The star-studded fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall last night.
The Biden campaign says it raised more than $26 million at the event.
About 5,000 people attended.
It was hosted by actor and comedian Mitty Kaling, special guests Queen Latifah, Lizzo, Ben Platt all performed.
The highlight of the fundraiser, though, a conversation between President Biden and former presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.
Discussion was moderated by late night host Stephen Colbert.
The presidents talk about a wide range of issues including the war in Gaza and the need to protect our democracy.
They also took some jabs at former president and presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump.

Donald Trump, as far as we can tell, has just been trying to win a third championship at his own golf course.
My question to you, sir, can voters trust a presidential candidate who has not won a single Trump International Golf Club trophy?
At long last, sir, have you no chip shot?
Well, look... | ||
I'd be happy to play. | ||
I told him this before when he came into the Oval, when he was being, before he got sworn in.

|
I said, I'll give you three strokes if you carry your own bag.
It was electric in that room.
There were more than 5,000 people in Radio City Music Hall, so a lot of bodies, a lot of energy, a lot of excitement, especially to see, I think, the former presidents and, of course, President Biden.
They came onto stage by being sort of lifted up.
With one of those platforms that comes up.
So it was a very rock star moment and it was a rock star night for the Democrats and for President Biden.
They had a long discussion with Colbert as you mentioned about everything from peace in the Middle East to the economy.
And the former president's really laid out a case for Biden.
We've been hearing Biden lay out his own case, but last night what he did was he sort of sat aside and let his predecessors talk about what it's like to be president and why he should get a second term.
Are people watching at home?
Excuse me, Mr. President.
people who are watching on TV may not be able to protest this year.
But that very exclusive club lacks one notable living former president because
no matter what, you are not welcome in the President's Club if you've tried to overthrow the government.
So naturally, Donald Trump lives in a sort of exile from this exclusive group.
Tonight's epic fundraiser reunites the dynamic duo of Barack and Joe, a big effing deal to use a-Bidenism, for a powerful celebration of democracy.

Thanking President Clinton, President Obama, and President Biden.
Ladies and gentlemen, the Presidents of the United States!

Back off. | ||
You're escalating. | ||
We're on the sidewalk! | ||
We're on the f***ing sidewalk!

will well guys former president donald trump also in new york yesterday to attend the wake of an n y p d officer killed the other day in the line of duty Trump met with the family of Officer Jonathan Diller yesterday during the memorial service on Long Island where hundreds of law enforcement officers were on hand to pay their respects.
Officer Diller was shot and killed on Monday while approaching an illegally parked car in Queens.
Police say the suspect in the shooting has nearly two dozen previous arrests.
After meeting with Officer Diller's family who invited Trump to the service, Trump spoke to reporters outside describing the officer's death as a horrible thing and calling for a return to law and order.
They're not given the respect.
The police are the greatest people we have.
There's nothing and there's nobody like them and this should never happen.
I just visited. | ||
With a very beautiful wife that now doesn't have her husband.
Stephanie was just incredible.
Their child, brand new, beautiful baby.
Sitting there, innocent as can be.
Doesn't know how his life has been changed.
But the Diller family will, you'll never be the same.
You can never be the same.
And we have to stop it. | ||
We have to stop it. | ||
We have to get back to law and order.
We have to do A lot of things differently because this is not working.
This is happening too often.
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||
Because we're going medieval on these people.
President Trump got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
It's Good Friday, the 29th of March, Year of the Lord 2024, the most solemn day on the Christian calendar.
We have A Tale of Two Cities right there.
This is what you just campaign on the rest of the year because you couldn't get a better reality check, right?
What epitomize both these parties, both the philosophies on Holy Thursday, Another one of the most solemn days in the Christian calendar, you know, the great evangelical Bill Clinton, the devout Catholic Joe Biden, Stephen Colbert who's so religious as the emcee, and of course Barack Obama and his deeply held Christian faith.
It came together for just an incredibly offensive Celebration look like the first rung of hell in Dante's Inferno and of course the Democratic Party base not exactly Enthusiastic with it as they tormented people both going in and going out.
I'm going to get I've got Jack basobic and Dave Brett.
We're getting a whole good Friday in a second.
But I want to start with Posobiec.
