		We have a rogue judge who warns that properties are worth a tiny fraction of 1,100.
		A tiny fraction of what they actually are.
		We have a racist attorney general who's a horror show, who ran on the basis that she was going to get Trump before she even knew anything about me.
		She used this to run for governor.
		She failed in her attempt to run for governor.
		She had virtually no polling.
		She came back and she said, well, now I'll go back to get Trump again.
		And this is what we have. This is a scam.
		This is a sham.
		Just so you know, my financial statements are phenomenal.
		We are actually less, in terms of the numbers used, than the actual net worth.
		The actual net worth is substantially more.
		No bank was affected. No bank was hurt.
		They don't even know why they have to be involved.
		And they've so testified.
		They can't believe that they're involved because they were paid back on time.
		There were no defaults. There were no problems.
		And it was like a perfect client.
		In the meantime, people are being murdered all over the sidewalks of New York.
		There was no victim here.
		The banks were represented by the best, biggest, most prestigious law firms in the state of New York, actually in the country.
		Some of the biggest and best law firms.
		In all cases, the biggest and best law firms that we represented them.
		The banks got back their money.
		Again, there was never a default.
		There was never a problem.
		Everything was perfect.
		There was no crime.
		The crime is against me because we have a corrupt district attorney corrupt Attorney General, and it all comes down from the DOJ, the totally coordinated in Washington, because I'm leading. I'm the leading candidate. I'm leading Biden by 10 points, and I'm leading the Republicans by 50 or 60 points. That's pretty much, they say, over. I never accept that, but they say it's over.
		This has to do with election interference, plain and simple.
		They're trying to damage me so that I don't do as well as I'm doing in the election.
		Our country's gone to hell.
		We have a country that's in decline, serious decline.
		We have a man running our country who has no clue, doesn't know what he's doing, and you know it better than anybody because you have to cover him.
		What they've done with open borders, what they've done with interest rates and taxes, it's a disgrace.
		So, what we have here is an attempt to hurt me in an election.

		This has never happened before, where a President of the United States leaves office and gets indicted.
		And the reason I got indicted was that I ran.
		If I didn't run, I'd be sitting right now on a beach like Biden does every time, even though he's supposed to be working.

		It's like a buyer beware clause.
		It says, when you take a look at the financial statement, don't believe anything you read.
		This is up front.
		Don't believe anything you read.
		Some people call it a worthless clause because it makes the statement and anything you read in the statement worthless.
		It says go out and do your own research, go out and do your own due diligence.
		You have to study the statement carefully.
		Do not believe anything.
		In fact, it's so strong that people read it and they don't even accept it.
		They don't even want it.
		They don't even use it.
		It's called a disclaimer clause.
		It's very common.
		You put it in if you don't have time to do statements, or even if you do have time.
		People like to have it.
		This is what's called a full disclaimer.
		We disclaim the financial statements.
		But even with a full disclaimer, which immediately takes you out of any fraud situation and any litigation.
		And by the way, when the Attorney General found out about the disclaimer, she said, that's okay, let's go forward anyway.
		Good publicity.
		These are corrupt people we're dealing with.
		The most corrupt people.
		We have a great company.
		I built a great company.
		It's got tremendous value.
		It's got some of the greatest real estate assets in the world.
		As a continuation of Russia, Russia, Russia.
		As a continuation of the greatest witch hunt of all time.
		And I don't think the people of this country are going to stand for it.

		Businesses are fleeing New York because of horrible, horrible attorney generals and judges like we have.
		They go to other places where they can be treated fairly and with respect.

		Whether it is this deal they cut over the weekend.
		Remember, I left you on Saturday.
		I said, I think we're about to get rolled, but you're going to find out who actually governs you this weekend.

		And it is the Uniparty.
		Collaborationists with these radical Democrats.
		Right here you see another front of that.
		President Trump is, uh, they have to bankrupt him.
		Put him in jail for 700 years, bankrupt him.

		And President Trump is talking there about the financial statements he gave the institutions.
		And these are the most sophisticated institutions in the world as far as lending to real assets.
		They give them their work papers.
		They give them, hey, this is our best.
		These are our financials, but these are our work paper financials.
		And with disclaimers, don't take anything on this as being a fact.
		You got to do your own due diligence.
		And that's what these people do.
		They retain consultants, retain advisors, the team itself, and these banks do their own independent due diligence.
		In a previous life, not at a commercial bank lending against real estate, but an investment bank, went through and did this over and over and over again.
		If you're going to do debt issuances, or if you're going to do restructurings of debt, or if people are going to do private equity, or sell equity, or venture capital come in, it's the same process.
		Normal course of business and what they here's what they're trying to do.
		They're trying to drain his resources and his time and the pressure think about this for this guy.
		He is fighting a reelection against the entire Republican apparatus the key to the deal.

