Speaker Time Text

You need money to run a campaign, but I have to start with Lord Trump, because Trump is, former, you know, that guy, four times indicted guy, is trying to install his daughter-in-law as the co-chair of the RNC.
I'm not suggesting this is a winning campaign message, but I just need you to put into perspective for everybody how crazy that is.
unidentified
Suppose that Biden appointed his granddaughter to be head of the DNC and instructed her to funnel all of the money to Hunter Biden's defense fund.
These people want to be stolen from.
That's the long and short of it.
The people that give Trump money, or the RNC money, are begging to be stolen from.
And Trump is going to accommodate them.
They're very blunt and very upfront about what they're doing.
So if people want to give Trump money, then go ahead and give it to him.
But I know there are a lot of Republicans, friends of mine from my days in Washington, who think that Trump is siphoning off all of the money from the congressional candidates, the Senate candidates, the governor general candidates.
And you know something?
They're right.
I don't.
jen psaki
Yes.
unidentified
Please put Laura Trump over there.
Please steal every dollar you can get.
Every one of these Republican state parties, Michigan, Arizona, all over the country, all falling apart, fighting with each other, underfunded.
We have the advantage, Jen.
Press.
Press, press, press.
Now.
That's my, that's my message.
Financial advantage and political advantage.
jen psaki
There's literally no one running the Michigan Republican Party right now.
rachel maddow
Here's Matt Schlapp with Trump advisor Steve Bannon talking about what he thinks is the sort of takeaway message from CPAC this year.
unidentified
Everyone says, oh, this is the most important election of our lifetime.
I don't even know if you call this an election.
This is like the 2.0 of the American Revolution.
We're going to have all new heroes come the end of this year.
Amen.
We're going to remember their names forever.
But stop talking and start doing.
That was the theme coming out of this conference.
No more complaining.
No more talking.
rachel maddow
It's not an election this year.
It's a revolution.
It's the second American Revolution, so no more talking.
For his part here with Steve Bannon's big charm offensive at CPAC this weekend, trying to persuade his fellow Americans to win people over to his, you know, his way of thinking.
steve bannon
They stole the 2020 election.
unidentified
Media, I want you to suck on this.
I want the White House to suck on this.
You lost in 2020.
Donald Trump is the legitimate president of the United States.
Trump won!
steve bannon
His fate and destiny is to have the greatest political comeback in American history, and on November 5th, to drive the vermin out of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
unidentified
Biden, you and your crime family are nothing but trash, okay?
And on the 20th of January of 2025, we're going to take out the trash.
rachel maddow
Behold, democracy in the greatest nation on earth.
I don't know how the election is going to go this year.
That's what one side is offering.
And maybe that is what the good and great people of the United States of America truly want.
But it's not just CPAC and their illustrious leadership.
That's kind of just the tenor of what is on offer here.
I mean, even in print.
These were adjacent headlines in the Washington Post last week.
Biden administration cancels $1.2 billion in student loans with new repayment plan.
Right next to Trump and allies planning militarized mass deportations, comma, detention camps.
That's the choice, right?
Relief from high student loans or using the military to lock up millions of people in huge new camps.
unidentified
That's what the Koch brothers said, there's no there there, and have pulled that money out.
So where do you go now?
So the reality is Donald Trump, everything he touches does die.
Everything he has tried to put in place does not work.
The RNC now is going to be controlled by his daughter-in-law, basically, and a chairman of North Carolina who This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
168 members of the RNC, Mika, 144 of them came in under Trump.
They're all Trump's people.
So where do you think this party is going to go in succeeding elections?
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
You know, I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
It's Tuesday, 27 February in the year of our Lord 2024.
Um, I don't know if we hurt Rachel Maddow's feelings, but I think it's quite important.
Remember, she's the brains of the operation.
She's kind of the railhead.
And this is why it was such a huge deal, we told you a couple of years ago, when Rachel Maddow decided that she wanted to go spend time with her partner up at her farm in the, you know, they got this studio in the barn, but she wanted to become a creative and a writer.
She wanted to do, you know, West Wings, things like that.
TV series she's come out with a couple of big books since then she's turned to be a content creative more than just doing a nightly show but her show was always it's kind of like the you know the New York Times and CNN if I always have this if the New York Times didn't publish every morning CNN would be a test pattern.
It's kind of MSNBC somewhat, but Rachel Maddow has always been the brains of that.
And when her show was on five days a week, that was a powerful... And I realize half the audience right now is throwing up in their mouths.
