| We're having a debate this week in the nation's capital about the sovereignty of our country. | ||
| But that debate is full of misrepresentations, lies, you know, cover-up plays, all of it. | ||
| Right there you saw on 60 Minutes, not exactly a MAGA TV show. | ||
| The brutal reality of what's happening at the southern border. | ||
| That gentleman right there, in California, which is not the main highway of Lukeville, Arizona, Southern Arizona, and the Rio Grande Valley, or Eagle Pass, Texas, down that part of South Texas, or West Texas. | ||
| What did he just say? | ||
| 3,000 a week across his property? | ||

| I've got a number of experts here. | ||
| We got to talk about the CCP's involvement in this, the Chinese involvement in this. | ||
| I've got Nicole Tsai, obviously from the New Federal State of China. | ||

| We're going to get into all this because this is about a multidimensional war. | ||
| against American sovereignty. | ||
| So, Nicole, let me start with you. | ||
| As you know, New Federal State, you're the alternative, you know, government-in-exile or proposed government-in-exile for the Chinese people, for Lao Baijing. | ||
| We're the number one supporters of that movement. | ||
| I'm one of the co-founders of the group. | ||
| We fully always support The Chinese people trying to get away and get to freedom. | ||
| But that's not exactly totally what's happening here, right? | ||
| Because this is also the CCP at work. | ||
| Can you walk through your assessment of what's happening at the southern border with what now 100,000 potential CCP members or Chinese coming across many of those CCP members and many of those fighting age men? | ||
| Well, absolutely. | ||
| First of all, you, Mr. Bannon and the war room has been I'm most important to critic of the CCP's government policy and the global elites trade policy with the CCP. | ||
| And you have been the voice of the Chinese people who have lost their own voice. | ||
| I mean, in that 60 minutes of video, we saw that the illegal Chinese immigrants showing up at the southern border, they're actually the direct victim and natural outcome of the decades-long CCP's trade policy with the U.S. | ||
| and the Western world, because the so-called open trade with the CCP, they never benefit the Chinese people. | ||
| The Chinese people are the biggest victim of the U.S. | ||
| engagement policy and trade policy with the CCP. | ||
| So I think that, you know, this is very important to bring into the national debate that who caused the CCP's economy to fall. | ||
| and force these middle class Chinese people to flee their country. | ||
| I mean, that woman said she sold the house and got $14,000 to be smuggled. | ||
| And they often have to travel a dozen countries, you know, by plane, by bus and by foot and show up at the southern border and seeking political asylum. | ||
| And so I think this is a much profound question than just the open border policy. | ||
| This is the trade policy and economic policy that the U.S. | ||
| has been condoning and engaging with the CCP. | ||
| Do you think that the globalist elites, particularly the 400 that met with Xi and toasted him in San Francisco a couple of months ago, do you think they have any concern at all or any feelings at all for the Chinese people that are trying to get into the United States? | ||
| Absolutely not. | ||
| These people have no regards for Chinese people's liberty and freedom and human rights. | ||
| I mean, they're happy to see the Chinese people are forced to flee the country and become illegal immigrants and become the cheap labor in this country and to take over American people's high quality and well-paid job. | ||
| And that's the outcome that the global elites and the CCP desired. | ||
| And so that's why we have to, you know, be the voice of those Chinese people who lost their own voice. | ||
| And instead of, you know, just encouraging the CCP's engagement policy with the US trade and economy, we need to decouple because the more engagement policy we have toward the CCP, the more damage is being done to the Chinese people. | ||
| Biden said, You know, we're not trying to contain China. | ||
| We want China's economy to grow. | ||
| Well, the best way to grow the Chinese economy and help the Chinese people to be self-sufficient is to decouple from the CCP. | ||
| I want everybody to know, by the way, this fight over the sovereignty, it's even open question now whether this bill will come to a vote in the Senate. | ||
| Right now there's 19 or 20 Republican senators that oppose it. | ||
| My understanding, you get to 25, McConnell will not be able to move it. | ||
| The number is 202-224-3121 for the Senate, 202-225-3121 for the House. | ||
| Make sure your voice is heard today. | ||
| This bill is absolutely outrageous. | ||
| It just codifies Let me bring in Brian Costello for a second. | ||
| I got Dr. Thayer's got a brilliant piece up about how she is an active role in this election campaign of President Trump versus Biden. | ||
| Brian Costello, we just had this huge, and I know something you've been pushing for, for the social media companies held You know, the Senate held a hearing, Hawley was on top of people, Ted Cruz, they're ripping these guys apart. | ||
| TikTok's there. | ||
| They're getting all over, I think it's Cotton, for being a racist, for asking the Singapore guy, have you ever been a member of the CCP? | ||
| TikTok has a huge role in this invasion on the southern border. | ||
| In 60 Minutes brought it up last night. | ||
| Walk us through how the information warfare TikTok is informing the invasion on our southern border, particularly with Yeah, so 60 Minutes just had a segment, Steve. | ||

