This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

|
War Room. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann.
You have to wonder if the Justice Department is considering whether there is some political solution to this criminal problem, whether part of the issue here is not just that Trump has committed crimes, but that Trump has committed crimes and plans on being back in the White Do they consider, as part of a potential plea offer, something that would proscribe him from running for office again?
unidentified
|
I don't know. I would imagine, if anything like that happened, that it would have to come from the defense side of the negotiation.
That the Trump team would say, oh, by the way, and with this, we will also drop out of the race for president.
Otherwise, it would put the Justice Department in this position.
That Donald Trump claims they're in.
He claims they're trying to stop him, simply trying to stop him from becoming president again.
And that's the only reason they're doing this.
So my guess, given those dynamics and the change, I think, in the way the Justice Department sees this in those 50 years since Spiro Agnew, It just seems unlikely that they would reach into the political zone of the solution.
Our politics does have to find a solution to this, but it might have to find that solution separate and apart from the criminal process.
Is this some kind of a sick joke on the American people?
Joe Biden says he never told them what to do.
Joe Biden had to sign off on that's becoming a National Archives case to have it go to the Department of Justice.
Who does he think he's lying to?
The American people? | ||
This is a guy that's got documents from the time he was in the U.S. Senate, for God's sakes.
In his garage! | ||
I don't want to hear from the legal analysts the technicalities about false statements and obstruction.
This should never have been a criminal case.
Willful retention of documents.
Well, what's the unwillful retention of documents mean?
They're throwing all these process crimes and all these crimes that grow out of the criminal investigation against Trump.
What did he do with the documents?
Did he sell them to the enemy?
No! That's why we have an espionage act.
Not the trick of a president.
What did he do? Did he burn them all?
No! The government has all the documents back.
So there is no violation of the Presidential Records Act at this point.
But they throw the book at him.
They go after his attorneys.
They make them testify.
They're attorneys under the crime fraud exemption to attorney-client privilege.
That means he didn't have due process.
His own lawyers were being subjected.
to interrogations. | ||
And they had hundreds of in-person people testifying in front of grand juries.
Thousands of collections of documents.
For what? For what? | ||
And they indict them today?
They indict them today in Miami?
All of a sudden it's in Miami?
All of a sudden we have a Florida grand jury?
Because the moron in Washington figured out that there are venue issues.
That could lose him his case.
This guy, this prosecutor, he lost eight to zero in the U.S. Supreme Court when they overturned the conviction of the former governor of Virginia because this jerk took a statute and expanded it.
A jury in North Carolina wouldn't convict John Edwards.
Because this jerk took a campaign statute and expanded it.
And he's taking this case.
And he's undermining the country.
And he's interfering with the presidential election.
And let me be clear. | ||
As Jared said. | ||
The Attorney General of the United States made this final decision.
This is not the independent counsel statute.
This is a special counsel appointed by the Attorney General under a Department of Justice regulation.
This Attorney General, who pretends he's Helen Keller, he made the decision to indict the former president, and they made the decision to interfere in this election.
You want to talk about an insurrection?
This Is an insurrection!
And that's exactly what's going on here.
Let me go on. Joe Biden is the crookedest crook that's ever been in the Oval Office.
Everywhere we look, there's a predicate for a special counsel.
They won't appoint a special counsel, even though it's compelled under the law in which they appointed This special counsel.
And you're not supposed to appoint a special counsel against your political opponent.
You're supposed to appoint one in the case of Biden.
20 shell corporations.
10 million dollars coming from the communist Chinese military.
Spread out among the family.
No businesses to support this.
Endless meetings with Hunter Biden's business partners.
Bob Alinsky, who ties Joe Biden to the crimes.
Mr. Big, Mr. | ||
Ten Percent. And what does Biden say?
Well, then where's the money?
He's asking us, come and catch me if you can.
The idea that this man isn't under a criminal investigation and that they criminalized a damn document case to go after Donald Trump is sickening.
And I would say this to our fellow Americans, don't be bamboozled by these cable channels and these fools who come on and tell you, well, he's not above the law.
Are you kidding me? Democrat Attorney General in New York, Democrat prosecutor in Manhattan, Democrat prosecutor in Atlanta, Democrat Attorney General in Washington, D.C. What do you mean he's not above the law?
There is no law! | ||
What's going on here is a disgusting disgrace.
It is war on Trump, it is war on the Republican Party, and it is a war on the Republic.
The radical left is doing what the radical left does while they cover up for Biden the way they cover it up for Hillary.
If Donald Trump is to be charged like this, Hillary Clinton should have been charged with 10,000 counts of obstruction because that's how many emails she destroyed and five counts of destroying cell phones because that's how many cell phones they destroyed.
I'm done and I'm sick of it.
Friday, 9 June, the year of our Lord, 2023.
Right there, and we want to give a hat tip to Mediaite.
They got the perfect cuts.
We just kind of merged them together.
