| And today, an all hands on deck approach from the Biden administration in handling a crisis that began 10 days ago. | ||
| The heinous terror attack in Israel that killed more than 1,400 people. | ||
| A crisis that continues to threaten the innocent lives of hundreds of hostages and endanger the entire civilian population of Gaza. | ||
| In the next hour, President Joe Biden will depart for Israel for what could be one of the most important trips of his presidency. | ||
| His visit is, of course, a show of support for an ally grieving the murder of more Jewish lives than at any time since the Holocaust. | ||
| But also bracing for a deadly and dangerous point in this conflict with Hamas. | ||
| It is also a high-wire diplomatic endeavor with nothing less than the possibility of a major regional conflict breaking out, looming over every fraught development. | ||
| And every development on the ground in the last few hours has been that. | ||
| Fraud is also added fuel to a very volatile situation. | ||
| There are reports of a deadly strike on a hospital in Gaza. | ||
| Now the hospital was filled, of course, with the wounded and with Palestinians seeking shelter. | ||
| Hundreds are believed to have been killed in the strike. | ||
| But a spokesman for the Israeli military denies targeting that hospital and says the hospital was not a target. | ||
| Moments ago they said that they believe that a rocket from the militant group Islamic Jihad is to blame. | ||
| Now the ramifications of the strike on the hospital are already being felt. | ||
| The AP reports that Palestinian leader President Mahmoud Abbas has cancelled his planned meeting with President Joe Biden. | ||

anger on in every conflict and anybody who has been following our fighting with Hamas knows that in every time that there's rocket fire towards Israel, let's say they fire a few thousand rockets there are hundreds of misfires. In this conflict alone there has been more than 400 misfires in this conflict alone. | |
| And in the last conflict in May 21, we had the same amount, roughly the same amount of rockets fired and rockets that landed short inside the Gaza Strip. | ||
| I remember clearly an event that was reported live on Fox by Trey Yingst, where he was standing inside Gaza. | ||
| The reports that came out was of an Israeli strike, which is the knee-jerk response around the world. | ||
| But then he reported that he saw with his own eyes a strike that land a rocket that misfired and landed in northern Gaza. | ||
| I think it was Jabalia and caused casualties, the death of a Palestinian family. | ||
| So this is not unprecedented. | ||
| It has happened many times in the past. | ||
| It is documented. | ||
| And for those willing to listen and not to automatically blame Israel for it, there is ample proof of the fact that this has happened many times before. | ||
| Granted, not the hospital and not so many casualties. | ||
| But the fact of the matter is that rockets misfire and land in Gaza, and they have been doing so for years. | ||

| I'm looking at now the, the footage of the missile. | ||
| Um, that was the idea of spokesman. | ||
| Tuesday, the 17th, uh, 17 October year of our Lord 2023, the second hour of our late afternoon, early evening show. | ||
| So a bunch of blockbuster news. | ||

| For reasons that are beyond my grasp. | ||
| Instead of staying on the fricking floor on Friday and expose them and just let it roll and vote and vote and vote and unmask these old bulls. | ||

| It's the Anglican Hospital in Gaza City. | ||
| Walk through the importance of it and then what happened. | ||
| And I think they're showing proof or some video that it looks like one of these misfires of the Palestinian Jihad missile. | ||
| But walk through why is this so important in this time? | ||

| And yes, the BBC line's done. | ||
| I was definitely outnumbered by people who want to defend terrorism. | ||
| Very strange. | ||
| But the hospital, there were some misreports earlier on the BBC. | ||
| There had been a Baptist hospital. | ||
| But as you mentioned, it's actually an Anglican hospital. | ||
| It's part of the Anglican Church. | ||
| Which, as we know, the Anglican Church in England has been started to be taken over, sadly, by leftists. | ||
| Say this as a baptized Episcopalian from the US strand of Anglicanism. | ||
| But this hospital had been used to shelter. | ||
| As I understand it, there were more civilians that were there just to shelter, not actual patients who were sheltered. | ||
| And the fact that you have people who are now potentially taking shelter in a hospital. | ||
| I mean, you heard a clip that you played. | ||
| I'm glad you played that from the IDF spokesman to really put this in context. | ||
| You tried to claim, well, this is absolutely an Israeli attack, when in actuality, we don't know for certain that's part of the fog of war. | ||
| But if you take a step back, Put it in context. | ||
| Well, where did this actually point to right now? | ||
| In terms of the of the bombing. | ||

