This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||
unidentified
|
Because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!
unidentified
|
Okay, welcome back. | |
Thursday, 16 May in the Year of Our Lord 2024.
We're juggling today. | ||
We've got a markup on a contempt, on a criminal contempt of Congress going on right now by
the House Judiciary Committee.
We will dip back into that as news requires.
Tonight, you've got the Oversight Committee doing it.
You've already had Merrick Garland in a pure panic move.
Go to the mics and say Biden just contacted him, they're, exert executive privilege.
These are over these tapes and we got to get these tapes.
Hey, look, we're either going to get them now and they're going to drive this.
We're going to get them now or they're going to go, I think, and move on impeaching Merrick Garland.
Heard it here first, folks.
You heard it here first.
I say get the H.E.R. | ||
guy back up there, too. | ||
If not, there's going to be real criminal penalties for this because they're covering up.
They're covering up. | ||
Biden's criminality on the classified documents.
Criminality. | ||
Covering up. | ||
A massive cover. | ||
unidentified
|
This dwarfs, this dwarfs Watergate.
Watergate, second Trump break-in, burglary, for who knows what.
About John Dean's wife?
Did I say that about Mo Dean?
Did I go there? | ||
John Dean, who's pontificating every day on MSNBC about our CNN on President Trump.
Remember, at the same time, and hey, what I said from the beginning was that's why this shifted from an archives to an espionage act, because Biden and his team inside the White House knew they had a problem.
They had to get in front of their problem, and that's why they had to go on offense against President Trump.
Remember, we're not conspiracy theorists here, but we don't believe there are any coincidences.
This is why we're all over the House.
Of course, the investigations—Mike Davis, right?
Got to be for legislative purposes.
But it can segue, and you can send criminal referrals, which has to happen.
The lawfare is quite interesting here.
Everything that Biden has done by weaponizing FBI, by weaponizing DOJ, by weaponizing the courts and the judges, as you hear Julie Kelly every day, is not just blowing up in their face, we're turning the guns back around on them.
Because the thesis here is the war room, offense, offense, offense, always be on offense.
The only thing they understand is a smash in the mouth.
These are criminals. | ||
These are Marxists. | ||
These are people that hate this country.
Hate this country! | ||
Can I play the Merrick Garland thing?
I'm gonna play this. | ||
This is gonna be my lute today.
Here's why. | ||
When this guy walks into my phone, he does not walk in and command the room.
He does not walk in and, boom, I'm Merrick Garland, attorney general, and I say, bang, bang, bang.
It's a little Weasley. | ||
It's a little Weasley, like he always does.
Voice breaks. | ||
He's about to cry, about to wet himself.
Right? | ||
You know why? | ||
He understands he's breaking the law.
He's got that. | ||
And then he has the audacity, after criminalizing speech across the board, and what they've done on J6 is outrageous to the J6 folks, after criminalizing, having a Fed's erection, criminalizing all this, all of it, covering up today, the most in your face cover up at all.
On a day, because here's why folks.
They realize, you get those criminal contempt of Congress?
They can't give up these tapes.
They will die on the hill of those tapes.
Because it shows Biden.
We don't need a debate. | ||
Let's play the tapes. | ||
Let the American people hear it.
If there's nothing there, what's he hiding it for?
Why not just play it? | ||
Let's hear it. | ||
Let's hear it. | ||
What are they hiding? | ||
Joe, what's your problem?
Nobody F's with the Bidens?
Is that what you're saying?
Come on! | ||
What's the problem? | ||
In another case, we're trying to get Garrett Ziegler.
Garrett Ziegler's in court today.
They're trying to get all over Garrett Ziegler for Hunter Biden.
They don't want any information about the criminal, the Biden crime family.
Remember, Rudy Giuliani branded that, the Biden crime family.
And how do we do that? | ||
Remember the laptop from hell?
Remember everything that they did to have the intelligence community to cover for this guy?
This is the deep state, the administrative state, as the Praetorian Guard, as the Praetorian Guard for the feckless, hapless, Biden crime family.
And if you know your Roman history, you know what the Praetorian Guard turned into.
They were picking who the next emperor was.
They were getting rid of him and picking him.
They were deeply, deeply, deeply involved in stealing the 2020 election from President Trump.
Yep, there I said it. | ||
There I said it. | ||
They were deeply involved in the stealing of President Trump's massive victory.
Not squeaking it out. | ||
Massive victory. | ||
If it wasn't a massive victory, please tell me why you never hear these people talk about their 81 million votes.
Man, if you... First off, Trump got 81 million votes.
That's all you'd be hearing.
On everything I get, 81 million votes.
Everybody's standing in my way.
81 million votes. | ||
You never hear them talk about it!
You know why they never talk about it?
They didn't get them. | ||
They're not certifiable, not chain of custody, not from people called American citizens.
American citizens. | ||
So now we're engaged in full information lawfare combat.
Okay? | ||
And Merrick Garland's coming out and saying, no, you people are evil, you people are intimidating.
He didn't come out today and say, I'm here to defend the Constitution.
He didn't come out and say, I'm here to defend the citizens of this Republic.
He didn't come out and say, I'm here to defend the sovereignty of this Republic.
No. | ||
He's there to defend the deep state.
He said it. | ||
And try to blame you for intimidating people.
