| The chair of that committee, Kentucky Congressman James Comer, talked about those allegations in an interview yesterday and ended up admitting they've lost contact with a submarine. | ||

| Can you get us up to speed on this, sir? | ||
| Sure. Mr. Bannon, I was with Marjorie last week at Treasury as well. | ||
| MSNBC, they couldn't pour water out of a boot if the instructions were written on the dadgum heel. | ||
| There's over $10 million that have flowed in that we know of, that we know of, that we can directly point, that flowed into Biden family checking accounts and business associates and members. | ||
| Nine members so far. | ||
| You've got even the minor, I think even some of the grandchildren I think are involved in it who are innocent and all this. | ||
| But you've got over a million dollars from a Romanian interest. | ||
| And you've got to remember, Biden was vice president and he was lecturing the people of Romania about ethics and morals and all this stuff at the very moment. | ||
| He and his family were receiving over a million dollars. | ||
| The national media is so far in the tank for this bunch. | ||
| This doddling old man who has no cognitive ability whatsoever, can't carry on a conversation, and that is the leader of the free world right now. | ||
| That should be a very scary situation for this country. | ||
| But to say that we don't have any information, they're just not looking at the information that is given to them. | ||
| And this is direct information from the Treasury. | ||

| And $10 million, and they say, what the heck would they be giving Hunter Biden $10 million for, other than influence with his old man? | ||

| It's there. And the FBI, of course, that's the other thing. | ||
| I'm not surprised at the media, and I'm becoming less and less surprised that our Federal Bureau of Investigation is basically refusing. | ||
| They went after George Santos, who I've said he's a friend of mine. | ||
| His office is right down the hall here in the Longworth Building, but he's relatively small potatoes. | ||
| They did a very quick investigation on him with multiple accusations against him and indictments. | ||
| The President of the United States, he and his family received over $10 million and nobody We agree. | ||
| Congressman Santos is a small beer, and that thing even looks like an administrative paperwork exercise. | ||
| But let me go back. Particularly people in your district, these hard-working patriots, when you go over and look at those records, which you can't take out, the SARS reports, the suspicious activity reports from banks. | ||
| This is not your request. | ||
| These are banks that send it to Treasury. | ||
| When the dates of those are 2015, In 2016, six and seven years ago, and then you sent, or the committee sends a request to the FBI to turn over all the paperwork, I guess, or all the files on the whistleblower, and you're told, and you give them a deadline at high noon, and they just tell you to go screw off. | ||
| What are folks supposed to think? | ||
| What are folks supposed to think about the surveillance or the oversight of Treasury? | ||
| on this since these are six or seven years old, or the Congress under Nancy Pelosi, or the FBI? What are people supposed to think about the administrative state in this regard of blocking and suppressing information, Congressman? | ||

| But did you call for dramatic cuts until they start coughing up information, not just about Biden, but across the board of the corruption and compromise inside the U.S. government, sir? | ||

