steve bannon
This is the primal stream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot of all these networks lying about the people.
steve cortes
The people have had a belly full of it.
steve bannon
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve cortes
Patriots, Joe Biden loves to brag about his cars, especially his Corvette, which he's Joe Biden loves to brag about his cars, especially his Corvette.
which he can easily pay for with his dirty money deals for the big guy from countries like Russia, China, and Ukraine.
But what about regular Americans?
Let's look at the numbers in a chalk talk.
Car affordability, it has never been worse in American history than it is right now.
The average car payment, because of rising interest rates, just ballooned to $777 per month The highest ever, and I assure you, not a lucky number, 777.
Let's look at it this way. How many weeks of work does it take to pay for the average-priced new car, which is now almost $50,000?
Well, for the last decade before Joe Biden, it was very stable at about 34 weeks of work.
The low was 32 weeks, the high was 36.
Joe Biden takes office.
This number starts to catapult higher.
It now takes 44 weeks of work to afford a new car.
Average earner, average new car price.
This is the tangible pain, the tangible reality of the Biden economic crisis and what it is inflicting upon you.
steve bannon
Hey, Steve, tell me, coupled with the PMI data that just got out today, how big a deal is this right now, sir? No, it's an incredibly big deal.
steve cortes
And by the way, don't take my word for it.
Let me quote the PMI that was released today, Purchasing Managers Index, was put out by S &P Global, the global ratings agency.
Here's what the chief economist of S &P Global, Chris Williams, had said about this data that came out right as you went to air.
It was the seventh straight month that manufacturing PMI from S &P was below 50, meaning in contraction recession.
He said, quote, the US economy has started 2023 on a disappointingly soft note, with business activity contracting sharply Again, in January.
He also continues on and says, the rate of decline is among the steepest seen since the global financial crisis.
And he's talking there about the global financial crisis of 2008 and 2009, okay, among the steepest declines since that terrible time in American history.
And by the way, as bad as 08 was, 08, 09, as bad as the dot-com bubble was, the 1970s were, as I point out there in my chalk talk, and that data comes from Cox Automotive, Car affordability has never been worse in U.S. history.
It has never been tougher for the average worker to buy a new car.
Again, these are the tangible kitchen table realities that are being faced by American families because of the terrible created crises, crises plural, of Joe Biden.
And to me, the three biggest are the inflationary crisis, The border crisis and then his escalation in Ukraine.
And they are all interrelated, by the way.
They all come from a place of permanent Washington and globalism.
They are all terrible for the prosperity and security of regular working Americans.
steve bannon
Steve, real quickly, how do people get to your substack and everything you're putting up as far as your content goes with the chalk talks?
steve cortes
You bet. Please find me on the Twitter.
I'm at CortezSteve, Cortez with an S. Thank you.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother. Ben, Harnwell, you're going to stay on top of, I can't believe there's gambling going on in this establishment, all the updates on the purge, the current purge of just the corrupt officials, only the corrupt officials in Ukraine, correct? How do people get to you on War Room Rome?
How do they get to all your content, sir?
ben harnwell
Thanks, Steve. It's simply my surname, Harnwell, at Harnwell.com.
On Getter, and that's why I'll be updating not only this, but also the other stories that we've been talking about, especially in the Vatican over the last few days.
steve bannon
Pope Benedict's got a new book out.
We're going to try to get Ben on tonight or tomorrow, a new blockbuster book out about what Benedict really thought about from the grave.
He's telling us about what he thinks about Pope Francis, so we'll get into all that.
Ben, thank you very much. Thanks, Steve.
God bless. We have a very special guest.
Thank you, sir.
With every special guest, we want to do a cold open.
Let's introduce our guest with a cold open from this morning.
joe scarborough
Morning, Mika. With how much the Russians have been able to infiltrate the United States government and the fact that they're still mainstream people, they keep talking about a, quote, Russian hoax as if they didn't even read the second part of the Mueller report.
unidentified
It's a great point, Joe, because they're using this McGonagall case, those people you're talking about, to discredit the Russia investigation because McGonagall played some small role in it, when actually, to your point, what it shows is how deeply the tentacles of Russian influence have reached into our government.
joe scarborough
I don't understand this.
Can you get a guy bought off by the Russians working on a Russia investigation that ends up deciding Trump doesn't have contacts with Russia?
How stupid do these people think we are?
He's on the take from the Russians, from a Russian oligarch, and he gives Trump the good housekeeping seal of approval.
The FBI does.
I don't understand how they turned this against.
If anything, it undermines the FBI's conclusion that Donald Trump has a clean bill of health there.
