This is what you're fighting for.
I mean, every day you're out there.
What they're doing is blowing people off.
If you continue to look the other way and shut up, then the oppressors, the authoritarians get total control and total power.
Because this is just like in Arizona.
This is just like in Georgia.
It's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations.
unidentified
|
This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged.
As we've told you, this is the fight.
unidentified
|
All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
War Room. | ||
Battleground. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Wednesday, 16th of October, Anno Dormini, 2024.
Harnwell here at the helm, filling in for Stephen K. Bannon.
We've got a lot of updates to do now on the battleground states as we head in to the third week of the counting down to the election day on November 5th.
If you saw my getter feed this morning for the first time, In this campaign, Donald Trump has now edged 20 points ahead on the betting market, poly markets, 20 points ahead of Kamala Harris, 40%.
So people betting with their own money have a very clear idea of how this is going to finish on November 5th, 20 points ahead.
That has yet to filter through, I think, to the professional pollsters, but it does indicate that In opposition to their narrative, there is very much everything to play for.
And as I say, the betting markets have determined for themselves what the outcome is going to be.
Let's start off with Arizona, one of the six battleground states, one of the six swing states.
Congressman Eli Crane from the 2nd Congressional District joins me down the phone.
Good evening to you. | ||
Let me start off by asking you, there's been a result yesterday from the law courts, from a judge who's ruled that your 15 counties in Arizona, you're not going to be allowed to do citizenship tests before November the 5th.
What's the feeling to this judgment there on the ground?
unidentified
|
Well, hey Ben, thanks for having me on.
Obviously that ruling is very disappointing, but we've got to keep pushing forward.
My office, along with Congressman Andy Biggs, Congressman Gosar, and Congresswoman Lesko sent a letter to Adrian Fontes on October 8th, just a few days ago, about illegals voting in our elections.
And the other thing that I'm going to be doing next week My friend Greg Phillips from 2000 Mules is going to be in Arizona, and I'm going to read this for you guys real quick.
Starting Friday, Americans will take action to shine a light on a process.
That has been shrouded in secrecy for far too long.
Citizens will be able to livestream footage from ballot drop boxes, surveillance cameras, directly to open.inc, bypassing the gatekeepers of information who they can control the narrative.
And if your audience, the Warland Posse, wants to go learn more about how they can participate in this, they can go to open.inc backslash Ben, I know that many of us have been worried that this was going to be the reality.
Um, across the country as Joe Biden and Kamala Harris opened our southern border wide open.
We believed for a very long time that a big part of that strategy was going to be to allow illegals to vote.
Um, I think it's one of the reasons why you hear the president who was just in my district in Prescott on Sunday at an amazing packed Rally in the Toyota Center constantly says we've got to make this too big to rig, But that doesn't give any of us, American citizens or elected officials, you know, the freedom to take our foot off the gas and doing everything possible to make sure that this
election is as tight as possible.
Well, firstly, that's an incredible success in being able to have the ability to record footage with your own telephone there at the polling stations of what people appear to be doing, the officials appear to be doing.
A lot of that was blocked in 2020.
On that point, I need to flag up the fact that Marley Hornick from United Southern Americans and Linda Sinkiewicz have both got this from Fight Voter Forward, have both got infrastructure now where you can submit to their websites footage of things which you have spotted, which you think aren't according to the rules.
And they're both offering this ability that if you see something, record it with your phone, send it in.
And that will help a great deal afterwards in terms of holding these officials to account.
Tell me one thing, Congressman, though.
I realise that the US District Judge Chrissa Lanham was a Biden-appointed judge.
She's the lady who's turned this down across the 15 counties.
Do you think the fact that she is a Biden-appointed judge plays into this?
Is there a political dynamic here?
Or do you think the judgement in and of itself is...
unidentified
|
Well, you know, just based on law, I would imagine that the fact that she's a Biden-appointed judge absolutely has something to do with it, based on everything that I've seen the Democrats do and how radical they've become in the last couple of years.
And so that would be my assessment, Ben.
