| Ben, Joe Biden has put forward, and I know I've talked to a lot of people behind the scenes, I can tell you there's a lot of MAGA Republicans that are furious about this. | ||
| He's put forward another $20 billion package, supplemental they want done now, $20 billion This is over and above the trillion-dollar defense budget, a $20 billion package, $13 billion for arms and weapons, and another, I think, $7 or $8 billion to run the government, to run the country, pay for the pension funds, to pay for the medical, all that. | ||

Well, if you look right here, we're still in Kiev and, you know, basically in this town, life is back to pretty much normal, although outside of the checkpoints, the military checkpoints that you have all over the city, and the fact that we had an air raid siren this morning, looked up in the air, and the air defense knocked a missile out of the sky. | |
| But other than that, it feels normal. | ||
| People are just going about their daily life. | ||
| We did have a chance to meet with one of the president's advisors, and he told us that they are concerned about the funding. | ||
| He actually thinks that they're going to have a shift in momentum very soon because they haven't actually deployed all of their forces. | ||
| Only about 30% of their forces have been deployed to the front lines. | ||
| We asked the question, well, why not all of them? | ||
| And he didn't have an answer for that, but he did say that they absolutely need the money. | ||
| One thing he brought up that was interesting was the fact that what they ask for is not what they get. | ||
| So, obviously, from an American citizen standpoint, a lot of people, myself included, say, why are we sending money to another country? | ||
| We don't defend our own country. | ||
| We're allowing our country to be invaded. | ||
| And we're destroying the pensions of American citizens. | ||
| Why are we paying for the pensions of another country? | ||
| But on top of that, even when we do send it, it's the bureaucratic red tape that these guys are saying, hey, this is what we need. | ||
| We need bombs. | ||
| We need missiles that will go 500 kilometers inland. | ||
| And they say, well, we'll give you ones that go 200. | ||
| Because they don't want the optics of them firing into Russia. | ||
| So the whole thing is a mess. | ||
| I did ask the question, what about the corruption of Joe Biden and Hunter Biden? | ||
| Do you guys trust That this isn't even about Ukraine, or are you concerned that the money's going to stop? | ||
| And you didn't answer that question. | ||
| I think you didn't want to answer that question. | ||
| But bottom line is, here it doesn't feel like there's a war, but we're going out to the front lines tomorrow, and we'll find out what we find out. | ||

| Because we keep hearing they're having a very difficult time securing people to go to the front, and you see these videos all day long where it looks like they're press-ganging young people. | ||
| You get a sense of that in the capital? | ||
| Yes, there's a lot of young men. | ||
| Supposedly, the military, statistically, they're talking about that it's 750,000 military age males that they are already being recruited. | ||
| But they are talking about that they have 4 million up to 5 million that they can be recruited, and they're not recruited now because they don't have the funding. | ||
| It doesn't even matter how much the United States is giving right now. It is not enough. | ||
| So one of the questions that we asked ultimately also, and it was a concern for the United States of America, what will happen if the United States pulls out and the United States will stop the funding? | ||
| And it was a huge concern. | ||
| Basically, it will be devastation, and the United States has been completely supportive of this. | ||
| So, the other major concern is when they pulled out and you don't have the recruitment, you don't have the men in the front line, then you ultimately need to pull in what is going to happen in the future. | ||

| Zelensky just fired all of the commanders over the recruitment offices today because he found out, supposedly, they were taking bribes so that the fighting-age men didn't have to deploy. | ||
| So basically, they were getting bribes of $10,000 a person at all these recruitment offices from the fighting-age men that are, you know, some of them that are walking around us in Kiev because they didn't want to go to the front line. | ||
| So that's just a whole other sidebar, but that just happened today. | ||

| He had gone to The Nation, and Zelensky had actually addressed The Nation on his nightly podcast, or broadcast, I think it was last week. | ||
| They fired the guy, I think the guy that ran Odessa, or ran the southern part of the country, because they caught him. | ||
| He had been paid bribes of $5 million. | ||
| Of which he money laundered out of the country and bought property in Spain and I think sent his wife over there. | ||
| And now are you saying they've fired all the guys in charge of the recruiting? | ||