When again, even the Republican Senate Intel Committee said that wasn't the case.
steve cortes
Yeah, it's a fair point.
steve bannon
We have the hero of the five days that changed America in the House, Congressman Matt Gaetz.
Do you take umbrage with what Mika said this morning, sir?
matt gaetz
Well, if you follow my tortured predecessor's tortured logic there, first the Mueller report convicts Donald Trump.
Then, because the FBI is compromised by Russians, it exonerates Donald Trump.
And really, it's the Russians' fault because the FBI was trying to cover for Trump.
That is the type of gymnastics that they are having to do to cope with this.
But I am spitting mad about the fact that we were called conspiracy theorists and Putin's lawyer.
Meanwhile, you had Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell out there saying that Donald Trump Was a Russian agent and that they had more than circumstantial evidence that he was a Russian agent.
Well, guess who the Russian agent was?
The FBI counterintelligence chief in New York who was involved in investigating Trump, taking money from Oleg Deripaska.
Oleg Deripaska has become like the Forrest Gump of every crazy deep state scandal.
First, you have Robert Mueller trying to get $25 million out of Oleg Deripaska.
That was reporting by John Solomon to try to go free Bob Levinson.
We'll come back to that name in a moment.
steve bannon
Bob Levinson, that name strikes a bell.
matt gaetz
Yeah, real interesting there.
steve bannon
There's no coincidences.
matt gaetz
Right, right. So Mueller bleeds—and by the way, Deripaska pays the money.
He pays Mueller the money. Then they accuse Manafort, who at that point was like a glorified RNC delegate counter for the campaign of sharing polling information with people in Deripaska's network, that this was the great link to Russian collusion that Joe Scarborough was just referencing in that clip.
And then lo and behold, it's Oleg Deripaska illegally getting— favors out of this counterintelligence agent as this person is trying to lift sanctions on Deripaska.
And by the way, the very person that they tried to shake my family down over was Bob Levinson.
Absolutely. When the New York Times and the Department of Justice and the FBI were pushing this hoax on me two years ago, they tried to shake down my father with a criminal scheme in my family saying that we need $25 million to go rescue some guy named Bob Levinson.
Otherwise, we're going to smear your son, Matt Gaetz.
And it turns out that it was the very same spy, Bob Levinson, and the very same dollar amount, $25 million, that Robert Mueller had asked from Deripaska.
But here's what we know.
As a consequence of this revelation today, our FBI is corrupted by political interests domestically and compromised by foreign interests financially.
That is how you have to evaluate the national security state right now.
And my colleague, Dan Bishop, had a very good idea that we have to break up the FBI and put FBI agents who are patriotic Americans all over this country, not under the spell and the guise of some head shed at the J. Edgar Hoover building, but instead under the jurisdiction of the U.S. attorneys who are confirmed by the Senate, appointed by the president, and have a broader structural accountability system than you see with an FBI that's taking illegal foreign cash,
running illegal domestic political operations here at home.
And by the way, I think they're after Biden now.
Just because the deep state and the FBI were for Biden in 2020 doesn't mean they're for him in 2022.
I think a lot of this stuff you're seeing with the documents right now being unearthed, that is to get Biden out of the way because they would rather roll with Gavin Newsom or Kamala Harris or Mayor Pete than roll with this guy who's clearly addled.
steve bannon
The reorganization of the FBI is one thing.
Let's put a pin in there for a second.
What about the real investigation?
It can't just be this one guy.
What are we going to do? And what are you guys going to do?
Why are the subpoenas not flying this morning?
matt gaetz
Oh, listen, we are sending a letter today demanding a briefing from Ray.
I want Christopher Ray to come into the House Judiciary Committee and explain to us what are not anything about the ongoing case, but what are we doing to protect the country?
If this guy was the counter Intel chief in New York and was taking illegal cash and doing illegal favor.
Oh, yeah, yeah. By the way, this guy wasn't in Topeka, Kansas.
He was in New York doing counterintelligence.
steve bannon
The heart of counterintelligence. Right, right.
matt gaetz
And was out there running operations off the books for no less than Oleg Deripaska.
According to the Department of Justice now, but here's what I know as a Florida man.
When you see one cockroach run across the floor, there are ten behind the walls.
And the Russians did not run this play to compromise a senior counterintelligence official once, especially if it worked. Can you imagine that?
You know what? We're going to go try to buy off McGonagall and, hey, it worked.
We will never try this again.
No, this is pervasive.
And by the way, Russia is not the only one that does it, but Jim Jordan put it best when it was going on.
They always accuse us of the stuff they're doing, right?
And so it turns out they had to accuse Trump of colluding with Russia because he was the only one who wasn't.
