You bet.
Thank you, Steve.
All right, back in the War Room, sitting in with great Steve Bannon, is sending him off today.
But the War Room posse is well prepared and ready to go to keep our strength, to keep the momentum.
We are the force multiplier.
This show, for the next four months, will be about how to support Steve, how to support our country, how to support our Constitution.
You just heard Eric Prince lay it down very eloquently on the three-letter agency.
Some of the special rules that apply to the CIA, the FBI, and it's all about bringing justice back to the country.
That's what this whole discussion about all the Supreme Court decisions you're hearing about.
Some of them get a little complex.
Some of you I get to meet you around the country when I give my economic talks and nothing I like better.
I think getting out cross-country, meeting with everybody.
I got a chance to go back to my home turf a few weeks ago and talk with my friends, and that was super as well.
But one book, you know, I don't want to be the professor here, but one book that you may want to check out is National Security and Double Government by Michael Glennon, G-L-E-N-N-O-N.
When we're talking, and we'll get Mike Davis back in here on the Chevron case, etc., in the days to come as well.
But this book lays out what it's all about in the simplest terms, and it's 120 pages of examples.
that show who's been running this country.
And the person that wrote it probably isn't a war room guy, but he's a factual guy and
there's footnotes all over everything.
National security and the double government shows the contrast between the Madisonians.
That's the hopeful state.
That was the founding of this country.
That's what I believe in.
Rand Paul, the constitutionalists.
When Steve says we got to get back to an honest republic, that's what he's referring to.
This is a nation under God and under the law.
And the law is a proxy for God, right?
It's God's laws.
We seem to have forgotten that piece.
That's a major piece.
But this book contrasts the Madisonian vision with the new reality that started going into place with President Truman.
And this is not all Truman.
That's not a knock on true, but he started putting in the three-letter agencies, right?
In the beginning of the administrative state and the deep state, and that is what has led us astray.
That is the weaponization, right?
When you watch the Jim Jordan, the weaponization committee, Those guys need to get all over this.
And the goal here is to return this country to its original position where the states were supposed to be in control, right?
All powers not given to the federal government were supposed to stay back with the states and more importantly with the people.
And that's what the war room is all about.
That when we say populism, we're fighting for you.
That's the fight.
And in order for that fight to happen, as Steve says over and over and over, they're not going to hand you the keys.
Right.
So when we talk about a fight, we need to take the car keys, take possession of that car and return our constitutional republic to its original form.
And you just heard Royce White, right?
Very eloquent on the two big issues and he included all the LGBT sexualization of the kids in school.
And the constitutional setup, right, was Judeo-Christian to its core.
The Christians were so gullible, right, the Madisonians so gullible and so Minnesota nice, we gave the universities over to the secular realm voluntarily.
Now they're being run by leftists with Palestinian protesters all over the country.
You know what's going on.
So what did Royce say when it comes to the sexualization of the kids?
This is a rule by the minority over the majority.
The majority of the country doesn't want that.
It's a 90-10 issue.
And how the 10% has amassed so much power, that's what you need to figure out so you can spread the word and educate everybody around you.
That's what this next election is going to be about.
All political views are my own, but I'm not talking politics right here.
This is a return to the original God-given republic.
The left cannot also explain where human rights come from, right?
They come from God, because we're all made in His image.
Everyone out there.
And so the idea that the conservative wings, these right-wingers and whatever, Our fascists and Nazis, you know, go look it up.
It's called nationalist socialism, right?
Nationalist socialism.
That's not freedom.
That was a takeover, right, of the Nazi party in Germany.
We're against all of that because we believe in the dignity of every single person watching this show.
Whether you agree with us or not, but the basic issue that Royce brought up was the minority position is now ruling the country.
The Constitution set it up so that minority rights are protected.
We just went over that with Senator Rand Paul and Steve, right?
The First Amendment, the freedom of speech for everybody.
Minorities in particular were accorded special protections and rights because they're minorities.
That's what keeps democracy Uh, from getting carried away, right?
And mob rule.
We do not want mob rule.
We want an order of liberty.
In order to have liberty, the irony is you have to have the rule of law.
There's no such thing as liberty without the rule of law.
The left, the Marxists, etc., the globalist folks, the one thing that stands in their way of their order is the United States of America.
That's what we're all fighting for.
We are a nation-state out of the tree of Westphalia going way back to the 1600s.
This country is the greatest country on earth because we're morally good.
And the moment we cease to be morally good, that day will mark the end of this great country.
We are still there.
We still have 70% of the people on our side of the football.
We want that 70% to roar.
It's up to you to keep roaring, right?
Follow Steve Bannon.
Follow The War Room.

Mike Davis, who's sitting in the war room with me, he's joining us right now.
And we'll all team up together and keep Steve's message and the American message alive and going.
And so do we have Mike Davis booted up with us here in the war room yet, Cameron?
Mike Davis, ready to roll?
Mike Davis, you were just on the steps of the Supreme Court.
Now you're sitting in the famous chair, Steve Bannon.
Great to have you with us, first of all, brother.
mike davis
Thank you.
I would say this, with Steve Bannon going to jail, this show just got so much better looking.
Just like that with Dave Brack.
But anyway, thank you for having me over here, Dave.
I just left the steps of the Supreme Court where the Supreme Court in a six to three
monumental decision held that essentially Biden's prosecution of President Trump on
the this January 6th case in DC is going to be derailed, right?
