This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||
Because we're going medieval on these people.
President Trump got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

|
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
OK, Thursday, 21 September, your rule of 2023.
There is a firestorm on many fronts on the 30 Front War and we're winning.
Just hunker down. | ||
Stay focused. | ||
This is what separates victory from defeat, right?
The number we have of no CR is solid and it is actually growing and McCarthy's thrown out everything possible to do this.
You heard Congressman Norman made the pitch.
His belief and General Perry's belief, Byron Donald's belief is give the CR now, give them some time, get some more appropriations bills through, see what the Senate comes back with, the creator of the immediately motion to vacate.
I strongly disagree with that but I have a lot of respect for General Perry.
I have a lot of respect for Congressman Norman.
But I believe now is a defining moment.
And I think, here's the defining moment.
And this is why I'm so proud of this platform, but also what R.A.V.
has done, and the Charlie Kirk Show, and Jack Posobiec, and so many great podcasters out there, people over at Lyndell TV, Emerald Robinson, just so many different news sources putting up factual information.
It's time now to have a blunt An adult conversation about the direction of a nation and no more spin, no more optics, no more Fox TV for stupid people.
They're sitting there yesterday with Dana Perino, one of the hacks from the, you know, she and Nicole Wallace, two of the hacks that push the lies of the Iraq war, right?
Blood on their hands will never be washed off from the Iraq war.
And she's up in the grill of Admiral Kirby talking about The problem in Ukraine, here's the pitch, the Fox pitch now, the neocon pitch, the problem in Ukraine is that we haven't given them weapons fast enough, we haven't put enough money in there fast enough, that we've held them back from victory over the Russians.
And that we've got to give all this, you know, and they throw off all the acronyms like they just came out of the Naval War College, right?
They're all great thinkers, great strategic thinkers.
Thank God, J.D. | ||
Vance in the Senate, and now people in the House, just sent a blistering letter to the White House, said, hey, how about this?
There's not going to be any, make sure you tell Zelensky behind closed doors, there's no money coming.
None. | ||
And because that is emblematic of the problem here.
That we're spread too thin, we're giving money to, we're giving money in situations we don't know where it's going.
They still haven't, he still hasn't come back to where these 100,000 kids are.
He has searched there in Russia, we don't know that.
Right? | ||
There's hundreds of thousands of kids.
As Todd Benson, you admit, we have no earthy idea about the children who have been put in this country.
In fact, the family reunification plan on the plane, we're flying them in.
We don't really have an idea of what this is because they're not DNA testing them.
It's all a farce. | ||
You saw with Garland yesterday.
They're not prepared to address you as adults.
They're not going to have a debate on this.
They're not. | ||
They're just not going to have a debate.
One side's going to win and one side's going to lose.
That's just it. | ||
This is Manichaean. | ||
It is black and white. | ||
And anybody that tells you otherwise, you've got Don Bacon out there, we've got to work together, primary that guy.
Get him out of there. | ||
He's a clown. | ||
Mike Simpson in Idaho. | ||
The Patriots in Idaho. | ||
How you put up with a guy like Simpson is one of the worst.
All they want to do is roll over and quit and surrender.
Idaho. | ||
You can't get better patriots than in the state of Idaho.
The state of Idaho is one of the moral leaders in this nation.
How do you have a guy like Mike Simpson?
The folks out in Nebraska.
The great patriots out in Nebraska.
Where it's hard to make a living.
It's a harsh environment.
How do you have, how do you have a guy like Don Bacon?
It's like Liz Cheney's come out with a big memoir, big ol' ugly head on it, a big ol' balloon head that looks like Dick Cheney with a wig.
That big ol' head, that'll sell a lot of books.
She's sitting there up in Wyoming and she, hey, they turfed her out and won the biggest defeats.
of an incumbent in history.
This is what has to happen.
Get these people out. | ||
Get on the phone. | ||
2-0-2-2-2-5-3-1-2-1.
And by the way, Congressman Norman is a good man.
He's been one of the leaders of this from the beginning.
He's one of the guys that understands it.
He and others have a different take on the CR.
Hey, we're all partners in this.
Sometimes all the partners don't agree, but I think he would appreciate hearing from you and hearing what you have to say since you hold him in such high esteem and we hold him in high esteem.
You heard him make the pitch.
I still believe because I saw this before I was a participant of this mad boy the great mad boy in Breitbart in 13 and we had two leaders there.
You had Mike Lee and he had Ted Cruz and man went through the shutdown and he picked the you know, Mitch McConnell said there lies to it.
We pick we won the Senate the following year.
We won nine seats. | ||
Including Tim Scott and many others.
We took the Senate and held the house.
Took the Senate and held the House.
Incredible. | ||
Incredible, incredible, incredible.