Right there, you heard the great one.
A war on Trump, a war on the Republican Party, and most importantly, a war on the American Republic.
We're going to take this soup to nuts today.
We've got a lot to go through on the three elements of strategy.
Number one, take the moral high ground.
Number two, consolidate the Republican Party and the Republican base.
Burn the Biden crime family, the feral dogs of the Biden crime family, to the ground.
And we will start with, because they've crossed the Rubicon.
Let's go with Boris Epstein. Boris, New York Magazine starts off today, New York Magazine starts off with chaos, and MSNBC's got a 15-minute segment on it, a chaos in the Trump administration.
legal team, can you lay out exactly what these charges are about, about what Mark Levin's observations are in this?
Because this article has been ready for a while.
They're coming now to basically break up the Trump legal team.
Walk us through it all. Steve, honored to be with you, honored to be with the Posse on the solemn day, but a day where we continue to fight and beat the swamp, the deep state, And beat all of these persecutors who continue to come at President Trump and MAGA and have been coming for a long time.
Now, in terms of the New York Magazine story that actually popped yesterday, of course that's what they wish.
They wish that there would be some sort of upheaval, there would be disarray, but the reality of it is that President Trump has beaten them at their game time and time again.
Everything from the first Russia-Russia-Russia hoax through two impeachments.
Now, and on and on and on, President Trump continues to dominate and win, and we will do so again here and now.
These completely, no pun intended, trumped up fake charges coming and completely violating the spirit and the letter of the Presidential Records Act.
President Trump did everything right.
unidentified
|
He followed the laws and regulations.
We got Davis on here in a sec.
He's going to walk us through that.
Mark Levin did a fantastic job.
But as powerful as Mark Levin's was, and it was powerful.
The signal, not the noise, is Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O'Donnell.
Lawrence O'Donnell, you understand, is the most dialed-in person in MSNBC, hardwired into the White House.
He's the guy that had the one-hour special on Monday night with the negotiators that buried McCarthy and that team.
He is hardwired into the West Wing.
Rachel Maddow, she's the brains of the operation.
She's always been the brains of the left.
That's why her show is the top rated show.
She's the Tucker Carlson of MSNBC. So right there, they tell you to your face what they're trying to do.
This is all about having Donald Trump stand down.
If Donald Trump had never announced he was going to run for president and started coming back early on, this thing would never, never have occurred.
Am I incorrect in that, Boris Epstein?
Steve, you're completely correct, and there's the pattern to back that up.
Look at what they've tried to do ever since the president won, when you and I, Steve, had the honor of being involved in a historic campaign.
When President Trump defeated the Republican and Democrat establishment to take the White House for the American people, they started coming at him right away.
First, the fake dossier, then the Russia hoax, then the Ukraine hoax, and you go through point by point by point.
They've been coming, and Steve, it's so clear.
Rachel Maddow, that maybe she's out of practice a little bit, she said the quiet part out loud.
Hey, if he just stops running, this will all go away.
And you can even see it on Lawrence O'Donnell's face.
unidentified
|
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Don't tell him that.
We can't mix the political and the legal.
Well, we all know that there is no legal.
It is all political. | ||
And it is a shame. | ||
It is the third worldization of our country.
Boris, you bring up a good point.
In 2016, when you and I were with President Trump on the victorious 2016 campaign, Merrick Garland's got a vested interest.
He was a nominee for the Supreme Court of the United States.
Hillary Clinton wins. He's a permanent lifetime appointment of the Supreme Court.
We and Donald Trump destroyed that.
Does he have a vested interest in taking Donald Trump out, sir?
No doubt about it. They all do.
And they drop this on the same day that more receipts come down.
This is not new. This is just additional receipts on the Biden crime family, on Joe Biden himself now allegedly reportedly taking bribes.
Of course, they're going to try to drop something like this to do a look away for the American people.
And yes, Merrick Garland didn't get his Supreme Court nomination, didn't get his Supreme Court justice seat.
And he's upset. And they're all mad at They're all mad, and they're deranged.
Why? Because President Trump is marching right back to a win, and they all see it in the polling, and they will do anything they can, just as Madhouse and Lawrence O'Donnell.
You're right, Steve. Hey, Lawrence O'Donnell wrote the show, right?
He's the Democrats' inside man.
Just as they told you that loud and clear, this is all about one thing.
It's not about the law. | ||
It's not about any crime.
There's no crimes committed. It's all about politics and trying to defeat President Trump by weaponized law enforcement.
They have tried, and they will fail.
And they'll fail. Boris, how do people get to you on Instagram, your newsletter, all of it?
No doubt about it, Steve.
We're in the fight, and we're going to win this fight.

Stay strong, God bless, all offense, and never back down.
Never gonna back down, thank you.
Mike Davis, I got about a minute here.
I wanna hold you through the break. Give me your assessment.
You've been on this, sir, since the afternoon of 8 August, the year of our Lord, 2022.
