| And you say, all right, well, well, you know, maybe there were only three of them and this is just noise. | ||

| Out of a sample of 2,466 U.S. | ||
| likely voters, a combined total of 222 of them said they were not citizens or not sure. | ||
| That's roughly 10%. | ||
| So I think it's 9%. | ||
| Like, that is a statistically significant and major portion of the people who tell us that they are U.S. | ||
| likely voters. | ||
| This is the primal scream of a dying regime. | ||

| It's Natalie Winters hosting today, filling in for Stephen K. Bannon on Thursday, July 25th, in the year of our Lord 2024. | ||
| Quite the explosive opening there. | ||
| That's, of course, Mark Mitchell from Rasmussen, who was on the show earlier today, but walking through some additional data showing how they've sort of proved that non-citizens are indeed voting, of course, with the massive invasion we've seen at the southern border. | ||
| They're ramming in and jamming in as many people as they can | ||
| to try to add any additional votes that they need when they somehow manage to find votes | ||
| that conveniently always go towards Joe Biden, or in this case Kamala, or whoever the nominee may be, | ||
| maybe Michelle Obama, in the dead of night. | ||
| Someone who has always been at the forefront of sort of fighting that epic uphill battle | ||
| is of course, Catherine Engelbrecht from True, the vote who joins me now. | ||
| Now, Kathryn, I want to get into sort of the evolving narrative, especially on how unsecured these elections are looking, or at least shaping up to be, of course, exacerbated by the fact that the Democrats are in a state of disarray. | ||
| Before we get into all of that, I want to start with a story that I know the Warren posse is familiar with, but that we really need to drill down on, because this is, regardless if it's Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, really anyone, this is the thing itself. | ||
| This weird kind of what seems to be a scam or fraudulent behavior with ActBlue, whereby people who don't know that they're donating to Democratic politicians are having dozens if not hundreds of small dollar, in some cases large dollar amounts, be sent to these politicians under their names without any consent or knowledge. | ||
| Can you walk the audience through this story, the magnitude that it has? | ||
| Yeah, absolutely. | ||
| I look at it from a voter perspective, but I can tell you what I'm observing, certainly. | ||
| My first observation is this is not new. | ||
| This has been going on since 2020, at least, and has been reported on since 2020. | ||
| The question should be, where is it that the FBI has jurisdiction over this? | ||
| This is wire fraud. | ||
| Where's the FBI? | ||
| But what the play seems to be is that large mega donors, you know, 10, $20 million donors, theoretically, are pushing through cash that is then being broken up into very small $20 donations. | ||
| But the curious thing is, and they come through just in this tidal wave, oftentimes in the form of gift cards, which makes it all the more difficult to trace. | ||
| But as we've seen, and some great investigation work was done in 2020, again in 2022, and now here again in 2024, showing that the people that are finding their names attached to these small dollar donations have no clue. | ||
| That they've been put into this nightmare. | ||
| And so, and it's not just one, as you say, Natalie, it's not just one or two donations. | ||
| Oftentimes it's 10, 20, hundreds of donations, one after the next. | ||
| And so this is identity theft. | ||
| This is wire fraud. | ||
| And the way that the Democrats are doing this, in my opinion, is that they are trolling the voter rolls for people who seem to be affiliated or aligned with the Democrat party. | ||
| But are unlikely to be able to fight back. | ||
| Unemployed people, I'm sure they're using some kind of zip code calculation to try to identify people who are lower income. | ||
| And there you have it. | ||
| They are exploiting the defenseless. | ||
| And it's disgusting. | ||
| And the FBI should be all over this. | ||
| Well, I think the buried lead of this story, too, is that they have such intimate access and ability to really manipulate, frankly, weaponize, right, the voter rolls to identify and target these individuals, where in contrast, people like yourself and other election integrity activists, it's a real struggle, right, to get your hands on the voter rolls, to be able to clean them and make sure it's actual American citizens. | ||
| That clip that we just played in the open proving that non-citizens are voting. So what is sort of the corollary or the logical | ||
| conclusion on the then voting side, if we know they're already sort of weaponizing these voter | ||
| rolls? Do you think that this raises concerns then about the integrity of elections too? | ||

