This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
|
Pray for our enemies. | |
Because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
|
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
This is Wednesday, September 18th in the year of our Lord 2024.
I am Mike Davis, the next man up, while Stephen K. Bannon is in the clink.
We have a great show today.
We have Congresswoman Lauren Boebert from my adopted State of Colorado, the all-star Congresswoman.
We have Eli Crane, Brian Harrison, my friend and former colleague and current Texas State Rep.
Gonna come in here and talk about the border.
Jenny Beth Martin, our own Grace Chong, and of course, Mike Lindell.
So it's gonna be a great show.
Let's start with Lauren Boebert.
Welcome to the War Room.
Thanks so much. | ||
It's great to be here with the posse.
I know that there's a lot of folks who are holding the line, staying strong, praying for Steve Bannon.
Thank you so much for that.
I would love to see him out sooner than expected, but he'll be back soon and be back in the fight with us.
I know that he's been preparing and watching this entire time that he's been unjustly locked up.
Let's talk about our state of Colorado.
A lot going on out there.
You are the senior congressperson from the state of Colorado for the Republicans.
unidentified
|
Yes. | |
And you are going from the 4th?
The 3rd to the 4th. | ||
4th district. | ||
You're going from the western slope to the eastern plains of Colorado.
Let's talk about that. | ||
Let's talk about your race.
So, well, in Colorado, you know, I've always talked about a rural-urban divide.
I've always represented a very large rural area, and moving from the 3rd district to the 4th district, I'm also learning that there's an east-west divide.
So, in western Colorado, you know, we have 90% of the water that flows from our mountains, and then 90% of the population is east of the continental divide.
So, there's a lot of issues there that we're working out, but I'm working for all of Colorado.
Now, coming into the next Congress, being the most senior member of our delegation for the Republican Party, I'm helping everyone statewide to win.
It's time we take our state back.
Our state politics are a mess.
If you think the federal government is bad, Colorado is even worse.
And they want to implement this everywhere.
We have sanctuary policies that are destroying and bankrupting our state.
and the crime is increasing.
We're number two in the nation for fentanyl overdoses, number one in the nation for auto thefts,
and it's only increasing.
And when we try to highlight an issue like the Trinidad and Tobago presence in Aurora,
well, the elected officials like our governor or Congressman Jason Crowe,
you know, they say it's a feature of your imagination and this isn't really happening,
They get more upset over stickers that are placed up in Colorado that are exposing Kamala Harris's policies when it comes to immigrants than the actual crime that criminal aliens are committing.
So I'm working hard to help Jeff Hurd in Colorado's 3rd District, Gabe Evans in the 8th.
I think we can flip that.
And then John Fabricatore is a former regional ice director for all of Colorado and Wyoming and he's running against Jason Crow and he has a really good chance at winning this seat and flipping that seat and giving Aurora, Colorado the representation that they deserve and the safety that they need.
So I'm doing everything I can to help these folks come to D.C.
and fight alongside of me.
Yeah, I moved to Colorado in 2006.
I followed then-Judge Gorsuch out to the 10th Circuit, and I remember it was a pretty Republican state at the time.
We controlled the governor's office, lieutenant governor, all the statewide offices, the legislature, a majority of the House seats, and it's gone very blue since then.
Yes, we only have 19 Republicans serving in the House and the Democrats had a blueprint.
And they started at the local level and worked their way all the way up.
They had an amazing plan and they executed it.
And unfortunately, you know, Republicans were caught sleeping, sitting on their hands and not doing much.
So we lost school boards, county commissioners, state houses, state house seats and Senate seats.
And then, of course, even our governor.
And so this is something that we need to take back because Colorado is such a beautiful state and there are a lot of people who have left because of the policies.
They've moved to more free states like Florida and Texas and even Tennessee.
But there is still a remnant that is left that I believe God will use to stand up as a mighty army against these policies that are destroying us.
And I need more folks who will fight alongside of me.
So I'm doing everything I can to make sure Republicans win in this November 5th election when this is why your election is so important in Colorado So you can provide that leadership to rebuild the Republican Party in Colorado What is your campaign website where people can go learn about your campaign and more importantly?
Go donate to your campaign the Democrats have definitely targeted you and they are Raising a lot of money to take you out because you are definitely a leader and a fighter and for the conservative cause Yes.
So the Democrats are always going to out-raise when it comes to campaign financing, but we have the right message.
We have the right policy.