Your assessment of what you've seen so far?
unidentified
|
It's playing out just as we've predicted since August, Steve.
This is all about getting back Trump's declassified crossfire hurricane records that are so damning for the Democrat regime.
This is—the timing of this is very obvious.
Joe Biden, when he was vice president, got caught taking a $5 million foreign bribe with Burisma and getting American policy change, threatening the Ukrainian president he was going to take a billion dollars from American aid if the president didn't fire the prosecutor that was investigating Burisma and Biden.
So this is all playing out as expected.
The Ukraine bribes a new key fact of all this, but Trump's gonna win this.
There's no question. It's gonna require the Supreme Court to step in, but Trump's gonna win this.
Mike Davis, just hang over a second.
I want to hold you shortly through the break.
We're going to be joined by Congressman Nancy Mace.
She threw down hard yesterday in a couple of topics.
Short break. Back in the warm in just a moment.
unidentified
|
You are over Cause we're taking down the CCP Spread the word all through Hong Kong We will fight till they're all gone We rejoice when there's no more Let's take down the CCP Says it proves Biden sold out our nation.
Biden was asked about her remarks earlier.
unidentified
|
Oh my goodness, it's so not funny.
He's joking. Actually, though, the president asked a key question.
Where is the money? | ||
And when will Republicans use their full power to find out where it went?
It's remarkable that just hours after Republicans made this finding, Biden's own Justice Department would indict Biden's leading opponent in 2024.
It's unprecedented. | ||
Congresswoman Nancy Mace joins me now.
Well, first of all, you shook up the trees down on Capitol Hill today, and the president had to answer to what you said.
Your initial reaction to the indictment?
unidentified
|
Well, this is unprecedented.
What I am feeling tonight, and I want to be very clear here, Donald Trump and I have had our ups and downs.
I've been very clear about that over the last couple of years, but I want the American people to know, to make no mistake, this is the executive branch tonight trying to take out their number one opponent for the presidency of the United States in 2024.
And they have one standard for Donald Trump and another standard for everybody else.
In this thing. And if you look at the documents that President Biden had in his possession, in his garage and in thousands of boxes and God knows where across the country in places that we don't even know of yet.
Hillary Clinton having the server in her bathroom at her home with classified information on private email servers.
Everyone's held to a different standard but Donald Trump.
And that's wrong. And I do believe tonight that Joe Biden just secured Donald Trump's nomination for Republicans in 2024.
You do? Why do you say that?
unidentified
|
Well, looking at the way that they're treating him in one way versus everybody else, Biden, every time that Biden comes under the microscope, every time we show corruption by Joe Biden and his family, there's an indictment on Donald Trump.
And when you look at the standard that he has, it's a double standard.
It's a second tier, a double standard of justice in this country.
And what the American people want, they want everybody to be treated the same.
And, you know, Donald Trump's no fan of mine.
He probably married me last year.
So I'm not a shill, but I see this and I see how unfair it's been.
And, you know, I just can't believe this is happening.
And I said this two days ago, Harris.
I said that this was going to happen on the day that we either held in contempt Christopher Wray with the FBI or we got access to those documents.
You were right. And I predicted it.
It came true. This is the banana republic.
I just cannot believe that this is what's actually...
Denver. Okay, note to self, when I talk, we can take the audio down.
Denver. Just kidding, guys.
We got Congressman Nancy Mace here.
Pretty good time. First off, you've seen the documentation on the Bidens.
Do you think this was a random...
Because we're a believer in no conspiracies but no coincidences.
unidentified
|
What happened yesterday? There are no coincidences.
Everything that I look at, I try to look at it in a very non-partisan way.
I'm not a political hack. You have not been a cheerleader.
I think that's pretty evident.
unidentified
|
Yeah, so I walked into that room and I looked at that document yesterday and it corroborates a lot of information we've seen thus far, whether it's on You know, Hunter Biden's emails or anything else.
When you look at, and I predicted this two days ago with my office and my staff, I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
I don't want to say this aloud because I would be called a conspiracy theorist.
I'd be called deep state, whatever.
But I called this on Tuesday.
I said they're going to indict him either Wednesday night or Thursday when we get access to those documents.
Hold it, hold it, hold it. You told your staff the other day, before you guys had access, when he backed off and you didn't have to have the markup on Thursday, you were going to see the document.
You told your staff. | ||
unidentified
|
It was going to happen on Wednesday night or Thursday day.
And it happened exactly the way that I said it was because every time we find evidence of corruption on Joe Biden and his family, every time we uncover a legal activity, they indict Donald Trump.
I mean, or they accuse him of doing something else.
And so every time it's proving true over and over again, that this is the executive branch trying to take out the president's number one political opponent for the presidency in 2024.
That's what they're doing. They're doing it with the executive branch.
So we started, before you got here, with the cold open that was quite frankly stunning last night.
Lawrence O'Donnell, as you know, is hardwired in at MSNBC to the White House, to the West Wing.