| Um, other breaking news, Biden putting the entire prestige of the United States on the lines, doing something that's unprecedented. | ||

| After we won in North Africa, or won far enough in North Africa, we were ready to have a conference. | ||
| And Cairo, I think, was the entire Egypt. | ||
| So that's where we had victories under our belt. | ||
| We were planning the next phases of the war. | ||
| You had people that could come together that could come. | ||
| I don't think Stalin made the first one. | ||
| I'm not sure if he made Cairo or not. | ||
| But you had FDR. | ||
| You had Churchill. | ||
| These were big planning conferences. | ||
| Marshall was there. | ||
| Eisenhower was there. | ||
| Field Marshal Montgomery was there. | ||
| Essentially, the equivalent of Field Marshal Montgomery, and you have the CENTCOM commander in Israel right now. | ||
| And Biden's going in tomorrow, and the Jordanians, the Egyptians, all of them have canceled the meetings. | ||
| In his face, just canceled the meetings. | ||
| So it's going to look like to the world, he's going to be with the Israelis, it's like, we own this operation, or we've approved this operation. | ||
| And this operation, there's going to be a lot more of these hospitals, regardless of who did it. | ||
| This is just the friction of war. | ||
| Because you're fighting in one of the most dense urban environments in the world. | ||
| In the Gaza Strip, you have over two, I think it's 2.2 million people. | ||
| And Kerry, I think Kerry's back up. | ||
| Kerry, I think 40% of the population, or 50% of the population are under 15. | ||
| I mean, it is just, as you know, it's so concentrated. | ||
| When something like this happens, immediately, BBC, quote-unquote, trying to be even-handed, you know, we were watching here, we monitor all these channels, they sit there and they had these guys that come in from Hamas, and what they don't tell anybody is that Hamas just doesn't let people go on TV and start talking. | ||
| Everybody's cleared. | ||
| Hamas runs the whole deal. | ||
| They have fighters, they have terrorists, but the whole thing is run by them. | ||
| And so, there was a guy in there that says, yeah, I saw it with my own eyes. | ||
| I saw the F-16s come in and send them missiles off. | ||

And of course, BBC puts a guy up there and gives him space for him to sit there. | |

| He's just some Schmendrick that's with Hamas. | ||
| And this is what happens. | ||
| All of a sudden, the rumors start going, and now you're going to own the optics. | ||
| You've been a correspondent over there. | ||
| How do you think that the United States, because Biden just announced a $100 billion aid package to Ukraine and Israel, and I will tell you, as much as people love Israel, right now with the finances of the country are on the invasion of the southern border and nobody talking about it, nobody in power doing anything about it, I don't think there's a high probability that that will pass without a huge fight. | ||