Or held the seats in the House.
Held our seats in the House.
Incredible. | ||
We can win. | ||
We can win what they call this government shutdown.
And one of the reasons we can win it is Todd Bensman.
Todd, I just want to connect dots.
They are flying into this country on your hard-earned money, and from countries throughout the world, breaking the asylum system we have, that you gotta stay in the country, the next country there, flying into the heart of the country, which they won't tell you the airports, because they're afraid of a revolt throughout the nation on this, like you've seen in New York City.
221,000 people just in this year alone, and a lot of these are trafficked children.
Trafficked children. | ||
And Todd, that is 22 combat, that's the equivalent of flying in 22 combat divisions into the heart of this nation.
22 combat divisions being flown into the heart of this nation.
And they don't want to give the information up.
And Todd, here's the thing that's shocking.
Before you put the FOIA request in, had Congress in all of its oversight, had you seen this number come up to a Congressional inquiry, or has that program already been zeroed out since we control the House?
Has that program zeroed out, sir?
No, there were members of the Freedom Caucus that put a letter in for those numbers in March.
A letter from DHS came back just blowing them off, didn't give them anything.
So we had to sue on our FOIA.
We were looking for the same data.
This is like one of the most tightly kept state secrets in the immigration space.
How many that they are allowing to fly directly into the U.S.
I just want to correct you on one thing.
I do not think, I have no information that the government is paying for those flights.
They're authorizing the flights and then the immigrants pay for it, but the numbers are staggering.
They surprise me, they surprise everybody in my shop at Center for Immigration Studies by how many and how vast this program actually is, and it never Woah.
Ho ho ho ho ho you're telling me of the invasion numbers you're showing us every month of the combat divisions coming across The to the government does not include the 221 No.
That is a new number that we have to start adding to the total number of people being brought in by hook or by crook, however they're being brought in over the southern border.
Those are 220,000... | ||
Yeah, go ahead. | ||
There's just four nationalities.
I just want to remind you that's only four.
There are five more nationalities that they're sandbagging us on still, as well as the destination cities and the departure cities, so that you can't use flight tracker systems to figure out where they're flying into.
Why are we, why are we, why, we shouldn't be in ACR until this is, until this is stopped.
And by the way, I'm going to have to see the receipts in my own, with my own lying eyes before I believe for a second that the folks down in, in El Salvador are paying for their tickets, okay?
I understand that's what they say, apologies.
I got to see that because I don't buy it.
I get the skepticism. | ||
I mean, I don't buy anything.
It's possible that somebody's picking it up on the other side and reimbursing it.
Yeah, come on, they'll get the $2,200.
By the way, how many, are they doing DNA tests?
Do we know if they're doing DNA tests?
Either before or after when they land, are they doing the DNA test to prove these kids are not being trafficked in?
We have any authorization on that?
On May 29th, the Department of Homeland Security issued a two-line a memorandum that said we are no longer doing familial DNA testing at the border. So, so that's what they're saying. We are flying into this country 221,000 on the family reunification plan that we have no earth idea if those kids and parents are actually kid and parent and not trafficked in the United States and they won't give the information up to Congress. That I
don't know, that I don't know, but that is that I don't know how they're doing the vetting on the families This.
They do have to enter biometric data into the CBP-1 app while they're still abroad.
But I don't really... I mean, it's not that difficult to... We find fake birth certificates at the border all the time.
You can buy them in Honduras for 50 bucks.
Yes. | ||
So, yeah, I mean, who knows how that's working out.
But this is, okay, before I lose you, you see the situation down in Eagle Pass.
We got another 2,500 making a surge here.
But please go back, because the biggest story of all of this, oh, by the way, a couple things.
We now know that the Biden administration has made the Venezuelans, what, almost a million Venezuelans are going to be eligible immediately for work permits.
Am I hearing this correctly, Todd Bensman?
Yeah, they've... | ||
Yes, they've extended TPS, Temporary Protective Status, which is really permanent protected status forever and ever, to Venezuelans.
I just want to point out, I've done a lot of reporting about those Venezuelans.
None of them, or very few of them, are coming from Venezuela.
They've been in safe third countries, happy, like Colombia and Ecuador, and prosperous as well.
uh... in need of no uh... humanitarian protection at all in the i've done a extensive reporting i've got tons of interviews with them saying i loved ecuador i was wealthy in columbia i was working everything was great but they open the border so why not Why not?
They want to get to El Norte.
They'd be idiots not to when they see this.
They're going to get $2,200.
So Trump yesterday, President Trump got the language absolutely dead spot on.
We are going to have the largest domestic mass deportation program in history.
They're all going back.
Not just the criminals and not just the insane asylums, which were the modifiers.
