Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
MAGA Media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
natalie winters
You're here in Milwaukee coming at you live from the RNC.
Welcome to the War Room.
It's Natalie G. Winters hosting today, Wednesday, July 17th, in the year of our Lord, 2024.
I'm flanked by two War Room diehards.
I think you probably hold the record for the most frequently appearing guest.
I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
mike davis
Well, I was going to say, Natalie, I have a face for radio, but Terry takes it to a whole new level.
natalie winters
It's a low bar here in the War Room.
It's how I got my job.
unidentified
I'm just saying, I'm so glad to be back.
You guys, like, blacklisted me or something.
It's been weeks since I've been on.
natalie winters
We did.
unidentified
Mike took all my spots.
natalie winters
We've been wanting to bet on transgender athletes in female swimming.
That's how Warriors have been making up the lost sponsorship money.
And your advocacy has made that really hard.
unidentified
Yeah, you get it done in 24 states.
When you protect girls sports in 24 states, it's going to make it a lot harder to bet on it.
natalie winters
True, true.
And speaking of 24 states, it seems like there's almost 24 states that they're bringing cases against President Trump, right?
unidentified
No.
natalie winters
We know they just dismissed, or at least as of yesterday, last time you were on, the Florida's classified documents case, but it seems like Jack Smith is trying to re-up that case, reintroduce it.
Can you walk us through those efforts, if you think they're going to prevail, or what the future of that case looks like?
mike davis
Yes.
Judge Eileen Cannon correctly ruled that Jack Smith's appointment as special counsel violated The appointments clause and the appropriations clause of the Constitution because the special counsel office was just made up.
It was made up through fiats, through the Justice Department.
It was not created by statute, which is required under the Constitution.
We had an office of the independent counsel before by statutes, and Congress let it lapse after Ken Starr's investigation of Clinton.
The Justice Department wanted to be able to keep doing this, and so they created the Special Counsel Office, which is not supervised on a day-to-day basis by a Senate-confirmed officer of the United States, like the Attorney General, or the Deputy Attorney General, or a United States Attorney.
It has essentially an unlimited budget, and so that violates the Constitution.
Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department are going to appeal that, they said.
It's going to go to the 11th Circuit.
But guess what?
That's not going to get resolved before the election.
And President Trump's going to beat Biden like a drum on November 5th, 2024.
And on January 20th, President Trump's acting attorney general should dismiss these cases on day one and fire Jack Smith and open their own investigation on Jack Smith and his weaponization of our Justice Department to go after Biden's political enemies.
natalie winters
Two programming notes before I bring in Terry Schilling on this.
One, we have some special effects for today's show.
Very classy here in the War Room.
Like I said, Steve's in prison, so I have ultimate job security and can't get fired.
We're having a little fun.
Terry and I were doing some stand-up before we went live, but then they cut our mics.
Just teasing friends.
And second note is that I'm wearing a Dump Him shirt, if you can read it, because we are dumping Joe Biden here at the RNC.
There you go.
Now, I want to link what you're talking about.
I know you're the Mr. Lawfare Expert, and you're Mr... I was going to call you Mr. Transgender, but I won't say that.
Mr. Transgender, all the culture warfare stuff.
But how much of that have they been kind of waging, that level of cultural warfare?
From a lawfare perspective, I'm inclined to bring up what Gavin Newsom recently did in California, how you're seeing they're sort of stripping parents, or rather children, away from their parents, outside of the classrooms.
Their kids can become trans and they won't even know.
Can you walk us through how they're codifying it?
unidentified
So the great news, Natalie, is that President Trump's first term in office, he was able to get through a lot of really good judges that are actually holding up some of the worst pieces of law in the country from these blue states.
terry schilling
But we just saw last week Gavin Newsom pass this piece of legislation that would eliminate parents' rights to know if their child decides to identify as a different gender.
unidentified
He is saying, essentially, that the state comes before parents.
That has never happened in the history of the United States.
I mean, there's some issues where you have to remove custody from parents.
Everyone knows that.
But not when it comes to giving your kid a sex change procedure.
That's something that's totally different.
And frankly, it's un-American.
But I want to go to Mike's point earlier, because I was looking at the 2024 election polls from this week alone.
Donald Trump now has a 2.5% advantage over Joe Biden nationally.
And that's the rear clear politics average.
I think it's not just the judges and the courts that are seeing through Biden's lawfare and the weaponization of our government.
It's the American people, too.
mike davis
That's exactly right.
I will tell this to the war room posse.
Let's not take this for granted.
Make sure you bank your votes.
Vote as early as possible.
Do not wait until Election Day to vote and vote in person.
People think that's your patriotic duty.
No, it's not.
Because if you think the BLM And Antifa riots were bad in 2020.
Wait for the Hamas riots in 2024.
They may scare the hell out of Republican voters on election day, and they may not get a chance to vote.
So bank your vote.
Vote as early as possible.
And President Trump delivered that same message.
natalie winters
Just talking about how the state is effectively coming for your children, it brings me to an Axios article that we just saw today talking about how the Supreme Court is really reshaping, I think, what exactly constitutes the state, right?
How the President is interfacing with Congress, is interfacing with the Supreme Court.
Can you walk the audience through those developments?
Just in general, the sort of reaction to the Chevron deference case and just of that ilk, how you think?
