Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
The people had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
thomas massie
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
jonathan lemire
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
unidentified
And today it sort of feels like the news gods watched last night's debate and saw J.D. Vance's appalling answer and decided to highlight the whole issue.
Because today, a federal judge in Washington, D.C., unsealed a partially redacted 165-page filing from Special Counsel Jack Smith, in which Smith lays out why he believes that the case is very much still prosecutable following the Supreme Court's immunity ruling.
natalie winters
It's Thursday, October 3rd in the year of our Lord, 2024, and it's Natalie G. Winters coming at you live from Washington, D.C. with what I expect to be a very fiery show.
Now, MSNBC, you want to call it a coincidence.
Alex Wagner wants to call it the news gods.
Well, here in the war room, we're going to call it what it is.
The deep state.
The permanent political class.
The in-your-face state.
Who yesterday decided to release quite curious timing in a 165-page filing.
Nothing really all that new in there.
Just a note, if your whole defense, or rather argument, that a coup took place and your number one villain in the story...
Is comments that were said on this show, a publicly aired TV show, probably wasn't that whole secret coup narrative that you guys were going for.
This show was started as war room impeachment against the nullification project of President Donald J. Trump.
Now we've entered what is essentially the assassination project against President Donald J. Trump.
And I'm not just talking literally, though we have that too.
I'm talking legally, I'm talking politically, I'm talking financially.
It shows you how desperate they are.
And last night I was watching MSNBC. There was a panel with Ari Melber, Sarah Matthews, our own Peter Navarro, and Gordon Sondland, one of the infamous anti-Trump impeachment witnesses.
And I had deja vu to the early days of this show when it was those deep state operatives, deep state subcontractors operating under the guise of impartiality and, oh, promoting democracy.
All those same characters were back.
My pattern recognition really came back with a vengeance.
I wanna make it very clear that this filing that we saw released yesterday, it wasn't just a filing.
In light of what has happened to President Trump in terms of assassination attempts,
it is essentially a premature version of a manifesto for the next crazy person, probably propped up
by the federal government, who's gonna try and go after President Trump
because he's such a threat to democracy.
unidentified
Bye.
natalie winters
Although something tells me if you actually looked into the background of, let's see, one, two of the shooters who tried to kill President Trump with the same resources and funding that the January 6th committee had, you'd probably find a lot more interesting stuff there.
But Speaker Johnson's too weak to do anything on that.
In the same fashion, right?
There's something quite telling when they sit there and yell at you saying that January 6th was worse than 9-11.
Not just on par, but worse.
Because you know why?
They're doing the same thing that they did after 9-11.
Of course, the pretext of weapons of mass destruction.
But in the same way that they tried to build democracies abroad...
That's what they're trying to do with the American people.
Shove democracy down your throat.
Though it's certainly a perverted form of democracy that's not actually rooted in the tradition of this country.
And just for good measure, they threw on nation building too.
In the sense that they've imported nations worthy, nations worth numbers of people into this country.
Essentially overnight.
Streamlined it with the CBP One app.
Well, I think that the people who created the CBP1 app honestly should be in prison for treason.
I actually downloaded the CBP1 app today just for fun.
It is so easy to use.
Talk about the cheapening of what it means to be an American, where all you have to do is download an app to get an application or an appointment to simply just approach a port of entry and become an American citizen.
It is so disgusting.
It was quite telling on MSNBC last night.
They kept referring to this filing as, quote, a screenplay version of the whole January 6th saga.
Yeah, because it's all written and scripted and drafted.
And I'm not just talking about the federal agent involvement.
But you see how this is all part of a narrative.
Down to the fact that Tim Waltz had that Hollywood moment in the debate last night talking about January 6th.
Where I guess MSNBC says that that's just a coincidence.
On top of the Matthew Graves 60 Minutes profile piece coming out just two weeks ago.
You got MSNBC highlighting the January 6th off-Broadway play.
Wheeling out the kid of the dad who's rotting in prison.
It all is part of a plan.
And it's so in your face to the point where they have intentionally delayed the release of the report on January 6th when it comes to federal assets involvement.
In the whole situation until after the election, if these people were actually serious about stopping another coup, which they're already accusing President Trump of doing, wouldn't you want that January 6th Inspector General report out?
Instead, they've done everything to stonewall it.
That's frankly why they set up the January 6th committee to begin with.
And here's the best part.
You talk about a two-tier system of justice?