Now, all of it. | ||
Bigger than President Eisenhower.
To do that, you have to know where they are.
I want to get, once again, just give this IG report, because this to me is the biggest crime, because the Inspector General caught him, and instead of saying, you're correct, you caught us, and we're going to go figure it out, they're attacking the Inspector General.
Tell the audience, once again, why President Trump's not going to be able to implement a mass deportation program immediately, because the Biden regime knows, and they're gaming the system.
How are they doing that, sir?
First of all, legally, the executive branch has to try.
I don't know whether Trump would succeed, but you've got to try.
It's the law. | ||
Secondarily, the Biden administration has let in hundreds of thousands without verifying their addresses, according to the OIG report.
At least 177,000 that they know for sure are bogus.
People would just put in like, you know, 1-2-3-4 Main Street, or, you know, they would just make it up.
And the report is just showing that We have no idea where anybody is, because we never verified their addresses.
I have wondered aloud whether that was done purposefully to tangle up any subsequent effort to track people down who have lawful deportation forms.
I'm just saying. | ||
I think that's a plausible theory.
It's going to be hard. | ||
They're making it very difficult for anybody to ever deport anyone.
Impossible. | ||
Any president has to try.
They have to try. | ||
You've gone Ralph Norman on me.
You're too polite today.
Todd Bensman, how do people get you the book?
All your writings don't need to be polite.
You go to Capitol Hill and testify.
Next thing I know, you're like the politest guy in the world.
It's fine. | ||
Just give me fire. | ||
Where do people go to get you, Todd?
Okay, yeah, you can find me at BenzmanTodd on X. I'm on Getter, T. Benzman on Getter, and Truth Social, you'll find me there.
My book is overrun all about, it's the only book about the mass migration crisis that Biden kicked off.
Anywhere books are sold.
Fantastic. | ||
And great work. | ||
The pick and shovel work you're doing on this.
So Mike Lawler and the guys in New York, you don't need any more information.
You need a briefing. | ||
You need to watch the worm in a briefing from Todd Bensman.
You don't need a discharge petition in the second bill.
Back in a moment. | ||
Okay, Andy Ogles is saying there's 20 to 30 no's in the CR.
I know we've got around 10.
Um, 202-225-3121. | ||
Make sure you get on it today and give, uh, give your representative, uh, a piece of your mind about this.
This is because everything they're doing now is a charade.
It's very simple. | ||
We got to get back to the appropriations process and really have an appropriations process.
President Trump jumped in last night.
You got to get that. | ||
You got to de-woke De-weaponize, defund, defang these agencies.
And you've got to have these fights at the appropriations level.
And if it goes past the 30th, then so be it.
World is not going to end.
Seize this opportunity.
And then bring up, if the guys in New York want to talk about, it's not putting HR2, that's just more, that's just more optics.
Oh, we need H.R. | ||
unidentified
|
2. | |
We can put Schumer in a corner.
That is, first off, it's just wrong.
It's naive. | ||
It's stupid. | ||
It's people who haven't done their work on this thing.
Look at the facts of what they're doing now.
We've got plenty of laws.
They're breaking the laws, even as we speak.
Radically breaking laws.
These are not close calls.
That's 22 combat divisions that have been flown into the heartlands of this country, and they're too gutless to say where the airports are.
Because they understand that's going to cause another firestorm.
And they don't add that to the monthly number.
Because they know it looks terrible.
If they thought it was great, they'd be rubbing your nose in it every night on Rachel Maddow.
They're not. | ||
unidentified
|
Why? | |
Because they know it's terrible.
And the most important thing is that we know they don't come back to court.
They don't even keep a record.
This is the Inspector General, and this is hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and millions of people.
And President Trump said yesterday, the largest domestic deportation program in American history.
This is what it's going to take.
I understand that's hard and tough, but you got to do the tough stuff if you want to save your country.
From the elite forces that are aligned against you, that's why this fight right now, this budget, is over so much more than just the math.
But the math alone is on our side.
Right now, the 1.45, the 1.25, it's all hocus-pocus, mumbo-jumbo, running around and on Fox, they're all looking at it, browsing, on CNN, they're sitting there with the government shutdown, the government shutdown, that's irrelevant!
You're having a collapse of the country, financially.
Because they can't answer the basic, simple question.
I got 5 trillion coming in, I got 7 trillion going out.
And look at this is all from I can take you back to the budgets back pre-COVID, pre-Chinese bioweapon, CCP bioweapon for 2019 or the fiscal year 2020 and back under the Trump.
And I didn't like all the spending.
I try to sit there and cut.
But, hey, you got to you know, you got to do what you got to do.
But those deficits were not where I didn't love them, but they weren't terrible.