We're not going to be able to.
President Biden's not going to be able to try President Trump in DC before Obama judge
Tanya shut down before the election.
This case is going to go away just like the rest of these cases are going to go away.
This is nonsense.
The only case that they were able to get on Trump was this bogus case in New York with
this Soros funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg teaming up with this former Obama and Biden
top political operative Matthew Colangelo and this Manhattan corrupt Democrat Biden
donor judge one more Sean whose daughter raised millions of dollars off of this trial, this
corrupt trial.
in New York for the non-crime of a businessman settling a nuisance claim and putting that as a legal
expense in his books. A settlement of a nuisance claim is a legal
expense. I don't know what the hell else
you would call it. They are trying to throw President Trump in jail. We're
gonna find out on July 11th if this corrupt judge, Juan Merchan, who should have recused
I think he's going to try to put President Trump in jail for a long time.
We saw the Biden debate.
It's a disaster.
The Democrats are turning on Biden.
This is their Hail Mary.
I think he's going to try to put President Trump in jail for a long time.
We saw the Biden debate.
It's a disaster.
The Democrats are turning on Biden.
This is their Hail Mary.
If you can't beat Trump, you have to try to bankrupt him.
You have to try to throw him off the ballot.
That didn't work.
You try to throw him in prison.
In the federal system, that's not going to work.
So they have this corrupt, rigged, partisan process in New York, and they're going to try to throw Trump in jail there.
Guess what?
The federal courts are going to step in.
They're not going to let Trump go to jail.
They're going to grant Trump's 2241 habeas petition.
Trump's going to be back in the White House after November 5th, 2024.
dave brat
Yeah, Mike, can you explain to us this, right?
The probability of Peter Navarro being in jail right now, in a run-up to the biggest presidential election of our ages.
Steve Bannon going to prison today, precisely staying for four months, the chief messenger under President Trump and the War Room Energy going to jail today for four months leading up President Trump coming up July 11 or 12 or whatever that date is, all the other lawfare that's in place against some of our, Jeff Clark, against some of our preeminent lawyers, constitutional lawyers, otherwise boring people like myself, who have done the right thing in support of Constitution United States, they're under attack now.
How in the world?
To us lay people in the lawyer land, this seems like an awful coincidence.
How was this laid out?
Who orchestrated this in simplest terms so people can see, hey, this thing was orchestrated.
It took years probably to put all these major pieces in place legally, constitutionally with the courts, reaching up to the federal courts.
How did that come to be?
mike davis
President Biden is how that came to be. His fingerprints are directly on all four of these unprecedented
criminal prosecutions of President Trump. It was Biden's Deputy White House Counsel Jonathan Sue who worked with
Gary Stern, the General Counsel at the National Archives along with Jay Bratt in the Biden Justice Department to
orchestrate the Mar-a-Lago raid, the political hit on Trump for
presidential records Trump is allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act and that led to
two of the indictments against President Trump by Jack Smith. We have we have Nathan Wade's
fingerprints Nathan Wade, Fannie Willis' boyfriend slash special prosecutor, was stupid enough to actually bill his time, 16 hours, to the Fulton County taxpayers, $250 an hour, as part of the $700,000 Nathan Wade billed and then took his big dumb girlfriend Fannie Willis on these trips around the world, these illegal kickbacks,
Nathan Wade built his time for his two meetings with the Biden White House, including the White House Council, before Big Fanny's unprecedented indictment of President Trump down in Georgia, a RICO indictment for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
And then you had Matthew Colangelo deploy from the number three office in the Biden Justice Department, a very senior Biden Justice Department political appointee who went to Alvin Bragg's office, the Soros front of Manhattan DA, to resurrect this zombie case that the prior Manhattan DA, Cy Vance, a Democrat, The Manhattan U.S.
Attorney, the Federal Election Commission, and Bragg himself declined to prosecute.
This is lawfare by Biden, and he must face severe consequences.
unidentified
Right.
dave brat
Okay.
Excellent.
Outstanding.
Answer was President Biden, Biden's White House, legal counsel, years in the making.
And then the American people next want to know, that's just Article 2, the executive branch.
You're Article 3, I was Article 1, the Congress.
How in the world, right, what forces are at play, right?
In that book I just remembered, National Security and Double Government, that book showed that even Obama was not able to significantly shift foreign policy away from George W. Bush.
There were forces above his head.
The global, the billionaire class, the elitist class, the globalist class, the Davos class,
the National Defense Establishment class, all, it's very complex.
Our side has not done a good job of explaining that to the American people.
But for the president to be able to do that, the White House to be able to do that, the
American people find it hard to believe a single president, right, a single person,
even an administration single-handedly could pull that off.
So how does that fit into the administrative state, the deep state, that architecture of government we have in place right now that we have to fix, right?
How does the executive fit into the major powerful forces at work which seems to be running our country right now?
mike davis
So we have these career executive branch civil servants who run the executive branch.
You can't get rid of them.
They have civil service protection.
It's very hard to get rid of them.
And this is particularly true in the FBI with people like Andrew McCabe, the deputy director at the FBI, who was a career bad actor.