Well, I think it's not even that.
Because that implies it's still a system of justice.
The same day that that 165-page call to arms was released from Jack Smith's office...
The archives came out and said that they are in concert with the Biden DOJ and Obama lawyers, saying that they are intentionally delaying records related to Joe Biden's and Hunter Biden and James Biden's foreign business dealings until November 6th, the day after the election.
It could literally not get more blatant when it comes to election interference.
I guess maybe at least now we know why the Biden regime has been so MIA when it comes to a hurricane response, because they were too busy prepping for this latest installment of full-fledged lawfare and information warfare against Donald J. Trump.
Meanwhile, they're also asking for an indefinite delay when it comes to the trial of the second would-be Trump assassin.
And here's the best part.
Speaker Johnson hasn't said anything about Jack Smith's filing.
You know who else hasn't?
The Weaponization Committee.
Probably the most egregious example of government weaponization in history to call it election
interference is an understatement.
Senator Johnson is nowhere to be found.
Jim Jordan, no statements, nothing.
And they're going, oh, well, we're on vacation.
Well, the country's burning, Speaker Johnson.
And by the way, I noticed that all those members of Congress, they certainly had time to tweet that they stand with Israel.
Well, maybe it's about time that you tweet and actually do something that has to do with standing with Trump.
Because they don't understand what this is all about.
And frankly, they're in on it.
And what this is...
It's essentially a purge of the Republican Party to rid it of its most MAGA elements.
Now, I want to play these clips from MSNBC where they say the quiet part out loud.
Let's roll the package.
Not the one that's up there.
You guys better get this right.
The one that has to do with how they are coming for Republican voters with this latest Jack Smith filing
unidentified
The potential Cassidy for the Republican Party to be the party that it once was
would be to move Donald Trump off, you know the stage and and to
perhaps have a Harris presidency but then maybe You know, a handful of voters who are maybe former Nikki Haley supporters or just Republicans who need to be reminded once more why they should not be voting for Donald Trump.
Do you think it would be effective for Vice President Harris to talk about this in whatever way legally she is allowed to on the campaign trail?
Yes, absolutely. And I think she will.
In fact, tomorrow here in Wisconsin, she's going to be at an event with Liz Cheney.
And I'm guessing that this issue is going to come up.
natalie winters
They're coming for the Republican Party.
They're coming for President Trump and they hate what we did in 2016.
They want to be able to point to that election and say that it was anomaly and crawl this party back into the cold, dead hands of people like Liz Cheney, people like Dick Cheney.
So much so, you want to talk about symbolism?
Liz Cheney is out there campaigning with Kamala Harris today.
Let's throw up the New York Times article.
Because where are they campaigning?
In Wisconsin, the same place that was the birthplace of the modern Republican Party.
You see the symbolism there.
And you know they're hemorrhaging support among union workers, among actual Americans.
So all of this January 6th stuff, it's part of the PSYOP to go after sort of more, I would say, limp Republican voters to try to really dig the knife in when it comes to the whole democracy refrain.
They're wheeling out people like Cassidy Hutchinson.
By the way, Cassidy Hutchinson, you stand up there, you sit on MSNBC sets and everyone praises you for your courage.
How about this?
In the same breath where you go on MSNBC programs and say, oh, I just want to let the American people know that President Trump is a threat to democracy.
That's my job. That's what I got to let everyone know.
If you're really so courageous, you have an open invite to come on War Room anytime you want and make that case to the American people.
Let's see how courageous you actually are.
unidentified
I don't think you will.
natalie winters
Because you don't realize it, but you're just a pawn.
But you have an open invite.
So you say, oh, Natalie, you're just screaming.
Well, trying to give you guys a little abandoned cultural appropriation.
But here's the thing.
So what do we do about it?
Obviously, War Room is always equipping you guys with the tools, the facts, how to get out the vote.
But today's a very important day and a very special day.
And I wish Stephen K. Bannon were here to be delivering this monologue.
Because it's the one-year anniversary of ousting Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
Which I think was the opening salvo among many as to why they hate Stephen K. Bannon and hate this show and hate you guys.
The grassroots, the MAGA audience.
But what else does it show you?
It shows you that we do have power when we band together, when we make those phone calls, and that they're so damn scared of it.
They have to throw people like Stephen K. Bannon in prison.
They have to throw people like President Trump in prison.
They have to come for the Republican Party using idiots like Liz Cheney.
So what does that mean, War Room does?