He had the one-hour special with the negotiators against McCarthy on Monday night.
He is hardwired in. | ||
Rachel Maddow is the brains of the operation.
They start off and Rachel Maddow says, hey, here's what the Justice Department has got to do.
It's a political solution. Trump stands down, doesn't run, charges go away.
unidentified
|
Your thoughts? I think that is a viable option on the table.
I mean, they think that they're going to kill his candidacy, but I believe that Joe Biden just nominated Donald Trump.
He did it last night. And you're seeing the country rally around him, even people who aren't with Trump.
And you've talked about this.
He and I have had our ups and downs.
Big time. But I see how wrong this is.
This is weaponized. It is political.
And they have weaponized the DOJ against a presidential candidate, the likely nominee.
And Joe Biden just nominated him last night.
Give me that again. Walk through, because that's very important.
What do you mean by that? Well, we're seeing the country...
The RNC's got ten debates going on.
They're going to spend $500 million on all this.
You've got guys running around Iowa.
You've got all that. Yeah.
unidentified
|
So what are you saying? Well, I'm saying that voters are going to see it for what it is.
They're going to see how political this is, how wrong this is to be prosecuting and indicting a president the day that Evidence of corruption comes out.
And they've done this multiple times this year, weaponizing the Department of Justice, weaponizing the White House against your political enemies.
It's wrong. It's illegal.
And when you look at and layer in, Biden did the same thing.
He's got classified documents scattered in his open garage.
Hillary Clinton had classified documents in her bathroom on a server.
Yet no one else is indicted for the same damn thing.
And so I think people have come to the realization it's taken a while that this is wrong, what they are doing.
He has been persecuted.
They've made up charges against him in the past with Russiagate.
And this is that all over again.
But this is the executive branch.
It's offensive. And the American people see it for what it is.
I believe we'll see it for what it is.
And they better hope that he didn't beat them in the general election because he's the nominee.
He's going to fight like hell, I believe, to win in 2024.
This is only going to motivate everyone.
Tell people how tough it's been being on the Oversight Committee.
First off, as a member of the Oversight Committee, what is your belief about the separation of powers?
Because what's been challenged here the last week is really your ability and right and authority to look at these documents to review.
Am I incorrect on that? | ||
They're challenging. This is another constitutional crisis they're forcing.
unidentified
|
Am I wrong in that? No, you're absolutely 100 % right.
And I consider myself a constitutionalist, constitutional conservative, and I reference the Constitution when we have tough votes to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
And on the oversight committee, we saw the FBI initially deny the document even existed.
And then all of a sudden... Are you saying the FBI lied to the committee?
unidentified
|
Oh, well, I'm saying they wouldn't verify whether it existed or did not.
They wouldn't confirm or deny it.
And then it magically appeared out of thin air.
And then they said we couldn't see it.
Then they said only the chairman could see it, but it has to be redacted.
And then finally, with the threat of contempt, myself being one of the folks that was going to vote for contempt on Thursday, they said, oh, well, we can give you the rest of the oversight committee the document, but it's going to be even more redacted than it was on Monday.
And we got access to it. | ||
But not to keep, just a review.
unidentified
|
Write an unclassified document in a classified room, in a classified SCIF. You had to go to a SCIF for an unclassified document.
And you could only review it.
Unusual. Highly unusual. You couldn't take notes?
unidentified
|
You can take notes, but you can't take your notes with you.
So when you're in a SCIF... The notes have to stay in the SCIF? Yes.
unidentified
|
So it's when you're in a classified room, they don't let you...
But normally that's about classified material.
Correct. So the notes on the unclassified document have to stay in the skin.
unidentified
|
This is a highly unusual way to view.
Explain to people, we're going to go to break and we're going to play Comer and get more into this.
You got the Trump aspect on one side and you're saying the reason you're such an important witness of this because you're an active combatant in this and you're saying that there's a connection.
Why is it that the Oversight Committee It has to go to Treasury and review these SARs and then come out and have to go to the SCIF and review it and come out.
Why doesn't the committee actually have control of the documents?
You're saying the file on the trafficking of women for sex is the thickest file.
Why can't Congressman Nancy Mays have Treasury make a copy of that file that you can then go back and keep at the committee?
unidentified
|
Yeah, that's a great question.
Now, the SARS reports have told us they are confidential.
We're not allowed to share details of that information.
Bank records are not going to share bank records.
But you're not going to share the information just for the committee to have.
Why does the committee not have control of the documents?
unidentified
|
That's a great question, but you've seen the federal government stonewall us over and over again, week after week.
Now, I need to go back to the Treasury.
I need to go back and re-review the SARS reports based on the information, the detailed information we got yesterday.
You've just hit the point of why this is ridiculous.
You go to a SCIF, and you review the unclassified document in a SCIF, and your notes on an unclassified document have to stay in the SCIF. Then you have to go back to the SARS in your memory and go back to Treasury and sit there and review it.
