This is what you're fighting for.
I mean, every day you're out there.
What they're doing is blowing people off.
If you continue to look the other way and shut up, then the oppressors, the authoritarians get total control and total power.
Because this is just like in Arizona.
This is just like in Georgia. It's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations.
This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged.
As we've told you, this is the fight.
unidentified
All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
War Room Battleground.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome. It is Tuesday, 10 January, year of war, 2023.
A lot happening. The Select Committee on China approved.
65 Democrats voted against it.
The Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Government Approved.
Democrats' heads, Jamie Raskin, sitting there saying he's got too much immense investigatory power.
It's based on the Frank Church Committee from the 70s.
I've asked Sam Faddis to join us also right now.
Not trending on Twitter is the biggest story in the world.
Everybody's talking about it.
It's being tweeted everywhere.
But Elon Musk and those guys are definitely suppressing the Biden classified document story.
We've got Faddis here from the CIA to go through all of it.
I want to finish with Todd Benzman.
Todd, By the way, we've got a special guest.
A special guest that's going to follow Benzman in between Benzman and Faddis.
You're not going to believe it, but he's going to take a slight victory lap, although he's the hardest working guy in this business, even works harder than I do.
I don't want to say guy.
I think it's a tie between people.
Grace Chung and the Queen of the Trolls and this gentleman, you know him, so it's not an introduction, but he'll be revealed.
I'll say that here in a few minutes.
Benzman, there's so much going on at the board.
Finally, we're going to start taking, and people are going to see, just like, remember, the point of last week was to see who was controlled opposition and who's not.
Particularly on the media side, who was all in in this fight, who were just saying, just a point, just anoint McCarthy.
None of this would have come about if he had just done that.
Also to see who, that's why guys like Biggs, Eli Crane, Rosendahl, right? Rosendahl, these people that you would never, Bob Good, people you never know.
Matt Gaetz, look how Matt Gaetz rose to the moment, right?
Look how Boebert rose to the moment.
You would have never gotten these changes.
But that's what's happened here on the invasion of the southern border.
First off, I want to go to something we did.
I'm very concerned because I saw this in the White House when working on NAFTA. There is a group of people that are very focused.
These people are globalists.
They don't believe in the nation state and they're maniacally focused on basically removing The sovereignty of Canada, the United States, and Mexico and forming some sort of economic unit like the EU. Because the EU, the thing of the EU and the reason I fought so hard along with the populist movement in Europe...
They're all about taking away the nation-state status of Italy and Germany and France and the UK. This is why we did Brexit.
This is why we worked so long on Brexit.
So the British could get their sovereignty back.
I'm very spooked when I'm sitting down there and I see these guys, you know, the three amigos.
They think it's cute. It's not funny at all.
And I don't hear Biden down there talking about a cartel war, talking about interdiction of the cartel.
It's just all happy talk. He walks around, wanders around the border.
It's all happy. Remember, he misconstrued a Salvation Army guy for a Secret Service guy.
I mean, he's just wandering around.
When they start talking about joint efforts on migration, joint legal pathways, I start getting very nervous.
Should we be nervous about what's going on down there?
And by the way, I'm all for, you know, we got to get the countries in the Central America together, the Central America together, you know, the four frontline countries and work on their economics and all that.
I got that. But when I see Mexico and particularly Trudeau and Biden together, they're scheming. Should we be concerned, Todd Bensman?
todd bensman
Well, I want to just say that the They call it Border Enforcement Plan which is Orwellian because it's exactly the opposite of a Border Enforcement Plan has established a parallel immigration system in Mexico and throughout Latin America where they're going to be pre-legalizing this is not something that Congress approved Like if you want to apply as a refugee or a student visa,
we have all these processes that are in place.
They were all approved by Congress.
They're legal processes.
You want to apply as an immigrant and immigrate here, you can do that.
Those are all approved by Congress.
What they're doing here is they've created something that was not approved by a new way, a pathway, and they don't even hide it.
where they're just going to be bringing in, at a minimum for four nationalities, 360,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans through this new, not approved route through the southern border.
I want to point out also that it might not be a coincidence that we're seeing sharply increased numbers of illegal immigrants coming through the northern border.
Mexicans, people that are flying without a...they don't need a visa.
Trudeau eliminated visa requirements for Mexicans and for a whole lot of different kinds of nationalities like Bangladeshis.
And so what they do is they fly into Canada and then cross our northern border and we're seeing a spike in that right now.
So yeah, I mean, you know, they're all going to coordinate on on These legal pathways.
I think it is something to worry about and to keep an eye on that we're not approved by anybody.
They're just somebody came up with it in a back parlor over at the White House or at DHS somewhere in the big building over there.
steve bannon
Listen, whether it's the defunding of the U.N. to stop what you described in the first is to just put money all together or stopping this.