You had the Hillary campaign, Clinton campaign colluding with Russia.
You had the FBI counterintelligence chiefs doing favors for Russian oligarchs and taking illegal foreign cash.
And they want to accuse Trump of colluding with Russia.
They will do this over and over again because to them it is about centralizing power and they will do anything to keep power and they'll use foreign money to fund it and they'll use domestic politics to try to execute it.
steve bannon
Is the FBI and the DOJ compromised in your opinion?
matt gaetz
How's that even a question?
Look, they were doing illegal favors for Russians and taking illegal cash, all the while accusing Trump in his campaign of the same.
Wait, wait, wait, wait. These guys act like Trump, you know, maybe looking at a rendering for one day a Trump Hotel Moscow with some sort of deep financial interest, and there was actual money being, you know, being...
Sent to the United States, these senior officials, there were actual efforts by McGonigal to try to get Deripaska off the sanctions list.
It is astonishing, and this ought to be the biggest story in the world, that the United States of America cannot trust our national security apparatus because they are corrupt at home and they are compromised by cash abroad.
steve bannon
We had Miranda Devine on here yesterday about her New York Post piece about the 22-point memo that Hunter Biden sent to Devin Archer.
Tucker talked about it last night.
Tucker's going to do more tonight. We're going to have Rudy on tomorrow.
Biden got a briefing right before he went to Ukraine in 2014.
The Hunter Biden memo is quite detailed, 22 points like he's never done before.
Does not get the coke and the hookers, which normally his emails are.
If that is shown, That it came off a classified briefing.
Is that enough to remove Biden in your opinion?
matt gaetz
Well, I think that the Republicans aren't going to have to take out the trash for the Democrats because they're going to do it themselves.
And that's what you're observing right now.
So I would caution my Republican colleagues against swallowing this hook whole.
I think instead we ought to allow the Democrats to feast on Biden.
Look, you even had people like Chris Coons out there on television.
You had Joe Manchin.
From Delaware. Yeah, Chris Coons out there saying, well, you know, the special counsel's been appointed.
We got to let him do the work. And by the way, this puts Biden in a very different position than Trump was in when a special counsel was appointed regarding his activities because we were pointing out how ludicrous the whole construct was.
And this Rob, her guy who got appointed.
This is a capo in the deep state.
This is a high-level person who was Rosenstein's pulling guard when Rosenstein was in power.
And this guy is going to take orders from the people who really run things.
I think that Biden ultimately ends up not running in 2024.
steve bannon
Are you guys going to call him in front of you guys?
matt gaetz
Yes. No need. Why would we call her in?
The answer to every question is going to be ongoing investigation.
I think the better thing to do is to call Garland in and to call Ray in and say, you know we have been compromised.
You know it was your people that were causing that compromise, and we want to know the damage to the country that it caused.
How do people follow you? At Matt Gaetz, at Matt Gaetz, everywhere on the internet.
steve bannon
The hero of the five days that changed America, Congressman Matt Gaetz.
By the way, magnificent job at the War Room, as you know.
The posse, absolutely, you're number one.
Thanks, brother. Congressman Gaetz, thank you very much.
Kerry Lake, next, in the War Room.
unidentified
Let's take down the CCP! Your host, Stephen K. Van.
steve bannon
Okay, in the Financial Times of London, if you see right there, ex-FBI agent accused of violating U.S. sanctions by aiding oligarch Daryl Posky.
That's a very softball way of saying it.
He's a spy for the Russians, okay, from the FBI. Not that he broke sanctions.
That's ridiculous. Matt Gaetz is going to come back and join us in studio from 5 to 5.30, and we're going to have Joe Kent also join us in studio.
So today's show is going to be lit.
I want to go out to California.
The wall-to-wall coverage we've got on Real America's Voice of the RNC Winter Meeting.
John Frederick, your assessment to date, sir, of where the grassroots stands in all of this?
john fredericks
I think if we did a grassroots vote, Steve, it would probably be 85-15 for Harmeet Dillon or Mike Lindell if you combine the two.
We're live here in Dana Point.
Basically, to be honest with you, what we are representing right now, Steve, is welcome to the resistance.
I mean, we are basically the rebel alliance here.
This is the MAGA Rebel Alliance.
We've got a group of Trump supporters like me and those that are America First and MAGA that are 100 % against Ron and McDaniel getting another term.
After five losses in a row and the complete disaster that's gone on, we're done giving her money.
So this is basically the MAGA Rebel Alliance out here now.
Harmeet Dillon and Mike Lindell combined.
What they've got to do on Friday is they've got to keep...
Ronald McDaniel from winning on the first ballot.