You had a traitor in Obama, a rapist in Clinton, and a criminal in Biden representing.
Of course, that's the exclusive club that Julian Reed says that President Trump's not welcome to.
Well, let me tell you the exclusive club he is welcome to.
And Willie Geist, it's not the family.
Make sure it's not that he didn't go visit the family.
He went and visited the widow, the young widow and the baby.
The little baby of the officer who was gunned down in cold blood.
And guess who was not invited out there?
The traitor Obama, the rapist Clinton, and the criminal Biden.
Jack Posobiec, your thoughts?
Steve, when we look at this going into Holy Week, we have to remember that Holy Week begins, so there's Palm Sunday, then Holy Thursday, which was yesterday, Maundy Thursday, Mandatory Thursday, Good Friday, which of course is today, the day that Christ was crucified, died for our sins, then Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday, the Resurrection.
You cannot Overlook the resurrection.
You cannot remove the resurrection from Christianity, by the way.
That's a huge issue. | ||
But a lot of people also overlook Holy Saturday.
In the Apostles' Creed, Holy Saturday is referred to as the descent into hell.
It's also known as the harrowing of hell.
Well, I would have to say that New York City, they don't have to wait for Holy Saturday for the descent into hell.
They're waiting for someone to come into the hell where they have already descended and bring them out of it.
Because the descent into hell was exactly what we saw up there on that stage Last night with Lizzo performing, with Biden, Obama, this was a ceremony to themselves.
And let's be very clear, Steve, that this adulation and the response, particularly the response you see from the media, from I've seen reporters on Twitter, from Bloomberg and others, just they are orgasmic.
They are ecstatic. | ||
This is their religion.
This is their theology.
And you cannot separate the two.
America and, you know, I know I sent the picture over up on Twitter and around, America and New York City, 1956, had the Holy Cross.
Three crosses of Calvary depicted on the New York skyline in 1956.
America has always been a Christian majority nation.
That's period, full stop.
But there's a problem because they didn't want America to be passively, excuse me, they didn't want America to be actively Christian anymore.
They said, now you have to go be passively Christian.
So in the 1960s, they removed God from the public square, and what did they replace it with?
They replaced it with the new gods.
The new gods of the Democrat Party, the new gods of greed, the new gods of avarice, the new gods of big government, the new gods of neoliberalism, and all of the global order that we now call globalism today.
Make no mistake, Steve, we are not a secular country.
We are now currently a country that is praying to new gods.
And that's what you saw up on that stage last night in New York.
Dave Brett, thoughts, observations?
Yeah, Steve, I'm glad Jack covered the Holy Days, and I'll cover Good Friday and kind of offer the receipts.
You don't get the Judeo-Christian tradition without the Judeo part and without the Christian part.
Like Jack just said, we used to proudly display on the buildings, etc., and we've become passive, and I think part of the problem is the preachers in the churches are no longer delivering the truth of the Gospel.
And so we're all familiar with the basic story, right?
Jesus carries his own cross, he's scourged, he's beaten, he's bleeding, he wears the thorn of crowns, he goes to the cross, he's nailed to the cross, he dies, he's asphyxiated.
But the question there is, who is that Jesus?
For the modern left, and this is not political, this is reality, and the views are just my own, but they're orthodox Christian, who is that man Jesus on the cross?
Is he just a man? | ||
Just a nice guy that did a lot of good deeds and he died?
And, you know, that's meaningful in itself?
Well, that story right there is not powerful enough to generate, 300 years after his death, the Christian Holy Roman Empire, right?
And then the ascendancy of the Judeo-Christian West.
The receipts have got to be a more powerful story.
And so, who was that Jesus?
That Jesus is God himself.
That is very God, a very God on the cross.
And the torturous part to have to think through on Good Friday is that God the Father took out His full wrath.
God the Father took out His wrath for all the sins of all humanity on that one man.
Well, how does that work, Dave?
How does all the sins of humanity get taken out by one man because that one man was infinitely good and infinitely God?
And if you understand that story, and it seems the humble and the poor in spirit and the simple people get that story, and the power mongers of the world do not get that story, but if you get that story, And billions have.
Your life is transformed and you transform history.
And so it's a call today for Christians to read the Bible and get the true story.