And the spending is around four trillion dollars, which is too much defense budget, too much.
Other spending too much, but at least somewhat manageable under 20 trillion dollars of debt, which is awful, but at least somehow potentially manageable.
This is not manageable.
It's the law of large numbers.
This is spinning out of control.
And they're happy with it.
Remember, if you go to Pelosi-Sherman thing, it's gonna be four and a half trillion dollars.
It must be stopped now. | ||
We must lance the boil. | ||
We've got the numbers. | ||
Let's force the conversation.
It's called a forcing function.
To force the nation to address exactly where no more happy talk, no more childish talk, adult talk.
And that is why you're so powerful right now, because you understand this.
This show and others have given you, have empowered you, and they hate that.
But now you can't be spun.
You can't be lied to. | ||
There's hundreds of thousands or millions of the 10 million that are coming in on Biden's regime.
Children here, and remember, in May they stopped the DNA test.
The DNA test takes 40 seconds.
Why would you stop that?
Why? | ||
Tell me why you would do that.
When they come across one parent, one adult, one child, why would you do that?
Why? | ||
Tell me why. | ||
It takes 40 seconds. | ||
Why? | ||
The trafficking here, it's out of control.
Zelensky said there's 100,000 missing kids, and this is his, 100,000, tens of thousands.
He says it, and he asserts the Russians have them.
Maybe they do, maybe they don't.
We've got to get to the bottom of that.
But as Jack Posobiec shows you the receipts, there's child trafficking, organ harvesting, all that going on in Ukraine even as we speak, and you're underwriting it.
Because $5 billion a month over and above the weapons is what you're paying for their government.
In Maui, we still don't have a, we got Dr. Sean Rowland here.
And by the way, I want to thank you and the audience wants to thank you for the efforts you made in the early days of this.
But I got to ask you before I talk about Jace Medical.
Which everybody has to go and check out your service immediately.
But doctor, help me out here, because you're a logical guy.
You were there as one of the volunteers at the beginning on the aerial rescue side.
This governor, there's like no facts.
It's very hard to get your arms around what's happening in Maui, because the information that's put out is bled out, seems so at odds with what the reality on the ground is.
Can you enlighten us, sir?
Yeah, you know, it's not getting Easier, certainly, and you'd think by now when you're talking about getting information out and getting people up to date on what's going on.
You know, initially in the crisis, things are crazy.
That's when we went over that first initial period when there isn't really a government response and people are just depending on themselves and their neighbors.
That's the Aero Recovery Group that I'm associated with.
That's kind of their specialty is to get in there quick and fast.
And yeah, that or during that early period of time, you expect a lot of confusion and but here we are weeks later.
And unfortunately, I think we're in that that never let a good crisis go to waste situation where we've the information is hard to come by the people there are running into a lot of now this this red tape and all these different controls that are being put on them on When it comes to this rebuilding process, and so that's unfortunate.
You know, you alluded to it a little bit with Chase Medical.
We're seeing now that anytime these crises happen, really you can only depend on yourself, your neighbors, and we're We're trying to get people to wake up to that fact and do whatever it is that they can do to be self-sufficient.
And so in our, you know, in our little world— Why does Jason Medical—why does Jason Medical—why does Jason Medical—we're preaching the gospel of self-reliance, because when it hits, you've got to rely upon yourself and your immediate family.
What does Jace Medical do specifically to make sure that people, when these emergencies come out of nowhere, and that's where they appear to be happening, that you at least have this aspect of your life covered?
What can Jace Medical do?
Yeah, absolutely. | ||
You know, it's been my direct experience and our collective experience that in any of these situations, whether it's war, whether it's a natural disaster, or the fact that there's 241 drugs on the FDA's drug shortage list right now, So that's where we come in.
You come to JaceMedical.com, it's J-A-C-E, and you fill out a form and the idea is you're getting access to antibiotics, antifungals, things like ivermectin, but then also those medications you take on a daily basis, whether that's for your high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and we offer you a year supply of those medications.
And so, it's all done through a telemedicine process.
There are licensed physicians that are reviewing your history and prescribing these medications to you.
They then get dispensed by a pharmacy here in the United States, which delivers them to your door.
It's a pretty simple process.
It takes 10 minutes of your time to go through this process.
And where do people go? | ||
One more time, where do they go?
Self-reliance is critical.
Yeah, it's JaceMedical.com.
Last thing is the non-kinetic part of the war of the CCP.
Do you believe professionally that at some point in time that CCP will use their control of the supply chains and 100% of the active pharmaceutical agreements as a strategic benefit to them to choke down the United States in preparation for war over Taiwan, sir?
Yeah, that's a great point to raise.
Absolutely. | ||
I don't see how they wouldn't.
I mean, it's an ace up their sleeve.
