This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
|
He doesn't seem all that concerned about a motion to bake it.
I want you to listen to what he said.
Everybody has the ability to do what they want, but if you think I'm gonna wake up in the morning and be very worried about that, it doesn't bother me.
If someone thinks they have the right to do it.
He's claiming victory.
unidentified
|
There are as many as 40 million pistol braces in circulation in the United States right now.
Doesn't bother me. You thought you were just gonna scoop them up and start throwing people in jail for owning a piece of plastic that you already said was legal years ago?
Doesn't bother me. Not realizing the stupid law isn't stopping criminals, it's creating them.
Because but for those injunctions, millions of people would have become felons as of June 1st.
If you think I'm gonna wake up in the morning and be very worried about that, no.
So that single parent mother who bought the pistol caliber car being with a brace on it for home defense because it made it easier for her to shoot and protect herself, felon.
Doesn't bother me. | ||
Doctor who bought an AR pistol with a brace on it to keep with him in his car and going to and from his office because there have been several armed robberies committed by a group of criminals in the area where his office is?
Felon. | ||
Doesn't bother me. | ||
Not to mention, most people don't even know about the rule.
And even if they did, they likely wouldn't even understand what the hell the ATF was saying because the ATF writes and legalese.
If you think I'm gonna wake up in the morning and you'll be ever worried about that, hell.
These dumb gun laws hurt real and good people, but they don't care because these laws aren't about helping people.
They're about controlling them.
Yeah, but one last question.
unidentified
|
Did leadership tell Clyde that if he didn't vote for the Fiscal Responsibility Act that his bill was harder to go for?
No. No. No. | ||
So what are you saying is not true?
No. There were problems with the bill passing before.
We have demanded all weekend up on Getter with posters, talks, everything, that the pistol, your bill with your name on it be put back on this week, like today, be put back on so it could be addressed by the House.
What's our status, sir?
I will tell you that what you have been doing and the response from the 2A community has been very effective to date.
unidentified
|
We're not quite there yet, but it has definitely had a significant impact.
News of the day. After this mini revolt, the pistol brace is going to come to the floor?
unidentified
|
That's correct, Steve.
It's coming to the floor on Tuesday.
unidentified
|
I tell you, man, this is such a powerful platform.
It was Andrew Clyde's interview here on The War Room that really got this thing going with our members, with our activists.
unidentified
|
It is really something.
Well, this is this audience.
That's why they love you guys, and they have your back.
unidentified
|
But now the true test of chicken.
is whether Kevin McCarthy will scuttle our oversight agenda vis-a-vis Christopher Wray as an effort to punish us.
Remember, he already punished gun owners to try to punish Andrew Clyde.
Now will he punish every American and let Christopher Wray off the hook?
A handful of Republicans in the House blocked a rules vote on the floor yesterday expressing their lingering displeasure with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy's debt-sealing deal.
Now, I know this sounds weedy, but I promise there is a payoff.
An uneventful vote took 50 minutes to complete as House Majority Leader Steve Scalise huddled with Republicans on the floor trying to change votes.
You can see in this video he's discussing something with colleagues before retreating to the back of the chamber, as reported by The Hill.
In the end, the rule vote was voted down, 220 to 206.
The rule was voted down, meaning GOP efforts to advance several bills on the floor are now temporarily halted.
Joining me now is Punchbowl News co-founder and NBC News political contributor Jake Sherman.
The payoff, Jake, tell me why this matters.
unidentified
|
Well, we're a world power, Katie, which is sometimes hard to believe.
And the House of Representatives is frozen, meaning the leadership cannot bring things on the floor.
This is Speaker Kevin McCarthy's leadership cannot advance anything to the House floor right now.
Period. The end. So one of our two chambers of Congress is completely unable to do anything because a small minority of Republicans, 10 or so, are blocking rule votes.
Any bill that goes to the floor needs a rule.
Just as a quick primer, a rule lays out the parameters for debate and amendments and things like that.
This is a crisis for Kevin McCarthy and for his leadership team.
And it cannot be described as any other way.
And it's a massive referendum from a small group of conservatives on his leadership, which I don't know how they're going to solve, to be honest with you.
So this is in part because of the debt deal, right, and the displeasure?
unidentified
|
I would say it's in hold because of the debt deal.
There are efforts to punt it to another bill, a pistol brace bill, which one of the lawmakers in that photo, Andrew Clyde, is pushing.
This is a bill to stop the Biden administration from regulating pistol braces, which help control guns when shot.
But this is all displeasure from how the House is being run.
So what's the endgame for them?
What's the endgame for them? Are they trying to get Kevin McCarthy to bring another vote and make another negotiation?