I'm not an election attorney or anything like that, but that would be my assessment.
Do you think, part of her reasoning here is that it's too late in the middle of an election campaign to force these counties to do citizenships.
Does she have a point on that?
Is this something that should have been done four years ago?
unidentified
|
Well, I think that, you know, we can always, you know, do things earlier, Ben, but as you know, especially in Arizona, with the leadership of Arizona, starting with Katie Hobbs, our Democratic governor, and then our Attorney General Adrian Fontes,
who my office sent a letter to, you know, and something that was brought up, you know, before I got on with you, talking about many of the rhinos that we have, you know, and just Republican, you know, I know a lot of people don't like that word, but Republicans who refuse to look at what's actually going on here and how Democrats are trying to make our elections as porous as possible.
And you need to look no further, Ben, than just this last, a couple months ago, up in Washington, D.C., we did vote and passed the SAVE Act.
And I believe, Ben, only five Democrats voted for it, which would have stopped illegal aliens from voting in our elections.
Ben, if that doesn't tell you what these guys want, if that doesn't tell you what they're up to, I don't know what it's going to take.
Ben, I do want to talk really quickly about one gentleman that I was helping just yesterday.
In Arizona. | ||
And that is, because obviously, Ben, we have to look at this election, but then we have to look at overall, you know, reforming our election process.
And one of our biggest, most troublesome counties, as you probably know, Ben, is Maricopa County.
And there is a gentleman named Justin Heap, who is running a Republican.
He's a member of the State House Freedom Caucus.
And he is running for that seat.
It's not a job he wanted to do, but I do believe he will help us clean up our elections in Arizona.
And so if your audience wants to go help this guy who's being vastly outspent here in Arizona by money flowing in all over the country, It's justinheap.com.
That's justinheap.com.
He needs our help, and this is one of the most important yet overlooked races in Arizona, Ben.
So if the Posse can go help this guy out so that he doesn't get blown out too much, so that he has the resources to compete with all the money flowing in from George Soros and others who do not want to see our elections be tight, And transparent, please go help Justin Heap out so that in the next cycle, we can also continue to work on this problem that is election integrity here in Arizona.
Congressman Crane, if I'm not mistaken, I think Maricopa County is the largest.
Is it the largest county in Arizona?
unidentified
|
Yes, sir. | |
As far as population, absolutely.
So it's a key county and a key state.
Thanks so much for flagging.
What's that guy's name, Justin?
unidentified
|
Justin Heap, H-E-A-P. JustinHeap.com is where the War Room Posse can go to help this guy out.
Perfect. | ||
Before you go, Congressman Crane, just one last thing.
What's the momentum like down there in Arizona right now?
unidentified
|
President Trump has a ton of momentum here in the state.
And like I said, we're just at a rally for him for the Last several years, he came up to rural Arizona.
You know, we have not seen Kamala Harris or Joe Biden up in rural Arizona for a very long time.
He came up there. | ||
The crowd was electric.
Carrie Lake knocked it out of the park.
You know, she's got a lot of momentum as well.
That's going to be a very tight race.
So the War Room Posse, if you guys can help Carrie get over the finish line, It would be great to actually have Kerry Lake go up into that sleepy, corrupt Senate and start helping us turn that chamber around as well.
A thousand percent. | ||
Congressman Crane, where do people go to stay up with your output on social media?
And if they want to get involved in this late stage, how can they contact you?
unidentified
|
Rep Eli Crane, Eli Crane, CEO. Those are two of my handles that people can reach out to me at.
Thank you, Ben. | ||
I really appreciate it.
Congressman Crane, thanks so much.
God bless. | ||
unidentified
|
Bye-bye. | |
Okay, let's go over to Pennsylvania now.
And Noah, for Mike, and Noah, welcome back onto the show.
unidentified
|
Hey, Ben. | |
Thanks for having me. | ||
I gather you've been making absolute incredible successes in the registering of voters.
Give me this figure that you mentioned just before the show started.
Tell the Warren Posit exactly what you've been doing down there on behalf of Turning Point Action.
unidentified
|
Well, absolutely. | |
Well, I will tell you, I'm coming to you guys live from my vehicle.
