| So my dad has been notified that he qualifies and is eligible for the First Step Act. | ||
| However, the Bureau of Prisons is playing games and will not release him. | ||
| Under the First Step Act, they're saying that there's too short amount of time until his actual release date. | ||
| So I know I posted on Twitter that he's being held after his release date. | ||
| Since he qualifies, I want to make myself very clear. | ||
| Since he qualifies for the First Step Act, he is eligible for it. | ||
| He should have been out already. | ||
| So his actual release date is the 29th. | ||
| But since he is eligible, they are holding him And what was that date, Mo Bannon, what was that date when he should have been released? | ||
| Well, he qualified, I believe, as of last month. | ||
| However, there was no specific date that they gave. | ||
| I believe that he could have been released as of yesterday had they done their job. | ||
| Or not been playing games. | ||
| But I get people, haters of the war room, people that don't like my dad, are saying that he hasn't been held past his release date. | ||
| Since he is eligible, his actual release date would have been moved up. | ||
| So he is being, like Raheem said in that exclusive, that he is being held past his release date. | ||

| Mo, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, is that part of the DOJ? It is. | ||
| I mean, yes, it falls under them. | ||
| You know, Bureau of Prisons, it seems like it's pushing it on to the DOJ and not wanting to Make a decision, passing the buck, as you would say, and stalling. | ||
| Because his lawyers applied for all of this, and they have been dragging their feet. | ||
| Bureau of Prisons have been dragging their feet, kicked it back to the judge and the DOJ. The prosecutors said back when this was originally applied for, That he did nothing to deserve a change in his sentence. | ||
| So it's very clear to me and I believe to the war room posse that they do not want to release him, even though he qualifies for early release, because he is such an influential voice in this movement. | ||
| They know that he will have a great impact on On this election, and they want to try and silence him. | ||
| And like I said, the day he went into prison, they tried to silence him by throwing him in Danbury. | ||
| They have not silenced him. | ||
| They will not silence him. | ||
| His voice has gotten out in the four months that he has been in there, and it will be even louder when he gets out, if that is in this next week. | ||
| Or on the 29th, his voice will be echoing for so many to hear. | ||
| So just because you think you have silenced him, you have not silenced my father one bit. | ||

| I think there should be some freedom of information requests here on the correspondence between the DOJ and the Federal Bureau of Prisms to find out who has been making this decision. | ||

| Brian is not doing well because the prison where he's at, the prison hospital, they have never cared for a triple amputee veteran before, and so his health is failing right now. | ||
| He sent me a letter, and this is all because he built a private border wall, and a privately funded one in 2019. | ||
| And so he says, He has to literally, his words, I have to shit in a plastic pan that's not even a bedpan. | ||
| I can't use the toilets because they're too unsafe and I've fallen off them after urinate into a plastic jug. | ||
| He says he's now pre-diabetic. | ||
| His liver is inflamed. | ||
| He has high blood pressure. | ||
| His cholesterol is high. | ||
| He came in healthy and all of this happened after he got there. | ||
| And now he's being told what's one of the worst things is he has to see a hand surgeon. | ||
| He said they've ruined my last remaining limb as if the government hasn't taken enough of my body. | ||
| They want my last remaining limb. | ||
| The overuse of my hand here has destroyed it. | ||
| My fingers get stuck and don't bend. | ||
| If my tendons rupture, my hand will never work again like it should. | ||
| This is outrageous. | ||
| And so he said his doctor had to take him to Mayo Hospital a few months ago because he's in the wrong wheelchair, causing excruciating daily Sciatic nerve pain. | ||
| The Mayo doctor said, you need a certain wheelchair, but the Board of Prisons physical therapist who came with them said, we don't have the money for that. | ||
| And they won't even let him use his VA insurance to get what he needs. | ||
| And he said, the pain is so excruciating, it feels like when I lost my limbs and I rack. | ||
| To this day, they haven't done anything except give me a different wheelchair cushion. | ||
| He hasn't had a proper shower in over a year. | ||
| He uses baby wipes because they don't have an appropriate shower for a triple amputee. | ||
| Jeff, look, this guy is an American hero, capital H, capital E, capital R, capital O, hero, right? | ||
| Lost three limbs, wearing the uniform, fighting, What are you asking for on this occasion? | ||
| How can people help Brian? | ||
| I mean, this guy is a hero. | ||
| Despite the lies in the mainstream media, this guy, in this condition, raised money to spend building the wall that the federal government was neglecting to do, right? | ||
| This is why this man is in prison. | ||

| So this was an email from her with a Brit for Kamala at Gmail. | ||
| So, I mean, Britain are in a mess in every single way. | ||
| And the Labour Party get in. | ||
| They decide instead of focusing on fixing the UK's mess, they are going to actually head over to the US and make sure Kamala continues Biden's destruction. | ||
| So, all different questions. | ||
| And of course, Nigel Farage, as he would, comes out fighting the piece in The Telegraph, piece on GB News. | ||
| And he said, this is a direct election interference by the governing Labour Party. | ||
| And particularly stupid if Trump wins. | ||
| Who's paying for all of this? | ||
| And it is particularly stupid because, I mean, Keir Stamber went out to visit Trump a couple of weeks ago. | ||
| Trump is going to win the election in November, and therefore Labour Party will have to work with President Trump. | ||