| And I know we've talked about this generally at times, but I was at a conference that has some very specific people, and they go, They were making a presentation about Texas. | ||
| The great state of Texas, and you've been talking about this, but the great state of Texas, they said the state of Texas because of the grid and what they're taking in federal subsidies for wind and solar that not in a million years can have baseload, can have anywhere near the baseload, and how bad the grid is down there, that they should anticipate. | ||
| that there will be brownouts and blackouts in Texas starting this July when it really heats up down there. | ||
| Sir, can you get me up to speed on this? | ||
| Well, Steve, the state of Texas, known as the...they've got their own Coordinated Council for Electricity. | ||
| The Electricity Reliability Council of Texas has had significant number of power curtailments announced in the last two years, usually in the heat of summer and the late part of summer. | ||
| This year in North Texas, ERCOT is projecting a warning for brownouts and possible blackouts in North Texas related once again to not enough base load continuous duty energy. | ||
| Texas has 85,000 megawatts of installed capacity of total power generation 30,000 megawatts of that, close to 35%, are wind. | ||
| Wind doesn't operate on land, doesn't operate about 63 % of the time. | ||
| It operates 37 % of the time. | ||
| It varies day in and day out by about 75%, one day to the next. | ||
| the electrical capability of wind to operate. | ||
| So the state also since 2016 dismantled 6000 megawatts of baseload continuous duty coal and has built very little in the way of continuous duty baseload dispatchable combined cycle plants in the last six years. | ||
| So they're in desperate condition of exposure to brownouts probably about 12 times the national average in exposure to brownouts. | ||
| You gotta help me out here. | ||
| Austin is the new, in the building data centers, Austin is the new Silicon Valley. | ||
| They're moving all these high, Intel, all these tech companies are down there. | ||
| Texas is a massive industrial power as its own entity. | ||
| How can a country that has one of its most important states and the state itself Which is part of the most powerful industrial nation in the history of the earth. | ||
| How can they sit there and start putting out, oh, we can have brownouts and blackouts when it gets hot? | ||
| Tell me how that works. | ||
| Tell me on what logic does that work, sir? | ||
| Well, Texas deregulated in a way, like a lot of states that did finish deregulation, disaggregated power generation companies from distribution companies. | ||
| So great distribution companies in Texas like Encore, for example, aren't allowed to be power generators. | ||
| They have to buy power from power generators. | ||
| And Texas has lacked, unlike a lot of regions, has lacked a capacity payment structure. | ||
| Now they're finally doing something about that with the Senate bills 4 and 5 that were passed a month ago to add about 10,000 megawatts of peaking capacity and pay owners of that in the background some fixed fees for having that capacity in place. | ||
| That's not going to be available though for 18 to 24 months by the time that's all built. | ||
| So they've put themselves in a position without a capacity payment structure of having almost no new baseload assets built while developers chased after what was incentivized, and that was wind to get the incentives to build wind capacity. | ||
| So the state's in a bit of a mess, but now compounded by probably three and a half million, three to three and a half million additional population have appeared now in the last 18 months. | ||
| Of the seven or so, eight million that have come, about three million are still in Texas, creating another ten percent population burden on the electrical system. | ||
| That takes a million people is about a thousand megawatts of power. | ||
| So you need about three big, big continuous duty power plants to support three to three and a half million more folks living there. | ||
| So you've got that dynamic going on at the same time. | ||
| The infrastructure hasn't been built to support that either. | ||
| But the state has moved forward with the Senate Bill 6 and 7 to put about 10,000 megawatts of badly needed baseload background power in place in terms of gas turbines that can be ramped up immediately to support outages. | ||
| But that's going to be 18 to 24 months before that's all in place. | ||
| So the next two years are very dicey on ERCOT being able to support itself. | ||
| When you said they chased subsidies for wind and solar, explain that because I heard they went for the cash the federal government was giving and didn't really plan this thing through. | ||
| Walk me through that. Well, the wind and solar, developers and builders and owners of wind and solar have gotten on average 30 % to 35 % investment tax credit subsidies for building new capacity wind and solar over the last 12 to 15 years. | ||
| So developers who otherwise would never chase investing in part-time renewable projects will do it with the subsidies, push them over the return threshold where it makes them marginally attractive enough to invest in. | ||
| in wind generation with the subsidy. | ||
| So developers lacking ERCOT providing any subsidy for baseload power, the federal government has provided huge subsidies for wind power, so that's what's wound up being prevalent there. | ||
| I can't give the ERCOT board a lot of credit over the past. | ||
| They've been mainly replaced by the way in the last couple of years, the board of ERCOT, but they didn't put in place enough inducement to have large power companies, be it NRG, Constellation and others, to build base load continuous duty plants. | ||
| So very little of that's been erected. | ||
| In fact, again, 6000 megawatts or power for nearly six plus million people in continuous duty power has been eliminated with the shuttering of coal plants there since 2016. | ||
| So it's a bit of a mess. | ||
| And also, ERCOT's not interconnected well with other grids. | ||
| It's pretty much a self-sustaining grid. | ||
| It's very independent. So therefore, it's a smaller grid, and it doesn't benefit from the excess power in Oklahoma, Nebraska, Louisiana, and New Mexico very much. | ||
| A little bit, but not very much. | ||

| Because our oversight committee has put out over 30 pages of a memo outlining in detail information about these SARS reports, about the bank records, and about these nine Biden family members that have been paid directly out of these fake LLCs. | ||
| So that, you know, these fake LLCs have gotten wire transfers from all these foreign countries. | ||
| So I'm not sure what's wrong with Katie Turr and NBC and the rest of the media that they can't report on a 30-page memo, but yet they want to go on and on about Chairman Comer, which is false, by the way. | ||
| He wasn't talking about the whistleblower that came forward bravely risking his life. | ||
| He does fear for his life. | ||
| He came forward bravely through Senator Grassley, and we know exactly where he is. | ||

| But we need to talk about the severity of the fact that our media wants to make fun of serious work happening on the oversight committee when they clearly want to ignore over 30 pages In a memo, and they can't report on that. | ||
| That really makes me angry, and it's an injustice. | ||
| And actually, you know what? It makes journalists look bad, because there are real good journalists out there that do a good job and want to report the truth. | ||
| But unfortunately, people like Katie Turner and NBC make real journalists look bad. | ||
| Well, I think one of the reasons that these documents you've been reviewing are from 2015 and 2016. | ||
| I mean, these are six, seven years old. | ||
| This is not... Inside the apparatus, these are not revelations because they have known about these transfers. | ||
| They've known about what countries they came from. | ||
| They know about the compromise by the Chinese Communist Party. | ||

Well, first off, our bill that we passed in the House that cuts $4.8 trillion in spending over the next 10 years as part of this debt ceiling issue, that is a very strong plan. | |
