steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
President Trump got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish, in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
It's Friday, 21 July, Year of the Lord 2023.
We're 30 days away from Durban.
We're walking through the path to Durban.
I want to make a couple of programming announcements.
We're going to talk about more geopolitics in this incredibly important election in Spain on Sunday with the rise of Vox, the MAGA party over there, tomorrow with Ben Harnwell.
We're going to break it all down.
Remember, just like in 16, Brexit that happened in June was inextricably linked to the Trump Victory occurred in November and we'll walk you through the dynamics that link these together.
Also, Dave Brett, I need more time to go through with you because you took so much time in Ukraine and geopolitics and what's happening to go through the de-dollarization Dave Brat will also join us tomorrow to go through the rebuttal to the Krugman piece in the New York Times where he says this is much ado about nothing.
We will take the counter argument on that and walk you through why the beginning of this alternative currency that we now know from Russia is going to be gold-backed somehow.
Not convertible into gold, but gold-backed.
is a major development since Bretton Woods, where we're going to go through all the capital markets.
Until that time, Dave Brat, where do people get to?
What's your social media?
They get all your charts and all your analysis.
unidentified
Yes, Brad Economics, Don Getter, and I'll just tease the audience for tomorrow.
There have been six global reserve currencies since 1500.
Guess what ended all of them?
dave brat
Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, France, UK, and now potentially the United States of America.
unidentified
And the answer is war.
So it's a good thing we covered the bases today.
It's a perfect tee-up for the show to come.
Wow.
steve bannon
Dave Brat, the Vice Provost down at Liberty.
Thank you, Brat.
That's a great tee-up.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
We'll see you tomorrow.
Thank you, sir.
You know, Bobby Kennedy Jr., testifier, yes, didn't have time to get into it.
He mentioned early in the week he's either going to have, for 1% of the currency, either going to have a Bitcoin-type backing or a precious metals-type backing.
So make sure, by the way, to get up to speed, just like you get up on the debt ceiling, go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
The end of the dollar empire.
Here's what we've done because of the Durbin conference is going to take place.
Remember, we're going to have a correspondent there.
in South Africa for the BRICS conference.
We've summarized what we've put out over the last year and a half in these free installments.
We've summarized it into the Road to Durban.
Make sure you get that as a cheat sheet.
But you then can go and get all three installments and we're going to come up with a fourth installment, hopefully before Durban, in more detail.
But go to birchgold.com slash banner right now and also ask Philip Patrick and the team the central question About the country's finances, also your personal finances.
Why are central banks throughout the world buying gold at record rates in 22 and 23?
Ask that question.
Wait for the answer.
Chris Ruffo is one of the most important cultural figures in the United States, and he's written an incredible book.
Chris, with the American Cultural Revolution, I want you To walk us through it, because when I read it, it hearkened back to my old partner, Andrew Breitbart.
Because this used to be, he was, you know, like, what was it, Gramsci?
Culture's upriver from politics, and you've certainly made the case.
Walk us through it, Chris.
christopher f rufo
Yeah, absolutely.
America's Cultural Revolution, which debuted as the number one overall bestseller this week on Amazon, tells the story of the radical left's 50-year-long march to the institutions.
I go through the ideology.
I pick it apart from the New Left to the Black Panther Party to the Weather Underground.
I trace its rise and transition into academia, and then from academia going into all of the institutions in the United States, schools, corporations, churches, all of the local civic groups that you might participate in.
And so when people say, in 2020 it seemed like the United States went crazy, all of a sudden every institution was lockstep with BLM, critical race theory, gender ideology, how did this happen?
This book gives you a key to unlocking that question and traces the history as it's never been done before.
steve bannon
Chris, I want to say this is one of the great things you do here and one of the things Andrew was so maniacally focused on.
This is not This is not an American ideology.
This is not something that came up natural from the United States.
This was imported.
Herbert Marcuse, walk us through how this actually, the seeds got planted, and very smartly, they basically drove through the long march through the institutions and took over essentially every institution we have, including now the administrative state, the House, the Senate, media, religion, all of it.
Walk us through how this got transplanted to the United States.
christopher f rufo
Well, after World War II, there was a new kind of intellectual fervor on the radical left, and some of the smartest theorists, like Herbert Marcuse, who came over from Germany to the United States, who became really one of the prophets of this movement, he understood that the traditional orthodox Marxist revolution, the working class seizing the means of production and creating a revolutionary society, was not going to work in the United States.
Actually, most middle class and working class people in the U.S.
were happy with their standard of living, happy with their country.
And so he devised a new strategy, a neo-Marxist strategy of taking over the culture first and then softening the grounds.
And he saw the new revolutionary subject or the new proletariat as the left wing, white intelligentsia, student radicals in the universities.
And then the lower class black lumpenproletariat, people at the fringes of societies in the ghettos and urban inner cities of the United States.