Yes, I'm saying it.
Rachel Maddow was... She had power.
Not just influence, she had power.
So she went to once a week, it's a Monday, but they kind of kick it off and you can see it flow all the way through their system on everything and what she deems is important, she curates, she's a curator, she curates what's important.
And last night, I think for the first time, at least to my eyes, because I do watch Rachel Maddow and Chris Hayes, the MSNBC team, I think they're the In an information war, they're the strongest and toughest opponents we have.
On the TV side, or communication side.
Of course, obviously with the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Financial Times, the London, Washington Post.
They have overwhelming strength on the print side.
Of just printing their side of it.
And I realize people hate him.
One of the reasons we do the cold opens is to make sure it doesn't do us any good just to show what's happening on our side.
It's most important to understand where the enemy is.
And Rachel Maddow, I think for the first time last night you saw a resignation.
She's resigning herself.
I want to play this clip again if Denver can get it ready and I want to thank my team for a great cold open of a lot that happened yesterday to kind of boil it down to that.
Because now CPAC was just not Firing off the football with the intellectual leadership of MAGA and the Trump movement about where the policies are going.
President Trump gave an hour-and-a-half speech.
Compare that for a second.
Could Joe Biden... I mean, he couldn't stay in the ice cream shop licking the ice cream cone for an hour-and-a-half hanging out.
Is there any way that Biden could stand up there for an hour-and-a-half without notes, without the little cards he's got to look at to know the donors' names?
And that's important because you need energy.
You need to be robust.
The world needs to see you as energetic.
This is why I think in your voice and in her eyes you're seeing, if you are listening on a radio network or if you're listening on our podcast, the resignation in Rachel Maddow's eyes.
This is important.
When one of their field commanders All of a sudden, the shoulders start to drop.
Because Morning Mika and the rest of this crowd, they're just taking what Rachel matters.
Rachel matters, this is important.
Boom.
Focus on this.
Boom.
Focus on this.
Boom.
That's why her books are big sellers.
That's why they gave her the huge... I mean, for someone that's never been a showrunner or has never been in that type of television, that was a huge deal she got.
And remember, West Wing was...
Enormously important.
It kind of laid the path.
It started set the predicate in people's mind and popular culture for an Obama type presidency.
And I realized that the Martin Sheen character was white.
But my point is about, you know, the good progressives, they're going to hug you and rub up on you and pat you on the head every day.
At the same time, allowing the wealthy in this country to steal everything they get their hands on.
That's the great tragedy.
That's why Obama is a tragic figure.
Besides all his other madness, what happened on his watch was the exact opposite of what should happen if you care about, if you're a populist and care about people.
But Rachel Maddow right there, and we're going to get into the RNC and all this, but you're seeing a resignation because of the power, the robustness on our side, and the aggressiveness on our side, and that we can't wait to get to the next day.
We can't wait to get to November 5th.
We're building up forces all day long.
We're bringing people to our cause.
This is why in the news right now, what are you seeing?
Everything.
Because Nikki Haley is running as a Democrat.
Oh, Trump, New York Times just has it this morning.
Oh, there's all kind of worries inside the demographic.
So with these Trump wins are not that big.
The Trump wins are cautionary because there's the Never Trump crowd and other establishment Republicans are not going to vote for him.
Although Jason Miller, Has done an amazing job, and we're going to try to collate that, of going through, and he's put it up, that if you go to RealClearPolitics, on the averages, in Georgia, in Arizona, in Michigan, places, in all these battleground states, except for one, Trump is up, and up significantly, on the RealClearPolitics average of polls.
Which is not totally precise, but directionally pretty good.
And this is where we stand.
This fight's fully engaged.
The only way they have a hope of stopping him, the only way, is through lawfare.
There is no way on policy.
This is why Trump goes to Eagle Pass, and I do agree with Todd Bensman and others.
I think a better pick would be Lukeville, but hey.
You can't, that's not a perfect world.
Eagle Pass, because they've gone out of their way to make sure there are no optics in Eagle Pass anymore.
Because it was so, you know, it was internationally so bad.
But our enemies are telling us they're fighting rearguard actions right now.
They're thinking through what they have to do.
And I realize I'm inundated all day long with people that said, hey, there's going to be a huge April surprise.
Things are coming that they're not going to turn this over.
And look, on one level, that's they're just not going to pat us on the head and say, oh, this is terrific.
You brought out more voters.
You win.
We know that's not going to happen.