It means we double down because it means those people, those feckless, fake Republicans, the Steve Casters of the world, they're not doing anything.
They're not getting off their ass to help President Trump win because they want him to lose.
They say as much in off-the-record comments to Politico reporters.
So it's up to the war room posse to deliver another victory, just like we did when we deposed Kevin McCarthy, to deliver that same victory for President Donald J. Trump.
Because I don't know about you, I don't think the lobbyists, I don't think the donors, I don't think the establishment Republicans did absolutely anything to help us in that fight.
But we won, and we're going to win again.
Because this shows you how desperate they are.
They're banking on Jack Smith and Cassidy Hutchinson.
Like I said, open invite, Mrs. Courage.
I don't think you'll take it, but any day we're here.
We're going to be joined after the break to break down all this and so much more with
Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene.
But in the meantime, you've got to make sure you are checking out Public Square, supporting
companies that support you, support freedom, support actual democracy and Birchgold.com
slash Bannon, texting Bannon to 989898.
We will be right back after this short break.
unidentified
I'm a CCD!
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
natalie winters
You're back in the war room.
We're joined now by Congresswoman MTG, who is in Georgia.
Congresswoman, I'd love to sort of get your assessment.
We've heard so much about just the absolutely horrid flood and hurricane response from Biden and Kamala.
They're too busy giving billions, yes, with a B, to illegal aliens resettling them in your communities using FEMA funds that they now Oops, don't have any to dole out to the American people.
Can you walk us through sort of what you're seeing on the ground there, what your constituents are telling you?
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, absolutely, Natalie.
I've been on the ground in my district all week and also across Georgia since Congress left Washington, D.C. By the way, not delivering anything for the American people.
People are furious. They are beyond angry.
The very fact that Congress voted to fund the government with the CR right before we hit recess for October, and the fact that FEMA has spent $1 billion in the past two years to house illegal aliens, And giving billions and billions of dollars to countries like Ukraine.
However, only giving $750 to Hurricane Helene victims have people over the top.
They are so ready to vote on November 5th.
But here's the thing that a lot of people don't know.
It's not just packages of money out of foreign countries that Speaker Mike Johnson led, by the way.
That was something our Republican speaker did.
However, it's also the fact that our government funds the government of Ukraine at $1 billion per month.
That completely funds Zelensky's government, props them up so that the United States can continue the proxy war with Russia through the government of Ukraine.
And they do all of this by literally slapping the American people in the face.
Not helping them during this horrific tragedy like Hurricane Helene.
That has people in Georgia here, South Georgia, Central Georgia, Eastern Georgia, all the way up into Tennessee and Western North Carolina.
Livid. Absolutely livid.
And we're shocked.
We're absolutely shocked that we're seeing this happen here in our own country.
And we're blown away at the lack of response and help from the federal government that everyone pays taxes to.
So I've heard it over and over and over again, literally, since this happened.
natalie winters
And I think the audience is equally fired up that nothing has been done to go after or defund Jack Smith.
Like I noted in my opening, I haven't seen statements from Jim Jordan, the weaponization committee.
I mean, talk about ironic.
Can you just walk us through sort of your thoughts on the unveiling or unsealing of that filing yesterday?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, everyone knows how I feel.
I was screaming from the rooftops for a very long time now that we should have never funded the Department of Justice.
We should have completely defunded Jack Smith.
There's no reason why his office should have any funds to weaponize the government against our candidate, our Republican candidate for president, a former president of the United States, President Trump.
This is nothing but the political What Jack Smith is doing is completely illegal.
And he should be prosecuted after we win on November 5th.
Jack Smith should be prosecuted.
I'll go further.
Matthew Graves. Matthew Graves, the U.S. attorney that continues to prosecute January 6th defendants, election protesters on January 6th.
Matthew Graves should be prosecuted.
This is a weaponized abuse of power, and shame on Republicans in Congress for never doing a damn thing about it.
I introduced articles of impeachment on Matthew Graves.
I've introduced articles of impeachment on Joe Biden.
I tried to defund Jack Smith.
That was something I relentlessly talked to everyone about.
And, you know, I was so frustrated with Mike Johnson.
I tried to oust him from the speakership back in May.
I think the only problem that existed when I tried to do that is that people didn't see what I saw.
I saw it early and the American people were still snowed thinking that Mr.
Christian conservative Mike Johnson was going to be this great speaker.
And now they all know.
Now they all know it's true.