President Trump, when he is re-elected, how his hands will either be tied or will he be able to be unchained and do everything that he wanted to do in his first term?
mike davis
President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term was the transformation of the left of center courts to the Clarence Thomas courts.
And we have the first constitutionalist majority on the Supreme Court in 90 years.
And this court understands it's Limited, but crucial role is to keep the government in check.
That includes the executive branch, especially the executive branch.
Over the last 90 years, you've seen the federal government grab power from the states and the people that it does not have and then they've consolidated Congress's lawmaking power and the court's judicial power into these unelected, unaccountable executive branch bureaucrats.
And you're going to see with this constitutional Supreme Court, they're going to start rolling back the government, including the executive branch, to where it was intended by our founders.
natalie winters
Now when you say rolling back the government, I kind of get deja vu to like old 2010, maybe old Y2K, the shirt, channeling that energy.
unidentified
But sort of older conservative talking points, right?
natalie winters
Of small government, right?
Cut taxes.
unidentified
But I don't really think that we're in a time right now, right?
natalie winters
We need something that is much more intense than that.
We are up against the behemoth that is the weaponized federal state.
So in terms of Congress, now I know you used to come on the show and you would always kind of We're tough on them, but justifiably so, because from an investigation standpoint, they weren't producing the evidence.
I don't think they were being tough enough for what we're up against.
But how do you think adjudicating it from the lens of, oh, when President Trump gets back in office, we're going to have the evidence we need to carry out the intended investigations and, frankly, criminal referrals, which I think we do need to see.
Do you think that they are setting President Trump up to be Successful.
We see Speaker Johnson coming out earlier today saying he's not exactly sure if Merrick Garland needs to be held in contempt of Congress.
How do you kind of adjudicate where we stand now?
mike davis
What President Biden and these Biden Democrats have done to President Trump with this unprecedented republic-ending lawfare and election interference is reprehensible.
They tried to bankrupt Trump.
They tried to throw him in prison for the rest of his life.
They tried to throw him off the ballots.
And then Trump's enemies even tried to take him out with a bullet on Saturday.
This is unacceptable.
And I blame President Biden for what happened on Saturday because it was Biden's campaign strategy to label Trump essentially as a fascist dictator who's going to destroy America and must be stopped by any and all means.
And we just saw on Saturday the natural and probable results of what Joe Biden has been doing.
natalie winters
I want to link this to something, because those very same people who are trying to destroy this country, make no mistake, they are up and in your face about it, and they have been for a very long time.
Transforming this country.
unidentified
I don't really think so.
natalie winters
That's a euphemism if I've ever heard one.
Unity is now the word that they're pushing.
And I don't know about you, I don't want to unite with people who threw my boss, Stephen K. Bannon, in prison.
I don't want to unite with people who want your children to become transgender.
I don't want to unite with people... See?
There you go.
Do you guys want unity with the neocon establishment, Republicans?
I don't know if you can hear them, but they don't.
Not surprised.
They also don't want unity with the Democrats who are quite literally trying to kill us.
But from the cultural warfare perspective, can you unite with people who fundamentally
want this movement dead?
unidentified
No, and you can't unite with people that want to destroy you, right?
It is a contradiction in beliefs.
You cannot unite with people that want to destroy you, that want to ruin your family, that want to trans your kids, that want to indoctrinate them into hating you, hating God and hating their country.
It's just not possible.
The reason they want you to unite with them is because they want you on board rowing in the same direction that they are in trying to destroy this country.
We won't stand for it.
We will win.
We have to beat these people.
We can't sit sidelines.
We have to punch them twice as hard as they punch us.
Those are the rules.
natalie winters
No, unity is and always has been a Trojan horse that the establishment uses.
unidentified
Whenever MAGA makes gains, whenever we have victories, they want to claw it back.
natalie winters
It only works one way.
unidentified
When we're in control, when we're taking over the RNC, when we're transforming the policy planks.
You ever thought you'd see the words, make America great again at the RNC?
natalie winters
Not me, but you know what?
unidentified
I'll take it.
natalie winters
Mike Davis, your thoughts on how we make sure when we do have the second Trump term that the people who are in office do not subvert his agenda.
You don't have these nameless, faceless government gangsters like Victoria Nuland.
Any fans of Victoria Nuland at the RNC?
unidentified
Okay, there we go.
natalie winters
How do we make sure that happens?
mike davis
That is a very important question and I've been at the Republican National Convention for the last nearly two weeks helping with President Trump's platform.
natalie winters
Talk about how much of a critical role President Trump has been the man in the room making those decisions.
mike davis
Well I'll tell you this, we are a united and strong Republican Party.
The Democrats are divided and weak.
unidentified
That's right.
mike davis
And that's the unity I want.
I want us to be united and win, and then I want us to bring accountability starting on January 20th, because what Biden and these Democrats are doing is destroying our country with their- Speaking of accountability, do you guys think Merrick Garland needs to be in prison for contempt of Congress?
unidentified
Yes!
natalie winters
You guys don't want the $10,000 a day fine, you guys want prison time.
Should we put Anthony Fauci in prison too?
unidentified
Yes!
natalie winters
See, it's not retribution.
It's justice.
It's justice for what they've done to Stephen K. Bannon and Peter Navarro.
unidentified
Have you guys seen Peter Navarro?
natalie winters
I just saw him on Media Row.
He looks fantastic for having been stuck in a federal prison.
He'll be hosting live, I believe, from here tomorrow morning, doing War Room, taking my job, giving me the morning off.
