Facts here are very important.
Facts are always important in a trial, or at least they're supposed to be.
The president's actions in this matter were previously reviewed and no charges were filed.
Why is that?
Because there's no crime here.
Now, eight years later, suddenly they've resurrected this thing.
They brought it back.
And why is that?
Well, just apply common sense.
Everyone can see.
It's painfully obvious that we're now six months out from an election day.
And that's the reason.
That is the reason why they brought these charges here and across the country.
What we've got here is a partisan Democrat district attorney.
We have a Biden donor judge, and we have an assistant DA who was recently a top official at the Department of Justice, Biden's DOJ, and recently received over $10,000 in payments from the Democratic National Committee.
The star witness here is Michael Cohen.
I just listened to a few moments of his testimony this morning and it is consistent with what he's already done.
This is a man who is clearly on a mission for personal revenge and who is widely known as a witness who has trouble with the truth.
He is someone who has a history of perjury and is well known for it.
No one should believe a word he says today.
He lied to Congress.
He lied to the IRS.
He lied to federal election officials.
Even Cohen's own lawyer testified to a grand jury that he is not reliable.
So there's nothing that he presents here that should be given any weight at all by a jury and certainly not this judge.
They have placed a ridiculous and unprecedented gag order on President Trump.
They were overriding his constitutional right to defend himself from political smears from his harshest critics at the most important time.
He is soon to be officially the nominee of one of the major parties in our country, running for president.
And they have him tied up here in this ridiculous prosecution that is not about justice.
It's all about politics, and everybody can see that.
President Trump is leading in swing state polling.
The American people see right through these politically motivated attacks.
I've been in 102 cities in over half the states in the last few months.
And I can tell you that no matter where we are around the country, I've been doing large events.
People from all walks of life come to these events.
And they are concerned about this.
They are disgusted about this.
They are fed up.
They've had enough.
Because they see what's happening.
It's impossible for anybody to deny that looks at this objectively.
That the judicial system in our country has been weaponized against President Trump.
The system is using all the tools at its disposal right now to punish one president and provide cover for another.
And meanwhile, among the atrocities here, the judge's own daughter is making millions of dollars doing online fundraising for Democrats.
They're using this trial as a hook.
It's so corrupt.
It's so corrupt, and everybody knows it.
This is a year-long partisan witch hunt.
Years long.
And it's been going on for quite some time.
We're seeing the same thing in the Classified Documents case.
That one is so egregious, the trial's been indefinitely postponed.
I'm working with Chairman Jordan of the House Judiciary Committee, Chairman Comer of our Oversight Committee, on measures to rein in the abuses of Special Counsel Jack Smith.
The latest revelation is that they've manipulated documents.
They might have tampered with the evidence in the case, it seems, and that doesn't surprise any of us.
In Congress, we have oversight responsibility, and it is our objective and our responsibility to hold them accountable.
These are politically motivated trials and they are a disgrace.
It is election interference and they show how desperate the opposition that President Trump has and how desperate they truly are.
The American people are not going to let this stand.
Election Day cannot get here soon enough and we will continue to shine a light on all of this in Congress because we have that constitutional responsibility.
Again, I came here again today on my own to support President Trump because I am one of hundreds of millions of people and one citizen who is deeply concerned about this.
So I'm glad that I'm here.

$70 million in back of Senate races.
All the big Senate races except for, wait for it, wait for it, Carrie Lake.
This is a complete, this is, this scam is, this con is so obvious.
And you have the audacity.
I hope, I hope that our beloved president, President Trump, finally getting a belly full of this.
Because this is lawfare.

We got other issues with the House and what they're trying to do, clearing the decks.
But Russ, I gotta ask you right here, brother.
You've been at this game a long time.
Is this outrageous he goes up today and just gives more happy talk in front of this instead of being in Washington D.C.

I mean, this is exactly what we are so frustrated with as a movement, is that our leaders that have actual power don't use that power on behalf of their own voters, their own movement.
And so we just ended several leverage points of funding in which it would have been totally appropriate to defund all of this lawfare going on.
There were amendments to do it, people like Mike Davis wrote the language for these individuals, and they just refused to consider it.
They have no desire to ever use the tools, the powers, the levers that they have at their disposal to actually accomplish their purposes.
They, in fact, just come up with shiny objects and hamster wheels for themselves to walk on while the real battle plays out and the Democrats are never opposed.
And they're setting another one of these things up over the next several months, and it's vital that we get ahead of it.

