pushing mail-in ballots because in order for us to play the game, to change the game, we have to use that system and we have to play just as good of a game.
Democrats are going after their people, going to the doors, talking to their voters, these low-propensity voters, just saying, hey, C didn't return your ballot.
Would you be willing to turn that ballot in?
So if we just play the same exact game as them, find those low-propensity voters.
And as you heard from Scott, we have hunters, we have Amish, we have truckers.
We got people of faith and, you know, one of the largest blocks of people of faith is the Amish, which a lot of them do not like to go in person.
So if you get them a mail-in ballot, it's like a secret vote to them and they want to have that privacy when they go to vote.
So, I mean, just educating people on the importance of mail-in voting because, I mean, as Charlie Kirk says, the last day of voting is on Election Day.
So if we push mail-in ballot, if we use mail-in ballot effectively, beat them at their own game, then they're going to be wanting to change that system.
Where do we currently stand on the return numbers for those ballots?
unidentified
|
So where we stand in this year alone, I mean, it's been phenomenal, actually.
And, you know, we have great partners, Cliff Maloney, PHAs.
They're going around chasing ballots every single day.
Shout out to them. | ||
So Democrats right now have 514,709.
They are down 39,000. | ||
The GOP, on the other hand, is 215,222, and we are up 90,000.
So that number is staggering alone.
So if we, you know, continue to do what we're doing now, chasing these ballots, going after these low propensity voters, and then we also count for, because a lot of Republicans vote on election day, you don't barely see any Democrats.
So if we count on that alone, ballot chase, get our mail-in ballots in, get our people out to vote on election day, whatever we got to do, vote early in person on demand, then we will win.
Noah, in these final hours of voter registration, how can people get registered to vote?
What is your call to action for those in Pennsylvania?
unidentified
|
So my call to action is go to pavoterservices.pa.gov.
It's so crucial. | ||
Just these few hours left.
Still a lot of people yet that need to register to vote, and I'm already looking towards future cycles, which we will be registering a lot more voters.
But my call to action is after the voter registration period, maybe you're already registered, knock some doors, make some phone calls, send some postcards, whatever you got to do to chase those ballots, get our people out to vote.
That's what we need desperately in Pennsylvania, because if we win this state, it's a 95% chance we win it all.
Big time. | ||
Noah, where can the posse follow you and follow Turning Point Action?
unidentified
|
So you can follow me on Twitter at NFRMICAGOP. That is N-F-O-R-M-I-C-A-G-O-P. Always posting a lot of my grassroots work.
But you can also follow our organization on Twitter as well at TPACTION underscore at TPACTION. ION underscore.
And you can also go to our website, tpaction.com.
Get involved with us. | ||
Become a ballot chaser.
Commit 100. | ||
Commit to chasing that many votes because, I mean, if we can do that, that is the pathway to victory.
We love to see it. | ||
Noah, thank you so much and keep up the great work.
unidentified
|
Absolutely. | |
Thank you as well. | ||
Richard Stern. | ||
Richard, if the posse needed more motivation, you know, other than my boss being locked up right now, to get out and make some change, I would say it's probably this economic disaster.
So give the posse some facts about the damage that Biden and Kamala Harris have done to our economy.
Well, you know, this is the Marxist playbook to a teen.
You're absolutely right.
First, they start by making political prisoners, and then they steal every dime you have to have the citizenry beg for masters because they're impoverished.
So what are the facts here?
Prices are up over 20%. | ||
That is 20%. | ||
$20,000 a year for an average family of four, just in inflation costs.
And what is inflation? | ||
It's a silent tax imposed by the government.
They print money devaluing your dollars so they can strip that purchasing power and use it to hand to woke bureaucrats.
But, you know, I'll give you one other harrowing statistic on this.
Just in the time that Biden and Harris have been in office, the cost of interest on a new mortgage has tripled.
It now consumes nearly half the income of a median American worker.
They have quite literally removed the American dream from the reach of most American families.
That's Biden-Harris relation for you.