Is there some other... What do they want to do?
unidentified
|
Yeah, so there's a few things.
This is the trouble that Kevin McCarthy and his team are having.
There are a bunch of different problems that they have.
Some people, there are about four of them, Chip Roy of Texas, Matt Gaetz of Florida, Ralph Norman of South Carolina, just don't like how McCarthy was running the House.
And that's a big problem because he's the Speaker of the House, and they want him to cut a new deal, a power-sharing agreement with conservatives, which I just don't know if he will do.
Okay, Wednesday, 7 June, Eurovalure, 2023.
We're packed for two hours.
Congressman Tim Burchett.
Going to join us, Colonel Derek Harvey, the Moms for America, who were the group before Moms for Liberty.
They've already been put on the Southern Poverty Law Center list.
We've got Natalie Winters, Carrie Lake, Captain Bannon.
We're going to have Mike Davis.
A lot going on. | ||
Huge fight right now about getting a new deal or not, right, in many movements, but we've seized the House floor and it's not being given up.
Intense negotiations underway.
Also, a lot of reports about this situation with President Trump and Jack Smith and the grand jury.
We're going to get to that. We've asked Mike Davis to review some documents and some articles.
Mike's going to give us his best thoughts here in a moment.
I want to start, though, with good news.
Colonel Wendy Rogers. | ||
Colonel Rogers, thank you for joining us.
What happened yesterday? We couldn't hook up to connect with you, but good news on a legal case out there dealing with you, ma'am.
Thanks, Steve. I'm back home in Flagstaff.
I was with Karen and Steve Slate and the owners of the Trump store in Show Low yesterday.
The three of us were subject to death threats.
Last July 4th, when Eli Crane and I were in a July 4th parade in Show Low, after which we went to the Trump store to meet with constituents, I was evacuated about an hour and 15 minutes after they realized a message had come in to the Trump store over their email,
actually to their website, saying that I was in the gun sights of AR-15 next door from a Sonic Burger Crazy guy said all this profanity and he was going to splash my brains out around the Trump store.
So I was immediately evacuated back to Flagstaff.
I had one of Carrie Lake's bodyguards with me, which was great, Kyle Conklin.
And anyway, it took six weeks for the Department of Public Safety, DPS, who is charged with the Security of elected officials to determine who this crazy guy was.
He was behind a computer 10 minutes away, it turned out, at his mother's home.
But he's a schoolteacher in Tucson, in middle school, 30 years in the job.
So they arrested him in Pima County down in Tucson.
And after five days, the woke liberal attorney, county attorney down there let him out.
So he was rearrested, retried in Navajo County, Northern Arizona, which is where Sholo is, which is where the crime occurred.
Fast forward to yesterday when he was sentenced.
So the range of sentencing could be from probation to two and a half years in prison.
Now, I had not gone to any of the hearings because, of course, we've been in session.
But I was told, if you're going to come to one hearing, Senator, it would be the sentencing hearing.
So I met with the county attorney in the hallway before I went in, and he said, how do you want to press?
And I said, for the full force and effect of law, two and a half years in prison.
And the Slatons also agreed.
So we went in there and we gave our testimony.
Basically, what two things were very impactful were as follows.
Karen Slaton read the judge and everyone in the room the full content of the threatening messaging, which was laced with profanity and terribly dangerous, horrible wording.
And then I got up and I told the judge, I said, Judge, you and I took the oath of office to support and defend the Constitution.
I said, certainly this threat against me was worrisome in terms of how my grandchildren, my children, my family, my colleagues, all of us felt.
But I said, more importantly, I represent a lot of little towns and cities, and I'm the only one who fights for them.
So when someone comes after me, they're coming after my people.
And they're coming after our constitutional republic way of life.
And I'm just not having it.
And that's where I stand.
And then I sat down. | ||
And then he heard all this, you know, mitigating circumstance kind of talk about how this was a first-time offense and how he really didn't mean it and all this soul-searching kind of stuff.
And then the judge just said, Three things.
Number one, to the defendant, he said, you threatened an elected official, which cost the state a lot of resources to determine who you were.
Number two, you threatened with an AR-15, which is really rich because, of course, the left hates the AR-15.
And number three, you threatened death.
So this is not just some whimsical threat.
You need to go to prison for two and a half years.
And he was handcuffed and taken out.
It was an experience. | ||
So the judge took that on board, and this guy is in prison two and a half years.
I want to hit rewind for a second, Colonel Rogers, because I want people to understand this.
He is a teacher in middle school in the Tucson School District?
Yeah, a music teacher. | ||
How could that possibly be? Oh, I know.