And he said that these two groups together could provide the intellectual firepower and the physical firepower, actually physically revolting in the cities, looting, rioting, burning, that would create enough pressure on the establishment to allow them to enter into the institutions And then from there, the intelligentsia could seize control of those bureaucratic layers and then impose their ideology without using the democratic process.
And that's the key thing to understand.
This is an anti-democratic movement.
They knew they couldn't win at the ballot box, so they wanted to get their ideas into the institutions through infiltration.
That's exactly what they've done, and it was exposed to the whole world in that summer of turmoil in 2020.
steve bannon
And Chris, that's why they throw it all the time that MAGA, the Trump movement, this populist movement on the right, we're anti-democratic, right?
Because they understand that they are truly anti-democratic, so they want to throw that out as a misdirection play?
christopher f rufo
Yeah, that's right.
I mean, I always think it's very interesting, you know, when conservatives reform public institutions, The left will always say that it's anti-democratic, it's fascist, but it's exactly the opposite.
It's conservative politicians winning elections, working with legislators, passing bills to reform and improve public institutions.
That's exactly how our system, our republic, is supposed to work.
And in fact, it's the radical left.
That infiltrates bureaucracies, that imposes ideology, without the consent of the governed, without the consent of voters, and, for example, in public schools, without the consent of parents.
This is how they win.
You have to identify their strategies.
Not just intellectually, not just saying, hey, what are their ideas?
Let's pick them apart.
But actually understand their political practice, or what they say, the political praxis.
And once you understand the strategy that underpins these ideas, then you'll be armed with the information that you'll need to fight back.
steve bannon
Explain what praxis is.
It's very important.
We love breaking down nomenclature for the audience.
What does praxis mean and why is it an important concept for people to understand?
christopher f rufo
It's the essential word for understanding modern political philosophy.
In the past, you know, let's say in Greek times, the original philosophers, they contemplated the world as it was.
They tried to seek to understand reality itself.
But then with Karl Marx, there was a shift.
He said the point of philosophy is not to understand the world, it's to change it.
And so it wasn't just about contemplation, it was about action.
They believed that they could overturn social institutions, but also overturn the basic nature of human beings themselves.
And so from that point onward, and really accelerating in the 1960s in the United States, praxis became their watchword.
They said, hey, we need to have the ideology, but we need to put it into practice.
We need to make active political activism the central part of our political project.
And so you have to understand that not just, you know, a lot of conservatives think that if they win the debate, That they're winning at politics.
You can lose the debate and still win at politics because that practice component is so important.
steve bannon
Practice and action.
That's always been their watchword.
So walk me through that on the counter because we've won more elections than we've lost.
Presidency, Senate, House, state legislatures.
How did the conservative movement and the Republican Party get to a situation?
How did they, how did we arrive At the summer of 2020, sir, given that we were a countervailing force and it really won more than ever.
What happened?
christopher f rufo
Well, it's really the key to understanding the conservative dilemma today.
You can win elections, you can have super majorities in state legislatures, you can have the governor's mansion, but the actual implementation of policy at the bureaucratic level, in the state bureaucracy, in the K-12 school bureaucracy, in the public university bureaucracy, is dominated by the far left.
Sometimes 10 to 1, 20 to 1, 100 to 1.
And so you can have control of the symbols of the state by winning the presidency, winning the governorship, but you don't actually have the power over the administration and over the bureaucracy, which has been fully captured by our opponents.
And so it raises two questions.
First, do we have a republic anymore?
This is a serious constitutional question.
But also, if we understand the status quo, what do we do about it?
And so the next conservative president, And all conservative governors in office right now need to understand the dynamics of cultural revolution and need to understand how to mount a counter-revolution against the bureaucracy.
This is actually something that Richard Nixon contemplated deeply in the late 1960s and early 70s.
The situation hasn't changed.
In fact, it's gotten worse for conservatives.
We need to understand these problems if we're going to overcome and ultimately defeat them.
steve bannon
And I've been not a big fan of DeSantis on the runner for president because I thought that he was the one guy that actually got this at a very deep level.
He's a very smart guy from Yale and Harvard.
And you guys are trying to implement it.
Walk me through, Governor DeSantis, in the situation in Florida, because I think we have a perfect, and people say it's woke, it's Disney, it's a thousand times deeper than that.
Walk me through how you then, at a state level, start to turn this around when you're outnumbered in the institutions 10 to 1.
christopher f rufo
Yeah, well, putting the presidential politics aside and focusing on the policy in Florida, you know, working with Governor DeSantis, I've seen something really incredible.
He has a mind that can see all of the various facets of institutional power.
He knows the institutions, he knows the board, he knows the personnel, he knows the budget, he knows the law, he knows the legislative process.
And what he's doing in Florida is saying, we actually have to go into and recapture these institutions, reshape these institutions, restaff these institutions, He's done it in K-12 schools, and he's also doing it in the public universities.