Thank you.
All it took was four months of a prison sentence for that to happen.
mike davis
I'll say this, Natalie.
This is very much President Trump's party.
You see it with his platform.
It's an America First platform.
It's going to be a winning message come November 5th, 2024.
We see that it's President Trump's party with his pick of Senator J.D.
Vance.
To be the vice president.
J.D.
is an all-star.
He's young.
He's brilliant.
And he's going to carry on Trump's America First agenda long into the future.
So it's an exciting time.
We're going to win on November 5th with all of your help.
And you guys need to get out.
Your friends and family and neighbors, you have to show up and vote.
Because if we don't win, think about it this way.
Do you want President Trump or President Biden replacing Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Sam Alito on the Supreme Court?
Because if you think that the BLM and Antifa and Hamas riots and the COVID lockdowns and the gender chaos in schools, if you think it's bad now, wait till there's not a Supreme Court as our last- You guys want President Biden in office the next time,
natalie winters
whether it's bird flu, you name it, the next time a pandemic comes around, you guys know
they're going to be pushing that ahead of the next election.
We need President Trump back in office.
I think I see Congressman Tim Burchett going to be joining us shortly.
The UFO guy.
He's great.
I think Mike Davis will stay with us if he can.
mike davis
I can.
unidentified
Terry, I gotta go.
I got better people to see.
It's over.
But I do want to say, it is amazing what President Trump has done.
He has built such a movement.
He's brought on people like JD Vance.
War Room wouldn't be here without Steve Bannon and President Trump and what they are building is going to save this country.
natalie winters
There we go.
And no unity with the people who spent decades trying to destroy those accomplishments, keep people like Stephen K. Bannon and President Trump out of the fold.
unidentified
No unity, only victory.
natalie winters
Unity is code for uniparty.
We don't want that.
War Room Posse, we will be back after this short break with Congressman Tim Burchett, live from Milwaukee at the RNC.
jake tapper
We talked about this polling from the Democratic donors showing Biden sinking in 14 states, not just the seven battlegrounds, but more traditionally Democratic states, reliably Democratic, New Mexico and New Hampshire and Virginia and Minnesota and Colorado.
This poll also found the four Democrats in particular Did much better in head-to-head matchups with Donald Trump than did Joe Biden.
Those Democrats are Arizona Senator Mark Kelly, Maryland Governor Wes Moore, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
natalie winters
Welcome back to the War Room.
Mike Davis is departing just ever so slightly for a little bit, but we're joined by the one and only Congressman Tim Burchett.
I think one of the best members.
There we go.
We got a round of applause.
tim burchett
Obviously, they've opened the bar early.
These ladies are yelling for me.
natalie winters
Those are some aliens that you brought in.
tim burchett
Yeah, I reckon.
I don't know about that.
I don't know about all that.
natalie winters
We'll get into that in Battleground.
unidentified
I'm good.
natalie winters
Thank you for joining us.
It's always an honor to have you on the show.
Now, there's so much that I want to cover with you.
You're obviously a member of House Oversight, but I think what people really want to get your insights on is a kind of post-assassination attempt.
You guys called for a hearing.
You want the Secret Service Director to come in, but we're already hearing reports that at least per majority, DHS and Secret Service is being told to no longer cooperate with you guys.
tim burchett
My orcas is gutless.
And this whole administration is just covering up upon covering up.
They're ineptitude.
You got a DEI hire.
She needs to go back to PepsiCo and work and guard Fritos and cans of Pepsi Cola.
She does not have any business, any business whatsoever covering Joe Biden or Donald J. Trump, for that matter.
This thing was a disaster from the start.
You gotta ask yourself, how does a guy, a 20-year-old, walk a mile with a high-powered rifle and a ladder?
And there's a confusion over which ladder he bought.
They're saying it's a 5-foot ladder, but that roof is 20 feet.
You saw the head of Secret Service Who the President of the United States said, when they said, have you talked to the Secret Service Director?
And he said, I have not talked to him yet.
Him.
And it's a lady.
This thing is just, it just shows you the ineptitude from the White House to the Secret Service.
And it cost a brave fireman his life because of that.
That guy should have never been there.
He should have never been within that perimeter.
And it's just a cover-up upon cover-ups.
natalie winters
I mean, you could rattle off fact after fact that I think really only leads you to the conclusion that it was not a result of incompetence.
Frankly, I think one of the most damning, I think, pieces of evidence is that the fact not only that the roof was unsecured, but that this individual even thought that a roof less than 150 yards away from the podium would have been unsecured.
That's sort of a bizarre oversight to have.
We now know there was, what, 26 minutes before authorities sort of caught wind of this individual.
tim burchett
And his parents apparently had called the police.
Called the police.
And I talked to a Marine sniper.
I talked to a Navy SEAL, CIA operator, and a And just an operator.
And they all really told me, they said, you know, the Marines said it was a punk shot.
Anybody could have made that shot.
And that I should have never been within those parameters.
And it's just by the grace of God, I said, you know, that America, God has his hand on America.
We got to quit pushing him away, swatting him away.
And that's exactly what we're doing every time.
natalie winters
I think what the irony is in all of it is that had Democrats not come after President Trump with the ridiculous barrage of law care.
Oh my gosh.
tim burchett
Take away his secret service protection.
Take away all of that.
And then, you know, put a bullseye on him.