This is why Rachel Maddow is emphasizing that part of my speech that's right there.
And I love her tongue-in-cheek.
Actually, Rachel, it is a charm offensive.
It is a charm offensive.
Ecclesiastes tells us there's a time and a season for everything.
It's not, it's not, this is not going to be won.
And we're not going to be able to govern.
The way we need to to take this country back and make sure we save this constitutional republic by being all things to all people and just giving them the happy talk.
Right?
People are not looking for a group hug right now, Rachel.
And I think you know that.
That's why the worried look in your eyes.
We're not just simply an era of crises.
It's where these crises are converging.
And once they converge and become absolutely inextricably linked, then you've got, as Mike Davis calls it, republic-ending things happening.
So that's why they're so focused right now on the one they don't want, the one they want the least.
Is in New York City.
And that may be the only one they get.
The trial.
The actual lawfare applied on a daily basis.
Because I think that'll be... You know, we're thinking this through even as we speak.
That could be turned into buffoonery quite quickly.
If done appropriately.
And smartly.
But in Georgia something else is happening.
Breitbart's got a story that's unbelievable.
And I assume, because they're pretty, you know, they believe in their fiduciary responsibility to particularly protect the site, that I assume this story's true.
And if this story's true, this is the Watergate-level stuff.
That Fonny Willis, just not the lies of Fonny Willis, just not the lies of her wingman Wade, which Mike Roman has teed up perfectly in the Andrew Breitbart style.
It's been mesmerizing to watch of how they laid the trap and set the trap and then boom, Fonny and her arrogance walked into the trap.
But it's deeper than that because they're saying they have a direct connection to the White House.
Anyway, we're getting all this short commercial break back to normal.
rachel maddow
...match lap with Trump advisor Steve Bannon talking about what he thinks is the sort of takeaway message from CPAC this year.

Biden administration cancels $1.2 billion in student loans with new repayment plan.
Right next to Trump and allies planning militarized mass deportations, comma, detention camps.
That's the choice, right?
steve bannon
Yeah, that is the choice.
That is the choice, Rachel, because on one hand, it's very simple and working class people, middle class people can see this through this now, Rachel.
Yeah, on one hand, Biden's buying votes with taxpayers money for all your audience.
You know, all the Taylor Swift crowd that, you know, can't pay their loans back.
All these people that are sociology majors or African study majors or feminist majors, they can't pay their loans back.
So the working class people who didn't get a chance to go to college or couldn't get the loans or had to work and had to grind it through, they're supposed to pay.
Yes, we want that to be a choice, Rachel.
You're exactly correct.
We want that to be a binary choice.
We're going to deport because it all gets back to working class people.
We're going to deport.
Immediately the 10 million.
Because, Rachel, they're destroying, they're there, listen to the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, I know you know this, they're there to destroy and crush the wages of the working class, particularly the black and hispanic working class.
This is the purpose.
At the same time, the black and hispanic working class and the white working class didn't get a shot to go to college, couldn't borrow the money, You're putting it on their shoulders to pay off these deadbeat snowflakes.
That's the choice right there, Rachel.
Your staff gave us a perfect choice.
That's a perfect, that is perfect.
And this goes back to David Axelrod.
Says, I want to pay, we want to pay Americans to watch.
I want Americans, pay them to watch.
And this is the message of CPAC.
We have to push this content out everywhere because 70% of the nation is here.
You see the resignation.
I don't know, here, quote, I don't know where this election is going to go.
But hold democracy.
Yes, Rachel, democracy.
It's messy.
And it's tough.
And we're tough.
And hey, maybe we're a little messy.
But you've got to do the, and we're revolutionaries, against a system, Rachel, and you know this.
That's controlled by the handful of moneyed elites.
And that's what controls the Democratic Party.
That is why, with all your happy talk, and some of the shiny toys you throw at for people on the left, every day they become more and more Russian serfs.
What we're proposing is quite simple.
You're free men and free women, and we'll give you a choice.
That choice is between your continued servitude to this system, This continued servitude to this system or to true freedom, including freedom to fail.
That's what this is about, and that's what we're never going to give up, and this is what concerns you.
This is the resignation in your whole manner, your spirit, you can tell.
You understand we're ascended.
You also understand there's an internal logic to our argument that you cannot refute.
Let me repeat that.
There is an internal logic, industrial logic to this presentation, to this thinking that you cannot refute, and so you don't try to refute it.
You continue to try to, you know, more shiny toys.
You just walked into it.
Look at this.
