Speaker Time Text
rachel maddow
It's the end of politics.
Let's just do it by force.
Because physically, we mean it just the way we say we're saying it.
We mean it just the way you're hearing it.
We're coming for you.
steve bannon
Mr. FBI tough guy, why is he wetting himself on national TV?
He's damn scared, because he understands the end is near.
So brother, you and all the other people, these are torturous conversations we're having.
Don't torture yourself.
Don't torture yourself.
Get your passport, get the hell out of the country, because hey, we're coming.
And guess what, bro, you ain't gonna like it one bit.
Your crimes and your treason, Comey, all of you.
Go ahead.
Go to the ends of the earth.
We will hunt you down and bring you back.
Drive the vermin out of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Biden, you and your crime family are nothing but trash.
For Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden and Hunter Biden, all in the Biden... They're a bunch of feral dogs, right?
It's a family of feral dogs.
We're going to have to fumigate the lies of Joe Biden, the treason of Joe Biden, and how enfeebled he is.
After that, it's not the tapes.
We're coming after Lisa Monaco, Merrick Garland, the senior members of DOJ that have prosecuted President Trump.
Jack Smith, that's where you come in.
You're the vanguard of this revolution.
We're going to do what the Romans did to Carthage.
We're going to salt the earth around it so there'll never be another building there again.
We're going to rebuild something else.
There'll be something that comes up and is rebuilt along the lines that's appropriate.
We've got to go back to the beginning.
We've got to go back to Russiagate.
We've got to go back to who did that.
We've got to go back to Mueller's commission.
We've got to go back to Andrew Weissman and MSNBC and the New York Times and all of it.
Right?
Every FBI agent, all the CIA, DHS, Chris Wray, all of them.
It's going to be a new day.
And MAGA will run things.
They're going to know that MAGA is not only ascendant, MAGA is in charge.
It's very simple.
Victory or death!
rachel maddow
So this isn't, you know, red meat for the base.
This isn't retribution, right?
This is retribution as much as Tony Soprano's dad was providing protection to the local butcher.
This is not a response to anything.
What this is, is just menace and physical threat, right?
It's not politics, it's just power.
It's just force.
They're just promising violence.
That is what they're offering in this election, that this is how we should run the country now.
We will hunt you down.
And you'll know that we're in power.
And we're going to get rid of law enforcement.
We're going to salt the earth.
And we're just going to hunt you down.
And this is not some random right-wing media guy.
This is the man who was the campaign manager for Donald Trump and also the senior White House advisor to the former president, who is now their nominee again.
And it is, it's not like he's the only one who's saying this thing.
This is what they are offering.
The American public.
And they love it.
They're super excited to be getting, you know, done with politics, getting right to the force and violence part.
steve bannon
Okay, we have a magnificent cold open for you, but listening to Rachel again, did we make Rachel cry?
Did Rachel cry?
You see that face?
You see Rachel?
Rachel, you sound very worried.
Did War Room make you cry?
Did War Room make you cry, Rachel?
Are you nervous, Rachel?
You look sad.
You look very sad.
Not sad here in the War Room, baby.
We're on point.
We're on point of attack.
Not a response to anything.
Rachel Maddow, you got that big smirk with the rest of the MSNBC crowd sitting down there outside the courthouse.
President Trump's going to get years in prison now.
You got him up for $700.
You've been in front of every federal courthouse, Jack Smith, every night.
Rachel Maddow does the trials of Donald Trump, the crimes of Donald Trump, every night.
Big smirk, big smile.
Where's the smile, baby?
Where's the smile?
Where's the fighting spirit?
Do we make Rachel cry?
Do we make McCabe cry?
We're going to have a shifty shift up here in a moment in the great cold open the staff in Denver put together.
But I had to break in.
Not a response to anything.
It's your lawlessness.
You shredded the Constitution.
You went after, you debanked, you deplatformed, you put people in bankruptcy.
You're trying to take a law license away.
You people are on attack, attack, attack because you control this apparatus and you're destroying the United States of America.
How do I know that?
Look at the southern border.
Oh, by the way, 53% of Hispanics want mass deportations.
There's a new day dawning, baby.
Sorry you don't like it.
Did we make you cry?
When you saw the speech, did you cry?
Did you curl up?
Suck on your thumb?
Get in the fetal position?
We're sad.
We're sad over MSNBC.
Nicole Walsh got the sad face.
Don't be sad.
It's a new day dawning in America.
We're happy.
MAGA's ascendant.
And don't lie about it.
Everything's going to be within the restored Constitution.