And he was a teacher when he did this.
And I think I even maybe mentioned that in my remarks when I made my statement.
Someone who has obviously been background checked, fingerprinted and all this kind of thing, commits this heinous threat against my life and ultimately against my people and has been, you know, an upstanding person in the community.
What's the Slatons? | ||
We want to get them on here.
I love the Trump store. | ||
It's incredible. We've got to get them on later in the week or maybe next week.
What's their assessment of all this?
Do you think they'll drive copycats?
Are you guys concerned? No.
I mean, one can never tell.
But Northern Arizona is very Second Amendment friendly.
They do not hold back. | ||
In fact, Steve is running to be my counterpart in the state house in this rural district, Legislative District 7, steveslaytonaz.com.
So you want to support a real patriot, it would be Steve Slayton, who flew Army helicopters in Vietnam.
He and Karen and I, we don't shirk from this.
We don't worry about this.
In fact, they put his picture in the window next to the door of their store all this time to show that he was a perpetrator who had threatened us.
And now they're going to keep that picture in the window and write the word sentenced diagonally across it.
Well, Senator, what is your social media?
I got another recommendation. I'll sue him civilly and put him into bankruptcy.
What is your social media so people can follow you, Senator?
Wendy Rogers AZ. And I've been a little bit prolific on Twitter lately, Gab Getter, Truth Social.
And, you know, we're working it.
unidentified
|
We follow you closely. | |
You're working it every day.
Colonel Wendy Rogers, senator in the great state of Arizona and a driving force in the MAGA movement.
Colonel, thank you very much.
Short commercial break.
Mike Davis, President Trump, indictment, federal grand jury next.
unidentified
|
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCD.

Mike Davis, you've been here with us since the afternoon of August 8th, 2022, the Year of the Lord 2022.
That's almost a year ago.
That's ten months ago. There's John Solomon's reporting that the president's going to be indicted.
I think he is. Independence got Feinberg.
I think it's Andrew Feinberg up with a huge article talking about a lot of different elements of including Mark Meadows has cut a deal.
Can you sort it all out for us, sir?
Well, it's the same things we've been saying since August 8th of 2022, which looks like the Biden Justice Department is going to try to charge Trump with espionage and obstruction for having his presidential records in the office of former president that's heavily guarded by the Secret Service with congressionally funded office space,
secure office space, staff security clearances, Trump is allowed to have his presidential records classified or not, national defense information or not, under the Presidential Records Act.
And it looks like they're going to ignore the Presidential Records Act, which has no criminal component, and they're going to try to charge Trump under some version of the Espionage Act.
Seeing in this independent reporting that they may charge them not for classified records, but for having national defense information records.
So they're going to try to weasel their way around the fact that Trump declassified these records, but it doesn't matter whether they're classified or not.
Because again, former presidents are allowed to have their presidential records under the Presidential Records Act.
It does not matter whether they're classified.
Presidential records or any documents created Or received by the president or his White House staff.
And if the CIA sends a document to the president of the United States or his White House staff, that is a presidential record and the presidents are allowed to take their records.
when they leave office like President Clinton did.
When in 2012 an Obama judge correctly ruled against our friend Tom Fitton at Judicial Watch and held that the mere fact that a president took a record when he left office makes it a personal record by his actions.
And it does not matter whether it's classified.
President Clinton had eight years, 79 audio tapes, eight years of highly classified audio recordings of his presidency hidden in his sock drawer.
And that was okay under the Presidential Records Act, according to that Obama judge.
Because it is the president, and the president makes the determination what are presidential records.
And these recordings even included...
unidentified
|
Okay. Hang on. | |
I just want to make sure I'm not confused here.
So let me through this. We were talking, I thought, about the Presidential Records Act.
But what these are saying, they're going to charge him, because they just can't...
Obviously the big charge has got is obstruction, because they don't really have an underlying crime.
Do you agree with that? Yes, but the reason they're going to charge some version of the Espionage Act is because they know you have to have a crime...
You have to have an investigation of a real crime in order to charge obstruction, according to this 2019...
Okay, got it. | ||
I got that. So... So to get to the obstruction, which is what they really think they've got, they have to have a crime.
We've been talking about the Presidential Records Act.
What is it in the Espionage Act?
They're going to charge Trump with something regarding espionage?
Is it because of the classifications?
How do they shift from presidential records of which you say they have no case to search for a crime in the Espionage Act?
Because they're going to ignore the Presidential Records Act, just like they ignored the Presidential Records Act and duped the Eleventh Circuit on this very issue.
And the Presidential Records Act is the controlling statute here for presidents and former presidents with their presidential records.