He appointed me and a number of other conservative reformers to actually go in and take over the smallest public university in Florida.
We took out the leadership.
We fired the president.
We had the provost step down.
We abolished the diversity, equity, and inclusion department and fired the chief diversity officer.
We've turned over almost the entire admissions department, and we've brought in new people that are transforming it into a classical liberal arts university.
We're hiring dozens of conservative-leaning professors that are specializing in the classical liberal arts, because ultimately institutions are made up of people.
And you have to have good people, tough people, smart people, and mission-aligned people if you want to have functional, democratic representation in government.
And so he has shown an extraordinary aptitude, and I think he is an example for other conservative governors around the country.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Mark, if you could hang on, I just want to hold you to the break for a minute because I want to talk about, we started the show with Frank Gaffney and talked about, they're having a webinar today about this new chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the National Defense Authorization.
So Rufo talks about The long march through the institutions.
One of the institutions they're maniacally focused on getting control of at this cultural level is the military.
Mark Ruff is going to stick around for a few minutes.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We've got Sam Asorba is going to join us.
We also have Catherine O'Neill.
I think we're going to try to get Joe Allen in.
We're jam-packed today.
But we're going to get it all done.
Short commercial break.
We will also, not this segment, but the rest of the segments, we'll be doing a tribute to Tony Bennett.
Who passed away, I guess early this morning.
At 96 years old.
Short commercial break.
Mark Ruffo.
The American Cultural Revolution.
unidentified
Thanks.
It's all started, everything's begun.
And you are over.
Cause we're taking down the CCP.
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Okay, to connect it back to the beginning of the show, and what Gaffney and the team are doing at 1230 today at the Committee on the Present Danger Go, we're having a whole webinar for an hour and a half on the situation with the confirmation of General Brown as the new chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
He's like the head, diversity, equity, inclusion.
Not just in the Air Force, one of the top guys in the Pentagon.
Next week, the confirmation vote is going to happen, but also the Senate is going to have marked up the National Defense Authorization.
Remember, there's a trillion-dollar, essentially a trillion-dollar budget of the neocons for defense.
And look, I spent eight years in the service.
My daughter's a West Point grad.
We serve.
But that's not the military we served under.
This thing is woke and weaponized against the American people, and this firefight that's going to take place next week is going to be big, because guys in the House are going to dig in hard on this.
Chris Ruffo, not Mark Ruffo, Chris Ruffo.
The book's amazing.
It's in the spirit of Andrew Breitbart, because I think it was Gromsky, the Italian Marxist theoretician, said culture is upriver from politics.
It's uproar from our national defense also, is it not, sir?
Because they have embedded this into the military.
This is the institution.
They wanted the churches, they want the military, and they're going to destroy the American family through the education of weaponizing the kids.
Walk me through the long march through the institutions of the United States military, sir.
christopher f rufo
Yeah, this is something that really shocked me when I started reporting on it two years ago, that at West Point, they were doing classes on critical race theory.
They were embedding diversity, equity, inclusion bureaucracies to try to create racial quotas for prestigious positions, trying to push left-wing ideology onto cadets and midshipmen at places like the Naval Academy.
There is no institution that they will leave untouched.
Because what their desire is, is not just to have the arts and culture industries, as so many conservatives believe.
They'll have the arts and culture, they'll have the universities, and they'll stop there.
They want total control over the institutions of the United States.
And one of our most powerful institutions is the military.
And they know that they can't cut it.
Actually, as frontline troops and persuading those great men and women, those really young men and women that are going into the service, So what they've done is they've hijacked the mid-layer of the bureaucracy and they've created a system of incentives within the military that all of the upper brass, I hear this over and over and over, has to bend the knee to DEI if they want to get promoted.
These people are in some cases cynical political operators, that they know that they have to mouth the ideology of DEI if they want to get those big-time promotions, especially in the Biden administration.
And so I think we're putting the country at risk in the long term because DEI does not increase the deadly lethal capacity of the United States military.
It brings in a system of quotas, affirmative action and ideology that's antithetical to having a great fighting force.
And this doesn't it's not just elite kind of courtroom politics.
This is everywhere in the academies.
And I think that it's incumbent upon conservative legislators to draw the line on this as it comes to a vote.
steve bannon
This was shocking last week of what we had to get out of the budget that came out of, quite frankly, a 49-1 vote on the House Armed Services Committee with all those Republicans voting for it.
If you look at the amendments that get to work, I'm going, how the hell did this get through a Republican-controlled Armed Services Committee?
I want to play, I'm going to do some producing now, at 6 o'clock in the 6 o'clock show, I want to play Matt Gaetz eviscerating the Secretary of the Air Force on this exact topic the other day.
We haven't had a chance to play it, but I'm going to go off on this.