They've got us by the throat when it comes to our dependence on them.
We use the word vital in a lot of things, but these medications are truly vital to our health and well-being.
And as you said, China has, in one way or another, all of these medications that we depend on come through China and that supply chain.
So absolutely, it's not an if, it's a when.
Brother, thank you so much.
Thank you for building this company around this.
It's much needed. | ||
And people need, if you want to be self-reliant, this is another aspect of your life, particularly as you get older, that's vitally important and vitally important for your family.
One more time, where do they go to find out all the information from you and your colleagues?
Yeah, thank you for the opportunity to get the word out.
It helps so much. | ||
The website they need to go to is jasemedical.com.
Thank you, brother. | ||
Appreciate it. | ||
Thank you. | ||
By the way, so I don't want to give a webcam.
If we get to Andy Ogleson, tell me when that's ready and I want to play that.
We got Biggs, Crane, Rosendale, Corey Mills, Gates, Oogles, Bishop.
That's the 7 or 8, and I think I threw Burchard in there, of the 8 that are hard.
Then you got on the bubble, let's play real quick, let's play Andy Ogles this morning.
unidentified
|
There's easily 20 no, if not 30 no votes on a continuing resolution right now.
And that's a big hurdle to overcome.
And again, my message to leadership has been start moving your appropriations bills, act in good faith, uphold the deal that was made in January to actually do our job.
Then you're going to start building consensus on, okay, well, maybe we can fund the government for a short period of time to give us just enough time to pass all these appropriations bills.
But like I said, you have two of them still stuck in committee and that'll take a week or so to get out.
So you're saying that you guys have, did you say 30 or 40 no votes on the CR?
20 to 30. | ||
Okay, that's Andy Ogles.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
By the way, in the financial crisis we got, remember, there's $6 trillion out there of net worth in homes.
And don't think cybercriminals are not looking at it every day.
The second mortgages are dead because the rates are too high, and they said the rates are going to... Fed told you they're going to stick there for a while.
Those cybercriminals are looking at that $6 trillion.
They want to take a second out in your home, and they want to do it today.
Go to hometitlelock.com to make sure they cannot Block the criminals, protect your net worth.
Only 90% is tied up in your house.
Short break. | ||
Back in a moment. | ||
unidentified
|
Your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
Andy Ogles laid out a very, that's a very clear succinct program.
Keep going with the appropriations bills and you'll get into these things on the border and stop the nonsense.
Let's do the regular order.
And he said, hey, we don't even have many of these at a committee.
That's true. | ||
And President Trump's saying getting the Woken Weaponized out of it.
Russ Vought's saying that.
Let's just stick with the process.
No, CEO, just stick with the process.
If it goes past the 30th, it goes past the 30th.
We can explain that. | ||
The American people need to know what this is about because it can't continue like this.
There's no set of math. | ||
I've run the numbers every different way.
There's no set of math based upon the way that the political class looks at this that leads to anything but the complete and total financial destruction of this country.
And you haven't seen them put up any counter argument to that.
They never put up a counter argument to that.
Ogles talks about 2030.
That number, I think, in the hard-nose is less.
I think it's around 10, maybe a dozen right now.
That's why you need to contact your congressman or woman.
202-225-3121. | ||
This fight's going to go all the way.
Look, we're to strap in.
This thing's going to be continuous between now and election day and then after in 2024.
I would love to tell you, pat you on the head, tell you it's all going to go away.
It's not. | ||
That's what the fighters are going to win.
The quitters are going to lose.
I can tell you if you quit, you've lost the country.
It's that simple. | ||
If you quit, country's done.
If you fight, we've got this.
That simple. | ||
That black and white. | ||
Carrie Lake's a fighter.
Carrie, I know you got to bounce.
You're going to court. | ||
Tell people why you're in court today and why is this important?
I'm really excited about this.
First of all, all of this stuff you talk about, all of this insanity, all of the chaos in America, is caused by fraudulent elections.
I mean, if you watch the Ken Paxton interview last night, he thinks they were going after him because he was actually prosecuting election fraud.
And so this is the this is the nerve.
We've struck the nerve right now.
And we have our case today.
We are if we filed a suit, we have a two day trial begins today to get our hands on the Affidavit envelopes, those are the envelopes that mail-in ballots are sent back in.
The person who sends it back is supposed to sign their name and say, look, I filled this out, this is my ballot, and mail it in.
Well, Maricopa County is throwing a fit.
They're trying to make it look like we're going to put everyone's personal information out and that this is not, these are not for public consumption.
And they frankly are, Steve.
They're saying that signatures are private.
Look, every single year, every single month, people, campaigns and individuals who are trying to get a voter initiative do petitions, and people sign their name on those petitions, they give their voter information on those petitions, and those are available for the public to take a look at.