Oh, absolutely. | |
| I mean, I've long said if you want to steal an election, you just get the voter rolls in the state that you're focusing on, the area that you're focusing on. | ||
| You figure out who has not voted in a while, and then do a few steps past that. | ||
| Maybe they've moved to another state, as many people have. | ||
| And if they're still hanging around the voter rolls, who would be the wiser? | ||
| They would not know if there was a male ballot cast in their name. | ||
| And it makes it, I mean, this is where we are. | ||
| The fraud has been institutionalized to a great degree, and it requires now that citizens take extra steps to be extra involved. | ||
| And True the Vote's been working through a project called IV3, challenging likely ineligible voter rolls. | ||
| We have representation from volunteers, Patriots in over 1400 counties and we just crossed the 700,000 record mark of people that have identified records and turn them over to their counties. | ||
| People are doing all that they can. | ||
| But all of that to say this is this is not a I would not call it a functional process that our elections are undergirded by right now. | ||
| So we've got to do all we can as citizens to hold the line. | ||
| But it's not easy. | ||
| And at the IV3 project and just in general with what you guys are doing, your organization, do you guys find it difficult? | ||
| Are these organizations, whether it's government or the kind of NGO election activist groups, they're not really like readily handing this over to you. | ||
| It's a struggle. | ||
| It's a fight, right? | ||

| Well, so for us, what you have to do is first you have to acquire the voter rolls. | ||
| So there's a cost associated with that. | ||
| And there is a lot of back and forth that goes along with it. | ||
| But once you get them, then you've got to normalize all the data so that all the state data can talk to each other so that you can analyze across state and nationally. | ||
| We've spent Just in the normalization of the data about 1100 hours, but because it was so arduous, we actually posted it open source on GitHub for anybody that wants to follow our lead and and look at how we normalize it and build on top of it, build their own apps. | ||
| We're all about open source and doing all we can to further the cause. | ||
| So, yeah, that's a challenge itself. | ||
| But, you know, once you have that that knowledge of the voter rolls and look, the Democrat Party has been Through the first innovation of their database called Catalyst, and then the hub for activists called VAN, they wield that as a weapon. | ||
| And they've used the same voter processes, the same platforms for decades now, and they are made stronger every cycle. | ||
| And so this is just what it is. | ||
| It's a challenge to be sure, but it's something that we've got to continue to fight back against. | ||
| And they'll obviously demean and deride you as conspiracy theorists, but we already see a lot of state election offices, I'm inclined to bring up, I believe it's Kentucky and Washington already, plowing taxpayer funds into programs to dispel quote-unquote misinformation about mail-in ballots saying that they're actually not rife | ||
| with fraud. | ||
| You should trust the process, trust the experts where we heard that before. | ||
| But what are your thoughts on this pre-empting the narrative that we're | ||
| already starting to see pop up when it comes to mail-in ballots in particular? | ||
| It doesn't shock me. | ||
| After what we all lived through in 2020 when we saw this mass push for mail ballots when the world | ||
| knows that mail ballots are the least secure way to cast your vote. | ||
| It's just, it's unthinkable that America is moving in that direction and trying to defend it. | ||
| So again, we have states, Washington is an all male state. | ||
| And so they are, they among many now are, that's the only option that voters have. | ||
| We must continue to push back against that. | ||
| And there it's, it will take time, but we can push back against it. | ||
| We can reverse the tide. | ||
| And if you have an option in your state, whether to cast your ballot in person or by mail, please choose in person. | ||
| It is far more secure than casting by mail. | ||
| And this is a question that I've been asking a lot of people who are informed in the election integrity space, but from kind of zero to 100%, 100% being fully secured, you know, money, good evidence is there. | ||
| In comparison from 2020 until now, the progress that we have made on the election integrity front in terms of securing elections so people know come 2024 there's not going to be any, you know, weird crowd strike attacks that are going to happen or weird, you know, poor chain of custody ballots that are being counted. | ||
| What progress have we made? | ||
| If you had to put a number on it, if you can, how secure do you think we've come? | ||
| From 2020. | ||
| There have been improvements made. | ||
| So yeah, to put a number on it, I don't know, 50? | ||
| I mean, I don't know. | ||
| Not nearly what should have been done. | ||
| And there are things that offset that number, right? | ||
| So now we have the influx of non-citizens into the voter rolls. | ||
| We can talk about that as well. | ||
| And what you do with those is still to be determined because that, among the many challenges that our election process faces, The lack of being able to resolve someone's identity is chief among them, because once that unidentified, potentially non-citizen casts a ballot, it's added to the general population of ballots. | ||
| So crying about it after the election is not going to do any good. | ||
| You've got to be ahead of it, and we're running out of time. | ||
| So there are some offsets. | ||
| But the good news is, Natalie, that I would give a 99 to improvement over citizen engagement. | ||
| In 2020, people were waking up in the immediate aftermath of the election. | ||
| People woke up in waves. | ||
| And now we are seeing levels of engagement like never before. | ||
| And so that, among everything else, in fact, I think it overwhelms even the negative. | ||
| Citizens being involved. | ||
| Observation changes things. | ||
| Participation changes things. | ||
| And so I'm incredibly encouraged by what we're seeing in the outreach and involvement to citizens. | ||
| Still a lot of problems in the process, but Americans are engaged and that bodes well. | ||
| And concerning the non-citizen aspect, if you want to walk us through the evidence that you guys have gathered on that front. | ||