We both attended the influencer summit last week at the Heritage Foundation where there was a discussion with Gen Z influencers about, hey, you know, young people, we feel the economic devastation that's taking place, but we sometimes can't properly articulate that to our younger audiences.
What do you think the messaging on this issue needs to be?
So the thing that I would start with is that the left likes to pretend like they have empathy, but at the end of the day, all of their solutions involve stealing from somebody to give to somebody else.
And even then, most of the money they steal, they're giving to their woke bureaucrats.
They're paying the transition kids to lock up people, to go after small businesses.
Everything you have, the food in front of you, the clothes on your back, the roof over your head, was made, was built by an entrepreneur, by workers, by business owners working together to produce the products that each of us needs.
There's no government in that.
There's no government bureaucrat involved in that process.
Elon Musk was talking over the weekend about regulators coming after him, asking whether sharks and whales would be harmed by his efforts to make us a multi-planet species.
That's what I would impress upon everybody.
All the government can do is steal and redistribute and regulate within an inch of everybody's lives.
It is all of us working together that produces all the prosperity that we have.
That's what I'd like everybody to remember.
The most in-your-face policy of the Biden-Harris administration has often been this America Last agenda, giving to the globe but only giving $750 to Hurricane Helene victims.
Talk to me how this is playing out politically and what this means for the Democrats.
Do you think that this is really going to be sort of the tip of the iceberg as to what It destroys them this November when people are experiencing quite literal natural disasters and they're just nowhere to be found.
But in Ukraine, you know, they're right there giving them billions of dollars.
There are so many tips to this iceberg.
It's hard to know where to start.
But you're absolutely right.
You know, compare that $750 given to an American family that's had their house destroyed, that has had their entire community flooded out.
We've given $12,000 worth of arms and other things per Ukrainian household to Ukraine for a war that is not in the interest of the American public.
And this is exactly what we're talking about.
It's an administration that steals the fruits of the laborers of hardworking Americans, gives them around the globe.
You know, our tax system actually hard to believe this, but it actually subsidizes foreign production.
That's right. | ||
If you go to make something in America, our tax code penalizes you and hands taxpayer money to foreign companies to produce those products and bring it here.
That is the story of their globalist agenda.
And yes, I hope along with you that people will wake up and see this.
And you know, I think people are.
They're starting to understand that these global elites, this DC cartel, they don't care about you.
They don't care about any of us.
They care about their friends who are mostly overseas.
If you're someone who's talking to a middle-of-the-ground voter who hasn't made up their mind for whatever reason in these last two weeks, what would you say to them about why it's so important to elect President Trump to fix our economy?
What I would say is for many of those people who are undecided, it's that they want to have an economy that truly brings prosperity to everybody, that I think most of them want to see Americans flourish.
And what I would say is, look to the four years that Trump was in office when we had conservative governance.
We had the lowest unemployment on record.
We had family incomes. | ||
We had workers' wages going up at a record that we had not seen in decades.
What has the Biden-Harris administration done?
They have suppressed wealth.
They have taxed workers to death.
Real median incomes per household are down over a four-year period of time.
So if you're looking to help your fellow citizens, if you're looking to vote to help to restore America, I'd ask you to consider conservative policies, to put conservatives in office that will go back to what we've seen, to allowing people to keep their money, allowing workers and business owners to come together to produce the prosperity that we saw while Trump was president.
That's the way out of this.
It's not electing bureaucrats to scream at the private sector or to regulate your neighbors.
Richard, I'm going to hold you to after the break.
Coming up, we have Liz Harrington and Jeff Clark, and we'll get Richard's social media coordinates.
We'll be right back. | ||
There's a lot at stake in this upcoming election, but regardless of who is sitting in the White House, the fuse on the economy has already been lit.
Even four years of a conservative presidency will not be enough to turn the tide on our $35 trillion national debt.
And if the left wins, it's like throwing gas on a dumpster fire.
The election is in the hands of the American people.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Welcome back. | ||
You're in the War Room, and my name is Jane Zirkle, filling in for political prisoner Steve Bannon.