My website is laurenforfreedom.com.
You know, those $7, $12 donations Let's talk about Aurora, Colorado more.
You lived there as a kid and you know that community.
Let's talk about what will this election mean.
not because people know her and love her, but because she's running against Lauren Boebert.
So LaurenForFreedom.com, I would love to show that we still have support nationwide and
not only help my race, but help me help others in Colorado take it back.
Let's talk about Aurora, Colorado more.
You lived there as a kid and you know that community.
Let's talk about what will this election mean?
What will the election, re-election of President Trump, a Republican House, including you in
Colorado, Republican Senate?
What does that mean for the people of Aurora, Colorado and other communities around the nation who have been bombarded with illegal immigrants?
Yes, well Kamala Harris is the border czar still.
She hasn't been stripped of that title, and she has done nothing to secure our southern border.
And we have more than 10 million illegal aliens who have come into our country.
Colorado is now a border state.
The sanctuary policies enable them to come and thrive there.
We have $42 million that have been spent in Denver alone for 42,000 illegals who have come in.
$42 million just on health care, almost bankrupt our Denver Health Hospital.
The state legislature had to redirect funding to that hospital, tax dollar funding, just to save
them another $74 million for food and housing and other expenses.
And so the taxpayers are funding this, they're paying for it, whether they like it or not.
And it's awful. | ||
So we need President Trump so we can have a secure border, we can have our energy policies
that really Coloradans depend on.
We need those good paying jobs.
We need that energy security and energy dominance so we can also help our allies throughout the world.
So bringing President Trump back allows us to produce on our federal lands once again and just allows us to prosper and thrive.
In a safe way, the crime will go down.
You know, in Aurora, Colorado, it is so bad, but Aurora is not the only place.
We just have a few people in Aurora willing to speak up about it.
Others kind of just sweep it under the rug or their hands are tied because they aren't able to coordinate, like I said, with ICE agents to actually resolve the issue.
You know, we are very lucky in Colorado to have you as one of our representatives, a fighter.
And what are the current issues in Washington?
You're a current House member.
What are the current issues in Washington that are on your mind?
Yes, well, this week it is the CR plus SAVE.
I love the SAVE Act. | ||
I voted for the SAVE Act.
And now it's time for the Senate to pass the SAVE Act, to take that up and actually pass it.
I believe that President Trump was absolutely right that we should not fund the federal government without ensuring that our elections are secure.
I'm grateful that the Speaker is willing to take a fight and say we're going to attach the SAVE Act to the CR.
But it's not a fight that's going to actually produce anything.
The Senate's going to strip out the SAVE Act, we're going to get a clean CR probably only
into December, and then we're going to end up with a Christmas omnibus.
I've never voted for a continuing resolution.
I hate continuing resolutions.
And this is just another thing that gets our bases hopes up because they think that we
have leverage, like we should, to actually secure our elections with the SAVE Act, but
it's not going anywhere.
So it's a temporary theater fight that's not going to produce what we are intending it to.
So I can't support a continuing resolution rubber-stamping funding of a weaponized federal government.
And so this is likely going to fail today.
Many of my colleagues are against this.
And it's unfortunate that this is where we're at right now.
But you know, I'm voting against this surrender CR.
We have the power of the purse and we absolutely should use that power.
When we have this CR that continues massive spending at a detrimental level, it creates more chaos and I'm tired of funding that chaos.
If you don't like what the federal government is doing, don't fund it.
Yeah, I mean this is a principled stance that you've long had on these CRs.
You do not like these CRs and explain to the war room posse why these CRs are bad.
Why are they bad for our functioning of government?
Yes, well, this is really more than a continuing resolution.
I mean, I think the CR is more of a can't-resolve-anything bill.
So, we continue the funding, the spending levels that are already in place.
We continue to fund the Department of Homeland Security, whose secretary has been impeached by the House.
has our southern border wide open.
We continue to fund the invasion with the criminal aliens who are here, the weaponized
Department of Justice, the Secret Service, who I don't know is not doing the best job
at keeping President Trump safe.
And I don't know exactly where that responsibility falls because they won't answer to us as members
of Congress as they should.
But it totally replenishes this weaponized federal government.
And if Republicans don't like what this federal government is doing to the American people, then it is our responsibility to stop that funding.
I am willing to have a shutdown fight.
I'm willing to shut down the federal government.
I mean, I don't know if I can say it any better than my colleague, Mike.