The Constitution of the United States and the rule of law.
That's what you're worried about.
You know about your crimes.
Why do you think McCabe... We're having serious conversations behind the scenes about leaving the country.
Why are they talking about leaving the country?
Why are they talking about running?
Why?
Because you know the crimes you committed.
You understand what treason is in the treasonous activities you've been doing.
And we're going to be relentless on this.
This is a process.
Trust the process.
Is Rachel sad?
It's unbelievable.
Oh, this is not a response to anything.
You don't think it's a response to anything?
It's a response to the destruction of this republic.
And here's the beauty of it.
All you talk about is democracy, democracy, democracy.
No other word.
They've seen the crosstabs, baby.
They've seen it.
They understand we're ascendant.
We're going to get 50% of the black male vote.
We're going to get an overwhelming majority of the Hispanic vote.
Asian Americans, the white working class, the middle class, students, people under 29 years old, it's all coming our way and they know that.
That's why they're worried.
They thought their plan to steal the election and then to destroy MAGA and destroy Trump and send Trump to 700 years in prison and bankrupt him, their plan, and thereby grind MAGA into the dust, is the biggest single epic fail in American history.
You failed.
Why?
Because just like in 1775 and 1776, patriots fought back.
The DNA that comes down from the revolutionary generation inspired this generation and generations all working together, including young people, who hate your policies.
This is interesting.
We're growing every day and half of your coalition, half of your coalition hates you and hates the illegitimate Biden regime.
Nate Silver, the guys at 538, 37% approval, lowest I think they've ever had this late in a presidency.
The people that used to support you hate you.
Why do they hate you?
Your policies.
Whether it's about schools, about culture, about the border, about invasion, about the massive spending, and making sure that the illegal aliens get taken care of.
Oh, by the way, I tell you, $500,000 last night amnesty.
He approved.
Benzema will be on this later.
The Forever Wars, now putting in a draft that's going to include women.
A draft so that you can send more innocent young men and women?
You already killed enough in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Now we got to go to the forever wars that the arms merchants have got to go to Ukraine.
No, Rachel.
We made you cry for a reason.
In your gut, you know what you've done, and MSNBC has done, and Brennan, and Clapper, and Comey, and McCabe, and Wray, and Barr.
It's not just Democrats.
It's the Uniparty, the Administrative State and the Deep State.
Oh, by the way, the Supreme Court's going to give us five decisions over the next ten days or two weeks.
We'll see where we come down in the Administrative State on that, including Chevron.
Deference.
We're ascendant.
Why are we ascendant?
Because the common sense policies of MAGA and President Trump work for the American people.
For all the American people, except the progressive billionaires from foreign countries, mainly, that write checks to keep your apparatus going.
Dark money.
If you didn't, if you wanted to win the American people, why don't you open the books to Arabella?
Why don't you open the books to the Tides Foundation?
Why don't we open the books?
This is why the American people hate you.
Not disagree with your policies.
No, they hate you.
They hate you.
And you understand, that's the sad face.
That's the fear.
I can smell the fear all the way from New York City.
You're not that smirking crowd.
You know that big smirk on Rachel that you and your, you know, Rachel, uh, uh, Sister Wallace and the crew, our favorite Joanne Reed.
Got them big smiles and them big smirks and you're high-fiving when parents found guilty.
They can't, can't get better.
Can't get better.
Oh, happy day.
They're happy.
But they ain't happy now.
Because they've seen the math.
And Charlie Spearing, we're trying to get Charlie Spearing from the Daily Mail up here, hopefully in the second hour, to talk about the Blockbuster story about they're trying to do a change-out.
Because Trump has already beaten Biden.
The Economist poll.
They got Trump up 5 in Georgia, 5 in Arizona, 2 in Michigan, 3 in Wisconsin.
Boom, boom, boom, boom.
Across the board.
They get him at 306 electoral votes.
Of course we have to execute, and we have to make sure they don't steal it.
Cleta Mitchell's going to be up tonight, I think in the 6 o'clock hour.
Cleta's going to walk us through.
We're going to take just a random case.
Georgia.
What's still happening there?
So we have to execute, but you see now, we're on offense, we're moving, we're ascendant.
If you go to the convention this weekend, the People's Convention, people are happy.
They're nervous, but they're happy.
Boom, we're doing this.
We can feel the energy.
We can see it when President Trump goes around the crowds he draws, the different demographics, ethnicities.
This makes Rachel sad.
Because they understand, once we dig them out, they ain't coming back.
