...warming to the idea of mass deportation, which is alarming to me.
51% say they're for mass deportation, 68% are Republicans, but also 46% of Independents and even 42% of Democrats.
And when Axios Harris asked what the greatest concerns were about immigration...
People related to increased crime rates, drugs and violence, the additional cost to taxpayers, and the risk of terrorism and national security, none of which are factually, actually issues.
What do you, to what do you ascribe this increased hawkishness?
Is it just Fox propaganda?
unidentified
It is.
And the problem is that the president seems to be listening to that, right?
I think what we heard today is a decision that is based on exactly what you just read and not on actually policy solutions.
The numbers say it very clearly, right?
For the first time since 2019, immigration is suddenly listed as a top problem among U.S.
voters.
We know that.
We also know that At least 55% of U.S.
adults believe that undocumented immigrants in this country pose a critical threat to their lives and to their vital interests.
And to your point, we also know that among Latinos, suddenly this anti-immigrant rhetoric seems to be resonating to the point that even in the Bronx, a small but still A pretty significant number of black and brown voters are singing, build the wall.
So I think what we all have to confront, and it's uncomfortable, but we have to confront this idea that this anti-immigrant rhetoric isn't now just spreading among right-wing circles and conservative circles.
It's also creeping into democratic spaces and among communities of color.
And I think that's exactly what we saw today.
I mean, that's not actually, I mean, that's not actually what's happening.
What's happening is the problem has gotten a lot worse.
And I think what's happening is not, it's not just, That the problem has gotten worse at the border, but part of the reason why I think we've seen such a change of public opinion is because migrants are in cities across the United States, and it's no longer being experienced by Americans.
It's just a border problem, right?
So if you live in New Jersey or Connecticut or New York, you are seeing a lot of coverage about the impact that migrants are having on local governments on state networks. If you live anywhere
near Chicago, you're seeing the same thing. So I think that that is part of what is happening. I
think that's why, at least why, the president felt he had to reluctantly take this action.
You know, he gave Congress every opportunity to act. It is, you know, I mean, he knows he
talked about how the American people have run out of patience.
He is trying to ward off President Trump from becoming president.
He is trying to ward off, you know, he said he wanted to do things in the second term that would be a more positive and actual solution, but you can't do that right now when Congress is standing in the way because Donald Trump said that they should not pass a bill that would fix the problem.
And I think that they felt just not even in terms of politics, but in terms of being a responsible president, he had to take some action and while it might be reluctantly, and this is what he needed to do.
todd bensman
So what the Biden people are doing next is they're going to propose this executive order that they know is going to get sued on right away.
And then they'll go into negotiations and settle and they'll say, well, if only we had this bill.
The Republicans just, you know, thwarted us again on the Lankford bill.
It's their fault that I can't close the border.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going medieval on these people.
President Trump got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
steve bannon
It's Wednesday, 5 June, the year of the Lord, 2024.
Let's go immediately to Todd Bensman.
Todd, you called just about everything on this phony executive order that's all for optics and politics.
ACLU, in fact, today sued, but called shot.
Tell us where we are in this fiasco.
todd bensman
Well, it seems to be following the original blueprint, which is pretend that you're going to do something tough.
An executive order, a proclamation on securing the border with a fact sheet, really drawing lots of media attention, all the cameras, all the networks, really bringing everybody in, knowing that the ACLU and other organizations, liberal organizations, are going to sue this thing into oblivion so that they don't actually have to try to do anything.
The next step, if the blueprint is being followed, is you will start to hear Biden campaign officials blame the Republicans and Trump for killing the Langford bill, the Senate bill, that was supposed to supposedly secure the border.
A terrible bill.
It did the exact opposite.
That's why The Republicans, the MAGA Republicans killed that thing, had it killed.
It needed to be killed.
It deserved to be killed.
So we're going to start to hear this ginning up of it's the Republicans' fault.
They took every tool I had.
I only had this executive order thing that I could do.
And now, oh, my God, it's, you know, being lawsuited to death.