| And actually, I'd like to commend the Biden administration for signing an executive order on Wednesday to ban the US investment into the Communist China. | ||
| I mean, this is a long overdue policy change that Moscow has been advocating for so many years because we know it's the Wall Street money and the America's failed policy on Communist China that has given the rise of the CCP to the global power. | ||
| Basically, the taxpayer dollars have been funding the CCP's human rights abuse, the Uyghurs concentration camp, and the modernization of the PLA. | ||
| So finally, we're seeing this administration is taking some necessary actions to stop funding the CCP, but it's not equal to the complete decoupling that we're asking for. | ||
| We ask the U.S. | ||
| to completely decouple from the CCP, not just in technology field, but also in biotech, public health, financial services, everything. | ||
| Because without cutting off the ties with the CCP, America will continue to suffer from the CCP's atrocity. | ||
| Um, what is, uh, this decoupling is so, is so absolutely important. | ||
| Give us a sense of what's happening because we got to decouple because we're headed to the path of kinetic war. | ||
| Now, what Biden signed under a lot of pressure from the, the Miles Guo organizations, new federal state committee on the present danger, Jack Posobiec, Kyle Bass, uh, Charlie Kirk. | ||
| The war room, yourselves, all the different dissonant groups, they finally outlawed technology sharing and funding of quantum computing, advanced chip design, and artificial intelligence. | ||
| As we know from the expose in Sequoia capital, we're providing the PLA, the People's Liberation Army, the exact technology they need to send a carrier battle group to the bottom of the of the Straits of Taiwan. | ||

| I mean, there are factions within the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| There's a faction called the pro-America faction, and there's also the pro-Russia faction. | ||
| And we have seen the news report that the Xi Jinping did a major military leadership shakeup and particularly with the CCP's nuclear arsenal. | ||
| And that's called the ROK force and two commanders, the commander and the deputy commander. | ||
| One, you know, both of them have been arrested. | ||
| And there's also a former commander of the ROK force have committed suicide on July 4th, Chinese Independence Day. | ||
| And we have the exclusive intel from China, exclusive to the NFC, that the people, the military generals, the top leaders who have committed suicide, they are members of the new federal state of China. | ||
| I mean, these got to be the biggest threat to the Xi Jinping because suddenly he found himself, he's surrounded himself with dangers, people who are not going to support his agenda. | ||
| And I don't know whether these people have been inspired by the Wagner mutiny, but there's a growing resentment within the CCP party. | ||
| And so I think American government and people should be prepared of a sudden collapse of the CCP because they have some internal struggle and that has already threatened Xi Jinping's leadership. | ||
| Is this internal collapse potentially around issues about the economy? | ||
| I mean, he's trying to, he's put a hard grip on the military, you know, he put his people in there. | ||
| That's what's so shocking. | ||
| A couple of these people are actually people he designated on the rocket forces, etc. | ||
| And also in the economic leadership, in the diplomatic, remember you had the foreign minister who disappeared And then was terminated is the problem. | ||
| We've got 20% youth unemployment. | ||
| You've got the numbers. | ||
| He just had a 14% drop in exports is the account even Biden saying the economy's a ticking time bomb is because of the economic problems that people are starting to question his leadership. | ||
| Are they just tired of this kind of, you know, authoritarian where if you crossing you get disappeared or you you go to a you go to a prison. | ||
| Well, it's all of the above. | ||
| It's economic problem and internal unrest. | ||
| And also the Chinese people have grown tired of the dictatorship. | ||
| And actually, when it comes to the higher ranking government and military leaders, the higher ranking they go up, the more they see the internal rottenness. | ||
| So more than anybody, they want to see the collapse of the Chinese Communist Party from within. | ||
| And I think this sends a strong message. | ||
| Biden administration and to the bipartisan lawmakers that this is the reason why America should disengage from the CCP immediately, because don't wait for the collapse of the communists has already happened and the US is still engaged with the CCP and that would be a disaster to the US foreign policy altogether. | ||
| So this is the reason why we have been asking this Congress to not just de-invest in China, but to de-engage from the CCP completely. | ||
| Last thing, Nicole, for La Baijing in mainland China, the hardworking everyday citizen, would they support, if we were able to ask them, would they support America decoupling from the Chinese economy? | ||
| Or would they still rather go through with the CCP running things as bad as it is just to survive? | ||
| Or would they support the decoupling that could lead to the collapse of the economy? | ||
| Well, I'd like to let you and all of your viewers know that this war room enjoyed a massive following in Communist China. | ||
| The Chinese law-abiding are longing for the American dream. | ||
| They are wanting to claim independence from the CCP. | ||
| And that's why the deputy commander of the rocket force, Wu Guohua, committed suicide on July 4th, on America's Independence Day, to show how much he believed in the cause. | ||
| that the CCP should be afraid, that the Chinese people should be afraid from the CCP. | ||