Great job, Lauren. | ||
Yeah, here's the deal, Mike.
Eli, how are you doing today?
Welcome back to the war room.
I'd love to get your thoughts on this CR.
We just heard Lauren's thoughts.
What are your thoughts on the CR?
unidentified
|
I mean, I don't know if I can say it any better than my colleague, Mike.
Great job, Lauren. | ||
Yeah, here's the deal, Mike.
Some of us might even have been willing to, you know, take the poison pill if we felt
like we were actually willing to fight for the SAVE Act just because of how important
that is. | ||
I mean, I'm not a lawyer, Lauren, I've never voted for a CR, but if I was told, hey, we're
actually willing to die on this hill, we're actually willing to go into a shutdown fight
because of the importance of reelecting President Trump.
And I do believe, Mike, that the...
Biggest detriment to electing President Trump, or I should say reelecting him, is illegals voting in the election.
But because I know that this is really just theater and they're not prepared to fight on it, yeah, I definitely can't go and support, like Lawrence said, a bloated, weaponized government once again.
Yeah, like Lauren, you have a principled stance on this.
This is the stance you've had for your entire time in Congress.
Let's talk about illegal immigrants, these non-citizens voting in these federal elections illegally.
The Democrats say it's already illegal for them to vote.
The Democrats say it's not happening, and that's just not the case.
Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin who's found 6,000 non-citizens on Virginia's
voter rolls. We have Texas Governor Greg Abbott who has found 2,000 non-citizens
who have actually voted and passed elections in Texas. So this idea that
that non-citizens aren't voting is just not right. I mean these people are here
illegally. They've proven that they're not willing to follow the law so why
that what what the hell is stopping them from voting in the election?
That's why we at the Article 3 Foundation, our sister organization to the Article 3 Project, put out an ad, a Spanish-speaking ad, as a public service announcement, making it very clear to these non-citizens that if you vote in federal elections, it's illegal.
It generally is a crime and it's generally deportable, so you better be careful if you're a non-citizen and probably shouldn't vote because you're violating federal law.
Well, and here's the thing with that.
They are able to register to vote, especially in states like Colorado, where it is legal for an illegal alien to get a driver's license.
This was approved by the state legislature and signed into law years ago, and they are registered to vote then.
When they go to get benefits from the state, they are registering to vote there as well.
And in many places, voting has already started.
And so, it's very possible that we already have illegals voting in these elections.
And so I don't know if we have enough time to actually implement the SAVE Act to protect our elections, but
unidentified
|
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon Welcome back to the war room
Mike Davis, the viceroy, standing in for Stephen K. Bannon, who is in the clink.
Peter Navarro also was in the clink.
We have Lauren Boebert here.
Thank you for coming today.
We're going to turn to Eli Kray next, but I just want you to talk about your website again and how people can donate and support you because you're a warrior and you're a leader in Colorado and we need that.
Yes, well, my focus is always helping other Republicans get elected, so by helping me at LaurenForFreedom.com, you are helping get more conservatives here to Washington, D.C.
and in other important areas throughout Colorado and throughout our nation.
It's a force multiplier.
You may not be able to vote for me, but I vote for you, and I want to make sure that I'm getting other folks that I can't vote for who are voting for me and helping me here in D.C.
So, LaurenForFreedom.com, Like I said, those $7, $12 donations add up quickly.
I know that inflation is high, but we've got to win this election so President Trump can bring that back down so we can end the reckless spending in Washington, DC.
We can secure our southern border.
We can stop this weaponized federal government, the Department of Justice.
who goes after their political opponents and persecutes them
and tries to jail them and now even tries to kill them.
And we can become energy independent again, but I need your help to not only get me reelected,
but other conservatives reelected.
You're seeing what we're facing here in the House right now.
We don't have enough conservatives.
We have the CR plus SAVE Act.
The SAVE Act is a great bill that would secure our elections
from illegal aliens voting in there, require voter ID.
But this CR, this continuing resolution that we're going to vote on today,
it's gonna screw our country more times over than a ditty freak off.
So I am not voting for this.
This is something that we've got to stop funding this chaos, this madness.
And I'm a no vote on the CR because I'm tired of the rubber stamping.
I'm tired of the reckless spending.
President Trump needs to win, needs to get elected.
So thank you all for your prayers and support for him.
And of course, your prayers for Steve Bannon.
It's so great to be in the war room and I can't wait till he's back here with us as well.
