		On day one of my new administration, I will end this travesty and restore the sovereign borders of the United States of America.
		We will immediately resume expedited removals of people that are crossing illegally our border.
		And following the model of President Eisenhower, we will use all necessary federal, state, local, and military resources to begin the largest domestic deportation effort in American history, to send the border violators back to their home countries, and we will do that immediately.
		This invasion will not stand.

		And oil, we were going to make so much money from oil, we were going to start paying off debt.
		But then with COVID coming in, we had to do other things.
		We had to keep this country alive because it was so serious.
		But we have to get the country back.
		We have to lower energy prices.
		We have to lower interest rates.
		Interest rates are through the roof.
		Energy has to come down. It all has to come down.
		And we have to start paying off debt.
		When we have a debt limit, and they use that very seriously than me, they came in, Schumer came in with Nancy Pelosi, and they were using it, we'll violate it, we'll do whatever.
		They talked a whole lot different than they do right now.
		I say to the Republicans out there, congressmen, senators, if they don't give you massive cuts, you're going to have to do a default.
		And I don't believe they're going to do a default because I think the Democrats will absolutely cave because you don't want to have that happen.
		But it's better than what we're doing right now because we're spending money like drunken sailors.

		You're head of the creditors committee.
		But Trump there is using a sophisticated negotiating, and this is what nobody wants to talk about.
		Even if we, if Biden exceeded to the deal the House has on the table, which they're not, and what they're talking about now is some clawbacks from some pandemic spending and some energy permitting issues to let the spending go on.
		We're going to be back here, and you give them the three and a half dollars, they're going to be back here in October, November.
		We now know because of the, remember, the economy's only grown at 1.1%.
		The tax revenues are significantly below that.
		We're going to have a trillion-dollar deficit in the first seven months, historical, when you take out the issues with the pandemic, as we walked you through, when that was happening and why that had to happen about the drop in aggregate demand.
		We're going to get back to that pandemic right now, and it's something that hasn't been sorted.
		A company's doing the work on it.
		I didn't have time, and I'm going to try to break out time tomorrow because the Third World War, as I told you, in the early stages of the Third World War, the Chinese Communist Party has told us there's a people war against the United States.
		That's unrestricted warfare.
		You know this. This audience knows this.

		But breaking news on the Financial Times of London, I don't think I got it to Denver to have it up yet.
		But the Financial Times of London is breaking a story right now that China, Beijing, sending a special envoy to both Kiev and to Moscow as an arbitrator, as a negotiator for a peace deal.

		The United States is still pushing the Ukrainians and backing them on their spring offensive.
		And I'm going to have Ben Berkowitz, Ben Harnwell with me tomorrow to go through everything that's happening in the Ukraine because there's quite a lot that's going on the battlefield there, particularly around Bakhmut.
		And now the spring offensive looks like it may be actually beginning in Bakhmut.

		They come through other methods, other means.
		And when you talk about Venezuela and these other countries, that's CCP, those are the CCP's partners.

		The CCP is all throughout Central America, all throughout the Caribbean, all throughout Latin America.

		We have to get savvy to the fact that we're in the beginning stage of the Third World War, and they're at war with us.

		China, because remember, China's having it both ways.
		They're actually supplying, as we've said from the beginning, they cut a deal during the Winter Olympics.
		They're the senior partner.
		They're backing Russia's play, and now they're trying to act like a peacemaker.

		And why do we have her on here?
		Because it turns out that the Chinese Communist Party, mainland China, controls basically 100 % of the generic drugs, the manufacturer, and particularly API, the actual ingredients that go in it.

		They play smash mouth and hardball.
		You're either going to do it their way or they're going to retaliate against you in Western Europe and Brussels.
		If they do anything to their companies that are aiding and abetting Russia in its war with Ukraine, which here people's hair would be on fire, run around MSNBC. They said if you sanction any of our companies, you say anything about our companies doing that, boom, you're going to pay a price.
		And next thing you know, you get these guys backing off.
		Let's bring in Sean Rollin.
		Dr. Sean Rollin, you've really taken Rosemary Gibson's book.
		We built a factory here in Richmond, Virginia, my hometown, to alleviate this.
		It turned out, I think it's doing insulin or something.
		It's gotten off the ground somewhat, but not what they thought it.
	But Rosemary Gibson laid out to the American people what the problem is.
	They control all the generic jerks and manufacturing of it, and they control API. Where India started picking it up, they control 100 % of the API. They can cut us off at any time.
	At any time they deem, they can cut us off.
	Full stop. And they're already at war.
	The second opium war, they got fentanyl pouring across here, took 100,000 people last year.
	The Chinese Communist Party and the triads, who they've been in business with since the 1930s, Mao went to the Chinese gangs, the Triads, in Fuzhen, in Hong Kong, in Shanghai, the big Chinese gangs, and baby, they're like the mafia to the 10th power.
	They're in business with the cartels of Mexico.

