| I want to start with Dave Brad. | ||
| Dave Brad, you just heard Scott Besant on the economy. | ||
| I do think, and I think you will see this Because the strongest piece, I think lawfare is important. | ||

| We gotta be hammering that every day. | ||
| But President Trump, when you look at, in particular with Biden signing the executive order on the border, understanding now he's created a catastrophe, he's trying to have optics to turn it up. | ||
| If you look at the economy, we're the strongest. | ||
| If you look at the forever wars, we're the strongest. | ||
| If you look at lawfare, we're the strongest. | ||
| If you look at, you know, the invasion of the southern border, we're the strongest. | ||
| So just bang, bang, bang. | ||
| We just ought to go on offense on the positive nature of Trump's record, his empirical evidence of his record. | ||
| This is how you're going to get to the blowout number over 60%. | ||
| Your thoughts on the economy, brother? | ||
| Yeah, well, as I've been saying on the show forever, we have about a 100-year track record of productivity going down, 70 years in the past, and according to CBO, 30 years in the future. | ||
| The exception to that was President Trump. | ||
| He had blue-collar wages going up for the first time in a 40-year period. | ||
| That was a historic achievement. | ||
| He had economic growth going, as Besant said, the supply side was kicking in. | ||
| And as Besant also said, the significance of the supply side kicking in is that is non-inflationary, right? | ||
| What people are starting to learn, right? | ||
| The hard way, right? | ||
| And this is due to the war room in large part. | ||
| It's the Keynesian stimulus piece, it's the inflationary piece, and it's the unproductive piece. | ||
| All of the job gains and the job reports went to the healthcare sector, the education sector, and basically the transfers of wealth, sharing the wealth around, which does not create long-run economic growth. | ||
| So as a result of the Biden years, there's something brewing right now, right? | ||
| When Jamie Dimon comes out and says this is an extremely dangerous period and the New York Stock Exchange guy says, go over that again real slow. | ||
| I got a few charts I'll show you later, but in a nutshell, The savings rate is down to 3.5%, right? | ||
| It used to be 10% was the kind of long-term average. | ||
| So the savings rate is down to 3.5%, you know, personal savings rate. | ||
| And then the labor market is cooling. | ||
| There's been a drop off in the jobs. | ||
| You know, they're always updated and they go down. | ||
| And then the upshot of both of those together is that real disposable income is way down, 5% down to 1%. | ||
| I have charts on all these. | ||
| I can go through it slow motion later on if you want to. | ||
| But that's 70% of GDP, right? | ||
| Real disposable income. | ||
| That's what you have to spend. | ||
| So consumption is 70% of the economy. | ||
| And that's down from 5% to 1%. | ||
| And then that leads you into the banking story, right? | ||
| The commercial real estate story. | ||
| And everybody's starting to see the tea leaves on this one. | ||
| It's not looking good. | ||
| Let's go ahead, let's go ahead and go, let's walk through the charts. | ||
| Let's go and do it. | ||
| I want people to see this. | ||
| Hey, the savings rate, all the cash from COVID's gone. | ||
| People have spent it all. | ||
| You've seen the crushing of the consumer. | ||
| You've seen the debt. | ||
| This is what we have done with debt. | ||

| I think it's 9.8 percent. | ||
| It's 1.3 trillion dollars of credit card debt at APRs north of 25. | ||
| The kids are gapping. | ||
| The decline in disposal income, they're gapping with the credit card. | ||
| The kids are forced to finance their debt even worse than the Secretary-Treasury Yellen is financing our debt with these short-term 90-day bills. | ||
| Walk me through your charts, brother. | ||
| Yeah, well, what you just said is very important, right? | ||
| They're replacing the 10-year to get a little more liquidity in the markets with the short-term rates. | ||
| But in essence, what we're doing as a country is we're pushing off all the heavy lifting, right? | ||
| We're pushing off all the hard moves that adults in charge should make. | ||
| And so I see Denver looking. | ||
| Denver, just go to the one that says Fred up there. | ||

| There's the savings rate. | ||
| There's the personal savings rate. | ||
| And again, right over time, what you see on most all the charts I put up and Bessett and the whole economic team here, There's a long-run scenario of personal savings rate at 10% for several decades and then when you look to the far right on that chart, look to the far right, we're at an all-time low, right? | ||
| Personal savings rate at 3.6. | ||
| So that's telling you something is very wrong. | ||
| The next chart, Denver. | ||
| Is the labor market taking a hit at the far right again? | ||
| You see the job gains way lower than expected. | ||
| All that feeds into the next chart, which is the most important. | ||
| This is just the quarterly drop from about 4 percent to 1.5 percent last quarter. | ||