The days of the Deep State apparatus is going to be shattered in a hammer blow.
Yes, yes, yes.
Make right with history.
The dead and wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan.
What they've done to Ukraine and the citizens of Ukraine.
All of it.
Judgment Day is the 5th.
Accountability Day is the afternoon of the 20th.
And that's what they hate.
This is not a response.
This is past politics.
Any past politics lady?
We're winning.
Look at the polls.
That's politics.
It's called votes.
Something you talk about all the time.
Democracy.
But you ain't too happy about it when it cuts against you.
Why don't you talk about the polls?
Rachel, tonight, why don't you go through the polls?
Why don't you go through the different demographics?
Why don't you get Harry Enten on there from CNN?
Why don't you interview him?
Talk about democracy.
Talk about democracy.
Small-D democracy.
People coming together after the onslaught against Donald Trump.
And this is why you have to go on offense.
They got a lot more tricks up their sleeves.
July 11th, they're going to give him years in prison and maybe put him under Judge Mershon's supervision so that maybe he can be a supplicant and ask, hey, can I go to, uh, can I go to Michigan this afternoon?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Let me think.
Let me get back to you.
I don't know.
But Rachel's sad.
Rachel's sad.
We made Rachel cry.
Rachel's nervous.
And she's nervous for a damn good reason.
Because we're going to win.
And we're going to win across the board.
And we're going to win against all those billions of dollars from the foreign billionaires and Arabella and tides and things they will never disclose.
We're going to win with a populist.
Revolt.
That says we don't care about the progressive left media.
They're liars.
They're part of the problem.
unidentified
Yep.
steve bannon
The American people.
You like democracy so much you're about to get democracy.
You're about to get the votes of the little guy.
And the little guy is not going to stand and salute for what you've been serving up.
And so, upon defeat, upon defeat, there will be accountability.
There will be accountability.
And that process may take many years.
Many years that you have to go through these agencies, you have to go through the interconnection with the propaganda department in the mainstream media, you have to go through the sociopathic overlords in Silicon Valley, you have to go through the lords of easy money in Wall Street, the connections, the connectivity.
It could take, it could take a while.
So Rachel's going to be sad for many days ahead.
unidentified
Short break.
People who could have more responsibly acted earlier, and you might not even have had what we had.
And so that tendency to say, oh, well, that's Steve Bannon.
He's extreme, but he's going to go to prison, and that's just them trying to make an exciting speech.
Is it that, or should we take it more literally?
No, we should definitely take it literally.
And Steve Bannon is not the only one.
Members of Trump World, Trump himself, some of his people have made threats, you know, have said we're going to take, we're going to enact retribution.
I mean, this is crazy stuff.
We live in America.
None of it is supposed to work.
work this way. But I think what Maya said is really important. This is autocratic behavior.
This is the stuff of autocracies. This is not normal American democracy. And I think,
look, they have brought the fever pitch up again and again, and that is because they
want their people to be willing to do anything, which, again, is very scary and dangerous.
And I think it's like my, you know, you have really only one party right now that believes
in democratic norms, and that's the Democratic Party.
That may not forever be true, but for now, that's a very scary place to be.
What does it mean to democracy-proof our institutions?
And thanks for having us on, and thanks for being a bulwark for democracy every single night on the air.
I think that I understated the level of the threat.
Instead of just democracy-proofing, given some of the things that we've heard from Donald Trump and from the very weak Speaker of the House who's willing to go along with his plans, we may need to fireproof our democracy.
What does that mean?
There are a set of norms that we have taken for granted over decades.
decades, over actually centuries of American democratic governance that we now understand
are not baked into law, but we need to find ways to harden.
Right now, the Biden administration has done a commendable job of lifting up rules in the
administration to strengthen the civil service, for instance, because we know that there is
an active threat from Project 2025 that's directed at federal workers because they intend
to weaponize the agencies and to put their political appointees in to kind of dismantle
the architecture of democracy in those agencies.
But it also means, Jen, that this time we need greater coordination between federal officials like senators and congressmembers and mayors and governors not just in blue states, but in those purple states as well.
We know from recent practice that red state governors have been lifting up all kinds of
litigation in egregious ways against the federal government.
But if this threat comes to be, we're going to need governors to step forward and mayors
as well to push litigation against actual constitutional threats that we're facing.