What intimidation? | ||
What intimidation? | ||
People calling their congressman and asking him to expose you?
Is that what you're wetting yourself for?
What are you hiding then, bro?
If you didn't have anything to hide, it wouldn't be a big deal.
If you didn't have anything to hide, it wouldn't be a big deal.
You have so much to hide, and you understand that.
Let's go ahead and play this.
I've got to play Mariground.
I've got to play that clip.
I've got to play that clip again.
It's going to be my new soundtrack.
Let's go ahead and hear it.
unidentified
|
Now, there have been a series of unprecedented and, frankly, unfounded attacks on the Justice Department.
This request, this effort to use contempt as a method of... I'm gonna go back and play it.
Unfounded attacks? | ||
These attacks are unfounded?
They're unfounded? | ||
Yo, bro, here's what a bald-faced liar you are.
A federal freaking judge in South Florida is putting you and Jack Smith on trial on the 27th, 28th, and 29th of June in an evidentiary hearing.
About collusion between archives, you, White House, all of it.
Not the war room. | ||
Not Steve Bannon. | ||
Not fighting Mike Davis.
A federal judge who you've tried to steamroll, and every night Andrew Weissman and the same people, and they're all wrapped up in it too.
Every night on MSNBC, oh she's terrible, she should be impeached, she should be removed, that's the worst thing I've ever seen.
You know what she's giving you guys?
Suck on this. | ||
How about this? | ||
Stand and deliver. | ||
Unfound it? | ||
Unfound it? | ||
That's a bald-faced lie because a federal judge is telling you it's a bald-faced lie.
This is how, you know why they do this?
You know why they do this?
Because they've been allowed to get away with it.
And why have they been allowed to get away with it?
Because you've got pencil necks in the house.
If it hadn't been for this audience, if it hadn't been for this show beating this drum every day, beating it, beating it, beating it, we wouldn't have anything.
The 300-page report wouldn't be out.
The Pomerantz's deposition, five hours, wouldn't be out.
Matt Gaetz, these guys would have no support.
You wouldn't have had any of these strongly worded letters.
Stefanik's wouldn't have gone.
Jordan's wouldn't have gone.
None of it. | ||
Because they're happy with the status quo.
And more importantly, and let me get to the signal.
Let me get to the signal.
It's what the big donors want.
That's what the big donors want.
They want to take the Senate.
That's where the money's going.
They're going to take that, keep the House, take the House, pick up a couple more seats, and they're going to let Trump dangle in the wind.
You got Mitt Romney last night.
He's all pontificating.
If I was president, hey, you ain't president.
You got your ass kicked by Obama.
So we don't want to hear what you got to say.
If I was president, he's all puffed up, you know, giving his deep thoughts, deep thoughts for Mitt.
I've never seen a guy that's had more unearned... By the way, how does a guy like that get into Harvard Business School?
You're called a legacy, dude, because your old man's tied to it.
You've earned nothing in your life by yourself.
And I know that eats at you.
That's why I keep re-emphasizing it.
They want to see Trump dangling in the wind.
Because you know why? | ||
One, they don't want Trump.
The stock market just went to the highest levels, I think, in history.
They're making a ton of money on spending on federal spending.
You think they want to stop it?
You think the feckless, hapless Republicans in the House want to stop this?
No, the donors are saying, hey, it's not bad.
My stocks are going up. | ||
It's all phony growth. | ||
It's all going to have to be paid for on the backs of you, your children, your grandchildren.
They don't give a tinker's damn about that.
It's a good time right now.
Keep the punch bowl there.
Let's roll. | ||
What they want is a broken and crippled Trump at best that they can control.
You're going to see them all.
You're going to see them all coming around.
All the neoliberal neocons.
They hate MAGA. | ||
They hate the deplorables.
They hate America first.
And most importantly, what they hate of all is American citizens first.
Because they don't think American citizens should come first.
They're quite comfortable.
They're quite comfortable.
With you being at the back of the bus and all the burden being on your shoulders.
You're paying their taxes right now on inflation.
As Jason Trennett, don't take it from me, take it from guys like Jason Trennett, E.J.
Antoni, Scott Besant, Dave Brat.
Smart, honest, direct people.
It's the greatest regressive tax in the world.
Of course they're paying it for taxes.
That's inflation. | ||
That's the decline of your purchasing power of your dollar.
Why do you think we send you over to Birchgold, Tom?
Why do you spend the last three years over in Birchgold but the end of the dollar empire, bet the currency?
To show you what the con is!
To show you what they're doing!
And here's what they're doing on Lawfare.
Why has the House not done anything?
Why is Polly Pockets Johnson just sitting there?
Why is he just sitting there?
Because the donors are telling him just to sit there.
They want Trump. | ||
They want Trump twisting in the wind because they get it.
It's a twofold. | ||
Remember, everything's about optionality.
Number one, they get Trump to need them more and to need their money more to take on Biden.
Right. | ||
They want to turn him into a supplicant.
This is the process. | ||
They want to turn him into a supplicant.
So the powers they have, they will not use.
The only way they want to use it, the only way they're going to use it, is what this audience has done the last couple of days.
And don't take it from me.
Take it from that brilliant congresswoman from, I think, the Virgin Islands.
She laid it out all yesterday.
She goes, Jordan, they're not happy with you.