This is particularly true at Maine Justice, where you have these bad actors like Jay Bratt, who was the top career person in charge of counter espionage, counter Intel, you had Jack Smith, who was one of those people
before he got chased out of government, after he brought the bogus political prosecution against
former Virginia governor, Bob McDonald, that got overturned unanimously by the Supreme Court.
You have people like Gary Stern, the career general counsel of the National Archives.
These are bad actors.
These are partisan operatives.
These are leftists in these key jobs.
And the reason Biden's able to get away with this is because they're politically aligned.
So they're very happy to go along with what Biden's doing to Trump.
dave brat
And, I mean, you just jogged my memory.
I knew Governor Bob McDonnell, right?
And so these guys were in on that show as well, all cleared after the fact, but ruined a good man.
mike davis
Yeah, that's what Jack Smith wanted to do to Trump.
They wanted to run the same play.
Jack Smith brought bogus charges against Bob McDonnell, the Virginia governor, because he was going to Right.
for president or maybe vice president.
So they brought these bogus political charges, destroyed him.
The Supreme Court reversed that conviction by Jack Smith, 8 to nothing.
It would have been 9 to nothing, but Justice Scalia passed away.
dave brat
Years later, after we lose.
And this is the clown show that has to end.
And so what should constitutional, I don't want to even put it in partisan language because
it cheapens the message.
What should constitutionalists have done after the McDonnell effort failed?
That side should have fought and gone after who?
It was absolutely a partisan hit by Jack Smith.
Remember, Jack Smith's wife produced a documentary on the Obamas.
Was that being run from higher levels on down?
mike davis
It was absolutely a partisan hit by Jack Smith.
Remember Jack Smith's wife produced a documentary on the Obamas.
They're very close to the Obamas.
Jack Smith is the Democrat partisan scud missile sent in to take out Republican presidential
or vice presidential contenders.
They don't care about the fallout because they know that generally these cases will
not get fixed until years later like what happened with Bob McDonald.
What saved President Trump here is presidential immunity must be immediately decided.
dave brat
Right.
mike davis
Meaning you have to decide it before the trial, not after the trial.
And I would say this, that Trump's lawyers, John Sauer and Will Scharf, are the ones who came up with this argument on presidential immunity.
They saved President Trump's legal behind here.
And if they didn't raise this argument, Trump would be in prison right now after Jack Smith railroaded him in D.C.
dave brat
Good.
Well, let me go.
I think we have Jeff Clark on deck.
Jeff, let me flip to you on the issue Mike and I were just talking about, because you're in the middle of this mess, too, right?
They went after Governor Bob McDonnell.
Everything gets wiped away and the good guys lose and the bad guys win.
And this is no way to run a government is the main point, right?
This is no way to run a government long term, where you just annihilate each other using
lawfare.
And so what is the solution going forward to end this kind of corruption, where you
can just sue the small guy, right?
When I went to Congress, I was a liberal arts professor, and I had to deal with lawsuits
that were, you know, drawing redistrict lines, all sorts of attacks going on.
on that keep the American people from having a government that represents them.
So Jeff you're free to comment on what we've been chatting about but also
what's the solution? How do we how do we get a solution to this mess?
jeffrey clark
Well, thanks for having me, especially on this historic day with the Supreme Court immunity decision to see the great Mike Davis, who I saw just Saturday, where we were plotting together on various issues that include solutions and on the day that Steve Bannon is sadly being sent to federal prison.
So it's a very important day.
And look, first I got to say on the Supreme Court immunity decision, this decision is huge.
It is the most important constitutional decision in a very long time.
It cements the framers' vision of the presidency.
I think it undoes significant amounts of damage done to the presidency as a result to the weak period when the Congress went after President Nixon and tried to strike while he was weak.
I think this undoes a lot of that damage.
And look, it creates a trifurcation where at the top level, the president is absolutely immune for things within the core of his office.
Then at a middle level, there's a presumptive immunity for other official acts.
And then finally, there's no immunity for acts that are unofficial.
And where does he put it?
You raised the issue, Dave, of where does the Supreme Court put the issue that relates
to me about President Trump working with the Justice Department?
Well, it says that the president has absolute authority to investigate whom he chooses and
to prosecute whom he chooses because he is the chief prosecutor of the United States.
So that means that falls into the absolute immunity category, which means that just from
a personal standpoint, I shouldn't be having to deal with all the stuff I've had to deal
with over the last three and a half years.
So I love the vindication of that.
You know, my opponents in the bar and my opponents like Fonny Willis, et cetera, are going to be seeing new briefing on that.
And look, I think that this also gives great ammunition to President Trump to fight against the office of Jack Smith, because Jack Smith was essentially established As a kind of independent official.
But the whole logic of this immunity case is that there are no independent officials at the Justice Department.
So this is a major vitamin shot in the arm to President Trump's arguments in front of Judge Cannon down in that documents case.
I hope it, you know, foretells the dismissal of that case.
I also think it restrengthens executive privilege, which is on the line in terms of Steve Bannon going to jail, right?
I think that that's been watered down since the Nixonian era.
I think this will portend a strengthening of executive privilege.
So it's just great all across the board.
And then Dave, you asked the question about what can we do as a matter of solutions.
The first and most important solution is to get President Trump back in the White House because the Justice Department can be reformed with new regulations, with new policies, with new presidential directives to stop this ridiculous lawfare, but to pursue righteous cases against true lawbreakers.
