| Well, the whole point is, if they didn't go through the chain of custody, and that was the second count, if they didn't go through the chain of custody, those are invalid ballots. | ||

| Really now, though, it comes down to the judge, as you mentioned. | ||
| The one thing that wasn't included in this would have been the icing on the cake, the signature verification. | ||