Okay, here's what I want to do.
Knowing they're not going to have Trump's back, they're just going to sit up there and just be more happy talk, unless this audience lights these people up on a daily basis.
Because bayonet to the back does work.
We've seen that.
That's how we've gotten moving so far.
But, remember, I say break down the next year, the most important year in American history, forget just election, break it down into three pieces.
Now to 5 November.
Five November, late in the evening until the 20th of January at noon, inauguration, and then the first hundred or so days of the Trump second term.
Right now, election interference, lawfare, trying to steal it.
You got Garland and those guys yesterday throwing it, getting in your face, right?
Then you've got from the 5th to the 20th, Mark Elias, Jamie Raskin, everything they're gonna try to do either to unwind Trump's victory or to delegitimize him in front of the world, in front of the nation.
And then starting on the 20th, they're doing this now.
De-Trumpify De-Trumpify, handcuff President Trump across the board so there won't be any first hundred days, right?
They'll only do what the Uniparty wants.
Rust vote.
Tell me about that.
People have to become aware there's an active process now to steal President Trump's second term and it's coming from a combination of the Uniparty, a combination of establishment Republicans and radical Democrats, sir.

Steve, you laid it out really nicely.
Here's what people understand.
The funding for the government that President Trump would take control over is provided this year.
And so if you put terms on that funding, if you restrict it, we can't get Mike Johnson to restrict funding not to go to these lawfare initiatives, but if you allow the Uniparty to restrict his ability to accomplish his agenda this year, You have made it so that for the first year that he is in office, he does not have the ability or the freedom of action to be able to serve the American people based on what the election and the agenda that he wins on.
And so, right now, you're seeing the development of a meme.
It's called Clear the Decks.
And what clear the decks is, I see it in every conversation I'm having here in Washington,
D.C., is, oh, we have to remove all of the leverage points of funding, get them done
now with Democrats, by the way, because, of course, the House Democrats are, in fact,
in control of the House of Representatives.
Get those done now, between now and the end of the year, so that President Trump doesn't
have to deal with these issues.
But what they're doing with that is that they are both removing his leverage points, but
worse.
They're kicking the funding past the election to have a big, omnibus bill in which they
will include all manner of poison pill amendments, poison pill riders that turn off his ability
to govern the career civil servants, the bureaucrats, to have the ability to take an America first
perspective when you have discretionary, consistent with the law.
All of those things will be tucked in and they will do it now and they'll say, hey look, we're just trying to get our business done.
If you hear clear the decks, you have to be able to interpret it and realize that it is
an attempt against President Trump.

Clear the decks is to say, oh, we want to clear the decks so President Trump can have
open field running.
That is a bald faced lie.
It's the exact opposite.
This is what the cartel is doing.
Let's just go through the critical path.
Remember, September 30th, they're supposed to have all the single subject bills and all
that.
And Mike Johnson came back to the donors when he left Florida.
He came back to the donors and told them Sunday a week ago, hey, I'm going to reverse all
the changes that they forced on McCarthy.
I'm going to reverse so that the uniparty, including getting rid of the conservatives on the Rules Committee, so that the cartel once again can be in control through the instrumentality of Polly Pockets Johnson.
If you look at this timeline, you've got the 30th September is when we're supposed to get everything done.
For the fiscal year, that President Trump will step in essentially at the end of the first quarter.
What they intend to do, Russ Vought, and correct me if I'm wrong here, is when they say clear the decks, they're trying to sell MAGA and try to sell Trump that, hey, we're going to get everything taken care of so that you can have Openfield running.
What they're doing is going to handcuff him from taking on the administrative state and making real cuts and forming an economy based on the principles of President Trump, America First, and MAGA.

No question, and this is one of the things that they pioneered under, you know, Paul Ryan and the leadership that was there, is that they would get these things going at the White House, these massive bills, and the President's dealing with a whole mess of things.
He's got the coup happening at the Department of Justice, he's got foreign affairs that he's dealing with, and they would get these things rushing with a full head of steam.
They're trying to kind of innovate on that by doing it ahead of the time that he's in
office and to do it right after the election.
No one is, they're not saying that they're going to be able to get all these bills done
before September 30th.
This is not a, this is not regular order.
What they want is they want to do it in the lame duck.
They want to do it when all of their new members are here looking for their offices and hiring
staff.
No one's paying attention to anything.
They've kicked the members off the House Rules Committee.
They've accomplished revenge over what occurred with regard to Kevin McCarthy.
And then they will move a leverage-eliminating omnibus bill with bad riders tucked into it.
And I'm telling you, we exposed them yesterday.
Our phones were blowing up with regard to the statement that we put out because we know, and they have basically gone to every one of the meetings that occur around this town and are articulating why this is on behalf of President Trump.
It's not on behalf of President Trump.
It will ruin his ability to do what he campaigned for in crushing the deep state.