And then second, we need, as a matter of federalism, for the states to step up.
The bars have become weaponized and state legislatures can pass new laws to block that, block that kind of lawfare in front of bars and ensure that complainers are people who actually have first-hand knowledge of the lawyer-client relationship, which none of the complaints against any of the people tied to President Trump, you know, really fit into.
And then also, look, if, you know, people in the private sector need to do their work, right?
It's action, action, action.
And if they're going to fight with this lawfare on the Democrat side all the time, they need to face lawfare coming back from the people of the United States against Democrat officials.
And then once they get a taste of it, I think they'll stop this nonsense and we'll get closer to the vision of the republic that the framers had in mind.
dave brat
Jeff, thank you very much.
Hang with us for a minute here.
We're going to Darren Beatty, but the brilliance of Stephen K. Bannon, who has about the greatest breadth.
I call him the Oxford Don across all issues, political economy, geopolitics, lawfare.
The politics running the White House, the administrative state.
He gets the smartest people on this show.
It's just an honor for me to be able to sit in.
Jeff Clark of Harvard, and now we have Darren Beatty coming up, a Wittgensteinian philosopher, mathematician, brain.
Darren, are you with us?
No, Darren, yeah.
Okay, good.
Is Jeff still there?
jeffrey clark
I'm still here.
dave brat
Hey, Jeff, good, good.
Let me go back to you and follow up a couple other just common sense issues.
A lot of Americans, and I've checked in with some lawyers on this with Steve, and Steve doesn't like us talking about this, so I'll make it quick.
But how do we understand, right?
This committee was misconstrued.
Speaker Mike Johnson has come on multiple news shows, the morning mainstream news shows, and said the committee was improperly set up.
There was no council.
The people that were supposed to be on it weren't on it.
The minority, McCarthy didn't get to name the people he wanted.
And so on and so on.
That was the basis for all the activity and action that took place.
And then the legal beagles tell us, well, you can't go back in time to what happened.
It's not legally binding or something like that.
How are we to understand?
Is there no recourse for injustice?
What all of us just see as common sense justice?
jeffrey clark
So, Dave, first, obviously Steve Bannon deserves a pardon when Donald John Trump becomes the President of the United States again, you know, at 12.01 p.m.
on January 20th, 2025.
Hey, Jeff.
dave brat
Hey, Jeff, we got Steve Bannon coming right back in.
We're switching to him right now.
marjorie taylor greene
Steve, welcome back.
That's what all the people watching at home recognize, that this is a war, and it's a political war, and it's a political persecution, and it shouldn't be happening, Steve.
So I came here to support you, support the American people, the January 6th defendants that have been wrongly prosecuted and President Trump.
steve bannon
We got some media that, first off, I want to thank everybody here for turning out today.
And remember that the show is going to be bigger and better than ever.
We got all kind of co-hosts.
Nothing's going to change.
It's going to be incredible, right?
Next man up!
Right?
Next man up!
unidentified
Next man up! Next man up! Next man up!
steve bannon
It doesn't matter that I'm going to prison if...
If it took me going to prison, come here, if it took me going to prison to get the House of Representatives to reject J6 and now to actually start an investigation, to start an investigation, it's a victory, right?
marjorie taylor greene
And that's what we have to do, Steve.
We have to move the Republicans in the House of Representatives to act and actually do the job that the people voted for them and sent them to Congress to.
People didn't vote for Republicans to go to Congress and do nothing.
They voted for Republicans to do their job.
And sitting around and saying, oh, we're going to wait, we're just going to wait, that is not good enough.
And they're going to hear from people all over the country.
This is multiplying the war room posse by 10,000, Steve.
steve bannon
Thank you so much.
Look, this is a Democrat district.
Hopefully 10,000%.
unidentified
Yeah, but look, this is a Democrat district and where's the Democrats?
marjorie taylor greene
Where are they?
They're nowhere.
steve bannon
Yes.
Look folks, if it took me going to prison, remember the reason I chose Danbury, I asked for Danbury for a very specific reason.
Back in 19, the only other person that's ever been sent to prison for a congressional subpoena, or congressional subpoena, not going to a house subpoena for contempt, held in contempt, was Ring Lardner Jr.
Back in the 1940s, during the House Un-American Activity Investigation, Columbia Studio fired him, okay, because of his political beliefs.
And then he was found guilty.
They sent it to the DOJ.
He was sent to prison.
He was sent to this prison.
That's why I requested Danbury, because there's no difference in his fight than in our fight.
I'm a political prisoner of Nancy Pelosi.
I'm a political prisoner of Merrick Garland.
I'm a political prisoner.
I'm a political prisoner of Joe Biden and the corrupt Biden establishment.
And you saw on Thursday, All the lies that they told, right?
All the lies they told.
Any group that would sit there and lie to you about the shape of the President of the United States with the national security element of that, lied about the 2020 election.
They've lied about COVID, they've lied about everything that they've done to the American people, and they're not going to stop.
Until we stop them, they're not going to stop.
And the way you stop them is you do things like this.
Hey, if they're going to send me to prison, it's not going to matter if we take this fight and take it up to the next level, okay?
Anybody from the press have a question?
Is that Sarah Murray of CNN?
I don't want to talk about my conversations with the president, but I think you can see on his true social, he's very supportive.
Remember, the most important thing, that was Sarah Murray, the great CNN reporter.