You got Natalie Winters tweeting bad stuff on you.
You got Maria Bartiromo, you know, who used to love you, lighten you up, lighten your backbenchers up.
You got Bannon acting like a madman every day, getting his crew, this war room posse, this group of deplorables, encourageables, the undefeated, up on the ramparts every single day.
And that's what it took, and it still ain't great.
It's okay, we're getting there, but it's taking too long.
And why? | ||
The donor class want to back Stephen Law and old crepit Mitch McConnell in the Senate and have their guys to take over McConnell after we broke him on Ukraine to be, you know, McConnell juniors like the corrupt Cornyn down in Texas and John, you know, who knows what he stands for, Thune.
And in the House, the same thing, to keep control and to control Trump.
And if they gotta have Biden, hey, guess what?
The stock market's at an all-time high.
They're making $15 trillion since early January, when the Fed and Treasury said they're gonna juice the system.
They're gonna infuse liquidity into the system, any means necessary to drive this up.
They're making plenty of money.
They can live with Biden.
You can't. | ||
The country can't. | ||
This nation can't. | ||
The citizens can't. | ||
The world can't. | ||
But they can. | ||
Oh, by the way, if they get Trump, they get a broken Trump.
They get a Trump they can control.
Because Trump will need their money more.
Yeah, we got money for you, Trump.
This is the game right here.
That's why there's no action being taken.
And the only action that's being taken is because of this audience, because you're up in their grill.
And that's where we're going to remain.
Right now, you're hurtling towards a constitutional crisis on these tapes.
You wait for it. | ||
Because you keep the bayonet to the back of the guys in the house and become an immovable object, somebody's gotta give.
Short break, back in a moment.
unidentified
|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bass.
Okay, surprise, surprise.
I know this is gonna shock you.
I know you're gonna say, get ready.
You ready to be shocked?
Ready? | ||
The House in this in this markup, the Democrats are they're not talking about the facts of what's happened here in the exertion of executive privilege by the Biden crime regime, the illegitimate regime, the usurpers that are currently occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
They're attacking President Trump for his trial.
This is the point. | ||
We've got to lance the boil here.
They're going to sit there and this is all they want to talk about.
President Trump on trial, what's happened to Stormy Daniels, all that.
We've got to take that out of their hand and the only way we're going to take it out of their hand is grab it and take it out of their hand.
You can't play nice with these people.
They've stolen the country and they know they control it.
And they're not just going to give it over to you because, oh, you got some better ideas, you're a better person, you're a devout Jew or devout Christian, that's what you are.
You believe in the Judeo-Christian West, you believe in this republic, you believe in the founders, you believe in that.
You think they care about that?
They're Marxist. | ||
They laugh at that. | ||
This is about power. | ||
And this audience has power.
You know that. | ||
The Congresswoman yesterday told you about it.
That's the whole reason this is happening.
It's only because of you.
The same reason with the budget fights, too.
Only because it wasn't you.
Nothing. | ||
Nothing would happen. | ||
And so, I told you it ain't gonna be easy, and now we're into it again.
But that's what they're doing.
I cut over, but I know your heads would blow up.
They're just all over Trump.
They're not talking about the merits of the markup because they don't want to.
They understand they lose when you start talking facts.
Mike Lindell, you go to a lot of these things, you hang out with all these people, you give money, you do all this.
Am I wrong? | ||
Is the House just a collection of just weak, weak, weak individuals that just kowtow to the donors?
Weak, weak, and weak. | ||
More weak. | ||
It's the weakest thing I've ever seen.
And you said it right, Steve.
That's why we, as being a voice, we have to always be on the offense.
We have to be on the offense because they need to be called out.
That's been one of the biggest problems this country's had.
If they don't stand up now, if they don't get out of their weak ways, we get one shot at this, everybody, and we've got to be on the offense, and that's with our voice.
That's why the War Room Posse and War Room is so important.
Our voice out there. | ||
And it gets out there, Steve.
It really does. | ||
Tomorrow night, I'm going to be with our great, real president.
We have an event here in Minnesota he's coming to, and I'm going there for one big reason.
I'm going to put my voice out there.
What do I think of this Minnesota Islamic flag that they came up with as I'm sitting here with all these beautiful American flags?
And, you know, I'm going to go there and go, you know, table to table, politician to politician there and say, what, you know, what do you guys think?
You should be stopping this.
These things all add up.
All this garbage, these attacks.
And a lot of it's a lot of deflection, too.
Oh, look over here, and you try and stop this, and then you have over here.
That's why we need to all be united in our voice.
And every county in this country, every person in this country is important.
And what's going on now is actually uniting us as a people, all people, uniting us.
This will probably be more to unite us as a country, the biggest time in history for this.
But that's why our voice is so important.
Can you give us a deal with the American flag pillow there?
Can we get a deal out of you?
Because I know people want it more than ever.
Yeah, this has been with the War Room Posse, you guys, we've been so grateful with my employees here at MyPillow.

The USA, you all jumped on that.
The USA made Socks, $3.75, $25 specials across the board.
But call my operators. | ||
Steve, one of the big things that have been forgotten here, my operators at the IRS did not work from home, that we're cleared now.
They get to work from home and they work on commission.
You're helping yourself and helping them.
800-873-1062, everybody.
And thank you all so much.