If you haven't gotten that story, we need to figure that out because that will change your heart and we will change the world and build the kingdom of God together.
Back in a moment. | ||

|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bound.
Welcome back. | ||
I want to, I want to, because yesterday is quite important in election day.
The reason, as Jack Posobiec said, they're all skipping around is the $26 million, right?
The $26 million. | ||
And they're coming together and they're united.
And, uh, you know, it's all hands on deck and it's an emergency and you got to stop Trump.
You have to stop MAGA. | ||
So we see what it is. | ||
This is why yesterday is so important.
It is the police officers wake.
And those hard-working folks out there from the southern side of Long Island, out there outside of New York City, and in midtown Manhattan, the demonic elites.
And that's where they are, the purely demonic.
Purely demonic. | ||
You know, Joe Biden's up there laughing about he's dark Brandon, you know, go back to that stuff he did in Pennsylvania when he he forever fouled Independence Hall with that horrific speech.
I think the worst speech an American supposedly president.
He's a usurper. | ||
We know that and they hate when we say that but hey, it's the fact.
You know how we know it's one of the facts?
Simon & Schuster, just after giving a guy at Vansaham right the book, Simon & Schuster is one of the biggest publishing houses out there.
A monster publishing house.
Canceled a and this is Daniel Lipman over at Politico reporting this the other day and Politico's morning news report that he's I think the editor of her still involved that he reported that Simon Schuster canceled a book They'd already given advance had been written Because the Biden books the 81 million people that voted for buying the buying books are not selling when I say not selling They had a title came out sound like a thousand copies.
They had another their big title sold 12,000.
These are nothing This is stuff Navarro, Jack Posobiec sells that in one hit on War Room.
More than that on one hit on War Room.
Because they know the 81 million votes are not there, and they know we're going to expose them.
And yes, last night, we don't have time to play it today, but Ari Melvin, these people are freaking out.
And Liz Cheney, we had Mike Davis on here.
Hey, understand something.
There's going to be massive, massive congressional and criminal investigation for you people.
Yeah. | ||
So if you didn't do anything, don't be worried.
What are you all running around for and saying, oh, these people are horrible?
No, it's called the rule of law.
And you're going to get a big dose of it, a big dose of it on J6, on the stealing of the 2020 election, and much, much, much more, including Ukraine.
I want to go, if we can put up that Daily Mail headline, Daily Mail, Democratic Disaster.
Because they're flaunting the money.
Hey, note to self, evil elites, your money's not going to save you.
You can do all the commercials, you spend all the money, it's not going to save you.
It's not going to save you from the righteous indignation of the American people.
Jack Posobiec, your thoughts about the tale of two cities.
It happened to be in one last night between midtown Manhattan and the first level of hell and of course the wake for the fallen police.
And no, Willie Geist, don't say family.
He visited his family. | ||
No, he visited his widow.
His young widow and his baby son, Willie.
Don't be so gutless, right?
Don't be so gutless. | ||
We know you're gutless, but don't let Mika and Joe turn you from a quote-unquote man to some gormless being.
Be a man. | ||
unidentified
|
Say it. | |
Look in the camera. | ||
Say President Trump was there to see the young widow, the grieving widow, and the baby.
Not the family. | ||
No. | ||
He was there to see the widow and the baby.
Say it, dude. | ||
You gutless, you people are revolting, you're repulsive.
And that thing last night is repulsive.
That's the first level of hell.
Abandon hope. | ||
All ye who enter Radio City Music Hall last night, folks, don't take it from Bannon.
Look at how they were greeted outside by their most fervent members of the Democratic Party in the streets.
Jack Posobiec, thoughts, observations, analysis.
I would say it's more than a tale of two cities.
It's a tale of two Americas at this point.
You've got on one hand the demonic cacophony that was taking place in Manhattan.
These elements of Hamas supporters, pro-Palestine, Antifa, BLM types outside.
Riving in the streets, the wailing, the gnashing of teeth inside the leaders, or at least the avatars of the neoliberal global order.
Let's talk about the body count combined between the three of them and the wars they presided over.
Clinton with the bombing of Serbia, Belgrade, Biden who also championed that action.
Obama, his wars across the Middle East, destroying Libya, smashing Syria, going into drone strikes all over Afghanistan, Pakistan, killing family after family.