Take notes again. It's absurd on the face of it.
They're trying to make it as difficult as possible, as slow as possible, etc.
unidentified
|
Am I wrong? Yeah. No, you're not.
And in fact, the Ukrainian executives in that document yesterday were mocking how long it would take us to find the money because of all the number of shell companies that they had been created to hide the source of the funds, then to hide where the funds ended up.
And in the clip there, you know, Joe Biden was joking yesterday.
This isn't funny. You know, where's the money?
A little bit of a Freudian slip.
The money's in your back pocket.
The money's in the shell companies your family owns that were used to be paid off by our adversaries around the world.
What'd it feel like to have basically the reporters, the mainstream media use your name and have Joe Biden have to respond to you?
unidentified
|
Well, I mean, the questions I have are legitimate.
They're credible. I'm someone who tries to call the balls and strikes on both sides.
I'm not a political hack.
You know, I have gone after my own party plenty of times and the left and the right.
I think I know this. I think I resemble that comment.
Well, I held my own party in contempt, right?
You're a caucus of one, as they say.
Yes. Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
When we come back, Seb Gorka and the team at Newsmax last night had an incredible interview with Chairman Comer.
And I really respect Chairman Comer.
Seb's been kind of tough on Chairman Comer, even on this show, which I tried to dial down.
For Comer to go on there, I thought it was spectacular.
He gave a great interview. We're going to tee up that and then bring back Congressman Nancy Mace.
This thing's heating up. It's a three-pronged strategy.
Take the moral high ground, right?
Use Rachel Maddow, what they're saying.
They're trying to get Trump to stand down.
Number two, to consolidate, as Nancy Mays says, consolidate the Republican Party in back of this.
Number three is to burn the Biden crime family down theoretically to the ground, the feral dogs that they are.
Short break. Back in a moment.
unidentified
|
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP. Who said, look, if you want to change U.S. policy, the vice president can't change U.S. policy.
He's a nominal figure. | ||
He doesn't have that power.
So if policy did change, if bribery occurred, the boss, the then president, Obama, must be implicated.
Are you prepared to take your investigation to the top of the White House of the Obama years?
unidentified
|
Absolutely. We're going to follow the money.
Right now we're following the money from the shell companies to the Bidens, tracing it back to the foreign nationals.
We've learned about more shell companies and more bank accounts.
So you will see more subpoenas going out in the coming days and weeks pertaining to following the money.
And if that money flows back to certain people in the Obama administration, if that money flows back to the Clinton Foundation, wherever that money flows back, We're going to continue to plow forward.
And I think if you look in just five months, we've already proven that Joe Biden family got money from China.
We proved that the money did happen while Joe Biden was vice president.
We proved that the Treasury Department was sitting on all these suspicious activity reports that showed multiple banks, said the Biden family was laundering money.
We've proven that they had 20 shell companies and counting.
We've proven they've taken money from Romania and China, and we're about to prove Ukraine and other nations that were peddling access for foreign aid and policy and things like that.
Thankfully for the American people, we've got a House Republican Oversight Committee that's doing actual oversight and investigations, whereas the FBI and DOJ not only are not doing it, they're turning a blind eye to public corruption when it comes to Democrats.
And the future? You mentioned the FBI. Chairman Comer, what is the future of Director Wray?
Well, I certainly think that the FBI needs to be reformed.
I think we need to terminate several layers at the top of the FBI. My committee's investigating Joe Biden.
We've gotten off in the FBI because they had documents that We're of vital importance to our investigation of Joe Biden.
But Jim Jordan and the Judiciary Committee, the Intelligence Committee, the House Weaponization Committee, Select Committee, they're the ones that are focused on the FBI and how to reform the FBI. And I talked to Jim Jordan before I came on this show.
He is furious. | ||
His members are furious.
They want to try to hold this FBI accountable.
But one thing I'll say with respect to accountability, Republicans talk about it doesn't seem like it ever happens.
Because this document now, the American people know about it.
We know the U.S. Attorney in Delaware has this document.
The U.S. Attorney in Delaware is keeping up with our investigation, so they know there are shell companies, there were money laundering, there was racketeering taking place in the Biden family.
held this U.S. Attorney accountable, whether he realizes or not, because he can't do anything until he addresses all these crimes that the House Oversight Committee has presented to the American people in the last four months.
Okay, we're back. | ||
James Comer, the chairman, is a very even-handed guy, and he was getting a little heated right there.
Nancy Mace is here. She's on the committee.
You told your staff the other day that, hey, we're going to drop the markup, we're going to actually see the document, and I'll tell you that you're going to see Trump indicted very close to when we see the document, right?
Let's put a pin in that. You guys go in.
Tell me about what Chairman Comer is saying, which I don't think people understand yet.
From what you've seen in the past and what you saw the other day, the complexity of how they set this up.
