Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
You're not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
He says is the opposite.
It's just another lie.
Like, how did we get here?
Let's extinguish him for good.
We have an answer.
We have a remarkably talented candidate who is sincere, who's pragmatic, who's open.
Let's just get it done.
alex jones
Well, thanks for having me, I gotta say.
unidentified
I love ya.
alex jones
This is a beautiful state full of beautiful people, and when we get President Trump elected, all of us together are going to lift the curse off of this country, and we're going to send the globalists to prison!
And it is amazing, it is amazing to meet all these great people, whether they're black, white, old, young, to see the electricity in people's eyes that are populist, and that are Americans, and that love God, and that love children, and love freedom, and hate tyranny!
unidentified
I can feel the strength in this auditorium and capacity in Reading, Pennsylvania!
And like I told The Globalist a long time ago, I don't know how all this is gonna end, but if they want to
alex jones
fight, they better believe they've got one!
unidentified
It just makes me laugh.
natalie winters
Alex Jones, so controversial.
unidentified
Love God, love America, love freedom.
alex jones
Oh, you're so radical.
unidentified
And Tucker, Alex, the one thing I always give Alex props for that no one ever gives him credit for, Alex Jones has stood against war for 30 years every single day of his career.
alex jones
But I'm for the war peacefully with information against the globalists.
The real war is here with the globalists and Soros and Obama and the New World Order and BlackRock.
unidentified
They've declared war on us and we accept the challenge.
We're taking the country back!
natalie winters
And that's precisely why they want to shut him down.
It's Wednesday, September 25th in the year of our Lord 2024.
It's Natalie G. Winters holding down the war room while Stephen K. Bannon is sitting in federal prison, just 24 hours after that speech happened, that fiery speech by the one and only Alex Jones.
Guess what?
A Houston judge said, it's okay, we're going to liquidate.
We're going to go ahead and sell piece by piece.
Infowars, I'm sure, a beloved platform for many of you guys in this audience.
By the way, shouldn't be lost on anyone, the same day that the FCC essentially fast-tracked George Soros' ability to buy up radio stations across this country.
And just for good measure, while the UN globalists are overlords, are up meeting in New York plotting new ways to censor all of us, I'm sure.
No conspiracies, no coincidences there.
We're actually joined now by the one and only Alex Jones, who I wanted to bring on to inform the War Room Posse, who, as I'm sure you know, are dear fans of yours, what the status of InfoWars is in this latest lawfare assault.
alex jones
Well, they've been trying to shut me down and sue me for seven years.
They had rigged court cases where the judges found me guilty, and then had show trials.
They never did anything they said I did, just like Steve Bannon is sentenced to sitting in prison.
While they've committed all these real crimes against our republic, and against the people, and against our security, and human trafficking, and the border wide open, and all the rest of it.
And so, really the federal judge, because of the Democrat party that used the whole Sandy Hook thing to try to shut me down, they've admitted they want me silenced.
They don't even want a settlement or money.
They have wanted the state court to just lock the doors and shut it down.
And so all the only move we had left was Chapter 7 and I own InfoWars.
So it liquidates my assets.
We're hoping to get a good Patriot group.
To go in and overbid the establishment on an auction of the website and the equipment and the building and the rest of it coming up on the 13th of November, right after the election.
But regardless, I'll still be able to be on air if they don't put me in prison or kill me.
And some people say, well, then you're calling for them to go to prison.
Well, they started all this.
They're the ones trying to outlaw freedom in this country.
I mean, there's new Democrat quotes today by Congresswoman and people saying, The FBI exists to persecute and go after Republicans.
I mean, this is getting crazy right here.
Tim Repp says DOJ and FBI's purpose is to persecute Trump and his supporters.
That's Stacey Plaskett right there, you know, coming out and saying that.
So these people are the tyrants.
They're the ones working with the Communist Chinese, the Russians, and everybody else.
Not us.
They're the ones that targeted President Trump with all this lawfare and persecution, broke all these laws to do it.
And so it's not vengeance when Trump gets back in.
To prosecute these criminals, it must be done.
That is our duty, and we must remove the deep state.
And so, Infowars being under attack, their attempts to shut it down, and their desperateness to do it is really canary in the coal mine for what they want to do to everybody.
Trump always says, they're not trying to get me, they've got to get through me to get to you.
That's totally true, and the people understand that.
This whole globalist, corporate, BlackRock, New World Order, UN takeover, ...sees America as an obstacle to their global government, and they see America as a city on a shining hill as an example to others.
That's why we've got to be politically, culturally destroyed.
We couldn't be attacked and defeated from without, so they've been trying to overthrow us with clout and pivot from within.
natalie winters
Yeah, it's not retribution, it's justice.
That's what we always say here in the War Room.
Obviously, we'll drill down how this audience can help you, you know, keep InfoWars and what patriots can do.
But I'm just curious, I want to let you do what you do best, which is, of course, predict and prophesize so accurately that the mainstream media is envious they have to shut you down.