| And I think this is getting lost on people. | ||
| This segment was tweeted by Elon Musk this morning and it has over 40 million views, which is for even Elon, that's a lot, right? | ||
| And of course, because it's China, There were no words by Elon, but it's pretty substantial that he actually tweeted something about TikTok. | ||
| Look for the inspectors to be at Tesla in China in a little bit here. | ||
| But yeah, so TikTok, we can't predict the way TikTok is going to be used. | ||
| It's a propaganda tool for the Chinese who are very good at propaganda. | ||
| So we've actually seen in the last few months how it's been used to push Bin Laden's manifesto. | ||
| And now we just learned from a special on CBS 60 Minutes that it's actually being used to instruct Chinese how to circumvent the border and giving them instructions, how to use different cartels and all sorts of other stuff with probes. | ||
| So what you're seeing is that TikTok is being used as a weapon in different ways. | ||
| You know, and what frustrates me, Steve, there's two things that happen that really frustrate me. | ||
| One, Ray went in front of the Senate last week or two weeks ago. | ||
| And talked about how TikTok's this enormous threat. | ||
| Well, FBI Director Wray, you have agents in the Washington field office or in possession of criminal information about principles behind TikTok, and your office has done nothing about it. | ||
| So if you really want to be sincere in the issues with TikTok, stop covering it up for the National Security Council, Jake Sullivan, Lisa Monaco, Kirk Campbell, and we'll talk because you have the ability to actually do something about it. | ||
| So I find your His testimony insincere, Steve. | ||
| I also find the Senate very insincere. | ||
| Every single person and a number of those senators, I've been with their senior staffers who questioned the CEO of TikTok, and they're trying to build links between his, you know, his ethnicity and his background and being from Singapore. | ||
| When they all full well know his pay is set by a gentleman named Neil Shen from Sequoia Capital. | ||
| Neil Shen has put his lawyer in as the CFO of TikTok. | ||
| He's the direct interlocutor to the U.S. | ||
| elite, to the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| And our senators are being cowards because they're all more worried about their political careers and impacting the donors who are invested in TikTok than they are in protecting the American people. | ||
| I want to go, I got about 30 seconds before I go to go to break. | ||
| Once again, this is Sequoia Capital. | ||
| This is the money laundering operation in Silicon Valley that's buying, it's essentially influence peddling in our nation's capital and covering up the fact that Neil Shen's making many of the decisions regarding a Chinese information warfare propaganda platform. | ||

| And you know, Steve, I had a prominent member of the media who's asked me, what is Neil Shen? | ||
| You know, and you're one of the few people, one of the only people that's still covering it. | ||
| Why this isn't dead with the breakup of the China arm from Sequoia Capital? | ||
| Well, all the tentacles in terms of the investments of the U.S. | ||
| elite still in TikTok, still in many of these companies in China, and then being compromised by Nielsen and the Chinese Communist Party, and these same individuals like Ken Griffin now even against all rationale trying to back Nikki Haley and, you know, at the same time expanding into China when it makes no sense right now from a financial standpoint. | ||
| Like this problem isn't solved. You know, this is the equivalent of you know, Jeffrey Epstein getting a wrist slap in Florida, right? | ||
| It didn't solve the problem. It created new ones. It showed that yes, many of our officials are compromised. | ||