I'm on the turnpike right now, traveling all the way across the state, doing everything I can to court votes for Donald Trump.
Somebody's walking by, so you can tell I'm here.
So, so far this cycle, I have registered 2,750 voters here in the state of Pennsylvania for Donald Trump.
That's absolutely superb.
Figures like that of that league could actually be instrumental according to how close to the line it actually goes.
One thing I wanted to ask you now, news out of Pennsylvania, is that there's been a lot of There's coverage in the press about this county manager in Luzerne regarding the ballot drop boxes.
Tell me about that, that Pennsylvania can now keep these ballot drop boxes.
Is this something that MAGA should be applauding or should be wary of?
unidentified
|
Well, you should be wary of it.
I mean, right now, Trump is pushing people to vote early, you know, in person.
So you take your mail-in ballot, you drop it off to your polling location or your county board of elections.
There you go. | ||
Or you can vote early in person on demand because you never know.
There's a lot of issues that might happen on Election Day.
But if you have drop boxes, you're not going to be able to regulate who's actually dropping off their ballot.
So I mean, it was a 3-2 decision.
Now they're planning on placing four drop boxes in Luzerne County.
Thankfully, they are currently being sued by three residents because they said it will lead to reputable damage on our voting rights, which, I mean, God bless the people who are suing them.
But I mean, Luzerne County, they've been playing a lot of games this cycle.
I mean, they're saying around 1,000 to 2,000 people have yet to be registered.
And I mean, it's backlogged.
And I mean, this is a county that also threw away, you know, paper ballots.
They also, you know, They threw away paper ballots and they also had a lot of issues on election day where they were shorted on mail-in ballots.
And it's a major bellwether county and it just flipped Republican.
So it's a mess. | ||
A mess. | ||
So that's not something to be welcomed then for the reasons that you gave.
People need to be voting in person if possible.
Tell me about the momentum in Pennsylvania right now, Noah.
unidentified
|
I will tell you, the momentum is phenomenal.
A week ago, the Democrats had an advantage of 325,485 voter registrations.
Now, that lead has been narrowed down to 312,725.
In just one week alone, we chipped off 12,760 off the Democrat voter registration lead.
Just to give you a little context, if you look back in 2022, they had an advantage of 595,000.
So, I mean, this is apocalyptic.
Pennsylvania is turning red.
It's turning red fast. | ||
And I tell people every day here on the field, we're becoming the next Florida and we're going to be a safe red state soon if we continue to do the work we are doing now.
It's great news. | ||
I know that for sure. | ||
I saw something in the Press earlier on today, Noah, that Trump is now up three points in Pennsylvania.
So that certainly seems to be confirming what you've just been saying about the momentum there.
Are you expecting him back in the States before November the 5th?
unidentified
|
Oh, absolutely. | |
So he is going to be in the Pittsburgh area, you know, not only on the 20th, but also, I should say, he's going to be there early because he's going to be there on the 19th and then he's going to be there on the 20th for the, you know, the Steeler game.
That's what I'm hearing.
But, you know, we're also going to be there on the scene with Antonio Brown registering voters.
So, I mean, Donald Trump is making all the stops here in Pennsylvania.
Right before, you know, the voter registration deadline on the 21st.
And we're going to do everything we can to capitalize on that and get everybody out to vote.
Now, I was looking at the betting markets, which I do, just a couple of hours or so ago.
And according to Polymarket, which is, I think, the world's leading betting market, I noted that That President Trump was 18 points ahead in Pennsylvania, according to the people betting with their own money, which is a very strong indication, I think, of everything you've just been saying.
No, in the closing three weeks of this campaign, where can people go if they want to support what you're doing with Turning Point Action?
They want to get involved, assist you, even at this late stage of recruiting people, registering people to vote.
How do they do that? | ||
How do they get in touch with you?
How do they reach out? | ||
Thank you. | ||
unidentified
|
So you can DM me on Twitter.
You can go onto our website at tpaction.com.