But he's not. He's funded.
The Biden-Harris complete budget funded their agenda, funded Jack Smith's office, funded Matthew Graves' office, funded Mayorkas' job in the homeland security and the invasion into the United States of America.
Funded the CBP1 app.
I told President Trump about the CBP1 app two weeks ago and informed him exactly how it works, sent him the links from the app store so they could understand it.
And I'm so glad he's talking about it now in all of his speeches.
But we should have never funded this government.
We should have never funded them because they are literally systematically destroying the United States of America.
And now, what we're going through in this last month of October, it's not an October surprise, Natalie.
It's October chaos.
And it is meant to throw everyone into chaos going into the November 5th election.
But I want to bring up one thing that, you know, there's so many people suffering and so many people devastated by this hurricane.
And here in my district, we feel very blessed and lucky because that hurricane was supposed to go directly through northwest Georgia, through my district.
That's where the path had been the entire time.
And it turned east a little bit and we didn't get it.
We had no damage from the hurricane, but we are devastated watching our neighbors and family members across the state or over in Tennessee and western North Carolina that are devastated by this.
However, we're having real talks every day about how to get polling locations set up, you know, along with food supplies and rescue teams.
But we also have to plan for an election.
We have 42 post offices that are shut down here in the state of Georgia, and that's going to affect absentee ballots.
You know, and they're understandably shut down.
There is a lot of devastation.
However, we've got to get these things up and running.
Because Georgia and North Carolina are critical swing states for this election.
We have to help people.
We have to rescue people.
We have to feed people. We have to get them their important medications.
But we also have to make sure that our election integrity is upheld because this is a very serious election.
And I have a lot of concern about what's to come.
natalie winters
And Congressman, we know you've got to bounce, but before you do, we know Speaker Johnson pledged that there would be no Christmastime omnibus, just like, I guess, his biblical worldview that is, what, underwritten by the entirety of the Democratic Party and at the mercy of Hakeem Jeffries.
There might be a little bit of a conflict of interest there, I would humbly posit.
But just where do we stand on the fight to avoid those omnibuses?
Is there any movement being done behind the scenes, or are most people just back in their districts doing nothing?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, I can tell you, tragically, for the American people, everyone's back in their districts campaigning for re-election.
And I'll say this.
I mean, we have to ask for re-election because we need the Republican majority in the House.
The tax code expires this year, and whoever controls the House is going to write the tax code.
And so that's incredibly important.
But yeah, as far as Christmas time comes, I think Mike Johnson is going to be handing
the American people a big fat lump of coal in the form of a CR or a Christmas omnibus.
But we haven't heard a thing about it yet.
We have no idea what it's going to be.
natalie winters
Congresswoman, if people want to follow you, check out the campaign, stay up to date with
the fight and the good fight here in D.C., where can people go to do that?
marjorie taylor greene
Everyone can follow me on my social media at MTGreenE on X, RealMTG on other accounts, and also RepMTG.
Those are my accounts. And Natalie, I got to tell you, you're doing a great job.
You're speaking for so many people, and I appreciate you.
You're like, I'm following you on X, and I'm loving all your posts.
So keep it up. You're saying exactly what needs to be said.
natalie winters
Thank you very much. That is very kind and the feeling is mutual.
We will have you back on soon.
Thank you. When I was watching MSNBC yesterday, I was getting deja vu to the first impeachment of President Trump.
For those of you who don't know, I was actually an anonymous staff writer for War Room Impeachment.
unidentified
I was also concurrently in college, so talk about a promotion.
I guess I should be thanking the weaponized DOJ for this.
natalie winters
No, I'm kidding. But speaking of the weaponized DOJ, Denver, let's roll the clip of Thomas Massey with the latest on the pipe bomb investigation as a teaser for Darren Beattie.
thomas massie
And now we just found out, I found out from another inspector general, and I want to submit this for the record.
Objection. Yeah. I asked him, do you have the footage, the video footage, does the FBI have the video footage of the DNC on January 6th?
And he tells me when he asked the FBI for the video footage, they don't even have video footage of the DNC that we know was created on January 6th.
It's almost as if they don't want to know.
Can you rule out that there were any confidential human sources involved in the whole pipe bomb thing on January 6th?
unidentified
I'd have to go back, Congressman, and refresh myself on what we've done.
Information we've gathered to date on that, I don't know as I sit here.
thomas massie
Okay, that would be a huge revelation.