Lauren Boebert, the all-star Congresswoman from Colorado.
Thank you for coming to the war.
unidentified
|
Thank you so much. | |
Yeah, send it over to my buddy, Eli.
You know, Eli Crane, he is built different.
So grateful to serve with him.
Great member from Arizona, and I know that he'll give the posse a great talk here.
Thank you, Lauren. | ||
God bless. | ||
Hey Eli, thank you for coming on.
Let's talk about these assassination attempts against President Trump.
We've had two in just over two months, and you are on the House Homeland Security Committee, including the Oversight Subcommittee.
Let's get your thoughts on this.
unidentified
|
Well, yeah, thanks, Mike.
A couple things I want to talk about real quick.
And I'm coming at this from the position of a trained sniper.
We've been fortunate, the Secret Service has been very fortunate that so far both of these individuals, Ruth and Crooks, were both amateurs.
All right. | ||
Obviously, Crooks took a headshot initially when a trained professional would have never done that.
Trend Professional would have taken a center mass torso shot.
And as far as this guy, Ruth, just recently I was looking at his setup where he was going to take his shot, Mike, and we would call this in the military an FFP, which stands for Final Firing Position.
And just a couple observations, you know, I think one of the reasons that he put his barrel through the fence, which was ultimately what got him caught, Uh, was because, uh, he probably didn't want to shoot into the, uh, the chain link fence, you know, that could have easily deflected the trajectory of his bullet in, uh, you know, in the, in the military, in the service, even SWATs, SWAT snipers are trained to cut a hole, uh, whether it's through vegetation or a wall or a fence, we call those loopholes.
And that would have allowed him to sit back into the shade and not be seen as easily and not project his barrel through that fence.
The other thing I noticed, Mike, was that when you're creating an FFP like that to execute
a target, you definitely don't want to make yourself or anything around you look outside
of the environment. | ||
And when I look at that picture, one thing I noticed immediately was the two big bags
that had ceramic plates that were square.
One thing we learned right in, you know, in week one of school is that there are no straight
So that's why snipers will wear ghillie suits.
That's why they will paint their weapons.
They want to blend into their environment as much as possible.
And why does that matter?
Because if a Secret Service agent, like the one who actually saw this individual, Ruth, and then engaged him, could have been looking down that fence line, saw fence, bushes, more fence, more bushes.
Oh, what are those big black squares?
Those don't look normal.
Let me burn in there and zoom in on that, and that might have led him to see the barrel.
But the bottom line, the reason I keep talking about this is because, so far, they are not professionals that are being sent.
They're not amateurs. | ||
And the signal being sent to myself, the Secret Service, and everybody else around the world, the Iranians, the Russians, the Ukrainians, anybody that would want President Trump dead is, send your professionals.
The amateurs are getting very close.
One of them even got a headshot that clipped President Trump's ear.
Yeah, it's pretty scary, Eli.
You have the Biden-Harris regime trying to bankrupt Trump, throw him in prison for life, take him off the ballots in Colorado.
The Supreme Court stopped them.
They're trying to destroy the Supreme Court that stopped the Biden-Harris plan.
And now you have the Biden-Harris administration intentionally Underfunding Trump's Secret Service protection.
They're treating President Trump like he's President Carter in a nursing home instead of President Trump, the leading presidential candidate.
So talk about your thoughts on the Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security, the political appointees there, and Biden and Harris themselves.
Why are they not providing President Trump the Secret Service funding and protection he needs to ensure he is not assassinated?
unidentified
|
Well, you know, it's interesting because I'm back here on war room and I remember months and months and months ago, Steve Bannon called called it.
He was looking at their trajectories, looking at the fact that they tried to impeach him.
They tried to bankrupt him.
They tried to throw him in jail for 750 years.
They were doing all sorts of plays depicting his assassination.
Articles, op-eds were written with the same message.
And he just looked at the trajectory and said, they're going to take a shot at the president.
They're going to try and kill him.
And so that's something that, you know, I know, you know, Steve didn't say lightly, but Any one of us watching that situation could have seen that that was definitely a possibility.
And I do think that there's many people, Mike, within this government that would love to see President Trump dead.
I mean, we know how just radical this environment has become up here.
We know how swampy it is and we know how terrified they are of President Trump coming back because
of how he's shown his ability to actually, you know, maintain and follow through on his
promises to drain the swamp.