But I'm curious, in your mind, what you think election day, but more broadly, as we're, you know, set to normalize delays in results, election week or even election month, What you think that that is going to look like, whether it's Congress already prepping for having to magically and quickly replace members overnight, the military running civil unrest exercises for national special security events like January 6th.
What do you think election day looks like?
alex jones
Well, that's a great question.
And that is the big question.
Look, we know the deep state is trying the same election fraud they did before.
They're also doing the same censorship where Google only sends out voting alerts to Democrats.
They admit that or where they wouldn't.
Let anybody search the Trump assassination attempt in Butler for the first few months and admitted they were doing that.
There's information management, as Professor Epstein has exposed, that's really 70% of the fraud.
then dead people voting and illegals voting and mail-in ballots, that's how,
even if Trump's landslide overpowers them, like in 2000, they can still then go
and push it right past the number that they need.
But if something is too big to rig, like he was in 2016, there was a lot of fraud,
but his landslide overpowered him, a lot of conservatives felt like Trump was invincible
so they didn't vote, so they were able to steal it in 2020.
Now, the landslide numbers are so huge, we're seeing, in the real numbers, that that's why they tried
to kill Trump in Butler two-plus months ago and a few weeks ago there in Florida.
Is because they know he's going to win.
It's too big to rig.
And that's really what signifies to me that they know that the fraud isn't going to be enough.
Because they can only bake in maybe 10% fraud in key battleground states.
So if Trump's 10 points ahead of them in actual voting, then again, we're able to overpower that fraud.
If the red wave's so big, the seawall of fraud can't block it.
A lot of the wave makes it over, and Trump wins.
And so that's why they tried to assassinate him twice.
We know the latest would-be assassin uh... classic cia connections a foreign fighter from the u
s inside ukraine puppies is about the new york times and and and and and and
we does whether publications
recruiting ukrainians uh...
to fight recruiting islamic student fight for afghanistan recruiting
americans to go fight all these lavish money in
first-class plane tickets and then and then he shows up and puts out of
bounty on trial of a thousand dollars and then the fbi as you know blocks the
a national shear manifesto that was a trans woman demand addresses right where
and then says we can't release that'll cause violence but then
They released the bounty on Trump, hoping some copycatter tries to kill him.
This is desperation, as Steve Bannon says, a political prisoner currently, of a dying system.
But that makes them very, very dangerous.
So I believe Trump is going to win and win big.
The question is, will the fraud be able to be overridden?
And then even if he wins in the 76 days once he's president-elect is when Jamie Raskin and other globalists have said they're going to have civil war conditions.
They're not going to accept it.
They're going to uncertify him.
What they claimed he did, but he just looked at doing it.
And so they're going to dispute it and not accept it and do Black Lives Matter, Summer of Rage, mostly peaceful torching of the nation.
They've said they're going to do this.
So people thought last political cycle or the one before that was crazy.
This is the ultimate super cycle.
It's a cliche, it's said so much, but it's true this time.
This is the most important election in modern history.
World War III is on the table, the very country's existence is on the table, and that's why everybody better act like their futures depend on it, because it does.
natalie winters
And Alex, I'm curious what your assessment is of sort of the evolving narrative on the assassination attempts.
Of course, the DHS reportedly saying there's assassination teams that are hunting President Trump, but this new narrative now that Iran is supposedly coming after Trump.
Anytime I hear Iran getting invoked on the political stage, I get, you know, PTSD to John Bolton and warmongers trying to just Start wars with Iran, but what do you make of those threat assessments against President Trump?
Do you truly think they're emanating primarily from Iran, or do you think it's something bigger that, like you always say, all roads leading to globalists?
alex jones
Well, I am able to predict things because of the pre-programming.
I don't have a crystal ball, and if you go back to July 15th, two days after they grazed Trump in Butler and almost killed him with the Secret Service stand-down that's been confirmed, I said, look for them to come out and say Iran was behind it, or Iran's going to be behind future ones.
That way they can bomb Iran, get World War III going, and then there's real Hezbollah and fighters in the U.S.
Iran controls.
If the U.S.
bombs Iran after Trump's killed, if Iran is blamed, then Iran will activate real Hezbollah, and we'll have real World War III on our hands, and then the globalists will use that As an actual emergency to bring in total control show.
Again, I said that two days after the two days after I said it, they brought out the Iran thing as I predicted.
Now they've really been beating the drum with these foreign teams here, and oh, it's Iran.
So if the deep state gets too desperate and shoots down Trump's airplane, God forbid, with a surface-to-air missile or blows him up with a truck bomb on a campaign route or something, they can then blame Iran, and they believe, kill two birds with one stone, take Trump out and then go after Iran.
But Iran, of course, now admittedly hacked Trump's campaign, gave it to the Democrats.
They're also working with the Democrats behind the scenes.