The Defense Authorization Act, remember, it also drives so much of the American economy.
And Chris is absolutely right.
It's just not at the service academies.
It is deeply embedded now into the entire military to promote.
This is why the field grade officers are so bad.
They're so woke.
They forgot the central part of this is war fighting.
Chris, the book is amazing, but I want people to get to your site, your writings, and you're just not a theoretician anymore.
You're like Andrew.
You're now in the fight.
Because aren't you the chairman of the board down there?
You're on the board of, is it called New College?
The one that Governor DeSantis has kind of flipped?
christopher f rufo
That's right, yeah.
I'm a trustee on the board of New College of Florida as part of this new majority.
We've recaptured it.
We're now transforming it into a A classical liberal arts education.
But yeah, the book debuted number one this week on Amazon.
It's selling copies left and right.
It's called America's Cultural Revolution.
It's available on Amazon and everywhere books are sold.
And I think that the spirit of Breitbart is exactly it.
It's saying, hey, we need to write the books, we need to write the papers, we need to have the debates, but then we need to put it into action.
We actually need to take over institutions.
We need to fight for our values in the realm of practical politics.
And so this is really a guidebook for all of those very activist, very excited, very engaged war room listeners, the war room posse.
This is a book written precisely for them.
steve bannon
No, it's the theoretical book that the parents' rights movement needs, because the big fight's going to be at the school board.
You've got to take the school boards over, just like you've got to do the precinct committee strategy that we push so hard.
You've got to do what the school boards do with the Moms for Liberty, the Moms for America.
We're going to have Sam Sorbo in here in a second, also about the homeschooling situation.
Chris, fantastic.
Where do they go, besides going to Amazon and get the book, where do they get your writings?
christopher f rufo
Yeah, you can find me at realchrisrufo on Twitter and then rufo.substack.com for my newsletter.
It's all free and it's a good read a couple times a week.
steve bannon
I hope you have security, brother, because now you've stirred up a hornet's nest because you've called them out.
unidentified
My office here is armed and dangerous.
steve bannon
You'll understand 2020, how it all came about.
It was many decades in the making.
Chris Rufo, honored to have you on here.
Thanks.
christopher f rufo
Thank you.
steve bannon
Write that one down in your notebooks.
Praxis in action.
Praxis in action.
Honored to have Sam Sorbo.
Sam, you've dedicated your life now to getting the education of our young children.
I mean, you could give us chapter and verse on this cultural revolution.
Tell us what you're working on, on homeschooling and quite frankly, the fight to make sure we save the American nuclear family and don't allow these leftists, these neo-Marxists, to weaponize our children against the American family.
Ma'am.
sam sorbo
Yeah, so thank you for having me.
I was actually, during the break, we were talking about how, you know, what Chris Ruffo is doing is really phenomenal at the level of the university, but unfortunately, by the time these kids get to university, their minds have been closed to hearing the truth.
And the reason for that is that our schools lie.
They are institutions of lying because they've been taken over by the Marxist agenda and the Communist Party.
And as we know from the Communist 45, the communist plan was put pornography in the schools, take over the schools, take over the teachers unions, turn them communist.
And so that's what we're dealing with now.
But the problem is that the schools themselves are a socialist system.
And so to think that you can graduate the majority capitalists from a socialist system is a little bit erroneous.
So the question that I would want to ask you is, do you think our schools are broken?
steve bannon
They're beyond broken.
It's a question, can they be repaired?
I mean, I think they're beyond broken.
The question is, can you repair it?
sam sorbo
My position is they're not broken.
They're doing exactly what they were designed to do.
So the solution is not to go further into the schools.
The solution is you take your children out of the schools and you discover what real education is, which is not what they're doing in the schools.
For instance, the first thing that you learn in school that you have to do in order to ask a question is raise your hand.
This is a visceral, it's a visceral lesson that you learn.
But it's a barrier to entry.
The lesson here is don't ask.
And that is the opposite of education.
The first thing you learn in school is to not ask questions because there's a barrier to entry, but the first thing of learning is the asking of questions.
So the whole thing, it's turned upside down and that's why we're in the mess we're in.
We're talking about the military and how far gone the military is.
Diversity and equity and inclusion in the military is absurd.
We want to hire losers because we have too many winners in our military, so we need the losers to join the military.
Come on!
You don't have that for a football team or a basketball team.
Everybody knows that that's ridiculous.
But the CCP, the Marxist agenda, has taken over the minds of these people and closed them to the truth.
And so this is what we're fighting.
You think we're going to be fighting the Second Amendment?
Not for much longer, because all the little children who are going to school are learning that guns are evil.
And so they will vote against the Second Amendment in 10 years when they graduate because all they hear in school is that guns are evil.
And a little bit of something on the weekends or dinner with mom and dad on Tuesday night is not going to be enough to combat that.