Walk us through that, what you saw.
unidentified
|
Yes, the complexity of the shell companies.
Hey, where's the money? Jokingly, well, there are dozens and dozens of shell companies.
They purposely hid the money from the source of the funds to where the funds ended up.
But what that document did yesterday that was really surprising to me is it corroborated other information we've seen And when there's smoke, there's fire.
So in the Hunter Biden laptop, the emails, he was lamenting and complaining about having to split half of all of his money with his father.
Come to find out in this document that several years old, before the laptop ever saw the light of day, you saw that this was $10 million split evenly, $5 million for Hunter, $5 million for Joe.
And that corroborates some of the other email and text communication from the laptop that was brought forth.
Hold it, slow down. You've actually seen in a whistleblower report or a former report that was a top informant for the FBI, you've actually seen a document, not redacted, that you've read that shows that money, cash money, $5 million would go to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden.
unidentified
|
That's the claim made in that 1023 yesterday.
A very detailed, very credible, legitimate whistleblower and witness.
And it corroborates that they split everything 50-50.
Now, this was a bribery scheme.
Now, I read also this morning early, I think it was the New York Post or somewhere, where there's a recording for MTS. It's a cell phone carrier.
There was an investigation with that carrier, but one of the recordings was a member of the oligarchy, and they were talking about, again, paying off the Biden family.
So we have multiple recordings, documents.
I mean, all of this stuff layered together.
There were schemes throughout the world with the Biden family.
Look how much money the Biden family made from 2017 Joe Biden made to 2018.
How do you make that much money if you're not getting paid off somewhere?
And I want to go back because it gets a little confusing for the audience.
But at Treasury, there are all these reports that the banks are required by law to send.
Suspicious activity report on prominent people.
You've been into the Treasury and seen the files there.
So you can actually compare that to what you're seeing in these whistleblower reports.
unidentified
|
And that's what we need to do next.
And according to Chairman Comer, who's done a great job of leading the investigation so far five months in, there are more bank records that we need to subpoena.
There are more suspicious activity reports we need to review.
We need to go back and re-review.
Because of what you're seeing in all this network of LLCs they're setting up and all this complexity that's very well thought through.
unidentified
|
We need to follow the money, as Chairman Comer said.
And I believe, you know, follow the facts.
If we clear the Biden family, so be it.
But I don't believe that's what's going to happen here.
And especially when they indict Donald Trump on the day that we get access to these documents.
This is not the first time, the second time they've done this this year in order to just detract and distract.
You believe that's a misdirection plan?
unidentified
|
Absolutely. They're distracting from...
This is important because you've not been a cheerleader in this thing.
You're saying you told your staff that I can tell you to a certainty that the moment we start getting into this, they're going to indict Trump.
unidentified
|
And it sounds so crazy, but I predicted this two days ago, and I just can't because I'm not...
I'm not always with the party.
I'm not always on the Trump train.
Trump and I have had our disagreements over the years and that sort of thing.
So I'm not crazy fanatic.
But this is what happens.
This is what's going on. And the fact that I can see it.
There are millions of Americans, whether they're with Trump or not, are seeing this for what it is today.
And it's important that we speak up and speak out and say, this is wrong.
We shouldn't be doing this in our country right now.
When you consider you were the first woman to graduate at the Citadel, you consider the code of honor there.
And when you're sitting in reading these 10, 20 things, what goes through your mind?
unidentified
|
Well, they taught us as cadets at the Citadel, a cadet doesn't lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate those who do.
And I can't sit on the sidelines.
You can't tolerate this.
unidentified
|
I can't tolerate this. | |
And what I saw is real. | ||
I'm not making it up. | ||
The mainstream media wants to say there's no evidence.
We keep showing evidence because none of this happens without Joe Biden.
And we have multiple corroborating pieces of evidence that say they split it 50-50, whatever money Hunter got.
Joe Biden got half of it.
But we need to make the connections.
We need to show bank records.
We need to show that it actually happened.
So we have more work to do on our side, but we're not getting any help from the FBI or the DOJ or the Treasury.
We've got to do it on our own. This gets to the point.
This summer, we're going to have two constitutional crises.
We're now in the whole situation with President Trump.
But the other constitutional crisis that is hurtling down the path is the separation of powers and the role of Congress and what the founders set up, particularly for the House of Representatives, their unique role, like the British House of Commons, what they set up here.
It would be closest to the people.
It would always be the hot dish because every two years.
Your ability to oversight, because I think one of the questions that jumps up is that some of these records you're looking at are from seven and eight, nine years ago.
And now you're seeing you had to threaten Ray with contempt of Congress before they even let you go in and see the, oh, come to the SCIF. A redacted, heavily redacted.
An unclassified, redacted version to go in the SCIF and you take any notes.
The unclassified notes have to stay in the SCIF. So they're going to fight.
Every day is going to be Stalingrad with these guys.
