		It can't be unconditional.
		Particularly in a situation that because they may want to do things that are just not acceptable to us as a country.
		This is what alliances are about.
		So it has to be conditional on what their plan is.
		And Biden has to come to the American people under the War Powers Act.
		And I think make the case of exactly what we're doing here.
		We don't want to get this 10 years into the war, we want to get it up to the beginning.
		And he doesn't have to work through all the details that should be classified, obviously.
		You're going to do some things that you're going to keep to yourself, but we have to know the overall arc of this.
		Right now we're going to play the second.
		I approximately, back of the envelope, there's 25,000 combat troops or combat troops support, not just in the region, I mean in Israel or around Israel right now.
		You have two carrier battle groups, two strike carrier battle groups, That means you got the cruisers, you got the frigates, you got the destroyers, you have the supply ships.
		I don't think they've got any amphibs there yet, but I understand there's a Marine Expeditionary Force getting stood up.
		So that's, I don't know, roughly 10,000.
		I'm sure you have submarines and direct support, SSNs and direct support.
		And one of the problems I have where they are, Is just like the Persian Gulf, the Eastern Mediterranean is a shooting gallery, particularly with advanced, the advanced technology these people have.
		And this is a very bad neighborhood.
		In fact, hopefully I'll work it out tonight.
		We'll start getting some maps up here because we're going to need maps.
		Now one of the reasons Biden's doing this is that this is going to change all the conversation.
		You notice just in the last couple days, there's besides no discussion of Ukraine, there's no discussion of Hunter Biden, there's no discussion of the impeachments, there's no discussion of anything.
		So you get two carrier strike battle groups in the eastern Mediterranean, and people said, well Steve, Gates was here yesterday, and I respect Matt, I don't totally buy into this thing about the Gucci Arabs.
		He's saying, oh yeah, the more they, you know, hang out in London and the more they're, you know, Qatar is in capital markets with Larry Fink, everything's fine.
		That's just not the case.
		That's just not the case.
		This is an ancient part of the world.
		Go back and think about the history of, uh, if you've studied history of everything about the Roman empire, being a Christian.
		Everything not just about Israel, but the desert church in Syria.
		I mean, the Christian faith is a desert faith that came out of not just Israel, but after Christ, it came out of the deserts of Syria and it came out of the deserts of Egypt.
		And so, look, you got Turkey, So you've got the Ottoman, you've got the Turkey, you've got Turkey, you have Persia, you have Egypt, three of the most ancient civilizations on Earth.
		Oh, by the way, we've got the Chinese Communist Party, and let's throw the Russians in there too.
		And think about this, the people, I would actually argue that the people in Persia and the people in China and the people in Russia are actually, quite frankly, allied with the Judeo-Christian West in that they want liberty and freedom.
		Now they happen to be controlled by the CCP in Beijing, a group of gangsters that we, the United States of America, empowered.
		Remember, after World War II, we essentially in 1949, with the communist infiltration into FDR's administration and Truman's administration, this is what McCarthy unearthed.
		Joe McCarthy, who was dead spot on, and quite frankly didn't go far enough, That we gave it to Mao and the Communists.
		Just like we armed and over-armed Stalin in the war.
		And Stalin would use the Russian people, brought them into slaughter, and when they were pushing the Wehrmacht back to Germany, to keep the weapons, we gave him Eastern Europe, and allowed him to keep control of the Russian people.
		The two greatest allies we had in World War II, And the English were biased side by side.
		But the English deal was not just save England, to save the empire.
		The two greatest allies we had, as far as manpower, were the Chinese people and the Russian people.
		Not their leaders.
		They couldn't have had a worse set of leaders in China.
		Between the Communists, Mao, who really didn't fight.
		They took to the hills and let the Nationalists, the Chiang Kai-shek and these guys, all corrupt, all double dealing the Chinese people.
		Poor Lao Beijing.
		Taken from every way, the Chinese people were our allies.
		The Russian people, who took, I don't know, 25, 30, 40 million casualties, right?
		We abandoned them after the war.
		We abandoned the people in Eastern Europe, and we abandoned the Russian people, and we abandoned the Chinese people.
		The elites in our country abandoned them.
		And this is where we are today.
		We're on the brink of a third world war.
		We're in the brink of a massive war in the Middle East against ancient, the Persians and ancient enemies of the West.
		You can dress it up and put all the new stuff on it, but it gets down to that.
		Right now, we're not the nation we were even 20 or 30 years ago.
		When the elites in this country allowed the CCP... Remember, we've bailed them out three times.
		We bailed them out... CCP we bailed out in 1949.
		We gave them the country.
		The United States essentially turned China over to the Chinese Communist Party.
		We had... Who did it?
		General Marshall and people at the State Department, the Defense Department.
		I hate to be... And McCarthy gave a, I think, an eight-hour speech On the floor of the Senate, that was put into a book called Retreat from Victory.
		If you read it today, you're in shock.
	Not the World War II they tell you on MSNBC every day.
	But that's why we're backing it now.
	Remember from the collapse of the monarchies, which World War I was.
	We're still kind of fighting that war.
	We thought we concluded the end of history in 1989.
	With what happened at Tiananmen and the fall of the Berlin Wall, it turns out our elites, our elites just got in business.
	I mean, Scowcroft, Bush 41, goes to Deng Xiaoping and cuts a deal.
	Cuts a deal in essentially June and July of 1989.
	And the Berlin Wall falls in November.
	You notice you never hear that.
	You go, gosh, I didn't know that.
	They never put those two together.
	They never put Tiananmen Square and a couple of months later the fall of the Berlin Wall.
	The communist regimes that we allowed to stay, we put one in power in China and allowed the other one to stay in power.
	Remember Patton and the guys that fought the war that were held back from going to Berlin?
	They said, hey, let's get it on right now.
	These, the Russian people are good people, but these Bolsheviks are bad hombres and they're only going to do bad things.
	And they did.
	They did.
	You don't believe me?
	Read Ann Applebaum, who is no fan of the war room.
	Her book, I think it's called Red Harvest.
	Read what happened in Ukraine.
	Read about how they starved them to death in Ukraine.
	Read the history of Mao's China.
	This is what they think of people, they don't think anything.
	This is what's going to happen here.
	If you think the Mullahs, and you think up in Lebanon, Hezbollah, and you think Hamas, you think Hamas are Jeffersonian Democrats?