They're getting rid of 1.2 billion dollars when the Supreme Court told them you can't do that.
They've got to do it.
They've got to buy off the snowflakes.
They've got to tell the snowflakes you don't want to show up because you're not enough climate culture, climate cult.
You're not enough drag queens and dancing in libraries right now.
You're not, Biden, you're not doing enough.
You're still supporting the Jews in Israel.
You haven't allowed Sharia supremacism.
So this is why you've got to buy them off.
Let's get them the billion dollars on the backs of the working class and then get a shot to do that.
We'll have an up-or-down vote, Rachel, just like David Oxford.
We'll have an up-or-down vote.
Let's push out all the content of CPAC.
Take the personalities away.
Let's push out the content.
Take Trump away, abandon him away, and schlap away all of it.
Just look at the content.
And let's have an up-or-down vote on that.
Let's have an up-or-down vote.
We win overwhelmingly.
And the reason I continue to hammer in my charm offensive that Joe Biden's illegitimate, it's that it's sinking in.
62%, what the political, you know, the head The guy that gave you Biden's arms embracing you.
Remember that guy on the opening night of the Biden regimes?
Remember the mall, the reflecting pool?
unidentified
Biden's arms embracing the nation.
steve bannon
That clown.
He melted down the other day because 62 thirds of the voters in the Republican primary believe Joe Biden's illegitimate.
Bravo Zulu war room, not bad.
I told you we keep hammering this, and we keep showing the evidence of this, and we keep showing the receipts of this.
Hey, I think it's like 45 or 50% of the American people, and that's how they do it.
I think independents are even getting up there.
Yo, baby.
Because people look at this stuff and say, no guy that loved the country that's completely legitimate could do this.
This is why the New York Times is already backing off the guy.
They're backing the bus off, throwing him off the bus, then rolling back over him.
It's evidence what's going on here.
It's evident the only chance you have of winning is lawfare on one side and kind of shiny toys and confuse people on the other.
We're not going to let you confuse people.
And we understand now because of your lack of energy.
And I said this at the time when she quit.
When she quit right in the first of the Biden thing, I said she does not want to take ownership of this.
She's not going to be out there five days a week.
This is not Obama.
She would take ownership of Obama.
The administration.
She proudly, every night, and Trump, beaten on Trump every day.
That she'll take ownership of.
Obama's administration she'll take ownership of.
She ain't gonna be, I said this a time when she vamoosed to go write her new version of West Wing.
That she understands how this is going to end.
And she doesn't want to be accused of being part of it.
We are ascendant.
You are ascendant.
You have the power, the motive force, the momentum, because you can understand this.
This is why this Breitbart story is so important.
If this actually pans out, that there was this guy at the White House that was dealing with Fannie Willis and her, you know, Louis Brandeis, Louis Brandeis wingman, brother Wade.
It's game over.
I think Mike Roman laid a trap for her.
Had to go up there and perjure herself, put it all on the record, and then drop the bomb about their cell phones.
In fact, the lawyer specifically asked him about that.
Now they got some splainin' to do.
Rahim Kassam, brilliant point.
The way they're going to do it is information warfare through platforms.
Rahim Kassam nailed it this morning.
The buried lead on the National Pulse.
Rahim, you laid out, it's going to be the algorithm.
It's going to be TikTok.
The CCP platform TikTok and the algorithm is how they help, just like in 22, to make this thing close.
Am I incorrect on that, brother Kassam?
raheem kassam
Steve, you know, I would remiss if I didn't take the opportunity to marvel at the fact that Steve Bannon is now the uniter amongst all the different, what used to be warring factions of the political right, you know.
I think it's marvellous.
And I think it's high time, right?
The movement needs, is in a circumstance at the moment where it needs kind of a visionary and a philosophical I don't know, Doyen, I suppose, of its own to kind of lead the way in all of this stuff.
And this is one of them, right?
The TikTok stuff, the transhumanism stuff, the algorithmic stuff, the AI stuff that you have been banging the drum about for years and years now is coming to fruition.
I even I put up a poll on my ex account this morning asking people whether or not they believe the old Ray Kurzweil prediction of 2045 for the singularity was still an accurate prediction given what we're seeing happening over the next 12 months.
Is it really going to take until 2045 for the transhumanistic class to try and implement their vision of the singularity?
And yes, it comes down to the algorithms.
You saw a lot of what the Google algorithms have been doing over the last couple of weeks.
Take a look at what the TikTok algorithms are doing and what the Pew Research Foundation is finding about the TikTok algorithms.