That should gin things up for really the big show, which I believe is The televised presidential debate in a few weeks.
That's what I believe this is all about, really.
steve bannon
Tell me about that.
Break that down.
What do you mean by that?
todd bensman
Well, obviously, immigration, illegal immigration and the broken border.
It's not a broken border.
I'm sorry.
It's a purposeful mass migration crisis engineered from the White House for three years straight.
But now it's polling so badly for the Biden administration that they could lose the election over that alone.
And so they must get a narrative going where they can defend what they did down there in a way that a lot of Americans or enough Americans, especially independents, might kind of buy into.
Well, the Republicans are the ones that are doing this.
It's a deflection.
It's a political deflection play on a very, very apex political issue for the campaign.
A lot of what we're seeing happen right now, I think, is queuing up for this televised debate, which is going to be the biggest show on earth when that happens, when they have that televised debate on the biggest issue of the campaign next to inflation.
It's right up there with inflation.
I think that's what this whole EO is about.
Hey, I tried.
I've tried to do things.
I tried to get this bill passed and the Republicans killed it.
I needed that bill.
I tried to do the EO and it, you know, these people came in and my own people came in and lawsuited it to death.
We must just have to endure this terrible border crisis.
There's nothing I can do.
All of which is really demonstrably objectively untrue.
They could shut that border down in 30 minutes with Remain in Mexico and using the 212F authority out of the INA and arm-twisting Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico and Guatemala to shut it all down like they did with COVID.
This thing could end overnight.
steve bannon
Um, it hasn't gotten the traction.
I've just, New York Post, I'm going to get to an article about you in the New York Post in a second, but the New York Post just popped that Quinnipiac, I think they've done polls post the Hush Money trial, and Trump's still up nationally, still up in all the battleground and swing states.
So it looks like an epic fail, at least so far, on the verdicts.
Do you think this is getting any traction to help Biden politically, to help him with those Americans that may be lower information voters?
You heard in the cold open that all they're talking about is it's become such a political issue because, as we said for years, every town's a border town, every state's a border state.
Todd Bensman.
todd bensman
I think they did get quite a bit of traction.
They popped the smoke on the battlefield pretty well when the Lankford bill was killed the first time.
They got a great narrative out of that.
The Senate Republicans handed them this incredible gift of a narrative.
And I think that Schumer brought it back last week or the week before last because it worked so well.
I've said this a bunch of times and I believe it to be true that, and I don't mean to demean anybody in the country, it's just that immigration policy is incredibly complex and a lot of Americans on both sides don't understand how it works, all the little policy turns of screw and mechanisms that make mass immigration start and stop.
And so the Biden administration is able to exploit that, that complexity to put out false narratives and make them work for them.
And one of the biggest false narratives that I've heard lately is that the Lankford bill was the panacea.
It was the magic pill, but actually it was a deadly poison pill.
It was fentanyl laced, that thing.
It was exactly the opposite.
Of border security.
It was codifying.
We've talked about this a lot on this show.
It codified an open border and would have made it impossible for, say, a Trump administration to undo it because it was legislation that guaranteed 5,000 illegal entries a day when the law says zero a day.
This EO thing, they're thinking, oh, well, we'll codify it at 2,500 a day, every day.
I mean, the whole thing is just, it's absurd.
It's not serious policy.
Nobody, we should not be normalizing 5,000 a day.
That's how many we are accepting.
And I said it yesterday on your show, That it's very similar to what some of the blue precincts in California did with shoplifting, where they said, we're not going to prosecute anybody who steals up to $1,000 in goods.
So we're seeing gangs rampaging all through these places, picking up $889 worth of goods, right?
Well, that's what they're doing here with the Lankford bill, and also with this EO that they just put out.
We're going to just Give you this $900 free.
But I don't think the American people can accept that.
And the Republicans certainly didn't.
Trump got behind the killing of that thing.
I think that was a good move.
It was bad policy and bad legislation.
It still is.
Both of them.
steve bannon
You broke the story.
I think you're the one that at least amplified it on the Yemenis.
I think it's Yemenis at Quantico.