If a congressman were to come to you and say, hey, we want you an advisor, we want you as a consultant to these committees, What would be the one or two things you would say?
Let's leave impeachment over the side.
That's going to be an investigation, stuff like that.
But the actions, understand they're going through the appropriations process right now, and they promise that that is going to be delivered and voted on by September 30th.
So when the fiscal year runs out, there's no more kicking the can down the road.
This will be done.
So you've got the appropriations process for this year.
What is Todd Benzman telling them?
What are you telling them that these are the three things you've got to get to, you've got to defund, you've got to stop, but you must stop this.
Where do they go and what is Benzman having focused on?
todd bensman
Well, maybe the very first place that they can go is to not fund any operations that are enabling and the infrastructure enabling the use of humanitarian parole on a massive scale.
like they have been. These soft-sided buildings all along the border that they used to just kind of process people through and all of the infrastructure for that particular program should probably be eliminated or withheld if possible to force a rollback of some of these incredibly permissive,
I guess, policies.
Another area where you could possibly cause change would be in the appropriations for all of the different kinds of expenditures.
Like, for example, to manage this border crossing, I don't know what you would call it, you know, a crisis.
They're allowing people in.
Aircraft, contractors up the wazoo, tons of money going to NGOs who are helping to bring all of these people in, especially the NGOs.
We talked about the United Nations.
The document that I write about in my piece yesterday lists 228 NGOs that are all getting money.
Look at page 268.
It lists every one of those NGOs and how much money they're getting and how much money they say that they require.
Well, that's U.S. taxpayer money right there.
It's passed through money through different UN agencies, through the State Department, etc. Shut that down.
If you don't like NGOs, assisting this whole infrastructure of bringing people in and then putting them on buses, this conveyor belt, that has to be defunded.
The bill that they just passed has billions and billions of dollars for that activity, for that very activity.
steve bannon
Thank you.
they're going to be very serious. They want hearings to get down to where the receipts are so they can commence the process.
There's a strong will in Congress to at least begin this investigation and to see where it goes.
On Mayorkas, where would you recommend the impeachment panel on this start to focus?
todd bensman
Well, like I mentioned a little earlier, He is the nation's top law enforcement officer.
The Constitution requires people of the executive branch to do their very best to follow congressional statutes, to hew closely to them.
This administration has very purposefully evaded and kept all of those laws at arm length to not follow any of them.
Any of our immigration enforcement laws that were duly passed by Congress, they're not following them.
Chief among them is detention and deportation.
They're purposely not doing that.
Deportation of criminal aliens.
They've ended deportation throughout the interior of America.
I don't know if you know that. People, they used to cry at Antifa protests You know, abolish ICE. Abolish ICE. Well, they did.
They effectively abolished ICE so that the number of deportations from the interior have fallen by 80 % and 90 % across the board for even aggravated criminal aliens, murderers and rapists and child molesters, slavers, you name it.
There's very, very little enforcement happening there.
Man, that's a problem. That is a, like, who does that?
What law enforcement officer doesn't enforce those kind of laws?
So, you know, I think that there's a lot of corn that is thrown onto this field.
There's gonna be a lot of hunting, good hunting on the field there for, you know, if they're looking to impeach Mayorkas.
steve bannon
I want to make sure people go, when the book comes out, let's see if we've got the cover of the book, where do you get for yourself?
Benzman is going to be even more of an integral part of the program in what's happening in Congress.
The intensity on the southern border, the invasion of the southern border is the first really order of business along with the debt ceiling, but this has got to be brought, this has got to be stopped.
But then you've got to get to the issue of how you get all the illegal aliens out of here.
But first, we've got to stop this invasion and we're going to have to have, this is going to be, ladies and gentlemen, a titanic fight.
Because you're going to see all the cards.
You're going to see all of the establishment globalists, people that call themselves Republicans.
Just like in this last bit, remember.
If someone did not stand up and say, hey, we have to back these people and they've got to be able to take on McCarthy and you've got to remove the cartel head and just said, no, you've got to put McCarthy in because otherwise it's going to look terrible on TV. That is a huge tell.
There's one group that wants change and dramatic change.
Another just wants the status quo.
You're going to see this on the southern border.
In Biden's 42-year, 47-year career, of grift and graft and incompetence as a government, basically a government employee. The first time we ever went to the border was the last couple of days.
This is going to be huge. Todd, social media, how they get to the book, how they get to your writings?
todd bensman
Sure. You can follow me at TBensman at Getter.
Very active on that platform.
Truth Social, Todd Bensman at Truth Social.
Bensman Todd at Twitter.
And the book is available for pre-order.
It's coming out next month.