You know, you can get involved on our website.
You know, sign up to be a grassroots warrior with us.
I mean, just because, you know, we're closing on the voter registration deadline, got a lot more work besides voter registration.
Got to pound those doors.
You know, we got to make phone calls.
We also got to be workers on Election Day.
So, I mean, we got to pull out all the stops.
We got to work tirelessly for Trump these, you know, last few weeks.
Perfect. | ||
Now, once again, there's your social media coordinates.
unidentified
|
So you can follow me on Twitter at NFormicaGOP.
That is N-F-O-R-M-I-C-A-G-O-P. Follow the great work I'm doing.
Not going to stop anytime soon.
Superb. | ||
Noah for Micah, thanks very much for coming on the show.
Catch up again with you soon.
God bless for now. | ||
OK, so now, having concluded our review of Pennsylvania, let's go over to Georgia and talk with Sally Grubbs, who's the chairman there of the GOP for Cobb County.
Sally, welcome back onto the show.
unidentified
|
Thanks so much. | |
Thanks for having me, Ben.
Now, the news out yesterday, again, on the theme of negative court judgments here, a judge in Georgia Let's go to the cold open first and then I'll do the question.
Voters are going to the polls in Georgia as early voting for the presidential election is officially open in that state.
By 2.30 p.m., Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said more than 200,000 people had cast their ballot, the most ever on day one.
And again, that is by 2.30 p.m.
Joining us now from Atlanta, NBC News senior White House correspondent Gabe Gutierrez.
A whole lot of folks out there getting their vote done early.
What does that tell us, Gabe, about...
What's going on in Georgia and where this election might be going?
unidentified
|
No kidding. | |
No kidding, Katie. | ||
Look, an NBC News poll out today shows that about half of Americans plan to vote early.
Among those, Kamala Harris has a 17-point lead.
We have seen a lot of enthusiasm this morning for Vice President Harris, who were here early, and some of the voters that were here told us that they wanted to be among the first in line.
For what they view as a historic candidacy.
But look, Katie, here in Georgia, there's a confluence of factors in this election.
There's, you know, not only enthusiasm among black voters, but also the politics of disaster.
The recovery of Hurricane Helene could be a factor here.
And also a lot of questions about election integrity, or at least the questions that Republicans are trying to raise about election integrity.
In Georgia. | ||
And just this morning, a Superior Court judge in Fulton County rejected a claim by an election board member here.
Essentially, the judge said that election superintendents in the state, it's mandatory that they have to certify the election results days after the election.
Now, as you know, Katie, over the last several months, Republicans have tried to Let me start off, Sally, picking up from that theme in the video clip there about this judge in Fulton County.
What do you make of that?
unidentified
|
You know, when I see clips like that, especially on MSNBC, because they are the chief propaganda peddlers in this country, and it really makes me very angry because we, in looking at these rules on the state election board level, when we have proposed rules for rules changes, we have never once said don't certify.
What we say is we want accurate results.
And, you know, it goes to the hand count rule yesterday where Judge McBurney Put into effect this stay on the temporary order so that you can't count the ballots on Election Day.
We were only talking about that rule that was proposed by the person who proposed it was for Election Day voting only On the precinct level, and I sent in a graphic to your team to show that we're not talking about thousands and thousands of ballots.
I mean, at the most, you might have, at the very, very most, you would have a thousand ballots per tabulator.
We're just saying don't count the votes, tally the ballots, because it's been proven over and over that you have scanned ballots and test ballots from previous elections that have been stuck in scanners that have been interjected and caused the numbers to be off at the precinct level.
So their common sense rules and the hyperbole of the left is just extremely unfortunate and just downright propaganda.
Sally, I have to ask you about this ruling, right?
The judge wrote that, referred to this hand ballot counting rule as being introduced, being unknown and untested, and introduced at the 11th, not the 11th hour, the 11th and one half hour, affecting more than 7,500 poll workers, and that it was guaranteed to introduce administrative chaos.