And so they're going to ignore that and they're going to try to charge under the Espionage Act.
The Espionage Act applies to everyone on the planet except for the President of the United States.
is the Commander-in-Chief under our Constitution.
He has the inherent authority under our Constitution to determine what records are classified or not classified.
And that is confirmed by a 19, I think it was 1988 Supreme Court case, Department of the Navy versus Eagan.
But the Biden Justice Department, the National Security Division, this corrupt National Security Division that ran the crossfire hurricane The Russian collusion hoax, which is the reason Trump declassified those records, and then the Biden Justice Department knows they were damning, so they want to get them back. That's what this is all about.
They're going to try to charge under espionage that does not apply to a president or a former president in his handling of presidential records.
Help me out. This will be historic.
This will be what happened in New York to the 10th power.
You agree with that, Mike Davis?
This will be historic. | ||
A former president charged with federal crimes in a federal court.
Yeah. That's a message.
Yeah. Doesn't it have to be belt suspenders, another belt?
I mean, Merrick Garland is taking on a historic.
This will cause a constitutional crisis.
Once again, this summer is going to be quite intense, I can tell you.
This has to be belt suspenders, another belt.
When the guy's announced he's running for president, he leads your boss by, I don't know, anywhere from five to seven to eight points right now.
How possibly can they take this kind of, you know, Rube Goldberg, I got something here that might be, and then, oh yeah, of course they obstructed.
How can that possibly, how can Merrick Garland put the Justice Department in this type of jeopardy?
Because that's what you're doing. Half of the nation, we've already lost total faith in the Justice Department, but he'll never get it back if this is to happen, sir.
Well, remember, this is the same Merrick Garland who sent Matthew Colangelo to Alvin Bragg's office in New York to indict Trump, right?
So there's that. This is the same Merrick Garland who covered for Joe Biden for two months while he was going after Trump on records Trump was allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.
He covered for Biden, worked with Biden secretly and Biden's attorneys.
to hide five stashes of stolen classified records that Biden had in several unguarded locations, moved several times from when Biden was the vice president and when Biden was the senator.
I don't know how he explains that one.
And then when Garland gets caught and had to appoint a special counsel, Robert Herr, Robert Heard did that fifth search and found classified records.
So how does Biden's attorneys, how does Biden not get charged with obstruction for misrepresenting he turned over these classified documents when the FBI found more?
How does Biden not get charged with espionage when he had no right as a former vice president And a former senator to have stolen classified records from the Obama White House and other White Houses.
How does he not get charged when there's evidence in the form of Miranda Devine's reporting at the New York Post that Hunter Biden had a 22-point email where this crackhead all of a sudden became this geopolitical expert on Ukraine because he obviously used Stolen classified information to secure millions of dollars in Ukraine for the Biden's.
How does he not charge Biden but he charges Trump?
This cannot happen. | ||
This is going to have to get resolved by the Supreme Court because the Obama judges on the D.C. Court, the uniparty judges on the D.C. Court and the D.C. Circuit are not going to fix this.
This will have to get resolved by the Supreme Court.
When you say Supreme Court, you mean Trump will take the charge immediately to the Supreme Court?
You think that'll happen? You're saying after the trial and all that, you think it gets sorted out now?
Well, maybe they can do a motion on the indictment early and get that heard early.
I doubt that will happen. I think it's going to have to be after there is a conviction and an appeal.
And you might have a convicted presidential candidate because it's going to be like a 95 % jury pool against Trump in D.C. and uniparty judges.
You might have a convicted presidential candidate who wins back the White House and this has to get resolved by the Supreme Court.
Incredible. This is what the Biden regime, they're desperate.
This is all lawfare. | ||
So folks, strap in. | ||
It looks like it's going to happen.
Mike Davis, from the reporting you've seen, because a lot of people, what's your sense?
Are we heading in this direction if you had to by the end of June?
We have been heading in this direction since we first talked on August 8th, 2022.
And the reason we're heading in this direction is because President Trump declassified and took his personal copy of the Crossfire hurricane records that are so damning for Hillary, for Obama, for Biden, for Trump.
For Comey, for the FBI, for the CIA, they colluded to cook up the Russian collusion hoax and the bogus illegal crossfire hurricane investigation on Trump to deflect from the fact that Hillary Clinton had an illegal home server as Secretary of State.
It was almost certainly hacked by our worst enemies, probably the Russians.
And there is evidence on this home server that Hillary Clinton had this illegal foreign bribery scheme with the Clinton Foundation.
And so what did they do? | ||
What did the FBI do? They cooked up Crossfire Hurricane.