You can find it anywhere online, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Post Hill Press.
It'll hit bookstores on February 21.
But go ahead and get a copy.
This is a pretty big book.
It's all my reporting from the last two years about this particular border crisis.
It's got a lot of brand new information.
steve bannon
And one of the most dramatic cover shots.
This is why, by the way, because he put it on the cover, that's where they go with these pathways.
They never again want the optic that was under the Del Rio bridge that Benzman and Burquam and Oscar Blue and everybody documented so well.
Aguilar is just incredible.
Todd, thank you so much. Honored to have you on here, brother.
todd bensman
Thank you for having me. I appreciate it.
steve bannon
So if you like action, you like action to a purpose every day, and that's where you're seeing people, this whole issue about how you shut down the invasion that's on the border.
Remember, we just can't wave a magic wand.
If you could wave a magic wand, it'd be simple.
I got Faddis up here in a minute and a bunch of stuff to go through with Sam.
But can we put up the Mac Daddy on Drudge?
I want to be able to point to this because people don't understand how hard this is.
And I want to make sure he gets full recognition.
Right there, you see the Mac Daddy address.
In fact, could you put it all on the whole screen and take off my beautiful visage?
Right? There we go, right there.
Let's get a big old shot of that.
There we are. Thank you, Memphis.
Logan in Memphis. Sometimes I would do a competition.
In fact, I think we're going to have the Queen of the Trolls, Grace Chong, and I'm going to have Captain Benedict.
Maybe one day we do a poll.
And to make it fair, we do a live getter poll to check it out.
No, no, let me see the whole, yeah, that's the big blow up right there.
That you see, Citizens Free Press, for all you cult members of the Citizens Free Press, and then we got a huge amount of the boss he does it, but they got their own chat.
They're going crazy over there. You see right there, $220 million in the top I don't know, 10 or 12?
220 million pages per month on Drudge, and that's got all of them.
It's got Drudge, New York Times, CNN. Just incredible.
Let's see the whole Mac Daddy.
Logan, if you can just pull it back there for a second.
I want to see. What Drudge does once a month is put it up, and it's right there in the middle of the whole page.
I want to bring in now Kane, who is the publisher...
The head bottle washer, the cook, the hotel services, and the guy that links to all this.
Cain, just incredible.
People don't understand, 220 million page views on an aggregation site like that is extraordinary.
You see the other numbers up there.
Little Citizens Free Press with Cain is in the same groupings with the BBC, CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post, Drudge itself.
Cain, just extraordinary.
We can't say enough. Just tell us how much work No, more than that, tell us, because we know you work. Tell us how much you love what you do, sir.
@citizenfreekane
Well, first of all, all those names, you know, I got you on the laptop, and I got the list up on the 27-inch desktop right next to me.
I'm looking at them. We're passing.
We're passing most of those.
All those names are going to be below Citizen Free Press before long.
How much do I love what I'm doing?
Oh, man, you know the story.
You know I sat down in this office, Almost six years ago with no audience and just started typing out super aggressive, rude headlines, saying things that I should never say and no one was reading.
And I don't know how the hell it got this big.
It's all CFP Nation.
I told them whatever.
A year and a half in, I said, look, I will be here 16, 18 hours a day typing out headlines.
But I'll only do it if you spread the word.
If you tell people about the site.
That's the part that you guys have to do.
And they did it. And I guess that's really how it started growing.
But it's insane, man.
steve bannon
Is it the champagne? What is it?
Every Friday night you guys have a champagne lounge where people have an adult beverage and you get in there?
Because I've gone in there and checked it out.
The comments get a little spicy.
They get a little spicy, the champagne hour.
If you're hanging around and there's nothing going on on your Friday night, Go over to Citizens Free Press.
It's just not the news. What you've built is a community.
Everybody I talk to, they always check out...
I knew it.
It's show prep for us.
I really appreciate it.
Here's the thing though, Cain. What people don't understand, you're essentially a one-man band, correct?
@citizenfreekane
Yeah, I run the site all alone.
I've got two helpers, right?
I got one guy who kind of runs the Getter page and the Truth Social page and a YouTube page.
And then I've got Spencer Neal, who used to work for the Washington Examiner, and he runs our awesome Twitter page.
He took it over. We weren't doing jack with it.
As you know, I really hate social media.
There's no Facebook page.
I knew I'd be canceled.
I write such ridiculous things about people.
I knew I'd be canceled, so I never even wanted to build a social media page.
But Spencer took it over at the end of July with 27,000 followers, and it's got 100,000 now.
So he's tripled it, you know, and he's really good.
What both those guys do a little bit is throw some stuff in drafts, you know?
And so Spencer will throw things, he finds videos, so they're awesome.