You're shaking your head, but is there not a small element of reasonableness in that judgment that this is something that has been introduced at the 11th and a half hour here?
unidentified
|
So you would have to understand a little bit of the background and the history of the The proposals for election board rule changes.
And part of that goes to the fact that for a long time, we have had members of the state election board that may cast a Republican ballot.
However, they were complete rhinos in the way they behaved and stopping the rules.
And even the current chairman of the state election board, John Favir, says that, you know, like, People are trying to change laws.
These rules that are proposed are in complete harmony with the legislative acts that have been taken by the Georgia State Legislature.
They are not to change, but the State Election Board's job Is to promulgate rules, regulations, and procedures for elections.
And so it is being completely taken out of context and twisted.
And it saddens me, actually, that Judge McBurney feels that way because he's saying that people cannot count.
Like I said, it's not counting votes, it's counting ballots.
I want to ask you to explain more, and you've come on the show and you've said this before about the state election board, but let's just dig into this one moment.
As far as I'm understanding, the ruling here isn't so much that the judge's ruling isn't so much that this hand-ballot-counting rule is unreasonable.
It's to do with it being introduced at this late stage.
That was my understanding of the reading of this judgment.
So I have to come back and say, look, because this thing about the election integrity has been an issue day in, day out.
Since the election in 2020.
I have to repeat the question.
Doesn't this judge have a modicum, a small degree of reasonableness in this judgment, Judge McBurney, a small degree?
I mean, the judge is right.
This is a late stage to be introducing this.
The war has been on this day, day in, day in about wanting, demanding election integrity, especially in the state of Georgia, but obviously not exclusively.
Why now? | ||
Why is it being done now at this late stage?
unidentified
|
So it's being done at this late stage, not because we haven't tried.
There are people like me and numerous other people who have been before the state election board numerous times with rule proposals and trying to make a difference.
And we were blocked at every turn.
And so if there's anyone to blame, it's those previous members of the election board who refuse to do their job that have gotten us to this point.
Having reasonable members on the state election board at this point in time, with Rick Jeffries, with Dr.
Jan Johnston, and with Janelle King, They actually believe that we need to have fair elections in Georgia.
And they've taken the time that's required to do their homework and understand that the proposals are common sense.
They're not difficult to understand.
But now we have the situation where, of course, the Secretary of State's office, the Elections Division, is not wanting to provide guidance and proper...
They say, well, why not provide notice?
Well, we have... | ||
Brad Raffensperger is our Secretary of State.
Do you think he wants to provide proper notice?
Stand by, Sally. | ||
unidentified

All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.
You know, Democrats were voting largely absentee or early.
Republicans were voting largely on the same day.
We've got some NBC polling suggesting that polarization still exists, though probably won't be as extreme.
According to NBC News, Vice President Harris has a 17-point lead among those who plan to vote before Election Day.
Trump leads among those who plan to vote on Election Day at 21 points.
How will this dynamic work out on election night, and how are the Trump folks trying to once again stop the count?
unidentified
|
Well, this really is the height of political cynicism here, because Donald Trump has talked to close confidants and lawyers who are expecting, if things really do go to the map following Election Day 2024, to work on legal challenges concerning the election or, in some cases, vying for positions in a potential second Trump administration.
He's talked to multiple of these individuals that he is planning And some of this he's planning out in the open to declare as soon as on election night that, oh, the Democrats are trying to steal it from me again, in large part because the mail-in ballots in key battleground states like Georgia Right.
The reason this is the height of cynicism is because the reason that in these three key states, which are going to help decide who is sitting in the White House come January 2025, the reason things are going to be processed slower than they otherwise would have been in terms of the mail-in ballots is because of Trump and his Republican allies in those states.
In Pennsylvania, in the other two states I mentioned, Republicans, including in those state senates, blocked efforts, including some spearheaded by Democrats.
To try to clean up this mess which other states have already adjusted for ahead of the 2024 election in terms of processing these ballots early so the mail-in count can be counted faster and so hopefully we know who the winner of the presidential election is sooner.
