		I have the honor of introducing them.
		I first of all want to give a just a great shout out to our friend who hosted a super event in Charlottesville last week, Lisa Jones, for Eric Trump.
		A little foreshadowing for you right there.
		And so we had a great event.
		Eric gave the keynote remarks, high energy, room loved it.
		We all asked him to come on the war room this week.
		He immediately said yes.
		We just want to give our utter thanks and gratitude to him and to his family for all they have done for this country.
		And it's just starting.
		It will be America first again.
		So welcome to the War Room, Eric Trump.

		Yeah, you did a great job.
		I'm just going to lead you off with a question.
		No surprise to the War Room Patriots watching.
		We have great unity for a change in the Republican Party, starting at the top, President Trump, then going to the RNC platform, and then the War Room, Steve Bannon.
		These issues, the top three in the platform, have been with us for two or three years.
		It frames populism.
		It gives us the energy.
		We've got Democrats, black, brown, Hispanic, women, men, everybody on board for these big three, right?
		The border invasion, the out-of-control spending on woken, weaponized federal government, and third, the endless wars.
		So, first question is, anything you want to add to that list, but most importantly for this crew, this is the most patriotic American crew there is in the country.
		Anything you want to add to that list?
		And then what's the call to urgency and your call to action?
		Eric Trump.
		Thank you.
unidentified		Well, David, I can probably add to that list for an hour, right?
		But there's no question, it's economy, it's border, it's education in this country, it's patriotism in this country, it's assault on our constitution, it's assault on our democracy, it's illegal lawfare, all of these things.
		I mean, you know these subjects as well as anyone.
		What they've done, I mean, last week they lied about a million jobs that were created last year.
		A million jobs, right?
		They've let 13 million illegal immigrants cross the southern border unchecked.
		We've lost 300,000 children.
		300,000 children to fentanyl, and they're not doing a damn thing about it.
		They had planes flying in the middle of the night, landing in airports all across the country.
		You know, fully illegal immigrants.
		And now she comes out and says, yes, I want to be very tough on the wall.
		Give me a break.
		No one believes it.
		No one believes it.
		It's the most radical left administration in the history of this country.
		Literally, I want to put this in perspective.
		Not that I need to sit there and describe who Kamala is, but look at her home city of San Francisco.
		It was once one of the greatest cities anywhere on earth.
		Now you can't walk three feet without walking across hypodermic needles without getting mugged.
		There's tent villages all over the place.
		Homelessness all over the streets.
		The city is gone.
		The companies are gone.
		They've left.
		They've vacated.
		Elon was the last person to leave.
		And it's the same policies that she wants that she enacted in California that's led to the highest crime, the highest taxes, you know, and people fleeing in record numbers that she wants to impart in the United States of America.
		And then she picks a running mate.
		Who's single claim to fame was putting tampons in boys bathrooms in schools in Minnesota, right?
		His other claim to fame was if Donald Trump builds a 25 foot tall wall, he wants to have ladders.
		He wants to have a ladder factory in Mexico which builds 30 foot tall ladders, right?
		I mean, that's his second claim to fame.
		These people are absolutely insane.
		And the reality is everybody in this country feels it right now.
		Dave, everyone in this country knows exactly what's happening.
		Life is unaffordable.
		You've had zero wage growth in this country.
		You know, you have inflation that's hit record numbers.
		I mean, numbers that people had never seen in the country in a very, very long time.
		So you have zero wage growth at the same time you have inflation that's going like this.
		People have got crammed down.
		People can't afford to live.
		Interest rates are through the roof.
		There's somebody listening to us right now that's probably trying to refinance their mortgage, and they're going to go from 2.5% to 7% or 8%.
		There's somebody listening to us right now who's probably trying to get auto insurance.
		And that auto insurance, since my father was in office, has literally doubled or tripled, right?
		There's somebody who's probably paying a rent check.
		Rents in this country are totally unaffordable, let alone groceries, let alone gasoline.
		You know, there's probably somebody listening to us right now who's filling up their car and just astonished by the prices of absolutely everything.
		Yet she comes out, Dave, you know, my first day in office, I would like to start tackling prices.
		Well, three weeks ago, you were saying how great Bidenomics were.
		You were saying that, you know, that Bidenomics was the new system that was leading the way.
		You were also lying to the American people saying that Joe Biden was with it, that he was competent, that he was energetic, that he was all there.
		They will stop at absolutely nothing.
		They will stop at nothing, Dave.
		And so the economy is number one, two, and three.
		But immigration, people are sick and tired of this.
		I mean, I've personally had four friends who have lost children to fentanyl, right?