So what makes this any different?
We're going to ask a judge to take a look at this and to grant us the ability to see those green envelopes that people mail their ballots back in.
And we're going to prove that mail-in ballots are not safe, are not secure, that many don't have signatures, that many of those signatures do not match.
And so that's why we're in court.
We've had to fight for every little piece of evidence we've gotten in this case.
And this is a really important two-day trial.
By the way, so Stefanik is in a dogfight lawsuit right now in the last 24 hours over Hoke, the governor of New York, saying, hey, we're going to have mail-in ballots.
I know it's not in the state constitution.
We've lost trying to include in the state constitution.
Screw you. | ||
We're going mail-in ballots.
This fight is a fight in Wisconsin, in Michigan, in Georgia.
And the tip of the tip of the spear is Cary Lake in Arizona.
You're going to go to court.
You're going to be front and center.
Hopefully we can track you down this afternoon to get updates.
The audience, as I can tell you, Cary, are not just huge supporters of you, but huge supporters on your mission to set things right here.
So where can they go in the interim?
Is it going to be live streamed?
How do we get on top of this?
It is going to be livestreamed.
Go to my Twitter. | ||
We'll try to get it out on Getter and everywhere else where they can find this and watch the trial.
I'm really proud of Brian Blem, my attorney on this case.
I'll be sitting with him today.
And I appreciate the prayers and the love.
There's so many people in this fight.
I might be the loudest one, but there's a lot of people.
And I'm glad Ken Paxton is back because he's going to start, he's going to resume going after this election fraud.
We must fight for honest elections right now.
This, as I say, is a hill worth dying on.
And if they're going to try to take us down, they're going to have to climb to the top of that hill, because we're not going down without a fight.
No, they don't understand.
The movement's so ascendant because of people like you and others are coming after and backing President Trump.
They know the only way they can do it is steal elections.
That's why this regime is totally illegitimate.
There's no question about that.
Carrie, by the way, Grace and Captain Bannon, I know they'll coordinate with your people.
We'll stream it on both War Room and my own personal Getter account with over 4.6 million followers.
So we'll do all that. | ||
Carrie, we'll check in with you later in the day.
Thank you. | ||
God bless you and the War Room posse.
Bye-bye. | ||
Do I have time to play a quick opener?
Let me play a quick opener from Mike Howell over at Heritage.
Play this. | ||
unidentified
|
Obviously it's very telegraphed, the focus on Hunter Biden, the investigation and the indictment of Hunter Biden as well.
What did we learn though?
Is there anything new that stood out to you?
So Merrick Garland struggled with this.
I think there is more questions than answers provided yesterday about the Hunter Biden prosecution.
The one thing Merrick Garland did stress is that the person running this case is David Weiss, who was a U.S.
attorney and has now become special counsel.
As Merrick Garland stressed several times, he was nominated by Donald Trump and Merrick Garland stressed that I, Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, have not had direct involvement in this case.
This has been the purview of David Weiss.
Let's take a quick listen to how Merrick Garland described that in his testimony.
I have intentionally not involved myself in the facts of the case, not because I'm trying to get out of responsibility, but because I'm trying to pursue my responsibility.
So Garland made clear this was not my decision, but there are certain questions, important questions that remain.
Why was David Weiss... Let me have it.
Honey could go in, and when CNN's sitting there questioning, and you saw last night we played the 19-minute compilation of the beatdown.
Mike Cowan now joins us from over at Heritage, the special projects unit.
Hey, Mike, walk through, you got to, this is another blockbuster.
Tell us about this report.
And you saw yesterday, brother, he's going to sit there and lie to your, even when CNN says he didn't really address some of the questions on the Hunter Biden, they're going to sit there and lie to your face.
Bald-faced lie. | ||
But you guys have caught something that I think is huge.
I want to give you some appropriate time to walk through it.
What have you guys found?
unidentified
|
Right. | |
So we released last week about 20 page investigative memo.
There's been a lot of talk about who Hunter Biden was actually in business with.
And we focus in on one key player, a gentleman by the name of Patrick Ho, who famously was referred to as the bleeping spy chief of China by Hunter Biden on his laptop.
And essentially, Patrick Ho was arrested in 2017, so during the Trump years, and charged and sentenced to three years in prison for bribing some foreigners, particularly in Chad and Uganda.
And this was a guy that was working with Hunter to the tune of millions of dollars while he was running a company called CEFC, which is a Chinese conglomerate here in the United States.
They tried to buy Westinghouse, which, you know, obviously has severe national security implications due to Westinghouse, just sense of information, nuclear adjacent things that they work with.
So this is a really bad guy associated with the CCP directly working with the Biden family.
