Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Baskin.
A legendary figure today in American political history and, quite frankly, American history, one of the founders with Reverend Falwell of the Christian right passed away early this morning.
It was Dr. Pat Robertson.
Dave Brett's going to join us.
Michelle Bachman's traveling, but we'll eventually get Michelle Bachman.
I want to go back to Jeff Clark.
So, Jeff, I thank you for hanging with me.
You've seen this up close and personal.
The Praetorian Guard protects until they're faced with criminal contempt charges by, and it's going to be like this.
Folks, as we say, Grant told Lincoln, we're going to fight along this line if it takes all summer.
Okay? At the other hand, they've got to come up with something on Trump, and they've got to do it Quick, Lee.
Jeff Clark, your assessment.
jeffrey clark
Sure, Steve. So look, the deep state, the intelligence community, they can play defense, they can play offense, and we're seeing both of those in conjunction with each other.
They're playing defense against Comer's committee to try to stop the American people from reading the whistleblower document about the bribery allegation.
And the American people need to see it, and the committee can't just allow itself to be brushed away with the idea of, well, you know, all the Republicans could look at it because it's still going to lead to Raskin and other Democrats saying, well, you have the wrong interpretation of it.
The people have to see it for themselves.
So that's the defensive play.
The offensive play is against President Trump.
And look, I'm not a man who's given to exaggeration, Steve.
In fact, I took some heat on Twitter yesterday for, you know, kind of modulating things, right, as opposed to, like, really coming head on.
So let me come head on and say, look, I think...
Hang on, hang on.
steve bannon
Yo, yo, bro, bro, bro, you're in the war room.
I do the exaggeration.
You're my straight man. Clark's as straight as you get.
You're never going to get an exaggeration out of him, but go for it, bro.
jeffrey clark
Well, what I'm going to say, Steve, is, look, I think that the Republic is really under attack with this offensive attack on President Trump.
They want to take him out, as you said.
They don't want him running.
And they have to deep-six him because he is the one who represents reform and represents a challenge to their authority and an ability to scale back the intelligence state we have.
So what are they doing?
They're using one of the tools they know best.
They're trying to use the In recent weeks, you've heard repeatedly about this call that President Trump had talking about a Mark Milley plan to invade Iran, and that he talked about that with unauthorized people, and then DOJ called for the document, and when the document was called for, it couldn't be found.
I see now triangulating in on various things, and it's all caused by leaks, right?
There are no leaks against Biden, no leaks against Pence.
Those operations are sealed up tighter than a drum.
But leaks against Trump are constant and daily, and they really should be disciplined.
But put the leaks to the side.
Let me talk about how I think they're trying to gear up to use the Espionage Act.
And I do have the statute, if you could call that up, Denver, the Espionage Act.
So you'll see when it gets...
You'll see, if you look at the first, there are two subsections I have, which I think are the main two that they're drilling in on now.
In the first one, subsection E, what they're saying is that President Trump is sharing national defense information with unauthorized individuals, and then subsection F, The second one talks about how the information potentially has been lost.
These are the one-two punch under the Espionage Act.
I think that they're lining up based on all the leaks.
This is something that I think has serious constitutional problems as applied to the president because it ignores his commander-in-chief powers under the Constitution.
And it also is something that I think they've landed upon because if you look at that statute, if you look at the Espionage Act 18 U.S.C. 793, and again, subsections E and F especially, you'll see that there's no mention in there of classified information.
They want to sidestep that fight and sidestep whether Trump declassified the relevant information.
The magic language there is national defense information.
So that's why they've highlighted this Iran situation and talk that they have a tape recording of, because they want to say that that is national defense information.
And, you know, nice try, Trump lawyers, but talking about classified information is neither here nor there under this statute.
I don't think that that's going to work.
I think that that ignores several things, especially the president's commander-in-chief powers.
But I think that's where they're headed.
So I think it's important for your viewers to know that.
And then second, I think that, look, the more specific statute than the Espionage Act, which is highly general and in the relevant provisions doesn't mention the president or his special status, is the Presidential Records Act.
And you've heard about the sock drawer case.
Which involved this historian that Clinton had tag around with him and record him, you know, operating in the presidency and then the fact that Judicial Watch tried to get the documents from that.
So there are two quotations.
steve bannon
Go ahead. Go ahead.
jeffrey clark
Give me the quote. I just want to give you this graphic quickly.
The two key quotations from this are NARA does not have the tapes in question.
These were Clinton tapes. And NARA lacks any right duty or means to seize control over them.
This is precisely why, and I did a past appearance on this with you, Steve, That they use this special access program to have Biden be the one to delve into that.
