| We've got the great Chip Roy, congressman from Texas, the author of the SAVE Act, and we outlined it with great detail through his brilliance in the last segment, and I asked him to stay on just for a little bit because the CR component and how it actually can have a chance of becoming law is the next segment. | ||
| And, Congressman, I'm happy to report just in the break itself Social media was exploding on your detailed delivery as to what the SAVE Act's history is and what it intends to fix. | ||
| So can you give the audience a little roadmap of what's coming, what is a CR, and what happens if you're able to attach it to this vehicle? | ||
| Sure. | ||

| First of all, because we passed this out of the House in July, we know Republicans support it unanimously, and five Democrats voted for it. | ||
| That's not a small thing. | ||
| Wow. | ||
| So now the question is, how do you put pressure on the Senate and how do you put pressure on the White House? | ||
| So now enter the spending fight. | ||
| September 30th is the government funding deadline. | ||
| Now we conservatives, when we fought on the Speaker's side a year and a half ago, and broadly speaking, we do not like just kick the can down the road, quote, continuing resolutions to continue funding at the current year's level. | ||
| We've passed this year five out of 12 appropriations bills. | ||
| We're not going to be able to get them all done in September. | ||
| We can debate whether that's a good thing or a bad thing. | ||
| We can point fingers, but it doesn't matter. | ||
| The fact is, there will be some sort of continuing resolution that comes up in September. | ||
| Our perspective, one that President Trump supported as early as July, in fact, I believe it was the Thursday or Friday before he was shot, that he put out a supporting statement for attaching the SAVE Act Two, any moving appropriations vehicle, notably a continuing resolution. | ||
| So when we get back next week, I believe that Mike Johnson will put on the floor a continuing resolution into 2025. | ||
| That's important. | ||
| Why? | ||
| Because we don't want to give Democrats the pen in December. | ||
| We don't want to let them have any more say in spending priorities. | ||
| We want to kick it all to a Trump administration, allow us to make the decision next year in 25, and attach the 2020, I'm sorry, attach the SAVE Act to the continuing resolution that will put it into March. | ||
| That means we'll have a fight in September, and the War Room Posse needs to load up and make sure everybody in Congress knows you all support it. | ||
| Every patriot in America should support. | ||
| Yes, we'll fund a government into March, even though it has a lot of crap in it, we don't It will fund stupid crap at the FBI, and it'll fund an incompetent Secret Service, and it'll fund the border situation. | ||
| But what we want to do is say, we're going to give this to President Trump's administration to fix, and we're going to demand that our elections are secure. | ||
| That's our message in September, because that's a singular focus message that we believe we can win. | ||
| No, I don't like a lot of the crap that would be in a continuing resolution. | ||
| But the upside is, it's a spending freeze at current levels, We attach the SAVE Act and we go browbeat Democrats if they want to oppose only citizen voting, and we kick the funding into a Trump administration. | ||
| It is not perfect, but it's a damn good approach heading into the election. | ||
| No, that is a great outline in detail of how Congress operates and how when you have smart people like yourselves at the helm, you can negotiate for the priorities of the American people that matter and also give Republicans the opportunity under a hopeful Trump administration to address the rest that we can't address right now. | ||
| So this is actually a well thought out measure. | ||
| So, Congressman, thanks so much for joining us. | ||
| But where can everybody go? | ||
| Where can the War Room Posse go specifically, not only to help you, In this initiative and others but who and where can they call on members of Congress in the House in the lead up to this week's CR vote? | ||
| Sure, I would make sure that all of your members of Congress know how you think about this. | ||
| There are going to be some conservatives, some good friends of mine, good friends of yours, who don't love it because it's a CR. | ||
| I hear, I hear them. | ||
| I agree that it's not perfect, but you need to let them know, hey, don't let the perfect get in the way here. | ||
| Let's get it to March. | ||
| Let's make sure President Trump has the pen and let's make sure we have the say back. | ||