I'm happy to come. I think we should get that and get it public before the election.
natalie winters
I yield back. Darren, Beattie, if you are up, I would love for you to walk us through what are just the, seems to be, ever-evolving revelations when it comes to the pipe bomb hoax.
darren j beattie
Indeed, yes, this is a very important development, this pipe bomb story, one of the two smoking guns of the feds direction.
And I would say, arguably, the biggest scandal in American politics right now that sits at the intersection of Kamala Harris, the Secret Service, And the weaponization of the national security state against the American people.
This latest revelation is kind of remarkable, the FBI admitting that they didn't have any surveillance footage whatsoever as of March 2022, when this investigation was barely a year old and ostensibly one of their biggest and most important investigations within the broader sort of J6 DOJ dragnet.
It's simply unbelievable that FBI had no footage.
And we had a big piece on this at Revolver.News.
natalie winters
And Darren, we got a bounce to break, so I'm going to hold you there.
But no, you're right. It's truly enraging.
But hang with us through the break.
We're going to keep drilling down. I know you guys got a new piece up at Revolver.
We're in Posse. In the meantime, we've got to be checking out Patriot Mobile.
We have a bunch of new deals and products, especially now with hurricanes and floods.
You've got to put your own safety in your own hands.
And your health, too. It's sacredhumanhealth.com, promo code Bannon.
I'm a big fan of the magnesium.
We'll be right back with Dr.
Darren J. Beatty after the short.
unidentified
Who's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
natalie winters
You're back in the war room.
We're still joined by Dr.
Darren J. Beattie. Darren, if you want to pick up where you left off on just more explosive findings when it comes to the pipe bomb and even just the Jan 6 IG report more broadly.
darren j beattie
Yes, indeed. Well, the Massey report indicates that the FBI either didn't have or perhaps more likely simply deleted all of the surveillance footage.
Remember, they presented surveillance footage to the public.
So the idea that they're on record is not having anything as of March, 2022 is remarkable,
especially in the context of numerous bombshell reports that we published years ago,
conclusively showing that the FBI both tampered with and degraded and has withheld critical footage.
And I'll let the audience know a little bit of a teaser.
This case is developing very rapidly.
I know these things are always frustrating.
I know it always seems like a tick-tock, tick-tock, and we never get the resolution we want.
And I can't guarantee anything, but this is so close, and we are very close to actually getting an identity
due to breakthroughs that I can't disclose right now, but stay tuned to this very important and active story.
And also, I would like to just say a few words about the latest piece that we have up at Revolver, if you'll indulge me for a little bit, Natalie.
unidentified
Consider yourself indulged.
darren j beattie
It's a very important piece.
You know, one thing about J.D. Vance's exceptional performance is, yes, we all remember the Waltz, you know, is a good friend of all the school shooters, but the more substantive point, other than Trump as the peace candidate in foreign policy, is that J.D. was so solid and so powerful on the question of manufacturing, making it very clear that the Trump-Vance presidency and ticket was We'll hold manufacturing front and center for the American people.
And you know, Trump isn't just saying we need to bring jobs from American companies back to America.
He's gone still further and said that we are going to take Chinese jobs.
We are going to force foreign companies to bring their companies here in America and set up shop here so Americans are working at these plants.
Sort of the next step in this.
And this latest piece in Revolver is to both celebrate this and also to
castigate the limited mindset of a number of Republicans who kind of
reflexively, I know War Room is great critic of China and these criticisms are
valid, but I think some people go too far and simply anything associated with
China, even if it's good for the United States, is poo-pooed.
For instance, some of these Republicans are going against this company called Goshen that wants to bring 5,000 jobs.
There's another Chinese company that Youngkin was against that wants to bring jobs in the US. Trump has repeatedly said that If we can eat China's lunch by having them have their factories here and Americans working at them instead of Chinese, that's more than a win.
That's more than just bringing American jobs back.
And so the piece underscores a kind of misguided mindset, I think, among some Republicans
who in this kind of compensatory fashion want to symbolically and performatively
saber rattle at China because they're either too weak or too impotent
to go after real threats to America, including the real threats posed by China
rather than the fake ones.
And so we get into some of that.
We talk about TikTok as another example.
So you know a lot of people were against TikTok.
One of the biggest influencers on TikTok at the moment, he has over 3 million followers.
There's a great guy called Johnny McEntee who's one of the hardcore Trump loyalists.
So we can win the game of TikTok.
