| Even to the point, as we are seeing right now with President Trump, with having President Biden using the executive branch against his political opponent, his number one political opponent, trying to use the DOJ to charge him criminally and prosecute him or really persecute him and throw him in jail. | ||

| This is not what we do here in Georgia. | ||
| Or in the United States. | ||
| We're a free country here, and we don't throw our political opponents in jail so they can't run against us in the next election. | ||

| But what we need to do now is when that appropriation comes to the House floor, we need to introduce that amendment again. | ||
| In fact, I've had some Republicans that voted against my amendment. | ||

| Of its, uh, building fund, uh, come to me and say, Hey, I think I made the wrong vote. | ||
| Absolutely. | ||
| They made the wrong vote. | ||
| We're going to give them another chance when it actually comes to the floor. | ||
| But, um, but this FBI and this department of justice, uh, has to have its, its clause retract. | ||
| And maybe that is through the power of the purse. | ||

| We fund or we don't fund. | ||
| And when we don't fund, then things actually go away, which is why I'm announcing today. | ||
| A that I will be introducing in the Commerce Justice Science Appropriation Bill, an amendment to defund any federal prosecution of a presidential candidate until The 2024 election. | ||
| That doesn't mean they can't be investigated, but they cannot be prosecuted. | ||
| You know, the American people, they are the ones who deserve the opportunity to decide who is going to be their next president. | ||
| We cannot have the current president in power using the Department of Justice, the unlimited power of the Department of Justice, the corrupt Department of Justice, to persecute and throw his primary political opponent in jail. | ||
| And that's exactly what's happening right now. | ||
| So we're going to defund it. | ||
| I'm going to introduce this amendment. | ||
| I've been working very hard with others, some with leadership and with Newt Gingrich as well, to ensure that it's worded properly. | ||
| And then we will introduce this amendment and I am confident that we'll have Republicans for it. | ||

| When you go around your district during this recess and you talk to people about the debt ceiling deal that was done and the spending, what are the folks in your district telling you about this whole fiasco? | ||

| If we have a CR, then basically what ends up happening Is you have Nancy Pelosi's policies and spending levels continue on, uh, into 2024. | ||
| And that's, that's, we can't do that. | ||

| That's not why the American people gave the Republicans the majority. | ||
| They gave us them. | ||
| Back to fiscal responsibility. | ||
| And that's what needs to happen. | ||
| So any CR, any short term CR, you know, a month or so, or a month and a half needs to have things in it, like what the freedom caucus put out. | ||
| It needs to have H.R. | ||
| 2, which is to secure the Border Act. | ||
| It needs to deal with the weaponization of the Department of Justice. | ||

| And the judge granted us a two-day trial. | ||
| We are working to get those affidavit envelopes, the one that people sign, And send their ballots back in. | ||
| We know through Gateway Pundit's excellent reporting and Jordan Conradson, when he was able to get his hands on a few of them, they didn't match. | ||
| These were like chicken scratches. | ||
| These are bogus ballots that they're counting. | ||
| And we also know in 2020, when Shelby Bush with We the People, that great nonprofit, got her hands on a huge batch of these envelopes, a full 17% of them were invalid and didn't match. | ||
| So we're going to fight in court. | ||
| And we're going to get our hands on these. | ||
| My question to Maricopa County and Stephen Richard, who we sued in this case, is what are you hiding? | ||
| If you really ran a great election, what the heck are you hiding? | ||
| We just want to see these envelopes. | ||
| We just want to verify. | ||
| And they're not letting us do that. | ||
| And that tells me they're hiding something really big. | ||

| So we basically have massive doors open, wide open. | ||
| They might as well put the red carpet out, roll out the welcome signs and the welcome lights, because that's exactly what's happening. | ||
| Here in Arizona and the fraudulent person sitting in the governor's office doesn't give a damn about Arizona, wants this invasion to happen. | ||
| I would be down there unwelding those things and shutting it down and putting the guard there and putting law enforcement there to stop it. | ||
| This is outrageous what's happening and this is why we have to sue to get honest elections and we will continue to sue and pursue our cases. | ||
| Like I said, I've got five We have two distinct cases that are working through the system. | ||
| One of them is in the appellate court. | ||
| That's our original election case. | ||
| It's in the Arizona appellate court. | ||
| We're going to push it to the Arizona Supreme Court. | ||
| We also have that case that I filed seven months before the election, Steve, asking the federal courts to get rid of these election machines because they are not reliable, to say the least. | ||
| And they said, I didn't have standing. | ||
| And then, wow, on election day, the machines broke down, 59 percent of them. | ||
| So that is a case that's in the Federal Appellate Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and we're also working on a filing that we're putting together right now to prevent them from stealing this election in Arizona in 24. | ||
| So I just want the people of Arizona and America to know that I'm fighting it, we've got a legal team that's fighting it, and that's why we created Save Arizona Fund, because we feel that getting our elections to be reformed and honest is the only way to save our country, because if we can't get the people we elect into office, we end up with the Katie Hobbs and the John Fettermans and the Joe Bidens of the world running our country, and they're running it straight into the ground. | ||