Richard Stern. | ||
Richard, I wanted to get your social media.
Before we wrap up here, where can the people go and follow you?
Much appreciated. | ||
You can find me at Rich A. Stern on Twitter.
You can, of course, find all of my stuff at heritage.org as well.
Love my colleagues fighting back for a free society.
Thank you again for having me on today.
Thank you so much. | ||
Liz Harrington. | ||
Liz, President Trump has been quite literally all over the place.
McDonald's, football games, and you wrote a fantastic piece that is live on warroom.org right now.
Tell us all about it. | ||
Hey, great to see you, Jane.
It's called A Movement Unlike Any Other because, you know, what Steve always would talk about, signal not noise, we get caught up in all the noise of what they're telling us when we actually can just look with our eyes and believe what we see.
This is a historic campaign that is so big and so massive.
We've really never seen anything like it and we've never seen a leader The likes of President Donald J. Trump.
I mean, him going to McDonald's.
It's a simple thing, and yet it speaks volumes.
No less in a liberal area, supposedly liberal blue area in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia.
You had tens of thousands of people.
Not for a rally. | ||
Just to get a glimpse of President Trump at McDonald's, behind the drive-thru, manning The Fry Station.
This was so huge. | ||
And then, of course, that was just one stop in a very busy day.
He's not exactly exhausted, the absolute lies that come out of Kamala Harris's mouth.
But he was there because she lied about even working at McDonald's, which clearly she will lie about anything.
But he goes there. | ||
He then does a town hall with A former ESPN host, which was packed in Lancaster, and then he goes to the Steelers game.
And they barely showed him on the news, or on NBC, but luckily we don't have to rely on them.
We can see on X and everything that's actually happening.
The entire Pittsburgh Steelers stadium erupted into Chance of USA. This race is not close.
This race Would be, if we have a true free and fair election, a landslide victory for President Trump.
We need to step back and remember that.
And we also need to be grateful that we have President Trump running, sacrificing so much To do this again, because we're witnessing something that we never get.
Someone who, a world leader who actually cares and has respect for the common American.
It's truly remarkable.
And I just enjoyed this campaign so, so much.
I have to say one of my favorite photos from the McDonald's visit was President Trump standing with the workers there and above them was a sign that said one in eight Americans have worked at McDonald's at some point in their life.
But I guess, of course, that doesn't include Kamala Harris.
President Trump this morning went to Asheville, North Carolina.
It seems that Trump and the Trump campaign have sort of been stepping in where the Biden-Harris administration has been running away.
Talk to me about the impact that the disaster relief Well, it's huge.
And luckily, thankfully, I think the campaign is really on top of how we can make sure that these Americans are not forgotten at the ballot box.
They certainly are forgotten by this corrupt regime who didn't even bother to mobilize resources there.
And President Trump once again, as a private citizen, It's doing so much more than the government officials.
And he had already raised a ton of money for the victims.
He waited to go in person to North Carolina because he didn't want to disrupt the rescue efforts.
Apparently, Joe Biden flew over and that caused a huge disruption into the active rescue efforts there.
Kamala Harris didn't even bother to go.
Of course, when she does go, she fills a C-17 full of supplies that were never sent.
It was just for a photo op.
So I think these people, I mean, they were already voting for President Trump because it is such a Trump.
It's Trump country. | ||
However, they are so disgusted by what their government has done and the lack of response and the lack of help that there is nothing that's going to stop them.
No matter if the polling stations have been washed away and everything else, they're going to have their ballots cast.
And that is going to be an amazing thing.
And, you know, he showed up today.
They know. | ||
This is a man who's good on his word, good on his promises.
He will help us rebuild.
They've got nothing from the corrupt people in our government right now.
Yeah, I want to ask you because the legacy media is attacking Republicans across the country for trying to secure the vote, you know, ensuring voter ID, ensuring that, you know, ballot boxes are secured.
But on the flip side now in North Carolina, where they're trying to make voting more accessible for those who've experienced this disaster, they're attacking them for that as well.