And then Biden picking it up and adding on the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, which left more American honored dead, which, oh, by the way, under his government, his own party started arresting the parents, the father of those honored dead.
Now we have this disastrous situation in Ukraine, which is totally on their heads.
Let's talk about the combined body count they have just from their wars.
That's number one. | ||
Then, number two, let's talk about the body count of crime that their party and the George Soros policies in this country have let out.
And then on the other side, over there in Long Island, not too far, by the way, from Jamaica Estates, The place where Donald J. Trump and his family, where he grew up, where he was born only about 20 miles from where he grew up, and he's there at a funeral home with the police officers, with the NYPD, with the people
Who protect us, the people who keep us safe, the people who actually make our cities work, and with the man who more than anyone other than Rudy Giuliani brought New York City back from the brink of destruction in the 80s and 90s.
Donald J. Trump, the man who literally built New York City in its current form.
And New York is a symbol of America because New York City is the New Rome.
In the same way that Rome was the center of the ancient world, New York City is intended to be the beating heart of America.
And you look at New York City in 1956.
With the three crosses of Calvary.
Understanding what we are all about.
Understanding what's at our core.
Understanding that Christ was at our core.
That is the centerpiece.
The fact that it took place in 1956, during the peak of Pax Americana.
When America was its absolute greatest.
And remember the communists hate the 1950s.
The 1950s to the communists are like the decade of terror.
The decade of abject evil.
The 1950s are the decade the communists are constantly making movies about this.
Songs. | ||
They're constantly trying to attack the 1950s to tear it down in any way.
In every way possible. | ||
Because they know that in the 1950s, America was better than it is now.
And how has America fared since?
How has America fared since that picture was taken?
I ask you. | ||
And this is why you need people like Donald J. Trump, like those police officers, like Rudy Giuliani, like that blue blood stock.
And when I say blue bloods, I don't mean the aristocrats.
I mean blue buds, like the police families.
The families that put their lives literally on the line.
To keep us all safe. | ||
To deal with the scum and the riffraff that are let loose on these streets.
Steve, it's very clear to me, and I'll say this right now, it's very obvious.
The people that were involved in that shooting deserve the death penalty, and there's no question about that.
But more importantly, The politicians and, yes, the judges who were involved in letting that thug, that animal, back out on the street after 21 arrests and a career of violent crime.
They themselves belong in jail.
They themselves belong behind bars.
Alvin Bragg and all the rest of them belong behind bars for the rest of their natural lives.
From making that family have to live through that little boy Have a father who will never come home.
We've got to get all the way back to the money.
We've got to go back to Soros.
Hey, they're bragging about the money.
They're raising money.
Okay, hey, fine. | ||
You're raising money. | ||
But with money comes accountability.
Don't think you're going to be able to just give them money and walk away.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
When we talk about getting to the bottom of what's happened to this country, we're going to get to the bottom of what happened to this country and we're going to go back to the money.
I'm surprised Bush and Cheney weren't up there with him!
that and you're probably next time you're up on Ari you'd melt them down with Liz Cheney, right?
The daughter of the war criminal Cheney, that Cheney.
And of course you've got a number of mouthpieces that protected a number of mouthpieces on MSNBC.
They're just as guilty as the war criminals because they lied and hid the American people and hid the lies.
I'm surprised Bush and Cheney weren't up there with them.
They were in spirit. | ||
Remember they talked about the exclusive club.
They won't invite Trump back.
Trump can't get invited back.
Trump doesn't want to be in that club.
Trump wants to be in the club at the wake.
Go ahead, sir. | ||
Last piece on this, Steve.
People need to understand, and we put this book together, The Unhumans, this is an agenda.
This is not happening by accident.
When you turn on the news and you see things like this, last night should be a wake-up call.
This is a playbook. | ||
Myself, Joshua Lysak, we've put together the playbook, we've got the plan, we've gone through chapter and verse all the way back to the times of Rome, to the French Revolution, Russia, Spain, the rest of it.
Yeah, we are going to tell the truth about Francisco Franco and what he did to the communists and what he did to save Spain from the communist atrocities that were going on.
That your history teacher won't tell you about, that your professors won't tell you about.
We're going to tell the truth about the fact that they do not have good intentions and that these are unintended consequences.