He said what they're trying to do is hamstrung Trump and his agenda when he gets into office.
Another word for that that we mentioned last week on the economics is they're trying to Trump-proof the economy by jacking up the spending so high.
And so, as we heard earlier by Scott Besant, The spending is a choice, right?
And so now we are doubly hamstrung because no matter what we do, we're going to get inflation, right?
Even if they try to slow things down, the long run impact of that is if you slow things down to try to help inflation in the short run, You're going to slow down GDP growth, and you're not going to be able to make interest payments on the debt, which is $35 trillion.
And so then what do you have to do?
You have to print more money and have inflation in the longer run.
They've ruined our economy, in effect.
If we speed things up right now, they get inflation.
If they try to slow things down because inflation is the number one political issue that hits everyone square in the pocketbook.
That and the border invasion.
So no matter what we do right now, whoever's president next time, and I think it looks like it's going to be President Trump, but they're going to have a hard, high mountain to climb.

Three minutes into it, I mean, these people are like savages.
They're just screaming and yelling.
And I said, whoa, this is pure MAGA.
But there was a group in the chairs about halfway back.
They're standing on the chairs.
I go, who are these people?
These people are wild.
Then afterwards, it was, of course, the Worm Posse and the Precinct Strategy.
It was you and the crew.
And I guess that you had such overwhelming odds when you first showed up.
And now you kind of run the deal.
Walk me through the journey.
This is very important for this audience, for people particularly that haven't gotten
engaged yet, or even people that have and have been thwarted by the establishment.

Yeah, so thank you, Steve.
So I heard the call, like a lot of people, the Dan Schultz on the war room, the precinct strategy.
I had no idea there was 300,000 to 400,000 open seats.
And I said, oh my gosh, I think by design, we were never informed of this.
So I said, oh, I can get involved.
And one of my girlfriends at a dinner said, hey, the REC, and it kept coming up.
And I said, this is God.
This is just, I felt it.
And I said, OK, I'm going to join and got in there and we all got sworn in.
And all these people that I was with, none of us had ever been in politics.
We all got galvanized by the war room and came in altogether.
We were all excited.
And the first thing I got involved with was election integrity.
And I realized that nothing was happening.
And I was like, wait, we got to look at Palm Beach County.
I mean, we need an audit.
I mean, there's a lot of stats coming out.
We got to look at this stuff.
But what was it wasn't being looked at.
And so I started my own group, an election integrity coalition.

We started inside of the inside of the RAC because people just wouldn't they just didn't

want to get that wasn't the yeah, that wasn't the interest.
I introduced five resolutions in the REC, one of which was not able to be heard, which is about calling for an audit, because right then it was like, oh no, the gold standard.
It's still the gold standard in Florida.
We had a fabulous election and all the stats were saying otherwise.
It was like, no.
So we started a coalition across the state as well, which turned in now the People's Audit, which is doing amazing work.
Our election integrity group is fabulous.
We've cleaned up a ton of the voter rolls.
We're shoring up our elections, which is fantastic.

What's the voter rolls of the key?
That's the predicate they do all the other cheating.
Whether it's a machine or whether it's mail-in ballots.

The voter rolls, the corrupt voter rolls, what they depend on.

And you know, there's a lot of cheating through the MPAs and that's why we want people to register Republican.
If you lean conservative, you love Trump, you know, go change your party to Republican.
You can vote in the primaries and check your voter registration status.
Make sure it's right.
Make sure you're registered and get out there and vote.
Whether it's early, you vote by mail, you vote day of, you gotta vote.
But, you know, so the journey has been interesting.

I mean, this is— Why did they—since you guys showed up in such mass and enthusiasm and you were new to politics, you would think, hey, I got some recruits, the cavalry finally has gotten to Fort Apache.
Why did they not embrace you?

I, you know, I think that it's, you know, it's a small power seat that wanted to keep the power seat and not happy with change, don't want change.
And I don't know.
I don't know if there's, you know, there's other objectives going on, but I know that we came in with about a 30% win rate in the county, which is absolutely dismal, you know, with our local elections.
And we just pumped out almost 60% wins in our municipals because we changed our ground game.

So you flipped from 30% wins countywide to the municipals of 60%.

How did that happen?
Exactly.
So we got it.
We have a brand new election operations team.
We have a MAGA America First leadership MAGA base.
And we said, OK, we've got to change our game.
And we talked to a county that was a red county.
They flipped red and they said, you've got to touch the voters seven to nine times.

We took that to heart.
That, I mean, touch them.

You've got to text them.
You've got to call them.
You've got to mail them.
You've got to email them.
Seven to nine times to convert, to win.
We took that to heart.
We did it.
And we pumped out not only 58 percent wins for the county, which is almost double the
percentage it was a couple years ago, but we flipped three seats red.
One of them was a massive Democratic stronghold for years in Delray Beach.
We have a Republican mayor now.
I mean, big wins.
So we shored up some gaps.
We're running this playbook to August and beyond.
But we got six months.
We got money in the bank.
Now we blew out our biggest fundraiser of the year, Lincoln Day, which again, Steve, thanks to you and this big movement we started because of the War Room.
The base at the event was MAGA.
It was America First.
It was electric.
I mean, President Trump, I think, was just taken aback.
Over a million dollars?
Get this.
So a million dollars.
Two or three days later, we see a stat.
The Democrats had raised $1.3 million in the entire state of Florida.
We raised over $1 million, one event, one day, one county.
That's huge.
Candidates need money.
They also need you.
You know, they need us.
Whether you can, you know, you have an hour a week, you have two hours a week, you have two hours a month.