But the good news in all of this is that home education is so much easier than you think it is.
You think it's hard.
Why?
Because the educators taught you that it's hard.
Well, what a great way to preserve their job security.
The unions and the teachers by training us to think that what they do is very, very difficult and learning is very hard.
It's not.
Children are naturally curious.
They want to learn.
And all you need to do is set them free, give them the proper tools and they will learn.
They will be self-directed to learn.
And that is the classical model.
That's actually the model that Christopher Rufo is implementing at the university level.
We need to implement it in our homes.
And that's the best way to preserve the family.
It's the best way to preserve the culture and our traditional values, and it's really the best for the children.
But not only is it the best thing for the children, it's the best thing for the parents, because the parents don't understand how much they're sacrificing when they surrender their children on the altar of convenience and the cultural dictates that school is the best thing.
steve bannon
Hey, Sam, just hang on for one second.
Can you hold through the break?
I want to get into a little bit more of this on the other side.
Sam Sorba joins us, one of the big proponents of homeschooling.
Okay, a little tribute to Tony Bennett, who just passed away.
We'll be back in a moment here in the War Room with Sam Sorba.
We've got Catherine O'Neill from the great state of Wyoming next in the War Room.
unidentified
And that laugh that wrinkles your nose Touches my foolish heart.
Lovely.
Never, never change.
Keep that breathless charm.
Won't you please arrange it?
Cause I love you.
steve bannon
Just the way you look tonight Here's your host Stephen K. Vance Okay Sam Sorbo I hear you I agree with you But how practical is it for families that are struggling and the mom has to wear me I was very blessed Although my dad was a blue-collar guy originally that we
could send five kids to Catholic school and my mom was a full-time homemaker Um...
But that's not the normal, that's not modern America.
So how practical, let's say we agree with you in theory, how practical is this, ma'am?
sam sorbo
How practical is it to send your child to the enemy to be raised?
I mean, you know, you gotta make a choice.
And here's the thing, I know many single parents who are working parents who home educate their children.
We believe that education is this great big thing because that's what we were taught by the quote educators.
The schools have trained us to believe that what they do is irreplaceable and that there's no way that we can possibly duplicate it.
But if you look at what they are accomplishing, what are they accomplishing?
They sell us on college prep and career readiness.
Are they graduating career ready students that are getting careers?
No!
They're graduating young people who are, you know, ensconced in debt and living in their parents' basements, who have been convinced that they have to go into deep debt and not get enough education to even hold a job, much less a career.
So we need to take a step back from all of that and really rediscover what we mean by education.
What is our highest goal or aspiration for our child?
If it's money, Then that's really the school's paradigm.
But if it is happiness, as defined, say, by our founders in our founding documents, then we ought to take a step back and look at what the promises the schools make are and what we want for our children.
And if you do that, for instance, that's why I wrote my playbook for home learning, I walk parents through what is education?
What are your hopes and dreams for your child?
What are your hopes and dreams for your family, for your future with your children?
And if you want to preserve the relationship of the family that you're building, really the best way forward is to keep the kids home with you.
Now, if you have to work and you have to join a co-op or work something out with other families or have parents work different shifts so that they can both be home with the kids at various times, but understand that everything is a phase.
You're not just conscribing yourself to one schedule for the rest of your life kind of thing.
And there are lots of different ways to augment it.
The fact is that you won't learn anything that you don't first purpose to teach yourself.
We are all, in a manner, self-taught.
And the one thing that we learn in school, really, is how incapable we are.
That's what school teaches us, and that's why we feel so inadequate to the training of our children, to the teaching of our children.
And that's a very sad thing because then at the same time that we feel inadequate, we feel like, oh, I can't do this, I'm going to send my child into the same system that turned out the likes of me and that's ridiculous.
So take a step back and re-evaluate and understand how precious the relationship that you have with your child is and how valuable you are to them, how much you do have to offer your children.
And it's not necessarily teaching them calculus.
steve bannon
Sam, how do people get to your site, all the books you've written, all the content you put up?
We want to have you back for a deeper drill down on this because obviously the American family is under as much pressure today as the Chinese family was, Lao Bajing was during the Cultural Revolution under Mao by these Marxists and Neo-Marxists.
So where do people go to find out more about your work, your life's work, Sam?
sam sorbo
Well, I make it really easy.
It's samsorbo.com.
If they want to know anything about film, they go to sorbostudios.com, but the homeschool element is on samsorbo.com.
And here's the thing.
The joy in this is we can turn this around in one generation.
When people understand what they've been missing out on in terms of family, They will embrace it, and their children will grow up with the traditional values of America, and they will stand firm for their convictions.
Right now, we're graduating young people who can't stand for anything because they don't know what they're standing for.
They're confused about their very gender, okay?
Do not do that to your child.
There's no good side to confusing a child about their own gender.
steve bannon
Sam, honor to have you on here.