		Four friends.
		There are 300,000 children in this country, predominantly children, not all children, but predominantly children, who have lost their lives to fentanyl.
		They haven't done a damn thing about the southern border.
		13 million people coming into this country.
		And you know what they want to do?
		They want to pay for all health insurance.
	We can't afford our schools.
	We can't afford our infrastructure.
	We can't afford anything in this country anymore.
	Our debt is out of control.
	Everything's out of control.
	Our cities are lawless.
	There's more cars that are being stolen in this country than ever before.
	You've got half of the hotels, and this is my business, right?
	Half of the hotels in New York City that are full of illegal immigrants, while you have veterans who have fought for this country, who have been shot at for this country, who are sleeping under overpasses all across the country.
	They're sleeping on curbs.
	But yet, you know, illegal immigrants who came across a border three days ago are being housed in the most expensive hotels in New York.
	On our taxpayer dollars?
	Have we lost our damn minds?
	And the answer to that is yes, and everybody listening to this knows we have lost our mind as a country.
	Wars all over the world, you've got these beautiful kids in Russia and Ukraine, you know, they're shooting at each other at point-blank range in trenches and in the most unthinkable, you know, horrific kind of warfare that you could possibly imagine, probably warfare that hasn't been seen since You know, maybe World War I, I mean, in terms of the trench stuff that they're dealing with.
	I mean, think about that.
	And we're paying for it, frankly, on both sides of so many of these conflicts.
	We've sent $200 billion over there so you can see these kids take these lives by pulling a light trigger in one millisecond, you know, on YouTube.
	Yet we won't invest in our schools.
	We won't invest in the safety of our schools.
	We won't invest in education.
	We won't better society.
	We won't invest in technology.
	My father's laying a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery to commemorate the anniversary of Abigail, the worst withdrawal in the history of the world.
	I mean, we threw away 20 years based on Kamala and Biden.
	Threw away 20 years.
	And what's Joe Biden doing?
	He's sleeping on a damn beach, you know, on another vacation because three quarters of his presidency has been vacation.
	And you have Kamala, who's literally hiding from every single network.
	It's been like 36 days since she's done an interview.
	36 days.
	And guess what?
	She finally comes out and says, I'm going to do an interview.
	It's going to be a prerecorded interview because we'll chop it up if she says something crazy.

	With her vice president who can give her all the cover that she needs when she starts fumbling, which she will?
	It's crazy.
	This is the state of the country.
	And you know what bothers me?
	There are actors all around the world that want to eat our lunch.
	China, right?
	The entire Middle East.
	I mean, you have people that are coming for American greatness.
	They want the number one spot.
	We're the superpower of the world, but they're coming for it.
	They want to be the worldwide currency.
	They want to be the most dominant language.
	They want to own all the industries.
	They want to own all the, you know, supply chains and telecommunications and electronics and I mean, they want to win the war without ever taking a shot.
	Make no mistake about that, right?
	And they're coming.
	And what have we focused on as a country for the last three and a half years?
	Whether or not a six foot five male should be able to swim in women's sports?
	I mean, we've got this massive hole in the roof of this country.
	Our economy, our immigration, drug use, crime, homelessness, the cost of absolutely everything.
	And they want to fix a little piece of crown molding in the basement that's missing some paint.
	Let's focus on the hole of the roof.
	Let's go back to common sense.
	You know, let's return this country to the country that we all know and we love.
	We're losing our standing and we're losing it awfully quickly.
	And there are people, you know, across oceans who are literally laughing at us right now.
	They're laughing at American weakness.
	And every person listening to this right now knows it.
	They feel it in their hearts.
	They know that the American dream is slipping away.
	They know that our Constitution is getting away.
	They know that the meaning of red, white, and blue and everything that we love is getting away.
	And it's why we need to win.
	It's why a family like ours that does not need to be doing this.
	The last thing I need to be doing is this right now.
	My father certainly could be living the greatest life at Mar-a-Lago as the kingmaker for the Republican Party, yet they're dragging him through every courthouse in the country.
	They've tried to kill him.
	They've tried to impeach him multiple times.
	The scandals, the this, the that, the far-left DAs, the far-left AGs, the far-left justices removing him from ballots at various states.
	He's had to fight through all of it.
	Absolute hell.
	Because the guy wants to save the United States of America.
	It's just beyond.
	It's beyond.
	And I know Americans feel this.
	And frankly, I've never seen more passion and energy and enthusiasm than right now.

		This is why we love the War Room.
		President Trump, Eric Trump, they come in off the top of their head.