Yep. Walk me through the constitutional crisis we're going to have because it's not going to get easier.
unidentified
|
Right. There's supposed to be checks and balances.
It is literally the role of the oversight committee to be able to investigate, to have oversight over other branches of the federal government.
And we're unable to do our job to the best of our ability right now because the FBI and the DOJ have stonewalled our committee.
Also, they've stonewalled the American people.
You should be able to see this document and decide for yourself Whether this is corruption.
The mainstream media should be able to see this document.
Everyone should be able to see this information and come to their own conclusion.
I don't want you to take my word for it.
Take the document's word for it and see this information.
You want to show people the receipts?
unidentified
|
Yes. And they can come to their own conclusion.
Does it, because I know you're a big proponent of the Ukraine war and we're obviously not.
When you see these documents, because I can't quite get to the bottom of why this maniacal focus by Biden and these guys in Ukraine.
Are people going to be shocked when they see the types of people that the Bidens are hanging out with?
unidentified
|
No, they're corrupt individuals.
I mean, we've known that there's been corruption for a long time, corrupt executives in Ukraine, and they've, again, communist China, people aligned.
Would this reinforce people about the CCP and about the Ukraine corruption?
unidentified
|
Oh, absolutely. But they need to be able to see the information for themselves and come to their own conclusions on it.
So we're going to do everything we can, but the American people deserve better.
They deserve transparency, accountability, and responsibility here.
Okay, so yesterday on the world stage with our special relationship with the UK Prime Minister, the media used your name to call out Joe Biden.
So we've got a couple minutes here.
What is Nancy Mays going to do about this?
What did your training at the Citadel prepare you for to do here?
unidentified
|
To carry on and to do the right thing no matter who's watching.
That is our duty, right?
The definition of duty.
And we have that duty on the oversight committee.
And when he says, you know, jokes around, where's the money?
Well, we're going to find the money because we're going to subpoena more bank records.
You've committed to the American people that you're going to take this to wherever it goes.
unidentified
|
We're going to find the truth. And if it clears them, then fine.
And if it shows absolute corruption, then we're going to also show that.
Where there's smoke, there's fire.
What I've seen is damning. And I want the American people to have access to the same information that I do.
I want them to come to their own conclusions.
Chairman Comer, I've had discussions with him and the Oversight Committee.
We have a hell of a lot more work to do.
We have far more bank records we've got to go after because they hid the money.
They bragged about hiding the money yesterday in that 1023 document and said it would take the American people 10 years to find it.
That's how convoluted.
They say this in the document. They say that in the document, bragging about how complicated the Shell Company network was, the layering that was going on, that we would never find the money in 10 years.
And I understand there's other 1023s that are immediately going to come up.
unidentified
|
Yes. Chairman Comer said there are additional 1023s, which we will go after.
We will subpoena. And if Christopher Wray doesn't do his job, we will do it for him.
And we will hold him in contempt.
Where do people...also, real quickly, the thick file on the...I know it's a particular interest of yours, of the trafficking of women for sex, and we got the new website.
unidentified
|
It's the biggest SARS report in all the things.
And you're committed to follow that to its logical conclusion?
unidentified
|
We've got to follow all the things. It's going to be a lot of work.
We don't have a lot of time. How do people follow you?
Social media, website, all that?
unidentified
|
At nancymace.org. | |
You can look us up online. We'll be right there.
Telling you the truth about everything, every time.
And you're, just in leaving, there was no coincidence this happened?
unidentified
|
No, there aren't coincidences in politics.
And this was done on purpose on the same day that we got access to information that corroborated corruption in the Biden family.
The Merrick Garland and Biden's White House crossed the Rubicon yesterday?
unidentified
|
No doubt in your mind? No doubt in my mind.
And it sounds crazy, but I call the balls and strikes.
I try to call it straight down the middle.
But this is really Banana Republic kind of stuff that shouldn't be happening in our country right now.
Nancy Mace from South Carolina.
Thank you, Congressman Mace, for joining us.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're packed. We've got everybody, Carrie Lake, Alan Dershowitz, Elise Stefanik's going to join us, Caroline Wren, Peter Navarro, James O'Keefe, I think.
I think we've got them stacked up like over LaGuardia.
Short commercial break. We'll be back in the warm in just a moment.
Thank you, Congressman.
I believe that the American way of life is for all of us.

Okay, joining us by phone is the conference chair of the Republican House, Elise Stefanik of New York.
Congressman Stefanik, you threw down pretty hard on the situation of the Justice Department and President Trump.
Can you explain that to us? Absolutely.
unidentified
|
So yesterday was a very dark day, one of many that we have seen under the Biden regime.
And it is not a mistake that at the same day that the FBI was forced to finally provide to Congress a document that we are owed because of our constitutional authority and oversight that shows the corruption and, frankly, the treasonous relationships Biden and his family members had while he was sitting as vice president.
He has been bought and paid for.
That's the same day that Biden's Department of Justice targets President Trump with an indictment based upon nothing.