Keeper under 86.
Mike Lindell is going to be here Wednesday.
He's got more votes than people realize.
Everybody's writing this guy off.
If he can get 10, 12, 13, then McDaniel's in big trouble.
Now, President Trump has not weighed in officially or in the media, but he is sending his top three surrogates here behind the scenes To work on this surrogates behind the scenes, Chris Lasavita, chief of staff.
Chris is in charge of his number one major PAC, kind of a household name.
Susie Wiles, his chief of staff, is going to be here.
And my direct liaison to the campaign, they're not too happy with me right now.
Clayton Henson. So they're going to be...
Meantime, Harmeet Dillon is gaining traction, guys.
This thing, she's behind, but she's got a shot here now.
They had to bring in their own lobbyists to lobby for votes, and that is led by, get this, Kellyanne Conway, amongst others.
They also, to counter me, are bringing in to lobby votes...
You, Hewitt, the morning talk show host of Salem Media, that's simply to counterbalance me.
Now, is there anybody in America that is at this meeting that gives a rat's ass what you, Hewitt, has to say? This is unbelievable, the combination of people they brought together For McDaniel to try to win this thing.
But the problem is donors are abandoning McDaniel.
The grassroots is abandoning her.
And so we're going to keep fighting.
Our goal is to bring you, our audience, the MAGO audience, Steve, on War Room and my show, Transparency as to what is going on.
Mike Lindell is going to be with us live tomorrow for an hour and 15 minutes.
He's the only one that agreed to show up for the forum I have.
We're going to let him take questions.
It's an open forum.
It's on our website.
If you're in the area, come out and see Mike.
It's at the Marriott Residence Inn from 1 p.m.
to 2.15 p.m.
That is going to be tomorrow, Wednesday.
RIV is going to be carrying that live.
So is my radio show.
It's at the Residence in Marriott.
If you want to come, come out, meet Mike.
We're going to give him an hour to plead his case.
Take calls, whatever you want, Steve.
steve bannon
We're going to take 15 minutes until they open up War Room, and for the A Block, it'll be all on there.
John Fredericks, how do people get to you between now and then?
How can they get to everything you're doing on radio?
Charlie Kirk, by the way, we're going to have wall-to-wall coverage.
Charlie Kirk's going to cover it, and I think Jack Posobiec's sitting in for him.
Charlie's going to be out there Thursday night.
So this is going to be, I think, Grant Stinchfield's going to cover it.
So this is going to be wall-to-wall coverage of the RNC Winter Meeting.
John, how do people get to you?
john fredericks
We gotta fight, Steve. We gotta fight.
This is the resistance.
All you gotta do is, at JF Radio Show, all my platforms are the same, at JF Radio Show.
We're gonna be giving you updates throughout.
We're gonna be on Getter Live as well, at JF Radio Show.
unidentified
Steve, thanks for having me. John Fredericks, thank you.
steve bannon
Check back in later. Let's go to Arizona and Carrie Lake.
By the way, we're going to get Shelby Bush.
We can't get her this morning.
We're going to get Shelby for this afternoon, maybe even for the 6 o'clock show.
That's the We the People of Arizona Alliance.
Yesterday, Carrie, just get people up to date because yesterday was explosions out there in the Senate, the brilliant Wendy Rogers.
Had testimony, I guess, from Shelby Bush and others that now looks like can be added to your court case, I guess. Get up to speed just the overview of what happened yesterday because I want to make sure everybody understands the fight for the governorship of Arizona is far, far, far from over.
Carrie Lake is the legitimate governor, the governor of Arizona, and we're going to win this in court.
Walker, what happened yesterday, ma'am?
kari lake
Well, they started an election committee in the Arizona Senate led by Wendy Rogers, and she held a hearing yesterday to talk about some of the major issues.
And one of the issues that Shelby laid out was this problem with signature verification.
Mail-in ballots, the only way to secure them and make sure that they're even close to being secure is through a strict level of signature verification.
And Shelby Bush has analyzed so many documents, and her team has, And basically laid out that they don't have any signature verification.
It's a complete joke.
I'm going to look down at my numbers.
And they basically looked at what happened in 2020.
And in 2020, 421,000 ballots failed signature verification.
And they still have that exact same system in place going into 2022, which caused a major problem.
She showed all kinds of examples of blank boxes, no signatures being thrown in and counted.
If you don't have a signature on the envelope, you can't count that.
They showed blatant examples of problems with signature verification to the tune of hundreds of thousands of ballots that were counted.
That had egregious failures when it comes to signature verifications.
One of the experts said with 99.999 % confidence that 290,000 bad signatures were accepted in the 2022 election.