		You get a tour de force across every issue that affects your lives today.
		Eric just covered the sense of urgency we all face.
		All political views are my own, but Eric, the next question is, you got the most patriotic audience listening right now.
		Where do you point them?
		What should they do?
		Where should they take action, action, action, as we say on The War Room?
unidentified		You know, listen, people can't be lazy.
		People can't be complacent.
		People have busy lives.
		People have to get out, and they have to vote.
		And they have to vote early, and they have to vote and vote and vote, and they have to get people out.
		And they can't be silent anymore.
		You know, 2016, a lot of people, Dave, came up to me, and they'd whisper in my ear, and they'd say, hey, you know, Eric, we're really We're really going for your father.
		It's my entire church is behind him.
		Our entire community is behind him.
		We love him.
		We adore him.
		We're all behind him.
		And I was kind of thinking to myself, hey, why are you whispering, right?
		You can't whisper anymore.
		There's no more whispering.
		I mean, we're losing our country.
		And it's so sad.
		I mean, no one can compete with the United States of America.
		Europe certainly can't.
		China certainly can't.
		We've got a better system.
		We've got better people.
		We've got better minds.
		We've got better work ethic, we've got the entrepreneurial spirit.
		You know, our country was founded in a time where, and really if you look at our industrial revolution, right, I mean, it was really surrounded by gas and by obviously the Model T and, you know, the vehicle.
		And, you know, it separated us.
		So much from so many other societies.
		Europe, right?
		Europe was a train-based society and so you'd get on a train in London and there would be four stops and everybody would get on the train at 10 a.m.
		and they'd get off the train at 1 p.m.
		in the exact same spot and it created monolithic thinking.
		And then all of a sudden this incredible society comes up around the automobile where, you know, Dave, if you want to go to some jazz bar in New York and I wanted to go hunting in, you know, in the mountains of Tennessee, You know, we can go different directions.
		And it created the greatest minds of, you know, let's go put that person on a moon.
		Let's have an Elon Musk.
		Let's, you know, let's have rockets that land on their own.
		Let's create the greatest self-driving cars.
		Let's create the greatest medical innovations.
		I mean, no one can stop the entrepreneurial spirit that's built in this country.
		That is what America stands for.
		It's why our economy at 340 million people ...is still substantially larger than the economy of China when they have four times the amount of people as us, right?

		The Zuckerberg channels do as much as they can to shadow ban us, so you have to type in my full name.
		Otherwise, you know, you'll have parody accounts pop up and other crap.
		You know, that's part of the weaponization.
		And then obviously, if you want to help, if you want to contribute, we're running the most efficient campaign in the history of the country, in my opinion, at Donald J. Trump.
		And my wife is over at the RNC.
		I think everybody knows that.
		She went in there, she fired three quarters of the people at the RNC who either weren't on board or just were dragging, and she's turned the RNC into a true powerhouse, and I'm incredibly proud of her.
		She sits there 24 hours a day, Dave, and focuses on election integrity.
		Literally, I sleep next to a woman every single night who goes to bed at midnight thinking about election integrity and wakes up at about four o'clock in the morning thinking about election integrity.
		I'm going to be happy as hell when November 6th comes rolling around, but I can tell everybody.
		There is, and by the way, these people do cheat, there's no question about it, but there is an effort that is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with tough, smart people doing absolutely everything they can, filing every lawsuit they can to ensure the most secure elections.
		So donate to the campaign, donate to the RNC, donate anywhere you can.
		Vote early, get out there and vote early and get that message across.
		Democrats don't want that message across because they realize how hard it is to put 80 million people into the polls in a one-day period in the middle of the week.
		Get out, vote early, and make your voices heard.
		Guys, I just promise you, and I'll end it with this, we're going to fight every single second as a family, every single day.
		to win this and restore greatness in this country and our family will never stop fighting.

		I want to begin by talking about Eric's father, President Trump, who I spoke to earlier this morning from my podcast.

		And I have to say, I spoke to President Trump this morning for a good 35, 37 minutes for the show.
		Spoke to him briefly off the air as well, and I can tell you he is in extraordinary spirits.
		He was on his way to another event somewhere in the middle of the country today, but I can report to you that President Trump is doing very well, and he's excited about this next chapter of the campaign.
		We covered a whole range of topics on this interview, and he broke some news.
		Which I'll share some of it here with the War Room Posse, but also I want to retain some from my show, so you're going to want to listen to the show later today.
		But I will say we covered lawfare very extensively, because of course now that he is leading in most polls, and now that he essentially put away the first Democrat candidate for President Joe Biden, and he's prepping to do away with the second Democrat candidate for President Kamala Harris, Because he's doing so well because he just survived an assassination attempt.