Biden gave $6 billion a month before Iran helped Hamas attack Israel on October 7th.
And so there's a lot of weirdness going on behind the scenes as well.
And so you're absolutely right.
When the specter of Iran is brought out, that's got the deep state's fingerprints all over it.
Iran couldn't make the Secret Service stand down.
Iran couldn't make the Secret Service deputy director of the line of Congress say no to the stand down.
It turned out it was Ronald Roe himself.
They couldn't have a secret service now with whistleblowers confirming to Senator Josh Hawley's office ordering the stand down of default security already had in Mar-a-Lago two weeks ago.
So it's not Iran.
The motives, the history, the background is the Democratic Party in the deep state who's desperate to stay in control and holding on to power by their fingernails.
natalie winters
And Alex, just give me a minute.
I'm curious what you think about the escalating Ukraine conflict with these long range missiles, how you think that is all going to square out with all of this.
alex jones
Well, you're absolutely right.
Just today, Putin came out at a national address and said the West has authorized these heavy, long-range cruise missiles that blow up a whole block, basically, to start bombing us.
We take any conventional weapon that's either supplied or fired and controlled by the West as a declaration of war, and we will now potentially use nuclear weapons in a response to that.
And now NATO is doing its own continuity of government nuclear war drill, just like Congress is doing.
NATO prepares plans for a huge number of casualties in cases of World War III scenario, with Russia as Germany military, so an invasion could happen this decade.
So, things are, how about this week, so these things are escalating extremely fast.
natalie winters
Alex, if you can hang with us through the break, I just want to give you one more chance to let the audience know how they can help you, help InfoWars.
You know War Room always stands in solidarity with you, and you are, of course, always welcome on this show anytime you want.
It's always an honor to have you on.
And War Room Posse, in the meantime, you've got to be checking out birchgold.com slash Bannon or texting Bannon to 989898.
And while you're at it, Public Square support companies that certainly won't liquidate actual patriotic pro-free speech.
Platforms like InfoWars, like The War Room, there's breaking news that we'll get into.
After a discussion with Alex's over the house, predictably past the CR, you guessed it, Speaker Johnson being forced to be bailed out, every single Democrat voting for it.
Mr. Johnson, you stand up there, you want to preach your biblical worldview on all of us?
If Democrats are voting in unison to support whatever policies and funding BS that you're putting on the table?
Those people?
We'll go a little Alex Jones.
Those Satanists?
Something tells me it's not upholding your biblical worldview.
Don't worry, we're going to have a lot more where that came from when we walk through this vote on Speaker Johnson after this short break.
We'll be right back.
Alex Jones, how the Warren posse can help them vote wars.
unidentified
We'll be right back.
natalie winters
Welcome back to The War Room.
We're still joined by Alex Jones, who's got to bounce.
So Alex, let the audience know in the meantime, or at least post-November, if people still want to watch you get your content, besides when you're here joining us in the War Room, where can they do that?
And if people are interested in buying InfoWars, how can people actually go about doing that?
What's that process going to look like?
alex jones
Yeah, they can check the bankruptcy court's got it filed and they can pre-set themselves up and qualify to be part of the bidding process.
We hope that happens.
But regardless, we have outside sponsors that we're going to go right back on air.
I'll just work with somebody else.
So it's key for us to try to get capital in.
So we've launched thealexjonestore.com.
We put that on screen.
Thealexjonestore.com that is separate from InfoWars with great Patriot t-shirts, Trump t-shirts.
Alex Jones t-shirts that we need that funds because they've taken everything I've got to be able through this sponsor who's separate from me to be able to set up a new studio all of that and I can tell you we're not gambling that hopefully InfoWars will be here.
I'm now working with outside sponsors at thealexjonesstore.com and at my dad's company drjonesnationals.com a great supplement company to then get ready and regardless whatever we set up will just be a new operation with other folks so they can't silence us so thank you for asking but the time being Until early November, people can find me at Infowars.com, RealAlexJones on X. They can find the show, and we really, really appreciate everybody.
But you can go to Infowars.com forward slash show, find all the video feeds and audio feeds to my show and other great shows that we've got.
just like the war room we're on 10 hours a day or more, and they can find everything also again on X at real,
Alex Jones, they can find us on Rumble.
And just like I tell folks spread the word about the war room and I can't wait till Steve Bannon's out,
but all the other great shows, it is an information war folks.
So they're not trying to shut us down because we can't beat them.
The globalists wanna shut down because the truth is popular and Liberty's rising, not just here, but worldwide.
So support the war room and support what I'm doing at thealexjonestore.com.
I really appreciate all the great folks out there.
natalie winters
Alex, thank you so much for joining us.
We'll have you back on soon.
alex jones
Thank you so much.
God bless.
natalie winters
Of course, likewise.
War Room Posse, to pivot to something we've been covering, I guess, the last few weeks on this show.
That is, of course, the CR.
I want to play you guys a clip from Speaker Johnson speaking last November, less than a month into his tenure as Speaker, talking about CRs.