How tone deaf are the Democrats here?
It's unbelievable. | ||
And first of all, I thought it was no problem that they made all those changes in 2020, right?
They said that was perfectly fine, even though it was completely lawless.
It was manufactured all to get mail-in votes.
And they unilaterally just destroyed the Constitution.
The secretaries of states, the governors just changed the rules on a whim.
They didn't care. | ||
Now you actually have them doing it the right way in response to an emergency.
And making sure that these people have their voice heard.
And they have to have their voice heard now because, I mean, look at the way the government has totally abandoned them.
So, obviously, it's hypocrisy.
They don't actually care about the rule of law.
They have nothing but disdain for the Constitution.
And they don't want these people to vote because they are more than likely I want to change gears further south to Georgia.
Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had some comments on Face the Nation.
Let's check it out. | ||
unidentified
|
As I understand it, nearly all votes cast in this upcoming election will be recorded on paper.
Last night, Absolutely.
100% will be. | ||
It's actually security paper with the state seal on it.
Okay. | ||
Important point to establish, because yesterday President Trump said something that implies that because it can take time to tabulate votes, there might be something nefarious here.
Take a listen. | ||
We spend all this money on machines and then they announce, we expect to have the results like seven days after the election.
If you had paper ballots, you get them at 10 o'clock.
France went to paper because what we did didn't work.
unidentified
|
He's pointing to a lack of paper ballots as a problem here.
Is he accurately describing what's happening and how long will it take to tabulate votes?
In Georgia, 100% of all the votes cast will be on a paper ballot.
But actually nationwide, it's going to be over 96 to 97% of all voting in America will be on paper ballots.
But we also just put into law this year with SB 189 that all early votes and all early accepted ballots, they all will have to have their results reported by 8 p.m.
That's 70, maybe even 75% of all the vote totals will be reported no later than 8 p.m.
on election night. | ||
Won't take seven days to tabulate votes, as he said?
Absolutely not. | ||
What we will be waiting for is the overseas ballots that come in no later than Friday.
And so those will then be the final numbers.
And we'll just see if that makes the difference in the total vote totals.
I understand we're very competitive.
And that's why we've done everything since day one to make sure we have fast, accurate, and secure elections for all my voters here in Georgia.
Where's the other 25%? | ||
What do you make of this?
Jane, there's so much to unpack here.
First of all, if paper ballots are so great, why do you need the machines again?
They don't let you actually look at the paper ballots.
And Brad, how are the paper ballots counted?
I mean, that's exactly the point that President Trump is making here.
You have all these machines.
Oh, we have to have the machines because it's so fast.
And yet it's not fast. | ||
And what Brad Raffensperger is saying here is that, oh, it won't take seven days.
Unless it needs to take seven days, because then we'll have the overseas ballots coming in.
And maybe that'll be—what did he just say?
That might affect the totals.
We'll see how that affects the totals.
Yeah, you better believe it'll affect the totals if that's what they need.
To quote CNN, get Kamala Harris— Over the finish line.
They're telegraphing that they're using these Yochava votes, which is supposed to be for the military, and it's been completely hijacked.
No verification. | ||
You can get a ballot by email.
You can request it practically up until Election Day.
So they're going to use this program to cheat.
It's one of their many fail safes if they need it.
It's one of their backup plans.
And he's just out and out saying that, that, oh, no, it won't take seven days unless it does.
So he's telling you exactly what they're going to do.
It's unbelievable. | ||
But if he's such a fan of paper ballots, why do we need the machines anyway?
And I think we all know the answer to that question.
We have Jeff Clark live in studio in DC. Jeff, I want to get your reaction to what we just heard here.
What do you make of all this that's going on in Georgia right now?
Well, I completely agree with everything that Liz said.
We both track this very carefully.
And look, you know, they're currently celebrating victories that Mark Elias has had against the state election board.
And these are very sensible rules that are designed to ensure that when the state election board certifies election results, that means that they're essentially verifying that they're correct.