So you know, what I think needs to happen, and this is the advice that I'd give the president,
is that he needs to beef up his private security package.
I know he already has a little bit of private security, but the reason I would do that is
I would make sure I got individuals that were loyal to me and that are plugging security
holes that the Secret Service continues to clearly leave open, and also individuals loyal
to him that can watch the watchers and make sure the Secret Service isn't, you know, putting
him in any harm's way, putting him in a bad way.
And I hate to say that, you know, it's 2024.
I never thought I'd say this in our country with our Secret Service, but I just don't think at this point they can be trusted.
Yeah, and that's a scary thought, Eli.
You are certainly a patriot.
You're a Navy SEAL. | ||
You're in the House. | ||
You're on the relevant committee, the Oversight Committee for Homeland Security.
You've seen this with your own eyes.
How likely do you think it is that President Trump faces another assassination plot?
unidentified
|
I think it's very likely.
Like I said, the signal being sent right now to the entire world is you got super close with amateurs.
If you just send professionals, you can complete the job.
And I think that's a world and a headline and chaos that none of us want to experience.
And I hope the Secret Service, Ron Rowe, and the rest of them figure it out really quick.
Quit worrying about the politics.
You know, quit worrying about titles.
Actually look at who has the most threats against them and then assign whatever assets possible and necessary to make sure that nobody gets anywhere near the president with any type of weaponry in the future.
It's amazing to me that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will spend whatever it takes to defend Ukraine President Zelensky, but they are refusing to provide the necessary protection for American President Donald Trump.
Eli Crane, how do people find you online, on social media?
How can they donate to your campaign?
unidentified
|
Hey, thanks Mike. | |
Rep Eli Crane is a great way to find me online.
Thank you to the War Room Posse for everything you guys do.
We appreciate you and looking forward to seeing the Admiral Steve Bannon back in action.
But you're doing a great job, Mike.
Yeah, thank you. | ||
Thank you, Eli Crane. | ||
You're truly a patriot and a principled patriot, so thank you for coming on.
We now have my friend and former colleague Brian Harrison, a Texas representative.
We are going to a break now, Brian, and so we will then be able to come back to you after the break and talk about what is going on in our southern border.
unidentified
|
Sounds good. | |
Did you know there is nearly $1 trillion of infrastructure and pandemic funds yet to be spent?
That's right, there's a massive amount of money that the lame duck administration is pushing hard to spend in their last few months.
If Biden can push out these funds, we could see another prolonged inflation surge, just like during COVID.
And I'm sure you remember the terrible effects that high prices had on Americans and still do.
But there's hope. | ||
A surge in prices can be beaten.

Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
Welcome back to the War Room.
I'm Mike Davis, the viceroy, in for Stephen K. Bannon, who is preoccupied right now, and he will be until about a week before the election, and then he's going to come out roaring.
So that's going to be a good time.
We have with us now my friend and former colleague, Brian Harrison.
You're a politician now, so I don't know if you want to claim that you're my friend.
unidentified
|
The P word, I don't know.
I don't know what's worth being called a politician or being called a friend of Mike Davis.
That's right. | ||
Brian Harrison was the chief of staff for Trump at the Department of Health and Human Services.
Are you responsible for Tony Fauci?
unidentified
|
Exactly. | |
We will not blame you for Tony Fauci.
But let's talk about a couple things today.
Let's talk about the border.
You're down in Texas. | ||
And then let's talk about the regulations in DC that are crushing American businesses, American ranchers, farmers, families.
And so let's talk about those things and if you have thoughts on the campaign, but let's start on the border.
What are your thoughts on Kamala Harris as the border czar?
Would you hire her? | ||
unidentified
|
Wait, I thought the memo had gotten out that she was not the border czar.
I'm confused by this. | ||
No, she's been the Borders Czar for over two years.
It's definitive. | ||
They can try to rewrite history and memory hole their own announcements, but in effect for over two years now, the Borders Czar of the United States is Kamala Harris, the sitting vice president.
And let's go back to actually, let's talk about the Trump administration and my time at HHS.
I was really honored and proud to get to help President Trump deliver many historic and
conservative victories for the American people, and one of which was Title 42.
That was actually an HHS regulation.
We used our regulatory power for good under President Trump, and when COVID hit, we put
Title 42 in place, and that allowed for the immediate deportation of illegal aliens when
they crossed the border.
