| Federal prosecutors have indicted President Joe Biden's sole surviving son, Hunter Biden, on three criminal counts. | ||
| According to NBC's reporting, quote, two counts are tied to Biden allegedly filing a form. | ||
| Claiming that he was not using illegal drugs at the time he purchased a Colt Cobra revolver in October of 2018. | ||
| The third count alleges that he possessed a firearm while using a narcotic. | ||
| Today's indictment is the latest chapter in a legal saga filled with pretty dramatic and public twists and turns lately. | ||
| It is one that comes with deep personal anguish for the president and his entire family. | ||
| The charges were brought by special counsel David Weiss, who was granted special counsel status by Attorney General Merrick Garland. | ||
| That was after a plea deal for Hunter Biden collapsed at the last minute in court. | ||
| According to the terms of that deal, Hunter Biden would have pled guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and would have entered a diversion agreement, which would have led to the gun charge being dropped in two years. | ||
| Now, those tax charges were not brought against Hunter Biden today. | ||
| Regarding the gun charges, New York Times reports this, that it is, quote, only sporadically brought against first-time offenders, particularly ones like Mr. Biden, who's not accused of using the weapon in another crime. | ||
| The nature of the charge could ultimately play a major role in the case going forward. | ||
| New York Times reports this, quote, Mr. Biden's lawyers have argued to the Justice Department officials that the charge will ultimately be thrown out because a series of Supreme Court and appeals court decisions have cast doubt on the constitutionality of the federal government putting certain conditions on firearms purchases. | ||

| After the sweetheart deal he had, they get the judge, I think the Obama or the Biden judge blew it up in everybody's face. | ||

| It's a big deal in the sense that it's continuing David Weiss's years-long cover-up for the Biden. | ||
| So people should not be fooled at all by these gun charges against Hunter Biden. | ||
| Remember, David Weiss is, they say he's a Trump U.S. | ||
| attorney. | ||
| I was the chief counsel for nominations when his nomination went through the Senate Judiciary Committee. | ||
| He has picked He was picked by both Democrat home state senators, which has been the tradition under the Blue Slip process, this bogus process where the home state senators get a pick, the U.S. | ||
| attorney who would investigate corruption charges against them, the district court judges who would oversee the corruption trial, and the U.S. | ||
| marshal who would escort them to prison. | ||
| This is a racket by senators to protect their own. | ||
| The two Democrat home state senators picked David Weiss. | ||
| for this U.S. attorney slot in Delaware and he has delivered for the Bidens. He has more than delivered for the Bidens. He lets serious tax charges, the statute of limitations on serious tax charges expire. He buried evidence deemed credible by the Pittsburgh U.S. | ||
| Attorney about the $10 million foreign bribe by Burisma to the Bidens. | ||
| He has attempted to give Hunter this sweetheart deal with this backdoor amnesty to protect Joe Biden. | ||
| And this is a continuation of this scam that David Weiss has been running. | ||
| Here's the tell. | ||
| Why aren't they moving forward with charges related to tax evasion or wire fraud or foreign corruption or things that could implicate President Biden? | ||
| They're only moving forward with this gun charge knowing full well that Hunter Biden will not spend a day in prison. | ||
| They're going to come up, they're going to use this charge to cover up for the Bidens until November 5th, 2024, when Congress issues subpoenas for the Biden Justice Department's cover up for their boss, President Biden. | ||
| They're going to point to these charges and say there's an ongoing criminal process, we can't respond to Congress, we can't testify. | ||
| We can't provide documents. | ||
| And then Joe Biden's not going to pardon Hunter right now because that makes Hunter available to Congress for testimony. | ||
| He can't plead the Fifth Amendment if they pardon him right now. | ||
| He can't plead the Fifth Amendment if David Weiss cuts a sweetheart deal with immunity right now from further prosecution. | ||
| So they're going to wait, and they're going to wait until the very end, and then they're going to pardon him, or David Weiss is going to drop these charges with prejudice, or he's going to come up with a sweetheart deal with broad immunity. | ||
| This is a cover-up for President Biden. | ||
| What action would need to be taken by David Weiss for Mike Davis to give his blessing and say, okay, it's not a cover-up anymore? | ||
| What would need to happen on these other charges or in this charge? | ||
| Well, I mean, I think it's it's too late. | ||
| I mean, he let the statute of limitations expire for tax evasion related to foreign corruption, where Joe Biden and his every family member, it seems, except for the five year old granddaughter who they finally claimed after five years under political pressure, every Every scumbag sleazeball Biden was on the Chinese, Ukrainian, Romanian payrolls. | ||