In the case of Pennsylvania, we have reporting in Rolling Stone that Trump himself was on the phone urging allies in the state not to cooperate with Democrats who are trying to pass this legislation.
He and his people, especially if this is a close election, and they feel they have to, to speak bluntly, try to steal it again.
They are prepared to yell rigged and fraud all over again, just like they did four years ago, except they're going to do it in part through a system and through processes that they themselves and their party engineered.
It would be bewildering if it wasn't so expected.
And Ryan, to the point about what can be done this time around, obviously one of the things that's so interesting about that footage of TCF is that it's clear, it's glass for a reason, right?
We're not doing anything untoward, it's transparent, we're counting, we're opening, right?
That led to all sorts of crazy conspiracy theories.
But also there's, I've got to imagine, some security concern about how they're going to deal with the logistics this time around.
Are they thinking about that in that county and other places?
unidentified
|
Yeah, I mean, definitely security is a big part of this.
They're going to work more directly with the police, but they've also kind of been working with Republicans to sort of set expectations.
And there's also a lot of, you know, new strategies that a lot of election officials have in terms of announcing what they're doing exactly, just so there's no mysteries.
Because really, the ultimate enemy here is misinfo and just lack of education, right?
Right? | ||
Because, like, that's what the primary issue is.
A lot of these people just had no clue what they were talking about or were convinced that there was fraud.
And all of their stereotypes about voters in Detroit and black voters in general went into this.
And, I mean, it was really explicit in a lot of these complaints.
I mean, some of the complaints, you literally had a woman named Karen complaining about the lack of free parking.
And then other complaints, someone saying that they were a pregnant white woman.
someone or other complaining about you know Black Lives Matter shirts that people were wearing. So it really is like pretty explicit and I think that it's a good idea for reporters to get out ahead of this as much as possible, be as educated about what we're looking at here especially because a lot of this is just going to be the strategy here is really to create a lot of election misinfo especially on X now that it's owned by Elon Musk. Most dangerous person ever. I had suspicions when I talked to you about his mental decline and so forth.
but now I realize he's a total fascist.
He's the most dangerous person in this country.
A fascist to the core, Milley repeated to me.
I will never forget the intensity of his worry.
Former top general is warning that on election day, 21 days from now, America could elect a fascist to be president.
And Mark Milley is right, because Donald Trump is running a straightforwardly fascist campaign at this point.
The other thing I think she's offering people is respect, you know?
I mean, I think the fact that she's going to Charlemagne to ask for black men's votes, the fact that she's going to Joe Rogan's audience to say, hey, you may not be naturally my supporters, but I want to I love witnessing the great architects of misinformation saying that the principal
enemy here is misinformation.
Sally Grubbs, you're the chairwoman of Cobb County, Georgia.
I just want to share with you the latest on the betting markets.
I said the latest, these were the figures before I came on air.
Trump was some 28 points ahead in Georgia, 64% to 36%.
In fact, when I last checked the most recent figures, in all of the six key battlegrounds, We're good to go.
Dictated by people putting their own money down on who they think is going to win on November 5th.
To manifest this reality, this expectation, however, it is absolutely imperative that we have honest, fair elections.
That's the key issue. | ||
I think we've all agreed on that.
I want to finish the point.
I'd like you to finish the point that you were mentioning just before the break.
Because it wasn't so much, and I think it's a very important point for the process, it wasn't so much the judges ruling here to do with the hand...
Counting of the ballots or the late introduction of this rule.
But it was the fact that you had rhinos on the state election board that had frustrated this issue for so long.
I think, if I understood you correctly, that is really where the war in posse's anger needs to be directed.
In this case, on this ruling, this is where the anger needs to be directed.
It's towards the rhinos in the Republican Party, people who present themselves as Republican.
They stand for election under the Republican banner, but they work militantly and aggressively against the interests of ordinary members of the party and activists.
That's what you're saying, right?
unidentified
|
Ben, that's absolutely the truth.
I mean, we had one member who is a former legislator who's an attorney with a very large law firm who's a lobbyist, was actually a lobbyist for two of the counties that we have in Georgia.