And in fact, people forget about this, but when President Trump was in the Oval Office
and when we were running Title 42 out of HHS, we were deporting 90% of illegal aliens within
two hours of them crossing that border.
So when Joe Biden and when Kamala Harris inherited the Oval Office and put their hand on that
Bible and took that oath, they inherited the most secure border in American history.
We've got to have that context in mind when we think about what they've done to it now, letting over 10 million illegal aliens into this country.
I mean, the human toll, not just the financial, the economic, the public health crisis they've caused on our border.
Let's talk about national security for a second.
They've let tens of thousands of illegal aliens from known areas of terror hotbeds, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Jordan, Syria, And not one single media outlet seems to be interested at all in where are these people?
What are they doing? | ||
What are they plotting?
What is the plan to get them out of our country?
Because they don't have a plan.
The media is complicit.
There's never been a better advertising or marketing campaign for the human smugglers, the coyotes, the cartels, than Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's open border policies.
We've got to get President Trump back in that White House to shut that border down.
Yeah, I mean, they went to war.
Kamala Harris and Joe Biden went to war against our border on day one.
unidentified
|
They did. | |
They ripped up Remain in Mexico and all the other... Title 42?
unidentified
|
For the first day, I actually sued them.
I was the first former Trump official to turn around and sue my old agency, HHS and DHS, because they ripped Title 42 to shreds, saying disregarded for everybody under the age of 18, completely in violation of federal law.
They went around and eventually cleaned that up, but from their first day in office, they did everything in their power to throw the entire southern border of the United States wide open.
They want to fundamentally remake this country, and we can't let them do it.
And we're the first impacted in Texas.
We're the most impacted.
We've had to do really novel things.
We passed a historic bill last session that makes it, for the first time ever, a state crime to illegally enter this country.
I'm actually thinking we should do more.
I want the state of Texas to stand up a border protection unit But the reality is, no matter where you live, whether you're on a border state or not, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's open border policies are making you less safe.
Your streets are more dangerous.
You are more at risk for terror attacks, for violent crimes.
Illegal aliens are literally raping and murdering American citizens at unprecedented rates, and this must not be allowed to continue.
Yeah, I mean, that's exactly right.
And we're hearing, oh wait, it's just not happening.
We're not. | ||
We had in Colorado, my adopted state out in Aurora, Colorado, there are Venezuelan gangs who have taken over entire apartment complexes in the suburbs of Denver.
They're on video. | ||
And they're telling us, don't believe your lying eyes.
Those aren't Venezuelan gangs.
unidentified
|
That's a cheap fake, right?
Or a deep fake or something.
You're just being racist, you're being xenophobe.
We have 20,000 Haitians who got dumped into a town in Ohio of 60,000.
And they tell the people in this struggling town, these working class people in this struggling
town of Springfield, Ohio, that you're racist, you're a xenophobe if you don't like 20,000
Haitians overtaking your schools and your social services and taking finite resources
from a struggling working class community.
I grew up in Iowa, one of these working class areas of the country, flyover country, that
the coastal elite don't seem to care about.
What would happen if we, I mean, what did happen?
Let's talk about this. | ||
We have 20,000 Haitians going to Springfield.
Was it 49? | ||
49 migrants got sent to Martha's Vineyard and how did they respond?
unidentified
|
Yeah, yeah, it's amazing.
I have never seen, I mean, DHS has never removed people faster than what we saw from the white,
liberal, elitist, you know, in Martha's Vineyard.
When they got what was effectively what, one busload of illegal, we get that many illegal
immigrants in Texas every five minutes.
Okay, but it was a national scandal and they deported these people and somehow the national
media didn't call them, you know, xenophobes or racists.
I don't know what's with the double standard there.
And look, you almost either have to laugh or, because if you don't, you will cry about
Because the gravity of the situation...
I don't think anybody in America has yet truly come to terms with this unchecked, unmitigated mass migration of over 10 million illegals.
And here's the brass tacks reality.
We are supposed to be a nation of borders and a nation of laws.
And here's the facts. | ||
Kamala Harris wants neither.
She's been the most lawless vice president in American history, and there has never been a president and a vice president who have done more to throw open the entire southern border of the United States.
And we here in Texas, we're trying to share the love, as it were.
We've been busting these people all over the place.
I know you've been a fan of that policy, trying to let the rest of the country, all these liberal blue cities.
I mean, the Big Apple couldn't handle even a small taste of the Biden and Harris border crisis, right?