Expect those screening programs to be degraded indefinitely because vast numbers of special interest aliens are currently pouring through the Darien Gap between Columbia and Panama. | ||

| And whereas about 20 aliens on the terror watch list were caught at the Southwest border in prior years, since this crisis began in 2021 through the end of July, Border Patrol apprehended an almost implausibly large number of them, 258 as of now. | ||

| Border Patrol failed to apprehend a record-breaking 1.8 million migrants who slipped into the interior. | ||

| Why are we just down there stopping the border? | ||

| You know, I think that the reason they had this hearing was a CNN report, believe it or not, came from CNN about a smuggler associated with ISIS moving a bunch of Uzbekistanis in and causing this huge nationwide manhunt, everybody, a five alarm fire in the Biden administration and they leaked this to, I think, CNN to show how on top of it they were. | ||
| But actually, the story was that they're not on top of it because they didn't interview these Uzbekistanis the way they were supposed to when they caught them at the border. | ||
| They had to chase them down all over the country to make sure they weren't terrorists. | ||
| I don't know what they found. | ||
| They're not saying what they found. | ||
| And so there was interest, finally, in the Republican-controlled House to have a larger hearing to take a bigger, broader look. | ||
| And what's actually going on down there with the terrorism threat. | ||
| And I think it was a legitimate topic to finally have a hearing about. | ||
| They should have more hearings. | ||
| I don't think you can have enough about the border to keep driving the leadership and the politics to force something to happen. | ||

| You said they had to go. | ||
| They didn't do the proper screening. | ||
| We've got terrorists coming in all the time. | ||

| The inspector general came out with a DHS, came out with a stunning report, investigative report last week. | ||
| I mean, really stunning. | ||
| I mean, you cannot believe this, that the Biden administration has been taking in all of these hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens over the border and not getting their addresses to where they're going. | ||
| They're required to. | ||
| There's a mandate. | ||
| You have to be able to track them down and stay in touch with them and be able to arrest them when they need to be arrested. | ||
| But it turns out that the administration has just been blowing it off. | ||
| So there are hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens in the country who have just disappeared. | ||
| We have no way of tracking them down. | ||
| They gave us fake addresses, no addresses, the same addresses, 800,000, 900,000, you know, fake addresses. | ||
| Nobody's got a clue about where anybody is. | ||
| So you can imagine how hard it would have been for them to track down those Uzbekistanis I'll bet you they still haven't tracked them all down because they didn't require addresses. | ||
| They're just letting them all in and just forget it. | ||
| Who cares what happens to them? | ||
| By the way, is this, is this not, there's millions of people here that give false addresses and they don't even follow up. | ||
| Is that not grounds enough for the removal of Mallorcas? | ||
| What do people need? | ||
| This is the Inspector General of DHS. | ||

| They're trying to just delay until this thing moves off of the media cycle. | ||
| But the fact of the matter is that they initiated a mass migration crisis, bringing in millions and millions of people, and then I think, probably in a deliberative way, decided to just let them kind of disappear so that we'd never be able to track them down. | ||
| We will never be able to track Any of these people down because you have to have a Verified address before you release them, but what they did instead was they people were writing down, you know Dairy Queen, you know an address to an auto sales lot They're laughing at us. | ||
| churches, addresses, and it'd be the same address used hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of times, just passing the address from one to the other. | ||
| Nobody is bothering, I think on purpose, to verify any of it. | ||

| Once they get in here, they're saying, well, there's a process and we're going to, you know, do the, the, the parole. | ||

| The real reason I had you here for all the great testimony in this, in this story, we're going to drill down more, but a matter of consequence for the moment, Todd Bensman, and I need your advice to the audience. | ||
| The CR, and people should know, there are meetings today that they're trying to cut a deal on the CR. | ||
| And, as you know, we're the hardliners. | ||