And the decisions made or not made on the state election board level directly affected his business as a lobbyist.
Fortunately, he's not on the board, but you have these people screaming, oh, these three election board members, because President Trump rightfully did recognize them for their hard work.
It's one of those things where it's like nothing to see here, sweep it under the rug.
We don't need to have changes because we want to protect our fiefdom.
And that's what it comes down to, Ben.
So yes, you have people that are more interested in their own pocketbooks and their own self-interest than they are in having fair elections.
And we're at a point where this election board, with the three courageous members that they have, it's not whether they're MAGA or not MAGA. It's that they're doing the right thing for the country, for the state of Georgia, and for all of the citizens who wanna see fair elections.
And you're exactly right.
Plus, they gloss over the fact that when these other people were in control of the election board, did they do anything to stop the drop boxes?
No. | ||
There was a lot of things that were allowed at that time that should never have been allowed, and they were done at the last minute, too.
But you're not seeing defense of that by them at this point in time.
Sally, before you go, my final question to you regarding these results yesterday when early voting opened in Georgia.
As far as I can tell, you basically set a new record for the state.
Four years ago was the previous record of 136,000 votes being cast.
Yesterday, 234,000. | ||
A little under... | ||
Just quickly, can you tell me your reading on this?
Is this something to be enthused by?
Are you concerned by it?
Does it make you optimistic?
unidentified
|
Ben, actually, it hit over 300,000, which is even more than the number that you had.
So the final total is over 300,000 for yesterday.
And we had President Trump came to Cobb County last night, and it was just a star-studded cast of MAGA supporters and wonderful legislators.
We had our awesome Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones, who was there, and Byron Donald's came for the rally.
Everybody was really enthused and everybody proudly wore their, you know, I voted today stickers.
So people, a lot of my friends wanted to be first in line at their advanced polling station.
So there is a very heavy presence in advanced voting with Republicans.
That coupled with the fact that DeKalb County, who's one of our, it's our third bluest county in the state, They did not have great numbers in turnout.
So that's very, very encouraging.
But I say that with caution because to the war room posse, you need to go find at least five friends or family members, find out their plan to vote, and make sure they get to the polls.
This is not a time where we can let our foot off the gas.
We've got to hit the gas and go MAGA. We have got to get this done for President Donald Trump and, more importantly, for America.
Sally, in the closing three weeks of this campaign, where do people go, especially if they're there in Cobb County, but in Georgia generally, where do people go if they want to lend their hand as far as they count to get out that vote?
unidentified
|
To get out the vote, I always encourage people to go to their local GOPs and get involved.
We need election day poll watchers.
For all the counties in the state of Georgia, we have 159 counties.
That's a lot of poll watching that needs to be done on election day.
And this is the one big message I want people to know.
Get photos of the tabulator tapes when they close out the polls on election day.
If you are in your neighborhood at your local voting precinct on Election Day, go snap a photo of the tabulated totals.
We need to be able to reconcile those numbers against what is reported to the state on election night reporting.
That's crucial. | ||
Trump Force is out in force in Georgia.
If you want to get involved in the campaign to canvass, get out the vote.
Find your local Trump Force 47 office.
If you need help, I'm always available at cobbgop.org or visit gagop.org and we'll get you involved.
And your personal social media?

Sally Grubbs, chairwoman of the Cobb County GOP. Thanks very much for coming on the show.
God bless for now. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you, Ben. | |
Before you go, Sally, quickly, quickly.
You were with the president last night.
What was his sentiment like?
What was his feeling like?
Just in 10 seconds. | ||
unidentified
|
He was phenomenal. | |
He was very positive. | ||
He was very calm. | ||
He was very determined.
I think it was one of the best rallies I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot.
Perfect. | ||
Many thanks. | ||
Thanks, Sally. | ||
God bless for now. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
You too. | ||
Well, a lot of people think that, on the left, they like to smear Donald Trump with being some kind of closet.
Covert, racist. | ||
My next guest who's been on the show before has done some research and that somewhat contradicts the narrative.
Sophia Georges, welcome back onto the show.