	Dr. Sean, how did you take Rosemary Gibson's book, The Threat of This, and actually give a solution to the American people?
unidentified		Well, you're right to point out that book.
		That was probably As I was experiencing shortages in the hospitals I was working in pre-pandemic, dealing with not having some vital antibiotics.
		Sometimes it was even things as simple as an IV saline solution that we didn't have.
		I came across that book around that same time and really just opened my eyes to how deep this really goes.
		Now, it's a huge problem.
		It's how do we bring production back to the United States when you've got China undercutting prices and just controlling.
		They've got a firm grip on the market at this point.
		So what can I do? What could I do as a family medicine physician in just any town in the USA? Basically what I did was take an idea of something that doctors, that we already do, and that is a patient comes to me.
		Maybe they're going to go on a trip. Hey doc, we're going on a trip.
		We're going on a cruise. Whenever I go on a trip, I seem to always get a urinary tract infection.
		Could I get some medicine just in case that happens?
		Sure, you write that prescription for an antibiotic just in case they get sick.
		It was really building on that idea.
		What we did was, as a result, came up with a pack of five antibiotics.
		These five antibiotics would basically cover a range of bacterial illnesses, things that you're most likely to encounter, whether you're in a natural disaster, whether you're traveling, whether you just are homebound and can't get out to the urgent care.
		Or to a pharmacy.
		And so they cover all those common things.
		But then we also wanted to cover for the most deadly things, things like biotear.
		So that was initially what we came to the market with.
		And then most recently, we've added to that.
		We've added a list of its approaching 800 medications.
		It's what we've expanded into this chronic medication service, where if you've got high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, seizure disorders, depression, anxiety.
		You're dependent on a medication that you take every single day.
		That medication comes from some far-flung country, probably in India, probably in China, maybe a few other places.
		Ultimately, they're all getting their ingredients from China.
		And so if anything were to happen from A to Z to getting that medication out of that factory door into your hands, we've experienced the shortages in the past, and I'm confident we're going to continue to experience them because we haven't done enough.

		I want to hold you through the break for a couple of minutes.
		I've got a lot to get through.
		But I want to make people understand this because this is geostrategically where we've got ourselves.
		The Indians are doing a great job.
		They're setting up these generic factories and other people throughout the world.
		People try to get away from the CCP. But here's the problem.
		Correct me if I'm wrong, Doc.
		I think 100 % of what's called the active pharmaceutical ingredients, API. Because without API, you ain't got a generic drug.
		You ain't got any drug. They still control virtually all of the API, including vitamin C. So all of these things that Aidan already talked about, you don't think, well, ESD, but I got India, I got these other places, and I say no.
		The rail headed that even for the Indian factories, the API, the active pharmaceutical ingredient as Rosemary Gibson laid out.
		It's not just the manufacturing, the compilation of the generic drug.
		They've got the API. They control the API. The Chinese Communist Party is as smart, as tough, as cunning as any enemy we've ever had in this nation.
		Now, President Trump and I do disagree with that.
		He says, and look, the administrative state, which is kind of their partner, the deep state here, that's his number one target.
		Mine is the CCP, but hey, a close second on mine is the deconstruction administrative state, and a close second of his is the CCP. We just got to order different, but don't think they haven't thought this through.
		Don't think that this invasion that's taking place today is totally without the black hand of the CCP that has some large element in back of it.
		They are out to destroy our nation.
		And what you have to do is think this through in your own self-reliance.

		We're going to shut down the whole thing.

		There's no possibility, according to you, of ever having to default on government security, sir?