| And you can spin it with all the Paul Krugman op-eds that Scott Besson said, seven in a row, saying the American people don't get it, the numbers actually look great. | ||

| This says the green line, how things are portrayed by Biden, the White House economist and the media. | ||
| The blue line is real, right? | ||
| Take out the pain from inflation. | ||
| You get the blue line, which is way below it. | ||
| That's how you feel, you know, with your real spending after stripping out inflation. | ||
| And then the bottom line, the brown line is going down. | ||
| That's your wages, right? | ||
| Just if you're the normal Joe, your wages are real wages are actually going down right now. | ||
| So that's a great graph. | ||

| But the underlying paper is very powerful. | ||

| In May 15, 2024, last week, Federal Reserve Vice Chairman for Supervision Mike Barr states, quote, overall, the banking system remains sound and resilient, in quotes. | ||
| Now, let me read you three real short quotes. | ||
| Bernanke in 2007. | ||
| Bernanke, the head of the Federal Reserve. | ||
| The impact on the broader economy and financial markets are the problems and subprime seems likely to be contained. | ||
| Nothing to see here. | ||
| No problem. | ||
| 2008. | ||
| Again, Bernanke. | ||
| The Federal Reserve is not currently forecasting a recession. | ||
| Bernanke, 2011, quote, September and October of 2008 was the worst financial crisis in global history, including the Great Depression. | ||
| Right, so this is from the elites and the higher-ups. | ||
| They are doing everything they can right now to throw the damage into the future, as always. | ||
| That's what they always do. | ||
| It's always at the expense of the middle class. | ||
| It's always to favor the rich and the Wall Street cats. | ||
| That's why they're messing around with liquidity, and they're hurting the American people again. | ||
| And what you're going to see is a follow-up to the quotes I just read. | ||

| dead and the elderly, particularly those in Florida and California, according to | ||
| them, using birth certificates and other identifying documents to discover personal | ||
| information about them and then use it to steal their stuff. | ||
| For anyone that doesn't know, all of these items are public record in the U.S. | ||
| and most of them are available online. | ||
| So a bunch of these news outlets reached out, and these scammers were like, we figure out how to steal, and that's what we do. | ||
| We've stolen millions from you blind fools in America, I'm quoting. | ||
| We sit back and laugh at you idiots. | ||
| Come and find us in Nigeria. | ||
| Tell me how scary it is that a company that was listed to exist in Missouri, with no business records on file, filed a deed of trust in LA with a notary stamp from Florida, and the notary was real but never filled out these documents, for a property in Tennessee, Graceland, and this just all slipped through our government's fingers. | ||

| But the Democrats and the Biden campaign got a ton of traction out of that thing by using it to blame the Republicans for wanting to keep the border open as a festering wound that Trump can run on. | ||
| That narrative is huge out there on the other side of the issue. | ||
| So what the Biden people are doing next is they're going to propose this executive order that they know is going to get sued on right away. | ||
| And then they'll go into negotiations and settle and they'll say, well, if only we had this bill, the Republicans just, you know, thwarted us again on the Lankford bill. | ||
| It's their fault that I can't close the border. | ||
| Now, the details in the executive order are, according to the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal, and I mean, it's not out yet, we haven't read it, but what they're saying is that there is a clause in there that allows the president to use 212F. | ||
| This is the presidential authority that allows a president, any president, to stop 100% of all immigrants illegally crossing and thrown back into Mexico without giving them asylum. | ||
| The administration knows they're going to get sued immediately. | ||
| That within 10 minutes, those lawsuits are going to fly and they're going to be all gummed up. | ||
| And they'll be saying, watch this. | ||
| They're going to be saying, well, if only the Lankford bill had passed. | ||
| The Republicans keep killing the one solution. | ||
| But that's not going to have any traction. | ||
| Isn't there in the small print here that if somebody says, hey, I'm afraid to go back to Mexico, nothing happens? | ||
| That's right. | ||
| Remember, the way to actually stop illegal immigration is To stop releasing them in the interior of the country, quit giving them asylum. | ||
| So they're saying, we're going to close the border down after it's over 2,500 crossings. | ||
| And by closing the border, they're saying, we're going to use 2212F and throw them back. | ||
| Unless they say they're afraid to go back, and then we'll let them in. | ||