| Well, yeah. | ||
| And on the channel, when I was on the BBC, they had a guy who was basically a spokesman for the Palestinians. | ||
| And he repeated something that, again, has not been verified as to the source of the strike. | ||
| But if you take a step back and put it in context, like that IDF spokesman did on that clip he played, everything we know about this hospital attack appears to be actually Based on what we know about the fact that, you know, these terrorists, they create homegrown bombs. | ||
| They create these homegrown improvised devices. | ||
| So the accuracy, it's really not precise at all. | ||
| And you have a consistent track record of misfirings and failed targeting by them. | ||
| So the track record suggests this was a casualty of its own making within the Palestinian, you know, within the terrorist group of Hamas. | ||
| And yeah, so we'll see what happens. | ||
| I mean, my hope is they'll be able to actually get on the ground and analyze the munitions so we can figure out exactly the source of it. | ||
| But you're exactly right that they are master manipulators at owning the narrative. | ||
| You know, I just got news alerts from The New York Times, The Washington Post, that it was absolutely an Israeli strike. | ||
| Well, hang on, we don't actually know that's true. | ||
| But they're already pushing that narrative out there. | ||
| And then immediately on BBC as well, they had this This Hamas affiliated person or spokesman or defender saying that this he's calling this strike against the hospital. | ||
| He's calling it genocide. | ||
| He's calling it ethnic cleansing. | ||
| So he's he's trying to claim the narrative. | ||
| He said nothing about the assault that happened, the actual ethnic cleansing against the Jews that happened just a few days earlier. | ||
| And in terms of, you know, Biden, I mean, he's he's so feckless. | ||
| He's so weak. | ||
| As you pointed out, he's getting all these meetings canceled. | ||
| In his face, and he, I don't want US troops there, but that is the MO of Biden is a dollar late, a day short, and then reactionary scramble, putting American blood and treasure and American potentially boots, 2000 troops. | ||
| This is leading from behind. | ||
| This is classic Biden. | ||
| This is what he did in Ukraine. | ||
| This is what he did with leading from behind in in Afghanistan. So absolutely Biden emboldened all of this chaos around the world. | ||
| I hate to bring up an unpleasant topic, but this is of the activities of last weekend. | ||
| I saw the Times of Israel, or excuse me, the Jerusalem Post had a poll. | ||
| I think 86% of the population of Israel believes that Netanyahu is accountable and should resign. | ||
| We know Shin Bet, the intelligence service, took full responsibility. | ||
| That was for the intelligence failure, not for the lack of the IDF. | ||
| response that took six and sometimes eight hours. | ||
| Kerry, you've lived there. | ||
| Are we caught up in the mythology of the Jewish Spartans of 67 and 73 and we haven't faced the reality of what their military and intelligence services are today? | ||
| Because the action we've seen them in, in the worst day since the Holocaust, was just abject failure all around. | ||
| Are we Walking into a trap set by the Persians and the CCP that America, now that Biden's over, the commander-in-chief of the United States Armed Forces and the senior field commander, the head of CENTCOM, are both in Tel Aviv on the same day on this thing. | ||
| It's almost mind-boggling it could happen. | ||
| And everybody we pay for. | ||
| We pay for the Jordanians. | ||
| We pay for the Egyptians. | ||
| We pay for the Palestinian Authority. | ||
| You know this. | ||
| We got money on both sides of the trade. | ||
| We pay for the Israelis. | ||
| We're paying for this, Saudis. | ||
| We got money all over. | ||
| We're putting money still in Iraq. | ||
| We got money on every side of this deal, and Biden can't get a meeting. | ||