And by that, I mean, Hunter and by extension, Joe.
And so we're looking at how DOJ handled this case.
And we saw a whole bunch of irregularities that all seemed aimed at protecting the Biden's association with this.
Everything from redacting Hunter Biden in the actual court transcripts to the fact that over, I think, a couple-month period, he was under a FISA warrant, Patrick Ho was.
And so you had the U.S. | ||
government intelligence agencies sitting on communications that we know were occurring in real time between Ho and the Bidens.
So our question is, if the U.S.
government was on to this in 2017, why wasn't anything done about it?
And I think it begs a lot of questions about the handling of the DOJ at that time, as well as to the prosecution of Hunter Biden now.
They had a veritable goldmine of evidence here of the Bidens working with the CCP, and no action, no follow-up.
There's a lot more there, but I'll leave it there for now.
Here's the thing, Mike.
You guys have done an amazing job.
I want Grace and Moe – we're going to push this and Carly Bonet and others to push this out.
I want everybody in the War Room Posse to absorb this particularly in preparation.
What we try to do is immerse you in information in preparation for the first impeachment hearing.
Is it your belief, is it your professional belief, Mike Howe, and your team of investigators that have worked on this, that this leads, if you follow this through and connect the dots that are all there, and particularly what our intelligence agencies know and the FBI knows and the Treasury Department knows, do you believe
With this hardwired into Patrick Ho and the chairman of CEFC, which was really the capital markets allocator on a global basis for One Belt One Road, the leading edge of the Chinese Communist Party's efforts to consolidate the Eurasian landmass.
Do you believe that this will lead logically to a charge of bribery and then to a charge of treason against Joe Biden?
I believe it absolutely should, but I also believe there's 0% chance that this Department of Justice would do anything approaching that.
I mean, look how they're handling Hunter Biden, a guy who's been implicated in all of this at the direct center of the international pay-to-play scheme is looking at, you know, a gun charge only right now.
The system's bolted in completely to protect him because that's how you protect the big guy who's getting 10%.
One more interesting factoid about this whole case, you won't believe who Patrick Ho signed up to be his lawyer when he was criminally prosecuted.
None other than Hunter Biden.
He used this as another opportunity to pay the Bidens $1 million.
And when I look at that, I see a political bribe to get more family to the people that can protect you.
I have no reason to believe Hunter provided any actual legal services for that.
And he testified to this at his plea hearing, which I was at, up in Delaware a couple months ago, that this is the million-dollar windfall.
But, yes, guilty all the way through.
We've never seen this much evidence implicating a president of the United States.
But the problem is that our system is so corrupted now that I have zero belief and faith that they're willing to do it.
I also have questions as to whether the House, as constituted now politically and ideologically, is willing to pursue these things aggressively via an impeachment inquiry.
That's why we're putting out the memos.
That's why we're suing DOJ and actually getting the documents that the House cannot get.
This is why, when I was on your show earlier this year, and others like Russ Vogt, were calling for a church committee, because we knew the complexity of the matter at hand.
We obviously did not get a huge church committee of 150 experienced attorneys, forensic accounters, corruption experts, and the like.
We have this existing committee structure where you have garlands come in, refuse to answer questions.
Members of Congress get their five-minute clips where they talk four and a half minutes of the time, and everybody moves on their day.
It's just not working there.
That's why we're flooding the system so the American people get it, because they're not getting it from anywhere else now, and can force some change up in Washington, D.C.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Mike, we only got a minute, but you also did the major report about the cell phones and the NGOs at the border.
The guys at Heritage, do you think that any of the money in this appropriations process has been cut out of those NGOs that are exacerbating the invasion of our country, sir?
So, H.R. | ||
2, the border bill that passed the House a few months ago, was the centerpiece of the trade for a 30-day CR.
I'm a little biased towards H.R.
2 because a huge part of it Defunded that billion-dollar industry that our cell phone study pointed out.
That's a billion dollars from the US government, from you and me, going to nonprofits that operate on the border for the sole purpose of transporting legal aliens throughout the United States.
Our cell phone study found They went to virtually every single congressional district in the United States, but for one.
So we presented that to Capitol Hill.
We had the exclusive with you here on War Room.
It went off like wildfire.
And for the first time in congressional history, they included a provision to defund that entire billion-dollar industry.
And that was a key proponent of H.R.
2, which should become law sooner rather than later after all this mess gets sorted out.
Mike, how do people get to you?
You're doing amazing work over at Heritage.
Where do people go to support your group?
So check us out on X at Oversight PR.
That's my Twitter feed up there at mhaltweets.
We got some great docs last night out of the U.S.
Marshals. | ||
They're freaking out about our investigation into them.
They're allowing the protests in front of the Supreme Court Justice's homes.