No, Steve, these are absolutely the intended consequences of destabilization, the intended consequences of destroying civilization, and that's why we put the book together on humans.
And by the way, everybody on that stage and everybody in Radio City Music Hall are part of the Unhumans.
It's Neo-Marxist. | ||
It's obvious it's Neo-Marxist.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Make sure you check it out with Philip Patrick and the team.
Maybe not today, but next week.
I think things are about to get a lot more turbulent.
A lot more turbulent. | ||
Just, I have a, you know, premonition about that.
Short break. | ||
break. Back in the warm in a moment.
It's Good Friday. | ||
We've got a lot going on and we're also going to join us in a moment from Europe.
We've got Clay Clark on.
We have Kevin Sorba on. | ||
So we're very jammed. | ||
Of course we've got Bratt and Posa with me.
But I do want to say something.
I'll get into more of it next week.
But if we can put up, yesterday CNBC wrote a great piece.
But the top 1% of the wealthy control 44 trillion dollars of assets.
44 trillion dollars of assets.
Jack, I haven't had a chance to put this up on Getter yet, but the closing scene of American Dharma, and American Dharma was a documentary that Errol Morris, who is no fan of Steve Bannon,
I made with him, and at the very closing scene there's a building that's burning down and I make this kind of statement that unless we change fundamentally the economic structure in this country, in the Judeo-Christian West, from the post-war international rules-based order run by neoliberal, neocon principles, that you're going to have a revolution.
And in Unhuman, you're going to see that revolution is going to come.
The top 1% can't control 44 trillion.
There's a chart in there that we're not going to pull up now, but it shows the only time since I think 2000 or 1990 that it's ever gone down is, wait for it, the three years of Donald Trump.
And then it hits 2020 and it goes back up.
It goes back up to 2021. | ||
It skyrockets up. | ||
The greatest concentration of wealth in this nation has been during Barack Obama's time in the financial crisis and then the results of the pandemic of Joe Biden and then Joe Biden's presidency.
It can't go on. | ||
If you continue on, I'm telling you, if you continue on, and I said this eight years ago or seven years ago when Errol Morris made this, and I've been saying it forever, if the neoliberal neocons are going to continue down this path, I've given them forewarning.
You guys, and what you did last night, the $26 million or $25 million doesn't matter.
It's all for buying commercials.
It doesn't matter. | ||
President Trump being out, and Willie Geist, you need to say it, bro.
Don't be a gutless cow. | ||
Don't make Mika and Joe cuck you.
Be a man. | ||
It's a young widow and a baby, not a family.
Trump went out there and saw a young widow and gave his strength and his backup to a young widow whose husband was gunned down in cold blood a couple days before in the line of duty against an animal.
And no doubt he's voted for the Democrats.
An animal that had 21 arrests including many violent felonies and was back out on the street again looking to do another crime.
It's a young widow and a baby.
Not a family, young widow and a baby.
Say it. | ||
At least have enough courage and respect to give the details, to show the receipts.
That's where Trump was and your crowds over the first circle of hell.
We don't need to do any more campaigning.
Just put that up and replay it to the American people and let's have an up or down vote November.
Let's have an up or down vote.
Who do you want? | ||
The guy that's standing with law and order?
Or the agents of anarchy and chaos?
And you don't think it's anarchy and chaos?
Look at what happened inside there and what happened outside.
The Daily Mail that's no friend to MAGA.
Massive headline. | ||
Democratic disaster. | ||
So don't listen to the spin this morning about how much money they raised.
Their money, we use their money against them.
Always use their strength against them.
That's MAGA. | ||
Their money is filth. | ||
Their money makes them more corrupt and more evil.
Jack Posobiec, any thoughts on this?
This is what Unhuman's about, too.
Hey, if you want to see what happened, as Cho and Lai said when they asked him, when Kissinger said, hey, what do you think about the French Revolution?
He said, hey, too early to tell, bro.
That was in, what, 73? | ||
Too early to tell. | ||
That's why you've got to get Posobiec's book and you can see it all.
Jack Posobiec, any other thoughts?
When you have a situation and we've gone through case by case, we break these out into case studies, going back to whether it was the late stage Roman Republic, whether it was France at the end of the Ancien Regime, whether it's Russia at the end of The Imperial Tsardom.