They lied about that. The second thing is, look at the second quotation.
The key part of that is, the DC circuit left untouched the portion of Armstrong 1, that's a prior D.C. Circuit appellate precedent that gave the president unfettered control over his own documents.
So this is something that is kryptonite for them, right?
Under the Presidential Records Act, the president can make these calls.
He does make these calls.
And he is the one who is empowered to do that.
And back when you were talking about getting access to Clinton records, Clinton tape recordings, oh, of course, then, you know, a Democrat-appointed judge, you know, weighs in and says, hey, NARA, they can't sort of Second-guess what President Clinton decided to do with his own documents.
But of course, when we come to President Trump, we get a total double standard, and we have Biden pulling out all the stops to go after President Trump.
So the exaggeration point that you're sort of waving me off a little bit on, but I do want to make is, look, If the intelligence community can do this to a president and frustrate the democratic choice, the unfettered democratic choice in 2024 as to who the American people want to be their president, you know, we're really done for.
We don't have a republic anymore.
So the republic is hanging by a thread, Steve, and we need to keep the flame of the republic alive.
And I think people need to register their objections to the Justice Department and with their representative in Congress, To push back on the Justice Department against this totally illegitimate play that they have lined up that they think will do in Trump once and for all.
steve bannon
And there's a constant, there's a direct linkage back to the nullification, as I call it with President Trump, I told him at the time, it's the nullification project from 16.
Those are all in a direct line with many of the same people.
I just want to make sure people understand two things.
Number one, this espionage act on this recording a couple weeks ago, that's where they're jumping in and getting the grand juries and getting people in Florida and all this, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Because they didn't have...
You have to have a crime to do your obstruction.
And Jeff Clark just rolled out why the Presidential Records Act, which they've done for a year.
Remember, we are 10 months into this.
And Mike Davis, on the afternoon of 8 August in the year of our Lord, 2022, on this show, told you...
What Jeff Clark has just reiterated right here, they got nothing, and they ain't gonna get nothing.
There's nothing here, okay?
This whole Espionage Act just came out, this is all because this new thing with Iran, it just came out, and that's for running around, they're skipping around, because they think they got something, something to hook and then do the obstruction.
Jeff Clark, the question we have to you, are we hurtling towards a constitutional crisis, sir?
jeffrey clark
Steve, I think that we are.
I think that these folks, when they're in defensive mode, I think they're best called the Praetorian Guard.
But I think when they're in this mode, they're the ones who are engaged in a coup, Steve.
Inspector General Horowitz revealed that the whole Russiagate operation was a soft coup, right?
But he held back and he said, well, you know, the FBI had some predication to go forward on that.
Durham totally blew that up, but Durham is still keeping a lid on various things, right?
Although he told us about an August 2016 meeting in the Oval Office where Obama himself is told about Hillary Clinton's plans to To run this nullification project, essentially, with this bogus idea that President Trump was a Russian agent.
And I think they were part of that operation, and I don't think Durham really got to the bottom of that.
So we just have a continuation of, I think, what with Russiagate was a soft coup.
But this idea of trying to put President Trump in jail, that's much more like a hard coup.
Particularly because it's going to try to steal a choice away from the American people as to the front-running candidate, I think, in the entire election.
And, you know, your polling that you have on from Rasmussen shows that.
steve bannon
1,000%. That's for the summer.
Whether you see the fight on the House floor, you're going to see the fight here.
This is going to be a historic summer in American history.
Not just modern political history, American history.
So strap in. And this cadre, this audience, is the tip of the spear of this.
So that's what we want.
Sunshine soldiers and summer patriots, or the summer patriots and sunshine soldiers, go take a break.
If it's too tough, if it's too intense, if it's too urgent, if it's too hard, if you can't see the sunlit uplands through the clouds, we have absolutely no problem.
Take the summer off.
Check back in after Labor Day.
Do it. Check back in after Labor Day.
We have absolutely no problem with that.
But for those of you that are real patriots in like a fight, particularly fights that matter, You're in it, baby.
I'm telling you, we're hurtling towards a constitutional crisis.
You have the administrative state is hunkered down.
And they're daring you.
They're daring you.
They're going to think about it for a second.
A guy that leads in virtually every poll by a significant majority over the incumbent, the incumbent is going to use his.
And this whole fantasy about DOJ separate from the administration, FBI's independent, they're not independent agencies.
This is some fantasy that the leftists cooked up.
This is a Lawrence Tribe masturbatory fantasy up there at Harvard.
Merrick Garland's hardwired in to the White House.