		Of course, they had to indict him again.
		This is what we're dealing with.
		This is what communists do.
		There's no rule of law.
		There's no there's no asking for permission.
		They just blow right through in order to ensure that they seize ever more power and control.
		This is what they do.
		So again, no surprise that they indicted him again.
		We should have seen that coming after what the Supreme Court did with regard to presidential immunity and all of that.
		It essentially gutted Jack Smith's J6 case.
		And we've got Julie Kelly coming up here in just a couple of minutes to break apart all of that for our audience.
		But they've come at him again, so we covered that.
		I asked him what kind of approach he's going to take in his second term to making sure that the DOJ, the FBI, and the three-letter agencies writ large, but specifically on lawfare, on that approach, what is he going to do?
		Because this republic cannot survive this.
		This republic cannot survive these kinds of out-of-control, ideologically-driven communists in high positions.
		And I'm not just talking about the Attorney General or special counsels, as dangerous as they are.
		I'm talking about run-of-the-mill DAs in New York City, in Chicago.
		You've got all kinds of out-of-control judges and prosecutors.
		I asked President Trump about that.
		We also spent a good deal of time on the Harris no-borders Stop calling it open borders.
		Yes, they're open, but this is a full erasure of the American borders, both north and south.
		By the way, our friend John Solomon at Just the News has a really important article today up talking about the number of known and suspected terrorists who have come across both the southern and, more importantly, the northern border.
		You know, we've all been focused on the southern border, but the northern border has also been wide open, and more known and suspected terrorists have come across the Canadian border with the U.S.
		than the southern border with Mexico.
		I've been screaming about this for the last three and a half years, since Biden and Harris erased the border and created a no borders policy, got a big terrorist threat.
		But specifically, I asked President Trump about the SAVE Act, and we're going to bring in Congressman Chip Roy here, who introduced it in just a moment.
		But the President and I spoke about it, and I asked him specifically about addressing Republicans like Senator Mitch McConnell, who has been reported over the last few days, might oppose including the SAVE Act in the new spending bill coming up next month.
		What did President Trump want to say about it?
		He's got some things to say.
		Is he willing to shut down the government for the SAVE Act?
		President Trump has some things to say about that as well.
		We also covered public safety and the collapse of law and order, which is hugely important to all Americans, but specifically to American women who can no longer walk down the streets of our cities and our towns and our communities without fear of being mugged or worse.
		So I asked President Trump about that because I wanted him to address American women specifically, and he did.
		And then, of course, we talked about the assassination attempt.
		I asked him if he thought it's an inside job.
		He had some very important and interesting things to say about that.
		And I asked him about God as well and his faith.
		So it was an extraordinary conversation I had with 45 and 47 earlier today, and I recommend my podcast coming out later today to all of you.

		All right, let's get into some of what I talked about with President Trump with our first guest, Congressman Chip Roy of Texas, who, as I said, introduced the SAVE Act, which would block non-citizens from voting in this election and beyond.
		Congressman, welcome.
unidentified		Monica, great to be on with you, my friend.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Oh, it's great to talk to you as well.
		I knew you back when, so it's great to reconnect.
		Let's talk about the SAVE Act, because as I mentioned, President Trump and I had an extensive conversation about that earlier today.
		He is totally in support of it, and he's totally in support of attaching your bill to the massive spending bill coming up in just a couple of weeks.
		What can you tell us specifically about what the SAVE Act does and where it stands in Congress right now?
unidentified		Yeah, no, happy to.
		Great to talk about it with the War Room Posse, who I think are pretty well versed in what we're trying to do with the SAVE Act in that we all recognize that we have too many non-citizens voting in this country.
		We've had report after report.
		Texas just released a report.
		The Secretary of State saying they had to clean off 6,500 non-citizens.
		Virginia did the same thing a few weeks back.
		Other states, Ohio.
		We know that there are thousands of people who are on the voter rolls.
		And we need to make sure that the law requires documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote.
		That's what the SAVE Act does.
		It's pretty simple.
		85% of Americans support this.
		Democrats don't.
		I will note, though, we had five Democrats who voted with Republicans in favor of the SAVE Act back in July.
		So, we passed it.
		Bipartisan.
		Five Democrats supported it.
		Sitting in the Senate, Chuck Schumer and the President are refusing to move it.
		So, we've been working to say that we should attach the SAVE Act to any moving appropriations bill.
		And there are two things we need to do.