I know your sector is real estate, but I was fascinated to read this article.
That you've written earlier, just indicating how well minorities were doing, how much better they were doing under the last Trump administration than under the present administration at succeeding in obtaining mortgages and buying their own homes.
unidentified
|
Yes, absolutely. | |
Thank you for having me back again.
I'm happy to bring attention to this and specifically for these ethnic groups.
Like you said, there's talk about misinformation, a lot of misinformation out there.
The policies during the Trump administration was beneficial for all Americans.
And so it benefited. | ||
It didn't matter what your ethnicity was.
Everybody benefited. | ||
But the policies that we've seen recently with the high inflation, the high mortgage rates, we spoke about immigration converging into metro areas last time I was on.
It has disproportionately hurt these ethnic groups and people that were normally in the middle class that have now fallen into that affordable housing qualifying category now because of these surging home prices and loss of affordability.
And the report that you're referencing that I did research on was a Fannie Mae report, the most recent report that talked about racial home ownership rate.
And it broke it down with Latinos, Blacks, and Asians.
And what we saw on this graph was that from 2017 to 2021, which was the Trump administration, the home ownership rate of these ethnic groups had risen.
So there were more affordable homes, more opportunities for them to buy a home And again, that was the policies.
We had the low inflation, the low mortgage rates at 2%.
You know, we're seeing now well over 6%, which has made it very difficult.
To break it down a little bit further, Latinos during that time period, I just mentioned 2017 to 2021, increased by 4% in home ownership rates, so from 47% to 51%.
Asians increased by 3%, and Blacks increased by 2%.
Since then, you know, the policies overall have hurt people and, like I mentioned before, predominantly in these ethnic groups because of the convergence of immigrants, the policies of the mortgage rates and so forth.
So affordability has been challenged across the board for everyone.
Particularly in these groups because there's less disposable income for them.
They don't have the savings, right?
The cost of goods are more.
And there's an affordability available housing shortage.
We spoke about that last time as well.
So rents are higher and they can't save money to make ends meet and buy a home.
Sophia, I think that's an important point here that you're saying that often gets lost when people talk about the management of the economy.
It's not so much the policies of the administration that helped people, poor people and minorities to succeed in getting mortgages.
It was the more competent management of the economy generally that created the conditions that allowed people to move ahead and thrive.
And when we're talking about High inflation.
I think that point is absolutely essential to make.
Who is best, who is most competent to manage the economy produces benefits that aren't...
I mean, they are obviously hoovered up massively by the rich, by the plutocracy.
That can't be denied. | ||
But also, it's a case of a rising tide lifts all ships, right?
And the Democrats, they do the talk about caring for poor people and for minorities.
But The really essential point is, if you want to move ahead on the property ladder, if you want to start getting ahead, have some stability.
The actual empirical evidence that you've detailed in this article, and I'll ask at the end of The show where people can go to read your research.
But if you want to move ahead, if you want to get ahead, if you want to try to have something for the next generation that will give them more success and more chances than you had yourself, then there's only one option, one realistic option on November the 5th.
unidentified
|
Right. | |
And this is about empowerment of people, which is to your point.
We want to empower people, make people strong.
Home ownership is the first step to building wealth for the future.
So absolutely, this is a choice between a future that you want to establish and Or do you want to be forever burdened, cost burdened with these housing costs that are really what, you know, majority of people are being stifled with housing costs right now.
And that's, you know, in addition to all the costs of goods.
So it's a very stressful situation.
You even see people who are retired right now who had saved their entire life and now they're hanging by a thread because they weren't, these were all unexpected consequences of what we've seen the last few years.
Sophia, where do people go to get your research?
unidentified
|
You can go to my website, realsafirealestate.com.
Under media, I do podcasts on this.
I also have a Real Safi report under there where I publish a lot of this information that I have.
It's fascinating to me to research all of these things and get the information out there to people because I do think that it's been lost in conversation, so I appreciate the opportunity.
Thank you so much. | ||
Sophia Georges, thanks very much to my guests today on the show.