The FBI's hardwired into Merrick Garland.
They're rolling against Trump because they can't beat Trump at the ballot box.
The most important thing they have to do from their own perspective is demoralize you.
If they can demoralize you, if they can beat you, there's not going to be any seizure.
There's not going to be any historic seizure of the House floor.
And people saying, how about this?
Suck on this. We're not doing anything else.
You think it's crazy Steve Bannon and all these guys?
I refer you to the Thursday, 8 June 2023, and by the way, they do the dates right, the old military way, of the Financial Times of London.
unidentified
The paper Of the globalist elites.
steve bannon
The daily news of the globalist. U.S. Treasury $1 trillion borrowing spree set to increase strain on bank system.
Let me repeat that. If you can pull in right there.
U.S. Treasury's $1 trillion borrowing spree set to, what, to increase strain on bank system.
And it's not a pleasant article.
You're going to get $1 trillion increase to the debt ceiling immediately over the next month or two.
And it's going to suck deposits out because people are going to go for the higher returns.
This is what we fought.
This is happening, ladies and gentlemen.
It ain't the war room telling you that.
It's the Financial Times of London.
It's coming, and it's coming hard, okay?
And this system of this imperial capital does not want the business model broken.
If you're going to break it, it's going to take some muscle.
And you are the muscle, okay?
Gates and Boebert and Biggs and these guys are the special forces.
You're Big Army, okay?
So if you can't...
If being in Big Army, if it's too tough to hit the beach at Normandy, let us know.
If it's too tough...
To defend what those that came before you fought to keep?
That's fine. I got no problem at all.
Go in the corner and suck your thumb and we'll check with you after Labor Day.
For the Fight Club, stick around.
Stephen K. Bound.
Clark, amazing.
And you ought to be up on Twitter all day with your amazing breakdown.
They can't hide behind the lies of the deal.
And Clark, you're one of the guys doing it.
How do people get you on social media, brother?
jeffrey clark
Sure. So, Steve, just to reemphasize one of your points, you know, we need the winter soldiers of Valley Forge at this point, definitely.
And not just people taking off, you know, for the summer.
So I'm JeffClarkUS at Twitter and Getter and at RealJeffClark on Truth Social.
And we're at the Center for Renewing America, americarenewing.com.
steve bannon
Jeff Clark, a future either White House Counselor or Attorney General.
Does that give Media Matters a meltdown right there?
The Winter Soldiers, I love that, Clark.
Good going, man. Thank you very much.
I'm honored to have you on here, brother. Say hi to Russ and the team over there.
You guys are great. Will do.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve. Great team over there.
steve bannon
Okay, Brad, I'm going to play a cold open for a lot.
I've got to do this. No, I do not dictate.
I don't call London and dictate the headlines of the Financial Times of London.
They just happen to coincide with what we talk about on the show as a reality check.
U.S. Treasury's $1 trillion borrowing spree set to increase strain on bank system.
Why? Now that they've got no cap, they're going to blow out these securities, these bonds to the buyers.
You're going to have like we're 31 and a half.
You're going to be 33 trillion, close to 33 trillion.
Before they take a break here to go on their extended holiday starting in August.
That's what you're going to have. Interest rates exploding.
Inflation exploding. We got recession in Europe.
We got China obviously in a free fall.
Because of U.S. demand.
The World Bank comes out and says the top three economies, U.S., think Germany, I think they do in the U.K., 0.9 % growth for the year.
0.9 % growth combined in a combo platter.
The U.S. was the best, 1.1%.
Let me be brutally frank.
At 1.1%, your life is miserable.
That means we're in the lost decade of the Japanese.
We're just stumbling along.
Stumbling along. Particularly you under 40, suck on it, baby, because there's no opportunities.
Dave Brat, your thoughts on that before I want to put up Lawler, get your thoughts on that, and I want to talk about Dr.
Robinson. Give me your thoughts about this headline in the FT, of which the economist Dave Brat has warned us about, sir.
dave brat
Yeah, well, not only do you get financial instability, right?
This is going to be a huge shock to the system.
It's like pent-up demand.
And so, boom, there you go, another trillion in debt.
But even more fundamentally, what we've been talking about is the real economy, right?
They also just stimulated the economy.
Again, more of an artificial sugar high, $4 trillion, additional dollars coming online over the next couple of years or more, and $50 trillion at the end of the day.
But the worrying thing for the kids is that productivity number.
When you see 0.9 % GDP growth, that's the real economy.
So whatever the market is doing out there, it's fluttering around and it's superficially high.
The Fed's still got a pig in the python, right?