I guess we'll talk more about it after the break.
steve bannon
Yeah, no, hang on.
Let's have a cliffhanger to bring him back after a short break in the world Here's your host Stephen K band Okay, we're now Okay, we're not forgetting about or not getting to the work at hand.
There's a meeting happening over the White House, I think it's happening now, guys, for the budget and the CR, all of it.
The over-the-top nature I'm going to get to the TikTok stuff with Rahim in a second, but I want to pivot here for a second and talk about Ukraine so we don't miss it.
Rahim, this is why you've got to go to Birchgold, because what's happening right now, what they're talking about in Ukraine is entering a very dark phase.
Now, you say, Steve, how can it get any darker than it's already been?
Well, here's what they're doing now, because they've absolutely, totally, completely failed on economic warfare against the KGB and the oligarchs in Russia.
And since they have, obviously, The Ukrainian military front is a disaster and killed hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians, and so they can't get any more young men to volunteer there.
And because MAGA stood up and put some steel in the spine of these pencil necks to stand tall, they can't right now get money any legitimate way out of Congress, as the founders set it up.
So they've got to do all kinds of backflips.
That's still coming where we're going to fight.
Now it's absolute guilt trip.
Rahim, I mean, CNN this morning saying that Johnson's lead story, I'm up on Getter with it, the lead story is Johnson, Stephen Collinson, who's their smartest guy by far, says that the fate of democracy is in the hands of Johnson.
I mean, they guilt trip us, this whole thing.
It's the MAGA right, the history's going to look at you guys like Neville Chamberlain, on and on and on and on and on.
And my response is that, hey, If this is all Europe hangs in the balance, and that's how they've heightened this, it hangs in the balance, don't look to us, because we're going to fight this tooth and nail, we're telling you that, we're never going to let a penny out of there.
You know, have Europe write a check.
What the Wall Street Journal's proposing is just steal the Russian people's money.
The Russian people's money.
To steal their money.
300 billion dollars at least that are in U.S.
banks that they use of US government security so that they can, you know, could do trade, international trade before they were sealed off.
They want to convert that.
It's frozen right now, as we often do.
They want to seize it, convert it, give the dollars to, which is a radical, they talk about anarchy, this would be full anarchy.
This is the end of the dollar empire.
This is the end of Bretton Woods.
And the Wall Street Journal, Murdoch's Wall Street Journal, they're so into this because they understand.
They've pushed this war so far and they all look like fools.
Because of the absolute catastrophic loss in the battlefield, as we said from the very beginning.
That's why we go to Birch Gold.
Go now.
You've got to find out what this whole thing is about prime reserve currency.
All of it.
Nigel Farage and Rahim Ghassan know about it because England was at the top of their game before they had two devastating wars to save the empire from 1914 to 1945, destroyed themselves in the process, lost the pound, was taken away from being the prime reserve currency and what you had is 20 years, 25 years of absolute horribleness economically until Thatcher came back to try to set things right.
Before we go back to TikTok, because this is how they're going to win it.
They're going to win it through information war and shiny toys, and TikTok is the way they're going to do it.
Your thoughts on this whole over-the-top?
Because I say, the Europeans, if you hang in the balance, write a freaking check.
Go to Norway and take out a loan.
Go to the Norwegian.
It's a one and a half trillion dollars off of North Sea oil and great investments.
Norwegian has been killers.
Borrow from them.
It's $40 billion.
It's nothing.
$40 billion.
Put it in.
Save yourselves.
European, go to Stade, go to Tuscany, go to the south of France, go to Paris, the west end of London.
I would start in Belgravia.
Shake them down.
Get them to write some checks.
Go to the royal family.
Hell, old man Rothschild died yesterday.
Go hit the French bank.
And they got a French bank and a Swiss bank.
Go hit them up.
Have them write some checks.
Or say the Russian bear's coming.
KGB's coming.
Although all the military experts say the military came to take Kiev.
It's never been able to blow through Poland and take Germany.
But have the guys in Berlin.
Have the Krups.
Have all the guys we left in place after World War II.
All the people that paid for Hitler's rise.
And propped Hitler up?
That we're still around in 1945 after kids from Kansas and South Carolina and Brooklyn and Detroit were all dead?
I think we have 40,000 bodies we never recovered from the 8th Air Force, 8th Air Corps over Europe?
Bombing the crops back to the Stone Age?
Well guess what?
They recovered.
Because the fix was in, folks.