Sarah, the most important thing to remember, the most important thing to remember is President Trump is going to be sentenced to prison on July 11th.
Me going here for four months is nothing.
They're going in a very sham trial, totally illegal.
They are going to sentence Donald J. Trump, the greatest president of the 20th and 21st century, to prison in a sham trial in New York on July 11th.
So I know he supports this.
Okay, it's very important.
Sarah Murray asked, well, how can I influence the campaign?
How can I do War Room?
You can't run a business from a federal prison.
I have no intention of doing anything in the business.
But I have a First Amendment right.
I have a First Amendment right to have my voice heard.
And my voice is going to be heard every day.
And more importantly, their voices are going to be heard, right?
You don't need my voice.
We're a populist movement.
We're a populist movement.
When I say next man up, it's just not our other hosts.
It's just not Congressman Green and Matt Gaetz and all the people that support the show.
It's all these people.
These are our co-hosts, right?
That's why this is only going to get bigger.
It's Nancy Pelosi and Merrick Garland that made me a martyr, right?
But martyrs die, and I'm far from dead, baby.
unidentified
And this right here grows every day.
steve bannon
Any other questions?
unidentified
Bid it! Bid it! Bid it!
Trader! Trader!
Steve, we have a priest here that was...
Thank you.
I am going to prison.
marjorie taylor greene
I'm proud of going to prison.
when churches were shut down because of COVID. So you're here at a person, and guess what?
unidentified
He also became an American citizen in 2018. By the way, thank you, I am going to prison.
steve bannon
I'm proud of going to prison. I am proud of going to prison today. I am proud to go to
If this is what it takes to stand up to tyranny, if this is what it takes to stand up to the garland corrupt criminal DOJ, if this is what it takes to stand up to Nancy Pelosi, if this is what it takes to stand up to Joe Biden, to Joe Biden, I'm proud to do it.
Father, can you say a few words?
unidentified
I'm not authorized to talk to the media.
steve bannon
You're not?
Well, thank you for coming.
unidentified
I agree with your positions.
I'll be praying for you.
I'm in the Sating Nations Retreat House, 15 minutes away.
You are?
Yeah.
I'll get you whatever you need.
steve bannon
Father, don't pray for me.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
They're the ones who are going to need the prayers.
steve bannon
Thank you, Father.
unidentified
Thank you, Father.
Archangel defend us in battle be our protection against the wickedness and the snares of the devil may God rebuke him
We humbly pray and do thou prince of the heavenly host by the power of God
Trust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen
I'll a Maria put his Sima. God bless you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you father. Appreciate it
marjorie taylor greene
You're welcome.
unidentified
You're from CBS News?
ABC?
We have a representative from ABC.
Did you like the way I bench-pressed Jonathan Karl yesterday?
steve bannon
Thanks for coming.
You read all the trials, weren't you?
You're from CBS News?
ABC?
We have a representative from ABC.
Did you like the way I bench-pressed Jonathan Karl yesterday?
Did you like the Jonathan Karl interview?
unidentified
Yeah!
Woo!
Woo!
I love you, Jon!
What a time!
I can't.
Come over here, I can't.
Yes.
steve bannon
Do I have any regrets?
ABC News just asked that.
I have not only no regrets, I'm actually proud of what I did and I would have felt terrible if I didn't do it.
I don't mind going to prison today, particularly if Congressman Green and Matt Gaetz and Ana Paulina Luna and other warriors in the House turn the focus on Nancy Pelosi.
The J6 committee was completely illegitimate and set up.
It's the reason it didn't have the impact of Watergate, it didn't have the impact of Iran-Contra, because you had no ranking member, no minority council, they couldn't see the evidence, and they couldn't cross-examine witnesses.
We need to reconstitute the J6 committee today!
And we need to do it in the proper way.
The Democrats should have a ranking member.
The Democrats should have a minority council.
It could be Goldman.
It could be anybody.
We need to get the evidence, because I'm going to tell you, when we investigate J6, you're going to see that Donald John Trump was not just completely innocent.
He was the one individual that wanted to protect the Capitol and wanted to protect Washington, D.C.
You're also going to find out what is the federal government's involvement in this.
DHS, FBI, Department of Justice.
This was a fedsurrection.
And the way we should do it is to have a complete investigation and let the Democrats have a minority, a ranking member.
Let them have a minority council.
Let them cross-examine the witnesses.
Let them cross-examine Ray.
Let them cross-examine Bill Barr.
Let them cross-examine the people that were doing the Secretary of Defense.
The American people need that truth.
If it takes me going to prison to get that, I would do that any day of the week.
And that's what we're trying to drive here.
Councilor Green, some thoughts?
No, I totally agree with what Steve just said.
marjorie taylor greene
The lack of action in the Republican-controlled House has been the problem all along.
The fact that Steve did not obey that congregation was the right thing to do because the committee
was illegitimate from the beginning.
unidentified
Nancy Pelosi broke her entire House rules.
marjorie taylor greene
She broke her House rules when she was in office.
Look at the two-tiered justice system.
She prosecutes Steve Bannon, they prosecute Steve Bannon, they prosecute Peter Navarro,
but who do they not prosecute?
Others that they subpoenaed.
Why pick two and not prosecute others that were subpoenaed for Congress?
That makes no sense whatsoever.
steve bannon
And then they're not prosecuting Eric Garland.