All their $9 trillion and their balance sheet making its way Still through the economy.
And so, yeah, you can fake it for a while, but when we have to pay the piper, boy, the pain is going to be tremendous and it's all going to be on the kids.
So, yeah, just more of the same.
steve bannon
Let's play Lawler for a second, real quickly, and I want to have Brad's thoughts on that.
jonathan lemire
Mr. Lawler, we want to ask you about the dynamics right now in your party in the House of Representatives.
As you know, there's about a dozen members of the far-right members of your party, those in the Freedom Caucus, who are in open rebellion right now against the speakership, unable to get bills to the floor.
What does this say to you?
What's your read on what's going on?
And are you concerned that Kevin McCarthy's grip on his post may be endangered?
unidentified
No, I'm not concerned about the speakership.
I think Speaker McCarthy has been continually underestimated throughout the course of the first six months here and has done a very good job advancing legislation through the House.
I think my colleagues need to recognize, as I said back in January when we had the speaker vote, the vast majority of our conference is unified.
And we will continue to hold firm.
We're not going to be overrun by a handful of folks.
You have to work as colleagues.
You have to work in good faith.
And I think when they get over their little temper tantrum...
steve bannon
Yes, you are going to get overrun.
This is not a temper tantrum, dude.
You're part of the problem.
Oh, he's up in the huts. It's so tough.
He's got a swing district. He's a complete wimp.
Never makes the case. You gotta go sell the case, brother.
Tell you what, take your Financial Times in London and walk up there and talk to them about all those moderates, about another trillion dollars.
American people understand what's happening here.
Brett, your thoughts on that?
dave brat
Yeah, well, I just, you know, having been in Congress, I just hate the way the press frames everything, right?
These heroes that wanted to save the country are angry.
They're not angry. I've seen them on the press clips, and they say this is not personal at all.
They made a deal.
They made a power-sharing agreement with arrangements with all the specifics covered.
The I's dotted, the T's crossed, all the details.
Then when the leadership went up to the White House, none of it happened.
The upshot is what you just saw in the newspaper.
Russ Vogt and their great group started off trying to save $17 trillion.
Then the Freedom Caucus negotiated in good faith and passed the bill through the House to save $4 trillion off of the $50 trillion in debt And when the Speaker went up to the White House, caved on it all.
There's zero. We're $50 trillion in debt in 10 years with no sign of any real cuts and maybe even more than $4 trillion in spending coming at us, as you just noted.
steve bannon
Do we have the Pat Robertson?
Can I play this? It's CNN? We're going to play CNN, and this is not, you know, obviously it's CNN with their take.
I'll jump in, and then Dave Bratt will give us his thoughts and observations.
unidentified
News just in. Influential conservative Christian broadcaster Pat Robertson has died.
He was 93 years old.
Let's take a look back at his life with our Stephanie Inland.
Lord God, fill me now with your spirit.
Pat Robertson was a seminal figure of the religious right.
He founded the Christian Broadcasting Network, the political advocacy group, the Christian Coalition, and the Christian College Regent University.
But he was also known for his outspoken views on homosexuality, feminism, and a host of other hot-button issues.
There isn't one single civilization that has survived, that has openly embraced homosexuality.
In 2001, he agreed with fellow televangelist Jerry Falwell that God allowed the 9-11 terrorists to succeed because America had moved to the left and removed religion from the mainstream.
I totally concur. The Yale Law School graduate and Korean War vet...
steve bannon
Let me have it.
He was a son of a U.S. senator.
He was a Yale school. He was a vet of the Korean War.
In the two pillars, Of the Christian right were Jerry Falwell, a towering figure, and Dr.
Pat Robertson. Dave Brat, your assessment?
dave brat
Yeah, well, you know, there's the media framing things, but they missed the thesis.
You know, what they shared in common was very interesting, right?
They're both very savvy with the new media, the TV, the radio, moves into higher education, business, entrepreneurship.
So both shared those characteristics very much in common.
They both also shared the idea that there's been this tide of permissiveness and decay brought about by the denial of God.
And once human beings give up God, you give up all moral absolutes.
And so you can see the end result here.
The question at the end of the day is always, you know, whose values?
Which values?
And the left hasn't provided a counter, right?
the way science proceeds, you know, Occam's razor, you got to provide a better theory that explains more with less. And so these two giants...
steve bannon
Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I think the left, I think the Neo-Marxist left.
It's Alistair Crowley's do what thou wilt. What do you mean?
They got to...
Brad, take that number two pencil out, write that down.
They got a philosophy.
It's Alistair Crowley.
It's do what thou wilt.