Remember, on the Silicon Valley, in the Wall Street, all those folks in New York City, Washington, D.C.
You go to Washington, D.C., it's a ghost town.
They're all working from home.
The IRS were not on those people.
They weren't on big tech.
They weren't on the lords of easy money.
They weren't on these government workers.
They went right after the operators at MyPillow.
Why? | ||
They want to put MyPillow out of business because Mike Lindell's got the stones to stand up and say no.
Merrick Garland, you're a crook.
Ray, you're a crook. | ||
Lisa Monaco, you're worse than a crook, and we're not going to back down.
And that's why they're trying to go after his employees and shut down.
They didn't go to Silicon Valley.
They didn't go to the Lord's.
Two-thirds of the nation is still working at home.
All these big companies.
And D.C.' 's a ghost town.
They're not going after them.
They're going after you.
Mike Lindell, thank you so much, brother.
We'll see you this afternoon.
Yep. | ||
Thanks, Reverend Pastor.
Get your Free My Pillows!
Let's do it, folks. | ||
MyPillow.com, promo code WORM.
MyStore.com, promo code WORM.
And of course, 800-873-1062, support the operators.
Man, these rants have been so over the top, I'm kind of worn out.
I got one of my favorite people.
Catherine O'Neill joins us at Murray Weather Farms.
Now, here's the story. | ||
Catherine's one of the greatest fighters I've ever met.
16 campaign, in the State Department, then at the White House, then the 2020 campaign, I think you're the only person that went through and did all of it, right?
unidentified
|
I'm a survivor, Steve. | |
Hold it. | ||
Is this... First of all, she's one of the most stylish people I ever know.
When she got married, it was at a villa in Tuscany or something, right?
This is high-end style.
What's with the gingham?
This is Meriwether Farms.
This is the Wyoming look.
unidentified
|
This is the Wyoming Club.
You're branded. | ||
unidentified
|
You're branded. | |
I'm branded today, Steve.
So yes, yellow and brown are the colors of Wyoming.
Wow. | ||
And so we incorporate that into our logo, as you guys know, bright yellow.
And so I decided to... | ||
Talk about how to become an entrepreneur, because we've talked a lot.
She was actually thinking one time maybe run for Congress, and they said, hey, there's so much out there.
We've got time for that.
You're so young. | ||
You've got great entrepreneurial drive, because the whole Trump 16 and the first term was quite entrepreneurial, as we say.
It was. | ||
How's going to being an entrepreneur change your life?
unidentified
|
Yeah, well listen Steve, I think being out in the real world with real people instead of these bureaucrats in D.C.
has been a life changer for me.
And especially now that I have a kid.
How is State Department?
unidentified
|
Gosh, Steve. | |
You were working over... You're going to give me nightmares again.
Correct me if I'm wrong, you had that great group for the religious freedom?
unidentified
|
Yes, that's correct. | |
We had to have a special unit that went in, and you had Pam Pryor.
unidentified
|
Absolutely. | |
You had some great warriors that we put into the State Department for religious freedom.
Absolutely, First Amendment.
Because, remember, there's no religious freedom for Christians, right?
unidentified
|
Of course not, yeah. | |
And what did you find out when you went to the State Department?
unidentified
|
Well, first of all, they hate Christianity there.
And secondly, they hate the First Amendment.
I mean, you know, the United States, the purpose of the State Department is to promote our values overseas.
And they're doing just the opposite.
And so when I was there, we made sure to promote the most important value, which is free speech and the freedom of religion.
And we were attacked for it every day.
Internally? | ||
unidentified
|
Internally. | |
Every day. | ||
And they would leak on you. I'd see stuff in the press. I'd call Pam. I'd go, what's going on over there?
unidentified
|
Troublemakers. | |
It's another lead story in the Washington Post. I know it had to be working.
unidentified
|
Yes. No, it was tough. Every day. I mean, I had to swallow a bucket of nails every day before I
went to work to deal with those people. And the saddest part, Steve, the problem was it really
wasn't the bureaucrats that we were dealing with. It was the appointees.
The bad, as you know, the RINO appointees that were just there to sabotage the Trump
agenda from the get go. | ||
And I can count on my hands the number of people that were actually there to support.
I mean, we would have secret meetings in the White House every other Friday to collaborate
and make sure that we were all okay and that we all had our priorities in line.
And hopefully it was hermetically sealed.
Do you believe, I'm gonna hold you through this, by the way, folks, we'll break to New
York as soon as we get the trial members.
The second day of Michael Cohen's cross by President Trump's lawyer, I think.
This will actually, Michael Cohen will not finish till Monday, but obviously no court tomorrow.
President Trump's going to go to his son's graduation.
Then he's got an event he's going to go to up in Minnesota.
So we're going to get some people stepping out.
Jeff Clark, we got Andrew Giuliani, David Zira, whole team up there, maybe a couple of the congressmen.
I want to hold you through.
Do you believe that this effort of Russ Vought and CRA and Project 2025, things we didn't have the first time, do you think that that's going to make a big difference when we hit the deck plates?
unidentified
|
I do, Steve. | |
I mean, Russ was a fighter.
I didn't know him personally, but he was at the Office of Management Budget, and that was one of my responsibilities, was try to analyze the budget at the State Department and make sure that it was— Programmatically, make sure, yeah.