Quite different from the floor vote we saw today.
Let's roll it.
unidentified
...admitted to never being in this situation again.
I'm done with short-term CRs.
We are.
We're resolved.
So what that means is you're going to see, in the beginning of this next year, we'll be walking and chewing gum at the same time.
We're going to get the appropriations process running on time as it's supposed to be under law.
The Budget Control Act of 1974 has very specific provisions in there on how this is to be done.
Congress hasn't done that for as long as we can remember.
But we're going to get back to that because that's good stewardship.
The American people deserve it.
And the debt situation we find ourselves in necessitates that.
No CRs.
Oh really, Mr. Speaker?
No, I'll go back for you.
I'm just on a personal level.
How are you feeling about the reality like you just mentioned that you do have a slim
majority?
You are having to work with the Democrats.
natalie winters
No CRS.
Oh, really, Mr. Speaker, you're a liar.
They just concluded votes.
Final count 341 to 82 with, like I said before the break, every single Democrat voting in
support of this CR, just 82 Republicans opposing.
Now I know Speaker Johnson likes to stand up there and talk about his biblical worldview, which is one of the reasons this show supported his candidacy for Speaker, when he used to say things like he did just a year ago.
But Mr. Speaker, if you're having to grovel to Hakeem Jeffries and the Democratic Party and be bailed out by them on the floor, the House floor, the policies you're pushing are not rooted in a biblical worldview.
Case closed.
You know, when President Trump stood—what was it?
I think it was on the speaker's balcony—and gave his inaugural address in 2016, the American Carnage speech, Which, believe me, was historic for many reasons.
But most so because he spent most of the time actually addressing the American people on the National Mall, and not the elites, the globalists, the Bushes, the Cheneys, or maybe we should just call them the Kamala Harris endorsers, sitting behind him.
But there was a bifurcation that day.
The forgotten American people and the elites.
And when you became Speaker, You had a fork in the road.
You could choose to either probably be a short-term speaker of historic significance and hold the line and actually put America first, or you could sell out.
And join that globalist America Last class that President Trump addressed in his American Carnage address.
Because you, Sir Speaker Johnson, have fully co-signed on American Carnage today by allowing that vote to proceed and by pushing a three-month CR.
Let's pull up that Atlantic article, because I think this really gets to the heart of the issue.
I don't usually quote the Atlantic, but let's do it.
Quote, this week, Speaker Mike Johnson surrendered a spending battle that Republicans had hardly even fought.
The House will vote on legislation today to avert a government shutdown without demanding any significant concessions from Democrats.
The Atlantic is laughing at you, and they should be.
I know there's all this talk about wanting to put Stephen K. Bannon behind bars because of the election, and that's certainly part of it, but they wanted him out?
On this discussion, on this debate, over this CR.
Because you stand up there, Speaker Johnson, and say it's political malpractice to shut down the government.
No, do you know what political malpractice is?
It's allowing non-citizens and illegal aliens to vote in the 2024 election.
That's political malpractice.
You know what else is political malpractice, since you're going to lecture us on what political malpractice is, Speaker Johnson?
It's making your priority giving hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine oligarchs, epitomized by Zelensky, holding the line on that fight.
Just so Zelensky can turn around and be flown into the United States on an Air Force aircraft to campaign for Kamala Harris in a swing state known as Pennsylvania.
That's what you get in return for shipping over hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars.
And you want to know what the most insulting part about it is?
Speaker Johnson had the nerve to do breaking news, put out a strongly worded letter today that in light of that entire Ukraine debacle, that's right, a foreign national by the name of Volodymyr Zelensky campaigning for Kamala Harris in Pennsylvania.
You know what Zelensky's answer to that was?
I'm going to send a strongly worded letter to Zelensky and tell him that he needs to
replace his ambassador to the United States.
That's the best he could do.
And you know, Zelensky isn't even meeting with Speaker Johnson on his D.C.
tour now.
He's only meeting with Hakeem Jeffries.
It's not even a snub coming from the Johnson office, because Zelensky knows he doesn't even have to waste his time meeting with you, because you're not actually the Speaker of the House.
You're controlled by Hakeem Jeffries.
Actually, you're controlled by Nancy Pelosi.
If you guys have the picture of these idiots kneeling in the rotunda, That's who controls you, Speaker Johnson.
And what's even worse, you're kneeling to those idiots, letting them dictate the fiscal policy and trajectory of the United States.
I know you kicked out Steve Bannon so you couldn't have this discussion, and I'm going to do my best, though I always say it's a fool's errand, to deliver what he would probably be saying right now.
But you're a disgrace that you didn't even pick a fight.
A fight that you had a better chance of winning.
Whether it was the fact that we already had 75% of single-subject spending bills done, and that's what your job was.
You knew that deadline was coming instead of sending people home to then leverage that deadline against members.
Now lying, already saying that you're probably going to have a minibus.