| This all revolves around the presidential election that's happening this November. | ||
| Of course, everybody's on point on this right now, working non-stop. | ||
| I want to bring in Dr. Bradley Thayer because I think this will contextualize what's happening in the southern border and particularly the fact That the Chinese Communist Party, they may say, oh, Trump could be better, and the mainstream media saying, oh, you know, Xi, they want Trump. | ||
| As Nicole just said, the last thing they want is Trump, the person who's prepared to not have engagement with him and to play hardball with the Chinese Communist Party. | ||

| People forget that Xi gets a vote in this election. | ||

| Look, this year is a critical one for Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| They're an illegitimate government because they're communists, and they know that they're illegitimate. | ||
| Their economy is in freefall. | ||
| The CSI 1000 index is down 7%. | ||
| Right. | ||
| It's the, I believe, seventh day that it's in decline. | ||
| It's basically their stock market is just falling apart. | ||
| One of many problems that they have in their economy. | ||
| And that gives the necessity for Xi Jinping to sustain and continue his lifeline. | ||
| His lifeline is with Joe Biden or Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama. | ||
| Because it is with those engagers, those Biden, Newsom, Obama, will sustain trade and investment in the CCP. | ||
| And that's going to sustain Xi Jinping. | ||
| Trump is going to cut that off. | ||
| So Trump is going to go after Xi Jinping hard to put him on the ash heap of history, just as Ronald Reagan did to the Soviet Communist Party. | ||
| So Xi knows that Trump is an existential threat to him, and that's why Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party are going to use every tool at their disposal to ensure that Trump does not become president on November 5th of this year. | ||
| And so we should expect massive election interference In the U.S. | ||
| presidential election to ensure that Biden or Newsom or Obama become president. | ||
| I haven't put it up yet, but Scott Besant, remember the hedge fund guy, the former Soros guy who's MAGA, who now did this amazing piece talking about the Trump rally in this U.S. | ||
| stock market. | ||
| They did the analysis. | ||
| When Trump's leading, market goes up higher. | ||
| When Biden's leading, either market doesn't increase as much or actually goes down. | ||
| The Financial Times of London on Saturday Actually did a piece from one of their lead columnists that said they talk about the Trump effect as it hits China. | ||
| That they think a bunch of this free fall is investors saying, hey, Trump was hard the first time. | ||
| Trump's talking about 60% tariffs. | ||
| He's talking about these huge tariffs. | ||
| Now's the time to get my money out, but it's certainly not time to put any money in. | ||
| Give me your assessment of that Trump effect in China right now. | ||
| I think that's entirely accurate that there is There's a reason why the stock market, the Chinese stock market, is just in collapse. | ||
| And that's, I think, precisely because of that. | ||
| There's the expectation from foreign investors that Trump stands a very good chance of being elected on November 5th. | ||
| And so China does not look good because Trump is going to hold the CCP to account. | ||
| He's going to do his utmost to evict them from power. | ||
| Again, this is existential, right? | ||
| This is a titanic struggle between Trump and Xi Jinping. | ||
| And it's not framed in that way. | ||
| But in fact, it is. | ||
| And Xi is putting his thumb on the scale to get Biden over the finish line or Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama. | ||
| Uh, so he's going to employ every that's tick tock. | ||
| That's you know, there's a reason why these guys are coming over the border. | ||
| It's sabotage. | ||
| It's also going to be election interference, which is going to take a cyber form. | ||
| It's going to take deepfake artificial intelligence form. | ||
| It's going to take ballot harvesting and stuffing, right? | ||
| Essentially, in some respects, the more yeoman tasks of stealing an election. | ||
| And you're going to expect, of course, that Xi Jinping is going to follow that Chicago mantra of vote early and vote often to ensure that the Democratic candidate gets elected. | ||
| Right? | ||
| Hang on one second. | ||
| Just hang on. | ||
| I'm gonna get you, I'm gonna get Brian back in here. | ||
| I'm gonna go to Nicole. | ||
| Nicole, you highlight, as part of empirical evidence, you highlighted to me that Janet Yellen is going back over to China for another meeting. She spends more time in Beijing, does she not, than in Washington, D.C. Why would the stock market collapse, the property market collapse, the shadow banks collapse? She obviously needs a bailout. | ||
| Nicole, why would we be sending the Secretary of Treasury again to go see the Chinese Communist Party? | ||
| Well, I really don't think Janet Yellen is visiting Beijing because there are hundreds of thousands of Chinese investors who was flooding the U.S. | ||
| Embassy's Weibo official account, which is a social media account, venting their angers and frustrations against the collapse of the Shanghai and Shenzhen and Hong Kong Hongsheng stock market. | ||
| I don't think that Janet Yellen cares about the well-being, economic well-being of the Chinese investors who have lost billions of dollars. | ||
| And according to the New York Times article today, she's going there to reinforce Biden administration's engagement policy with Xi Jinping. | ||
| And this is a part of the deal that they discussed in summer when Janet Yellen was visiting Beijing. | ||
| Remember the famous bowing that Janet Yellen did to the CCP authority? | ||
| And so they want to set up this working group to have regular communication. | ||
| To prevent any misunderstanding from spiraling into economic warfare. | ||
| And let's be clear, there's no misunderstanding. | ||
| The CCP knows exactly what they're doing. | ||
| And the Biden administration also knows very well about what the CCP was doing. | ||
| And that was the coercion economic warfare against the American people. | ||
| So this trip is a performative show just to tell American people they're trying to help with the U.S. | ||
| economy, but they were actually helping the CCP. | ||
| And I think this is what they need to do to show the American voters in this pivotal election. | ||
| And we just want to tell American people that engagement policy does not benefit the U.S. | ||
| national interest, and it also hurts the Chinese people. | ||
| And that's why in the southern border, we're seeing So many Chinese migrants coming to this country seeking political asylum. | ||
| Brian Costello, do you agree with that? | ||
| Do you think that this is about Biden needs the CCP to actually win re-election? | ||
| Dr. Thea has laid out a number of reasons why. | ||
| Do you think he needs to try to keep engagement going? | ||
| And the reason the market's collapsing is that people realize Trump's coming back with these very tough anti-CC policies? | ||