But no, I'm the one cranking out these ridiculous headlines and suffering through it all and waking up first thing in the morning and being in this chair 60 seconds after I wake up and moderating 200 comments overnight because I'm trying to stop the spammers.
Because you don't have to register.
So people who don't know, you do not have to register to comment on CFP. You can show up and comment.
It's a real nation. I want to say quickly, I knew you were coming to the Champagne Room, Bannon.
Me and Hisi, Hisi who runs the Champagne Room, we've been surreptitiously keeping an eye out for usernames that could be Bannon.
unidentified
I know. That could be Bannon.
steve bannon
I'm just doing my...
unidentified
I'm doing my due diligence.
steve bannon
No, I want to know how the site...
Put the thing up again.
Yeah, there we go right there. Here's the reason, folks.
If you look at the rest of the list, You're talking about the biggest news platforms on earth, BBC, tens of thousands of employees, New York Times, CNN, Washington. These are people that have, and not just people, they have the best.
Now, I know you hate the comment, but my point is they've gone to the best schools, they've already worked in their profession, in the Darwinian environment of media, they've risen to the top, they're hiring the best, and they're paying top dollar.
These are massive, massive apparatuses.
unidentified
And then in the middle of it, you've got Kane.
steve bannon
You've got Kane and Citizens Free Press.
@citizenfreekane
And it's beautiful that you recognize just the gorgeous irony of it all.
Yeah, they all have huge payrolls, man.
Tens of millions of dollars a month.
But you know what, Steve? I think I've told you this.
I knew that CFP could beat them.
It's the Drudge model, right?
What do all these websites offer?
They offer the same stories essentially that everyone else writes.
So you've got 5, 10, 15 different websites all writing the same stuff.
Their homepages look the same.
And so I thought this model of openness and freedom and easy to comment and...
steve bannon
Everybody hasn't gone to CFP. Here's what he's got.
He's got a curation.
He's a curator like Andrew.
And he's also a freak because this is what he does.
This is the purpose of his life.
And so he's on it. So he's a freak.
But there's many of us like that, but he's the head freak.
He's all doing it. But there's another thing he came up with.
And that's the innovation of the stack.
Because you go to Drudge, it's all spread over the page.
If you go to him, it's a stack.
I went to Citizens Free Press for about six months.
And I said, I don't understand what this guy does.
I got to scroll down this damn thing.
And to get to the Drudge, he's got a Drudge page down there.
To get to the picture in the Drudge page, I got to go all the way down there.
And finally I was talking to him.
He said, no, no, the stack.
I go, what do you mean the stack? He says, no, no, no, that's all.
And I update it constantly for the junkies.
And I go, well, I'm a junkie. He says, look at it.
And I looked and I go, wow.
It's the stack. You ought to trademark it as one of those brilliant innovations.
Because for the hardcore junkies, you can just go back to Citizens Free Press.
I was just there an hour ago.
And Cain will have something up that you can click and kind of see.
So it's addictive, but in a good way.
And you've always got the best stuff.
It's a total counter to Drudge.
@citizenfreekane
Yeah, you helped create that, man.
You helped create this stat.
You helped me understand sort of the value of it.
And I do remember that phone conversation where we talked about you going below.
But that really, you hit it there, man.
That's it. Why? Because you go to Drudge and you got to search for the news stories.
Anything he adds during the day, it's buried somewhere in those three freaking columns.
And so obviously, as you said, the ease with CFP is news stories are going to be at the top or at least in the top five, you know? So it's super easy to check and it loads like crazy.
Whatever. I love that you get it, man.
unidentified
I love that you love it.
steve bannon
I love it. I love it.
And I will tell you, Your headlines are the snarkiest.
Let's just leave it at that. There's some very snarky headlines.
Kane will take a shot at you in the headlines.
Kane, we've got to bounce.
Congratulations. Keep it up.
220 million page views.
Kane essentially in the top 10 of news sites on the face of the earth.
Maybe some of the ones in China that give you phony numbers, but let's say English language.
The top ten in the world, an achievement, one guy against literally tens of thousands of employees, these other organizations, and also huge brands.
I mean, who doesn't know BBC, CNN, New York Times?
It's just incredible. Kane, honored to have you on here, brother.
Tell people, how do they get to CFP and how do they get to your Twitter, all your social media?
I didn't know you're a social media guru now.
@citizenfreekane
Yeah, alright, whatever.
I'll do that quick. It's just Citizen Free Press on any platform.
Just search it out. You'll find it.
But you know what? I got to tell you this.
So you're absolutely right about the Goliath crap and taking all these guys on from my office.
But people got to know, you know, I'm still chasing your ass.
You know, people got to know that you built Breitbart into $400 million a month.
Not 220. And I'm just going to say quickly in fairness, I'm above 300 for the server still.