And then Biden said, no, I said crosshairs.
I meant bullseye.
You know, it just, it's unbelievable.
And then comparing him to Hitler.
And so, and then you got a 20 year old nut.
It's always, it's always a loner.
You know, under the age of 30.
I mean, it follows a certain pattern.
unidentified
I'm a loner and I'm under the age of 30.
tim burchett
I would trust you on the roof of a building.
But, you know, it's always the same.
Until it isn't.
Until it isn't.
You know, what do we know about Oswald?
We don't know a lot about Oswald.
60-something years later, President Trump said he would release those files.
That's very telling.
natalie winters
Well, take us to what already seems to sort of be a premature cover-up, and I'm not just talking about how they're already sort of stonewalling your oversight investigation, but it seems like when some of your colleagues go on CNN or other mainstream media outlets and ask the questions that I'm sure everyone in this audience would be asking, they look at them like they're crazy, which is something that we're used to.
tim burchett
But how do you see this cover-up already sort of starting Well, I see the media backing off of it because, again, they tried to protect Biden as he was, his mental state was perfect, you know, and we all know it wasn't, and now it's come to a pass that it hasn't.
And this has just unfolded before America's, you know, don't believe your lying eyes.
I tell you one thing, and then the cell phone started coming out.
Then you saw the media backing up on this thing, and that's what they've continued to do.
And I think they've literally washed their hands of this thing because they know there's a cover-up.
They know something else is going on.
And I don't think we'll ever, again, the guy's dead.
Dead men tell no tales.
That's a very convenient, just like Lee Harvey Oswald, that's a very convenient occurrence.
Yeah, he could have just been a lone guy that got in, that breached the security perimeter of the best security team in the world.
But to me, something else went down.
natalie winters
Well, that's certainly a big and interesting comparison to make, but I want you to walk us through what you think House Oversight is going to be focusing on.
In other words, are you going to be going down the Kimberly Cheadle as incompetent, we need to focus on DEI and how they were maybe redirected to focus on Joe Biden?
Or are you going to get to, I'm sure what Steve would say, the thing itself?
tim burchett
I agree.
I agree.
I think everybody knows she's a DEI hire.
She's incompetent.
I think that doesn't even need to be stated anymore.
I think what we better do is find out how this happened.
Who that guy was talking to and how he was able to get within that perimeter without being detected.
That's the key to the whole thing.
natalie winters
And then I have a question.
I know this is not directed towards you.
You're one of the good members of Congress, but for I'm sure the audience that is standing here who has said no offense, but every other committee that you guys have put together.
tim burchett
It's a joke.
That's the question.
Are Republicans going to have enough guts to do something about it?
Are we going to?
And yeah.
Yeah, and I'll tell you what, y'all need to quit electing Republicans and go home and tell you how great they are and then they boat us down the river every dadgum chance they get.
unidentified
Do we need more members of Congress like Tim Berchat?
natalie winters
I think so.
tim burchett
Thank you.
I think.
I don't know what you said, but they cheered, so I'm all for it.
unidentified
The UFOs and the aliens disagreed.
tim burchett
Here's what we've got to realize, though.
If the White House doesn't want to play ball with us, there's only one thing we can do, and that is cut their money off.
Do we have the guts?
I've got the guts.
I've signed on a bill to do that.
Cut their dadgum money off, bring them to the table, bring them to their knees, and then we'll see what happens.
Until then, though, this is all bogus.
natalie winters
And I'm sure you guys know it, right?
It's DHS that oversees the Secret Service.
That's the same DHS that Congress has given billions of dollars to weaponize against MAGA.
They've effectively reworked the definition of domestic terrorism and domestic extremism to mean you guys, right?
To mean people who love this country.
So no wonder why someone like that shooter would slip through the cracks.
tim burchett
And also the Secret Service, the same Secret Service that investigated the cocaine that was in the White House.
This little packet moved from one end of the White House to the other, to a secure box that the lock was not broken on, but it was sitting right in there for the picture.
And then it was, oddly enough, destroyed so they could analyze it, so they could not get any DNA off of it.
And then they got down to 200 people that were on the list and they called the investigation off.
That's the same Secret Service that we trust to investigate this.
It's a lot like military intelligence or congressional ethics.
It does not exist.
natalie winters
And what do you make of this new reporting that Iran apparently has?
tim burchett
Now Iran has come out and they put a hit out on the president and then we had our, not our B team out there guarding President Trump, but our C team, a bunch of DEI hires that are that much shorter.
Iconic picture of President Trump raising his fist.
That should have never been able to be had because that Secret Service agent should have been taller than the President.
Their job is to take a bullet for the President.
They failed at their job.
They cowered in fear and they should have never been in that position.
natalie winters
But do you buy that or do you see that as another form of sort of information warfare?
In other words, they always want war with Iran, right?
tim burchett
And I'm not worried about Iran as much as I am the fact when they got that notice, the head of the Secret Service did not up President Trump's security.
As a matter of fact, it was in decline because you saw the people that he had on day one here at the convention.
Those were some burly dudes.
Over six feet tall and you saw the ones that were there.
They were some of them were five foot or less.
I think Kenny Chesney could have probably guarded him better than some of those guys.
natalie winters
Okay, so so walk us through though some of the other investigations that you guys have going on.
It seems like they've sort of, uh, it's always the same.
tim burchett
It's a family show, but yeah, well, we stink at it because we don't have the guts to follow through and the way it's called the Holman rule.