| I mean, I would argue the reason gas prices are going down is they're protecting Trump's going into market. | ||
| But, you know, Biden will take credit for that. | ||

| I mean, listen, I don't think Janet Yellen is obvious enough as she's lining up her next speaking fees in Beijing, but let's hope that's actually what she's doing. | ||

| The SEC chairman, look at his calendar. | ||
| He's meeting with Kirk Campbell, National Security Advisor for China. | ||
| He's meeting with Burns, the ambassador to China. | ||
| He's meeting with Monaco. | ||
| He's meeting with all the China protectors because they're running around saying to Xi Jinping, we're what you want. | ||
| We're going to open the capital markets. | ||
| We're going to let Xi go public. | ||
| We're going to set up a TikTok IPO. | ||
| We're not going to ban it. | ||
| We're going to bring capital back into your market, private capital flowing back in. | ||
| And we're what you need. | ||
| So do what you can to help us. | ||
| Right before I let you go, go back to the FBI. | ||
| You're saying right now, you know, for a fact that there's evidence of criminal activity that's been delivered, I guess, to Lisa Monaco or other people about the involvement of the CCP and maybe some capital markets types, some tech types, Neil Shen, et cetera, that is being suppressed. | ||
| Steve, two years ago on February 2nd, 2022, I sat down with the FBI and a liaison, the Department of Justice. | ||
| They told me, I laid out all the crimes. | ||
| They told me that multiple agencies within the government were aware of Shen and were working on it. | ||
| All that has been done since, right? | ||
| And we laid out eight Title 18 criminal violations that should be investigated. | ||
| There were two former supervisory special agents who are experts in this stuff, who Introduced the claims and they met with them several times. | ||
| After that meeting, I was told to go to the FBI tip line. | ||
| The only thing that has happened since with Lisa Monaco, Garland, and the DOJ, and Ray's FBI, is Nielsen China arm has been separated from Sequoia in the US. | ||
| The Biden administration is covering up crimes. | ||
| We're the victim of the American people and the damages are substantial. | ||