But you built Breitbart before you.
Whatever, you uniquely know how difficult this is.
And you did it with a much smaller budget than BBC and all these others.
steve bannon
So thanks for loving it.
But we had a big team and I had the greatest team.
I had Boyle. I had all those guys.
I had the best team ever.
And that was a grind for us.
I'm telling you. And I saw Andrew.
Andrew was Drudge's partner.
Andrew had the job. And Andrew, they would do 12 on, 12 off.
And Andrew had all this other stuff going on.
But I'm telling you, that 12 hours, he couldn't move.
I mean, he couldn't get on a plane.
He couldn't go to lunch. I mean, you have to be on it.
And the input you're looking for for the entire world is amazing.
It's insane. Yeah, I don't ever shut up yet.
@citizenfreekane
My phone doesn't ring.
I don't want my phone to ring.
I can't have volume on the television.
I can't have interruptions.
I've got 75 tabs open.
I'm working five things in different sections of my brain.
unidentified
It's nuts. Did I say he was a freak?
steve bannon
But a freak in a good way.
Kane, we love you, brother.
Just keep doing it. Keep hitting it.
And thank you. Congratulations.
And we look forward to getting you back next month and talking about it again next month.
And remember, go check the Champagne Room out on Friday evenings.
unidentified
Yes. Thank you for all your kind words, sir.
steve bannon
Thank you, sir. Okay, we're going to take a short break.
I got Sam Faddis. We're going to go through three big things.
We got to go to the weaponization of government committee, approved, and they're in meltdown, the subcommittee, like the church committee. We got the China, the CCP committee, approved, gone, done. And then we got this fiasco with Joe Biden's crimes about the documents.
Sam Faddis from the CIA, a veteran of the CIA, wrote one of the best books ever about the CIA, about how you've got to start over again.
I think he's got some ideas about the new church committee.
Short commercial break. Sam Faddis.
Then we're going to go to Texas.
By the way, the RNC, this issue's huge.
There's a big story up now on NBC about Rana.
unidentified
We'll talk all about that when we get back.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back. We got a lot to get through in this half hour.
I want to go to Michael Seifert first.
Michael, I've been a big proponent of don't give your money to people that hate you.
We got to build an alternative economy here.
And I see a lot of entrepreneurs out there doing it.
Public SQ is kind of the thing that can bind it all together.
Walk us through, well, you're the founder CEO. Walk us through what you're trying to accomplish, how you've made it work today, and where people go. Well, thanks for having me on.
michael seifert
It's an honor to be here and our goal is simply to create the America first economy that we've all been waiting for so that consumers know you're a patriot that the businesses you're spending money share your values and want the same future for our country that you want.
And so this is a rejection of the woke corporatism that has robbed our economy over the past few years, and it's an embrace of a parallel economy that actually embraces the values that have made this country so special.
steve bannon
Can I go to Sam Faddis?
Can we get Michael? Hey Sam, let's go to Sam.
Let's reboot Michael right now because I just lost the audio.
Sam, I want to go to, I got to talk to you about three things.
Number one, these two committees that started, the Weaponization of Government Committee and then the CCP of the China Committee.
Weaponization of Government is basically to look at the Church Committee.
Go back to the book you wrote.
about the fall of the CIA and what you think needed to be done to rejuvenize it.
Take me through the Church Committee.
Why is this weaponization of government that's going to look at FBI, CIA, DHS, and particularly DOJ? Why is it so important?
sam faddis
Well, I mean, the Church Committee, as you well know, back in the 70s, was based on the idea that CIA had kind of lost its way and was involving itself in things like domestic politics and controlling information flowing to America and CIA's charter.
is obviously to work overseas and it shouldn't be within 10 miles of domestic politics.
Obviously where we are now is we have completely lost our way in the whole intelligence community and I guess in the Department of Justice as well.
We've weaponized all these agencies against the American people when their entire charter is to protect the Constitution and the people of the United States.
So we got to dig into this but You know, what's the real cutting edge of this?
The cutting edge is accountability, right?
We have endless inquiries in Washington, D.C. Are we going to do something which is going to be not just individuals, but has got to be massive structural reform?
Again, you know, when I was in CIA, the mantra was, not only don't we get involved in domestic politics, we don't want to be within We don't want to be anywhere near it.
It's a lightning rod. It's not our job.
We got our hands full overseas.
We had to get back to that and it's going to take serious reform.
steve bannon
This committee, now already they're trying to dump it down to the SCIF and make it all classified.
What would be your recommendation to Jordan?
And this is the reason I want everybody to understand the reason we didn't have a bid away.
For really for speaker, because Andy admits he wasn't going to get it, right?
He started the process, but Jordan didn't want it.