It's a very, very little I was able to get.
natalie winters
Would you use that against Kimberly Cheadle?
tim burchett
Yesterday.
I would do that right now.
In the Holman rule, basically, we can reduce her salary down to $1.
And that's what we need to do.
She won't come before us.
They'll defy the subpoena.
They sent Steve Bannon to jail, for goodness sakes.
Yet this administration, the very administration that did that, Their own people are allowed not to disavow a subpoena.
So, yeah, we got a real problem there.
natalie winters
And it's those very same people who are telling us that we need unity, right, and that we need to unite with them.
tim burchett
Yeah, we need unity.
They need unity when they're in the minority.
When Nancy Pelosi was in the Speaker's office, she never asked for a compromise.
natalie winters
When she was in the majority, did she ever ask you guys for unity?
tim burchett
Compromise is the reason we don't control both ends of the Panama Canal.
The reason China controls it.
We're $35 trillion in debt.
That's what compromise has gotten us.
natalie winters
Do not compromise.
tim burchett
Do not compromise.
natalie winters
Now I know.
Usually I just say Anthony Fauci.
unidentified
Join Ailes.
tim burchett
Would never compromise.
natalie winters
Do not compromise.
tim burchett
He talks funny, but he's a good guy.
natalie winters
How many of your colleagues do you feel like have your back on the Do Not Compromise?
They will not fall for the neocon siren song that is unity, that is the Trojan horse for just ceding all the ground that we, especially you guys, the grassroots activists have helped gain within the RNC, so much so that the platform policies here now are Make America Great Again.
tim burchett
On a good day, about 45 members.
natalie winters
On a bad day?
tim burchett
About 12.
natalie winters
That seems high.
tim burchett
Yeah, well.
natalie winters
You're rounding up.
tim burchett
I'm being optimistic.
natalie winters
We always could use some optimism.
tim burchett
I'm always so negative.
Burchett, you're so negative, so I've got to be positive.
natalie winters
It's inflation, right, Joe Biden?
There you go.
Well, Warren Posse, we're going to be back.
We've got a short break.
Don't go anywhere.
I'm enjoying the live crowd.
We haven't had a surfer's live show without Stephen K. Bannon, so I'm sure from prison he would be very happy to see all you guys here.
tim burchett
Oh, I thought you said Steve's doing great.
natalie winters
Steve's doing great.
We love Steve.
We wish he could be here, but Peter Navarro, like I said, will be hosting War Room tomorrow morning.
I saw him, and he looks fantastic.
I saw him with Bonnie.
unidentified
So we will be right back after this short break with the...
With the...
Here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
Welcome back to the War Room.
natalie winters
It's Natalie G. Winters still holding the fort down for the one and only Stephen K. Bannon.
I guess to keep the viewership up, we had to put the fire.
tim burchett
Keep them off of us.
natalie winters
And we're still joined by Congressman Tim Burchett.
Always an honor.
Now, I want to get your thoughts on sort of the evolving narrative that we see around Joe Biden and him potentially dropping out.
But particularly through the lens that the media is always lying through a mission, right?
They've known this for a while.
Why do you think we've seen the media sort of rally the troops, circle the wagons to officially oust him now?
tim burchett
Well, that's a great question.
I think the reason they kept him in because they're the ones who got him elected.
They put this fraud upon this country.
They were helped.
Take out Trump, literally.
And I feel like what they're doing now is America has seen it.
They thought surely he's going to be jacked up during the debate, and obviously he wasn't.
They got no leg to stand on, and now you're seeing them backing up because America has just said, hey, this is over.
This is crazy.
I mean, now you're seeing ranking Democrats.
Pelosi's making calls trying to get him out.
Schumer is in doubt.
The only person sticking with him is AOC.
natalie winters
Buried lead in the Politico article saying that Nancy Pelosi's been making those phone calls saying that she doesn't think that Biden can make it through the finish line and I think the DNC has just postponed the Biden nomination process for, what is it, seven days.
From your perspective, you can't say aliens, but who do you think they're going to, in an ideal world, kind of plug and play and put in?
tim burchett
I still think it's the governor of California if they do that.
If they don't, they just ride it out and they take the fall with Biden and try to focus all their money on the House and the Senate.
I think everybody says, why the governor of California?
I say, well, when they went on strike, He moved to pay them unemployment.
When you go on strike voluntarily, in all 50 states, you do not get unemployment.
With Hollywood.
And who could recreate the dismal failure of the governor of California?
Only place that can, the land of smoke and mirrors, is Hollywood, California.
natalie winters
I'm originally from Los Angeles, and I co-sign on that entirely.
I think we're going to bring one of your colleagues up here, Congresswoman Mary Miller, if we can.
There we go.
A thorn between two roses, I'll take it.
unidentified
I saw him here, and I was going to say, get the clown off the stage.
tim burchett
Yeah, I just rushed up here.
natalie winters
I've been making a bunch of alien jokes.
tim burchett
And I got a Celsius, and Luna didn't even bring it to me.
unidentified
Well, Tim makes me laugh every day.
He makes me laugh every day.
natalie winters
He's a good one.
tim burchett
I'm very humorous.
natalie winters
You're a good one too.
I see you have announced or you've been calling that Kimberly Cheadle needs to resign as the Director of Secret Service.
I think the audience strongly agrees with you.
Yes.