And so they put in place processes under their delegation from the state legislature to ensure that if they're going to certify, that means the vote count is right.
And in Mark Elias' world, no can do.
They can't do that. | ||
They can't actually look at what's going on.
They're supposed to just be a pass-through entity of, you know, they leave themselves in a situation of kind of garbage in, garbage out.
If they get something from Fulton County, they just say, This is what we certify as correct.
And the judge, Judge McBurney, has essentially adopted Mark Elias' theory.
You know, that, you know, will be appealed and I think will be second-guessed.
I'm optimistic that it will be changed by a Court of Appeals or by the Georgia Supreme Court.
But that's what we're dealing with, Jane.
We're dealing with this, you know, idea of lawfare.
Jeff, I want to hold you after the break.
We'll be right back. | ||

Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
Welcome back. | ||
You're in the war room and my name is Calamity Jane Zirkle filling in for political prisoner Steve Bannon.
I'm joined by Liz Harrington.
Liz, real quick, where can the posse go and follow you?
Thanks so much, Jane. | ||
X and truth at RealLizUSA and of course at warroom.org.
Awesome. | ||
Thank you so much. | ||
Jeff Clark. | ||
Jeff, when the Washington Post is propping up Eric Holder saying that the 2024 election will be as safe and secure as the 2020 election was, what do we make of this?
Well, it's standard Democrat playbook, right?
The entire orientation of the Washington Post and the New York Times for that matter is to attack President Trump.
So this is an article that purports to be somewhat balanced because it does quote some folks around Trump or who are aligned with Trump.
But in reality, it's just a total hit piece attacking Trump, saying he's a unique challenge.
And so therefore, You know, that's why they've had to line up on the Democrat side, hundreds of lawyers to be ready to fend off lawsuits that are going to try to engage in efforts at voter suppression.
And, you know, that's their term for just trying to get the rules to be followed, right?
It would be the same thing as if in a football game, you know, one of the refs calls a penalty and decide that the penalty was called against is like, that's, you know, scoring suppression.
You're just trying to stop us from scoring.
No. | ||
What we're trying to do is just ensure that the rules be enforced.
And Mark Elias, Eric Holder, they don't want to see that happen.
Hit rewind a second. | ||
And between the lawfare and the illegal immigration, how have the Kamala and Biden administration as a whole, in addition to the campaign, really fought for anything but secure elections?
Right, exactly. | ||
They've fought for insecure elections, and maybe the best indication of this on the current radar screen is the fact that they've had the Civil Rights Division at DOJ sue Glenn Youngkin to try to stop the removal of illegal aliens from the voter rolls.
And the voter rolls are, you know, they're all plumped up.
There are lots of people who should be removed from them.
We also have Jocelyn Benson in Michigan dragging her feet about cleaning up the voter rolls.
And, you know, to sick DOJ on Glenn Youngkin for enforcing a law that was written long ago and that DOJ had actually approved in the past is just the height of irony.
And it shows that what they're really about is just trying to ensure a Kamala win.
It's not about election integrity.
What have been some of the positive things that Republicans have made progress on as far as election integrity goes in the swing states particularly?
I think that one of those things has been to outlaw Zuckerbox.
So Georgia, for instance, outlawed Zuckerbox.
And just to remind the audience of what is Zuckerbox, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, spent more than $400 million with various NGO groups, especially this one called the Center for Tech and Civic Life.
And they essentially privatized get-out-the-vote efforts that were being undertaken by blue counties and blue cities in particular.
Now, they spread the money around because they're smart, but the money was concentrated in the battleground blue areas to try to drive out more Democrat votes.
And that's one of the major factors that caused those vote totals to go up against President Trump.
Now, you know, it's great to see that outlawed.
And now are we seeing any billionaires like, you know, Zuckerberg on the left showing up to try to help the North Carolinians who've been devastated by the hurricane?
Of course not. | ||
Jeff, you're doing great work over at the Center for Renewing America.
Where can people follow you and get involved with all you're doing?
Sure. | ||

And once again, it's a super-enriched supplement of theoflavin.