They get a few bus fulls, they declare emergencies, they go begging Joe Biden for relief while they're putting illegal aliens up in five-star hotels, treating illegal aliens now in 2024 better than American citizens.
It's absolutely out of control.
They've done irreparable harm to our country and Kamala Harris has got to be defeated.
Let's talk about the SAVE Act.
We have a legislation going through the House.
It's not going to go through the Democrat Senate, but because the Democrats clearly have no problem with non-citizens illegally registering to vote.
We have 6,000 of them illegally registering to vote in the state of Virginia that Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin's been able to identify so far.
And down in your home state of Texas, nearly 2,000 non-citizens, according to your governor, Greg Abbott, have actually voted.
unidentified
|
And the numbers may even be higher than that.
Governor Abbott put out an announcement very recently.
We purged over a million people from our voter rolls who were ineligible to vote.
And I think the numbers are as high as around 6,000 of those were not legal residents in the state of Texas.
And we know because in a lot of states you can get Social Security cards without being, you know, eligible to vote at the federal level.
You can get driver's licenses in many states without being eligible to vote.
So people are using This combination of identifications we know for a fact they're voting it's not even a dispute anymore and in fact we've got now Biden's my former agency and talk about the deep state in the regulatory state he's weaponized HHS on this issue of election integrity and is actually now forcing some of the private electronic medical records companies or at least trying to do this to put voter registration information on your electronic medical records and
This is how far the administrative state is going to re-elect Joe Biden, or I guess, in this case, re-elect Kamala Harris, you know, the most far-left, socialist, leftist, progressive candidate that any major party has ever put forward.
We absolutely have illegal aliens voting in our elections.
We absolutely have them being registered to vote in violation of law, and it's being done intentionally.
This is not an accident.
They are trying to fundamentally remake our country.
Let's talk about regulations.
I remember when you were Trump's Chief of Staff at HHS, you may have a little bit of Mike Davis in you.
You may have been a little bit disruptive.
unidentified
|
Yeah, I was called that, and worse.
Yeah, when you were there.
So you came in there, and I would say that you took a sledgehammer to some of those regulations, those mindless regulations.
What should happen in a second Trump administration, government-wide, on regulations?
unidentified
|
When people hear the term regulation, sometimes their eyes kind of gloss over, their ears kind of plug, it sounds very boring, but here's the reality.
I firmly believe that the unaccountable, unelected bureaucrats in the executive branch agencies being allowed to both write and enforce laws by whim, by edict, that's definitional tyranny, and it's the biggest single threat to our constitutional system of divided government.
Everybody remembers the cartoon Schoolhouse Rock when they were a kid, how a bill becomes a law, Congress has to agree with the Senate, has to agree with the President, And that was supposed to keep government small.
The bar was really high to deprive you of any freedom or of any liberty.
But the reality is, Congress only votes on about 5% of federal law these days.
95% of the laws and rules that govern you, including taxes, including crime law.
These are just written by acting mid-level bureaucrats sometimes, bankrupting small businesses, creating crimes for people to live under.
And so what I'm excited about having Trump back in the White House, one of the many reasons for, is I think he's going to continue His aggressive deregulation agenda to put people back in power, force the Congress to do their jobs, and stop letting the unelected bureaucrats do what they do.
And I just tell people, think about all the horrible things that Joe Biden has done since he got in office and Kamala Harris, and then ask yourself a question.
How many of those things were voted on by the Congress?
We basically have an imperial presidency right now and we've got to put the Constitution, make that the supreme law of the land again.
Well, you know this from your time in Washington.
You've done many stints in the executive branch.
There is a key office in the Executive Office of the President.
It's called the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs or something like that.
OIRA for the Swamp Rats.
unidentified
|
OIRA. | |
Talk about how, what would you, if you got appointed as the, I think it's a Senate-confirmed job, so it'd be a very tough Senate fight.
Maybe not as brutal as mine, but let's say you got confirmed to a post.
Like the director of OIRA, when I'm the viceroy, when I'm the viceroy, what would you do in that post with these regulations, executive branch-wide?
unidentified
|
I think if I were the head of all regulatory policy for the executive branch, you'd have mass resignations like we have never seen from all of the deep state bureaucrats who would know What's coming?
No, look, we have got to neuter the power of these bureaucrats.
You see, it's all the weaponization you see at the Department of Justice, the criminalization of free speech, the damage they're doing to our energy sector and to our water and to border security.