| We have been ahead. | ||
| But, you know, they're going to dump in the unlimited out-of-state dark money that they always have. | ||
| And they're going to pull every dirty trick they can here in the last 60 days to try to hang on to this Senate majority that they have. | ||
| And as you correctly stated, we are the firewall. | ||
| If we win Montana, we win the Senate. | ||
| Conversely, if we don't win Montana, the Senate stays Democrat. | ||
| And as you well know, when Donald Trump wins in November, he needs a Senate. | ||
| To advance his agenda, to get anything done, and frankly, most importantly, to ensure that we continue to protect the integrity of our judiciary. | ||
| And as we push through cabinet nominees for our executive agencies, which you well know are far outside their constitutional writ here in the 21st century, we need to make sure these cabinet nominees that get pushed through the Senate are people who will put the Constitution and put America first. | ||
| And so while you've been out there, and I know, look, maybe people don't know this about you, but you're a wildly successful businessman, a Navy SEAL, Special Forces guy, served this country bravely, injured in the line of duty, and went back to Montana and built a tremendous business and then said, you know what? | ||
| You got called upon. | ||
| to participate in one of the greatest, most important, consequential races of this election cycle. | ||
| And you said yes. | ||
| Can you tell us the headwinds you're running into? | ||
| Can you tell us what are the things you want to highlight for the War Room Posse when it comes to what's important in Montana and how that's also important? | ||
| Those issues are important for everyday Americans across the country. | ||

| And thank you for couching it like that, because that's what this election is about. | ||
| It's about common sense. | ||
| It's about It's not even about Republican Democrat anymore. | ||
| This is about bringing common sense back to our country. | ||
| It's about securing our border. | ||
| It's about safe streets, cheap gas. | ||
| Cops are good. | ||
| Criminals are bad. | ||
| Boys are boys. | ||
| Girls are girls. | ||
| These are pretty simple things that the vast majority of Americans all agreed on not too long ago. | ||
| And now they're trying to divide us along these lines of common sense. | ||
| And, you know, the headwinds we're facing here are, of course, you know, a friendly media to any Democrat candidate. | ||
| They will twist the words of anybody to ensure that the Democrats, especially Powerful incumbent Democrats like Jon Tester have every possible favorable, uh, you know, news outlet that they can batting form every single day. | ||
| They have tremendous amounts of cash from coast to coast. | ||
| We're seeing sometimes a three to one spending disadvantage for Republican against Democrat candidates. | ||
| But I'm proud to say in the last 14 months, since I launched this election, I've never run for anything before, not student council, not Congress. | ||
| This is the first time I've ever run for a political office. | ||
| Now we've been outspent some months. | ||
| We've been outspent, you know, five to one, 10 to one. | ||
| Uh, yet we've gone from 0% name ID to leading in this race consistently. | ||
| And that's because we're focused on the common sense issues that you just mentioned that are driving Montanans nuts. | ||
| They're looking at their grocery bills, looking at their gas bills. | ||
| They're looking, farmers or ranches are looking at executive agencies that are trying to take their water rights away for irrigation. | ||
| We're looking at a project in this state, uh, like railroad bridges collapsing, like the St. | ||
| Mary's siphon, you know, that provides agricultural irrigation for our highline farms. | ||
| We can't get funding to fix that, yet we're told for $200 million we could irrigate, you know, a one-fifth of Montana's agricultural land. | ||
| Yet, we don't have the money to do that, but we'll send $200 billion overseas to other countries. | ||
| So, the headwinds have been heavy. | ||
| However, we've got a lot of great support. | ||
| We do have a Republican governor, a great Republican Secretary of State, Chrissy Jacobson, and a great Republican Attorney General, Austin Knutson. | ||
| All three of them are working to ensure that Montana's elections are secure and fair this fall. | ||
| And listen, as Republicans, we want people to vote in person, voter ID, day of the election. | ||
| But guess what? | ||
| That's not the law of the land. | ||
| So we need to ensure this fall that Republicans are getting out the vote any way they can. | ||
| Vote early, vote absentee, vote in person, any which way you can through the mail. | ||
| You got to make sure your vote's counted. | ||
| Harvesting ballots is legal. | ||
| We may not like it, but guess what? | ||
| We're allowed to do it. | ||
| So we need to ensure that Republican votes show up and are counted this fall, and they will be here in Montana. | ||
| I gotta echo, that's so important. | ||
| We gotta win with the rules on the book right now if we have any chance of changing the rules on the book. | ||
| So I'm so happy you said that. | ||
| And in the last minute that I have you, Tim, can you just talk to us about that great leadership trio you mentioned? | ||
| Your AG, your state secretary of state, and your governor. | ||
| What are they doing? | ||
| I think they're doing some great stuff up there in Montana that I wish the rest of the country knew about. | ||