They went to the FISA court.
They lied to the FISA court and got illegal spy warrants on Americans on Carter Page.
And then in 2020, the FBI covered up the fact that Biden took foreign bribes, millions of dollars in foreign bribes.
They covered this up from 2017 on.
A $5 million foreign bribe from Ukraine, apparently, to change American policy.
The FBI interfered in the 2016 election.
The 2020 election, they're interfering again in the 2024 election with this bogus crossfire hurricane raid on Mar-a-Lago to get back these damning records.
Mike Davis, how do people get to you at your website and with social media?
Article3Project.org, Article3Project.org, at Article3Project, at Article3Project on Gitter, Twitter Truth, and at MRDDMIA. Thank you, Steve.
Mike Davis, I think we're going to have you on a lot in the following days and weeks ahead.
Thank you. Very honored to have you on here, sir.
Captain Bannon is going to give us an update on the media that follows all of us from a hater's perspective.
Kerry Lake is here on Fentanyl next in the world.
unidentified
|
Your host Stephen K. Bann.
Okay, the Washington Examiner is reporting on the on our show this morning.
We had Gates and Boebert were able to drop by, and he said McCarthy's got to make a decision.
He's got to be monogamous with either the House Freedom Caucus or the Democrats, but he's got to pick it.
There's a massive fight going on right now.
Remember, we hold the floor.
Grace Chung has up right now the 11 heroes.
Make sure you call their office, 202-225-3121.
Make sure you let them know we got their back because this is going to get quite gnarly.
Also, the beating heart of this is still the debt ceiling bill that will bury this country's economy.
Go to birchgold.com slash Bannon right now and make sure that you draw down all the free installments on the end of the dollar empire, particularly the last, the debt trap.
You will start to understand the debt.
By the way, Pence's thing today, he starts explaining the debt.
He still doesn't have it right.
You have a much better understanding than Pence's speechwriters.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Also, while you're there, get to Philip Patrick's team.
Ask them why all the central banks are buying gold with two hands at record levels.
What does it mean for you?
Do that today. Captain Bannon, before I get carry-up, You've been watching.
Filipowski does now once a week an hour that covers the alternative media, not Fox, but the alternative right media in how they cover and what they talk about.
You have the watch now to watch this.
You just got off. I know it's seeing us through the eyes of our enemies, but that's okay.
That's a very powerful tool. Tell me about what this last hour was.
How was it? It was very interesting to see how our enemies feel about us.
It wasn't shocking in the least.
They addressed Ron and Casey DeSantis, Lauren Boebert missing the vote, January 6, Mark Meadows, the impending indictment on President Trump, among many other things.
But I highly encourage the War Room Posse.
You might not want to listen to this because it is from our enemies' perspective.
However, I highly encourage every Posse member to listen to this podcast.
It comes out every Wednesday roughly at 4 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time to listen to it because we need to understand what information our enemies are pushing out.
You know, maybe what we do is I've talked to you and Grace.
Maybe one time we put it up on Getter and do a live chat.
Let me think about that. They said not so nice things about your dad.
Did that hurt your feelings? It did not hurt my feelings.
It rolled right off my back because I know it is not the truth.
They clearly do not like War Room and the last probably five minutes of the episode went into War Room and you in particular.
Good, thank you. Honey Badger Jr., thank you, Mo.
And Natalie's going to be on tonight, be talking about you guys are doing Friday shows, Saturday shows.
You're at the Turning Point USA Conference for Young Women.
Couldn't be prouder of you guys.
It's going to be incredible, intense, and urgent.
We look for all the content you guys put up.
What's your social media?
Everyone can find me on Getter and Twitter at Maureen underscore Bannon.
And I'm also coming in very hot on Instagram at RealMaureenBannon.
And like you said, Natalie and I will both be at YWLS, the Young Women's Leadership Summit in Dallas, Texas for Turning Point.
And we will be covering, we will be doing the War Room.
And we will also be speaking at 2.15 on Saturday, 2.15 to 3 p.m.
talking about women in alternative media.
And we'll be picking that up and stream it.
Thanks, Mo. And thanks for watching Filipowski's show.
We'll make sure it gets out there. Everybody should watch it.
See yourself through the eyes of your enemy.
Thank you, ma'am. Thank you.
I wanted Carrie Lake to come on.
I wanted Carrie Lake to be the first person to come on after we had Mike Davis explain this.
Carrie Lake, it looks like, at least from news reports, you got John Solomon, who I swear by, and the Independent in the UK with Feinberg.
It's very detailed. It looks like pretty well reported, although the lawyer for Mark Meadows is saying he didn't cut a deal.