You had a better chance of winning that fight than Ukraine ever did against Russia.
It's very telling which fights you pick, Mr. Speaker.
Your America Last is showing, and it's showing big time.
And you know what?
The whole founding of this country and the through-line of this show Is that you pick fights that you might not win.
And I wish Speaker Johnson had a backbone of someone like Alex Jones, who we just had on, or Stephen K. Bannon, or the revolutionary generation in this country who stood up against the UK, stood up against Great Britain.
Even though it was a fight that they were outgunned, outmanned, and probably weren't going to win if you looked at it, the metadata perspective.
But they won anyways, because that's what this country is about.
It's about fighting for the issues that matter, and the financial future of your children, our grandchildren, this country, and it not being sold on the auction block like InfoWars is about to be.
Not just to Democrats, but to a globalist elite who wants to see this country plunge into bankruptcy.
And you're too busy funding Ukraine wars, escalating that conflict, and you think the base is going to be appeased by a strongly worded letter saying, Zelensky, get rid of your ambassador.
No wonder why Blinken doesn't respect your subpoena from the House Foreign Affairs Committee on the Afghanistan withdrawal, because you have no bark to your bite.
You aren't even going to enforce it.
He won't even go to prison.
So why should he comply?
Let him go talk and chatter with all the globalists at the UN instead of answering for the blood on the hands of the Biden regime when it comes to Afghanistan.
unidentified
You're a disgrace, Speaker Mike Johnson.
natalie winters
And if you really want to pledge that you're not going to have a Christmas omnibus, then you should pledge to step down as speaker if it happens.
And until you do that, it's a complete and utter lie, and we don't believe you.
unidentified
And if it were up to me, we'd be moving to vacate the chair.
natalie winters
But I'm not old enough to be in Congress, so we'll have to wait for that for a little bit.
We'll be right back with Jeff Clark.
unidentified
I think you should be embarrassed.
Ms.
Harris, how many cases have you tried?
Can you tell us how many serious felonies you have tried?
Can you tell us one thing for sure?
I've tried about 50 cases, Mr. Fazio, and it's about leadership.
You know, Ms.
Harris, why does your information, which is still published, say that you tried hundreds of serious felonies?
I think that's misleading.
I think that's disingenuous.
I think that shows that you are incapable of leadership and you're not to be trusted.
You continue to put out information which says you have tried hundreds of serious felonies.
Mr. Fazio, leadership is about working with different communities as a career prosecutor.
I've done that, which is why I, not you, have every law enforcement organization.
natalie winters
Welcome back to The War Room.
You know, Kamala Harris is always up there on stage talking about how she's prosecuted so many cases.
Oh, all the transnational criminal organizations and gangs.
That's why I'm so great on the southern border.
Yeah, you got to look back, what, two decades into my career to hear me ever mention the word border once.
But that aside, the brilliant Jeff Clark did the research.
And sort of prove that that might not actually be the case.
Jeff Clark joins us now.
Jeff, if you can walk us through your sort of preliminary, though, albeit conclusive findings in terms of Kamala Harris's really dodgy track record when it comes to her positioning as, you know, Mrs. Prosecutor.
jeffrey clark
Sure, we'll do.
And Natalie, let me give this teaser to start out.
There's more coming.
I've done more research and that may release tonight or tomorrow.
And note the fact that I challenged, you know, her weeks ago to put in transcripts, you know, upload them to the web and then link to them on X.
or somewhere, and let's check them out.
Let's have lawyers read these transcripts and assess what quality of lawyer she actually
was.
And of course, that's not been taken up, and that's why I started down this path, because
it was suspicious to me that no one responded to that.
Now, here's what I've done.
I went on Westlaw, which is, there are two major legal computerized research services.
One is Westlaw, the other is Lexis.
Westlaw, I think, is more comprehensive and more preferable, and I believe last time I
looked that it's more expensive than Lexis for exactly that reason.
And I went to a...
database of all federal cases and I went to a database of all state cases. So I
didn't even confine it just to California. And then I ran a search that
asked for her name and I used all variants because it lets you
use Boolean search logic, which means you can find things within one word, within
one other word, within a whole sentence, two words of each other, or a
paragraph, or within 50 words of each other. You name it, you can slice and
dice it and find things. And then, you know, looking for the term argued, which
is also often an indicator on Westlaw of who actually argued the cases. And so
first I found, since that primarily focuses on appeals, because virtually
all appeals cases get put up on Westlaw, even if they're not published in
giant books called the Federal Reporters. But it also has, you know, trial court
case coverage. And what I came up with was the null set.
She did not argue any cases. And then I also went and I tried to figure out a way
to search for, you know, could I find a transcript somehow by looking for a
habeas corpus case?
So just to help your, you know, listeners, watchers, the war room posse, you know, what happens if someone gets convicted is they often try to get out after they've been convicted, get post-conviction relief through the mechanism of the writ of habeas corpus.