| We are actually based in Connecticut, but we are in 49 states with everything that we're doing. | ||
| And one of the things that we're doing in conjunction with hundreds of people down in Georgia is we've been giving away free data on the double registered double voters. | ||
| These are people that they needed to challenge. | ||
| What does that mean? | ||

| You know, they were registered in multiple locations and they voted. | ||

| People are doing that. | ||

| Well, first thing is you have to have law enforcement go after them, the ones that are the most egregious. | ||
| You can't tell me you don't know that you've already voted. | ||
| You can't tell me that. | ||
| You vote once, either absentee or in person. | ||
| You don't vote multiple times and think somebody's not going to catch you, because you know what? | ||
| Fight voter fraud. | ||
| We've been working on this now for five years. | ||
| We have now perfected it, and we know the people that are double registered, that are double voting, the dead people that are voting across the country. | ||
| I mean, it is unbelievable. | ||
| So we also have the illegals. | ||
| And I call them illegals. | ||
| I'm not going to call them non-citizens. | ||
| Because if you came to this country legally and went through the process, you can therefore apply to be a U.S. | ||
| citizen. | ||
| But what we see right now going on is so incredibly egregious. | ||
| Which ties us into also what's going on in Georgia with the three heroes on the election board that basically had the reconciliation rule verified, which just means that if you have 10 voters, we're going to count to make sure there's 10 ballots. | ||
| It's that simple. | ||
| Yet the Democrats on the other side, and I gotta tell you, we're nonpartisan, but I do have to bring this up as the Democrats are the ones that are suing these people, saying they're doing all these things wrong. | ||
| And it's like, wait a minute, is everybody listening to what is happening here? | ||
| You are verifying that they have the same amount of voters, just like you would people on a plane, to the same amount of ballots or the tickets on a plane. | ||
| It's that simple. | ||
| It's on the books in Georgia, has been on the books, yet they have gone crazy saying how that's illegal, it shouldn't be done, they should be taken off the board. | ||
| I'll tell you, Janice Johnson, Rick Jeffries, and Janelle King are true patriots. | ||
| They're standing up in Georgia for what is right. | ||
| And basically, the Democrats are going, well, but then how are we supposed to cheat? | ||
| How are we supposed to cheat if things are actually accurate? | ||
| I mean, that's the way that I see this. | ||
| It's not going, oh my God, they shouldn't have been doing this. | ||
| They shouldn't have had the meeting. | ||
| No, they are literally screaming how they cannot cheat because this rule is being enforced, which is also almost word for word from the Georgia state law. | ||
| It's the lack of common sense. | ||

| What I want to do is to motivate people, and I realize you're across the country, but I'm going to keep coming back to Georgia, just because I want to motivate people to show them the amount of success you've had there and show them that they can have that success by reaching out to your organization in their home states. | ||
| Can you highlight a few of the victories you've had there along the way that ensure voter integrity? | ||

Well, it's getting the individuals that are also doing the research that have been removing people off the voter rolls that are no longer in their jurisdictions. | |
| That was the key thing that Fight Voter Fraud has been doing for a while, right down to the grassroots for that. | ||
| But there is some stuff that everybody can do on their own. | ||
| Like I said, we have a letter on the website. | ||
| You can use our sample letter that I sent to Connecticut. | ||
| Send it to your Secretary of State and follow up. | ||
| It tells the Secretary of State exactly what they need to do to find and remove the illegal immigrants and the non-U.S. | ||
| citizens. | ||
| It's right there. | ||
| The plan is there on how to do it. | ||
| And it was the RNC's counsel's office a few weeks ago that it was brought to my attention. | ||
| We have been getting these hundreds and hundreds of letters have been being sent to the Secretary of State to show them there is a way. | ||
| You need to remove them immediately. | ||
| That's great. | ||
| And so look at the impact that you have had at the grassroots level. | ||
| And that's the brilliance of your movement. | ||
| People don't realize that to fix the voter issues that we are having, it is not a Washington, D.C.-based solution. | ||
| It is a grassroots, state-by-state, county-by-county resolution, a movement that you are leading the charge on. | ||
| So in the last minute that I have you, Linda, can you tell us what is most pressing that you're working on in these next 60 some odd days to the next election and how people can help you achieve more victories for America? | ||