You notice, by the way, Steve, I predicate all these with, it was the end of something.
It was the end of something.
The end of the Republic.
The end of the Empire. | ||
The end of the Qing Dynasty in China.
The end of the First Republic in Spain and the establishment of what was called the Second Republic.
I could go on. | ||
I can go on. | ||
These situations are always predicated on the issue of wealth, and whether or not the people feel like they're getting their fair share.
Whether the elites have absconded with the wealth of the country, or if the people are coming in.
If you get the un-humans, Steve, if you get the un-humans to come in there and say, hey, you know what we're gonna do?
It's not going to be, by the way, the people inside Radio City Music Hall.
Look at the people outside.
Joe Biden and Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.
They're not calling for Trump's head.
They're calling for yours.
They want to destroy you.
unidentified
|
Yes. | |
You have created this situation.
You have created this golem.
You have created this monster, this Frankenstein's monster.
And it is running amok. | ||
And they're going to come for you a lot more, a lot faster than they come for us.
That's what the Bolsheviks went first for us was the Mensheviks.
Yeah. | ||
Yes. | ||
By the way, you've created this.
What was outside is your creation.
Yes. | ||
All of your progressive education, all of your parenting, all of it, those are your children.
That's the children of your movement and they want your head and they want your blood.
That ain't MAGA out there, baby.
They're the children of Cain.
Like Cain and Abel, the children of Cain.
Children of Cain. | ||
Hey, bro, MAGA doesn't want, we don't need, we're never gonna get a fair share.
The wealthy are, okay, like Christ said, the wealthy are always gonna be here, the poor are always gonna be with us.
We're never gonna get a fair share.
It's just not gonna happen.
All MAGA wants is a piece of the action.
That's all we want. | ||
Just give us a piece of the action.
Just give the deplorables a piece of the action.
That's all. | ||
When you have 44 trillion dollars with 1%, just give us a piece.
All he wants is a piece of the action.
Look, Steve, this is what I'm saying.
This is the rhetoric. | ||
We don't want to be rushed.
We're not serfs. | ||
Because what happens when...
A BLM Chavez figure appears on the scene.
Or a Hispanic Chavez comes up and says, if you want the wealth, you have to take it.
You have to take it from them.
Look, you already hear the Democrat Socialists of America running around all the time saying we need to eat the rich, we need to kill the billionaires.
You know something? | ||
That's not rhetoric to these people.
This is exactly what they believe.
This is 100% what their deliberate agenda has always been.
And on humans, we break this down.
That if you think you can use this as a force just to smash your enemies, guess what, boys and girls?
It's going to come after you ten times as hard when you unleash it.
Here's the vote. | ||
Here's the up or down vote, folks.
Do you want the guy that's for stability?
and uh... law and order stability in order out there in in in the on the south side of uh... of long island with the cops the police in the widow and the baby in that community in the rain yesterday with david zero broke down when he was reporting block wrapped around the block do what you want to be on that side or do you want to be either on that stage with those people are outside of radio city musical that's the upper down vote the whole campaigns is come to this Upper down vote.
Where do you want to be, folks?
Two-thirds of the American people are going to want to be with Trump and the police officers Widow and Baby.
And those people in the rain waiting to go to the wake.
Two-thirds of this nation.
Two-thirds. | ||
Hang on one second. | ||
I got one of the best. | ||
We're blessed to have these great Attorney Generals and great leaders throughout the country.
Chris Kobach from Kansas.
Chris, I want to make sure we get to this, what happened yesterday with this bill that you guys have finally gotten passed.
Walk me through it, because you're fighting a tremendous fight.
You and Paxton are two of the leaders of this nation right now.
Tell me what happened in Kansas.
Yeah, the bill you're referring to is a bill that would ban transgender surgeries on minors.
It was passed by certainly a veto-proof majority in the Senate of the Kansas legislature, and then it was passed two votes short of a supermajority.
The governor is going to veto it.
She vetoed a nearly identical bill last year.
And so we just need to get this through by a two-thirds majority.
It was passed with two votes short, but two individuals who were absent who would have voted for it.
And one of them, he is gravely ill, and I urge viewers to pray for Mike Hauser, his name, so that he can be there for the veto override.