		I don't know if Biden said an audio, but there's a statement out that McCarthy guaranteed, has guaranteed him, has guaranteed him he will get, uh, they will get Ukraine done.

	The debt ceiling is the original sin.

	I just want people, we're going to talk today about the crisis in capital markets that is affecting your life.
	Your life is not, I just want to make sure, your life is not going to change.
	These interest rates are not going to change because of the massive refinancing that has to go on.
	But also to duly note, put this down on Monday 2 October in the year of our Lord 2023.
	Take your number two pencil out in your notebook.
	We are never paying off a penny of the principal.
	When we say 33 trillion dollars, this is like having a credit card.
	All you're talking about now is making those minimum payments.
	Those minimum monthly or quarterly payments.
	The monthly payments you have to make on the interest to keep the card alive.
	And we do a rolling default.
	We do a rolling default with the inflation that we're driving.
	On the number one export we've got.
	The reverse of the inflation is the drop in the purchasing power of the U.S.
	dollar throughout the world.
	That's what this fight's all about.
	They gave themselves 45 more days of just, they're going insane madness.
	Senate hasn't passed a bill.
	They've already told us they're not going to get anywhere near the cuts that have to be made.
	Let me be blunt about how you get out of this crisis.

		Number two, by cutting that, Hopefully you get some economic growth, not the zero.
		You had Ray Dalio, who's not a friend of this show.
		He's one of the number one culprits in financing the Chinese Communist Party with Bridgewater, his private equity company.
		He said, and I think CNBC in a big interview Thursday or Friday, He believes we're going to have zero economic growth going forward or maybe 1% or maybe some 1 to 2% that he's telling you and he said this is going to drive a crisis because the drop in tax revenues.
		So you either get economic growth up which we can't right now because of the burden of this debt.
		And the interest rates and the refinancing charges.
		The third aspect you got to raise taxes dramatically.
		That's that's that's the that's the playing field.
		So pick them.
		And up here they refuse to do it.
		They refuse to do it because right now they have a system that rewards themselves.
		It's paid for by you.
		No longer, you don't have to worry about your children, grandchildren.
		They're gonna be crushed.
		They're gonna be debt slaves.
		They're gonna be slaves to international capital markets.
		Because very quickly, we're adding another defense department.
		The bloated defense department at 880 billion dollars.
		We're adding that this year.
		Another one.
		A new one.
		It's called interest payments.
		Then all that crowds out capital Capital that could go to entrepreneurs.
		Capital that could go to productive enterprises.
		Inventions.
		It could go to building new companies.
		It could go to refinance our existing companies.
		It could go to bringing jobs back and manufacturing back.
		That is the fight.
		And part of the fight is this front of who governs you It's obvious McCarthy and the people that support McCarthy are essentially partners with the Democrats.
		Brendan Buck, who was Ryan's old PR hack, who's on NBC all the time, smart guy, but he's pure establishment, pure RINO establishment, said that the Democrats are going to sit here and save McCarthy because they like him as Speaker.
		He's their guy.
		All the things you're hearing from Fox News are all the same people paid on Murdoch's payroll that supported the debt deal.
		That supported the debt deal.
		You had Fitzpatrick or Fischer or whoever this guy, the FBI guy from Pennsylvania, and I thought the FBI had to have some minimum requirements for intelligence.
		He's on TV the other day saying, you know, we had this before, but it was so great on the debt ceiling, you know, we came together and solved it.
		You came together and solved it.
		What did you solve?
		You gave Biden an additional year and uncapped the deficits.
		And what did we say?
		It was going to be two trillion dollars and it's two trillion dollars this year, not one trillion, which they lie to you.
		Everything they tell you is a lie.
		And the purpose of coming in the panic mode and the flipping and doing what the Democrats want to do.
		Is because they want to protect Junkin and they got to figure out a way to get Ukraine funded.
		Without having Biden having to come, because if Biden came and actually made a presentation on what the plan is, it would be zero.
		Lead story in Politico today, the lead story in Politico is about a report that the State Department put out talking about, and they put it up on their website like a month ago, 21 pages, but they redacted, they held back what they classified that the White House's number one issue with Ukraine
		Number one issue with further funding Ukraine, this is the White House, number one issue, is not how their military is not standing up to the Russians and the spring offensive, counter-offensive is not going, it's the corruption of senior officials.
		That the culture of corruption, the culture of kickbacks, the culture, here's what it is, the culture of stealing American taxpayer money by senior people, The oligarchs in Ukraine that run the country, that's the biggest problem.
		And that was going to be a problem in selling this.
		Matt Gaetz, you saw yesterday, called for a motion to vacate.
		He's going to put forward a motion to vacate.

		And the 92 people that voted against this on Saturday, the CR, and the 70 that voted against the debt ceiling, it's gut check time for you.

		It's time for people that voted against the debt ceiling and for people to hold them accountable.

	And it is unacceptable Because let me just say, you do understand, please understand, and this is why I was so critical of Comer in the pathetic job that was done last week.
	That's done on purpose.