Here's the bet that Nancy Pelosi and Merrick Garland, the Biden regime, has made.
They think by prosecuting me, they're going to shut down one of the top advocates for President Trump.
They think, and they think they're going to take any chance of me working on the campaign.
They think they're going to shut down the war room as this massive platform for MAGA.
You see this right here?
They're never going to shut it down.
They're only making it bigger.
These people aren't going to be shut down.
The American people have learned one thing.
When their voice is heard, change happens.
And that is what the war is all about.
It's only going to get bigger.
So Nancy Pelosi bet the wrong way.
The show's only going to get bigger.
My message is only going to get bigger.
The platform's only going to get bigger.
So I'm proud of it.
It takes prison to show the American people that they're prepared to put In the first time in history, one of the largest hosts of one of the largest shows in the nation, that the line we've crossed right now, and if we don't stop it right here and right now, it's going to continue.
So we've got to stop it, and it's not going to stop until we stop it.
marjorie taylor greene
We have a question for Nancy Pelosi.
mike davis
In the mic.
Make sure you stick in the mic.
steve bannon
Are you ready?
unidentified
This exists outside.
Are you personally prepared for it?
steve bannon
I was on a destroyer for four years in the Navy.
I am prepared for whatever prison has, right?
Our prisons are run very well.
The Bureau of Prisons does a great job.
I'm prepared to do this.
Whatever tasks I do, I'm totally prepared, mentally, physically, everything for prison.
I do it With gratitude to these people.
If Nancy Pelosi and Merrick Garland are going to think that Steve Bannon and this little podcast is done from a basement in Washington, D.C., it's so important that they will do something they've never done before and put a voice that supports an opposition to them in the run up to the election.
If they think that's big a deal, I will do that gladly.
And whatever prison holds, prison holds.
Look, I went to a military school.
I served in the Navy.
You know, I've done the war room.
So I'm prepared mentally and physically to go.
But what's most important is that these people are empowered.
If my going to prison empowers these people, I'll do it every day of the week.
Well, first of all, the question is, how am I going to be heard every day?
It's very simple.
You know how I'm going to be heard every day?
These people right here and our hosts.
The show's not going to change.
Hey, folks, one of the reporters wants to know how am I going to be heard every day?
And I say it's you!
unidentified
You!
You!
We're, we're, we're We are a populist
steve bannon
We're a populist movement.
President Trump, they're going to put in prison.
Steve Bannon's going to prison in a few minutes.
Alex Jones, they're trying to liquidate.
The Gateway Pundit, they're trying to put in bankruptcy.
It's next man up.
They can't stop this.
This is our power.
Our power is right here.
Our power is an informed and empowered American people.
It doesn't matter about me.
It doesn't matter about me.
It doesn't matter about anybody else.
They're going to try to imprison President Trump.
It's next man up.
What the ruling class in this country has to understand, There's nobody they can imprison.
There's nobody they can assassinate.
There's nobody they can bankrupt.
There's nobody they can de-platform to stop the MAGA movement.
MAGA's on the rise.
Look what happened in France yesterday, right?
The people of France started to take back their own country from the globalists.
In Germany, they're taking back their own country from the globalists.
In England, Nigel Farage had a rally that was like Donald Trump.
And Donald Trump, you saw Thursday night.
What Thursday night showed you, the same people that lied about the 2020 election, right?
Lied about Biden, would lie for four years and hide that.
And that was on CNN and Living Color.
We saw exactly what it was.
So no, they're going to hear my voice every day.
unidentified
You have a message for former President Trump?
steve bannon
For former President Trump, my message?
Thank you.
What outlet are you with?
CNN?
I have two.
The message of President Trump is very simple.
Fight on.
If we don't stop, if President Trump continues to fight, victory is going to be ours.
We're going to win in a landslide.
We're going to pick up the Senate with 55 seats.
We're going to pick up five seats in the House.
We could win in a landslide.
Remember, if he doesn't quit, They don't win.
President Trump's on the path to victory.
And you saw last night on CNN, in all its glory, what they have hit, and he was a hero for doing that.
He shouldn't have debated Biden until September, October.
He did it for the country to be able to expose, and took all the rules that CNN gave, right?
Every rule, and I disagreed with that, and I told him that.
He did that for the country, and he wanted to expose the lies of the ruling elite in this country.
You have a cadaver in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue that is now a national security threat.
Don't ask me, ask Zelensky how he felt after that debacle, right?
Ask Jerusalem what they felt about the debate with Netanyahu.
Ask the people in Taipei what they felt after that debate.
Trump did that to expose the lies of the ruling class of this country.
And my only advice to him is fight as hard as you fight every day and victory is going to be ours.
Excuse me?
marjorie taylor greene
What advice did Trump have for you?
steve bannon
I think he said it today, just keep doing what you're doing.
They're not going to shut down our voice.
President Trump, you can see by the rally speeches, you can see what's on War Room.
The War Room is the platform for the Trump movement, okay?
The War Room is the platform for the MAGA movement.
So President Trump's message to me is the exact same, just continue to fight on.
Should we go ahead and bounce?
unidentified
What time is it?
steve bannon
Any other?
Where are you from?
NBC?
Do you like my Vaughn?
I bench press Vaughn Hilliard too.