		Mitch McConnell wants, let's be very clear, Mitch McConnell and Swamp Republicans, they want to have a funding bill that expires in December so that they can get all their goodies and a great big omnibus spending bill with the Swamp, the unit party.
		We want to extend funding into 2025, attach the SAVE Act, and move that through.
		President Trump is exactly right in supporting that effort.
		I'm working with the Speaker.
		I'm working with Republicans in the House.
		I'm pretty confident that's what we're going to bring up the first week back in September, is a CR, a continuing resolution, into 2025 with the SAVE Act attached to it.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Can you get enough bipartisan Democrat support for this, as you did initially?
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Do you think, to get it across the finish line?
unidentified		You know, that's going to be a really important question.
		And I also have to acknowledge, there is a question there's going to be some Republicans who may not want to support it because they're concerned about attaching it to a, quote, continuing resolution.
		Now, none of us like CRs, or continuing resolutions.
		Because we would rather do the individual appropriations bills.
		But we've only passed five.
		We know they're going to move a CR, a continuing resolution, in September.
		The upside is, freeze spending at current levels, take the pen away from Democrats in December, attach the SAVE Act.
		So I hope all Republicans, or most, will support it.
		And I hope at least those five Democrats that voted for the SAVE Act in July will see the benefit of, hey, we're going to vote to continue to fund government and we'll attach the SAVE Act.
		And you know what?
		There's political pressure on those Democrats who are in tougher districts to try to do something that 85% of their people support.
		Look, this is a no-brainer.
		You're talking about election integrity.
		We're talking about all the issues.
		Eric was on talking about Laura and what the RNC and my friend Michael Whatley are doing over there.
		We've got to focus on making sure we have the integrity of our elections.
		One piece of that is making sure non-citizens don't vote.
		There's lots of other pieces about mail-in ballots and all that stuff.
		And I'm out in Texas campaigning today with Ted Cruz, and we're out working hard to get people to be poll watchers.
		And if you're a part of the posse, sign up, get involved.
		Let's have poll watchers, and let's do our part to save our elections.
		But the Save Acts are a critical piece of that.
		Donald Trump is exactly right.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, and you know what, Chip?
		Thank you for doing it because it's the only thing we can do between now and the election.
		Obviously, we've got all kinds of election integrity efforts going on, but the biggest piece of this is the tens of millions of illegal aliens that Biden and Harris have allowed into the country where, in order to get them to vote, they don't need to physically show up to the polling place.
		They just need to be physically present in, say, a swing state to have their name and their address generate a ballot.
		And then the Democrats, through their ballot-chasing and ballot-harvesting efforts, they generate the ballot, they fill it up, they put it in the system.
		They don't even need the illegal to actually physically show up and vote.
		Let me ask you about this, because Heritage has a report from Hans von Spakovsky.
		And he says that a 2021 Biden administration executive order constitutes unlawful and potentially partisan interference in the election process, and it actually allows illegals to vote.
		What can you tell us about that?
		And would the SAVE Act then preempt that executive order in any way?
unidentified		Yeah, well Hans is one of the better experts on that and I want to give a shout out to Heritage who hosted us last week at the forum that I have with Corey Mills and Eli Crane and Matt Gaetz and Andy Biggs on the assassination attempt.
		They're moving too slow on that.
		That's a topic for another day, but I want to give them a shout out for that.
		Hans does great work.
		And yes, our bill would step in front of any of these executive orders and, frankly, judicial opinions.
		You understand judicial opinions, Monica.
		They've interpreted federal law to prohibit states like Arizona from being able to process and ensure that only citizens are voting.
		So the legislation I drafted, and I worked closely with Stephen Miller, you know Stephen, Cleta Mitchell, Hans himself, to make sure the legislation is drafted such that it would step in front of all of these executive orders and judicial opinions and existing laws and have one clear standard of documentary proof of citizenship across the country if you're going to register to vote in a federal election.
		And that's the purpose of it, is to make sure we clear the slate and protect our election.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Well, we absolutely need it.
		And you know, I'll share a quick story with you, Chip.
		I am registered to vote in New York City.
		All right.
		So pray for me.
		Okay.
		But there have been multiple times where I've gone to vote in New York City and I have voluntarily offered my driver's license as proof of citizenship and identity.
		And I have been proactively told, no, put that away.
		Put it away.
		We don't want to see it.
		And if we look at yours, then we're going to have to look at others, and we don't do that here.
		I've been told that year after year when I go to vote in New York City.
		So if this legislation passes, then it would be a requirement nationwide to prove your citizenship, correct?

		And what people need to understand is, because some people raise, Chip, why is the federal government going to mandate this on states?