You have another piece up in the New York Post today about another set, I guess, of Russians.
Tell me, break this down.
todd bensman
Yeah, quick correction.
They were Jordanians, one of whom crossed the border.
steve bannon
Jordanians, yes.
todd bensman
Yeah, crossed the border and did a vehicle ramming attack on that Marine Corps base south of of Washington, D.C.
I believe that was an Islamic-motivated terror attack.
But now we have another case.
I just wrote about it.
It just went up in the New York Post.
Border-crossing Russian from the region of Chechnya crosses over the southern border and goes right into jihad and starts sending cash overseas to his friends in Syria on the ground fighting the Assad government.
Russian Baghdassad government.
He gets caught, prosecuted, and the FBI in this case said that had we not arrested him, he would have gone, he would have conducted a terror attack himself.
And I think that that case, and he crossed that southern border, is yet another example of You know how this open border links to a significant national security threat that the DHS, Department of Homeland Security's current threat assessment calls out, and even FBI Director Wray calls out.
The elevation, the threat is really...
steve bannon
Todd, where did everybody go?
This story, Grace and Moe are going to push out.
We've got it up right now on the site.
Where can they go?
Social media to all your content, books.
You've called it on, overrun the book.
You called it on the jihad on the border.
Where'd they go?
todd bensman
Right.
So, you know, I work for the Center for Immigration Studies.
You can get most of my stuff at cis.org.
The book is available anywhere books are sold.
It's the only one about this mass migration crisis, how it started.
And you can find that my New York Post piece at the New York Post right now, it's up there, about the Russian terrorists who crossed the border and is now convicted on terrorism charges.
steve bannon
Amazing.
Thank you very much, Todd.
You've been all over this.
We'll check in obviously tomorrow as Biden tries to play his hand here.
Absolutely absurd.
Okay, we're gonna take a short commercial break.
When we're back in the War Room, we've got Noel Fritsch, we have Julie Kelly, Andy Klein, all next in the War Room.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Times of turbulence that you've seen with an open border, with the beginning of the third world war, particularly the kinetic part, 35 trillion debt, all of it, it's certainly out of control.
The way to hedge yourself financially?
Birchgold.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Go check it out today.
No French national file.
You've had this amazing story down at Fort Bragg.
Tell us what's going on with these Chechens, sir.
unidentified
Hey Steve, thanks for having me.
So, several weeks back the story broke with this colonel that got into this, what you might call a police-related shooting here, where we had Chechen illegals inside of Moore County.
North Carolina, right next to Fort Bragg, now they call it the woke, D-E-I-D-O-D, calls it Fort Liberty.
I'll never call it that, it's Fort Bragg.
They decided to surveil this colonel and there's a bunch of just bad news out there from folks like Fox News and bad reporting, false reporting, even from folks like Stripe.
Uh, Stripes, uh, some of the military reporting about what happened here.
And, uh, and I'm on the ground talking, uh, with the SF community and, um, what's going on here is, is nuts.
Steve, you have Chechens who are illegals.
These people are jihadis, uh, in America on us soil next to major military installations, surveilling, uh, high ranking special forces officers.
And, um, basically what happened is here.
is that uh... this one check in with basically recognize that he was made uh... were identified and then got into a fight and got himself shot There's a lot of fallout from this.
Of course, the mainstream media does what they do.
They will cursorily touch it and then move on, Steve.
As Rush used to call them, the drive-bys.
They did their drive-by job.
And the big story is that there were 20 more of these guys.
And they've been known about for a long time.
And these are Chechens.
And Steve, if you remember, the guys who did the Boston bombing were also Chechens.
And you just had Todd Bensman on here talking about how there's uh... check-ins that are funneling money back to syria to
fight against russia
well all of our mainstream media is saying that that all these guys were
russians that he's were not russians so you have more of the fake russia hoax news coming out of
fox news and the rest of the media
these were chechen muslim jihad ease
who want to do jihad
on american soil surveilling uh... how do we know and how do we know had
steve bannon
how how do we know this twenty how do we know is twenty of them
unidentified
in the immediate fallout so there were some uh...
you you might know this but uh... you you have some folks down here see that
Every six months or a year or so, there's these unconventional warfare exercises, and there were troops that were actually out in the space.