And sometimes that will result in the trial transcript being filed in either federal or state court again so that the judge can assess the quality of the lawyering, etc., to try to vindicate a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel, which is one of the most common grounds to try to get habeas relief.
I could not find there that there was any indication whatsoever that she had actually ever tried a case.
As I sit here and before I do the next drop in revelation against Kamala to show that her reputation and her claims have been puffed up massively, let me say this.
The only thing I've seen is a Politico article that claims that they reviewed multiple transcripts But in reality, it looks like they, you know, we're talking about two different criminal defendants who seem to have participated in the same crime.
Maybe their trials were split up, which is why they use the plural.
But I think that's pretty misleading.
And it says that she did a 300-day trial.
And no criminal lawyer, you know, specialist that I've talked to indicates that they've ever seen anything, you know, in a sex crime case go on for 300 days.
So we're just inherently skeptical.
And I contacted the Politico reporter whose name is Eric He, or Hey, H-E.
And, you know, he was kind enough to tell me what he'd done.
And, you know, he doesn't have a copy of the transcript or transcripts.
Uh, you know, he says that, uh, it's, it's with the court and you have to look at the, uh, go to the court.
So that's another step I'm probably going to pursue at some point.
And I've never heard of a court in the United States that would not allow you to duplicate a transcript of a public trial and would force you to only look at it in the office.
You know, they might make you pay through the nose for the transcript, especially if
it's stored off-site or something, but I've never had a situation in which you were told,
much like a kind of like FOIA reading room or something sometimes happens, or with, you
know, classified documents, you can only look at it in this one place and you can't take
away anything from it.
That, that, I just don't buy that either.
natalie winters
Yeah, you know if there were all these victims that she had allegedly defended, they'd be
cutting campaign ads with them left and right, right?
It would be political theater.
It's why they never played the recordings of the Springfield bomb threats, right?
You can always tell how they don't really embrace certain narratives.
I want to play, though, I think it dovetails quite nicely with this story, just a glorious real-time takedown of the January 6th narrative on MSNBC during a town hall last night, and get your thoughts after, Denver.
Let's roll it.
unidentified
Haven, talk to me about your level of interest in the criminal charges and so forth.
February 6th.
January 6th.
jeffrey clark
So I remember that day.
I know he was the standing president.
unidentified
I'm not familiar with the charges that are being brought against him for that.
I'm not following that charge.
jeffrey clark
There's multiple court cases going on.
unidentified
I'm just not familiar with it.
I mean, that doesn't sound like it's going to be a factor in deciding who to vote for.
No.
Okay, so when I say January 6th, what do you think?
Oh, I just remember seeing it on the news, like all the riots and stuff.
Don't really know what it was about or what happened, though.
How did it make you feel when you saw it?
I don't know.
I don't really feel any way about it.
I mean, people showed their emotion, I guess.
Probably in the wrong way, but it happened.
natalie winters
MSNBC was so triggered by that clip that they actually played it a second time in the same episode, bringing it back from break.
I love when he says February 6th.
But Jeff, just much like this facade of Prosecutor Kamala Harris, the facade of January 6th is the pretext to necessitate this crackdown on actual democracy.
Your thoughts on that clip?
jeffrey clark
Sure.
So, Natalie, I think it's very humorous because we heard about January 6th constantly since January 6th in 2021.
The January 6th committee got set up.
They brought in a Hollywood news producer, James Goldston, to script their hearings.
They did not ask questions that, you know, they were formulating on the fly.
They basically read scripts.
They had teleprompters All of this was very carefully scripted.
There was a front line exposing this.
They were trying to tout the January 6th committee, but they exposed that it was all a produced thing.
So they spent millions in both paid and free media they got to try to brainwash the American people into their narrative about January 6th.
And then MSNBC does a focus group and it's a total fail.
She falls right down on her face like, you don't even know it's January 6th, it's February 6th.
And then the second person's asked and they're like, yeah, it's not really a factor for voting for me.
It's humorous and it's good.
It actually reinforces to me at some level the inherent common sense of the American
people that while the watchers of MSNBC and the avid readers of the New York Times get
brainwashed by these nonsense narratives, there are a lot of just ordinary American
people who are like, I'm much more focused on how much groceries are costing me.
I'm much more focused on my gas prices.
I'm focused on the debacle that happened in the withdrawal in Afghanistan.
I'm focused on the October 7th attack in Israel.
And I'm focused on the fact that we're having a border invasion and a breakdown and fentanyl
deaths, right?
These are the things that people really care about.
They don't, they don't care about these artificial narratives that try to paint President Trump
as if he were the second coming of the Confederacy, which is completely ridiculous.
natalie winters
And Jeff, just give us a minute, the latest update on all things Trump law fair.
jeffrey clark
So yes, I appeared with Peter earlier today with War Room.
The latest is tomorrow, Jack Smith's going to file his big 180-page missive under seal with Judge Chutkan.