	And you see these college campuses, and you're gonna have all this, and it's only gonna get worse when they go tunnel by tunnel, block by block, and take it apart, like they are bound and determined, and they feel they must do for the survival of Israel.
	Well, the world's gonna say, with Joe Biden, we own it now.
	Because you got the Commander-in-Chief.
	I mean, to me, it is absolutely outrageous.
	That the combatant commander... Here's what's outrageous about it.
	Let's say I don't even disagree with strategy.
	You got the combatant commander of CENTCOM in Israel right now.
	You have the commander-in-chief, unprecedented, flying into Israel in the beginning of this, in the middle of this thing.
	They have not come to the House and they have not come to the Senate.
	What have we argued from the beginning of this Ukraine war a year and a half ago?
	That he had to come to Congress and to explain what the objectives are, what the strategy is, that you don't have to give the details, you don't need to give the classified stuff to the Russians, but that you should do that.
	You owe it to the people.
	We have a thing called the War Powers Act, and hey, maybe that's unconstitutional, but that's got to be taken to the Supreme Court and argued.
	He needs to come and make the case to the House In the Senate, of exactly what we're doing, we're $120 billion in there right now.
	We don't have $120 billion.
	You're going to be fighting for me.
	You see the appropriations for those of you in this audience that stayed up to 2 and 3 in the morning and watched the appropriations process and the amendments and the fight, and they're fighting over line items with a couple of million bucks in them, as they should, and they should be there for weeks and weeks and weeks fighting that.
	Under no time constraint.
	And it's a civics lesson for the people at home.
	Because that's how you have to get, as Russ Vought says, we got to do this programmatically.
	Program by program.
	We get the woke and weaponized.
	And also the unnecessary, where the federal government shouldn't be in this business.
	They're fighting over millions, tens of millions, sometimes billions.
	Those are fourth decimal place rounding errors right now.
	But to be drawn into this and now to have the coverage, this is the new COVID, this is the new Ukraine, they run out of one thing, they go to the next.
	Now it's going to be this.
	And my concern is that for young men and women under 35 years old, which CNN, the poll CNN tells me, I think it's 26% or 29%, you know, only support Israel's move in this.
	The number was shocking that really the, I think the boomers were at 81%.
	And it goes down by age because it shows you this is where you're paying for the woke and weaponized education system, the propaganda education system that is poison.
	Look at those kids on college campuses.
	Of course, now the big donors, oh, we're going to cut our money off.
	Hey, well, I didn't see you cutting your money off when this audience is being demonized, when the audience is being called insurrectionists and domestic terrorists and the worst people on earth in this audience.
	All those billionaires were back in the groups and giving groups the money, giving ADL and Southern Poverty Law Center and others all the money that demonized you.
	And now they got to come and they need your vote.
	They need your support.
	Well, hey, guess what?
	Maybe that's got to come at a price.
	Maybe this is a time for adult conversation.
	Say, OK, let's get all the cards on the table because we're not going to do another Vietnam.
	We're not going to do another Iraq.
	We're not going to do another Afghanistan.
	We got enough trail of defeat.
	In agony.
	In destruction.
	In personal injury.
	In PTSD.
	In broken dreams.
	In families that were never able to flourish.
	In young lives that were snuffed out.
	And oh, by the way, yes.