It's all being done by Executive Fiat.
We need to sunset every regulation on day one, okay, if they're not retrospectively reviewed.
We need to take away bureaucrats' authority to even make these regulations, okay?
We need to put term limits.
People talk about term limits for Congress.
Here's what I care about.
I want term limits for bureaucrats.
Everybody at Tony Fauci's kind of level, they need to be term-limited, and that kind of action should happen on day one if somebody, you know, like myself or others that believe in freedom, you know, are back in there.
But here's the good thing.
President Trump is going to be bringing in a whole lot of people who believe in liberty, who believe in the Constitution, and who want to take just a wrecking ball to the reckless and out-of-control, rabid, leftist, unaccountable bureaucrats in the deep state.
I think your wife, Tara, is going to kill me, but I might be pushing you for taking one of these key jobs back in Washington, D.C.
Brian, how do they get a hold of you on social media, on your campaign website?
How do people donate? | ||
How do people support you?
unidentified
|

But look, I want government to be as irrelevant to our lives as possible so we can be as free as God meant for you to be.
You're fighting that battle.
Steve Bannon's fighting his battle, even from prison, and it's just an absolute disgrace the lawfare the Biden administration is enacting across the country.
Thank you and the Article 3 Project, by the way, for fighting back against that and leading the charge.

There's a massive amount of money that the lame duck administration is pushing hard to spend in their last few months.

Ready? | |
Welcome back to the War Room.
I'm Mike Davis. | ||
We have three guests left, Jenny Beth Martin, Grace Chong, and Mike Lindell.
Let's start with Jenny Beth Martin.
You have a website that you want to talk about, Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund.
Let's talk about your website.
Yeah, so last week we launched this new website called KamalaQuiz.com, and we have this quiz on our website, sort of like a Jeopardy-style quiz, where we make it very easy for you, the viewers of this program, to go and learn more about Kamala and then share that information with your friends and family who maybe just aren't sure if they want to vote for her or not.
And we've tried to make it so it's not just completely in your face, Kamala's the worst
person ever. | ||
Let them quiz their own knowledge about her and see if they know who she is or not.
So make sure that you're sharing that and use that as a way to educate your fellow voters.
And then if people want to get involved and take more action, the War Room Posse has been
great at helping us get our postcards out.
And you can sign up for these postcards at MarchToVictory.com.
We send them to you pre-addressed and you write a note to the voter to urge the voter
to go and vote for Trump.
So you can do that at MarchToVictory.com and share this great tool, KamalaQuiz.com, with
your friends and family, especially if they're still undecided about who to vote for.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Jenny Beth Martin, you are a patriot, you are a warrior, and you are a friend, and so thank you very much for coming on The War Room.
And next up, we have Grace Chong.
Grace, like me, likes to cause problems.
What kind of problems are we getting into today, Grace?
I'm actually, I have been on my best behavior.
I promised Steve before he went to prison that I would say good on Twitter and social media, but I wanted to just remind the posse to download Bill Blaster and we had Representative Boebert and Crane come on talking about how the SAVE Act attached to the CR is just more theater and let's not push good conservatives to vote for a CR when they've never voted for a CR.
So it's a free app that was created for the posse and you can download it at billblasterapp.org or go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and just type in Bill Blaster one word.
And you can contact, you can bypass the switchboard and contact your representatives directly, virtually with one touch.
And so just make sure you pound them.
And if they voted no, make sure you send them an attaboy.
If they voted yes, make sure you, you say what for.
So that's billblasterapp.org or you can find it in the app store.
And just to be very clear, Grace, for the War Room, you absolutely support the SAVE Act.
You're just absolutely opposed to a continuing resolution because you're concerned about the federal government continuing to expand.
The Congress just keep going on a drunken spending spree.
That is correct. | ||
I support the SAVE Act for sure.
It should be sent to the Senate, which it is, and they should fight for it.
And then hold on to the CR and get that SAVE Act passed.
And if the government shuts down, it shuts down.
And that's leverage. | ||
And that's how it should be done.
Thank you, Grace, for coming on.
How does the War Room Posse find you on social media?
You can find me on X or Twitter at GC22GC.
You can find me on Getter at Grace Chung, also True Social.
Make sure to get out to vote.
That's what it's all about.
And also download Bill Blaster.
Thanks, Mike. | ||
Thank you, Grace. | ||

That's why this election is so important. |
