| The threat level for us has gone up enormously every morning. | ||

| Because of this administration's policies, you now have millions and millions Uh, who've been allowed into this country, or who have evaded the border patrol while they've been overwhelmed admitting these millions in. | ||
| And I worry about the stages set for something very bad happening in the very near future because of your administration's policies. | ||
| It's reported the President intends to use Section 212F of the Immigration and Nationality Act to turn back illegal entries once they reach 2,500 a day. | ||
| That's nearly a million a year. | ||
| So that's not closing the barn door, that's keeping it propped open indefinitely. | ||
| But it is a lower number than your administration's tolerated so far. | ||
| Yet, for the last three years, three and a half years, the President's maintained that he has no such authority. | ||
| So what's changed other than we're five months before the election? | ||
| I'm going to have to refer you to the Department of Homeland Security, which is responsible for the border issues. | ||
| I would say that the best way to protect the border was to pass the bipartisan legislation that was proposed. | ||
| I believe that immigration has always been a lifeblood of America. | ||
| We're constantly renewed by an infusion of people and new talent. | ||
| The Statue of Liberty is not some relic of American history. | ||
| It stands for who we are as a United States. | ||
| So I will never demonize immigrants. | ||
| I'll never refer to immigrants as poisoning the blood of a country. | ||
| And further, I'll never separate children from their families at the border. | ||
| I will not ban people from this country because of their religious beliefs. | ||
| I will not use the U.S. | ||
| military to go into neighborhoods all across the country to pull millions of people out of their homes and away from their families to put detention camps while awaiting deportation, as my predecessor says he will do if he occupies his office again. | ||
| Today, I'm announcing actions to bar migrants who cross our southern border unlawfully from receiving asylum. | ||
| Migrants will be restricted from receiving asylum at our southern border unless they seek it after entering through an established lawful process. | ||
| And those who seek to come to the United States legally, for example, by making an appointment and coming to a port of entry, asylum will still be available to them. | ||
| Still available. | ||
| We the people of Texas, money's not going to solve the problem when the Department of Homeland Security and the President of the United States refuse to enforce the law, ignore the policies, and Lizbeth Medina would be here alive today if we were following the law. | ||
| Lake and Riley would be here today if we had not released a killer onto the streets of the United States of America through parole policies that this administration is advancing. | ||
| And the Department of Justice is suing the state of Texas in court, taking valuable resources | ||
| to go against the people of Texas, when Texas simply wants to say that we should have a | ||
| say in stopping people who are illegally, arrest them, and be able to deal with that | ||
| on our own terms when the federal government refuses to do its job. | ||

| I believe that what we're about to see is an executive order signed or some policies that the administration already knows in advance and maybe even arranged to be lawsuited into oblivion right away so that he can then blame the Republicans for killing that piece of Lankford legislation again. | ||

| It's at whitehouse.gov. | ||
| You'll see it front and center there. | ||
| And riven throughout that document are references to the Lankford bill that the Republicans killed. | ||
| I believe that this is a setup for the televised debate later this month so that the president can Point his finger at Trump and say, you killed the only solution that we had, the Lankford bill. | ||
| They've already gotten tremendous traction out of making that narrative sing for the other side of the aisle, for the people on the other side of this immigration issue. | ||
| And it has really sunk in. | ||
| That's why Schumer brought it back. | ||
| They wanted more. | ||
| And this is the third time they're going to bring it back. | ||
| I don't believe that this EO is real. | ||
| If it is real, let's just say that they want to do something here. | ||
| They've got a big fat escape hatch built into it that says, we're going to deny you asylum. | ||
| We're going to close the border down unless you say, I'm afraid to return to Mexico. | ||
| If you say I'm afraid to return to Mexico, well, then we'll let you in on a torture claim or some kind of asylum, a relief from departure. | ||

| You're saying that this is all politics and this has nothing to do with actually any operational ability to even give us a lick and a promise here to close the border. | ||

| Yes, you can apply for asylum there, you can make an asylum claim there. | ||
| Remember also that all along, We're doing CBP 1 at all of those ports of entry. | ||
| You can get in line for that too. | ||
| Most of the ones that would pass go illegally are already in that line. | ||
| They just decided to break the line and cross illegally because they get in anyway. | ||
| So there are lots of other ways to get in, but I do believe that This thing is purely pro-forma. | ||
| I think we're going to see in the coming days, throwing up the hands, you're going to see him at the debate going, look what I tried to do. | ||
| I even did an EO and I was reduced to having to do this EO because you guys want to keep a festering wound open. | ||