Correct. | ||
unidentified
|
Make sure that it was in line with the Trump agenda.
And we had—Russ was actually on the right side of things, and then we had, you know, the Congress that was always jacking up the budget.
We had the RINO appointees that were always jacking up the budget.
So I think with Russ and Project 25, there's a better chance of getting it right the first time and hit the ground running.
Absolutely. | ||
That's what I tell people.
Right now, folks, the most decisive year, forget the election.
It's not just the election.
Right now is, I believe, one of the two or three most important years.
Not calendar year, but next 12 months, because we've got the run up to 5 November,
where you know they're gonna try to steal it.
You see what Merrick Garland, this guy, is doing today.
Then you have from 5 November to Inauguration Day, and you heard Mark Elias earlier, right?
You're gonna be where, you know, protecting democracy.
When he says protect democracy, that means steal elections, okay?
You got little Jamie Raskin running around trying to figure out how to steal elections.
Then when President Trump gets inaugurated, that's when the real, and this young woman can tell you,
That's when the real fight starts.
unidentified
|
Yes. | |
Because that's when you're going against the administrative state.
The first hundred days, we can't let it be de-Trumpified.
unidentified
|
Absolutely. | |
Birchgold.com, promo code Bannon.
Go check it out today. | ||
End of the Dollar Empire.
Also talk to Philip Patrick.
He's going to be with us Saturday.
Too busy during the week dealing with folks like you.
Do it! | ||
Short break. | ||
unidentified
|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome back. | ||
We're going to go live in a moment.
I think people are stepping out.
We're going to go live up to New York and hear a couple of the congressmen, maybe Jeff Clark.
We're juggling today. | ||
Six o'clock, you cannot miss that show.
It's going to be a fire. | ||
I got Joe Allen. | ||
This King Charles painting, the official painting, we're going to break that down.
I think your head's going to explode.
We got a lot more. | ||
Also going to talk about this assassination in town.
Is it a replay of the Guns of August?
We'll walk you through all of that at six tonight.
Five o'clock show is also going to be on fire, but I'm lining up to six right now.
You're doing an amazing job.
Tell people why you went and did it, what Meriwether Farms is.
You're pure MAGA. | ||
And I know that hopefully later in the second term, after you get Meriwether Farms up and rolling, you'll come back and join us in some big position of the State Department because you're a killer.
Walk us through the company.
unidentified
|
Yeah, thanks Steve. | |
So I've explained this.
I try to explain it in depth, but sometimes it's a little bit, you know, too much.
But the simplest part is that we want to make sure that we're in control of the whole process.
Because a lot... For your beef.
Correct. | ||
Yeah, so a lot... Why is that important?
unidentified
|
Well, we saw what happened in 2020 and with Secretary Pete with all the supply chain issues.
And so I don't want to be at the mercy of those supply chain issues.
I want to be able to control and be able to offer you guys a product, a high quality product all the time at a great price.
And so we're seeing, especially with the cattle markets now, there's a decreased supply of cattle on the market.
And so that's why you see costs rising.
And so we are trying to increase that supply for you guys by expanding and helping the small independent ranchers.
And that way we can offer you the best price.
Otherwise, prices are going to continue to go up.
I mean, that's the basic supply and demand.
What do you do to control the supply chain?
What about the quality?
You guys have certain, you told me when we went out there, you have certain precepts that you're not prepared to because to deliver the best product, the healthiest product, you guys are locked in on this.
unidentified
|
Yeah, absolutely. | |
Well, our beef is free of hormones, mRNA vaccines, and antibiotics.
I mean, that is the gold standard.
We do not allow any beef Is that how most beef is all juiced up with all that?
Oh, absolutely. | ||
Most of it is totally juiced up.
And listen, you can't really blame these small ranchers because if you implant a beef with hormones, they grow faster and so it's less days to get to the certain weight that they need to sell.
So you can't really get mad at them.
You got to get mad at the USDA for allowing it.
And the FDA for regulating all this stuff.
They allow all this crazy stuff to be put into these products.
And the ranchers are just looking at their bottom line.
And they're trying to survive.
So you really can't get mad at them.
But we're just saying, OK, enough is enough.
Thanks to you guys, we have the ability to have a better product without all these added things, and we can still offer a really great competitive price.
Yeah. | ||
What people rave when, you know, I see with the endorsements you get, but when people tell me they either do the beef box or get the hamburger or whatever, they're raving about the quality.
They love cooking it, grilling it, but the way it tastes.
And I know some people that are very persnickety about their beef and they're raving about this.
That's why I know we got something good going on.
unidentified
|
Absolutely. | |
And I'm very, I want to be very OCD about the products that we offer.
I mean, I'm very selective.
Well, you're OCD about everything else.
unidentified
|
Right, exactly. | |
So I just, I want to make sure that every time that you guys order from us, you're getting the same high quality price or high quality product for the same price.
unidentified
|
And you know, there's a lot of inflation, Steve, as you know.
I mean, costs are going up everywhere.
Fuel, farming methods, I mean, everything is inflated.
But you know, we're trying our hardest to make sure that we can offer you the best price
despite all of that. | ||
Where do people go to find out more?
Find out more about you and find out more about the company.
And you guys are free men and women.
You make your choice. | ||
But once you immerse yourself in information on this, once you try it once, you'll be...
unidentified
|
Yeah, it's hard to go back.