And then the last thing I'll say, Jen, is that folks like Anthony Romero and I and so many of the other groups that are interviewed in that time space need to kind of create a spine for our democracy and a real network.
and can't just go after this thing like a whack-a-mole, issue after issue,
but lift up a broader conversation about democracy with American citizens
that leads us to putting up a real scaffolding around our norms, our values,
and those institutions themselves.
adam schiff
At the same time, you can't discount the chance that if he loses again, when he loses again,
that he will go to even greater lengths to try to overturn the results.
And what I do tell people is the worst case scenario is that the result is close.
That instead of a, you know, broad victory like we saw by Joe Biden four years ago, where he won in numerous battleground states by pretty good margins, let's say it comes down to a single state.
Uh, and there I really do worry.
Uh, and there is simply no institution we can rely on.
I would not want to rely on the Supreme Court in another close presidential contest any more than we saw in Bush v. Gore.
Uh, and because there's such little confidence in the court, uh, that would be, I think, a different kind of catastrophe.
But the only remedy, really, is the one in all of our hands, and that is to make sure that Joe Biden wins overwhelmingly.
That this is not close.
steve bannon
That is the best way to avoid, I think... That's not going to happen.
It's shifty-shift.
Once again, a little out of the loop.
Shifty-shift.
You've got to read the polling.
Read the top Democratic pollsters that hit the panic button.
Read the Daily Mail story that they're already making a contingent plan.
How they move on this guy and, quite frankly, move on Kamala Harris.
Because he's trying to get it out there.
Oh, if it's close, they're going to protest.
unidentified
No.
steve bannon
Right now, the numbers coupled with the get-out-the-vote move and President Trump's focus on, you know, too big to rig, that's all heading forward.
And the demographics and numbers look great.
However, We can't get confident, we can't get, you know, because they're going to try to steal it.
Just like they did in 2020.
Obvious what they're going to try to do here.
And set up everything, every roadblock.
Because they understand it's the end of an era.
The Project 2025 and things that fall in that rubric is just the deconstruction of the administrative state, the unconstitutional leviathan that has grown up, that the Supreme Court's going to be taking on with four or five Decisions over the next two weeks Has to be done both from the executive branch and in the legislature and that's happening People are getting trained up people are they're taking subject matter experts and getting ready to hit the beach and there's 2.25 federal employees the program is to to eliminate billets not gonna pick on people individually eliminate billets and
Eliminate Billitz, which is your purview, with his political appointee, the 3000.
But don't forget, please, don't ever forget, the 8 million contracts, I think there's 18 million contractors overall, if you count every, you know, every person that they pay, but I think there's like 8 million executive or quasi-executive.
Those contracts can all be cancelled.
And should be cancelled, and will be cancelled.
No, you see right there, they understand what the program is.
And President Trump has talked about this for years.
He tried to do it in his first term, but he was blocked when they stole his first term.
With the Russiagate and all of it, shifty-shift, a perfect example.
A perfect example.
Let me play, I want to play the Harry Entens before I get too far.
This is what they're reacting to, and this is just one of many.
There's been one on the, there's been one on the youth vote, on the Hispanic vote.
Why do you think every day he's looking, how do I buy off a group?
How do I cancel debt and try to buy off some of these young voters?
How do I, how do I, how do I, uh, how do I give amnesty overnight and get another $500,000?
That's what he did last night.
Benzman's going to join us and you'll see all that.
New York Post has a very subtle, Very subtle front page.
About the murder victim on another illegal alien invader that raped and murdered a mom of, you know, two or three children.
Raped and murdered by an illegal alien let in by Joe Biden.
Right?
Continue.
This is why the American people hate this regime.
Their core constituencies that they're paying off are turning on them.
Because the lived experience of life under them is so awful.
This is what they're responding to.
This is why they have the long faces.
This is why Rachel's sad.
Rachel's sad because you talk about, you know, norms.
You indicted a president, what, 10 times with 91 charges, 700 years in prison, and you're trying to put him in prison in the New York situation, on the situation with the woman from years ago, with taking his company away and the $500 million fine, and then what happened with the Alvin Bragg fiasco, disaster, embarrassment?
That's your norm?
Well, hey, it ain't America's norm.
It's not going to be America's norm.
That's why Trump's gotten stronger with every indictment.
And now the White House, it's reported, the White House is saying, hey, he's got to lean in to the convicted felon.
He's got to lean into the convicted felon.
He's got to lean into the convicted felon.
Let's get ready to play Harry.
And by the way, MSNBC producers, you've got to be better.
When you put up a TikTok that's got me in there, I'm not a convicted felon.
It's a misdemeanor.
Learn what actually happened.
It's a misdemeanor.
It's a misdemeanor.
You guys spent all that money.