Now you add this to the 300,000 ballots that we know had no chain of custody.
And then we talk about the slog files, the system log files that they got a hold of.
And talked about how bad those tabulators are.
None of the tabulators were compliant due to all of the errors.
It's just outrageous what was laid out in court.
They talked about how fast they would have had to, if they would have gone through and actually done signature verification, it would have required them to verify a signature, one signature every eight seconds working overtime.
It's humanly impossible to do.
Maricopa County is lying about this.
And my question now, Steve, is why did the judge in our case not allow us to bring this part of the case into the trial that we had about a month ago?
He denied us the ability to bring this kind of evidence in during our case.
And I think because it would have blown the roof off of how bad mail-in ballots are.
steve bannon
I think we're trying to get Shelby on for this afternoon to go in detail because what Wendy Rogers did yesterday was bring.
They let people come forward and actually put hard evidence out there.
Just the timing. Tell the people the timing.
When do you guys argue?
I know they're going back and forth.
Both sides are going back and forth in court filings.
What's the court date? When do you guys actually make these arguments at the appellate court?
kari lake
Well, it's so confusing because people don't, you know, they think of like, you know, filing a lawsuit and it's wrapped up in one day.
You know, we filed in the appellate court, the defense already put their motion in, and now today we are replying to that motion.
February 1st is when the appellate judges will take a look at all of the evidence presented.
And by the way, this coming Sunday, we are holding a rally, a Save Arizona rally here in Arizona.
You can find out more about it at SaveArizonaFund.com.
We want the people of Arizona to show up and express how important it is that we have honest elections so that we have a country going forward and freedoms going forward.
steve bannon
So give that again.
Where do people go? Because everybody's talking about this rally.
What times are going to happen?
Where is it going to be? And where do they go on the website to find out more?
kari lake
Okay, you stumped me on that one.
We're in the process of planning, and I believe it's during the day, but you'll have to go to SaveArizonaFund.com.
I've got my team planning that.
I plan to actually be over at Dana Point as well for this big Republican vote.
And it doesn't mean we're not following our case.
We're putting out our reply today in that case.
steve bannon
Let's talk about that for a second.
We've got about two minutes. You're going over to the RNC Winter Meeting for Harmeet Dillon.
Tell us what's going on there.
kari lake
You know, we just need a change of leadership.
We have such an amazing movement here in Arizona.
In my campaign, we have a movement of mothers and fathers, suburban women, suburban men.
Democrats followed us and voted for us, independents, the biggest movement we've ever seen in Arizona.
And there's not a darn reason we should have lost, but the RNC has not been supportive, they have not been involved, and they've really turned their back, in my opinion, on the grassroots.
And to see Rana, who I've always been kind to...
steve bannon
Hasn't Rana Trash talked to you a little bit, ma'am?
kari lake
A lot. Acting like we put forth bad candidates.
We put forth the best candidates I believe Arizona has ever seen.
And I'm not trying to give myself a pat on the back.
I'm the first Republican gubernatorial candidate who stood with we the people.
We the people with common sense America first solutions.
Talking about securing that border and bringing action to that border on day one, reforming our elections.
I wasn't afraid to talk about the tough issues.
I'm the only governor's candidate probably in the country with a plan to end this chronic street homelessness, to bring an end to the scourge of fentanyl.
To reform our schools so our kids have the option of getting trade skill training and vocational training.
My policies were solutions that all Arizonans wanted.
And for Rana to come out and say we have bad candidates in Arizona is so tone deaf.
Pull your head out of the sand and look around.
Nobody wants the establishment anymore.
They want America first candidates who are going to do something to help Americans.
steve bannon
Carrie, how do people get to you on social media?
kari lake
What are your coordinates? Carrie Lake, K-A-R-I-L-A-K-E. You can find me on all of it, Getter, Twitter, you name it, Truth.
And go to Save Arizona Fund to find out more about our big rally on Sunday.
unidentified
We'd love to see you there. Rally on Sunday.
steve bannon
Carrie's going to be at the RNC Winter Meeting filing today.
It's a lot going on in this fight for the Arizona governorship.
Carrie Lake, honored to have you on here, ma'am.
unidentified
Thank you, Steve. Short break.
steve bannon
Back in the war room in just a moment.
unidentified
Madeline, turn your head towards me.
Madeline, turn your head more.
More a little bit with a container.
Can you rotate your ribcage?
Do you want me looking at her?
Yeah. Don't smile, please.
Ready? Here we go.
How do we translate the drawing into sculpture?
you The issue is that what the machine does digitally is not what the mind does.
It's different. But it's a lot to do also with...