And then I think they're going to fight about whether to release and what needs to be redacted or left redacted.
So sometime in October, is my prediction, we're going to see that 180-pager with black blocks of things that are redacted.
We might see leaks in the interim, and then we are definitely going to get hammered constantly by the MSNBCs and CNNs of the world and New York Times and Washington Post of the world about what's in the 180 pages that we can see.
natalie winters
I say bring it on!
Jeff Clark, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with everything you're working on and get this new drop.
I'm excited to read it tonight.
Hopefully, you know, you should drop it while Kamala's doing her MSNBC interview.
That would be some good upstaging.
Where can people go to do all that?
jeffrey clark
That's a good idea.
Hadn't thought of that.
Jeff Clark, U.S.
on X and Getter and at Real Jeff Clark on Truth Social and follow all the cutting edge work of the Center for Renewing America at americarenewing.com.
natalie winters
Jeff Clark, thank you so much for joining us.
We'll have you back on soon.
jeffrey clark
Thanks, Natalie.
natalie winters
Of course.
Warren Post, you gotta be checking out birchgold.com slash Bannon getting the latest installment of the end of the dollar.
Empire Gold, I think, is on track for its highest return since, like, the late 1970s.
That's why you gotta be on Team Birch Gold.
And while you're at it, mypatriotsupply.com.
They have a bunch of new hot deals just in time for Election Day.
Alex Jones was telling us how crazy things are gonna get, so I'd say mypatriotsupply.com is the place To be, as we speak, the Senate is now voting on the CR.
We'll wait until they vote though, ostensibly.
It will be a strong yes to add to my case that Speaker Johnson is on the wrong side of history.
If the White House comes out, yeah, that White House comes out and endorses your CR in addition to Senate Democrats, so much so, I don't know about you guys, I've never seen Washington hold a vote earlier than it was supposed to be.
Let alone hold two votes between the House and the Senate on a funding bill for the entirety of government in the span of, like, two hours.
No, all they do is on vacation.
And by the way, they're going back to their home districts.
And I don't think they'll be back in D.C.
until after the election.
But like I said, the Senate is now voting on the CR.
So it seems like they can work with haste so long as they're serving their paymasters,
special interests, and lobbyists.
But I just wanna make one more quick point.
I know Speaker Johnson's, maybe I should put this in a strongly worded letter so he gets
what I'm saying, but he's all gung ho on writing strongly worded letters to Zelensky.
I think that sort of shows you the power dynamic going on there.
I'm pretty sure Nancy Pelosi impeached, Nancy Pelosi who holds the same position that Speaker
Johnson does, impeached President Trump over exactly what Democrats just did with Zelensky
in Pennsylvania, leveraging American aid and military aircraft and resources in exchange
for political favors.
So it's not just that President Trump was right.
But that shows you the fundamental difference between Republicans and Democrats, which is the fundamental difference that there actually isn't.
And it's the Uniparty.
And I know sometimes this audience, believe me, I don't want to see these CRs pass as much as you don't, and sometimes it's hard.
But this is when Steve says, we are winter soldiers.
We're buckling up for the fight because what we're seeing going on right now, you can surely look at it with a defeatist attitude, and there are other programs that will cater to that.
Or you can look at it as the great unmasking, the continued great unmasking.
We still don't have the name on the roll call votes yet, so we don't know who exactly voted no and yes, but believe me, when we do, we'll be burning down their phone lines tonight, metaphorically.
But this is why this show exists.
If you want the happy talk, you can go elsewhere.
If you want to save your country and be able to tell your grandkids that you stood in the breach and you stood in the fight, that's why this show exists and that's why they're trying to shut us down.
We'll be right back after this short break.
unidentified
We rejoice when there is no more, let's take down the CC.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
Welcome back to The Forum.
natalie winters
Denver's working on just another great MSNBC clip showing you just how out of touch they are with all things illegal immigration, or should we say state-sponsored invasion, because that's what it is.
But in the meantime, we're joined right now by Crom Carmichael of Salty.
Crom, real quick, hit us with why people should be taking Salty.
crom carmichael
Natalie, thanks so much for having me.
I'm going to hold up my little bottle of Salty right here.
You know, I so enjoy listening to Jeff Clark when you interview him, because And one thing that he said that was so, I think, right on, and that is he has confidence in the common sense of the American people.
And President Trump has been endorsed by Robert F. Kennedy in part because both of them believe that we need to not only make America great again, but we need to make America healthy again.
And as both President Trump and Kennedy have pointed out, is what we have today is not a health care system.
We have a sick care system.
And it's designed to help the big interests who treat people when they get sick and so they have an interest in having people get sick so that they can treat them.
And what I'm hoping people do is to take Solti to make your heart healthier and to make your cardiovascular system healthier so that you're not a victim of our sick care system and so that you're actually part of the health care system.
And I don't know about you, but I'm 76 years old.