The Roberts spent all that money.
You ought to get a staff that can do some checkings for accuracy.
We're going to have Naomi Wolf on later about Fauci.
The Fauci interview yesterday was terrible.
They're not going to... This Fauci book, they ain't going to roll that out big.
Because he doesn't have a very strong case to make.
But we're going to deconstruct all of that.
Let's go ahead and play Harry Enting.
Do we have time to play it?
Let's play it.
harry enten
I keep looking for this to change, to go back to a historical norm, and it's simply put, has not yet.
So this is the margin, or Biden and Trump among black voters, compare where we were at this point in 2020, compare where we are now.
You know, at this point, look at this, in 2020, Joe Biden was getting 86% of the African American vote.
Look at where it is now.
It's 70%.
That's a 16-point drop, John.
And more than that, it's not just that Joe Biden is losing ground, it's that Donald Trump is gaining ground.
You go from 7%, single digits at this point in 2020, to now 21%.
And again, John, I keep looking for signs that this is going to go back to normal, and I don't see it.
Yet in the polling, if anything, right now we're careening towards a historic performance for a Republican presidential candidate the likes of which we have not seen in six decades.
unidentified
And when you dig into this number here, what is the makeup of that number?
harry enten
This is where we get very interesting.
So I decided to dive deeper into the crosstabs, figure out where is it that Joe Biden is truly struggling among black voters, all right?
So this is black voters, Biden versus Trump margin.
Look at black voters age 50 and older.
And you'll see, look, Joe Biden was leading amongst this group at this point by 83 points back in 2020.
Now it's 74 points.
So yeah, a slight decline in that margin, but nothing out of this world.
Look at black voters under the age of 50.
Holy cow, folks.
Holy cow.
Look at this.
Joe Biden was up by 80 points among this group back at this point in 2020.
Look at where that margin has careened down towards.
It's now just, get this, 37 points.
That lead has dropped by more than half, Mr. Berman.
I just never seen anything like this.
I'm like speechless, because you always look at history and you go, okay, this is a historic moment.
If this polling is anywhere near correct, we are looking at a historic moment right now where black voters under the age of 50, which have historically been such a big part of the Democratic coalition, are leaving it in droves.
steve bannon
You cannot say it any better.
Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely a historic moment because of President Trump and the MAGA movement having his back.
And people understanding that it's about change.
It's about setting this country right for working people and middle-class people.
This is the meltdown at MSNBC.
unidentified
They see the end of an era that's upon them.
steve bannon
And they don't like it one whit.
Sorry.
Not sorry.
Short break.
Back in the warm in just a moment.
unidentified
I'm shocked with your, you know, endorsement of Donald Trump.
I mean, you're all about women's rights issues.
I mean, what was the reason for the big change?
Is Donald Trump not for women's rights issues?
I mean, I guess a lot of people were asking.
You try to make America great again.
That's for women too, right?
That's true.
I mean... Okay.
Well, there you go.
I know.
Does him getting convicted, like, change the way you view him?
Nope.
Not at all.
I mean, do you think it'll help his chances, like, getting, like, re-elected, or, like, it'll hurt him?
I think it helps him more.
Oh, it helps him more.
Yeah, absolutely.
I think people see the injustice and what happened, and...
They want to vote for him more than ever.
I know.
I wanted to ask you, so it seems like a lot of celebrities are kind of like voting for Trump now.
I mean, why do you think people are kind of like changing their way of like... I think we're just, we just did our research and we're just, you know, we're not brainwashed anymore by the left.
I can say that about myself.
All these years I've been brainwashed and I'm not anymore.
steve bannon
Did our research.
We're not brainwashed by the left.
That's coming through in the numbers.
They see their coalition falling apart.
And now they're making moves on Biden.
It's everything's on the debate.
If I was President Trump said, Hey, let me, I I'm here to debate the Democratic nominee for president United States.
Picket.
Michelle, uh, you know, um, Hillary.
Whitmer.
Gavin.
But it's got Biden.
You pick him, Kamala.
We don't care.
Trump will go anywhere, anytime.
But it can't, there's no, this is not a warm-up.
This is not a practice.
This is not a preseason.
This is not an NFL preseason game in August.
This is not spring training.
That, oh, we can move on him afterwards.
Yeah, because he's all the demographics.
Don't take it from me.
Look at the Democratic pollsters.
You don't need to go to Richard Barris.
You don't need to go to Trafalgar, the guys that know how to poll MAGA.
Look at the Democratic pollsters.
FiveThirtyEight's talking.