See, the issue was like everyone's different size than Jessica was, So, see this diagonal?
This is different.
I have this diagonal.
Are you excited to start sculpting?
Not so much. I'm not so excited to start sculpting.
Why not? What's going on?
Because I know what lies ahead.
So we got this thing assembled, and I'm on the phone to commission this morning, and they got the pictures that you took, and they all were like, wow, this book's already done, why does it need the models?
Why doesn't he just spend all this time with the models?
They just don't know. And the whole process up till now, which is about four years, it's this massive education of explaining and pushing.
And I'm a very stubborn individual when it comes to my art.
So the vision that I have, I'm holding it and I have to push it forward.
And that's what brought us to this point and that's what brings us forward.
If I start saying yes to everybody, the vision crumbles.
This culture falls apart, and we don't hit the end the way it's supposed to be.
Because this is the level of the Korean War Memorial already, and Washington has never seen anything like what is about to come out of the studio.
Well, what is your ultimate vision?
kari lake
What is the quality going to be?
unidentified
We're going to bring this to a level of humanism, showing it through our forms, show flow and energy visually.
So we're telling a visual narrative.
We're telling a story through how figures are posed and how the drapery is pulled and how the faces are, how the hands are tilted and how the energy is slow in places and fast in other places.
And that's the concept that has not been done because it's a lost language.
That we are putting back on the map with the crew here at the studio.
It's a marathon. A four-year marathon.
steve bannon
Okay, I wanted to have this towards the end of the show today because of the opening of the show and talking about Ukraine in this insanity.
Once again, from World War I to World War II to the Cold War.
Now, once again, America's being basically drawn into a conflict that it should not have any part of right now.
And in World War I, the leaders were called, there's a great book out called The Sleepwalkers.
There was a sleepwalking into the horror of the trench warfare of World War I that triggered everything else in the 20th century, the bloodiest century in mankind's history.
So you've got to go back to World War I, the guns of August, the sleepwalkers.
And what we have – and this is going to be a major cultural – And quite frankly even political because it's going to inform the politics.
Sabin Howard is the artist doing this, the sculptor.
When you talk about a lost language, Sabin, and quite frankly you haven't seen anything with the humanism In Washington, D.C., or I think of in anywhere, you know, I think of the thing for Dr.
Martin Luther King, which is so controversial.
You haven't seen anything like yours, I don't know, in two generations, it seems like, back to the least mid-century, 20th century or before.
Talk to us about this lost language.
What are you trying to accomplish, sir?
unidentified
That's really important.
Thank you for having me on, first of all.
To create an art form that's understood by everybody that sees it.
And it's called visual art.
So first and foremost, it has to be visual.
I wanted to make something that even your eighth grader coming to see the history of our country and the history of the world, they have a deep, visceral understanding of it.
So as you walk along this 60-foot-long bronze wall with 38 figures telling the story of a soldier that is the hero's journey.
They would quickly have a reaction as they walked and the story unfolded because you start on the left side and the first figure is the daughter handing the soldier, her dad, the helmet and then he leaves his wife and enters into combat with the Brotherhood of Arms.
He exits that combat and is changed forever inextricably the way that This country and this world was changed by World War I. And the very last scene is him returning home to his daughter again.
So she's in the very beginning and the very end.
And he hands her the helmet.
And that helmet is handed to her as the next generation, which is World War II. And for me,
I had to learn a tremendous amount about what Sculpture did because prior to this my work was in a studio for a very esoteric public and now I'm making an art for people that are not art lovers but I have to make something that will change when they come to the memorial and they can take that experience home and it will ignite a cultural revolution that brings art back to the people.
And makes it something that everybody will be interested in.
And that is my mission.
That is the vision that I have with this project.
What is it about the sculpting with images that are so powerful but recognizable that you hope to trigger a cultural revolution by doing that, sir? I believe that to be a truly great artist, you have to do something that is understandable by all levels of society.
So I had a huge amount of training.
I mean, I started back in the trenches back in the early 80s, and I worked in a traditional way from life models.
So here's the primary thing.
I'm working from people.
I'm also working with my hands, my heart, and my mind.
And anything that's digital or computer in this age that is clearly, you know, technologically driven on many, many, many levels, I'm using that as a tool to push the humanism, which is the actual creation of art by a human being.
So when I look at a model, I'm perceiving that model in a way That a human being would see it and transferring that perception in a very human level to the art form.
I'm not doing it in a digital way.
And so that's the thing. When somebody sees art that is made by human hands, human heart, and human mind, it's a transference of that energy, which is humanity.

The timing of this, when do you finish and actually begin the installation process?
What's the timing?