What is your take, Carrie Lake, on Donald J. Trump, on the Justice Department coming after Donald J. Trump, ma'am?
I'm livid. | ||
I mean, you can see this coming.
They have to bring him down because he's going to win and he's going to get in there and root these corrupt individuals and entities and organizations into And agencies, he's going to root them out and clean them up.
And they know they have to at all costs bring this man down.
But from a perspective of a mother in America who's watching our country fall apart, it's so anger-inducing because our hard-earned tax money is going toward a witch hunt.
I don't know. I can't even keep count.
It's like the 10th witch hunt that they have lobbed at President Trump.
And it just shows you how panicked they are.
They are destroying our country.
Many of them are traitors.
They've sold us out. | ||
They've allowed for our country to go to hell in a handbasket with a wide open border.
They've rigged elections.
They're starting wars.
And they got to stop the one guy who's going to fight for us because the jig is up.
The jig is up for them and they know it.
And so I'm not surprised by it.
It's not going to change how I feel about President Trump.
It's not going to change my enthusiasm for fighting for him to win this next election, get in the White House and give us back and help us fight back for our country.
I've got to ask you, this Daily Mail story, and you ran, and people know this, voter integrity was very high, but you were principally about Shutting down the border immediately, declaring an emergency, getting up in the face of Biden, challenging the regime at the White House, challenging the federal government, going after the cartels, naming a terrorist organization, bringing the militia up, bringing the National Guard up.
I mean, you were going all in. How does it set with you?
And more importantly, how does it set, you think, with the folks in Arizona when they see the Justice Department spending all this time on grand juries and all this focus?
And there's nothing being done to stop the invasion of the southern border.
In fact, they're exacerbating and particularly this tsunami of fentanyl, ma'am.
Oh, I think, I mean, the people of Arizona are pissed off.
I mean, there's no other way to put it.
Without getting more profane, they are furious.
They're furious because they voted for me and other America versus Canada because that was, you're right, my number one goal was to get in there and secure the border, call it what it is, an invasion, stop these cartels, which, by the way, are arm in arm and partnering with the CCP, the communist regime in China, to poison the people in this country by sending in drugs.
So the people in Arizona are furious.
This is an America first, Arizona first group of citizens who went out and voted in droves to watch our election be rigged like that because they knew that I was going to do exactly what I said I was going to do, which is secure that border.
We don't need the federal government to secure the border.
They're supposed to. The Guarantee Clause in the Constitution says that they will do that, but when they're failing at that, we have our own remedy in the United States Constitution, Article I, Section 10.
And every state, every border state should be doing that right now, which is securing the border, calling it what it is, an invasion.
Our citizens are in danger, and time is of the essence.
There's no time to delay.
We can't wait. | ||
Like damsels in distress in these border states for Joe Biden's corrupt government to come in and help us and bail us out.
It's not going to happen.
We got to do it on our own.
We need strong governors to do it.
And I'm not seeing that strength.
And everyone knew that on day one, within the first 10 minutes of taking office, we were going to get to work doing that.
And we were going to put these other governors to shame for leaving their citizens out to dry and out to die, frankly, with what's coming across our border.
We have a war, whether you like it or not, going on in this country.
Some people see it. Some people don't yet.
But we've got the CCP attacking us through poison coming across the border in conjunction with the cartels, in conjunction with Joe Biden, who is their puppet, who's sitting in the White House.
Yes, Joe Biden is the communist regime's puppet sitting in the White House.
He sold us out a long time ago.
And they're going to continue to sell us out until the United States of America doesn't exist anymore if we don't stand up and say, hell no, we're done with this.
And for me, It starts with fighting these rigged elections.
We all have to stand up, find what God-given talent we have, and then use it right now and use it as hard as we can to save our country.
When you see the Justice Department, they're talking here about this big fight about holding the House floor with the heroes that took it away from McCarthy.
Are they going to mark up this bill on Comer, but they've got to somehow send something to Comer, or Comer's got to send the oversight over to Ray because he refuses to turn over documents about Biden taking bribes, yet they're going to indict Trump at the same time.
Out in Arizona, Because you are the head of the MAGA movement out there, you and President Trump, and President Trump has been the most adamant about securing the southern border.
You're right there with him.
When he gets indicted, knowing that the FBI and the Justice Department have been protecting Biden, how is that going to set with the folks out in Arizona, ma'am?
I think they're going to double down on their support of Trump.
He's not just talking about securing the border, Steve.
You know this. He did secure the border.
I tell people the story.
I covered Arizona for 27 years as a fair and honest journalist, and it was a mess before.
Trump comes into office.