| I mean, this has been, here's the steps. | ||
| In 1993, a bill was passed, a federal bill called the National Voter Registration Act. | ||
| At that point, all social service programs, through this legislation, all social service programs were required to have attached to their applications voter registration. | ||
| And further, you couldn't ask any more questions about voter registration than the application for whatever social service program you were applying for required. | ||
| And so it sort of melded the two and it made it really fuzzy about whether or not you were even being registered to vote. | ||
| That was all fine and well back in the 90s when those programs were only available to citizens. | ||
| Flash forward. | ||
| Obama's administration comes in and opens these social service programs up to non-citizens. | ||
| Now we go to 2021. | ||
| What's happening at the border and the problems that we're seeing with our voter rolls are being fed by this one-two punch of the non-government organizations, the NGOs working at the border, Providing these social service programs that we all know non-citizens are receiving, driver's licenses and work permits through Social Security and housing and stipends for living expenses and medical treatment, all of these things come with voter registration baked in. | ||

| We know it's why they're trying to push all these illegal invaders into the interior of this country. | ||
| Every state is a border state. | ||
| States make election fraud the norm. | ||

| We're getting into all things election integrity, if you're still allowed to say that phrase. | ||
| Here in the United States, before we were, I think, what was it? | ||
| The number one spreader of misinformation, according to the New York Times and the Brookings Institution, because of the very claims that we pressed on so hard about with regard to the stolen 2020 election. | ||
| So I guess we're just going for that title in 2024 by having a Katherine Engelbrecht on, we would say. | ||
| It's not misinformation. | ||
| It is the truth. | ||
| But if you could just pick up where you left off on the non-citizens voting, how the massive influx of illegal invaders is kind of exacerbating this problem. | ||
| Sure. | ||
| Well, it's something that's super important to understand that this has been in play for decades, inch by inch by inch, until now, you are seeing it You know, blossom into the full utility that I submit the left always had intended. | ||
| And specifically what this means is that at the border as as migrants are crossing over, which of course is very easy to do now that the Biden administration has given migrants a mobile app that they can begin to use anywhere in the world for claiming their asylum process and scheduling their appointment to get into the country. | ||
| With that comes, as soon as they get close to that border, the NGOs are there quick to register them for social service programs. | ||
| Those social service programs have voter registration applications baked into them. | ||
| And so, while we would like to believe that NGOs would never go ahead and register them to vote because they know that they are not citizens, Who is to say what's really happening? | ||
| There is absolute evidence that non-citizens are being registered. | ||
| We've seen that over and over again. | ||
| The Rasmussen poll is another great example. | ||
| But the really troubling thing is that states are not given the access to this data that they need. | ||
| So as these registrations come into the state rolls, The states cannot do anything to determine the citizenship status. | ||
| They just have to accept the incoming application. | ||
| And so it truly is a perfect storm. | ||
| This still can be remedied before November's election, but we're running out of time. | ||
| And it's something that every citizen should be concerned about and push on. | ||
| We have a project called the 6-11 Project, which is all about giving people the information they need to reach out to their representatives. | ||
| It's just a function of providing data to shore up the voter rolls, but it's not happening right now. | ||
| And Catherine, if people want to help you guys out with that project and agenda that you guys are pushing, where can they go to either sign up or just get in touch to get involved? | ||