And if he can, then it will go into law, and I will have the honor of defending it if anyone tries to challenge it.
So, yeah, Kansas is trying to join the list of states that have banned this procedure.
We did pass laws prohibiting changing the birth certificate gender and changing the person's sex on a driver's license.
In fact, just litigated those in court and defended them successfully.
And we also passed one protecting women's sports.
But this transgender surgery bill is just so important.
Chris, why would a Democratic governor go against the will of the people when you've got it almost veto proof?
Why would she do that? | ||
You know, your guess is as good as mine.
I think that anyone who looks at this issue fairly knows that it's wrong.
And by the way, there was a Democrat who joined the Republicans in voting for this bill to put these surgeries on minors.
I think that the left is in this ideological box that they've put themselves in and they don't want to or can't get out of it.
And if they deviate from the party line, speaking of communism, You're a discussion with Jack.
You deviate from the party line, you're out.
You're going to the prison camp, so to speak, metaphorically.
And on the right, we don't do that to our people.
We disagree on all sorts of things.
But I think on the left, that's one of the new elements of the things you have to say in order to be accepted on the left.
So I think part of it is that.
Before we lose you, I know that, you know, with Harvard or Oxford or your education, you've been a great, you've come back, you've been a great defender of the Constitution.
I just want, before we leave, that stage last night where you saw those three as representatives of what they want America to be, and particularly take Biden.
And what Biden's done to the Constitution, and you fought this particularly, this is so important, you fought it about this like student loan situation.
Can you take a minute and explain what you're doing there as he's just shredding the Constitution every day?
He really is. | ||
So just yesterday, Kansas and 10 other states filed a lawsuit in federal court to stop Biden's second loan forgiveness plan.
And remember, the Supreme Court struck down last summer, in June of 2023, the Supreme Court struck down his first loan forgiveness plan, said, no, only Congress can do this, and you're twisting federal law.
He comes right back and he said, I have the exact quote, quote, the Supreme Court blocked it, but that didn't stop me, end quote.
Biden is defying the Supreme Court.
He's offering a very, very slightly modified version of what he did the first time.
It's equally illegal. | ||
It's clearly in violation of our Constitution because only Congress can enact a major piece of policy like this that, by the way, looks like it's going to cost over $200 billion in loan repayment.
And think about this, Steve.
Looking historically, when was the last time you had presidents telling the Supreme Court, I don't care what you say.
We're just going to ignore your decision.
That would have been probably President Jackson in 1832 with the Cherokee Indian land case.
And it continued through the Civil War.
But after the Civil War, America got its sense of a constitutional republic straight.
And we realized that the president can't just defy the rulings of our courts.
But here we have Biden basically telling the Supreme Court to pound sand.
And that's why Kansas and 10 other states filed suit yesterday.
You guys are the front line of defending this republic.
Where is your social media, Chris?
Where do people find it more?
I want to get you back on to talk about immigration and other things next couple of weeks.
Where do people go to find out more about you and your fight in Kansas?
On X, we're at Chris Kobach 1787.
That, of course, is the year the Constitution was drafted.
And on Facebook, we're at ChrisKobach.com.
Brother Kobach, keep fighting the good fight out there in Kansas.
No better state with no better group of patriots.
Thank you so much. | ||
Thank you so much, sir. | ||
Kovac, that's the real deal right there.
One of the smartest guys in the country, one of the smartest lawyers.
If you look at what MAGA, the people we can field on our side, the best.
Short break. | ||

We've got so much to go through.
Dave Brat has done an analysis of that CNBC story of the 1% now concentrating, now owning $44 trillion of assets, and it's accelerating at an accelerating rate, folks.
I just want to give you some good news on that.
Brat's broken it all down, but we're going to get to that on Monday.
We're going to do some analysis on that Monday.
Brat, before you leave us, just your thoughts, Tale of Two Cities.
What was this about last night, sir?
Yeah, well, I agree. | ||
You and Jack laid it out.
Two cities, two Americas.
For me, it's fairly simple.
It's just God versus no God.
It's order versus chaos.
Up in New York City, Dave Zier, you did an unbelievable job.
But, you know, one huge signal is when you and the boroughs and all the blue districts defund the police.
unidentified
|
Right. | |
They're having catastrophic problems with the numbers of the police.