Full on. And they were manifested in every department of government.
unidentified
But continue on, sir. Yeah, no, that's right if you want to go that route, right?
dave brat
I mean, the Marxist, the neo-Marxist, it's not a philosophy, right?
You look, it's about as deep as a wading pool.
It can't sustain itself. For two sentences, what is the good?
That's ethics. That's philosophy.
What is the right? They don't have an answer.
Do what thou wilt, right?
So, yeah, you're right.
But that's precisely the point of Robertson and Jerry Falwell Sr.
Once you give up God, you lose the foundations, you lose absolute truth.
And then also, instead of God, you run to the big state, right?
Because this permissiveness It leads to a culture of, you know, just instant gratification across the board for you.
It's not about what you can do for humanity, for your fellow brothers and sisters, for the church.
It's about what everyone else has to do for you.
So, yeah, it is threatening as Marxism is.
Marx is, you know, destructive.
These two were constructive.
They built schools. They built education.
They built media platforms.
They spread the gospel. They provided hope for people.
Huge impacts, right?
20%, 25 % of the U.S. back then was involved in the moral majority and the political resurgence.
And now you see the results of when you lose values in the public square.
The left's been very successful at this false dichotomy of church and state.
Everybody knows the founders and all the founders went to church and were highly religious.
And the church and state piece was so that the state couldn't dictate what the state church would be.
Back at the founding, there was no conception that you can't be religious people in the public square.
That would be absurd.
So these two giants led the way in many ways.
steve bannon
Dave, how do people get to you on social media?
dave brat
Yeah, Brat Economics on Getter.
I've been posting that in relation to that earlier finance story you just gave.
steve bannon
You're amazing. Thank you for doing this.
We're going to have more about Dr.
Pat Robertson throughout the day.
Thank you very much, Dave Brat at Liberty University.
Two giants, Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson.
Okay, the Wall Street Journal, they broke a huge story yesterday on the pedophilia situation at Zuckerberg's company.
Today, another huge scoop.
They said that China and Cuba now have reached an agreement.
They've got electronic warfare and listening stations down in Cuba.
Mike Waltz is going to join us, Colonel Mike Waltz of Green Beret from Florida 6th.
It's got an amazing piece up on Epoch Times about how artificial intelligence with Chinese technology, other Chinese technology, they're going to win what he refers to as the Cold War.
And Waltz is a very serious guy, Green Beret, very serious guy about defense.
I've asked Chris Hoare for the satellite store to get even more aggressive on coming up with ideas and sales for our audience.
Chris, and I really appreciate what you guys are doing there at the satellite phone store.
Can you tell us what you got for the posse today?
chris hoar
Well, Steve, as I said before, satellite phones work when cell phones don't and when their power goes down and when you have an emergency.
So the U.S. Senate recently got it all.
They all got free sat phones.
So they'll be able to communicate when the power is down or when there's an emergency.
We wanted to bring that offer to the war room posse.
So we have family plans for the first time available here at SAT123. That's SAT123.com.
You can get one phone for 90 bucks, a free satellite phone.
For just 90 bucks a month and you get 100 minutes included.
That's a 12-month agreement.
But you can get two satellite phones for 175 a month with 200 minutes and you can share those minutes between the phones.
You can have a phone for your kids or one for your wife, one for yourself, or then three phones for 259 per month with 300 minutes to share.
And these will make sure that you can stay connected during an emergency.
And not just that, Steve, but at SAT123.com, if you use code STEVE50, you even get free activation.
So you're saving up to $3,000.
So SAT123.com or call us 941-955-1020.
941-955-1020.
steve bannon
Give me what these phones, the SAT phones retail for.
chris hoar
They're basically $1,000 apiece, Steve.
So you're saving that.
So we want to make sure that everyone and everyone's family can stay connected.
And again, you're getting a phone for free and you're just paying $90 a month or $2.59 for three phones.
And that's a 12-month agreement.
But this will make sure that you can stay in touch with your family during an emergency.
And we've seen a lot of those recently.
And goodness knows what's to come here, Steve.
I think you're right about this crisis coming up.
The first thing that happens in a crisis is utilities go down, power goes down.
We want to make sure that you can stay connected with your family during an emergency.
steve bannon
Look, if you're in New York City or up near Erie or in Pennsylvania or even here in D.C. and other places down in North Carolina, this thing with these fires, hey, you know, we're not conspiracy theory guys, but they've been having fires for a long time in Canada.
I've never seen anything like this.
New York City, you need a sat phone.
And what Horne and these guys do, Chris and the team come up and they give us these specials.
How many of these are even available?