Rahim Ghassan, your thoughts on this over-the-top.
It's got to be Johnson.
It's all on Johnson.
Johnson's got to do it.
Johnson ain't going to do it.
Because we ain't going to let him do it.
Because there's going to be a firefight over this thing.
No more money for that and shut the border.
We only have one question.
We only have one thing that's important here.
Stop the invasion of the southern border.
Everything else is just cocktail party chit-chat.
Rahim Ghassan.
raheem kassam
Where to start?
Let's start with your premise.
If the situation was that dire, I have a solution to it.
The campaign is called Swiftly Defeat Putin, where you tax 100% on all private jet usage Buy the money class all over the Western world.
Taylor Swift can be the chief, you know, architect, propagandist, spokesman for that campaign, and go and use that money to fight your wars.
But the idea that you are still going back to the ordinary working class, lower middle class, middle class and upper middle class, American, Brit, German, French, Italian, you name it, and saying, hey, we need another couple hundred bucks from you this month or this week to go and fight this war that we started as the New York Times even admitted this last weekend.
You know, the New York Times goes back to 2014 and says, oh, well, you know, they were operating 12 spy bases in Ukraine.
We can uniquely hereby report.
Uniquely hereby report?
I believe Rahim Kassam was the one who went to Kiev in 2014 and told you all that back then.
That this is exactly what's happening, this is the war that we're going to get dragged down, this is the cost of human life as a result of it, and this is the cost for Western civilization at the end of it.
Every single piece of analysis that we have published, that we have said, on this show, on The National Pulse, has come correct.
Every single one, every single time.
And now you're getting to a situation where they're trying to convince you, and yes, yes, the TikTok algorithm has a massive, massive part to do with that, but they're trying to gaslight the Western public, the American public, the British public into thinking that the burden is on their shoulders, their shoulders alone, that can stop.
By the way, stop a phony, fake, and false idea of a man who is determined to capture the entirety of Western Europe in one fell swoop.
And people don't buy it.
They don't buy it for two reasons.
They do not see it the same as a resistance war against the Nazi machine as much as MSNBC, as much as CNN, as much as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Post, and The Daily Mail, and The Daily Express, and The Spectator, and all of these guys want you to believe it is that people simply don't see it as the same thing.
And the other part of it is this, right?
They understand where this all began.
They understand that it was actually the alphabet agencies in this country, the Victorian Newlands of the world, All of these bad-faith, malign, NATO-expansionist, EU-expansionist actors that went in there and said a big, giant F-you to anybody who isn't on the post-war, rules-based global order.
You cannot reconcile those two things.
And what you hear right now, I mean, the pathetic nature of trying to lump this on a man like Mike Johnson, It's the last vestige, it's the last ditch of where people simply are not going to buy it and so they have to turn this into some kind of low-level party bickering.
It doesn't sell.
steve bannon
Talk to me about this brilliant piece you've got on Daily National Pulse today about TikTok, because in this very building upstairs in the Breitbart Embassy part of it, Matt Gaetz came to me in July of 22, and he said, hey look, I see where the polling is, I see where the momentum is, I see what you guys are saying about trying to run the tables and get 100 seats, and you hope you get 30, but it ain't gonna happen.
It's not gonna happen because the polls are not getting Uh, what TikTok is doing.
TikTok is taking dobs and it's weaponizing.
It's all these young, uh, it's all these young women who have been turned into true Trump haters and are mobilized like they were in 18 or like, uh, like, uh, Nancy Pelosi in 18 to win the house.
And it's going to be tough.
And if we come out with a handful of, uh, TikTok is so powerful.
And so under the radar scope for political people to understand, uh, it's going to run the tables here.
You're actually saying your piece is far more dire than that.
And I want you to walk people through it, but you can predict the audience.
Welcome to what do you mean by tick tock?
What do you mean by algorithm?
What is exactly going on here?
Because the Chinese communist party has delivered a massive information war weapons platform in the heart of our country, sir.
raheem kassam
TikTok is a Chinese Communist Party tool.
There can be no doubt about that.
The parent company ownership of TikTok makes that very clear.
The strictures they have to abide by through China's own national laws are very clear.
And TikTok itself has made it very clear through its actions that it is willing to serve different content to Western audiences than it is willing to serve through its sister apps and other companies all around the rest of the world.
So you have to start from that perspective.
Then you go in and you look at how the algorithm works and what kind of content it serves.
Which kind of content creators they allow on the platform and which ones they don't.