And Jordan told people, I want to do judiciary.
In addition, the church committee is going to be under me at judiciary as a subcommittee.
That's what we have now. Why should they avoid just going in?
Because first, they're going to fight for documents.
Then the guys are going to come back and say, it's all highly classified.
It's got to be in the SCIF. What would be your recommendation to Jordan and the people on his staff of how to avoid that and at least allow some of this to be viewed by the American people?
sam faddis
Sam Fattis. Yeah, look, I don't...
You and I have talked in the past about what happens when you send directors...
over to CIA. They get played by the establishment.
They get sucked in.
The next thing you know, they're affecting no change.
If you allow the IC to take this completely into the back room and put the cloak over it, then it's a waste of time.
You will never get to ground zero and the American people will never understand what's going on.
It is not true that we can't meaningfully look into this and still protect Sources and methods, that's a lie.
It's a straw man.
We can absolutely take the sources and methods and protect us and still give the American people the big picture of what has happened here.
It is critical. These agencies work for the American people.
They must be accountable to them.
steve bannon
Do you believe in this committee is where we ought to get into the J6, exactly the intel, what was known?
Do you recommend that this is where Jordan dumps it into this committee and let's just figure out this Fed's direction, everything about it? I know you've got a lot of strong observations about this.
Is this where it should go in this committee, J6, or should that be separate?
sam faddis
I don't think it should go to the J6 committee, but the bottom line here is This has got to be meaningful, man. It can't turn into just another pro forma thing.
Let's have some hearings, issue a friggin' report two years from now that somebody files.
What has happened here when you have people like Brennan, the CIA director, directly involved in trying to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president and then trying to destabilize and topple?
An American president, which is what happened here.
That's the real coup attempt, right?
Good Lord, could there be anything more fundamental to the stability of the Republic than getting control of this?
We're talking about folks becoming a Praetorian Guard that decide who gets to sit on the throne.
I mean, down this road, we lose the Republic.
So it's got to be hard hitting and real and substantive, not just a show.
steve bannon
I'm going to come back and get to China on a different day because I'm going to run out of time here because I've got to ask you about Biden, what you've seen of the 10 files of compartmented, top-secret information.
Twitter, everybody's trying to suppress it.
It should be the number one story in the world, Trending, about Garland.
Give us your thoughts. Your stock in trade was dealing with highly classified information.
How serious is this, Sam Faddis?
sam faddis
It's really serious.
There are probably any number of felonies here.
We send people to prison for this.
This is sensitive compartmented information called SCI. That is, if you will, sort of a compartment within top secret, the level of top secret classification.
So these are top secret documents that are then further compartmented.
That means they are either related to human source, clandestine human source operations, satellites, or sensitive SIGINT operations like satellites and eavesdropping.
These are the crown jewels. These documents do not live outside controlled spaces.
They are never carried outside controlled spaces.
It's not like you accidentally forgot them in your office because taking them to the office at the University of Pennsylvania Biden Center was already a felony, leaving them there and a number of other felonies.
This is massive.
And by the way, we should note that the Biden Center Basically is funded by the Chinese communists, doesn't account for where its money comes from, specifically in China, and publishes basically propaganda for Beijing.
So this is a front organization for the Chinese communists, and we got really, really sensitive classified information lying around there.
We literally send people to prison for this kind of thing for very long periods of time.
steve bannon
CNN is reporting the compartmented top-secret information in these files left at the University of Pennsylvania.
That center is funded by the Chinese Communist Party.
Sam Fettis is specifically about Ukraine and Iran.
I mean, could you get any more sensitive, and particularly with Biden's fingerprints all over Iran already?
I mean, all over Ukraine?
Is this going to explode into a scandal that could lead to a beginning of impeachment inquiry into Biden?
sam faddis
Yeah, well, it should.
Look, I touch classified documents of this category every single day that I was working in a CIA station or headquarters.
You know what's fascinating? I never took a single one of those documents and stuffed it in my pocket and carried it out and just left it lying around in my house, right? These things don't leave controlled spaces.
Occasionally, a courier, properly documented, might take them from one controlled space to another, but even that is rare.
So this is totally out of bounds and something really, really egregious is going on here.
steve bannon
There's no question in your mind.
There's no question in your mind.
What do you see on CNN and the mainstream media?
These are felonies, maybe multiple felonies, sir?
sam faddis
Absolutely no question.
And it doesn't require an intent to pass them to a foreign service.
There was a guy at NSA a few years ago who was found to have classified documents sitting in his apartment.
They ultimately established he wasn't giving them to anybody.
He was just taking them home.
That guy is sitting in a federal prison right now.
For real, these are felony offenses.
You do not take these documents out of controlled space.