		Well, I'll tell you why.
		Because there are jurisdictions like New York, Oakland, San Francisco, Washington, D.C.
		that are actively registering noncitizens as we speak and want to fight us on this.
		Because what you'll hear the radical progressive Democrats like Kamala Harris say, and Chuck Schumer, is it's already unlawful for noncitizens to vote.
		Well, that is technically true.
		But if you take away all the enforcement mechanisms, which is currently the case, there's no way to guarantee that only citizens are voting.
		Look, this is basic stuff.
		Only citizens should vote in American elections.
		We are watching an effort by the worldwide radical progressive left to try to transform Western civilization, including our
		country.
		That's the reason there are open borders, that we're seeing it in Western Europe.
		It's coming to a theater near you.
		Aurora, Colorado has people taking over buildings.
		We have got to make sure that only citizens vote.
		That's why this bill exists.
		It's why I drafted it.
		I encourage—look, we should have passed this in a CR in July.
		We should have already been browbeating Democrats by having passed it.
		But we need to do it when we get back.
		One of the last things President Trump did before the shooting was he tweeted out support for doing this, because he gets it.
		So we've got to get this done in early September, pick a fight, and inspire Americans that we're going to fight for them.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		All right, before we let you go, Chip, quick question.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Speaking of picking a fight, are you willing and are your colleagues willing to shut down the government in order to get this done?
unidentified		Well, I'm certainly willing to pick a fight like this to say 100% we need to have funding be into 2025 so we don't give Democrats the pen and we need to protect American elections.
		And I don't think that we should do anything but that.
		And then if Democrats choose to shut down the government, that's on them.
		But we should not run away from that.
		Now, I got to be full disclosure, not every Republican feels that way.
		So we're going to have to gird our loins and demand what the American people want us to do, right?
		Again, let me be clear.
		All we're talking about doing is funding government into 2025 so the next president, which will be Donald J. Trump, number 47, will have the pen and make sure elections are secure that 85% of Americans support.
		That is common sense.
		Republicans can rally around it, and we should.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Well, amen to that.
		Although, you know, I'm not, I'm fully confident in you and Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene and so many other fighters that we have on our sideship, but I'm not fully confident in some of the others in the Republican caucus and certainly not in the Republican leadership in the Senate to hold the line on this.
		So, you'll have to listen to my podcast later today to hear how President Trump feels about Mitch McConnell and other possible weak-kneed Republicans on attaching the SAVE Act to the spending bill.
		But we have to really put everything on the line here because if illegals vote, the country is over and it's hanging by a thread anyway.

		And let's talk about the SAVE Act.
		React to what Chip Roy just said and what I laid out from President Trump's reaction to the SAVE Act to me earlier today.
jack posobiec ▲ ● ▼		Well, Monica, once again, just thanks so much for having me on and congratulations on that fantastic exclusive that you got with President Trump.
		I've just been telling everyone over at HumanEvents.com, I said, make sure that you guys have this listening because I want to get the stories that she's going to be breaking, the scoops that she's going to be getting out of there as soon as possible.
		So we're definitely going to be set to get that and all the clips and everything else.
		Look, folks, it's very simple.
		In the military, we have the concept of something called a shaping operation.
		By the way, I just sent an email to Steve Bannon about this just this morning, talking about the importance of the SAVE Act.
		And he and I are going back and forth, even while he's in federal prison, talking about the importance of the SAVE Act.
		If you want to save your country, if you care about illegal aliens not voting, then you must set the conditions for victory.
		And the condition for victory in November is a shaping operation in September, which
		gives us the SAVE Act and puts it into place for the November election.
		We're not talking about kicking the can to March.
		We're not talking about kicking the can all the way down the road.
		No, we're talking about getting this done now because it affects this election.
		If you have the ability to set the conditions for victory prior to so, one month prior to
		about six weeks prior to the election, the September 30th pending deadline.
		This is why we need to have Speaker Johnson and Politico's got the story up this morning where they're saying he wants to go for it.
		House Freedom Caucus is in on board on it.
		Johnson's there.
		But the real question is this.
		Mitch McConnell and the Senate leadership are against this.
		And they are against it because they worry about the risk.
		They're terrified about a government shutdown over putting this in the budget.
		Well, let me tell you something right now.
		Bring it on!
		Bring the fight. We want the fight. Force the fight. And to Speaker Johnson, who
		people had a lot of questions about him when he first came in. Steve had some
		interesting comments, but I remember that that Speaker Johnson also came on board
		with sending the letter and the filing over regarding Steve Bannon, rescinding
		that subpoena that would essentially nullify Steve Bannon's sentencing, would
		nullify his charges.