You mentioned conservatives, you know, who haven't really wrapped their heads around TikTok.
Oh, they've tried.
I can think of half a dozen people off the top of my head who are massive content creators on the political right, who whenever they try and start a TikTok account, they are immediately kicked off the platform.
And they don't give a reason why.
They don't have to give a reason why.
There is no requirement for them to actually produce any level of evidence that they've either breached any rules, any laws, anything like that.
unidentified
No.
raheem kassam
You're just off our platform.
We don't want you there and we don't want you reaching our audiences.
And here's why.
TikTok relies on a series of algorithms to try and push people in certain directions.
Some of those directions are commercial and corporate, but other directions are political and philosophical.
And so Pew Research went in and they surveyed a massive amount of TikTok users and they asked them, you know, those algorithms that serve the content to you on your phone, And by the way, your phone's front-facing camera watches you watch those videos and makes decisions based on your facial reactions as to whether or not they'll serve you something similar the next time, something slightly different, etc.
steve bannon
etc.
Repeat this.
This is not 1984.
This is reality.
Repeat that, what you just said.
raheem kassam
1984 required the state to put this thing in your home.
2024 you are choosing to put this on your phone in front of your face on a several times an hour basis of the front-facing camera when you are in the TikTok app watching you and watching your reaction so that it can curate for you and serve to you the things it thinks that you respond well to.
Well what is well?
Well is what they want you to do, right?
Either as a consumer of product or a consumer of politics.
They surveyed people and 85% of the people think that the content served to them on the for you page, that is the curation page, that is where people find the majority of their content.
85% of people respond that they find it somewhat interesting and just 14% say that it's not too interesting at all, which means The algorithm works, for a start, but it means that a vast, vast majority of the 900 million people that have this app downloaded to their phones are saying yes, effectively, to this content.
That is disturbing, because TikTok isn't a guy called Steve Bannon hosting a show where you can go, OK, well, I don't agree with him here.
I do agree with him here.
I might turn it off here.
I might watch this back later.
This is everything and part and parcel of your daily routine going through the news and going through your phone.
It's disturbing.
It's all up at TheNationalPulse.com.
steve bannon
Hang on for one second.
I just want to bring you back after a commercial break.
Birchgold.com, once again, the end of the dollar empire.
It's a four-part series.
We're coming out with a fifth.
It's all totally free.
We started this a couple of years ago because we knew this day was coming.
Of course, even the guys at Birchgold and myself could not predict that Murdoch's Wall Street Journal would become the anarchist and the agents of chaos in the world's capital markets.
More of that when we return.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
Okay, get jacked up early in the morning.
Don't use TikTok to do it.
Warpath Coffee.
Go to warpath.coffee slash war room for your discount.

unidentified

steve bannon
Tej Gill and the team there.
It's a great company out west.
Roasted here in the United States of America.
So Raheem Kassam on TikTok, people gotta remember, after the assault of 7 October, on TikTok, they had all these young Christian women, the same ones they're gonna try to get to vote, Christian women and young Jewish women, All talking about how the Quran is a feminist document, and saying, hey, Bin Laden might have been right.
That was 100% TikTok, was it not, sir?
raheem kassam
Yeah, that's right.
A lot of the most nefarious things that you see in society around you now emanate from the moral degeneracy spread by the algorithms.
And to a massive, massive extent, especially amongst younger people, those algorithms are no longer Facebook.
They're no longer Meta.
They're no longer Instagram.
They're certainly not X. They are TikTok.
They're all TikTok.
They're on TikTok.
constantly. I mentioned earlier on, you know, several times an hour. That was not a misspeak.
That is what the data shows us, how often people are opening that app and scrolling through it. TikTok itself has undergone a massive, massive advertising campaign that they started when President Trump was on the precipice of actually managing to ban the app. TikTok plowed tens of millions of dollars into lobbying efforts and hundreds of millions of dollars into advertising efforts.
unidentified
And what did they do?
steve bannon
If you go on MSNBC or CNN now, it's almost like Big Pharma.
You've got crocodile tears, these old TikTok ads.
I've got a nun saying how she's saving the world.
I've got farmers.
It's all MAGA.
It's MAGA types.
TikTok saved me.
TikTok built my business.
TikTok did this, TikTok did this.
It's Chinese Communist Party information platform.
You use the term, Rahim, moral degeneracy.
What do you mean by that, brother?
raheem kassam
Yeah, and I was coming on to it.