I take no prescription drugs and I've had at least a dozen of my friends in the last 10 years who've either fallen ill with a heart attack or died or had a stroke.
And I would imagine almost all your listeners have had friends or people that they know who've had a heart attack or a stroke.
And soul tea will help you have a stronger cardiovascular system.
It'll help you manage your cholesterol naturally.
And our key ingredient is a molecule from fresh tea called theaflavin, which we take from 1% to 22%.
And that is our active ingredient.
And you can go to our website, which is warroomhealth.com.
That is warroomhealth.com.
natalie winters
Warroomhealth.com.
That is the place for people to go.
People will check it out.
crom carmichael
Yes, go ahead.
Use the code warroom at checkout and you get our special discount.
Of course, quite the deal.
Krom, thank you for joining us.
We'll have you back on.
Thank you.
And Denver, let's trigger the audience.
price of two.
Natalie, thanks so much for letting me tell the war room posse about Salty.
natalie winters
Of course.
Quite the deal.
Krom, thank you for joining us.
crom carmichael
We'll have you back on.
Thank you.
natalie winters
And Denver, let's trigger the audience.
Let's just show you how out of touch the Biden regime is when it comes to the southern border.
unidentified
We're serious when we say that Israel has a right to defend itself.
I mean, no country would want to live next to those kinds of threats that are just across the border.
And any country that did would certainly be within their rights to defend themselves.
natalie winters
No country wants to coexist or live next to a country that has those kind of threats along the border.
Well, John Kirby, have you heard of the drug cartels?
Or sorry, I guess you don't actually just want us to coexist or live alongside those horrible, evil, depraved people.
You want to allow them to import their people in the Chinese Communist Party, embed their sleeper cells in every other country that hates us and is actively trying to assassinate President Trump, to be able to embed within the United States.
I'm glad certain countries are allowed to defend themselves.
But your America Last is showing, just like Speaker Johnson's America Last is showing.
Who's going to tell you, John Kirby, why don't you look next door at our southern border?
unidentified
Or maybe that's the point.
natalie winters
Maybe you want the border open so you can continue to see all these foreign nationals pour in from countries that are actively trying to assassinate President Trump, because that's the same DHS that's actively ignoring those requests.
Because I guess you guys want the question, not to be how is President Trump doing in the polls, but is President Trump actually going to make it to election day?
And by the way, we opened the show, that clip, that's Biden's Commerce Secretary saying we need to, quote, extinguish President Trump for good.
Not just extinguish President Trump, but for good.
Yeah, I guess that's what defending democracy looks like nowadays.
Mike Lindell, someone who is always accused, certainly not of defending democracy, is Mike Lindell.
unidentified
Mike, hit us with the latest when it comes to my pillow deals.
mike lindell
First I want to tell everyone, because I was emailing Steve, our great leader Steve in prison there, and he said to let you all know about the LyndalePlan.com.
If you all go there and go under voter identity protection, scroll down to see that.
We have over 300,000 people in all 50 states.
We're being very proactive during this election, everybody.
So that's LyndalePlan.com.
And then I'll tell you what.
I'm heading to Minnesota.
We made a commercial last week.
We're making a new one this week.
Remember, they attacked the War Room Posse.
They attacked my pillow and me for giving you a sale price on a pillow of $14.88.
Apparently $88, they think, means something.
And so we put all of our pillows on sale that were in the retail stores, or used to be, for wholesale prices.
$18.88 for The queen, the regular is $69.88 or $69.98.
The king size, only $19.88.
The body pillow is $29.88.
And the multi-use MyPillow, only $9.88.
But we're doing something this week to fight back against what they've done to our economy.
Free shipping for the War Room Posse on your whole order.
If you go to MyPillow.com, scroll down until you see Steve.
Click on him.
We all miss him.
And there it is free shipping on your entire order.
There's the classic collection special of the war room exclusive right now.
Then you have the MyPillow mattress toppers and the beds, all made 100% here in the USA,
and you guys can ship them for free.
That's how they're destroying our economy is these high shipping prices and gas prices.
So groceries and everything go up.
We don't have any middlemen left, but you know, box stores and shopping channels,
it goes right to the war room posse, free shipping on your entire order.
So now I'm very, it's a win, win, win, win.
There's even more win.
We have so many wins.
We're going to take what they did, those attack on those 1488 pillow, and we're going to give them to the War Room Posse.
We're going to turn in those big losers out there that attack us, and we're turning into a big win for the winners.
natalie winters
Indeed.
Mike Lindell, thank you for joining us.
We'll have you back on tomorrow.
mike lindell
Thanks, Natalie.
natalie winters
And Warren Posse, we're just getting the roll call votes now, so you should be able to see how your representative voted on the CR.
And I stand by everything that I said about Speaker Johnson.
You have solidified not just your place in the trash bin of history, but on the side of American carnage.
And on the side of the Democrats, I hope you try to square that with your biblical worldview, because I don't think that's possible.
Good luck trying.