When can the public plan on seeing this as you envision actually in Washington?
unidentified
I started this thing back in 2015.
And then I started sculpting after I got through the agency approvals in D.C. in 2019, in August.
I will finish December of 2023.
In the meantime, this thing is being cast as we go along.
And it'll be installed, and we're going to have a grand unveiling on September 13, 2024. And it's at Pershing Park.
It'll be called World War I Park.
And what we're planning on doing, the Commission will do something during the day, and that evening it will be open to the general public.
And I hope that evening to really share my experience of the creation of this artwork with the public, because that's who this piece is for.
steve bannon
The end of the Victorian era started with the guns of August, and clearly the people had no earthy idea what they were getting into.
This triggered, I don't know, people say over 200 million casualties in the entire 20th century.
Now that we're back and fighting on battlefields in Europe, The timing of this, what do you hope people take away from this as far as the timing?
Because trust me, by the end of this year, the situation in Ukraine will probably be much worse than it even is today.
What do you hope the people take away from even their own experience and their own lived experience, sir? The peace is a war memorial, but there's a hidden agenda from my perspective.
unidentified
I grew up in Vietnam era.
I watched the Vietnam War unfold in my living room as a little four-year-old and a five-year-old.
And it had a very deep impact on my heart.
And so the way that I set up the composition, it's supposed to heal.
And it will heal.
Because I think in some ways, you know, you watch these things unfold on TV and on social media like a war.
And it's very hard to see that that's actual human beings that are in combat, families, mothers, fathers, brothers, whole villages that are being destroyed.
So it's like you have this whole fabric of society that gets completely turned into chaos and ripped apart in a way that's incredibly destructive beyond anything that you would ever imagine on TV. And so getting immersed in a project like this, I want to clearly show people The tragedy of war.
So there is a section of this memorial that is made up of three groups of figures that follows the battle scene, and that is the very epicenter of the vision.
You have a soldier that is shell-shocked that moves directly out at the viewer, and his eyes stare directly at you.
As you look at that sculpture.
And that's the focus of this.
It's called the cost of war section.
And that's the part that I want people to remember.
It's the nightmare that happens because of war.
And if it's a three-dimensional object as a sculpture, and if it's done really, really well, it's going to have that impact.
steve bannon
Sabin, how do people find it more?
What websites do they go to?
I know you update all the time.
How do people find it and follow this work as you complete it?
unidentified
Well, if you want to look on Instagram, I'm SabinHowardSculpture, and then I'm SabinHoward.com as a website.
And we're constantly updating Sabin.
steve bannon
No, the videos you put up are just amazing.
We'll make sure we push it out and everybody in the war room posse gets access to it.
Sabin Howard, a tremendous great artist trying to start a cultural revolution here in the United States with this magnificent memorial to the fallen of World War I. Sabin Howard, thank you very much for joining us here in the war room.
unidentified
Appreciate it. Thank you.
steve bannon
The timing of this could not be more perfect.
More perfect. Short break.

Okay, by the way, MyPillow.com promo code WARROOM. We've got all the sales sheets as low as $29.99.
Listen, it's not just about sleeping the sleep of the just.
Which obviously you want and need.
It's also about getting as much great sleep as possible and as few hours as possible because we know you're manning the ramparts and the impact you're having is absolutely incredible.
We're going to get into more of that this afternoon.
Matt Gaetz is going to join us again.
Naomi Wolf, big changes over at the FDA and CDC trying to run and hide from the vax.
The book is number six.
The War Room Posse with Naomi Wolf and Daily Clout and all that.
The book is number six on all books.
Not Kindle. All books.
This is with Princess Harry Hewitt's book being number one.
And it's number six.
That's this audience. Like I said, the Politico story is about the Senate.
No mas. They don't want anything to do with this debt ceiling.
They said they can't get 60 votes.
They couldn't break a filibus.
They couldn't get 10 Republican votes to cross over to the Democrats.
I guess nine. Mitch McConnell would have his vote because of the pressure put on by the Warren Posse.
So I want to make sure everybody understands this.
It's why we're bringing you the inside baseball story.
Every day, particularly the investigations, Ukraine, the capital markets, the debt ceiling, invasion of the southern border.
Todd Benson will be with us this afternoon.
Christina Bob will be with us this afternoon.
Matt Gaetz, Naomi Wolf, also Congressman Rosendale of Montana.
We're going to try to start every day highlighting one of the 20 as they get back here to work tonight and tomorrow in the House.
Chris Hor, the War Room Posse, every time you come on, and by the way, there's, given everything that's happened in the national security state, now more than ever do you need a satellite phone.
Chris, last time, you always come on with a War Room Posse special.