| And she said that she's going to continue with the same strategy as AMLO, as a strategy to combat the organized crime. | ||

| This is the most insecure president in history. | ||

| Navarra and also he has had multiple, you know, meetings with cartel members and has completely | ||
| failed to detain and stop the cartel campaigns. So this, if this is, she said that she's going | ||
| to continue with the same strategy. My God, Steve, I think that it's going to continue exactly the | ||
| same way. Todd Benzeman, the change of regimes down in Mexico, your thoughts. | ||
| Yeah, kind of along the same lines. | ||
| She is AMLO's protege. | ||
| For years and years, she's been in close lockstep with him, policy-wise. | ||
| So close, in fact, and she's his hand-picked successor. | ||
| And so there's even speculation that he'll be kind of running the puppet strings from his estate down in southern Mexico. | ||
| I don't know if that's true, if she'll sort of assert, but I think we should expect that her policies on immigration to the U.S. | ||
| border will remain unchanged unless there's a U.S. | ||
| president willing to bend her arm a little bit, or maybe a lot, but there's not going to be any change under the Biden administration. | ||
| I do believe that She is a far left-wing ideologue that she is sort of like over there in the socialist communist camp. | ||

| We can expect that she would align with the progressives, kind of maybe even Antifa progressives over on the left in the U.S. | ||
| and, you know, I don't think we're going to get any help on our border from her, that's for sure. | ||

| The new president of Panama commits that he's going to shut it down. | ||

Well, immediately after he spoke that he wanted to shut down the border, the international NGOs and of course the United Nations started attacking the new president Molino. | |
| You know, it's aggravating because we know that for these international organizations, for the NGOs, it is part of their agenda to destroy the borders and destroy the United States and also It is a humanitarian business, Steve. | ||
| And after that, politicians from Colombia started speaking and saying, shutting down the Darien, it is not the humanitarian thing to do. | ||
| This is a place where hundreds, hundreds of migrants have died. | ||
| We have walked the Darien four times, Ben Berkman and myself. | ||
| We have seen decomposed bodies, we have seen migrants being raped and abused, | ||
| children have died inside of the dairy. This is a horrible pathway and these animals, | ||
| this is the way that I categorize them. There's no other way. These animals wanna continue with | ||
| this because it's a humanitarian business out of human misery. The president has been completely | ||
| strict, has already appointed a new minister of security that is an ex and former center | ||
| front official, the first center front official that is the border official. | ||
| And they are really strict about doing this. They're really going and moving forward with this. | ||
| They wanna shut it down the way that they want to plan to shut it down, is let them in, | ||
| a walk and then return them back to where they belong to their countries and send a complete | ||
| and strong sign. And also a message to say, this is not a route we are not going to allow you | ||
| to cross by the thousands and through this particular mountain. | ||
| And you're gonna be returned back to your country if you continue to do this. | ||
| Todd, how big a deal is this? Huge. | ||
| deal is this. Huge. | ||
| Move over Viktor Orban from Hungary, because he's about to get his next, you know, his best bosom buddy over there in terms of evil demons on immigration. | ||
| I do believe that he is serious about trying to close the gap. | ||
| I believe he can do it, actually. | ||
| All he's got to do is see some boats coming out of Colombia, turn a bunch of them back, Block everything. | ||
| Don't give him anything. | ||
| Kick the NGOs out if he can. | ||
| But he is facing a lot of pushback from those NGOs. | ||
| Those guys are, you know, bloated fat with profit on that human misery, that train coming through there. | ||

| We should watch this story very carefully. | ||

| I think that's when the gap is probably going to close. | ||
| And the reason I say to watch it, because there's 800,000 immigrants that are projected to pass through the gap in 2024. | ||
| If it succeeds in that, it actually will help the Biden administration. | ||

| But unlike the Mexican, because the numbers will go down and the reduced numbers are good for America, they're also good for the Biden campaign. | ||

| The difference is that when Mexico does it, they're just doing it through November. | ||
| And if Biden wins in November, he'll open that spigot. | ||