It's hard to go back. | ||
unidentified
|
So go to MeriwetherFarms.com and we're having a special today on our Memorial Day box.
It's a sampler grilling pack.
There's some top sirloins in there, which are amazing.
I just had one a few days ago, actually.
And then you have some burger patties and our old-fashioned beef franks, which we just came out with a few weeks ago.
It's a great way to immerse yourself just in the product for a great price.
And use War Room for the discount code for 20% off the Memorial Day box.
I gave really good advice, sir.
This young woman, for five years actually, maybe six years, was a fighter on the campaign early in state, back in the White House.
You were there fighting to make sure it wasn't stolen.
When you left, you were going to go back for it.
I said, go west, young woman.
She went west. | ||
She got a cowboy. | ||
She started a company. | ||
She's now got a baby on the hip and a gingham dress.
Wyoming turned out pretty well, right?
unidentified
|
It's the last best place, Steve.
It's what America was is what Wyoming is, and I'm so blessed to be able to live there and have this amazing company there.
Great. | ||
So go check it one more time.
Where do people go? | ||
unidentified
|
Merryweatherfarms.com.
Use War Room to get 20% off the Memorial Day box.
Big weekend for the O'Neills.
Maybe we'll have an after-action report on that with my producer Cameron and all that.
Thank you so much, hon. | ||
unidentified
|
Really appreciate it. | |
Thanks, Steve. | ||
So good to be here. | ||
That's the great thing about the RIV studios in Palm Beach.
You never know who's going to show up.
We have somebody in the steps.
Let me just go ahead and toss her.
We're ready to go. | ||
Jeff Clark is at the sticks.
Or is Jeff Clark there? | ||
David Zier for Jeff Clark right now.
Hey, how you doing? | ||
Clark, what do you think about the cross of Michael Cohen?
unidentified
|
Well, I think Todd Blanche is doing a tremendous job.
And look, since my only window into some of this before was watching MSNBC and seeing Andrew Weissman say, you know, Todd Blanche doesn't have anything.
Boy, is he completely lying and misleading MSNBC viewers.
But that won't surprise the war of hockey that that's what's happening.
He's three rows in front of me in the overflow courtroom.
And look, you know, what Mike, uh, what, uh, Michael Cohen's being revealed as here is a, you know, just a serial liar.
I mean, you know, you know, all these problems from economics, Steve, about making widgets.
I mean, this guy's a lie widget factory.
I mean, he's always constantly churning them out.
And Todd Blanche is just Siri out of like punching through one after another, after another, all these lies.
He lied about seeking a pardon.
Then he tried to say, well, I wasn't seeking it.
My lawyer was seeking it.
Well, you know that your lawyer acts on behalf of you, right?
So that's a lie. | ||
But then it came out that actually his lawyer had to send a correction to Congress because he had lied about never seeking a pardon.
And they did that in writing, and the writing obviously would have been gone over by Michael Cohen.
So he was totally caught in like a double lie there.
He lied on his HELOC loan.
The irony of that is so thick you can cut it with a knife because, of course, President Trump stands accused.
of financial records crimes, right?
And then, you know, he lied to his wife about that as well.
He lied to Congress, he lied to a federal judge, you know, just up and down,
lie after lie after lie being revealed, you know, and I first came in to see Judge Mershawn, I think,
really trying to help out the prosecution here by saying that, you know, by granting, you know,
some objections where they were trying to question him about his text messages.
with the detective and that, you know, they were gleeful over the fact that Trump had been indicted
and it seemed clear from text messages that the judge wouldn't let the jury see that Michael Cohen
got advanced notice of the indictment even before it was unsealed.
So this thing is just dirty, you know, five ways to Sunday. Hold it. Are you telling me
in those text messages, are you saying the detective himself was gleeful that President Trump was
going to be indicted? Yes.
unidentified
|
I mean, it's clear from the tone of what Todd Blanche was reading.
So, you know, in terms of procedure, right, oftentimes the first thing that you do with the document or some kind of piece of evidence is you say, I'm marking it for identification only.
Right. | ||
And then it would be shown to Michael Cohen.
It would be shown to opposing counsel, the prosecutors.
And then there is a chance for objection.
Right. | ||
And then ultimately, if there are no objections or if the judge overrules any objections,
then it comes into evidence.
And the jury only sees it if it comes into evidence, right?
But in order to try to like refresh Cohen's recollection, there are statements being read from the text messages
and it's clear that Todd Blanch is reading them.
And the judge wouldn't let that come in so the jury didn't see it,
but the jury heard what Todd Blanch was reading from.
And that made pretty clear that the detective and Michael Cohen seemed to be in cahoots
and very happy, there was a text exchange at one point where apparently that detective said like, you got it.
As if they're both jointly trying to nail Trump to the wall.
Jeff, people know, not just from your hits on the show, but from other media you do and work you do on RCA,
you're on the short list of people that could be attorney general or White House counsel.
I want you to put that hat on for a second.
You've had the number three guy, Matthew Colangelo, of which, you know, Jordan sent another brutal letter over in lieu of coming for a subpoena about how this all happened with Colangelo.
You've had the number three guy at Justice Department.
As you sit there, As a very experienced lawyer, and you see that the entire case that they've built, and they still don't have him laid out a crime, but it's obviously predicated on Michael Cohen.