How do we make a move on this guy?
How do we change him out?
He's got one shot at the debate.
It shouldn't be structured like that.
We want the Democratic nominee.
We want the guy that's going to be on the ballot that's shipped out in August, gets there in September, and people vote on it.
Either early voting, mail-in voting, you know, all these other ways.
But on November 5th, we start counting them up.
That guy.
Or woman.
Whoever it is.
You pick it.
We don't care.
Pick it.
Anybody.
Trump will take them all.
He'll take on all comers.
But we shouldn't have, this shouldn't be a practice round.
You don't get a mulligan on this.
You think they're nervous?
Have you ever heard about maybe in the deep recesses of American history where they're trying to change out a guy that they didn't even run a primary on?
And now they're trying to change him out?
So we're going to get, hopefully, Charlie Spearing, and we have to, we'll do it by phone today at 11.
I want to go to Todd Bensman, you got articles up, but I gotta, their coalition's falling apart because they've got a poll that says 63% of American people and 53% of Hispanics want mass deportations.
And last night, he's doing another amnesty play.
It's just like the student debt.
They're desperate now that they're going to tiny groups and hey, if you've got 50,000 votes or 500,000 votes and I can get 10% of that, I need it.
Todd Bensman, you've got the great reporting of how they're lying about the planes.
They're in panic mode right now.
They're so beyond nervous about what's happening.
President Trump's a disruptor, and he's a big disruptor in politics.
He disrupted their traditional playbook.
They thought they had him.
And guess what?
He just gets stronger.
But on the invasion of the southern border, they're running around right now saying, well, hang on.
We got to stop this.
This is terrible.
Who did this?
Let's solve it.
Let's solve it.
At the same time, they're trying to get more folks in here and get them registered to vote so illegal aliens can vote.
That's one of the e-tickets that they're going to try to get to steal this.
Todd Bensman.
todd bensman
Right.
A lot of the talk about the, I mean, this is an amnesty.
They're talking about 579,000 getting protected from deportation.
And they're using this sort of like workaround language.
It's an amnesty.
Just call it what it is.
And my running theory right now is that this is probably the first of many forms of this from now until November, because I think they're girding The progressive liberals inside the White House and the National Security Council and all of the different DHS agencies are figuring that Trump's going to win and put his mass deportation policy into effect right away, which he will if he wins, but they're going to go ahead and try to gum that up in advance as much as possible.
And I think this is probably the leading edge of Many more of these type of things.
I wouldn't be surprised.
You watch and see over the next four or five months if all of a sudden we're going to see temporary protective status on this group and temporary protective status on that group going forward and broadening the amnesty programs as well.
steve bannon
No, they want it both ways.
They want to say, well now I've got executive power and I'm trying to do something, this is unsat, who did this, how did this happen?
At the same time, behind, like you said yesterday, they've got terrorists coming in, they're still doing the flights, they won't tell you where the cities are, they're giving amnesty to these groups, protective status.
They're looking the American people in the face and it's a bald-faced lie of what they are doing.
Am I too far out on that one, sir?
todd bensman
Man, you nailed that.
My latest up on cis.org, Center for Immigration Studies, where, you know, the flights program, that thing was billed to the American people as a humanitarian rescue program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans.
Get them off the trails, get them into safety, let them fly into American airports.
And we just get all the data about where they're actually flying from South Korea, Israel, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Germany, Australia, Canada, places that are absolutely safe and prosperous and even low crime.
They're rescuing them from.
And I think that this piece that I have up at CIS.org, just shoot some dead between the eyes on that.
They are just completely busted.
In a lie.
steve bannon
You've, let's go, I want to, I've got you, I've got other stuff to go through, but I've got to go to this terrorism piece you've got up in the New York Post today.
And, you know, you've become a main player at the Post and Daily Mail.
Your pieces over there are amazing.
Talk people through, this thing, was it Tajikistan?
Tajikistan?
They're coming in, and these are, walk through this crowd that's coming through, and this is happening every day, every moment of every day.
What is it, Todd?
todd bensman
Right.
Well, the flights program is one of two parole programs where there are humanitarian rescuing people, not only by flight, but they're bringing them in by a cell phone app appointment at the land ports.
And at least one of these Tajiks that were busted by the FBI for suspected terrorism activity, Came in on the CBP one app on the parole program.
By my records, it looks like we've had more than 800 through December Tajiks cross by permission of the Biden administration with almost no vetting at all on their parole program.
And here the FBI has busted eight of them in three American cities in this massive nationwide terrorism sting.