Well, a couple of things that we are working on. | |
| Again, the letters to get the illegals off the voter rolls themselves. | ||
| That is one of the most important things that they need to do. | ||
| And they also need to check their street. | ||
| You check your street. | ||
| You know who moved. | ||

| You know, challenge these people, even at the voter rolls or at the polls themselves. | ||
| You need to be challenging them so you yourself can do things from home. | ||
| You know, without any expense, by making phone calls, looking at what's going on. | ||
| And one of the big pushes that I'm doing, as a matter of fact, today in Connecticut is getting the certification documents of our election officials, because I have found a number of them in Connecticut are not certified to run elections. | ||
| So in your states, if you look up what are the certifications, Make sure they're certified that they can run an election. | ||
| I know in Connecticut, we have 148 out of 338 that are not certified to run elections. | ||
| It's a problem. | ||
| So you can check, like I said, check yours out. | ||
| Yeah, I mean, it's a mess. | ||
| We really need to just start over with our whole getting the voter rolls together. | ||
| We may have to go back to dipping your finger in the ink like the third world countries do. | ||

| With me now, we have Todd Benzeman, who just got back from overseas. | ||
| And we want to know how all of the immigration issues we've been talking about today, Todd, intertwine with your trip down there. | ||
| And how is that even mixed in with election integrity, not just here, but overseas? | ||

| Give us a quick rundown of where you were and what you were doing. | ||
| And then we'll dive into it. | ||

| I spent a week in Colombia on the entry side of the Darien Gap and another second week on the Panamanian side of the Darien Gap where they exit out to assess whether the new government in Panama, Raul Jose Molino, whether his plan to close the Darien Gap is working so far a couple months in. | ||
| And so I was on the ground doing that. | ||
| I've got a number of reports out already, and I've got more coming. | ||
| And a preview of my final assessment of this is that the U.S. | ||
| promise to full-throatedly support the new Panamanian government has not been forthcoming. | ||
| And it has significantly hobbled the Panamanian government's efforts to shut that gap down. | ||
| Remember, the Darien Gap is the source of the 378 immigrants who are on the U.S. | ||
| FBI terrorism watch list. | ||
| That is a major national security threat to our border. | ||
| They're coming from all over the world, 170 different countries in huge numbers from all over Africa and everywhere else. | ||
| So that's where you want to get a handle on it. | ||
| And in the past, the old Panamanian governments were content to create a super highway with the Biden administration to come in. | ||
| And now all of a sudden you've got a new government. | ||
| Saying, hey, we want to shut it down and will you help us? | ||
| And the Americans said, yeah, sure we will with a kind of a wink and really haven't come through. | ||
| Well, so what caused the new government, for people that don't know and aren't super familiar with how the change in government down south of us has occurred and what the consequences of that has been, what caused that new government to come into power? | ||
| And then on top of that, what caused them to say, hey, we're going to help America seal their border? | ||
| Yeah, because this is about Panama, not us. | ||
| And you have to remember that historically, maybe 10,000 or less ever came through the Darien Gap from around the world until the Biden administration took office and started catch and release policies at our border and the whole world found out about it and began the long march. | ||
| to get a piece of that. | ||
| And what it did to Panama is it spiked the numbers from whatever, less than 10,000 a | ||
| year to 130,000 the first year, 2021, then 250,000, then 520,000. | ||
| And now we've got at least another quarter of a million so far in 2024. | ||
| And the expense of that is monumental for the Panamanians to even move them through, | ||
| to feed them, to shelter them, to house them on their own. | ||
| Plus, they're running rampage over the Ambera Indians And so they're finished. | ||
| in that area just wiping out their crops and, you know, tons and tons of garbage, wrecking | ||
| the environment and scattering the animals that they rely on to hunt and fish. | ||
| They're just ruining that tribe, which I've written about in the New York Post just last | ||
| week. | ||
| And so they're finished. | ||
| The new government came in and said, we're going to close this. | ||
| So how now that we have step one accomplished down south in a couple of these locations, | ||
| Panama, Colombia, with new regimes who want to get with the program, which is pretty sensible | ||
| about securing and safeguarding the United States of America from illegal immigration, | ||
| what has been the reception by the Harris-Walsh regime here, and what are they, Panama-Colombia, doing in response to the reception they received from the U.S.? | ||
| Right, well, the Mayorkas DHS, Mayorkas went down there for Molino's inauguration, and on that day, Sign this agreement that looked very promising. | ||
| We're gonna help you with air repatriation We're gonna fund all these air repatriation flights. | ||
| Don't you worry none? | ||
| We got you on this and so within about a month Molino had laid the groundwork and had done all these initial moves and gotten everything ready and there's no money and There was no U.S. | ||
| support. | ||
| They needed diplomatic muscle for the surrounding governments as well to get them on board, and there was no diplomatic muscle either. | ||
| So Panama's just been hanging out there all by itself with no support that they needed, that was promised to them. | ||
| And so the president has been out there holding press conferences, the Panamanian president, saying, Hey, where's the aid you promised? | ||
| We're out here waiting. | ||
| There's no aid. | ||
| Where's the help? | ||
| And so he's holding press conferences and he's complaining publicly. | ||
| For example, he just recently came out and said the Americans told him that they won't put any immigrant on a plane home unless they volunteered to get on the plane, which nullifies... | ||
| So that's what's been going on down there. | ||
| I mean, they're just hung out to dry. | ||
| The Harris campaign has made no mention whatsoever of this golden opportunity. | ||
| Really, this is a golden opportunity to help America to shut that thing down and reduce the immigration flow overall, but also the national security threat that emanates from the Darien Gap. | ||
| Well, we appreciate, Todd, that you're willing to go down there into not-so-safe environs and come out and report to the world the actual truth about the immigration issue from literally both sides, geographically, of the equation. | ||