Is that just from a legal perspective?
Are you thinking, what in the hell are these people thinking of?
I mean, Cohen is probably the worst guy in the world you could put up there.
They've, Colangelo, the architecture from the Justice Department is all built around this guy.
unidentified
|
Yes. | |
So look, first un-calendula, and then I'll do substance.
So there's just no way you leave being the acting Associate Attorney General.
The number three spot is the Justice Department.
A spot, by the way, that Rudy Giuliani held in the Reagan administration, right?
So that's how high up we're talking about in the Justice Department.
And you don't leave that spot to become a line prosecutor working for Alvin Bragg in New York.
So it's clear he was kind of brought in as the hitman.
So that's the sort of procedural point to make and recognize.
And I think it shows clear evidence of collusion between the Biden administration and Alvin Bragg.
This is not some kind of independent federalism, you know, prosecution by New York purely for its state interests.
It's clear they're trying to knock Trump out.
Uh, you know, of the national politics came out of the presidency, uh, and, uh, and the elections.
So it's election interference.
But let me talk about the law.
Can I say something on the law real quick?
Yeah, yeah. | ||
Say something on the law.
I don't want to jump the gates when I hold you, but go ahead.
unidentified
|
Sure. | |
So the law thing is, look, there's a principle under due process called fair notice.
And if you don't get fair notice of the charges against you, so that you can defend against them, then that's unconstitutional, Steve.
We still do not know what the federal crime is that's the lever to turn this into a felony and the lever to pierce through the fact that the statute of limitations is black.
So it's unconstitutional from its inception.
Trump still doesn't have that information.
It's going to be too late to give it to him at closing argument.
This whole thing should be dismissed.
It should have been dismissed before the jury trial began.
Jeff, if you can hang on for a second, let's go to Matt Gaetz.
unidentified
|
Hang on. | |
I got to talk to you about the executive privilege thing down today.
unidentified
|
Let's go to Matt Gaetz. | |
Thank you for your leadership on this.
We're seeing today what lengths the Democrat Party will go to to try to rig or steal another election.
They tried to do it in 2020.
They're doing it again here in 24 by trying to keep the nominee off the ballot.
By trying to keep the nominee from campaigning, by trying to ruin the nominee financially, and we're seeing that today.
We saw the perjurer-in-chief, Michael Cohen, multiple times admit and acknowledge that he has lied under oath, he's perjured himself, and yet we're supposed to believe his testimony as the star witness against President Trump.
This is lawfare, again, to try to steal or to rig an election.
You got a corrupt prosecutor, you got a corrupt star witness, you got a corrupt judge, whose daughter is one of the leading fundraisers for the Democrat Party, having raised some $100 million.
That's the judge's daughter.
This is a crooked sham trial to try to hurt the nominee who's going to be the President of the United States.
Whether or not they like it, or whether or not they want that to happen, President Trump is going to be re-elected.
I'll turn it back to Matt Gaetz to manage this time.
I'd now like to hand it off to one of the past leaders of the House Freedom Caucus, my colleague on the House Judiciary Committee, Andy Bates.
Thank you. | ||
If you want to know how you can try to impact an election, you can bring a candidate, the candidate, for the Republicans and try to tie him up in court over and over again.
And if you really want to make it a sham, you bring a couple of people in who have no credibility, and you put them up as your star witnesses.
And we saw it today firsthand.
Mr. Cohen. | ||
Mr. Cohen admitted repeatedly that he lied.
He admitted repeatedly that he did so for his own personal interest.
That tells you everything you know about the lack of credibility of this case.
And then you add to that that you have a judge.
You have a judge whose daughter is making literally $100,000 at least Because she's going around using this trial to raise money for Democrats.
That is what's happening.
That is what is happening.
And so I think that it's pretty clear to us that this is a sham trial.
It's being done for political purposes.
And that just should not stand in the United States of America.
Now I'm going to give it back to my friend, Mr. Gates.
Now my colleague from the House Oversight Committee and from the state of Florida, Ms.
Luna. | ||
Thank you. | ||
I also want to point out that they are telling people that they can't have cameras in the courtroom, but if they had nothing to hide, and if they're truly being honest about this, why is it that you guys can't be in the courtroom and see exactly what we're seeing?
Just because we're members of Congress does not mean we have authority more than you guys to know exactly what's happening in that courtroom.
So just an update. | ||
The president is doing well.
He's in good spirits. | ||
We are here today because we know that this is nonsense.
It should not be happening in the United States of America.
Furthermore, to Cohen, who admitted to lying to members of Congress, that's contempt of Congress, just so that you are tracking.
And I want to follow it up by saying this.
It is by no coincidence that you have Goldman, a member of House Oversight, who's a Democrat, prepared Cohen for his testimony is also retainered by the
judge's daughter as a client.
Does that seem like it's not shame to you? It is corrupt lawfare. It's the Biden prosecutions
and Biden, you're going to lose this election cycle.
Joined by my other colleague from Florida, Mr. Walts.
I've served all over the world, in Africa, the Middle East, and in South America.
And this is the type of country, those are the types of countries where they weaponize.
The judicial system against their political opponents.
Maduro weaponized the judicial system in Venezuela against Guaido.