And then the other problem they have is New York is under total control of the teachers unions and all the leftists.
And of course, we gave them 20 percent of GDP, the economy with Obamacare.
And a chart came out the other day in Zero Hedge where all the lobbyists and CEOs at the health care systems, their stocks have gone up several hundred percent as well.
As well as the rich owning the whole country, right?
10%, the wealthy 10% own 90% of the country.
And then coupled with that you have the Magnificent Seven housed in all of these great cities where the disaster is going on.
Dave Zier also pointed out Washington DC is 5x the problems of New York City and Chicago is 10x the problems and both the mayors of New York And Chicago have said the border invasion is crushing and killing our cities.
They don't have basic payments anymore.
The kids are illiterate.
And all of these gigantic billionaire-led firms are all on the left now.
These CEOs have the wherewithal to buy half of American farmland somehow, but they don't put a dime in to help the kids in the major cities.
The liberals used to act like they cared, but the rise of the welfare state has crushed the poor.
It has not helped the poor.
And so it's time to go back to the Judeo-Christian tradition, and the best thing you can really do, if it's true grace, is called work.
and you offer jobs, right? The unemployment, what the firms are doing is cherry-picking. They're saying just bring us in tens of millions of people and we're gonna pick the few good ones we like and the rest, sorry, you're on your own. Dave, where do people go over the weekend to get any of your content?
Yep, Brat Economics on Getter and I just posted the most recent productivity charts that we've been covering on Axe, thanks to our computer savvy students here who helped me out.
But But hold on for Monday.
We're going to break down the 1% 44 trillion.
Good. | ||
Accelerating, accelerating rate.
The French Revolution 2 coming.
Thank you, sir. | ||
Dave Brat, the best. | ||
Great. | ||
Happy Easter, everybody.
Good weekend. | ||
Thank you, sir. | ||
Jack Posobiec, we don't have time to get to the, they're pushing now, and we'll do it Monday or Tuesday, Repo, they're gonna steal the Russian people's assets and turn it to cash and give it to the Ukrainians.
That's what the House Republicans are working on, as we say, over our dead body, but we'll get to that Monday.
Also, in Baltimore, I called it, I said the pilot had to put the rudder over left and drop the anchor.
Well, they say the pilot put the rudder over left and drop the anchor, but I don't see... For putting the rudder over hard left, the ship went directly, went right 15 or 20 degrees and drove right into the piling.
So, Jack, but who is the pilot?
Do we have a name of the pilot yet?
Who is the pilot? | ||
We have no names of the pilot.
We have no names of the harbormaster.
We have no names of the ship's crew.
We have no information about this whatsoever.
We're supposed to talk about the mayor, and he said, oh, don't call me a DEI mayor.
Don't call me a DEI mayor.
That's just like saying the N-word.
If you say DEI, that's the same thing.
And all these people are running around, joy read on that.
I said, whoa, whoa. | ||
Let's just get some basic facts down first.
Who was the pilot? | ||
Who ordered the anchor?
Who ordered the rudder?
Who was at the wheel? | ||
Give us the basic facts so we can understand what happened.
Just tell me, how does a guy put a wheel over a hard left rudder, like we said he had to, hard left rudder, And how does a ship then turn 20 degrees to the right to go right into the piling?
Somebody's going to have to walk me through the physics of that.
I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but there's no coincidence.
So we've got to find out what the pilot's name is, what his training is, and what actually happened on the bridge.
Former tin can driver Steve Bannon over here.
Former tin can driver Steve Bannon.
He says I'm not a true naval officer because I was an intel guy.

Let's hear it from the true naval officers, folks.

|
dollar. | |
We're going to have... Everyone will dump dollars around the world.
The petrodollar... If they do this, this will be the end of the petrodollar.
It will be the end of the dollar empire.
It will be the very last vestiges of the neoliberal order, and they'll push it over.
And instead, what they'll do is they'll try... These unhumans will attempt to push more warfare and more violence and bombings and bloodshed to increase it rather than actually try to work with the people that were already going along with the system.
It's complete insanity, it's just straight theft and more importantly it will go down as the last use of the US dollar.
Look, I know we're coming on the break.
We've got the book. | ||
It's Unhumans. | ||
It's currently on sale for $17.99.
People can go get it. | ||