Walk us through from the perspective of how this wasn't just a result of incompetence or DEI hires.
There are so many things that had to go wrong.
Why do you think she needs to resign?
unidentified
Well, I mean, it's obvious to the American people and as things are unfolding, it's I mean, we're going to have hearings, so I don't really want to speak to it right now.
I think the point is that we're going to have hearings.
We're going to hold people accountable.
I mean, no one's been fired.
The Biden administration has been such an embarrassment from day one.
And I have been furious that there hasn't been accountability over Afghanistan, over the open borders, over the forced vaccinations.
There's so many things.
natalie winters
So I think taking a step back, and either of you or you guys can both answer this question.
I know the war room posse, the word that I think they are most concerned with is accountability, right?
unidentified
Yes.
natalie winters
And I think when we first saw this Congress, when it started, when we were setting up the weaponization committees, the narrative was that, you know, you guys were going to be hauling these people in for interviews, getting the transcribed interviews, doing depositions, hopefully to create criminal referrals for people who deserve it.
But it seems like that goalpost has sort of shifted.
In other words, now the narrative is, oh, well, we're just creating the evidence for when President Trump is, you know, back in office and runs the DOJ.
Where do we stand on the actual, you know, I love the talk of accountability.
I love that it's important.
But you guys haven't been able to hold, no offense, but really anyone accountable.
Why should we trust you to hold the Director of Secret Service accountable?
tim burchett
I don't care.
It is offensive to me.
And that is the truth.
We are not holding anyone accountable.
Again.
We elect Republicans to do Republican things.
They go home to the MAGA dinners, the Lincoln Day dinners, the Reagan Day dinners.
They tell the good folks all the red meat and then they come back down here and they compromise and they get us in trouble every dadgum time.
And that's why it's very important who's sitting at the head table.
Donald Trump will hold these guys accountable.
They will be afraid to go against him because they know what's happened to the ones that have in the past.
They need to be held accountable.
unidentified
The ultimate accountability is with the voters.
And we're going to put President Trump back in the White House.
We're going to keep the majority in the House and take the Senate.
And Donald Trump is going to be amazing.
I mean, he's learned so much in the last eight years.
He's learned who to trust.
And he's going to put his America First agenda on skid.
So we're going to be moving forward.
natalie winters
You know, when he was in office, they impeached him twice now because he's not there going the other lawfare routes.
Of course, they just dismissed the Florida case.
But do you guys think Congress, assuming we maintain the majority, are you guys going to have backup for him?
Do you think we have enough good Republicans who are actually on his side?
tim burchett
I think if Donald Trump goes back in the White House, and he should, but I warn America, I remember when Bill Clinton was running, and he was a legitimate draft dodger.
He avoided the draft, he went to England, and that was before we knew just how bad his wife was.
He went, we thought, George Bush is going to walk in.
He did not.
They smoked us.
And that's what happened, because we got cocky.
This right here is a pep rally, but it's got, it's like the Friday afternoon pep rally.
If you let, if we let it lull down before the game time Friday night, we will lose.
And we will lose the House, the Senate, and the White House, because we got to put so many points on the board, they cannot steal it from us.
natalie winters
And speaking about the RNC, I'm sure you've been watching.
You guys have been seeing all the wonderful speeches.
What has your experience been like so far?
Do you think that we are winning the messaging game?
I think most of the talking points that you see, Democrats couldn't even make them.
unidentified
Our ideas are better.
We have great messengers.
Someone asked me who my favorite was.
Couldn't pick it out, but I particularly appreciate that we have been bringing everyday citizens forward to share how their life has changed under the America Last Biden agenda compared to President Trump's America First agenda.
And I think it's been emotional, but Americans are razzed up.
I mean, the Democrats have been trying to force Americans to deny reality, and it's in people's faces.
That we are being invaded.
You can't go to the grocery store and afford groceries.
tim burchett
I know our children... $600 more a month, average Americans paying out of pocket.
natalie winters
When you talk to your constituents, you know, the whole narrative and prevailing theme that we're hearing now is unity, unity, unity.
Do they want unity with the same elites who have led to this drastic inflation?
unidentified
Well, I always say you have to unify around something.
And we have a constitution and a party platform, and that's what we need to unify around.
natalie winters
No neocons.
We don't want to unify with the establishment Republicans.
No neocons.
tim burchett
And the problem is we got so many in now, we'll have them in there, but now's the time to hold them accountable.
Because I think they're very malleable.
The one thing they want to do is keep that $172,000 a year job they got, and the American public can do that.
We can do that, but we've got to have the reinforcements there to back it up.
natalie winters
And I'm curious, with your investigations into the Director of Secret Service, are you guys going to focus primarily on her, given that DHS oversees Secret Service, the same agency that has received billions of dollars to perpetrate mass-scale weaponization against the American people?
Do you think this is sort of a symptom of a broader kind of rot that is going on at DHS?
unidentified
It's called lawlessness.
The Democrats are lawless.
They don't respect our laws or our Constitution.
They don't respect the history of our country.
What made us great is that we have one system of justice, not two.
And we are a nation of laws, and they are just lawless, and we're going to hold them accountable when we take the House, the Senate, and put President Trump back in the White House.
natalie winters
And do you think that these congressional committees, particularly the weaponization one or Comer over on oversight, are making it so that the DOJ under President Trump will have, I'm going to go with a sports metaphor here, first time for everything, but a nice easy layup to get people, again it's not retribution, it is justice because it's justified.