But can you also do it at your home?
You can do it on a computer.
You can do it at home.
If you can't get around that easily, there's something.
Everybody can be you.

Hey, call that candidate and say, hey, I'd love to help.
They're going to love to get your phone call.
We take it very seriously.
We are in President.
President Trump is in our backyard.
We should be the pinnacle.
We are our power seat.
We take that very seriously.
We got to win.
We got we got to win for not only President Trump, but like you say all the time, he can't
do it alone.
And he says it, too.
We got to get these local Republicans elected.
We I mean, that's where it starts.

How did you guys actually take over the whole thing?
Did that come down to a vote where it became the Precinct Strategy MAGA group versus the establishment?

It did.
I mean, we actually, again, I don't believe there's any accidents.
This is providential.
I mean, if you would have said to me four years ago, this is where you're going to be, I would have been like, pfft.
I can't stand politics.
There's no way.
We would all say that.
Half of us are ex-business people.
So what happened was we had the election and then we had a chairman that got tapped by DeSantis to be in the county commissioner's seat and realized that was just too much to do both.
So his seat became vacant and I actually ran with our current chairman.
As a ticket.
And as a ticket, and he earned the vice chair seat at first, and then when our other chairman stepped down, we had another election, and he literally was a landslide for our current chairman.
MAGA, America First, you know, populists, nationalists, that's what people want.
That's, you know, getting back to grassroots, getting back to, you know, what is important, it's local.
We got to get these local, every, like what someone said the other day, get your dog cat, go run for dog catcher, like go, you know, these seats have been taken.

These billets are very important.
This is where the country's really governed at this level.

School board's important.
I mean, the Port Authority, whatever it is, I mean, we got whatever calls to you, your HOA, that's hugely important.
I mean, that's something that seems small.

Take a step because, you know, we don't do this alone.
You know, you're one drop of water that builds an ocean, right?

Talk to me about that, about the camaraderie.
One thing I go around the nation, when people come up, they say, hey, look, I had, you know, my college friends, my high school friends, you know, that I was, you know, I didn't have as many friends I had.
I got in this movement.
Next thing you know, I know people all over the country.

I'm going to meetings.

I mean, some of my best friends now, I didn't know three years ago.
Some of them I didn't know eight months ago.
But there's something bonding, man, and it's giving me the chills right now about going through war together and, you know, and fighting together and having victory together.

And you meet people that are your brethren, like, oh, wow, these people love our country.

You don't move the needle by talk.
The war room's amazing.
Watching Trump rallies is great, but doesn't move the needle.
You got to get out there and you got to take action.

What would you recommend to people to get involved here, the future here in Palm Beach County?
Because this is, you know, President Trump's going to have the winter White House here again in a few months.

I mean, whether you call your local Palm Beach County REC, whether, you know, gosh, this open seat that, you know, oh, the, you know, the tax collector position is open.
Maybe I should throw my hat in.
Yeah, go look at the filing deadline.
Find your local REC.
They've got an election operations team.
They can help you.
But do something.
Pick up the phone.
Call a candidate.
Whatever it is, I promise you, you know, and they will be thrilled to hear from you.
And if you don't get a call back, then you call again.
But I can't.
I'm just so grateful to the War Room.

You don't need to write checks. What you need to do is commit. You commit as a person.

there's millions of people in this country. I mean if everybody gave even an hour a week, my gosh,
you just talk about moving the needle. I mean we doubled the wins. I mean we want to double it

I drove four hours up this morning, listened to 1 Corinthians and 2 Corinthians, as President Trump would say, and it happened on a verse that came to mind while Kelly was talking, and you got Glenn Story, another patriotic Christian, coming up, and I saw Dave Zier.
Here's the verse, 1 Corinthians 1228, King James Version for you, Steve.
And God has said, some in the church, God gives everyone a unique talent, everyone a gift, right?
There's many parts to the body, it's on the precinct, you may not know your gift yet, and if you think some people in the church are a little crazy, maybe we are, but you have special gifts.
God said some in the church, first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healing, helps.
Governments, comma, diversities in tongues.
Never saw that today until I was coming up to the war room.

You'll go through shared experiences.
You'll be in the foxhole.
It'll last you a lifetime.

Well, you know what, I just, you know, I'll go back to that.