We can win the game of social media.
And so the broader perspective of the piece that I encourage everyone to read is simply to say, look, We're competitors with China, no question.
We want to beat them, no question.
They do pose a significant national security threat in a number of domains.
But let's not take this to a level where we're actually undermining America and American jobs and interesting and important opportunities due to performative gestures against China.
So I think it's a perspective that a lot of the audience here will find especially interesting.
natalie winters
I'll have to read it and take a look.
Darren, if people want to follow you one more time, where can they go?
darren j beattie
Revolver.news as always and x at Darren J. Beattie.
natalie winters
Thank you so much for joining.
We will have you back on soon.
You need to get a better Twitter background picture.
darren j beattie
I'll take that under advisement.
Thank you. There you go.
natalie winters
Thank you for joining.
We'll have you back on. Now, I apologize to Jeff Clark, who joins us in the studio, because you've had to sit and listen to me rant, but I now want to essentially turn the floor over to you.
You were the first person that I thought of to have to come on and walk us through the intricacies of this new filing, so have at it.
I know the audience wants to get your take.
jeffrey clark
Well, thanks, Natalie. And look, you know, I'm seeing a lot of people obviously encapsulate this as election interference, and it is.
But let me go a little bit deeper.
And why is it a completely lawless way in which to proceed?
First of all, it's violated President Trump's.
This is Jack Smith's new 165 pager.
It's violated President Trump's procedural right once Jack Smith filed a superseding
indictment to move to dismiss that indictment.
We're not going to see that document from President Trump now until November 7th.
Hopefully the election will be wrapped up by then.
But it's clear that basically we're dealing with the fact that Jack Smith gets to launch
his October surprise, dirty up President Trump, and that flips the ordinary order, which is
under federal rule of criminal procedure 12, President Trump should have gotten to move
first after Jack Smith filed his superseding indictment.
He's been stripped of that right by Judge Chutkin.
So that's a procedural violation, but there are also constitutional violations.
All of the key amendments, and there are three of them, that protect the rights of criminal
defendants are being violated here.
First, the fourth amendment.
At least some of the evidence in this, or purported evidence or statements in this 165
pager involve information that they developed through warrants.
None of that information should really be entered into the public record until and unless
President Trump gets the opportunity to challenge that evidence in a suppression hearing, because
the evidence might have been developed unlawfully.
And we know that various, you know, giant warrants that were issued or warrants that
were issued in violation of President Trump's executive and other privileges were issued.
And so all of that should have been hashed out first.
This manner of proceeding by Judge Chetkin is just steamrolling over the Fourth Amendment
Then there's the Fifth Amendment, and the Fifth Amendment guarantees due process.
I've already mentioned how President Trump's due process rights in the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure have been violated.
But also, President Trump, none of this evidence necessarily should come in.
A lot of it is opinion evidence.
A lot of it is various advisers of President Trump saying that they thought that he lost the election.
But, you know, that's opinion information, right?
And it's not the kind of thing that is free from President Trump and his lawyers challenging in order to try to keep that information out.
So those due process rights are being violated as well.
And then there's the Sixth Amendment.
And the Sixth Amendment guarantees the right of criminal defendants to confront their accusers.
And not just to confront at any time, but to confront at meaningful times.
And if all of this information that's coming in from grand juries or warrants or from other
interviews that the FBI conducted is being all slammed together in one hodgepodge of
a document, President Trump can't push back on any of that with the people right in front
of him and right in front of his trial lawyers to guarantee that the Sixth Amendment Confrontation
Clause rights are protected.
So you know, you have three of the biggest provisions of the Bill of Rights, three out
of the 10 amendments of the Bill of Rights being violated by this process.
It's really amazing.
And then there are also violations of the Trump v. U.S.
immunity decision on July 1.
We have the fact that I don't see how much of any of this evidence comes in under the evidentiary exclusionary rule that was created in the Trump VUS case to recognize that you need to protect the internal deliberations of the Justice Department.
So that's also being violated.
Jack Smith is purported to say that, well, he has to redact information about who these witnesses are, but the redactions are very transparent.
You can slice through them, and media has already begun that process.
I've begun that process personally.
And so that was all just a smokescreen.
It's a smokescreen designed to make it seem as if it were legally plausible to release this 165-pager in the final month of the election, and it's not.