They call it Pine Land.
They run these exercises, and they practice to basically give a lot of Green Berets training.
And so we had folks out and about and with ears on ground, and they knew what was going on.
And we have a lot of SF folks who are in touch with law enforcement here.
There's a connex, there's a trailer, That has a bunch of stuff in it and the sheriff here in Moore County is currently trying to get access to that trailer.
We don't know if he's gotten access yet.
We don't know who's protecting it.
The question is, is if if it's being protected, who in the federal government is protecting it and why and what else was in there?
And Steve, you know, down here in Moore County about a year and a half ago, we just had this super mysterious EOD attack, explosives and ordinance basically attack on our Um, electrical system in December of 2022.
And it's a total mystery, and the story then was, oh, a couple of Bubba's did it with some bush light and some shotguns.
That's not how that happened.
Everybody that knows anything about this knows that's not how that happened.
And of course, they never apprehended anybody.
And so what you have to assume here, and what many of the folks in the SF Special Forces community down here near Bragg are positing, is that this was part of the same operation.
And we guarantee in that Connex trailer, that storage trailer, you're going to find uh arms potentially and weapons and these folks are preparing for some military the the headline is this steve we're moving out of fifth generation warfare and we're moving into full-on chinese unrestricted warfare
That's the next step.
steve bannon
unrestricted war. Where do people go to National File, your social media, to follow the story?
You guys seem to be the only people really on top of it.
Where are they?
unidentified
At National File, nationalfile.com. Please go and read the story. We got more coming on this
and on more.
Of course, they're going to run a total chaos operation.
It's 2024.
The 2024 chaos operation, Steve, is going to look a little bit different than the 2020 chaos operation.
And their job is just to muddy it up enough to make it believable enough that maybe, just maybe, they can steal this thing for Uncle Joe the pedo.
steve bannon
It is Summer of Love Part 2.
Thank you very much, brother.
Appreciate it.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
Julie Kelly, we had a lot of good news today coming out and also some confusing news.
Can you break it all down for us, ma'am?
julie kelly
Right, so it looks like, and this is normal, Steve, of course, pending the appeal in the Georgia State Court of the disqualification motion of Fannie Billis.
That case now is on hold pending the appeal.
The oral arguments are set for October.
Which means typically you see four to five months after oral argument at a decision.
And then, of course, whatever their decision is, if it is to uphold Judge McAbee's decision to not remove Sandy Willis from the case, then it will go to the Georgia Supreme Court.
That means not only will this case not go to trial in 2024, there's a chance it won't go to trial in 2025 either, or really, of course, ever.
steve bannon
Hold it, hang on, hang on, hang on, because this thing's blown up on the internet.
Explain that to the audience again, what just happened?
julie kelly
So the Georgia Court of Appeals set a federal argument in the appeal of Judge McAfee's decision not to remove Fannie Willis from the case.
They set oral arguments for October.
What was announced today is that the entire case now is on hold.
It's called a stay pending appeals.
This is usually how things like that happen.
That's what was happening in the Washington case with Donald Trump as well.
But that means, just to break down the timeline again, oral arguments are set for October, usually four to five months after oral arguments, the appellate court comes down with And then, depending on the decision, if the appellate court comes back and upholds Judge Maxine's decision to not remove Fannie Willis, obviously the defense will then move that to the Georgia Supreme Court.
What that means, again, no trial in Fannie Willis' RICO indictment against Donald Trump and associates.
And very likely, we will not put a trial in 2025 or ever, of course, if and when Donald Trump is elected president.
steve bannon
Perfect.
So let's go to Florida.
The trial of Jack Smith on the 27th, 2029.
Is that not happening now?
julie kelly
Correct.
So as you and I talked about, this is breaking news.
I broke it on The War Room.