We blew out last time, which I'm so proud of this audience in doing.
unidentified
Tell us what we got today. Well, Steve, we got a great deal today for you guys and your posse.
It's a free ISAT Phone 2 and Bivy.
Plus a Tesla-style lighter, all for free with activation.
So that's $1,000 savings, Steve.
We have only 300 of these packages available.
You can check it out at sat123.com or you can call us at 941-955-1020.
But this package is $159 a month.
That gives you unlimited text messaging to or from anywhere in the world and a whole bunch of minutes for your satellite phone calls.
So, look, you can take the sat phone for yourself.
You could give the bivy to one of your kids or to your wife, you know, and make sure your whole family's covered.
But only 300 of these.
And as you know, Steve, this equipment is just getting increasingly hard to get our hands on.
So, you know, we're not sure when we're going to have more.
But we have 300 units today.
It's a free bivy, a free iSat phone, too, for $159 a month.
steve bannon
Yeah, as soon as Chris gets in an inventory, he comes to us right away.
We kind of get dibs on it.
So the supply chain thing is messed up.
So you get the free phone, you get the free bibi, and you do that by just activating and signing up for the monthly program?
unidentified
That's it, yeah. $159 a month on a 13-month contract, and you're going to be set and prepared for any kind of disaster.
See what's happened in Pakistan recently?
The whole country is out of power.
It happens there, but it can happen here.
We've seen it happen here.
We've seen entire states taken offline.
And when that power goes down, bang goes your internet and bang goes your phone service.
So your only alternative would be to grab a sat phone.
And when these things happen, Steve, there's nothing available, as you know, as you remember from last year.
So, yep, just go to sat123.com or call us 941-955-1020.
And we're open 24 hours.
steve bannon
By the way, if I don't use all the minutes in a month, you guys still let people roll the minutes over?
Walk me through that. Absolutely, yeah.
unidentified
They just keep rolling over.
So when you actually need them, they're going to be there.
They're not wasted at all.
Because look, in an emergency, you need more than a couple of minutes, right?
So you're going to have hundreds of minutes that have rolled over and you're going to be good to go to get assistance for you and your family, your friends, your business, whatever it is you need.
steve bannon
So for the satellite phone, where do they go?
You get $300 in store with a bivvy, in stock with a bivvy.
Where do people go, both phone number and website, so they find out more information?
unidentified
The phone number, again, 941-955-1020 or SAT123.com.
That's SAT123.com.
And we're open right now and around the clock.
steve bannon
By the way, we don't get this too often.
It's only when the inventory issues or the supply chains issues get worked out.
Chris, thank you so much.
One more time, what's the website?
Because I want people to go check that out and find out all the information about that.
unidentified
Where do they go? It's sat123.com, sat123.com, Steve. Chris Hora, thank you, brother.
steve bannon
Appreciate you coming on. Appreciate you making this available for the War Room.
unidentified
You bet. Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Every time we've done this in the past it blows out right away so make sure you get to the number you get to the website we got it we'll put it grace will put it up in all the all the different chat rooms okay There's a lot going on.
We had to move Todd Benzman to the night.
We're trying to juggle this during the morning show and the afternoon shows.
Rudy's going to join us tomorrow.
We're going to go through a very detailed breakdown of the memo and the classified.
Gates' theory of the case, he's going to be back on tonight, is that the Democrats, you see, and it is quite odd that the Senate Democrats are not Having Biden's back at all on this.
Gates' theory of the case is that, hey, the deep state has finally turned on Biden.
They're going to hang him out to dry and then eventually get rid of him.
But I'm telling you, the ticking time bomb here, as we can see, is this memo, which we saw in the laptop from hell.
And the question is, why did Chris Wray, why did Bill Barr, why did people that were doing a coup against President Trump, that coup all came to light later?
Right? All came to light later with Esper and all this crowd and Barr and Ray and all of it.
Why did they suppress this information when they first got it back in December of 2019?
We're going to get into all of that.
We're going to make sure it's all out there so you not just understand it, but that you can push it out and become the force multiplier.
It's going to be now more important than ever.
I think, as you heard from Matt Gaetz and Mike Davis, I think you are going to see subpoenas.
I think you are going to see testimony as early as this week or next.
So, Strap in.
This is going to get a little heated. We're going to be back here from 5 to 7 in the afternoon and early evening edition of The War Room.
Until then, check us out on Get Up.
See you back here this afternoon.
unidentified
Everything's just beginning.
All the games you want to play.
Bring it on and have a fight to the end.
Just watch and see. It's all started.
Everything's begun.
And you are over.
We're taking down the CCP. Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no war.