Because I want people to call right now.
How many do you made available for us?
chris hoar
Just 25 of each of these plans, and then they're gone, and that's it.
So you can go to SAT123.com, or you can call us right now, 941-955-1020.
But just 25 of each plan, Steve, and that's it.
steve bannon
Get on this right now, Chris Hoare.
And Chris, Steve50 gets your free activation, right?
chris hoar
Yes, you're saving another $50 per phone that you're getting.
So look, this is the best deal we can get.
We know money's tight out there and things are tough, so SAT123.com.
steve bannon
Okay, brother. Thank you very much.
Let's hit it. Thanks, Chris, and thanks for doing this.
We're trying to get all of our sponsors to give you more accessibility.
We're trying to weave and make sure we get the sponsors every couple of days, a different one to walk through.
The key, and the economists said this, and the Daily Mail followed up on it with Seifert and others that are our sponsors, that we're building an alternative economy.
Stop giving your money to people that hate you.
And there's an alternative economy out there, and that economy can be built.
On the geostrategic side, so tonight I've got Benzman, I think.
There's a big breaking news down at the border about more of this nonsense that the Biden regime is doing.
Also, Philip Patrick's going to be here.
We're going to go through some economics now that the Financial Times has put out.
And so what they're saying is that, oh no, this is because of war room and these folks in the debt ceiling held it up so long that it just came.
Let me go to, I've got, and I've only got limited time with him, Colonel Mike Waltz, a Green Beret from Florida 6th.
Colonel, and by the way, one of the best congressmen out there.
Sir, your article today in Epoch Times It's something we've been talking about a long time here.
Artificial intelligence, China, and this new either unrestricted warfare or Cold War we're at.
Can you walk us through the case you make in this, quite frankly, brilliant piece?
michael walz
Yeah, thanks, Steve.
And compliments back to you.
You really have been one of the thought leaders way before it was cool and trendy in Washington and seeing the absolute threat that the Chinese Communist Party is, which I believe is the greatest threat this nation has ever faced in its history for all kinds of reasons that you're well versed on.
But central to that and central to Xi's plan to dominate the United States and dominate a new global world order is eclipsing us from a technology standpoint and driving that is its massive global data collection operation to feed the AI machine that they are pumping billions into.
So look, I get the dangers of AI. There's a lot of benefits, but there's also a lot of dangers.
But for those in the United States that are screaming from the rooftops to tap the brakes on US-developed AI or for government to get heavily involved, I continue to ask them, how do you do that in the context of our greatest enemy ever that has had their foot on the gas now in terms of AI development for years?
And with TikTok, its cyber intrusions, its exfiltrating millions and millions of government workers' data from the OPM breach and others that has developed the data to feed that AI machine.
And just finally, look, I do subscribe to the notion that a mediocre algorithm powered by a massive, excellent data operation is far more dangerous than the best algorithms where you have very little data.
Data is the fuel that is going to feed their military machine.
steve bannon
You know, one of your biggest fans is Colonel Harvey.
I guess you guys were at CENTCOM. You've been a warfighter at the tip of the spear.
How is Washington, the understanding, particularly when you get to the civilian side, is quite rudimentary about warfare.
How are you going about, and we've got Maureen Gallagher on the committee of China, but how are you guys going to go about and make sure that the city can wake up immediately?
Because this is not something we can take six months or a year to get to.
The Australian Strategy Group and Voice of America summarizes 23 military technologies, advanced technologies.
China leads the United States in 19, and it's almost all of our innovation.
So, Colonel, tell the audience, how are you going to do that?
michael walz
Well, and to that point, just to add to it, the Defense Department has identified a series of critical minerals They have foreign dependency on 39 of them and China dependency on 22.
So even, you know, sit the semiconductors, sit the algorithms aside, just the basic raw materials to power the Defense Department, to power our entire economy, we've created or we've allowed China to create a global dependency on.
Look, I think there's a recognition.
across a lot of members here in Washington, but it's limited to the national security committees.
And so one of the things that I'm doing to answer your question directly is, you know, I am inviting people outside of Intel, Armed Services and others, somebody who may be on the Agriculture Committee or on the Education and Labor Committee, on the Freedom Caucus, even progressives, to come to things like a classified Chinese Navy brief, just to see how bad the situation is.
So we have to expand the aperture and get people who aren't thinking about this all the time and aren't getting these classified sessions that just shows how dire the situation is.
So to answer your question, I'm trying to get them in the room to get the information so that when we're making decisions on like what our defense budget should be, what our intelligence community should be focused on, it's not just the few members who are sitting on those relevant committees.