When Judge Cannon last month at four days of hearing, later this month, won on the motion to dismiss based on the unlawful appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith, and then three days of hearings after that on a separate motion to dismiss or compel evidence based on the scope of the prosecution team.
Now, to put that in layman's terms, what this motion, bombshell motion in January from the defense disclosed, evidence of collusion, Early on, early 2021, between the Biden White House, specifically his general counsel's office, the National Archives, and DOJ officials, to manufacture some sort of document case against President Trump.
He was holding three days of hearings, as I described it when we discussed.
It was basically Judge Cannon putting Jack Smith and DOJ on trial.
To defend how this all came together behind the scenes in 2021,
not what we were told, but, oh, this happened after the archives
found classified papers in the boxes that Trump turned over to the archives in January of 2022.
She has reset the schedule for this month.
It's a one-day hearing on the motion to dismiss on the unlawful appointment of Jack Smith.
It will go for a day and a half, so Friday the 21st, then reaching into Monday the 24th.
On the 24th and 25th, she will also hear discussion, the debate over Jack Smith's proposed gag order
on the president, prohibiting him from publicly criticizing law-enforcement agents involved in the case.
Of course, that came about.
It's just going to be pushed?
Is that just going to be pushed a month or two?
which included use of lethal force language in that plan.
steve bannon
So are we gonna get the trial of Jack Smith at 2720?
It's just gonna be pushed?
Is that just gonna be pushed a month or two?
We're still gonna get to that?
julie kelly
What she said is it will be postponed, that she will reset those three days of hearing
between Jack Smith and the DOJ on trial and presenting in court evidence
of this collusion with the Biden White House.
She said that that will be rescheduled.
So it hasn't been canceled, just rescheduled.
My guess is she will push that into July if she does not, you know, if she doesn't dismiss this case based on pending motions, Not the least of which, of course, is the unlawful appointment of Jack Smith, which we saw Tom Massey, Representative Massey, confront Merrick Garland yesterday of the House Judiciary Committee about that unlawful appointment.
steve bannon
Real quickly, two criminal referrals today, Hunter Biden and James Biden?
julie kelly
Correct.
So that was House Judiciary, House Oversight, sending perjury criminal referrals to the DOJ.
for both of them lying to Congress and then come to cover up items
Only crime racket, but we'll see where that goes. I thought the big news of the lease is
unidentified
Go ahead infuriating. This is the state. Yeah Do what?
julie kelly
The same FBI it held on to the hunter Biden laptop It refused to investigate it
at that time Has everyone called it Russian disinformation?
Same FBI today said it was legit.
steve bannon
Julie, what is your, real quickly, social media?
unidentified
Julie underscore Kelly 2 at Twitter X. Julie underscore Kelly at Truth Social.
julie kelly
My work can be found at declassified.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Birchgold.com, make sure you go there and check out the end of the dollar empire.
Birchgold.com slash ban at the end of the dollar empire.
The fifth free installment, they're all free, is the central bank digital currency versus fiat money.
You don't want to miss this one.
You will learn a lot.
Go check it out and also talk to Philip Patrick and the team over there about why gold has been a hedge.
On times of financial instability for 5,000 years of man's recorded history.
Check it out.
Congressman Andrew Clyde joins us.
Congressman Clyde, you've been all over this and these writers Mike Davis keeps talking about, about defunding, I guess, the Justice Department.
Today, a couple of criminal referrals.
Is this a big deal?
Is this just more Republican House performance art?
andrew clyde
No, I think this is a big deal because I think we're putting a marker down and we're telling the country what we have found in that there is corruption here and there's lying here and so therefore a criminal referral is a very serious thing for Congress.
The Department of Justice should take it up.
Will it?
Probably not.
But at least, at least not until January of 2025.
But, you know, it could very well help us convince all the members on the Republican side to vote for a contempt of Congress resolution for Merrick Garland.
So I think it is, it is significant, I think.
steve bannon
Why is it, why can't you do, you talk about things during the future in the new budget, can't you go back today and have a hearing and actually look where they spent the money and start getting the emails and the text messages between Matthew Colangelo?