So I bench press Jonathan Karl and I bench press Vaughn Hilliard, you're a brave man.
unidentified
We love MSNBC.
steve bannon
The Supreme Court, if you look at the last 90 hours in political history, starting with
the debate, that was a debacle for the ruling class.
If you look at the overturn of the Fisher decision, if you look at the killing of the mac daddy, the administrative state, which is the Chevron deference, Okay, then you look at Le Pen's massive victory yesterday in France.
Nigel Farage now on the run in England to take over, to destroy the Tory party.
If you look at alternative for Deutschland, 100,000 Antifa have to come out to shut down their country in Germany because they're leading all throughout the world.
And that's all like Brexit was in 16.
That's all a predicate for 2024.
And then this morning, the Supreme Court In a 6-3, it's a massive decision, and most importantly, it proves that Jack Smith, this is a rigged game.
You've had the Supreme Court of the United States 9-0 about should President Trump be on the ballot.
What is it, 6-3 with Justice Brown-Jackson joining us?
Right.
Brown Jackson joined us on Friday in overturn of Fisher and people in the Justice Department.
And quite frankly, people like Andrew Weissman should be investigated and go to prison of putting innocent Americans in jail right now for felonies.
And then today, the massive 63 win on immunity.
And of course, they're going to fight that.
But this is just this is just immunity.
So for NBC News, it's quite simple.
We're winning everywhere, right?
And we're going to win more.
This has just started.
And the last 90 hours has been historic about the right wing, not just in the United States, but throughout the world.
unidentified
Bernie, you guys want to come and say something?
You're good?
steve bannon
By the way, I want to introduce, I got, I got Bernie Carrick here.
I got, uh, I got Eric Prince, my buddy.
I got, uh, Mo Bannon, my daughter.
She'll take over.
She'll be the CEO of War Room.
Hold it.
Come here.
Royce White, our Senate candidate.
Royce, come here.
Love you brother.
Royce White is the Republican nominated candidate in Minnesota running against Klobuchar, another neoliberal neocon.
unidentified
We won't take a single back step.
That's the bottom line.
You can throw him in jail all you want to, but we will not take a single back step.
We understand the threat of communism.
We can read.
We have computers.
Black people are waking up to it.
You're praying that we don't wake up to it, but I'll see to it that they will.
We will not take a single back step.
We love this man right here.
He's an American hero.
It's a shame that you've let this happen.
And they're coming for you next.
You better understand that.
You can cheer now.
These idiots back here can cheer now.
But when the gulag opens up, all of you will be in it next.
Understand that.
God bless America.
Love you, brother.
Love you, man.
steve bannon
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
unidentified
Hold on.
steve bannon
Royce White is running in Minnesota on Thursday, the Declaration of Independence, July 4th.
Where are you going to be, Royce?
unidentified
The heart of corruption.
The Federal Reserve.
You all know how the money works?
I'm sure you all know how the money works.
You don't like Steve because he knows how the money works.
A man who went to Harvard, who was in the Navy, and who worked on Wall Street is never supposed to talk about how the system actually works.
All of you know.
You know what it is to be a wage slave.
You know what it is to be a serf.
You know you're being crushed.
And yet you peddled a narrative anyway.
It's disgusting.
steve bannon
On July 4th, you're running a campaign.
Why are you leading a march like you did during the situation in Minneapolis in June of 2020?
You led a march to the Federal Reserve.
Why are you going to do it now?
unidentified
After George Floyd died, the focus was on police.
The focus should not be on police.
The global corporate community is stealing from the American people.
They're getting wise to it.
The Federal Reserve is the heart of the corruption.
That's the bottom line.
The Federal Reserve is the heart of the way the whole thing works.
And we're gonna go march back there where it all started on July 4th.
steve bannon
Alright, alright.
unidentified
End the Fed!
steve bannon
Eric, just get up here for a second.
Eric Prince, when President Trump wins again, how important is it for us to go after the deep state?
And I mean criminal investigations to break it up.
Now that we've got the Chevron deference, that starts to break apart the administrative state.
But the deep state, the one that stole President Trump's first term, the one that helped steal President Trump's second victory, what do we have to do?
unidentified
Elections must have consequences.
The real constitutional crisis is we're supposed to have three branches of government.
We have four.
The fourth must be accountable to the American people.
Enough of the permanent bureaucracy.
It's why we're failing.
It's why America's standing around the world is collapsing.
It's why every foreigner I encounter asks, please get Trump back in office.
America can't stand anymore of this insanity.
And I would also say, We turn my friend Steve Bannon over to the guards at the prison here.
We will be here in four months to collect him in good health, maybe a little thinner and in better shape, but we expect that they take good care of him or there'll be accountability for that as well.
steve bannon
What do you recommend we do with the FBI, DOJ, the CIA, DNI, all of it, on the afternoon of 20 January 2025?
What does President Trump have to do?
unidentified
First of all, it's the power of the purse.
All those hyper-bloated organizations need to go on a severe diet.
They do a lot of really stupid things.
They will be less stupid, inevitably, if they are smaller.
steve bannon
So you're saying break him up.
You agree with that?
marjorie taylor greene
I totally agree.
steve bannon
Jump up here.
Tell us what Eric is talking about.
marjorie taylor greene
Thank you.
Thank you very much, Eric.
There's been a message sent, Steve will be fine for four months, and thank you.