Walking out the door at CIA headquarters with one of these things in your pocket, even before you left the parking lot, you have committed a felony and you go to prison.
steve bannon
Sam Faddis, how did he get to Ann Magazine?
You've got an amazing piece up on China right now.
We'll get you back on here. And your social media.
How do people track you, Sam?
sam faddis
Easiest way is to go to the N Magazine site.
We're at Substack now, so it's andmagazine.substack.com, and then I'm all over social media, but the N Magazine site will get you there.
steve bannon
You're incredible, too. The magazine's incredible.
Sam, thank you very much. Look forward to having you back.
I want to talk about that piece in China.
Do we have Michael? So Michael, the theory of the case is, it's simple.
Don't give money to people that hate you.
You've worked. You're a technology guy.
You've set this platform up to connect entrepreneurs and the War Room audience and conservatives to people, to entrepreneurs, product services of people that don't hate them.
Walk our eyes to how it works.
How do they get on it?
It's totally free. I want to make sure people are engaged in this because we have to start building an alternative economy, sir. Well, thank you, Steve.
michael seifert
We couldn't agree more. And that alternative economy is exactly what drives us every day.
We believe in a better future where Corruption is no longer riddled all the way through our economic system because you have these woke corporatists that are more tied to political ideology than they are providing a good service and therefore tainting the American economy.
Instead, we dream of an economy that props up American small businesses that believe in an America-first ideology and want our country to thrive because it embraces the values that made it so special in the first place.
So we have created the nation's largest marketplace of those types of businesses.
We're tens of thousands of businesses, hundreds of thousands of regular consumers that are all driven to embrace similar values and actually shop in alignment with those values.
It's free to join. You can head to publicsq.com.
You can add yourself as a consumer or as a business.
And I can tell you, Steve, as we head into 2023, this thing's going to be bigger than we ever could have imagined.
And with the help of great patriots like you, the parallel economy is not just becoming a reality.
It's becoming far more exceeding than I think anybody thought the scope could be.
So we have exciting things ahead.
steve bannon
Why do you think it's going to be bigger?
Because you're a guy that dreams big and you actually execute on it.
This is the first time I've heard you say that because you're an under-promised and over-performed guy.
Why do you say it's going to be bigger than anybody believes?
michael seifert
I've been blown away up until this point by how strong the reaction is when we put this platform in front of people.
I did not realize. I obviously am a believer.
It's a personal conviction of mine that we've needed this parallel economy.
But to hear how many millions of Americans see that same desire and feel it so personally and will actually sacrifice convenience to be able to move their purchases over to brands and companies and businesses That embrace their values.
I've been blown away by that.
It actually has exceeded my expectations.
And so what I'm realizing is that the total available market for this is massive.
100 million Americans plus would love the opportunity to shop with American first businesses if presented with that opportunity.
And so I think what we have the responsibility to do is execute in such a way to where that's possible, to where we can actually be the one-stop shop for 100 million Americans that desire to spend money in alignment with their values.
And with your help, I think it's possible.
steve bannon
Okay, for the entrepreneurs out there, I want to do the entrepreneurs first.
Where do they go and how do they get signed up?
michael seifert
Well, head to PublicSQ.com.
You'll see a button that says, Add your business for free.
And you can begin your journey there.
It takes just about three minutes to create a profile.
And if you're a consumer, you can head to PublicSQ.com and you click Join.
And you can do that on the web or you can do that on the app.
So if you'd prefer to use it in the App Store or Google Play, that's a great place to do it.
You can receive deals, discounts, promotions to spend money with businesses that will actually give you incentive to prioritize your values in the marketplace experience so that you can put purpose behind your purchases.
And I can tell you, Steve, that the businesses and consumers alike receive a win because the businesses, we're seeing their profits double and triple at many of these different businesses.
It's amazing to hear the stories.
And then on the consumer side, they have the liberation of knowing that their money is going to people that believe what they believe.
steve bannon
I have not had one person that go to this site, either entrepreneur or consumer, that is not thrilled by it.
This is the way you put it in their face.
Stop giving your money to people that hate you and don't share your values.
And when guys like Steve and these people go out on a limb and work like crazy and offer it, just check it out.
It's totally free. It's just going to take your time, and I guarantee once you go, you're going to stick around.
That's what we tell people, whether it's Birch Gold or Mike Patriot, just go get the information, deal with these people.
It's totally professional. Seifert, what you've built is pretty extraordinary, so just keep hammering it.
Because we've got to build an alternative platform.
No longer can you be canceled by these guys.
Michael Seifert, Founder, CEO, thank you very much.
Public SQ, Captain Bannon and Grace, let's get it up in all of our chat rooms so everybody can see this.
Once you go, you're going to stick there.
You're going to make this one of your places where you do your commerce.