We had a bunch of phony politicians all these years say, we're going to fix the—build the wall.
We're going to do this. We're going to do that.
We're going to secure the border. They get into office.
They lied. They did nothing.
President Trump came in.
He secured that border, and he did it with members of his own party attacking him.
They were withholding funds.
They want to send $170 billion over to Ukraine.
Let me tell you, what's going on on our border is a bigger threat to American families, to our children, to our economy than anything happening in Ukraine.
And we're sending our treasure over to Ukraine, to this goofball Zelensky, who knows what the heck he's up to.
We need that money on the border.
And the people of Arizona are so furious with this illegitimate administration being run by Joe Biden, who is bought and paid for by both China and Ukraine.
His tentacles are in Ukraine.
If you just look at what's happening with that laptop, which we were all aware of, but again, the corrupt FBI kept it away from Americans so they could make an educated decision when it came time to vote.
They didn't have that information.
That's election interference, and I believe the people who kept that from us are traitors.
They're trying to hurt our country.
They're trying to destroy our country from within.
And the people of Arizona, or any other state, I don't believe, are okay with it.
Carrie, real quickly, the status of the case, because there's a lot of people saying, hey, we need Carrie Lake's voice in Washington.
If it's not going to be in Phoenix, if we can't get this thing sorted in the courts, if we can't get the courts right, we need Carrie Lake's voice, because right now, this country's an extremist.
What's the status? Well, we're still working on the appeal.
We filed the notice of appeal.
My team is putting it together.
And we obviously will have it in in short order.
We don't want to rush it and make it.
We want to make sure we dot the I's, cross the T's, have everything buttoned up.
But guess what? By staying in this fight, do you know how much more information has come out?
Every single day I wake up to more information.
This CONEC stuff coming out, it's on Twitter, on my Twitter page today, showing how involved At every level, China is in our elections.
We gotta wake up, people.
Put aside some of our smaller differences.
I don't care if you're Democrat, Independent, or Republican.
Do you want China controlling our country?
Put aside some of the stuff we disagree on.
We can argue about that later.
We are on the verge of having an overthrow of our government if we do not do the right thing right now and protect our elections, make sure that China has nothing to do with our elections.
And every day I wake up, I get more information from our investigative team.
We're finding out that when they put this phony McGregor report together, which was Maricopa County's way of saying they're doing an independent investigation of themselves, If that doesn't make you laugh, this will.
When they did the investigation, tried to throw the little printer company that does the printers, OKI is the company, they tried to throw them under the bus and blame all the problems on that little company.
The company said, wait a minute, you're lying about us and you never even called us and asked us any questions or talked to us before you put these lies out.

I smell a defamation lawsuit.
Can you hang on just through the break?

Carrie Lake, Natalie Winters joins us after a short commercial break.
In Congress, Ron DeSantis pushed a 23 % national sales tax, where the middle class pays more.
90 % of families would get a tax hike if DeSantis replaced the current system.
President Trump cut taxes a lot, lowering tax rates for everyone.
Trump cut taxes. | ||
DeSantis tried to raise them.
Ron DeSantis, wrong on tax hikes, just not ready.

That Friday, there's going to be this huge march out in Los Angeles that's going to end up at Chavez Ravine at Dodger Stadium.
The traditional Catholics and evangelical Christians are going to be marching about this anti-Catholic group that just mocks, I won't even say their name, just mocks the Catholic Church, mocks the Christian religion, and the Dodgers have allowed it to perform out at Dodger Stadium in front of families.
It's not acceptable. What's also not acceptable is the Archdiocese of Los Angeles not stepping up to the plate here.
This is one of the reasons the Catholic Church is having a free fall as far as active, observant Catholics.
Because the leadership in the Catholic Church is absolutely gutless.
Let me repeat this. The leadership in the Catholic Church is absolutely and totally gutless.
And this is why the traditional Catholics are taking the lead on this, and John Yep and his team couldn't be prouder.
We're going to make sure we're going to have a big contingent of war room there.
And people are not going to back down on this thing.
I've got Natalie in here in a second, going to talk about the situation she had in one of the most elite prep schools in the country.
Carrie Lake, thank you.
We've got next hour, Moms for Liberty and Moms for America.
I know you're close to that.
We had Moms for Liberty start the show this morning.
Moms for America are going to start at the 6 o'clock hour.
How can people carry...
We're going to have you back on a lot about this Trump situation.
How do people go to support you in your fight?
Because more than ever, We need Carrie Lake's voice loud and clear and with a platform.
unidentified
|
Where do they go, Carrie? I'm sorry.
I'm still thinking about the story of what's happening in Los Angeles.