| When it strikes midnight on the 30th, tough break for a swell guy. | ||

| Now, people are trying to do it. | ||
| Todd, one of the big linchpins they're offering up is to do a CR that had HR, was it HR 1 or 2, the big border immigration bill. | ||
| Now, I think it's lovely in itself, but it's 2, HR 2. | ||
| You can't, we've got enough laws, just look at the one there, just execute what you've got right now. | ||
| Is that Worth it right now because it was kind of a messaging bill in your mind because you're the professional if that's attached to a CR Do you give them another 30 or 60 days? | ||
| Because they've attached that bill to the CR or is that just another shiny toy for people right now? | ||
| I mean look I just don't I don't see oh, I think I think that there's no the only leverage That Republicans have are people that are interested I mean, there are some Democrats that are interested in border security. | ||
| I don't know too many of them, but the only leverage is, you know, the purse strings, in my opinion. | ||
| I think the Senate is coming out with a version of that same bill. | ||
| We'll see if they can reconcile, but I think without Democrats signing on, and they will not, they will absolutely not touch this thing, you have this one point of leverage. | ||
| Let's see if anybody's gonna use it. | ||
| And you're saying, so you're saying if they attach it, no go. | ||
| You want to use the leverage now for either defunding my Yorkers or getting in there and putting money that they gotta restart ICE. | ||
| You're saying use the money to get the response that we want to secure the border? | ||
| Is that your point? | ||
| And you don't need HRT to do that right now? | ||

| Yes. | ||
| How, given where we are, And you see, we got the team down in Darien, and the footage in Darien, Todd, is the worst I've ever seen. | ||
| To the point that the New York Times is picking it up today. | ||
| The New York Times is finally saying, you know, they got this thing called the Darien Gap, and they've got some of the pictures. | ||
| They pulled stills from you and from Burquam and these other guys. | ||
| Given everything that's coming through, and knowing that we don't have any addresses, they just put the Dairy Queen. | ||
| Is it going to be possible to do the deportations we need to do to get these people out of the country and to get the nation back on a steady footing like in New York City with 110,000 all go home and we can have New York City back again, sir? | ||
| Man, I just don't see how. | ||
| I mean, logistically, they have 6,000 ERO officers, ICE does. | ||
| They set this thing up in a way that seems almost deliberately impossible to fix later in a Republican administration. | ||
| There are so many millions that are here. | ||

| And so many, many hundreds of thousands more coming through the Darien Gap. | ||

| At some point, you just have to, you know, hire another 6,000 agents. | ||

| And I have to say, though, that, you know, today in the hearing, the Democrats that were there, they don't want to hear it. | ||

| If there is something unusual happening and that all these people are coming in, I watched them, I listened to them. | ||

| They just throw people up there just to throw people up there and put names on there of like families or somebody who phoned somebody. | ||
| So they're saying the FBI watch list all these watch lists of people are not aren't even terrorists. | ||
| That's what we're dealing with and the Democrat this is the Democrats. | ||

| Well, in my opinion, I just came back from the border last week. | ||
| I was down there for most of the week watching just hundreds of family units, mostly Central Americans, cross in, telling me that the reason they're coming is because they're letting us in, so why not? | ||
| And I think that the only leverage point that Republicans really have is the power of the purse. | ||
| They need to withhold cash. | ||
| Withhold cash, strategically. | ||
| And with a demand that the administration start detaining, at the very least, all of those family units that are coming across. | ||
| Build the soft-sided facility, get the camps built, and hold them, and detain them, and start deporting them. | ||
| Because, really, that's the only thing that's going to end this. | ||
| When those migrants hear that they are not getting in, that they're being detained and deported, they'll stop coming. | ||
| That's really what we need. | ||
| We don't need a new law right now. | ||
| We don't need a two or any of that. | ||
| We just need a change in policy. | ||
| Put a pin in that right now. | ||
| You've got to defund that. | ||
| You've got to defund the FBI. | ||
| You've got to defund any of these CRs. | ||
| First of all, there should be no CR. | ||
| But even if they're having a discussion, those defunding mechanisms have to be there. | ||
