| And then after Jack Smith is appointed as the special counsel in November 18, 2022, they wait and wait and wait and wait. | ||

| 29 months after President Trump leaves office, they indict Trump for the non-crime of having his presidential records. | ||
| And that's Garland and Jack Smith indict Trump, because Garland has to personally approve this. | ||
| And then 31 months after President Trump leaves office, Garland and his hack special counsel Jack Smith indict Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election. | ||
| Notice they didn't charge Trump for inciting a riot because the January 6th kangaroo in the commission, a commission in the house found zero evidence that Trump incited any riots or they don't even, they don't even charge him. | ||
| Trump was inciting in a riot, but he uses the incitement of, of that riots and Jack Smith's highly inappropriate public comments, but doesn't put it in the indictment. | ||

| Jack Smith's going to do the same thing here with this January Sixth case, he wants a very fast trial for election interference, obviously. | ||
| If he gets his trial before the election, which I presume he will because Judge Shutkin is not fair, then he's not going to supersede and add new claims and new defendants that could slow down the trial. | ||
| But if he doesn't get his trial date, if Jack Smith can't get his trial date before the election, then he's absolutely going to supersede his indictment and add seditious conspiracy and name the unindicted co-conspirators. | ||

| It broke a few days ago that Joe Biden's energy secretary, who has a bunch of controversy and scandals of her own when it comes to her personal investments, but was having secret, basically off the record phone calls with her Chinese Communist Party counterpart just days before the United States decided to tap in to our strategic oil reserve. | ||
| This was obviously a very loaded decision, in part because the Biden regime had previously sold Parts of this to a company that, you guessed it, had links to Hunter Biden. | ||
| But I dug into this story a lot more over the weekend. | ||
| And what I found, and frankly why it's so interesting, the person that she chose to call and frankly even call in the first place, is this is someone who used to be on the board of directors and serve as a senior vice president at a Chinese energy company known as Sinopec, which is a huge state-owned | ||
| Refinery, which, believe it or not, has enjoyed sizable investment to the tune of $1 billion from BHR Partners, which was sort of the shady China-focused private equity fund that Hunter Biden was a managing director at. | ||
| Just to walk you through that, it was in 2015, which was around a year after this individual who the Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm spoke with was appointed to the board. | ||
| They received $1 billion in exchange for a 30% stake in what was called Sinopec Marketing Company. | ||
| It was sort of an offshoot to help state-owned enterprises transition a little bit to have some less form of state control. | ||
| But Hunter Biden, even the LinkedIn profile for BH, our partners, touted this investment. | ||
| Hunter Biden on the hard drive. | ||
| It's all over there. | ||
| Sinopec really was a massive, like I said, investment to the tune of $1 billion. | ||
| From Hunter Biden, and this is the same company that the individual who Jennifer Granholm spoke with and to tie it all together. | ||
| And I apologize if this is getting very in the weeds, but you have to remember, I think that's sort of why people like Hunter Biden have been able to get away with this, right? | ||
| Because the names are confusing. | ||
| There's so many shell companies, there's so many moving parts. | ||
| So they certainly use that To their advantage, but CEFC China Energy, as you mentioned, that was the story that I broke last week, which had to do with them quite openly admitting to wanting to engage in warfare against the United States. | ||
| This was another firm that Hunter Biden identified himself as the quote, managing director of. | ||
| But during this Chinese Communist Party energy officials tenure at another oil and gas company, which routinely held Belt and Road international forums, which as you know, the Belt and Road basically is China's plan to spread Chinese Communist Party control across the entire world, control ports, bridges, infrastructure, you name it. | ||
| So very lead that the company was holding that forum. | ||
| But if you look at the participants in this forum and all the way up to keynote speakers, panelists. | ||
| It was people from CEFC China Energy. | ||
| So when you talk, Steve, about how CEFC China Energy really wanted to exploit the Belt and Road in addition to Hunter Biden to help broaden Chinese Communist Party hegemony, it is very, very interesting, and I would argue no conspiracies, no coincidences, that the same person that Jennifer Granholm is calling just days before the United States taps into our oil reserve has not just financial ties to Hunter Biden, but even more broader | ||
| entity organizational ties to the first son. | ||
| Given what you know now, why is it, why have we just with the information you've been able to pull up in the investigation, do why have we not started a formal impeachment inquiry so that more information, the inquiries to gather even more information is that you believe they're not staffed properly, they're not focused properly. | ||
| And I want to go back to something you said, and this is one of the brilliance in your investigations. | ||

| They want to overwhelm you with all kind of misinformation and things you can chase, you know, going down rabbit holes, chasing rabbits, I call it. | ||
| That's why there's so many shell companies, right? | ||
| There's so many different names. | ||
| It's one of the reasons that... | ||
| As good a job as Rudy and these guys did in trying to explain this, John Solomon, Rudy and them, tried to do it and explain the whole situation in Ukraine and Burisma and all that, you got so many different names. | ||
| It's just too much for people to follow. | ||
| They've tried the same thing here. | ||
| with their involvement in the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| What do you believe that, I think it's Comer or Judiciary, either Jim Jordan or Comer, one of those two are going to be the lead here. | ||
| What do you think they have to do now to take this next level and let's get on with this thing because this is a festering sore that has to be dealt with? | ||
| In my opinion, I think part of the issue, independent of the spineless, weak Republican types, so I'm sure Jim Jordan or James Comer are nice people, but I really think it comes down to staffing. | ||
| And what I mean by that, to get particularly nuanced in my critique, I mean, 99, if not 99.999% of people who live and work in Washington, D.C., I'm maybe the only exception, Participate and I think really subscribe to this revolving door idea, right? | ||
| They work in the federal government because they want to go and get some cushy job on K Street lobbying, some cushy comms, some cushy consulting jobs. | ||
| So they're certainly not going to bite the hand that feeds them, let alone, you know, make an example out of Hunter Biden, who basically has a similar career trajectory to, I think, what they want. | ||
| And it's not just that they're Democrats, even if they're establishment Republicans, They're just not fire breathers. | ||
| And it comes down to every issue. | ||
| I mean, whether it's, you know, big pharma, big ad, big food, even the tobacco industry, we are up against such a considerable hill mountain. | ||
| That's too euphemistic a term when it comes to the influence that the lobbyists exert. | ||
| Right. | ||
| And I think there's sort of a Misinformation or really not accurate understanding that, you know, it's a lot easier for us to internalize the level to which Pfizer and Moderna have lobbied up, right? | ||
| But the Chinese Communist Party has done that too. | ||
| You take a walk down K Street, every single one of those firms has some sort of Chinese Communist Party client. | ||
| Even when the Department of Defense under Trump released a name of 20 Chinese Communist Party military firms That they were blacklisting. | ||
| Over 25% of them had representation from United States lobbying firms with headquarters here in Washington, D.C. | ||
| So I think it's a lot of these voices, these lobbying firms that are also, I think, in there sort of preventing us from really getting to the bottom of this, whether it's Democrat or Republican. | ||
| But these same Chinese Communist Party elements that we're trying to unearth, uncover, the China United States Exchange Foundation is a perfect example of that. | ||
| They are up to their kneecap in lobbying firms, representing them, paying them a bunch of money. | ||
| And frankly, Steve, it goes back to what you were talking about with Mike Davis. | ||
| That in and of itself is another form of lawfare, right? | ||
| Tie up the United States law firms, tie up the lobbying firms with the Chinese Communist Party so they have a conflict of interest. | ||
| Just like the Biden regime, even if they wanted to put America first, they couldn't for financial reasons. | ||