The recipes, you know, all of that kind of thing that they're producing in these ads to lure people in, to try and coach them up and say, hey, you know, this isn't just what you think it is, what Raheem Kassam said it is, what Steve Banzer says it is.
And then once you're in, once they get you, once the for you algorithm kicks in, boom.
It starts being subject to, like you say, the pro-bin Laden stuff, the pro-Hamas stuff, the pro-Islamic supremacy stuff, the pro-OnlyFans stuff, and you'd think that a lot of these things can't work together.
They don't fit in kind of the same ideological or philosophical wheelhouse.
Yes, they do.
steve bannon
Yes, they do.
raheem kassam
That wheelhouse is moral degeneracy.
That wheelhouse is anti-Westernism.
That wheelhouse is the destruction of civilized, traditional Christian society.
That's the wheelhouse, and that's what the algorithm is serving you.
steve bannon
We'll get back to the TikTok, the OnlyFans, in a second.
I've got a short clip from this.
Let's play it.
unidentified
I want to preface this by saying that I'm not Muslim, I'm Jewish, but I've noticed something, and I'm sure a lot of Muslims have also noticed this, that through, you know, this entire thing with Palestine, so many more people are learning about Islam, and so many more people are reading the Qur'an.
I've read the Qur'an, I love the Qur'an, I think it's a beautiful piece of text, I think that it's wonderful, and it has so much incredible history in it, just like so many different spiritual texts, and religious texts, but like, it just makes me...
Laugh.
Y'all are about to get a lot of converts.
Y'all call them reverts though, right?
That's really interesting.
Like reverting to Islam.
That's really interesting.
That's an interesting concept to me.
You're gonna have a lot of people turning to Islam soon.
steve bannon
Let me have it.
unidentified
I've seen people- You see- you see- you see right there?
steve bannon
The mindlessness?
The Koran is a feminist text?
Remember, they've been propagandized since they were kids.
They're all empty shells.
They have no ability to critically think.
They don't know anything about the Western canon or the Western tradition.
Right there.
I'm Jewish, but I love the Koran.
It's a feminist text.
I think I'm going to convert.
Rahim Ghassan.
Thoughts?
raheem kassam
I could give them a couple of copies of my book, but nobody reads anymore.
Proliferation of this stuff is not just to weaponize people towards, you know, moral degeneracy.
It is also to create fissures in Western civil society.
That is music to the ears of your average Chinese Communist Party apparatchik, right?
You saw the NBC story up yesterday.
They put without any evidence In the whole story.
I actually had to send it to the team over at the polls and say, am I reading this wrong?
They put up a headline that says, you know, Russia is interfering in the 2024 election again.
And then they have 2000 words and not one shred of evidence for it meanwhile.
Meanwhile, the Chinese Communist Party is in control, in active control of the primary distribution mechanism of information amongst young people in America today, and not a peep about it from NBC, not a peep about it from the mainstream media.
In fact, you'll find that if you sign up to the Politico news list and Axios and all this stuff, you'll see sometimes it says, sponsored by ByteDance.
What's ByteDance?
It's TikTok's parent company.
They're in their pockets.
You said it was like Big Pharma?
It is like Big Pharma.
And TikTok is their new drug.
steve bannon
It's an octopus with many tentacles.
We'll go through it.
Matt Gaetz's rise to power.
And Matt Gaetz is one of the most powerful guys in this town.
That's why they're coming after him on this ethics.
He took out He took out a sitting speaker for the only time in the history of this republic.
Matt Gaetz's rise to power started in this very building in July of 22, when he came to me and said, you guys are not thinking through this TikTok.
We're not going to get 100 seats.
You're not going to get 30 seats.
You're not going to pick up.
25 seats, this thing's going to be down to a handful.
I know, by the way, we'll have a ton of leverage, but he says TikTok.
Nobody knows how to actually think that through in the system on the polling side.
Rahim, where do they go for National Pulse?
Where do they go to get all your content?
Great work today.
raheem kassam
Yeah, that's right, thenationalpulse.com forward slash war room.
Listen, it takes a lot for us to get to the bottom of these things, to research these stories out, to report on this stuff.
And we are, as I always say, 100% reader funded, 100% reliant on the posse to come in and support real news.
It's thenationalpulse.com forward slash war room.
Get in today, be part of the membership, be part of that community who bring these stories to the wider world.
And this TikTok story is imperative.
Make sure you share it, especially with the younger people in your family.
steve bannon
No, it's a lot more.
Thank you, brother.
Joe Allen's going to join us later about the whole Google situation.