		And the reason for that is because, and this is all going by the Treasury's own numbers, by the way, the Treasury has more than enough revenue coming in to pay for all of the servicing of the debt.
		In other words, the bills, bonds, And notes that we have outstanding.
		We have enough money coming in to pay for the interest on that debt and to roll over that debt.
		And we actually even have more money on top of that.
		We have enough to pay for Social Security, Medicare, VA benefits.
		So this whole talk of how Social Security checks may suddenly stop is also hogwash.
		In fact, there's even enough money to pay for the entire bloated defense budget and still have half a trillion dollars left over.
		So by no means is the Treasury unable to pay its essential bills.
		It just doesn't want to have to go through the pain of a partial government shutdown.
steve bannon ▲ ● ▼		I want to make sure people, this is the Russ Votes prioritization of payments, or what we call a waterfall in a bankruptcy.
		The cash comes in, and the cash is going to be less because the Biden economy is now growing less.
		However, and EJ, this is why I want to get this article up to everybody.
		Read it today. This is a homework assignment.
		This is going to arm you When people start saying, and here wetting themselves, and what they do is pearl clutch and wet themselves all day long on MSNBC and CNN with false information.
		EJ lays it out.
		The cash comes in, you pay all the interest on all government securities.
		You pay the face amount of anything that has to roll over that needs to be paid off, it pays off.
		Then you pay Social Security and Medicare 100%, no issue.
		Then you even pay the defense budget.
		The bloated defense budget should be cut.
		Then you get down, you still have, he says, a half a trillion of $500 billion of cash to pay others.
		They've changed the nomenclature from saying to pay the government securities to pay your bills because they want the whole 6.8 trillion pay.
		But hey, that's the point. That's either got to be stretched out or we have to have a discussion.
		Some of that has just got to go, baby.
		That's the issue. This is calling their bluff.
		The head of the credit firm, EJ has given you the ammunition now.
		And look, we got to dig in.
		The meetings they're having are not serious meetings.
		When Axios reports and Puck reports and Semaphore, all these guys that have these new services, Jake Sherman, all these guys up at these special detailed services on the Hill, when they're reporting the meetings between the Office of Legislative Affairs at the White House and McCarthy's chief of staff, That's not a meeting. That's not guys in a room with sleeves rolled up go. No. No, no, no, no We got to cut this we got to cut this They're talking about some permitting.
		They're talking about some energy stuff. Yeah, it's all important.
		But it's still to get their 2022 budget as the baseline here and add and have, you know, a percentage growth.
		That's not going to hack it.
		And E.J. and Tony gives Donald Trump the ammunition to say, no, let's call their bluff.
		Let's call their bluff. Let's pokers, high stakes poker.
		Let's call their bluff. We got the face cards, baby.
		Right? E.J., what's your recommendation to McCarthy in the House right now?
		What would be, given your analysis, what would you say to do, sir?

		Use tariffs and protectionism.
		Protect American industry and American workers.
		Deregulation. Start to take apart the administrative state.
		Put anti-deconstruct administrative state justices like Gorsuch and judges in the federal courts.
		And all of a sudden you're going to have a robust tax cuts.
		I didn't love all the tax cuts, but hey.
		There were enough in their good that I could support it.
		I would tax the wealthy a lot more.
		I'm all for that. Particularly progressive Democrats would be repatriating their cash right now.
		That's a topic. I digress.
		But, Brett, to the core of it, he took a trillion dollars off the balance sheet of the Federal Reserve.
		That's the juice in the system.
		That's liquidity. That takes heroism because they knew they had to let the air out of the asset bubble, what Brett's talking about.
		That's the heroism of Donald Trump, and he never talks about it.
		Quite frankly, I've got to say, well, you've got to talk about this.
		Because now, after he left, look at what Biden's at.
		Nine and a half trillion dollars on that.
		Forget the face of that. Nine and a half trillion dollars.
		They got a trillion dollar loss over there.
		A trillion dollar loss on the Federal Reserve, which is now, according to all the articles, is talking about insolvent.
		The Federal Reserve's actually technically bankrupt or upside down.

		And so going back to the fourth chart I had for Denver, if they can pull it up, it's just kind of interesting.
		Something happened between 16 and 20.
		I don't know if you recall what you were doing back then, but I think you were realigning the economy.
		Navarro was realigning the structure of the economy.
		And as a result of that, the confidence in the Federal Reserve actually went up from 16 to 20, and kind of only in those years.
		And so this is a little hint that what you just said is accurate, right?
		The Trump administration was trying to finally bring down the size of that Federal Reserve balance sheet, doing the right things, eating the spinach, doing discipline, following the law.
		That's hard stuff to do.
		But it works.
		And you see the American people see it and felt it right there in that chart from 16 to 20 and then boom down.

		We're going to do this. We're going to talk about the flatlining of the economy.