You don't have to be Catholic to show up just Catholic.
You get the evangelicals.
I don't care if you're a believer in Christ, if you're Jewish.
I don't care what religion you are.
This is absolutely appalling what they did.
I hope there is a flood of people on the streets.
That's horrible. And now they're coming after the moms who stand up and say, we've got to protect our little ones.
And with the Moms for America, going after them, calling them terrorists.
They're calling moms who show up at school board meeting domestic terrorists.
This is a war on our country, and they're coming at us from every angle.
So you can find out more about me, about our case at CarrieLake.com.
You can go to SaveArizonaFund.com to find out more about our case.
You can find me on Getter and Twitter and Truth.
We have a powerful weapon, Steve.
You use it every day for hours a day.
It is our voice and we need to go out and educate people.
We've got to start having conversations with our friends who maybe haven't seen the light and say we have differences on many levels and some of the stuff is important if we rank it you know some stuff is like the most important but the most important to all of us is that we are able to maintain America our American values our Constitution then we can argue about all the other stuff but we are on the verge right now of losing our country when they have got the Chinese involved in our elections When you have elections that are being run like they're run in third world countries,
a border that's being overrun with millions of people coming here from 150 or 160 different countries.
We aren't even keeping track of them.
We're losing hundreds of thousands of children that Joe Biden has just lost.
Who knows what god-awful situation they're in right now.
And we've got fentanyl pouring in, killing our young generation.
Plus, Joe is more worried about continuing and beating the drums of war in Ukraine and trying to start World War III. You know why President Trump says he can stop that?
You know why he says he can stop that in 24 hours?
This is my guess. I think because he realizes that Joe Biden is the one behind a lot of it.
Joe Biden is pumping a ton of money into that.
And the minute we get him out of office, Joe Biden, they get Trump in there and he turns off the money and stop sending a bunch of weapons to fuel that war.
That's when they come to the negotiating table and we have peace and we need a peacemaker.
Like President Trump. | ||
Not a warmonger like Joe Biden and half these people running against Trump.
unidentified
|
We're done with that. Carrie Lake, honored to have you on here.
We need your voice out there more than ever.
Thank you, man. Thank you, Steve.
unidentified
|
Thanks to the war room. Carrie Lake, a fighter.
I tell you what I want to do, because I want to take time to do this.
I want to do, Natalie, the story about Harvard-Westlake that Gates has up.
We'll push it out tonight. I want people to see that.
It would be a perfect Tia for Moms of Liberty, but on the time.
Number one, Natalie, I want to say how proud I was of you.
To stand up there on Sunday in the new federal state of China with hundreds of millions of people in mainland China and giving one of the most powerful speeches I've heard anybody.
And I tell you, the feedback I got from Lao Bai Jing and the Chinese people, you do not understand how much it touches them.
To understand there's a young woman, a young woman in the United States that knows this stuff as well as you do and as seriously as you do.
So number one, congratulations. Number two, tell me, you're going to be doing a lot of content here on Friday and Saturday for the War Room.
Walk us through this conference. Yes.
unidentified
|
Well, thank you. That's so nice of you to say.
I was just trying to follow in the footsteps of your speech.
I don't know if I can compare, but I try my best.
But this Friday and Saturday, even though you are young, Steve, and certainly a leader, you are not a woman.
So Mo and I will be taking over War Room for the Young Women's Leadership Summit.
You never know. You could get some gender-affirming care between now and then in Joe Biden's America, but something tells me you won't.
So Mo and I will be hosting the live show on Saturday morning.
We're doing a panel later that day, and I'll be hosting the show on Friday afternoon as well.
Just an amazing lineup of people who are supposed to be at the conference, everyone from Carrie Lake to Laura Trump, a bunch of elected officials, Lauren Boebert, a bunch of friends of the show.
So make sure you either come if you can, it's in Dallas, Texas, or at least make sure you tune in.
unidentified
|
And if you see me or Mo around, please definitely come say hi.
We're going to figure out how to get everybody over there.
We want a big turnout. By the way, tomorrow, Matt Gaetz has it up.
We'll push it out. You told us a story, I think it was a year ago.
unidentified
|
I don't ever miss an opportunity to say Harvard-Westlake, but it's UChicago.
Oh, this is University of Chicago.
Okay. The Harvard-Westlake story was almost better.
We're going to get to both of them tomorrow.
University of Chicago, Harvard-Westlake.
You talk about Pride Month, you don't understand the pressure on these kids.
When you hear these stories, you understand about the Armenian dads yesterday in L.A. Okay, short break.
Moms for America next. | ||
Derek Harvey on Sequoia. |