I mean, what people are frustrated about is everything's still essentially waiting for President Trump.
When is the House actually going to take independent action and get something done now and not have to wait for President Trump to win the presidency?
andrew clyde
Well, I mean, that's what I've been trying to do literally since August, Steve.
I mean, here we have this defund of the prosecution of a presidential candidate prior to the 2024 election.
I started that in August of 2023, and I got an amendment made in order for the Commerce Justice Science Appropriation for FY24.
We did that November of last year.
It was made in order by the Rules Committee.
And it never got a vote on the House floor, alright?
unidentified
But it's something that I'm not giving up on.
steve bannon
Is Speaker Johnson, is it Jim Jordan?
Why did that not come to the floor?
Why did we fund DOJ in the last bill which we could have stopped?
Your thing could have come up.
Who stopped it?
Was it Speaker Johnson?
andrew clyde
No, Speaker Johnson, actually, his Rules Committee was what made it in order, okay?
It didn't get a vote on the House floor, and I wish it would have.
It was part of the process that never happened.
We had a number of appropriations that simply didn't get a vote on the House floor, and they were all put together in an omnibus, or a two-part omnibus, actually, and then passed earlier this year.
Speaker Johnson could right now tell the Appropriations Committee and Subcommittee that he wants this amendment in the base text of the bill, and it could very well be put in the base text.
If that doesn't happen, I can get it in in committee, and if that doesn't happen, I can try again to get it onto the House floor for an amendment where Everyone then gets put on the record as to how they vote.
The entire Congress does.
steve bannon
Since nothing seems to happen unless they ban us to the back, is he actually supportive?
Yesterday Axios came out and said his mentor was John Boehner, who's the worst of the worst.
So how can people have any faith in Johnson whatsoever?
Is he actually doing anything?
andrew clyde
Well, you've got a great point there.
I mean, look at the failures that have happened so far.
You've got the two-part omnibus.
You've got FISA.
You've got the America Last Foreign Aid package.
I mean, those are failures of the Speaker, no doubt.
But here he has an opportunity, actually, to do something right.
And that is to put this amendment in that actually will defund, from the federal level, every one of these prosecutions.
steve bannon
So where do people go right now, Congressman Clyde, to get this?
We want the audience to totally get up to speed and then we will man the ramparts to get on Johnson and other people to make sure it's in the base text.
But first, first up, because Mike Davis has been raving about this.
That's fantastic.
Where do people go to see what you're trying to accomplish?
andrew clyde
They can go to Clyde.house.gov.
They can also go to Rep.
Clyde at Twitter or Rep.
Clyde on Truth Social.
I'll tell you, we have been all over this and we will continue to be.
I will never give up on this.
President Trump will never give up on America.
He'll never give up on us.
We will never give up on him.
steve bannon
Congressman Clyde, thank you so much.
We'll send everybody over there right now to check it out.
Appreciate you.
andrew clyde
Thank you.
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
You got Clyde, you got these warriors there, but then you got the leadership's just nowhere.
President Trump's not going to give up on America, but the House leadership's given up on him.
Now realize today, because we're causing a firestorm from the New York Times article, Axios, all of it, they feel they have to act because you, the posse, is on their ass.
That's the only way you get any action.
Otherwise, they're just going to sit there and do exactly what their donors and what the lobbyists want them to do.
Eduardo Vestigate joins us now.
Eduardo, Mexico voted.
I say Mexico has fallen.
You have a left-wing, AMLO's mentee, who's farther left-wing than he is.
I mean, at first, when Sound of Freedom came out, we were talking about maybe you running, but at least the country A tragedy.
a Catholic or Christian candidate that got into trafficking in the cartels.
Brother, we're not getting that.
We're going in the absolutely opposite and wrong direction, a cartel-controlled socialist leftist.
Eduardo, what in the hell is going on in Mexico?
unidentified
A tragedy.
Very sad what happened on June 2nd.
Very sad, brother.
You know, I think it's very, very disrespectful for the Mexican mothers who gave their lives to defend our Catholic faith.