That they won't talk about.
And there's no records in the court system that are unsealed yet and probably won't be, I suspect, until after November 5.
But that's the point is that all of this is a national security threat.
We are now seeing thwarted terror attacks.
Thank God for the thwarted so far.
There was a Jordanian last month who crossed the southern border who conducted a vehicle ramming attack at Quantico Marine Corps base, and they won't talk about that, with another illegal Jordanian, illegally present Jordanian.
One of them came in in April, and then three weeks later, he's doing a vehicle ramming attack that was thwarted, again, thank God, at this very symbolic US military base.
Yeah.
steve bannon
But we don't, you got, no Fritsch and the team at National File got the, what the Chechnyans down at Bragg.
And no, they don't want, the government doesn't want to come forward and give a press conference.
They don't want it.
There's pattern recognition here.
They've allowed and they've paroled some of these in.
That's the outrageous thing.
They're paroling some of these guys in.
They're not checking on the border.
Your book, the Jihad book from years ago.
Tells you what was happening.
Then it's worse now.
There's another story.
I think Daily Mail Today's got him walking across Chinese nationals, all fighting age military, military age men in great shape, wandering through Southern California into the San Diego County area.
todd bensman
Right.
steve bannon
And this is what is going to go ahead.
Go ahead.
todd bensman
I mean, this isn't Todd Benson being hyperbolic or alarmist.
These are Just facts.
These are actual cases that happened that are happening.
There was another, a Russian Chechnyan came in over the southern border and was convicted on terrorism charges.
Last month was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
He came in over the border.
You never heard a single word about that.
You're not going to hear a single word about any of this from the administration or the regular media until after November 5.
The fact of the matter is that the FBI director is out there on the record over and over again, every chance he gets, say what you will about Christopher Wray on other matters.
But on this matter, he is saying out loud that the Southern border is a major national security threat the way it is right now.
The 2024 DHS threat assessment has paragraphs in it.
saying that the US southern border and the border crisis down there
is a direct national security threat for terrorism, infiltration.
So it's not Todd Binsman, you know, talking crazy here or anybody else.
It's like, it's the intelligence community.
It's the intelligence community.
steve bannon
Why don't we... Todd, when they're up there, particularly Ray,
he comes up and says the greatest threat ever.
Why don't we force him up there to admit in front of a mic so we get to videotape that it is Biden's policies on the southern border?
This is what they dodge in testimony.
Am I wrong?
Every time I see him up there, he gives the slip to people.
They don't make a direct correlation.
This is not all the two trillion dollars spent in Afghanistan.
This is not the this is not the Taliban working on some bringing planes here.
Not that they don't have plans like that, but this is a clear and present danger that the Biden regime has done purposefully, sir.
todd bensman
Well, that's the blind spot, and it will be all the way until November 5.
Nobody will ever talk about that.
If you, if by the way, then I'm still waiting for the New York times, the Washington post, uh, and others to write about the Tajik eight case or the, uh, the, uh, Jordanian vehicle ramming attack, or nobody's ever reported on the Chechnyan, uh, Russian who was convicted on terrorism across the Southern border.
None of the press releases ever even mentioned that he crossed the Southern border.
Uh, so, you know, it's just going to be that way and whatever's happening down there, uh, to the mainstream media is just going to have to be sort of, you know, Oh, something that recently happened.
It just sort of recently, recently kicked up and has policies.
steve bannon
Where, where do you go for all your writings, the books, all your hits, your podcast, everything you got going on, man, you've been, you've been a Patriot and a hero here.

With the television, I knew we were going to have people who heard that from the president and would then go ahead and try it.
My phone immediately exploded with texts and calls asking me to comment.
I instantly realized that I and other scientists had to counter this message to keep Americans from ingesting bleach, which could literally kill them.
Dr. Anthony Fauci is in the bullseye of the Trump movement to this day as they seek to return to power.
He's in the bullseye of the Trump movement even after leaving the government.
And it is not because of COVID.
And it is not because of the controversial and difficult decisions of this most recent epidemic threat that he helped the country face down.
He has faced down plenty of those in his 54 years at NIH.
What he's facing now is a political movement that cannot abide public health expertise at all.
Because it cannot abide expertise at all.
Because that competes with the truths that are spouted from the head of the leader.
It is a movement that cannot abide authority and expertise from anyone other than their leader.
And they answer any such competition for him with menace.
And it's not romantic, and it may be revolutionary, but there's nothing sexy or dramatic or lovely about it.