		Instead of spending nine trillion dollars interior to the United States to have a renaissance, We squandered it.

		The best and the brightest over there at Section 60 over in Arlington National Cemetery that volunteered In defense of their country to go be sent to foreign battlefields and right now today as we speak and nobody's had the common courtesy to come to the house and they're not demanding it.
		Nobody's had the common courtesy come to the Senate outside of JD Vance a couple of nobody demanding it.
		We now have 25,000 combat troops or their equivalent somewhere around Israel.
		And there's no discussion of this.
		This is not acceptable.
		If you want to help Israel, and I mean really help Israel, We need to think this entire thing through.
		Make sure we know exactly where this is headed.
		And that we buy in up front and we buy in big.
		Not all this incrementalism and next thing you know you turn around and you're in it.
		This is exactly how J.D.
		Vance is very perceptive today.
		This is not World War II.
		This is World War I. Where all of a sudden you kind of sleepwalk into it.
		And you have all these alliances and things that at first, like these countries thought were beneficial and they found out later, hey, maybe that dragged us in more.
		You have to think.
		We owe it.
		We owe it to the future combat dead.
		We owe it to them up front.
		To say, yeah, this time we thought it through.
		And when you defended your country on foreign battlefields, we had thought it through.
		And you were a patriot for doing it.
		Not like the patriots that we've squandered the lives of so many patriots today and destroyed so many families.

		So these are troops that already were living on a short leash.
		So they were already on a 96-hour deployment order, prepared to deploy order.
		Now that's moved down to 24 hours that they have to be ready.
		What that means, Jose, is from the time they get a call that they have to go somewhere, they have to be on the airfield 24 hours later to actually leave.
		Now, no one has actually gotten any orders to go anywhere, but according to U.S.
		officials, if these orders come in, they will likely move into the region around Israel.

		How good do you think your life is when you're on 24-hour call notice?
		Think you can plan out coaching the Little League game?
		You can't.
		Now look, people in the military, they know when they sign up for it, they sign up for it.

		Why do we have, we know, special forces personnel, at least on the intel side, at least looking over the shoulder on the hostage rescue?
		Why is the combatant commander, the general in charge of all of the Middle East, CENTCOM, Central Command, why is he in Israel today?
		Would somebody explain that to me?
		Why is the Commander-in-Chief going to Mars?
		In fact, they don't have to explain it to me.
		Why don't they come to Congress and explain it?
		We're supposed to have a process.
		They always talk about, you know, the deplorables, MAGA, they're chaos, agents of chaos.
		No.
		These folks are the element of stability in our society.
		Since they're the sons and daughters of the ones that are going to go, because the elites never send theirs, they would like you to show respect to their children That you come forward now and walk through exactly what the plan is.
		We got 25,000 combat troops, sailors, airmen, soldiers, Marines, in and around Israel right now.
		We'd certainly like to know what the plan is.
		If Lindsey Graham's plan is we're going to go bomb Persia and we're going to do it, I mean, let's look, okay, fine.

		Jordan is raising the idea of putting $6 billion in Ukraine aid and $10 billion in Israel aid in a supplemental.
		Somebody denied he said that.
		He's saying, look, he's reaching out to the conference for different alternatives.

		In the approval, overall for the entire country, including Democrats, everybody, Biden 40 positive, negative, disapproved 56.
		That's a negative 16.
		That's a bad number.

		Independents are really a proxy Because we're so partisan now in both parties.
		Really a proxy where the American people are.
		Biden, approval rating 30.
		Barely doesn't have a two-handle in front of it.
		And negative 64 for 34.
		That's why he's over this Israel thing.
		He's going to be wartime commander now.
		Couldn't quite get there in Ukraine.
		He's going to try to get there with the Hamas war.
		And we're not doing that.
		We're not going to play the games, no.
		We're going to get all down front and we're going to force it.
		Folks, if Jordan wins the first or second ballot, don't think, don't lean on the rake, don't lean on the pitchfork.

		And of course, if it's not you, if you say, hey, that's not me, I haven't sold my house or paid off my mortgage or refinanced or whatever the case may be, then what they do is they immediately contact, they can contact the authorities.
		They can get you a lawyer and they can take care of the problem for you.
		And that's, that's something that most people are just incapable of doing themselves.