Do you think that the evidence, is the money good?
Is the evidence there?
tim burchett
I do.
And I think Chairman Comer in his heart, and he does a good job with it, but he just doesn't have the backing of even all the committee members.
So, it's a tough job.
I mean, what I think his job really is to do is to expose the American public just how lawless this group is.
And that's what he's doing.
I mean, they're openly Marxist, for goodness sakes.
They want to destroy everything we have in our country.
They hate our God.
They hate our country.
They hate our military.
They hate all the things that we, as Americans, hold near and dear to our hearts, and they want to destroy it.
And they're doing a pretty darn good job of it.
unidentified
Well, one of the tools they're using to divide us, well several, is keeping the American people uninformed, encouraging apathy, fear, and then obviously division.
But I'm so grateful for Turning Point.
I tell my kids all the time, whoever controls the information, controls the people.
And you guys are getting into the universities, you're getting into the spaces that we as Republicans haven't been in the past.
So I really appreciate the great work that Charlie and you all are doing.
natalie winters
Thank you.
And speaking of getting into spaces that you haven't been allowed to in the past, I know you introduced a bill that was, I believe, adopted by the House to keep men out of women's sports.
Title IX rewrite.
Can you walk the audience, if they're not familiar with what your bill was, what exactly that was?
unidentified
Sure.
It just passed the House, the Congressional Review Act.
And the purpose of it is to block Joe Biden's ridiculous and unconstitutional Title IX radical rewrite.
Title IX was written to give girls and women opportunities in academics and athletics.
And now Joe Biden wants to use it to force men into our girls' showers, locker rooms, sports.
It's also going to be forcing compelled speech.
I mean, now gender is supposedly fluid.
So, you know, teachers, administrators, students, they're going to be getting in trouble for misgendering someone.
So this is just part of the radicalism.
They are 100% on the wrong side.
Even NPR did a survey, and I believe it was like Sixty-two percent, now they're not conservative, oppose men and girls' private spaces and athletics.
natalie winters
Do you think this is one of those issues that is going to help propel President Trump over the victory line?
unidentified
Oh, absolutely.
tim burchett
Across the board.
It's a great bill.
Riley Gaines is from Tennessee.
unidentified
I saw her!
tim burchett
She swam in Kentucky.
I haven't seen her.
She's out there.
unidentified
She's wandering around here.
tim burchett
Anyway, her dad and I are big buddies.
It's just, it's unbelievable what happened to her.
You know, she, a guy's 435th best man in the world, so he, he's a terrible swimmer, so he swims against women, obviously the physical difference, and they tie, and they give the medal to the guy.
Because they don't want to offend him.
natalie winters
When you retire from Congress, like, don't get any ideas.
Don't, don't.
tim burchett
No, I don't look good in a Speedo.
I'm out.
unidentified
Oh boy.
tim burchett
Actually, I do look pretty good in one.
I should have said that.
unidentified
But we wouldn't even know about that if Riley Gaines did not courageously step up.
She put her own plans on hold.
natalie winters
Put her life on the line.
unidentified
Yes, and she's been traveling the country, messaging, fighting back, and rallying the troops to join her.
So, you know, I tell people all the time about the power of one person or a remnant that doesn't quit.
And I remind people George Washington did not win that many battles.
Ultimately, he won because he didn't quit.
And we need to be hope givers to people.
I think that's one thing the convention has been doing a great job of is giving us hope.
Look what President Trump did on Saturday.
Talk about giving us hope.
natalie winters
Divine intervention.
unidentified
Telling us to get up and fight.
natalie winters
We've got a jump to break shortly, so if the audience wants to follow you, check out your campaign, where can they go to do all that?
unidentified
You can go to marymiller.gov.congress.
natalie winters
And, Congressman Burchett, if people want to do the same, where can they go to find you?
tim burchett
X at Tim Burchett, T-I-M-B-U-R-C-H-E-T-T.
And you can go on Instagram, YouTube, and all that other stuff.
natalie winters
Instagram and YouTube, that's new!
tim burchett
I've never heard you plug that before.
Tennessee Talks, I've got my own podcast, as Matt Gaetz will tell you, tens of twelve people watch it.
natalie winters
Those are good numbers with the censorship that they're carrying out.
tim burchett
Yeah.
natalie winters
War Room can take a hit.
Thank you guys so much for joining us.
This was awesome.
tim burchett
Free Steve Bannon.
natalie winters
Indeed, free Stephen K. Bannon.
War Room Posse, we will be coming at you live still from Milwaukee with the sparks flying.
We love Real American Boys.
We'll be right back.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host Stephen K. Bamm.
Welcome back to the War Room.
natalie winters
I'm honored to be joined by three beautiful ladies who are all very, very, very pro-Trump.
There seems to be an interesting correlation there.
We've got a tight segment.
I want you guys all to get your thoughts in.
So real quick, about two minutes each, who you are, what you do, and why you are here supporting President Trump.
unidentified
Okay, my name is Julianne Murray.
I am the state chair of the Delaware Republican Party.
Delaware is in the house.
I'm a staunch Trump supporter.
I took over the Republican Party about a year ago in Delaware, and we are here in force.
I am so excited to just be part of this, but they actually made me the co-chair of the Rules Committee, so I was on stage on Monday, which is a long time since a Republican's been on stage at the RNC.