And then a few years later, now we are governed by an atheist, a globalist.
But, you know, it's very sad.
Very sad.
But at the same time, you know, crisis and opportunity is synonymous.
So we're going to keep fighting for freedom.
We're not going to give up.
This is an opportunity for the more than 60 million people that... Almost 60 million people didn't vote for her.
And 40 million people didn't vote for her.
steve bannon
I got that, but she won in a landslide.
So is Mexico, people are not voting and not part of the process.
We're not where Sound of Freedom is or making that movement going forward.
What we're going about is, you're putting it about in reverse as hard as possible.
What's the reality down there?
Because it sounds like Mexico's gone.
I think Mexico has fallen.
The cartels run it.
Socialists run it.
It's going to have no economic growth.
You're going to have nationalization.
This thing's going to turn into the biggest, let's say, failed state that's now become a failed narco state, Eduardo.
unidentified
And we deserve this, Steve, because, you know, it's our fault.
Evil triumphs when good people remain silent.
And so many good people who, you know, who didn't do what they're supposed to be doing.
So now we deserve.
This is what we have, you know.
The people of Mexico show up, even though 40 million people didn't vote.
It doesn't matter.
Those who vote, they voted for this woman.
But at the same time, you know, what are we going to do?
I think this is we're going to keep fighting.
We're going to build our own conservative party next year.
And as I mentioned to you the other day, you know, we give the fight and only God gives the victory.
And it's very sad to me that this is a Catholic country governed by anti-Catholic government.
It's not new.
steve bannon
So it's been like that for decades.
unidentified
I mean, that's the only, we have no other option because those seven political parties that we have right now, they're all the same.
It's the same party.
It's like almost, imagine in the United States, it's like if Bernie Sanders has one party, Kamala Harris has another party, Hillary Clinton has another party.
They're the same.
So, you know, we don't have a real opposition.
The right wing and the conservative movement here in Mexico, we don't have a political representation.
Not yet.
We will build one.
And in 2025, we are going to start the restoration and the construction of the future of Mexico with a new party that is going to be called Viva Mexico.
steve bannon
I love it.
Eduardo, where do people go on social media to follow this?
This is very important, not simply to Mexico, but to the United States of America.
We have a failed narco state now on our southern border.
You don't need to go to Afghanistan or Iraq or anywhere to spend your trillions of dollars because we're going to have a collapse on our southern border.
Where do people go, Eduardo, to find out everything about Viva Mexico?
unidentified
Well, first, I want to send another message to all the Mexicans and Hispanics who live in the United States.
Please, please, if you want to save America, Mexico, and the whole world, vote for Donald Trump on November 5th.
It's very important.
Those elections are the most important elections in the world and in the history.
And by saving Washington, by saving America, then there is hope for Mexico, too.
Okay, so go to Eduardo Verastegui on Instagram and Facebook and E. Verastegui on Twitter.
We are going to start a revolution.
We're going to save Mexico, we're going to save America, and we're going to make Mexico and America great again.
It's just a matter of time.
We are suffering right now, but I believe that if the good people of America and the good people of Mexico come together, only good things will happen.
And that's why, Steve, we need to be together in this fight, brother.
steve bannon
Eduardo, we love you, brother.
We got your back.
Can't wait till this starts up.
You're right.
Gotta vote for Trump, then we gotta get sorted down there in Mexico.
A great country, great people.
A tragedy.
Mexico has fallen.
Not all the way.
Eduardo and his team down there are gonna pick it back up and turn it around.
Sir, thank you so much for joining us today.
Very bad news out of Mexico, trust me.
It's only going to get worse now, the southern border crisis.
Chris Hoar, they had a massive outage at AT&T.
I asked you to please come on and can you help the posse out on these satellite phones.
These outages seem like they're happening all the time and they're never explained by these cell phone companies.
Tell me what's going on and what can you do to help us.
unidentified
Well, yes, you're absolutely right.
chris hoar
Second major outage this year and it just goes to show how vulnerable the cellular communications networks are.
unidentified
You know that we all rely on them and we all use them all the time, but when they go down, what are you going to do?