Every prime minister of Pakistan knows if they lose to the other side, they're going to get put in jail.
Is this what we want America to become?
This is what we're becoming.
And then from the great state of Florida, let's talk about the judges.
The judges in Florida, in an effort to stay apolitical, won't even attend an event.
They won't even take a photo with a member of Congress.
So that the public believes they are objective.
But yet we have a judge that's contributing.
We have a judge whose daughter is making money.
We have a judge whose family is enriching themselves on what's happening today.
Any judge worth their salt would have recused themselves because they care about the people's perception of justice.
This isn't justice. | ||
This is politics. | ||
It's political warfare, and we see it happening in third world countries all over the world.
I never thought I'd see it happening in the United States of America.
Now, my colleague from the state of South Carolina, Ralph Norman.
You know, pure and simple, this is, as the sign says, political persecution.
No man should have to go through what President Trump is sitting through.
A judge is his own daughter who's making millions.
Should not happen in America.
The fact that this trial, look at the timing of it.
Before the presidential primary, before the conventions, having Donald Trump sit here, their whole purpose is to keep him off the campaign trail so that he can't do what he does best.
You know what their intent is?
This is their intent to put him behind bars, and the American people are going to say no.
They're not going to put an innocent man behind bars.
I don't care what kind of political theater they want to keep going.
This is a kangaroo court, pure and simple.
My colleague Lauren Bogert from Colorado.
The radical left wants President Trump to simply go away.
And if President Trump just went away, this would all go away as well.
They do not want him to be in this race.
They know that he is the number one candidate for President of the United States for the 2024 election, and they are doing everything that they can to interfere in yet another election.
Well, I got news for the radical left and the weaponized DOJ.
President Trump is not going anywhere.
He's coming back for another four years, and we are not going anywhere either.
We are here to stand with him as he stands up for you, the American people.
He has laid everything on the line to defend our great nation, and I am so grateful for him.
Sitting in that court today, seeing the lack of credibility from Michael Cohen, who has lied in front of all branches, Of Congress, of government.
This is an issue. | ||
Someone who is an admitted liar, who has committed tax fraud.
Someone who has a podcast, who screams explicitly against President Trump, saying that it would be better for him, that he can't wait for President Trump to be locked up behind bars.
Someone who wears a shirt with President Trump behind bars.
He said today in court even that it would personally affect him, the outcome of this case.
The outcome of this case personally affects Cohen.
Everything that he has done personally affects him, and he wants President Trump to suffer.
That is why he has done what he has done.
That's why he has told the lies that he has.
And we are here today to counter those as we stand for our friend, President Donald J. Trump.
And I appreciate the millions of Americans who stand in defense of him while we have corrupt judges who he's not even allowed to speak of.
Because of their corruptness.
A corrupt judge whose daughter is making some $100 million, raising $100 million for campaigns against President Trump.
This is a scam. | ||
It is a sham. | ||
It is a show. | ||
And we are here to expose every bit of it.
Mr. President, we stand with you.
My colleague from the great state of Tennessee, Andy Ogles.
You know, if I started a story with a convicted felon and a hooker walking to a bar, you would immediately know that it's a joke.
That's what we have here.
A joke of a trial. | ||
We have a convicted felon.
Who has a vengeance against the president.
We have a woman who has paid for sex with a vengeance against the president.
This is not a prosecution.
This is a persecution. | ||
We have a two-tier justice system in this country.
And if a former president can be targeted by a woke and corrupt judge, then you can be targeted as well.
Mr. President, we've got your back.
Also, from the state of Tennessee, my colleague Congresswoman Harsh Barger.
Thank you, Matt. | ||
You know, we're in New York City and we're watching the persecution of a patriot.
You know, we're watching in real time the Biden administration's Department of Justice interfere in a case that should never have been brought in the first place.
We have a judge who has a conflict of interest.
We have a witness in Michael Cohen who admittedly from the stand admitted to lying under oath.
Freedom Caucus, a lot of the House Freedom Caucus folks A lot of the House Freedom Caucus folks up there as a show of force to support President Trump.
We're going to have a lot more of this at five and at six.
Well, I got Jeff Clark. | ||
Jeff Clark today as they were marking up in the Judiciary Committee.
And then tonight when those folks get back in oversight, criminal contempt against Merrick Garland in the White House.
They exerted executive privilege at the last second.
We got about 90 seconds.
Give us your thoughts. | ||
unidentified
|
Sure. | |
Well, it's a clear example of the two-tier system of justice, which you just heard them talking about, the congresspeople.
And, you know, it's executive privilege for me, but not for thee, because Biden purported to waive President Trump's executive privilege.
I know that well, as I have two letters from lawyers for the president invoking that privilege.
Biden says that doesn't exist.
And look, it's also a You know, a piercing of the issue, and it reveals, like, what's behind the curtain.
This is a situation where the president is saying that the Justice Department works for him because he's invoking the privilege against the... He's invoking the privilege against the Justice... Sorry.
Jeff, real quickly, how do people get to you?
And if the Justice Department is that special counsel is independent from him, then he can't
do that. | ||
But this reveals the fact that they're now admitting that the special counsel is not
independent. | ||
Steve, it's just, you know, they reveal themselves at every turn.
Jeff, real quickly, how do people get to you?
How do people support you?
unidentified
|
Sure. | |