| In the Middle East, which is like the Far East, everything is about how it's presented in face. | ||
| You couldn't have a bigger humiliation that the only people that Biden will meet with is the Israelis. | ||
| And that's where they're going to say, you're going to own the hospital. | ||
| You're going to own going into the tunnels. | ||
| You're going to own every optic of every dead baby that comes out of here, ma'am. | ||
| Yeah, no, Steve, it's yes, it's a failure on many fronts. | ||
| And it's as you pointed out with Shin Bet pointing out their abject failure. | ||
| I was speaking with Keith Kellogg, who was President Trump's national security advisor in his White House. | ||
| Last week about this and he said it was actually just a failure of the intelligence services. | ||
| Meanwhile, our intelligence services is playing footsie with Iran, you know, sending over the billions of dollars or unfreezing the assets when we should have been surveilling and picking up on this. | ||
| But he said it was basically that the the Palestinians and Hamas and what they were doing with the training. | ||
| And it was like they're going back in time. | ||
| They were they did all they accomplished this the old school way. | ||
| They were using the human intelligence Instead of the signals intelligence, which the more modern version, which we had, you know, they had been using to God knows how many plots they foiled successfully. | ||
| But this was them stepping back in time. | ||
| So they became more sophisticated by actually becoming more basic, just the basic human intelligence. | ||
| And that was the utter failure on the part of the Israeli intelligence and also U.S. | ||
| intelligence. | ||
| And that's that's where just and also the sheer boldness of this operation The fact that it has been financed and trained, this is based on what we know so far. | ||
| I mean, we'll see the additional evidence, but very likelihood that this is bankrolled and trained by Iran. | ||
| And the Trump campaign pointed out that Iran has evaded the sanctions thanks to Biden's fecklessness. | ||
| To the tune of 80 to $100 billion in oil sales coming from the CCP. | ||
| So this is a CCP funded invasion, essentially. | ||
| And yes, and Russia is laughing all the way to the bank here. | ||
| And you had a Hamas spokesman saying publicly that this is great for Putin because now the United States is distracted and it's got so many fires to put out. | ||
| So Joe Biden is just, he's a feckless, Um, reactionary person and he's weak. | ||
| Um, and, and yes, you're right. | ||
| This, this investment of American tax money that's going to these Arab countries that are laughing in our faces now. | ||
| Um, it's, it's unconscionable. | ||
| And I mean, and I, I think now we got to see what the CCP is going to do. | ||
| Are they going to move on Taiwan? | ||
| I mean, the world is moving in chaos. | ||
| You have our secretary of state Blinken saying that Azerbaijan could very well invade the Armenians soon. | ||

| There was so much going on in that courthouse today. | ||
| So many different J6 trials. | ||
| Julie Kelly was all over the place today, covering as much as she could. | ||
| You had a trial going on in front of Judge Lamberth. | ||
| He breaks for lunch. | ||
| And he brings in Rachel Powell for, you know, a 45 minute sentence hearing. | ||
| He already knew what he was gonna do. | ||
| And, you know, he did, you know, praise her for raising great children. | ||
| He praised her for, you know, surviving kind of a lot of adversity in her life. | ||
| But he knew exactly what he was gonna do. | ||
| The prosecutor got up and called her an insurrectionist. | ||
| Couldn't stop. | ||
| Not talk about Trump. | ||
| All she did was talk about Trump, the prosecutor, made everything about Trump and, you know, asked for this woman to go to jail for, you know, more than eight years. | ||
| Thank God this judge had the fortitude to say no to that, but he sentenced the mother of eight after she cried hysterically and pleaded and begged for mercy to 57 months. | ||
| And he told her to get her affairs in order, enjoy the holidays with your family, and I'll see you. | ||
| You'll be reporting to prison on January 5th to serve five years. | ||
| All her children were in the courtroom. | ||
| Her two very good friends. | ||
| I was there. | ||
| There were other J6 families there that drove in from other states to support her. | ||
| This is what is going on in these cases, Steve. | ||
| And people should be coming in to these trials, to these sentencing. | ||
| And when I say people, I mean from Congress. | ||
| Some of the senators, they don't know what is going on in these cases. | ||
| People's lives are being massacred. | ||
| Literally, this judge said to her, you have no remorse. | ||
| He brought up every single time she posted a video on social media about her case. | ||
| He brought up every single interview she did over the course of her time that she spent on house arrest. | ||
| That doesn't even get counted. | ||
| Towards her 57 months, okay? | ||
| So she's gonna start over. | ||
| She's been on house arrest for almost three years, can't even go outside her front door. | ||
| Her children have been robbed of her already for three years. | ||
| She threw herself on the mercy of that court today. | ||
| He brought up every wrong thing that she has done since January 6th till today, including the interview that she did last night with me on your show. | ||
| There is no more First Amendment. | ||
| It is dying right in front of our eyes. | ||
| You cannot have a political opinion. | ||
| You cannot support, uh, you know, anybody that you choose, unless it is this current administration and the people that follow this administration. | ||