But we're going to deliver Delaware to Trump.
I know people think that's crazy, but we do not have vote-by-mail in Delaware, and he beat Biden on the machines in 2020, and he is more popular now.
We can absolutely deliver Delaware to Trump, and we are going to do it.
natalie winters
We're going to do it.
I asked her, I was like, what do you want to hit before we come live?
She goes, we're going to deliver Delaware for Trump.
I said, okay, we're going to do it.
Now, Tamara, tell the audience, what state are you from?
What are your thoughts?
unidentified
Aloha, everyone.
I'm Tamara Makai, the state chair from Hawaii.
Yes.
And as you can see, we're here to make Hawaii great again.
We have a long way to go, but it's been fabulous getting to know everyone and all the help that everybody wants to give.
We've got, it's such a blue state, and unfortunately we're rated as the number one most corrupt state in the country.
So I want to be that flashlight, you know, that you shine on cockroaches and they scatter.
So we need everybody to come around and help us fight those big billionaires that are moving to Hawaii and China coming in and taking over because we're battling people like Zuckerberg, Bezos, Oprah, Obama.
So we're here to fight hard and expose them with no fear.
natalie winters
I love it.
No unity with those people.
And to Lois, who are you?
What are you doing here?
unidentified
Uh, Deloes Stallman.
I am a delegate for Virginia.
I'm on the state central committee, uh, first district, first congressional district, um, in Virginia.
And it is true that Virginia is definitely in play.
We saw a lot of movement toward the Republicans with Glenn Youngkin and We're looking to maximize our turnout in Virginia once again so that we can deliver hung cow to the Senate to help gain a majority.
And we also want to turn Virginia red, which is its real color, on the board on election night as well.
And so Virginia is getting a lot of attention.
We had a great rally in Chesapeake a few weeks ago, and we're all going to work very hard.
We just apparently got a bunch of signs.
Delivered to Virginia, and we're going to put them all over the counties and get the vote out for Trump.
natalie winters
I see Mike Lindell waiting in the wings.
We're going to bring him on in one second.
I just want to give you guys, real quick, where they can follow you, help support you guys.
unidentified
My personal is Murray, the number 4 DE, and then DelawareGOP.com.
natalie winters
Awesome.
unidentified
HRP Chair at GOPHawaii.com.
I'm on Getter at Deloes and Twitter at Deloes Ray, R-A-E.
natalie winters
Now someone who I don't think I need to tell you where to find is Mike Lindell.
unidentified
There we go.
natalie winters
Indeed.
No, no lumpy pillows.
Mike, how has your RNC been so far?
mike lindell
It's been awesome.
I've been getting the word out.
Everybody, you need to request your mail-in ballot and take it, don't open it.
When you go to vote, if they say that you've already voted, you say, no, I have not.
natalie winters
Have you been hearing a lot of discussion about election integrity?
Are you satisfied or do you think they need to cover it more?
mike lindell
We need to cover it more.
Obviously we've got to get to what our great real president wants.
Same day voting, paper ballots, hand counted, precinct level, signature required.
natalie winters
They're trying to censor you already!
mike lindell
What's up?
I didn't say no machine, no machines.
natalie winters
No.
But okay, walk us through, though, what you think the RNC needs to cover when it comes to the election integrity stuff.
mike lindell
They really need to cover, obviously the RNC last year passed a resolution, same day voting, paper ballots, hand counted, signature required, precinct level, that would be the ultimate goal to get to that point.
But we're not there yet, okay?
So, we have to take what we're dealt with, and the biggest thing is, I have LyndalePlan.com, you go there, this is something we don't, that we didn't have in the other two elections.
Many people went in there to vote, and they say you'd already voted.
Well, now it's very simple.
Request your ballot.
Get your ballot.
Don't open it.
And when you go there, you pull that out.
And now it becomes identity theft, which is a crime.
And the sheriff has to investigate it.
And this will be stuff that we can use in every county in the United States.
whether you know we want to you're too big to rig is our president the way he
says it you got it we got it we've got again but that's what I've been fighting
for that's what they attack me for is because I want to secure our election
17 countries have outlawed voting machines, and many more have outlawed early voting and mail-in voting.
We in the United States have the worst election platforms in the world.
natalie winters
From zero to 100% being totally secure, if you compare, contrast the 2020 election to what we're barreling towards now with 2024, how close are we to having a secure election?
Have you seen enough changes?
If you want to give it a number, where would you put it?
mike lindell
I would say, you know, I would say you're probably about 50%.
The reason I say that is because we're going to be watching.
And you know what?
Because of where our president is polling now, there's going to be huge deviations, right?
They're going to have to steal another 10 million votes on top of the 15 million they took last time.
So imagine this, you have a teeter-totter, and you're pulling names from the dirty voter rolls, or they're using illegals or whatever.
If you've got to take all these names to balance it out here, you're going to have more votes than voters like Pennsylvania.
natalie winters
No question, they're importing voters.
unidentified
Oh, absolutely.
natalie winters
Illegal aliens, it's all for votes.
mike lindell
But we're watching them.
We know how to make this secure, and people aren't going to put up with election stole 2.0.
natalie winters
Real quick, we got a minute.
We wouldn't have you, we wouldn't have War Room if it weren't for my pillow.
mike lindell
Right, and I promised Steve Baird that we would break records with my pillow in support of the War Room.
You guys, we have a brand new product.