| And from the 611 project, for anybody that's wondering how we got here or what can be done, We've listed not just our take on the issue, but there are other great organizations that are putting out plans that can still be implemented, but again, we're running out of time, so Posse, please call your representatives and be heard on this matter, because it's unconscionable that states are not given access to the data they need to keep their voter rolls clean. | ||

I think President Biden made a good decision, a wise move. | |

| But the very lead of all this, don't get lost, I think, in the minutiae of all the headlines that are being changed, whether it's Axios, the New York Times, or CNN going and doing the stealth edits where they say, well, she was never actually appointed the Border Czar, getting very into semantics. | ||
| The very lead is that they do not want to own what is happening, right, at the southern border, because they know that it is political suicide, but the fact that they have pursued | ||
| those policies for so long shows that they only care about the political ramifications of it. | ||
| Now I think it's sort of an interesting bet that they've made because they know that those | ||
| policies have made them woefully unpopular with the American people. | ||
| You guys all know that's why President Trump kind of ascended to supremacy and superiority | ||
| back in 2016 because he dared, of course, unburdened, not by what has been, as Kamala | ||
| Harris would say, but by the corporate donor class so he could talk about things like immigration | ||
| because he was not beholden to these big corporate donors who wanted the cheap labor, who needed | ||
| to buy votes that way. | ||
| But they don't care. | ||
| They don't care about the American people. | ||
| We said it used to be managed decline. | ||
| That was always our theory of the case here in the war room. | ||

| The literacy scores across the United States of America. | ||
| And I like to say that union bosses lead to learning losses, and they certainly do. | ||
| Currently right now in America, we only have 17% of black students reading on grade level and only 21% of Hispanic students reading on grade level. | ||
| So if you are a parent of a black student or a Hispanic student, you should be very worried about the education that your children are receiving in America's public schools. | ||
| Kamala spoke today at the AFT's convention. | ||
| She had just spoken at a college sorority. | ||
| So she's going for the base right now. | ||
| And she spoke at that convention and she said, you know, basically, again, they're all our children. | ||
| I'm paraphrasing what she said there. | ||
| But, you know, it takes a village. | ||
| Kamala wants everyone to believe. | ||
| And here's the bottom line. | ||
| She masked our kids. | ||
| She supported locking them out of schools. | ||
| I just shared a tweet the other day where she wanted all children five years and up | ||
| to be forced to get a vaccination. | ||
| So parents need to be really, really aware of the fact that we're dealing with liars | ||

| And today, speaking in front of teachers, which should not have been a political act, | ||

| number of different things that Kamala's going to own in this election going forward. It seems like | ||

| We don't require people to say the name of a school. | ||
| So we needed a minute to make sure that we'd be able to try to assemble that information. | ||
| Well, the judge clarified his order on Friday and said that not only do current Moms for | ||
| Liberty members qualify and their child's school can be exempted from this new order, | ||
| but also any future Moms for Liberty members. | ||
| So this is very, very exciting. | ||
| This is a huge win. | ||