Looking forward to having you back.
You're fighting the good fight, ma'am.
Appreciate it.
sam sorbo
Thank you so much.
I appreciate it.
unidentified
Wow.
steve bannon
Back to back.
Chris Ruffo and Sam Sorbo.
How about that?
Kaboom!
On a Friday in the War Room.
I want to hat tip to my producers for setting that up like that.
Joe Allen.
I'm going to do some more programming because the guests, the topics have been so important.
And we haven't even covered half the stuff, but the day in the Financial Times of London, once again, and we told you this is going to be a problem.
Why artificial intelligence is teaching itself to generate data.
unidentified
Hello.
steve bannon
Thought that wasn't going to, I thought that was, we were, we were promised that wasn't going to happen.
Of course, Biden's got some new executive order out.
He's trying to show everybody that he's got He's on top of it.
I don't want to play the cold open.
At six o'clock tonight, in the second hour of our late afternoon, early evening edition of War Room, Joe Allen is going to join us, the author of Dark Aeon.
The book comes out right after the road to Durban.
You've got to get it.
This is going to be your template.
Joe, just tease me.
I don't play the cold open.
We'll do it tonight.
Just tease the audience what we're going to go through at six o'clock, sir.
joe allen
Steve, we're going to go through the greater replacement, the replacement of human beings by artificial intelligence, by robotics, the replacement of human relationships with digitized relationships.
The generative AI industry is booming and it's crazy because a lot of these models really haven't lived up to the perfection that they were hyped to have, but it doesn't really have to be perfect.
It only has to be appealing.
And it doesn't have to be better than the best person.
It only has to be better than mediocre people to justify replacing human beings with artificial intelligence.
steve bannon
We're going to get into that, and we've also got some other stuff to go through with Joe.
This topic is the topic that is the fundamental, most important.
Drudge's Mac Daddy right now is about how And this is just the surface, how the news is going to start to be generated by AI and it's all programmed to be left in woke so you're about to be overwhelmed in this information war by the machine.
Joe Allen, until then, where do they get the book and how they get to all your writings until six o'clock when you and I are able to catch our breath and go through this?
joe allen
In the detail that it deserves, ladies and gentlemen, The book is available right now for pre-sale at Amazon.com, August 29th.
Release date will soon be available at Skyhorse Publishing.
You can find links at the top of my social media, at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z, Twitter, and Gitter, warroom.org, under the Transhumanism tab, and my site, joebot.xyz.
steve bannon
You do not want to miss 6 o'clock.
Joe will be with me at 6.
I'll see you then, Joe.
Also a huge weekend for Sound of Freedom.
The Patriots now are working on an action plan, praxis in action, to stop this epidemic in the United States.
Make sure you go to angel.com slash war room right now.
Support this film over the weekend.
I think we can take Tom Cruise out and maybe even give Barbie and Oppenheimer a run for the money.
How about that?
After the great event we had at Bedminster with the President.
Real quickly, Ben Burkwamp, give me two minutes before I go to Wyoming and I'm gonna come back to you. Where are you now and what are you seeing, sir?
ben bergquam
Hey Steve, sorry about that.
I just got here to Lukeville.
You can see behind me the vans loading up.
We've got hundreds of illegals here.
This is the new location.
This is basically the new Yuma.
It's out in the middle of nowhere.
I want to show you these.
These are the carpet shoes.
So right across the border from us is Sonoyta, Mexico.
They cater to illegal aliens.
They cater to the cartels.
They sell the carpet shoes, all of the camouflage gear.
So this is the area where you have all the illegal runners going through.
And while that's happening, you have massive groups now coming through.
I was interviewing them yesterday.
They're coming from Somalia.
They're coming from Wow.
Look at that right there.
from all over West Africa, from Asia.
This is the place.
This is the hotbed.
I'm gonna step out of the way.
I'm gonna let the camera zoom in there and you can just see hundreds.
There's probably 200 here now.
This is a brand new group.
We saw hundreds yesterday.
This is absolute open borders by design by Joe Biden and Secretary Marcos.
unidentified
Wow.
steve bannon
Look at that right there.
You don't think you should lead an impeachment?
Incredible.
Ben, just hang on for one second.
We're going to come back to you in the D-block, but I need you just to hang on, okay?
Ben Burquam's on location.
Luke Phil, he's broken another huge story.
They've got to shift it out of the sight of everybody.
They want to do this in remote places, in the desert, in the dark of night.
Now they're not at Yuma, they're at Del Rio.
They're going to try to move it everywhere.
Luke Phil, Arizona's getting it.
And this is what happens when Kerry Lake's not the governor.
Okay, let me give you some good news besides the fact we're on these stories.
I want to go to Catherine O'Neill.
Catherine O'Neill was one of the original Trump people on the campaign at 16.
Then she went into the State Department.