It is boring, it is violent, and it's about using force.
And it's a war against the U.S.
system of government.
Dr. Anthony Fauci is an accomplished and brave public servant.
He should not have to be as brave as he is.
anthony fauci
The virological evidence, the epidemiological evidence by most qualified virologists strongly
favor, though not definitively, strongly favor that it is a natural occurrence.
But since it isn't definitive, I keep an open mind.
What they say that's incorrect is that the NIH funded a grant in China, an indirect grant
funded a firm in New York that did a subaward to do some surveillance studies on what is
out there, which is a perfectly appropriate thing to do.
In fact, I would probably be held as being incompetent if I didn't, if we didn't do that.
As it turns out, the viruses that were being studied under the NIH grant are evolutionarily,
or we say phylogenetically, a big word, so distant from SARS-CoV-2
that there's no chance in the world that somebody could make that virus turn into SARS-CoV-2.
So this attack that you funded a project that turned into COVID is completely preposterous.
And anybody that knows anything about virology will say that it's so distant that the precursor virus
could not possibly turn in even if you tried.
rachel maddow
So you mean looking at it molecularly, this virus under study, in terms of NIH having any involvement, is so dissimilar to the virus that caused the pandemic that there's no chance there?

Let me, let me, let me, let me take it.

Naomi Wolf, and we got Natalie, she's deconstructing this too, probably the afternoon show, or tomorrow morning.
Naomi, you've been on this more than anybody with the War Room.
And here's the great news, they're sad.
They don't have the smirks.
There's no smirks in Rachel.
Rachel's sad.
Fauci last night was sad.
There's not this big triumphant, you know, Fauci's going to save the world.
Just give me your assessment of what you've seen so far out of his media tour, ma'am.
naomi wolf
Well, you're right to mention both of them because it's not just him as a subject.
It's also kind of the state receivers of his pronouncements.
There's definitely a change in affect, right?
And you notice her introduction was really interesting because she's no longer making her case based on any pretense at the facts because people, many people, if not most people have seen through the, you know, the science of Dr. Fauci and know that there's nefarious activity, possibly, certainly treason.
They know that the lab leak theory, which was crushed intentionally
as a conspiracy theory is probably true.
They know, you know, all the reporting that we've done and other people have done,
dr naomi wolf
they know that Dr. Fauci is a liar.
naomi wolf
You know, they know that most people by now even know that he lied to Congress,
dr naomi wolf
which is a criminal offense.
naomi wolf
So it's so interesting, the media strategy that you see is to try to go on offense around violence, right?
And to try to say, by asking Dr. Fauci probing questions, the Republicans are committing violence and trying to end our democracy and our justice system and our American way of government.
And she's also invoking, and this is kind of the last gasp of people on the defensive, Emotionality and theatricality.
dr naomi wolf
He's a devoted and courageous public servant.
Well, that doesn't really answer the question.
Did he use taxpayer money to fund gain-of-function research illegally, right?
Did he cause a horrible virus to escape a lab that was poorly managed and kill millions of people around the world, right?
Those are the questions, and they're not even partisan.
naomi wolf
But when you're out of partisan cards or fact cards, you play on emotion.
And the last thing that they play on is this constant, you know, as a former political strategist, I'm kind of like embarrassed and tired myself listening to this because like, can you do any better at this point?
dr naomi wolf
But they keep imagining or creating soundbites that Dr. Fauci's under threat, and his family's under threat, and anyone on his side of the criminal activity is under threat, and so everyone should just back off and be nice because some mean people are threatening him.
Well, you know, maybe, maybe not.
We all get threats, but it's a completely boring and useless soundbite.
He's got protection.
RFK Jr.
doesn't have protection, and I mean, I'm not trivializing any threats against anyone.
I'm just saying that as a media strategy is a sign of people completely out of cards.
naomi wolf
And lastly, they're not just out of cards, they're out of law, right?
dr naomi wolf
Because in the last week or two, Really going back to May, there have been so many important judicial decisions that have gone against these people and their network of murderous lies.
In Europe, the AstraZeneca vaccine was withdrawn, and the Supreme Court is deciding right now whether the White House behaved unlawfully in suppressing critics like Dr. Bhattacharya, Dr. Kulldorff, who were raising the alarm about the nonsense that Dr. Fauci was spouting.
steve bannon
Hang on for one second.
We're gonna hold you through the break.
Naomi Wolf joining us.
Dr. Fauci's sad, too.
She's got a sad face.
Sad face, Dr. Fauci.

Bad.
Bad.