Congressman Stefanik, you're not known as a bomb thrower.
You just used the word treasonous.
Can you explain that to this audience?
unidentified
|
Well, first of all, I've said it's the Biden crime family many times before, but you have criminal acts that were committed by Biden family members.
And now we know, according to allegations, and it's important that we continue our congressional oversight, if we have a president of the United States who is corrupt, frankly, that is un-American.
So I stand by that statement, and that was in my statement I put out last night.
Congressman, you came to national prominence in stepping up in the first impeachment and coming to the forefront.
Do you see a connection of this entire thing, of just this war against Trump by the administrative state?
unidentified
|
Oh, of course. It goes back to pre-2016, leading up to the 2016 election, how the Obama-Biden administration allowed federal agencies like the FBI and Department of Justice to target President Trump illegally, not just the wiretapping, but also the phony start of the crossfire hurricane, which they knew was not based upon adequate intelligence.
And they knew was based upon a Clinton operation that Clinton's campaign wanted put into place.
So, of course, it's all connected, Steve, and patriots across America know it.
It goes back to the crossfire hurricane.
The swamp has gotten deeper and deeper and continues to try to cover up these illegal acts, and they need to be held accountable.
I'm proud to be one of the leaders in Congress continuing to uncover more and more corruption Just a couple weeks ago, I was the one that asked the National Archives and Records Administration about the referral that led to ultimately the raid to Mar-a-Lago, which ultimately led to the appointment of the special counsel.
It was based upon my question how unprecedented it was for a bureaucrat to refer that to the inspector general.
Congressman, last thing. You're saying that if in pursuing this to its ultimate conclusion, that if you see of what you think of the not just allegations, but there's at least partial evidence now that if Biden sold his office or access to his office or access to himself to people like the Chinese Communist Party, to people like corrupt oligarchs in Ukraine, you believe that rises to the level not just of corruption, but you believe that you'll be able to show ultimately, if that's true, this rises to the level of treason?
unidentified
|
Well, it's certainly, first of all, the FBI wouldn't turn over the documents, Steve.
So why are they hiding that?
Why did they not take action?
There are a lot more questions that need to be answered, which is why we're working so closely with Jamie Comer on his oversight.
That's why oversight is important.
And I know that we need to continue to conduct that oversight to get to the truth.
But we will look at evidence, every shred of evidence, and all options are on the table.
But ultimately, Steve, what do we need to do in 2024?
President Trump is the only one who is going to be able to save this country and to clean out the rock in these federal agencies.
Do you think we're going to have a constitutional crisis this summer just on this part on the House as the separation of powers for the House right and authority to oversee the executive branch?
Do you think we're heading there given the stonewalling they've had?
unidentified
|
Well, what has been interesting, Steve, is we definitely have to use the contempt process to demand documents from these agencies.
And it's not just the FBI. This was the same thing that the State Department, when they refused, Secretary Blinken refused to provide information to Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Mike McCall on the Afghanistan withdrawal.
It took a threat of contempt.
These agencies need to wake up and realize that they need to respond to Congress.
We oversee them on behalf of the American people, not the other way around.
So we're going to continue using our constitutional congressional authority to do that.
I hope that these agencies will be more responsive, but I don't expect that, as you and I both know.
Congressman Stefanik, how do people follow you on social media?
unidentified
|
Elise Stefanik. You can follow me on all socials at Elise Stefanik.
And we'd appreciate your support.
We need to rally together to save this country in 2024.
Congressman Stefanik, thank you.
Honored to have you on here. Thank you.
Professor Alan Dershowitz of Harvard.
Professor, you've dedicated your life to the Constitution and to the rule of law.
Where's the country right now?
Just a big picture question.
This is a complete mess.
Where is this nation right now, sir?
unidentified
|
Maybe in a worse position than any I've seen since I was an adult in the 1960s.
It's horrible. What we're seeing is each side now devoting itself to accusing the other side of serious crimes.
unidentified
|
This is going to be the first election in history.
Did we just lose Professor Dershowitz?
Okay, let's try to reboot him.
We've got to hear – yeah, I think you just lost the audio.
Let's go ahead and just reboot it.
We've got to get Professor Dershowitz.
We're going to take a – We're going to take a short commercial break in a second.
Next hour we're going to get Professor Dershowitz back up.
We're going to get Carrie Lake.
We've got Caroline Wren.
We're going to have Raheem Kassam.
We've got Royce White. | ||
We are absolutely packed wall to wall.
We're going to figure out our technical problem.
And we're going to rejoin in a second.
Let's take a short commercial break.
Let's go to a short commercial break, and we'll come back after we get all this rebooted.
You're getting ready for the second hour of the War Room, and the first hour got pretty intense.
We had Congressman Stefanik, and we had Congressman Nancy Mace in hard throwdowns.
Professor Dershowitz, next, if we can reboot it.
Give us 30 seconds. | ||