She went, I think, back to the White House.
Then went to the 20 campaign.
She is diehard MAGA.
And now she's gone to Wyoming, as we strongly recommended.
And she started her own business up at Meriwether Farms.
Also had a beautiful baby.
So you're kind of on a roll, Catherine.
Catherine, tell me about Tell me about this kind of MAGA institution that you're launching, ma'am.
catharine oneill gillihan
Sure.
Thank you so much, Steve.
It's great to be back on my favorite show.
It's been a while, but being a mom is a lot of work.
And I will say, I just want to comment on Sam's presentation.
I will not be sending my child to school.
I will be homeschooling her for that exact reason, as Sam discussed earlier.
unidentified
Wow.
Wow.
catharine oneill gillihan
She's only 10 months old, so we still have some time, but I will not be sending her to school.
steve bannon
Hold it.
You just gotta promise me your dad, George Sr.
We got George Sr., George Jr.
Let's not have your dad as the principal.
I love him.
unidentified
But the daughter may be, may be, may be... No, he won't be the... He won't be the... I love...
steve bannon
Her father, George Sr., is the hardest core of the hardcore.
America first.
I mean, this brother is serious.
catharine oneill gillihan
He's original.
Before it was cool and popular to be America first, he was there in the trenches.
So anyway, so I founded this company, Meriwether Farms, because during COVID, you know, I worked at the State Department on international relations.
And while I was there, we, you know, the purpose of the State Department is to promote American values overseas.
But during COVID, you know, during the massive shutdowns, we saw a lot of vulnerability in the supply chain.
And I'm sure some of your viewers can attest to not being able to find meat and food in the grocery stores during that time.
And that was a huge eye-opener to me.
I have been around ranches my whole life.
We've had a ranch in Wyoming for a hundred years.
We have ranches in Arkansas.
Florida all over, but I never understood how vulnerable our food chain here is in the United States.
And you know, here we are supposedly the greatest country in the world and we can't even feed our own people properly.
That is a national security crisis.
So what I've done is over the past two and a half years is I've built a vertically integrated operation.
from calf to processing, with some of the greatest genetics and meat on the planet, in my opinion.
And I want to be able to provide a very high-quality, hormone-free, antibiotic-free product to the American consumer without gouging them on price.
So that's what we're doing here at Meriwether Farms.
It's just been a great time being out here in Wyoming, working with some of the best people.
Ranchers, farmers and ranchers are the best people on the planet.
They're hardworking, they're honest.
It's a great change from working at the Deep State Department in D.C.
Hang on, hang on.
unidentified
We're going to have to start over here.
steve bannon
As the forerunner to get rid of Cheney.
She did a pretty good job on that.
Gave a big assist.
Now she's started Meriwether Farms.
And I'll tell you one thing about the O'Neills.
They are smart and tough as boot leather.
Catherine O'Neill.
We're going to go back to the border with our own Ben Berquam.
Next in the border.
unidentified
I offer you a choice.
A choice between two worlds.
Will you take the blue pill and continue living in a world where a corrupt few control everything?
Or will you take the red pill and join us?
What the elites don't want you to know is that there are 200,000 open committee man seats in the Republican Party.
These party members are the ones who determine the future of the GOP.
Let's take our country back, one precinct at a time.
Visit precinctstrategy.com now.
steve bannon
I also remember we can't get this, you're the vanguard, the cadre, the posse, under no circumstances can you be crippled financially.
The easiest way to do that is have state actors and or gangs.
Remember, when I talk about the CCP and the KGB, they're basically gangs that are state actors.
But cyber is everywhere now and cyber crime is everywhere.
Go to hometitlelock.com.
The last thing we need you to have happen, somebody come in on a cyber attack and take your title.
Get a second mortgage on your home, about $250,000, $300,000, then you've got to pay it off.
They take the cash, and these hard money lenders don't want to hear your tale of woe.
Well, I didn't know.
I wasn't protected.
They're going to say, tough break for a swell guy or gal.
HomeTitleLock.com.
Check it out right now.
O'Neal, you're a fighter.
You come from fighters.
You went out, and you guys have a long history in Wyoming.
You did great service to President Trump.
And I know President Trump thinks so highly of you and your family, George Jr., George Sr.
Great group of entrepreneurs.
Merriweather Farms, we've watched you build that for the last couple of years.
Now you're offering this product to the world, etc.
Walk through, what do you got?
Where do they go to get more information?
Our audience loves to get information and find out about things.
So tell us what you got to offer and where do they go to find out more?
catharine oneill gillihan
So we're starting out with a sampler box with some of my favorite premium cuts We grade prime.
It's honestly some of the best beef I've ever tasted.
And I've watched the entire process so I can verifiably tell you that there are no hormones, no antibiotics.
Cows are treated well.
I watched the whole process.
So go to merriweatherfarms.com and use the code WAROOM for 15% off your order at checkout.