| These judges are monsters. | ||

| We're going to help her with her appeal because, you know, the appeals are very important, Steve. | ||

| What did Rachel Powell, and the judge actually pulled that interview and used that today as one of the reasons to give her, what, almost five years or five years in prison? | ||

| The judge went on to say, you know, you're remorseful today. | ||
| Your words are remorseful today, but you haven't been remorseful this entire time. | ||
| In other words, you cannot talk about your political Uh, ideology and what you think of, uh, you know, the political worlds. | ||
| You can't talk about, um, another president if you, if you want to. | ||
| And he said, and I have a job to do now. | ||
| So despite your statement, despite your remorse today, I have, I still have a job to do and you're going to jail for 57 months. | ||
| And that's what happened today. | ||

| And he's going to be in prison. | ||
| It's going to be three years in January. | ||

| She's already been on, you know, home confinement for three years. | ||

| And unfortunately, Israel is part of that 15 country that joined the CCP's Belt and Road Initiative. | ||
| And so I think they're happy. | ||
| They're having a great time because the CCP has spent so much money infiltrating in the Middle East and they have surpassed the U.S. | ||
| as a key dominant player, influential power in Middle East. | ||
| And that's why Biden did not get a meeting, which is very unfortunate. And when America becomes weak, we're facing chaos, a world of chaos. And I think that's the lesson we should be learning from this whole war in Ukraine and in Mideast. According to Sun Zi, China's most ancient war strategist, the supreme art of war is to subdue your enemy without having to fight. | ||
| And now we're having a war in Ukraine and a war in Middle East and another one coming up in Taiwan Strait. | ||
| It shows that America has a total failure on a foreign policy toward the Communist China. | ||
| Nicole, what are your fears? | ||
| There's rumors that, or not rumors, I've talked to intelligence officials, that through the southern border, not just the second opium war with fentanyl, but really the chemical warfare attack of fentanyl, that there have been up to 100,000 PLA young men that have come across the southern border now. | ||
| That would make 10 combat divisions. | ||
| Now, I don't know if it's 10,000 or 100,000. | ||
| But is that a big fear of you folks at the New Federal State and the whistleblower movement that are trying to call out the depredations of the of the CCP all the time? | ||
| Are you concerned about what's come up through the southern border of the United States? | ||
| Well, my biggest fear is America's own failed policy on the open border. | ||
| If you close the border, you will not invite the enemy. | ||
| I mean, the enemy, you know, are coming from all over the country. | ||
| And I think that before we start blaming the invasion, let's fix our own problem. And so decouple from the CCP and cut off the ties to all, you know, funding the Iran, funding the CCP. And if we cure this problem from within, we will expect a safer world for America and for the rest of the world. | ||
| Tell our audience, how closely do you, because I don't think a lot, our audience is starting to do it. | ||

| But how closely is CCP and the Mullahs in Persia? | ||
| They had this long-term output deal, but walk us through how closely tied they are. | ||
| Well, first of all, CCP has been investing hundreds of billions of dollars in Middle East because CCP is the world's largest oil importer and more than 50% of the CCP's oil come from the Gulf. And that's why Middle East is a very important strategic location for CCP. And that's why they have a very close relationship with Iran, Palestine, and Hamas. I mean, CCP has supplying Hamas with | ||
| weapons, and the CCP has been funding Iran, and the CCP is behind Palestine. And I think that CCP has all of them in its own pocket. | ||
| So I, you know, I feel confident to say that CCP is behind this Hamas attack. | ||
| And that's why I'm urging the international community, instead of leaning on China to be a peace negotiator, we need to cut off and condemn the CCP's role in funding these totalitarian regimes in Middle East. | ||