	That's done on purpose.
	McCarthy's lawyers are running those committees.
	This is why we've argued you need to have like a Stefanik and a Mike Davis get over there and get on top of this if you really want to have an impeachment.
	As Matt Gage has put out, there's nothing to shut down Jack Smith or to go after Garland or there's nothing on any of this.
	In the phony impeachment hearing, that's what it was last week.
	It was, nobody could be that incompetent.
	Even these guys, as incompetent as they are, nobody could be that incompetent.
	And I say this from my place, that it's obvious that Biden and his family took bribes.
	From the Chinese Communist Party, and from senior officials in Ukraine.

	The Biden White House, Politico's got a story that somebody leaked to them, essentially a classified part of a document the State Department had, that said the Biden White House and the State Department, number one problem, number one problem, was corruption in Ukraine among the oligarchs.
	Number one problem for shoveling more of your money over there.
	For the shoveling of your cash in there, that's the number one problem.
	And you don't think that we can't show and prove through receipts, through the through the SARS reports and the wire transfers, and connecting some simple dots with not even testimony, just go to the videotape about what Biden did there.
	You could not, if you wanted to, had a more incompetent walking into the Democrats' trap last Thursday.
	That's McCarthy.
	They don't want to impeach Biden.
	They want the impeachment to go away.
	Just make sure, please, go back to the railhead.

	Because Trump, they're trying to surround him with all these different legal cases and criminal charges, what, four indictments, 91 charges, 700 years in prison, and opportunity costs, and time you have to focus on that, and time with your lawyers, and all the legal expense, and then let's throw in to liquidate his holdings, to liquidate his assets, to put him into basically a liquidation hearing with two radicals.

	Just come in and they've already made a decision.
	They're just gonna have some show trial.

	What's happening with President Trump today is a show trial.

	They've now inspired 70 to vote against the debt deal and 90 or a couple, 70 and 92.
	If you count Ana Paulina Luna, who couldn't come back because of a post-pregnancy and Donald's who missed it, but said he was against it, have inspired these guys.

		Kevin McCarthy's gonna get his wish.
		I don't think the adult in the room would allow America to sit atop a $33 trillion debt facing $2.2 trillion annual deficits.
		I don't think the adult in the room would allow $8 trillion of this debt to come into refinancing at a higher level without serious spending cuts.
		And I don't think the adult in the room would lie to House conservatives.
		And that is exactly what Kevin McCarthy did.
		In January, To get the speakership, Kevin had to agree to certain guardrails on spending and he had to agree to a process that would allow us to put some downward pressure on spending.
		Since the mid-90s, this country has been governed by revolving, continuing resolution and omnibus spending bills.
		And what that means is that America's lawmakers take one up or down vote on the funding of the entire government.
		That is crazy.
		That is the reason we're $33 trillion in debt.
		We want to move to single-subject spending bills.
		He made that commitment.
		He broke it.
		And if, at this time, next week, Kevin McCarthy is still Speaker of the House, it will be because the Democrats bailed him out, and he can be their Speaker, not mine.
		I do intend to file a motion to vacate against Speaker McCarthy this week.
		I think we need to rip off the Band-Aid.
		I think we need to move on with new leadership that can be trustworthy.
		Look, the one thing everybody has in common is that nobody trusts Kevin McCarthy.
		He lied to Biden.
		He lied to House Conservatives.
		He had appropriators marking to a different number altogether.
		And the reason So you're not accomplishing anything here.
		That's not true.
		You don't have the votes to remove him.
		By the way, I don't know until we have him.
		And by the way, I might not have him the first time, but I might have him before the 15th ballot.
		everything, back us up against shutdown politics, and at the end of the day, blow past the spending guardrails he'd agreed.
		So you're not accomplishing anything here.
		I mean, that's not true.
		You don't have the votes to remove him.
		By the way, I don't know until we have him.
		And by the way, I might not have him the first time, but I might have him before the 15th ballot.
		That's the number of ballots Kevin McCarthy needs.
		So are you going to do this every day like you had suggested?

		That all put aside because it said, you know, McConnell's guaranteed the Senate, although he had to back off on Saturday, and McCarthy's guaranteed more of your money going to Ukraine.
		You're being lied to constantly by these people.

		So the more we borrow, and that goes from $33 to $34 to $35 to $36, and it's going, All you're going to do is be like the gerbil on the wheel.

		Just going around to pay the interest.
		You're paying that credit card that you've let explode.
		And you're worried at night, how do I make the interest payments?
		You're just going to be paying the interest.
		And this is not unattached to your life.
		It is directly attached To your economic well-being and your pursuit of happiness.
		Because it sets the framework in the world that you have to live.
		The material world you have to live.
		And now you are set for lost decades ahead.
		Because of what they're doing up there right now.
		And just looking at the Democrats so radical I could play the AOC thing.