Gotta go now though!
Because we have a limited quantity right now.
And then we're going to switch.
If you really like what you get, we're going to start a subscription service so you can get a monthly order of the best steaks ever.
steve bannon
I'm going to get you back up at six also tonight with Joe Allen.
I want to walk through this in more detail because what you guys have done is quite extraordinary.
I know you've worked on this.
This is a family of entrepreneurs.
You've worked on this for a couple of years.
So go to MerryWeatherFarms.com today.
Get the information.
You've got the sampler box and we're going to give you more information about the whole process of what she's put together.
Catherine, one more time.
Where do people go?
catharine oneill gillihan
MerryWeatherFarms.com.
War room for 15% off.
Now.
Go now.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Yeah, this is limited.
It's a test run.
Okay, I'll see you back here.
And by the way, the daughter... I'm glad to see the Wyoming thing worked out for you.
Got the daughter, the husband, the new company.
It's all good.
Just listen.
You know, when Steve Bannon gives you guidance, just take it, okay?
Thank you, ma'am.
She's fantastic.
Get out there to Wyoming.
Turn it around.
Get rid of Cheney.
Ben Berquam.
Let's go back to the border.
We don't have Ben?
We're trying to get the heat.
Yeah, here's the thing.
And the heat.
We're trying to get Ben back up at five.
If not, I'll try to do it for the show tomorrow.
Here's why.
Ben has done this.
Look, Ben's been all of them.
The Real America's Voice team on the border has given you the invasion.
Here's the thing that's most disturbing.
This government is, uh, this regime is actively now trying to do it and flood the zone with the invasion and hide it from you.
They're in Lukeville, Arizona.
And trust me, that is not a place you want to be in the summer of 2023, when it's 110, 115, Phoenix is 120.
Gila Bend is actually hotter than Phoenix.
10, 115, Phoenix is 120.
Gila Bend is actually hotter than Phoenix.
So this is like, you're like feeling like Death Valley type temperatures.
Maybe not 130.
But this is how they're going out of the way, and this is all the nations of the Earth.
When you see the footage, you'll get blown away.
Don't think this is just folks in Mexico coming up.
It's not that.
And this is all inextricably linked.
That's why I want you to go see Sound of Freedom.
Remember, the supply side comes from Latin America, Central America, and through Mexico, which is the biggest producer of this.
But the demand side of the equation is driven By this perversion here in the United States of America, we've got to stop both.
And there's a working group now putting it together.
We'll have more about that.
By the way, I want to try to get Carrie Lake on this afternoon, too.
I know she's traveling, but I really want to get her on about Lukeville.
If she had been the governor from day one, which she should have been because this thing was stolen, you wouldn't have Lukeville, Arizona.
You wouldn't have the crisis in Yuma that we had the hearing down.
You talked about the hospital and all of it.
Back here at 5 or 6 and then tomorrow, I want to make sure everybody goes to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Make sure you get this summary of the bricks and the alternative currency.
We're going to talk to you about precious metals.
Kennedy talked about this the other day, talked about backing at least 1% of the currency out there with either Bitcoin or with some sort of precious metals.
To back it, not to convert into it.
That would be too big a leap right now.
We'd love to do that, but that's too much of a push.
Also, Mike Lindell.
I think the Mike Lindell debate has been going on.
We're going to try to get Mike on this afternoon.
We're going to try to get Klipsch.
He's doing the Pressler-Braynard debate over there with the team at Tim Pool.
But go to MyPillow.com right now.
You get the 20th anniversary pillow.
You get the queen.
I think it's $19.98, the queen size.
Another $10, you get the king.
So go ahead and check it out now.
MyPillow.com, promo code WORM.
Support the armor-piercing shell that is Mike Lindell.
Okay.
We got Charlie Kirk coming up next.
We've got Jack Posobiec after that.
You've got the webinar over the Committee on Present Danger at 1230 about the woke and weaponized Um, General Brown who wants to be chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Think about it, somebody worse than Milley.
God help us.
Two o'clock, uh, up on, Grace and Mo will have it up on a Getter, our War Room Getter account, and my own personal account.
This is Darren Beatty's live interview with Imran Khan, who's getting the Trump treatment over in, uh, in Pakistan.
You'll want to hear that.
And then we're back five to seven tonight, and we're going to be packed wall-to-wall.
We're going to have a lot of campaign news.
Boris is going to join us.
We're going to get into all of it.
We've got two hours.
It's going to be insane.
And then tomorrow is also going to be crazy.
I'm going to break down my speech.
I gave a turning point and talk to you about the administrative statements and how we're going to take it over.
Capital markets, economy, culture.
What a show.
Chris Ruffo and Sam Sorbo.
How about that?
Right in the middle of the show.
Okay.
Charlie Kirk's next.
We're back at five to seven.