And remember, you're assisting those entrepreneurs that are also America First.
So thank you very much, Michael.
Okay, Russ Vogt, you know, he was the architect of what happened last week, the architectonics of it.
He's also the architect of the balanced budget.
We've had him on the Center for Renewing America.
Fantastic. But they got their hands on a lot of things, and they're working very hard.
There's something going on in the state of Texas.
We love Texas. Texas, look, is one of the foundational elements of America First.
I asked his partner, Wade Miller, to come on here and explain this to us.
Explain to the audience what's going on, because it's kind of hard...
To comprehend, particularly given how many patriots and hardcore America First.
I mean, when I think of America First and MAGA, I think Texas, Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio. You've got other states too, my Virginia, North Carolina and others, but you've got those leading MAGA states.
So what's happening down there in the state legislature, sir?
unidentified
Yeah, well, thanks for having me on.
We just got through, and I know Russ talked with you about the D.C. uniparty cartel.
Well, there's the same dynamic in Texas.
There's a kind of a uniparty cartel, and they work together to kind of quash conservative agenda items.
And for people who aren't aware, Texas Republicans have been in uniparty control of the state for about 21 years now, but yet they haven't racked up a lot of wins.
And so while they talk a big game down there about how awesome they are, the Republican establishment has been working with Democrats over time to really mitigate any actual policy changes.
Now, last session they had some Fairly big victories.
They got the fetal heartbeat bill, constitutional carry.
But that was mostly because they realized that they had to give conservatives something so they'd stop complaining.
But even things like the critical race theory ban that they got done down in Texas, There's no real actual CRT ban there.
They passed a bill, but every public school there has CRT still.
And a lot of the reason why conservative priorities don't make it through, like nothing meaningful on the grid down there, and they're having energy problems, nothing meaningful on property taxes.
They haven't really gone after ESG significantly.
The border's still not secure.
It's because Dade Phelan, the speaker who they just elected today, will appoint Democrats to run committees.
And what happens is the bills that they don't like, they'll get funneled into these committees and Democrats will kill it.
And then everyone acts like they have no idea what's going on.
steve bannon
Hang on, wait.
You're blowing people's heads up.
You're telling me in a Republican controlled house with Republican controlled committees, they select Democrats to chair the committees?
unidentified
Correct. And this has been three speakers now, Joe Strauss, Dennis Bonin, and now Dade Phelan.
These are Republican elected speakers of a Republican-controlled House, large majorities.
They appoint Democrats to be in charge of committees to kill conservative legislation.
And Governor Abbott doesn't say anything about this, and neither do most of the other statewide leaders.
And so there's a big movement right now over the next couple of days to pressure the Speaker of the Texas House, a Republican, to not appoint Democrat chairs that will then be used to destroy the conservative agenda.
It seems like a simple ask, but this has been the status quo now in Texas for a long time.
And this is, I think, important because the conservative movement at large is now starting to wake up to see that A lot of the bluster and big talk you see out of Texas is they're basically a paper tiger.
They have the same problems that all the other states have.
steve bannon
A lot of establishment Republicans control the levers of power.
And you got the best people in the country.
I mean, come on. That's the backbone.
You talk about the salt of the earth down in Texas.
The MAGA base down there doesn't come any better.
It's a call to action.
So what do they do? We got about a minute, Wade.
Tell people where to go. Sure.
unidentified
Everyone can go to americarenewing.com or RussVote on Twitter and all of the socials and our socials.
But really what's needed is people need to be aware and urge, especially if you live in Texas, contact your state rep and ask them to oppose Democrats being put in charge of all of these committee chair slots, because they're just going to be used as a tool of the establishment to destroy conservative agenda items.
steve bannon
I'm going to get the switchboard number.
I'm going to put it up on my Getter account.
We're going to put it in all the different chat rooms.
What's your social media, Wade?
You guys are doing amazing work down there.
unidentified
Yeah, mine's at WadeMiller underscore USMC, I believe, on Twitter.
And then all of the other handles, it's something similar.
steve bannon
Always like to see former Marines that make successes of themselves.
Brother Miller, thank you very much, Wade Miller.
Thank you very much. Russ Vogt runs a tight shop.
Okay, we're going to get it up. Folks in Texas, make sure your voice is heard.
War Room Posse, this is on set.
You guys are the best.
Can't be doing this. Can't be.
None more of this talk.
I mean, with Abbott, he gave Biden a nasty letter.
What are you talking about? Handing you a tough letter.
It's a very tough letter. Very tough.
Not just tough, it was very tough.
Okay, tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock, we're going to be back.
There's so much going on.
We'll curate it all. Make sure it's presented so that you guys can get all the information you need.
In an immersive experience, check it all out.
See you tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.