		Look, Speaker Johnson, if you want to man up, now is the time to man up.
		If you want to stand and be counted, if you want to test your salt, Prove your salt.
		This is the time to do it, to the SAVE Act, and I guarantee you, sir, to you, to any other member of the House that wants to go into this fight, we will stand with you.
		The entire posse will stand with you.
		I will lend you my sword and my shield, and we will go into this political battle together, because this is about the battle for the Republican.
		Oh, by the way, you've got some very powerful supporters on the sidelines as well, like Senator Mike Lee.
		Who's working there in the Senate will defeat anything that the feckless leadership tries to put up and Elon Musk himself has tweeted that he wants the SAVE Act to be included in the budget spending bill.
		This is the time.
		This is the time right now.
		Don't sit around and wait for November.
		Don't sit around and I don't want to be there on November and everyone's assuming the fetal position in the corner saying, oh, what happened?
		How did all these illegals vote?
		How did it go by?
		No.
		No, you do the work now.
		We're not going to be sitting around and waiting for November to roll in in 3 a.m.
		No, you do the work, you leave it all out on the field, and this is what we can do today.
		November starts on Monday, so the fight begins now.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Yes, and we're going to talk to Grace about, you know, the app, the War Room Posse app to mobilize this entire audience to let their members of Congress and their U.S.
		senators, I don't care where they are on the political spectrum, they all need to be on board with the SAVE Act and attaching it to the spending bill.
		Also, Jack, you know, this gives Mike Johnson, a real opportunity to redeem himself because he's blown it over the last, you know, on a variety of issues, he's blown it.
		This will give him a redemption arc by adopting the SAVE Act, attaching it to the spending bill and fighting for this.
		I think it was Mike Lee yesterday on his ex account said, good news, Speaker Mike Johnson says he will give serious consideration.
		No, that is not good enough.
		Serious consideration is like the equivalent of a strongly worded letter.
		No, this has to be a straight up yes from Speaker Johnson that he is going to put this, attach it to the bill.
		And for all of the weak-kneed Republicans out there who say, well, this is so close to the election, I don't want to have to take a controversial stance.
		This is not controversial.
		You know, shut down the government if you have to, and there's so many who will not want to do that, obviously.
		But this is it.
		I mean, this is the one thing, Jack, that we can do between now and the election to make sure that we've got some semblance of a clean election.
jack posobiec ▲ ● ▼		This is the essential shaping operation, and I've spoken to Grace as well about Bill Blaster, and we're going to be getting that on board.
		And it's very simple.
		It's a very simple concept, folks.
		And by the way, 80% of America, probably even more than that, but of course we know how the polls go, 80% of America will support this.
		Illegal aliens, foreign citizens, non-citizens should not be voting in our elections.
		Period.
		Full stop.
		It's time to start having a government.
		That actually puts the interests of the people who live here, of the people who built this country, of the families who are here now, first.
		And I know that the world is full of problems, but you know what?
		We've got problems too, and it's the job of leadership to determine whose problems come first.
		And that's the problems of my family, that's the problems of my children, that's the problems of our neighborhoods, etc., etc.
		They come first.
		Before I want to talk about anything else that's going on in any far-flung corner of the planet.
		That's number one.
		And to all of these other people looking around out there saying, oh, we got to do this, we got to do... No.
		No more blue-ribbon committees, no more commissions on the Trump assassination attempt that don't even ask serious questions, that couldn't even get... By the way, we had to break the story over at humanevents.com that the grand jury has been impaneled in Western Pennsylvania.
		We broke this story yesterday when I got it up there.
		From information from America First Legal, where's the committee on this?
		The committee was up there in Butler and they couldn't even find out that there was a grand jury and panel down the street.
		What are you guys doing?
		What are you doing?
		Look, if you need something to do, I'm going to give you a very simple task.
		It's called the SAVE Act.
		Make sure, and I guarantee you, the posse here, we will support you to The Hilt.
		We will give you whatever you need.
		We will give you air cover.
		We will give you ground support.
		We'll give you a naval cover if you need naval cover.
		We will be out there in the trenches.
		The posse will be crawling down from the trees and outside from every shadow to go into the field for this because we understand that this is about its Task Force 47.
		It's all about the Pennsylvania Chase.

		Joining me now to talk about the forces of lawfare that have leveled once again against President Trump is the awesome Julie Kelly of Declassified with Julie Kelly.
		And I just want to say at the outset, Julie, you are an American heroine, and we're all grateful to you.

		You are, too, just a fighter.