We're all over the map. | ||
We're coming at them from every angle.
That's the best way to stay informed.
Hal, you guys are fighters over there.
Keep it up. | ||
Brother Mike Hal. | ||
He's absolutely correct.
He's 1,000% correct in his Patrick Ho.
That leads you directly to bribery and directly to charges of high treason.
We can show you the quid pro quos.
Short break. | ||
Back in a moment. | ||

|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bass.
Breaking news. | ||
I think we're getting this from the House floor.
I don't think the defense bill is coming forward.
Another great victory for this audience.
The woke and weaponized defense, by the way, they confirmed, they pulled a trick and confirmed CQ Brown, General Brown, yesterday, a total disaster.
He's 10x more woke than General Milley.
This defense department is a disgrace and that budget is a disgrace.
First off, we shouldn't be spending $880 billion.
I'm as big a hawk as you can get against the CCP and we really need to be fighting in the world, not in Ukraine.
Okay? | ||
I gave eight years of my life in service to that.
This $880 billion defense bill is an abomination.
We need to be doing non-kinetic warfare now because they're attacking us.
Non-kinetic warfare and that will drop the amount of money we have to spend on kinetic warfare.
We've got to be smart. | ||
Huge defeat right now for McCarthy.
I think McCarthy could be on the ropes here.
He can't get these appropriations bills out.
When the Democrats love a bill, hey, you should be running the other way.
We'll get all the news and we'll report it back here at 5 to 7.
But huge, it looks like massive victory on the House floor, even as we speak.
People are digging in on this and they're digging in because of you.
202-225-3121. | ||
Give them a piece of your mind because they're listening.
Particularly in Idaho, in Montana, Commander Zinke, I love this guy, he's a good man.
A colleague who was great in the Trump administration?
I don't know. | ||
Just give him a call. | ||
In Montana, give Simpson a call.
Disaster out there in Idaho.
The Great Patriots in Idaho.
Bacon in Nebraska. | ||
Light them up. | ||
Tell them, hey, what in the hell are you guys doing?
Make sure, by the way, one of the reasons they fear you and hate you is now you're empowered.
Go to birchgold.com, the end of the dollar empire, put out the fourth installment, you're gonna be shocked.
One weekend in August of 1971, from the Friday the 13th to Sunday night, change the financial direction of the country and change your life and your family's life.
It took 87% of the purchasing power of the dollar back then, less than today, because of direct actions taken by the Nixon administration in cahoots with Wall Street.
The geniuses. | ||
And you'll see the whole thing.
Go through it, and it tees up changes that have to be made.
But make sure that you're empowered.
Go to birchgold.com right now.
Check it out. | ||
Also, ask Philip Patrick and the guys, why is the Federal Reserve spending time on a digital currency when the BRICS nations, the owners of the resources, they're all going to $100 a barrel.
Why are those guys buying gold?
Why are their central banks buying gold at record rates in 22 and 23?
Answer me that. | ||
Riddle me that, baby. | ||
Mike Lindell, field reports from the FBI said you and Flynn were together getting in trouble yesterday.
Can we get a quick report and then I want to make sure that we're keeping the factory floor at my pillow running at 100% capacity.

Well, we had a great meeting, and he's going to have one of our command centers in Florida for this 2022 or 2023, this election this fall coming up.

Massive breaking news, and I think this may be a death blow to McCarthy.
The appropriations bill even debated on the floor.
Bishop of North Carolina, Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, Matt Rosendale of Montana, Andy Biggs of Arizona, Eli Crane of Arizona, and Tom Cole of Oklahoma voted against advancing the measure.
Another massive humiliating defeat for Kevin McCarthy.
I think now it's time we got to step back.
What McCarthy's putting forward is not working.
Forget the CR, he can't get the appropriations bills even out to be debated.
It's not working. | ||
Let me repeat this. | ||
It's not working. | ||
The nation's in a crisis and people understand you.
This audience understands the crisis and you want to have an adult conversation about it.
You want to have an adult conversation about it.
The time for the Republicans to have that conversation now.
No more gimmicks. | ||
Forget the 30th of September.
That's going to happen.
Right now, what this defeat today shows you is that you're going to have a government shutdown.
It's not the end of the world.
It's an opportunity to be seized.
And we can seize that by making the case of why the nation's in a crisis because it's out of control spending in the elites on Wall Street.
That can be made and we need to make it now.
Go to birchgold.com, check it out.
They are my partners in getting you all this information.
Get it. | ||
Charlie Kirk, two hours of fire-breathing populist nationalism, followed by the great Jack Posobiec at 2 o'clock.
We're back here from 5 to 7.
We will be on fire. | ||
Another massive victory for you on the House floor a moment ago. |