And as I pointed out on Twitter, exNatalie, there's a key admission in here that some of the people who come to President Trump and they tell him, well, we think you lost, they say in there that President Trump wasn't happy with that information and that he was not happy to be hearing that because he disagreed with it.
Well, that's an admission that President Trump does not have a criminal state of mind.
That he actually believed that he won the election.
And there are many people who believe he won the election.
And there's lots of objective evidence of both election irregularities and fraud.
So there's just a very quick rundown catalog of all the problems with what Jack Smith has been allowed to do.
And we know that it's all about trying to help Kamala Harris win the election and defeat Trump.
And so I just, you know, my jaw dropped when I read this document.
natalie winters
And we have the picture, Denver, let's put it up on screen, but you noticed something significant too about the final page, the signature, the address situation.
Can you walk the audience through the peculiarity of that?
jeffrey clark
Sure. So look, I've signed off personally on...
Let's not exaggerate.
Thousands of filings by DOJ. I've never seen one that did not have an indication that you have a block of lawyers and then it says the Justice Department and then if they're at the main Justice Building, which is at 9th and Pennsylvania, 950 Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest, or if they're at a satellite building, the address of the satellite building, if that's where they take their mail, the street address there, the zip code, and the phone number.
This just has a list of people, including Jack Smith.
Is he not affiliated with the Justice Department?
You know, clearly other signature blocks that he's filed in other cases have done this.
Why has he magically changed it for this purpose and it doesn't note that he's at the Justice Department?
It's very head-scratching.
natalie winters
Just give me a minute on what the sort of next steps are, the timeline as to how this progresses.
jeffrey clark
So, you know, based on the fact that they're hit with 165 pager, right, that, you know, they haven't had a lot of time to prepare for because we're talking about information that was previously secret in many instances.
They asked for an extension.
They got it.
So President Trump's going to get his delayed motion to dismiss, which he should have gotten at the outset.
And that's going to be combined with his response to this 165-pager.
It's going to be folded into one massive document which Judge Chutkin has allowed President Trump to have 180 pages for, and that's due by November 7th.
natalie winters
Hang with us through the break. We're gonna have a beautiful cold open of an MSNBC plot to get Trump
Wonder where they got that from gone wrong. It's a good moment. War room got a lot of shoutouts on
MSNBC last night, although I guess it was sort of like the crescendo night for them when it comes to their defensive
Democracy you guys want to definitely stay tuned and watch that clip in the meantime
You got to make sure you're checking out birch gold comm slash Bannon
In the latest installment of the end of the dollar Empire and I would also say while you're at it
Download the CBP one app I did that. Like I told you, I did that today.
It is so maddening, so enraging, that all you have to do is literally put your name in, submit a picture, and your application to have a meeting to either get asylum or just migrant status.
Truly, like I say, I'm rarely at a loss for words.
Download the CBP1 app.
unidentified
It sounds like I'm doing a read for the CBP1 app.
natalie winters
But it is so maddening.
And maybe while you're at it, submit an application and overwhelm it.
Oops, did I say that? I don't know.
Maybe that's alternative warfare.
No. We'll be right back after this short break.
unidentified
A glorious MSNBC failure.
Why was it important for you to say no more Trump because of his January 6th conduct, and do you stand by that?
No, I don't stand by it, and I'll tell you why.
I've now lived four years under the Biden-Harris policies, and I have to say that those policies are not only becoming an existential threat To our country's way of life, but to our allies as well.
And it has to...
Ambassador, I'll let you finish, but this is so striking.
You said it was a no for me after that.
I did. And here we are right now.
I did. And you're saying it's a yes for you.
It is a yes for me. It is an absolute yes for me.
That is how badly...
The Biden-Harris team have prosecuted their job.
But the whole point you seem to be making was that January 6th and that kind of attack on democracy is bigger than any policy.
But I am seeing so many attacks on democracy that eclipse January 6th.
So I want to ask Sarah, if you want to ask me what those are.
Yikes. Can you say narrative collapse?
natalie winters
Jeff Clark, we know you've got to bounce.
Give us your quick thoughts, and if people want to follow you, stay up to date with the analysis.
jeffrey clark
Well, it's priceless to see Ari Mellor's face during that, right?
And I'm very glad of Gordon Sondland's change of heart, although I wish he'd never really stabbed President Trump in the back after getting an appointment as an ambassador.
But look at the collection of three that they have.
They have PhD economist Peter Navarro.
They have a former ambassador.
And then they have Sarah Matthews.