| I would be remiss if I did not bring up all things Ukraine with you and the latest update, especially another colossal waste of money and life. | ||
| And what's the update on this F-16? | ||
| And what's the update on the response that It's happening here in Congress. | ||
| Are the Ukrainians winning? | ||
| The Ukrainians are not winning. | ||
| They haven't been from the start. | ||
| The Russians are moving on all fronts. | ||
| The F-16 cache is the latest in a long, long line of so-called wonder weapons that the U.S. | ||
| or NATO allies have provided to Ukraine. | ||
| Each one, when they rolled it out, you know, the HIMARS artillery, precision guided missiles. | ||
| Well, it turns out the Russians can jam the GPS, so those missiles just kind of Go off into cornfields or whatever. | ||
| The Abrams tanks, the Leopard tanks, Challenger tanks, all left burning on the battlefield because of mines, drones, Russian fortifications, etc. | ||
| The attack on its missiles is supposed to strike deep inside of Russia. | ||
| Russia's very good at shooting them down. | ||
| So there's a lot more, but you can go down the list. | ||
| Every one of those NATO weapons have failed. | ||
| And by the way, that should raise major concerns inside NATO. | ||
| Forget about what's going on in Ukraine. | ||
| Perform your mission of defending Europe when your weapons are completely inferior to the Russians. | ||
| So what happened? | ||
| What was the latest wonder weapon? | ||
| It was the F-16. | ||
| You know, Zelensky's been banging the table, give me F-16s. | ||
| Well, he got some and took a long time to train the pilots. | ||
| They put them up and literally within a day or two of flying, one of them was shot down. | ||
| Their top pilot, called name Moonfish, was killed in that crash. | ||
| But here's the irony. | ||
| He was shot down by a Ukrainian Patriot anti-missile battery. | ||
| There was no communication between the Ukrainian Air Force and the operators of the battery, so they shot down their own plane. | ||
| So again, another failure. | ||
| What? | ||
| I'm sorry. | ||
| Gosh, I'm sorry. | ||
| No, I was saying, they shot down their own plane with stuff we provided them? | ||
| Correct. | ||
| And by the way, the stuff we provide on the Patriot anti-missile batteries, they don't work against Russian hypersonic missiles. | ||
| They can shoot down cruise missiles about 500, 600 miles an hour. | ||
| But these hypersonic missiles are coming in at 4,000, 5,000 miles per hour. | ||
| The Patriots cannot shoot them down. | ||
| And one by one, the Russians have been blowing up the Patriot missile systems, anti-missile systems. | ||
| Which is all nonsense. | ||
| dollars each. They've blown up about seven of them. So there's seven billion dollars | ||
| just in flames because they can't stop a Russian hypersonic missile. So the other thing, the | ||
| Western media is talking about this invasion of Kursk, the Kursk area of Russia, where | ||
| Ukraine has moved in. This is supposed to be a turning point. They'll put pressure on | ||
| Putin, destabilize Putin and all that, which is all nonsense. The invasion is real, but | ||
| Putin is more popular than ever. | ||
| But I can't find anyone in the West, you know, Victoria Nuland, Anthony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, | ||
| who knows anything about Russia. | ||