Well, the only alternative you have is a satellite phone.
And we have free satellite phones today at sat123.com with activation.
Satellite phones work, Steve, when the cell phones don't because satellite phones connect directly to the satellites in the sky.
They don't need any kind of ground-based infrastructure.
So when the cell towers are down for whatever reason, I mean, again, AT&T looks pretty bad at this point, but there's all kinds of other issues and all kinds of other people trying to take down these networks.
You know, if you want to be prepared and you want to be ready for what is seemingly inevitable, then a satellite phone will keep you connected.
And again, it's sat123.com.
We still have a few left.
I think we're down to a couple of hundred now, Steve, for this year.
Free with activation.
It's been a busy year.
But sat123.com or you can call us at... Sorry, yes?
steve bannon
No, I want to make sure they, where they call you, they can talk to somebody if they needed more information.
Where do they go?
unidentified
Yeah, they call 941-841-0844.
That's 941-841-0844.
Our sales staff are there 24 hours a day.
They're U.S.-based, and they will walk you through all the options to make sure you get the equipment you need, and we'll get it out to you immediately.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
Thank you for coming on so quickly and doing this.
This causes outage.
The people at the satellite phone company, they're there for you, so make sure you go check it out.
Ask the questions.
Seagal Chadda on offense out in Nevada.
Tell me what you did, ma'am.
You got 30 seconds.
I'll hold you through the break, but you guys are on offense out there.
What is it?
sigal chattah
We are two days ago.
Hi Steve.
How are you?
Two days ago, we filed the third lawsuit here in Nevada.
We filed the lawsuit on the mail-in ballots.
As we know, United States Postal Service does not show postmarks on ballots.
And the way the law is written in Nevada, it says that ballots are counted Up to four days after election day, as long as the ballots are postmarked on or before election day.
But what do you do when the law is written so that everybody can see?
steve bannon
Seagal, just hang on one second.
unidentified
Short break.
steve bannon
We're going to come back to you.
steve stern
Hello, I'm Steve Stern, CEO of FlagShirt.com, a third-generation, veteran-owned small business.

Steve Stern had his huge call today.
Also, people are leaning into this and taking action.
Arizona, Gina Sobota, we're going to try to get her on tomorrow.
Huge lawsuit about the voter rolls.
Seagal Chata out in Nevada.
Once again, just make this make sense to me.
Exactly what was the problem and what was this lawsuit about?
sigal chattah
Okay, so Nevada has a law that allows for the clerks and the ROVs to count ballots for up to four days after election day.
Problem is, is in Nevada, USPS does not postmark ballots.
So the lawsuit is to ensure that ballots that are received after election day with no postmarks will be discarded and not counted.
So they can't steal elections anymore through mail-in ballots in Nevada.
steve bannon
Well, they'll still be able to try to steal, but at least you cut it off.
So, in other words, if the U.S.
Post Office doesn't do it, you're saying if there's no marking on there, it gets tossed out?
Is that what this lawsuit's about?
sigal chattah
Yeah, that's what we're going for!
steve bannon
What's the probability you're going to win this?
sigal chattah
Well, we'll see.
We're in the first judicial disreport, which is up in Clarkson City.
We're going to see how favorable the judge is going to be to election integrity or stealing an election based on postmarked ballots.
The law is in our favor.
And I'd like to think that we will get a judge that follows the law.
So that's what we're hoping for.
steve bannon
Fantastic, ma'am.
Where do people go to find out everything that's going on in Nevada?
Gina Svoboda will join us tomorrow.
She had a technical issue.
We couldn't get her up.
Out in Arizona.
And when the President is in Arizona, hopefully we do at 5 o'clock.
We do his town hall live with Charlie Kirk.
Where do they get you, Seagal?
sigal chattah
Chatter for Nevada on Twitter, Getter, and Truth.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Keep fighting.
People are out there.
They're getting it done.

We're going to lay out the whole case.
We've got some great guests lined up.
So stick with us.