Which one of these doesn't belong here in Sesame Street terms?
And I thought her commentary was inane.
So I'd urge the viewers to go look at all of that.
And then in terms of my coordinates, I'm JeffClarkUS on Getter and X and at RealJeffClark on Truth Social.
And you should also follow the Center for Renewing America at our website, americarenewing.com, which has all of our socials.
natalie winters
Thank you, sir, for joining us.
Always an honor to have you on.

EJ and Tony, we know we are getting ready to see another jobs report.
I believe 16 of the last 19, that's a funny joke, have been revised downwards.
What do you think we're going to see with tomorrow's or whenever it comes out?
ej antoni
Well, Natalie, unfortunately, the methodological problems that are present in this report, in other words, the errors that the statisticians are making, those issues haven't been fixed.
They still haven't been dealt with, despite the fact that they were present all the way back in the spring of 2022.
So the fact of the matter is we can expect more of those downward revisions to continue, not only just in tomorrow's report, but in subsequent months until those problems are actually addressed.
But given the fact that there are so many problems, I'm actually not even paying that much attention to the overall headline number.
In other words, how many jobs were allegedly added.
Instead, I think it's best to focus on things like the labor force participation rate.
In other words, what percentage of Americans are actually even looking for We've lost over a million full-time jobs, again, on net.
It's also going to be really important, Natalie, to look at what kinds of jobs are being created, not just in terms of hours worked, part-time versus full-time, but also where.
In other words, the sector.
We've seen a disproportionate amount of growth in government, literally employment by the government, but also what you might call indirect growth.
That's basically, Natalie, where the government will give, let's say, a grant to a hospital, and then the hospital uses that money, those taxpayer dollars, to hire a nurse.
That person is still being paid by the taxpayer, even though their paycheck is not actually coming directly from the government.
So, for example, let's just look at the last year.
You add up all of the jobs that were created, not just directly by government, but also indirectly by government.
government, it amounts to half of all of our job growth in the last 12 months.
This is not at all something that's sustainable.
And the reason for that, Natalie, is because you need many private sector jobs to pay for
a single public sector job.
In other words, you need, let's say, 20, 30, or even 40 taxpayers to fund a single government
job.
So unless you're adding 20, 30, or even 40 private sector jobs, at the same time you're
adding just one government job, that's not a sustainable path.
Unfortunately, though, that's the path we've been on.
natalie winters
Sounds like Jack Smith's office then maybe makes up like 10% of the new jobs.
But just walk us through. Just give me a minute.
Seems in the last three days, U.S. public debt has expanded by $345 billion.
I'm looking at numbers down here.
National debt outpaces economic growth by 2.7 times over the last 16 months.
Just give me a minute on the financial crisis that we are barreling towards.
ej antoni
Well, essentially, Natalie, we are very quickly heading towards something that happened in Great Britain not that long ago.
This was a key reason why Liz Truss had the shortest stint as prime minister in the history of that nation.
It was because the debt crisis really started coming to a head.
And you had bad actors in the exchequer in the Bank of England who essentially were able
to cause havoc in financial markets and force her out.
You could be looking at something like that happening here if President Trump is reelected,
where we are so close to the brink that it'd be very easy for bad actors at the Federal
Reserve, at the Treasury Department to cause that same kind of financial chaos here in
the United States and make our situation that much more untenable.
It already is.
You're absolutely right.
We are adding an unsustainable amount of debt every single day.
And we're unfortunately in the process of essentially pulling forward growth from the
In other words, we're simply spending money today that gets counted as growing the economy, even though nothing's growing except government, and all of that money has to be repaid in the future, which means less growth then.
natalie winters
EJ, real quick, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with your analysis, where can they go?
ej antoni
Best place to find me is on X, and the handle there is at Real EJAntoni.
natalie winters
Thank you, sir. We will have you back on.
Probably to go through the revisions, because it seems like they're going to come.
ej antoni
Until next time, Natalie.
natalie winters
War Room Posse, we opened the show with...
Actually, I think the theme of the shows this week have been, your government hates you.
So much so that they're giving billions of dollars to help resettle illegal aliens in your communities.
And now FEMA, oops, they don't have anything to give to the American people.
How do they reward gold star mothers like Tina Peters?
They slap her with a nine-year prison sentence.
Sick to my stomach.
Absolutely disgusting.
But hey, I guess that's what democracy is, right?
Not quite. I'll be back here tomorrow.
So much more.