		You stay in the fight.
		You're very loyal to your friends, including me, and I'm so grateful for that.
		And, you know, we've got a lot of battles ahead, and we can't be too distracted by those who want to pair the movement up.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Well, that's just it.
		The infighting is out of control and it stops now.
		It stops here on the war room with the posse.
		No infighting.
		Like Steve always says, focus, focus, focus and action, action, action.
		I wanted to have you on today, Julie, to talk about This latest superseding indictment that Jack Smith has brought against President Trump.
		There are obviously political motivations for this, driving it.
		There are legal reasons behind it as well.
		You have a great piece up on Declassified with Julie Kelly.
		But I was wondering if you could break it down for the War Room audience.
		Tell us what Jack Smith did and how it differs from the first round that was essentially it needed addressing again after the Supreme Court decision.
julie kelly ▲ ● ▼		Exactly right, Monica.
		So it was a year ago, August of 2023, when Jack Smith brought his first January 6th indictment against the former president.
		Four counts, three conspiracy, one obstruction, a very weak indictment to begin with, relying on vague statutes, including one, 1512b2 obstruction of an official proceeding that was also reversed by the Supreme Court.
		So we used these four weak counts In December of 2023, I just want to give people background.
		Some people are confused where this new indictment came from, so I just want to explain it as early as possible.
		December of 2023, Judge Tanya Chudkin, the Obama appointee presiding over this case, issued a landmark and historic opinion denying Donald Trump's claims of presidential immunity from criminal prosecution.
		Well, of course, that had to be appealed.
		The all-Democratic panel, and I think there was one George Bush appointee.
		Anyway, D.C.
		Appellate Court, loaded with Democrats and old-time rhinos, upheld her decision.
		This got to the Supreme Court, and then on July 1st, the ruling we were all waiting for, the Supreme Court said, yes, of course, there is presidential immunity for official acts Even some acts outside of the, you know, constitutional authority given to a president.
		So that takes this case back to Judge Tutkin's courtroom where it's been on hold since all of the appellate and then Supreme Court proceedings, you know, were underway.
		So then Jackman had to go back to his original indictment.
		It is nine pages shorter than the first one.
		He had to gut from the indictment everything related to Donald Trump's interactions with his own Department of Justice.
		The Supreme Court specifically saying that that is covered under presidential immunity.
		That is the president's authority to deal with his own Department of Justice.
		So he had to gut that.
		He also removed as a co-conspirator Jeffrey Clark, who you know, who has been absolutely viciously attacked and tried to destroy all of these DOJ and other, of course, Fannie Willis trying to destroy him as well.
		He had to remove him as a co-conspirator, who he's never charged, but because he was a DOJ official at the time, he too was covered under this immunity blanket related to official acts.
		So, Jack Smith going back, cutting part of his indictment and then removing Jeffrey Clark.
		But also, Monica, as I point out in my speech, he very stealthily removed his description of Donald Trump as the former president, 45th president of the United States and described him as a candidate for president in 2020.
		This is solely to address the Supreme Court's ruling that says personal private acts are not covered under immunity.
		So this guy is a fake, but it's going through the process and there's a hearing next week.
		I will be there next Thursday and we'll see where this case goes from there.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		So we've got two minutes, Julie, before the break, and I'd like to hold you over because I have more questions on this.
		But Brett Tolman, who's a former federal prosecutor, he tweeted yesterday when he saw this, or the day before, that it looks like the exact same counts.
		That it doesn't really look like he changed much.
		Now you say he eliminated nine pages that he had the first time around, but to your eye, and you may want to hold the specifics over until after the break, but to your eye, does it look like he changed very much at all?
julie kelly ▲ ● ▼		Well, aside from gutting, you know, the key, the DOJ, and we could talk a little bit about this, we should talk about how he's now portraying the former president, even though he was in office, of course, at the time.
		This is the period between the election and after January 6th, until Trump left office.
		And he needs to, now, Jack Smith, needs to try to portray Donald Trump as acting in personal or political pursuit, trying to root out election fraud.
		He will, of course, convince Judge Chudkin of that.
		Will he eventually, if this gets to the Supreme Court, will he convince the Supreme Court of that?
		No.
		And I can also talk about the Mike Pence that remained in the indictment and what the Supreme Court said about Mike Pence's communications with Trump.
monica crowley ▲ ● ▼		Okay, Julie, I want you to ask, please stand by the Mike Pence stuff really juicy.
		We'll also talk about the new grand jury that Jack Smith and paneled for all of this with Julie Kelly on the other side.
		Also, we've got some great grassroots activists.