It's people that are outside of this and may not be thinking about it all the time.
So, for example, going to folks that are on education and labor and saying, look at what the Confucius Institutes are absolutely doing.
Look at how the Chinese are buying up American private schools.
Oh, by the way, in Silicon Valley, the Research Triangle in North Carolina and schools with junior ROTC. So stop it with accusations of racism or xenophobia.
We need to think about this like we thought about the Soviet Union, and that's why describing the reality that it is we're in a Cold War.
They're in a Cold War with us.
They are seeking to defeat us and supplant us and replace us is so important.
steve bannon
Colonel, if you were back in your previous jobs, if you were called into CENTCOM today and asked a brief, and they asked you right now at this point in time, the point in the slope, Are we winning this Cold War?
Are we neutral right now?
Or are we losing? What would be your answer?
michael walz
I'd say now for the next two years, I'm confident that we could win militarily in any conflict.
But the trend lines are so bad that within the next three to five to seven to ten, I'm not confident.
I don't think we can take for granted anymore.
And I think the American people have been lulled into complacency to think that we'll win any fight out there.
Not this one. Not when you have the Chinese outbuilding us in ships at a rate of three to one.
They're tripling their nuclear arsenal.
Ours is decrepit and aging.
We still have things on floppy disks.
And they're launching more into space than us and the rest of the world combined.
And they're using their economic leverage and power to gobble up the basic materials that we need to power our economy and then turn right around and are leveraging the basic or the fundamental aspects of our society,
Hollywood, Wall Street, academia, sports industry, and co-opting them to continue us down this road towards dependency on the CCP. From a whole-of-society standpoint, that's what has me so concerned.
What has me so concerned is that their theory of victory is that, like the Soviet Union did, we throw our hands up and say we can't afford to compete anymore, and they win economically before there ever is any type of military conflict.
steve bannon
That's the true danger. Hall of Society, we'd love to come back to your staff and open up like an hour so that you could brief the American people because I think as much as getting the committees is to hear your voice of the American people or maybe even a town hall, but we'll come back to you.
And we'll make sure this piece in the Epoch Times is read far and wide because it's quite profound.
Colonel, thank you very much.
Appreciate this. How do people get to your site and how do they get to you on social media?
michael walz
Well, they can follow me on Twitter on MichaelGWaltz, W-A-L-T-Z. And then it's MikeWaltz on Facebook and Insta.
But Steve, I just want to thank you for your leadership on this.
This is existential.
The Soviet Union is kids' play compared to what we're facing with the Chinese Communist Party.
steve bannon
Colonel, I couldn't agree with you more, and I think we need to hear your voice.
I think you need to brief the American people.
We'll figure it out, but this is a profound article in its whole society.
You're absolutely correct. Congressman Mike Waltz, Florida 6, honored to have you on here.
Great piece. We'll push it out everywhere.
Okay, once again, the Epoch Times is ahead of the curve.
I think the Epoch Times is the best broadsheet ever.
Newspaper in this country.
And I tell their people all the time.
And it's pieces like this that separate it out.
What were we worried about? Artificial intelligence, Chinese technology, the combination right there.
And you can see it over the horizon.
It's happening. Wall Street Journal today broke.
Chinese Communist Party in Cuba.
Deep. Short break.
unidentified
Andy Biggs next. It's time to say what you want, the way you want.

You know, I wonder what Reverend Falwell and Pat Robinson that warned America about the path that was going down.
I wonder what they would say today on these when we've had Eduardo.
On, or we've had Tim Ballard on, or people associate Jim Caviezel about the situation with the pedophilia.
And people are always jumping on the queue, people, and they're always on the queue, people, a bunch of wingnuts, and all conspiracy theory folks.
So when the Wall Street Journal, when Rupert Murdoch's Wall Street Journal breaks a landmark Investigative Report that's got their investigative team on there, top team on it, with Stanford, that Internet Observatory, which, remember, they're after us all the time.
So they're a progressive left organization with the University of Massachusetts Amherst and have a blockbuster analysis about the business model of Zuckerberg is monetizing pedophilia.
Boom, full stop.
And he announces yesterday, we're going to form a task force.
You don't need to form a task force.
This is going to your business meetings.
Go to the Sound of Freedom.
What is it? Angel.com slash war room.
Make sure you get your tickets.
We've got to have two million tickets sold by the July 4th weekend.
I want to make a statement that we're going to set things right here.
It is not appropriate for the new Jerusalem, for this paradise.
To be the driver of this global business of sex trafficking children, it's just not acceptable.
It is unacceptable. And we are the ones that have to shut it down.