Thank you for that.
Eric is absolutely right, everyone.
The American government is overgrown.
It's turned into a monster, and the American people are having to pay for it all.
To the point where there are over $34.5 trillion in debt.
This is unsustainable no matter how you vote, Republican or Democrat.
And Americans need to say enough of it.
We've got to shrink down the federal government.
We need to slash down the giant agencies.
We need to reduce it down and get control of its power.
It's totally out of control.
And that is absolutely the message that Americans say every single day on streets everywhere.
I'd like to go back to Nancy Pelosi, Steve, if I may.
You know, everyone needs to ask Nancy Pelosi, why wasn't the National Guard at the Capitol on January 6th?
She is responsible as Speaker of the House for the security of the Capitol.
I was a brand new member of Congress.
I'd only been there three days.
Three days, I could have been killed because of Nancy Pelosi.
She did not secure the Capitol for anyone, but she made sure that she's always protected with armed guards with guns, while her and her party work hard to take the Second Amendment rights and guns away from Americans.
This is who the Democrats are.
They're the party that wants to take away your security while they keep it for themselves.
They're the party that will bring in the National Guard by 30,000 after January 6th to tell America that they have taken over the federal government.
That's who the Democrats are.
They're the party that will shut you down and take away your First Amendment, destroy your small business, take away your children's education, and force you to stay in your homes, all for tyranny so they can control all of it and affect an election.
The Democrats are the party covering up a president with dementia.
And they've been covering it up.
They have all known that Joe Biden has had dementia since 2019.
And they have lied and lied and lied to your face.
And then they dare call President Trump a liar?
They stand behind a man that has no clue what he's saying, what he's doing, and he has the nuclear codes.
They stand behind that, and then they sit there and accuse President Trump of lying, and America knows he's telling the truth, and they agree with President Trump, and that needs to be said more and more.
President Trump is telling the truth, and it's the Democrats who are the liars.
steve bannon
I see all the Lao-Bai Jing here, okay?
Take down the CCP!
This show's not going to back off.
This show's not going to back off one foot from taking down the Chinese Communist Party and having the brave people and the noble people in China's back.
The Lao Bajing will eventually run and rule China like they should have.
Take down the CCP!
Okay, we're gonna wrap up here for a second.
I'm gonna pass the baton over to the team at the War Room.
Mo, the CEO, you got a few words to say?
unidentified
You guys on the left think by putting him in there you're gonna silence him.
Steve Bannon's voice will not be silenced while he's in there and War Room will not be silenced.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to turn, I want to thank Real America's Voice.
I want to thank all the media for coming out here today, including the, I tell you, this is a lesson that if we can help CNN and NBC and ABC News, you know, our brethren over there, they're a little misguided.
In Fox News, the Murdochs, this is just a step that we make in that direction, okay?
Rob Sig, Parker Sig, Brian Glenn, our great reporter, Harry, the production team, want to thank everybody that did this.
We're going to pass it back to the studio.
Remember just two things, victory or death.
And what I mean by that, we either win or you're going to have the death of a constitutional republic.
It's next man up.
Everybody here, you've got to step into the breach.
Everybody in the home audience has got to step into the breach.
I'm going to be here, but my voice is not going to be silent, and the reason it's not is because of you.
Okay.
unidentified
Father, I'd like to do a blessing.
I want to give you a blessing before you go.
steve bannon
Okay.
unidentified
Bow your head and pray for God's blessing.
Thank you, Father.
Appreciate it.
Victory or death.
We'll turn it back over to Real American Voice.
Edmonio Simba, amen.
This year, I meant your service.
steve bannon
Thank you, Father, I appreciate it.
Victory or death, we'll turn it back over to Real American Voice.
It's time for me to surrender up at Danbury.
Thank you, guys.
unidentified
I'm going to be next in the prison.
I'll bless you. Keep it up.
Godspeed, Patriot.
Father, I'll text you. I'll call you.
We'll see you. Susan.
I will.
Godspeed.
Bye. Take care.
Godspeed.
Watch out!
Watch out!
Clear the way!
steve bannon
Clear the way, guys!
unidentified
Enjoy the toilet, boys!
You got a big, big hole in my heart.
You gotta be...
I'll teach you how to make it.
Listen to Freedom!
No, it's a great day.
Thank you, sir.
steve bannon
Thank you.
Steve Bannon, don't worry.
unidentified
We're gonna throw up a jam like you did on January 6th.
Steve, do you think he's gonna be fine?
Steve, do you think he's gonna be fine?
Steve, do you think he's gonna survive?
Steve!
Steve, stop talking to me!
Steve!
Steve, stop talking to me!
It's hard for my family too.
I'm not sure I can do it.
I never had to be married. Children will stay alive.
I'm sorry, Marie, that was to me.
I know, I know that line. I know that line.
You're the one.
I see you. I hear you. You're talking me into it.
I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
And your learning score is always just a great big stupid lie
Things you wouldn't believe, mind, can't conceive Will probably make you break down and want to cry
Don't you want to know how to stop the flow of evil So they didn't rerun it, rip it in a modern world
There's some answers to these problems If you want to solve them, then Jesus loved them true
We're in a modern day holy war Holy, holy, what are we waiting for?
you All the people that have gone out there against the mainstream media and said, you're going to call us racist.
You're going to call us potential Timothy McPhase.