And the first step, I think, is getting it back to this film and we'll broaden out from there.
And they mock the Q people all the time.
There's a bunch of crazies. Well, hey, then explain to me the Zuckerberg situation.
Explain that to me. A massive company.
Companies, I think, of value almost a trillion dollars.
Explain that which the business model is dealt off algorithms set to maximize the monetization of it.
And their response, first of all, they should have shorted the stock like crazy.
Their response is that we're going to get a task force.
Yeah, is that true? We didn't know this.
unidentified
Those algorithms do that. Let's get a task force.
steve bannon
Why don't you just, like up here, get me a commission.
Absurd and obscene.
Mike Lindell. Mike, I want to thank you for, with Steve Stern and the team, for what they're doing on Flag Day, and we need that more than ever, to appreciate Old Glory and what she means.
Lindell TV's going to cover it live.
We're going to have more details tomorrow.
We'll get Stern back on here, but I just want to give a hat tip.
Mike Lindell, one thing I'm going to tell you about Lindell, this guy's giving all the time.
He is the most, and I realize he comes on, he's Mike Lindell, right?
But he is the most giving person I have met, right, of always giving, always looking at what he can do, always putting himself in front of it, always putting his resources up.
It's extraordinary, Mike.
Can you give us a quick update on election crimes?
We had Dave Clements on here the other day, and then I want to talk about these massive inventory sales you're doing, sir.
mike lindell
Yeah. Well, the Election Crime Bureau, we've been working on the summit now for the past couple of weeks.
Remember, everybody, it's August 16th and 17th.
And we need to make it one of the most watched events ever.
And we're going to reveal the plan.
To help save our country, we're revealing everything on the 16th and 17th of August.
Steve, there's one update.
My cell phone case, everybody else asks about my cell phone case.
That's next Wednesday.
You guys, this is way more important than just a cell phone being gone.
This was my First Amendment right of free speech and other amendments that were broke.
And this ties it back to evidence.
Machine evidence. So this is a big thing.
It would take too long to explain all this, but I'm very excited.
I've been meeting with lawyers, Steve.
It's been, as you know, I've been tied up for two weeks now at different things with the lawyers, lawyers meeting and meeting and meetings, but it's all positive stuff, everybody.
Also, when we talk about the evidence, everyone's worried about the $5 million challenge.
Steve, I want to get one of our CyberGuys experts can get on next week.
I'll connect you with them to show you what's happening there.
We've taken him to court, everybody.
We've taken it to court, just like I said we would, and we'll get some great news out of that pretty quick here.
And I want to thank everybody for the support you've given MyPillow.
We do have $25 towel sets left, six-pack towel sets, and $25 of MySlippers.
Those you can get them while they're left.
We're clearing them out because the MyPillow 2.0 are manufacturing.
Everybody's down there making pillows.
They're loving what they're doing, and they help all of you out there get the best sleep ever.
So you can use the promo code War Room.
Steve's got his own square.
War Room's got their own square on MyPillow.com.
Go there. Get these slippers while they're last.
We're clearing them out. And the all-season slippers.
And then the six-packed house sets.
And you can still get the, with promo code WARWARM, you can still get the MyPillow 2.0, the buy one, get one free.
And we also, we're offering the MyPillow, we're gonna be launching this now, commercials everywhere, but you're hearing it here first, the MyTopper 2.0.
The same technology we put into the new MyPillows is in the bed toppers now.
steve bannon
So you gotta check them out too with the promo code WARWARM. Mike, is the 16th and 17th open to the public, or once again is it going to be officials like last year?
Because I want to put it on people's calendars.
Is it going to be open to the public?
mike lindell
It's not open to the public.
It is invite only.
And what we're doing, we're inviting.
We have legislatures from around the country.
We have the media invited.
And then we have representatives for every single state.
Those invites have already been started to be sent out.
But we want the public.
We need at least we need millions and millions of people to watch this because you're all going to want to hear the feeling of the plan.
steve bannon
No, we're going to set it up, but we'll be there likely.
By the way, I was asking because the convention center was huge, and it was not invite last year.
mike lindell
We're going to probably have a couple thousand people.
Steve, they can check it out at LyndaleEvent.com.
I forgot to tell you that. LyndaleEvent.com, everybody.
steve bannon
We'll push it out right now.
Charlie Kirk is up.
By the way, Charlie just announced the other big event in July in West Palm Beach.
Tucker Carlson's going to be there.
Donald Trump's going to be there.
War Room's going to be there.
Matt Gaetz is going to be there.
Go check that out. Charlie Kirk next.
