Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
You're not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
unidentified
I know you don't like hearing that.
steve bannon
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Battles.
steve bannon
It's Tuesday, 15 November in the year of our Lord 2022.
A federal judge has just knocked down Title 42.
It will start the massive flood of illegal aliens into this country.
Of course, Greg Abbott today, the governor of Texas, announced that he is going to call for an invasion of the southern border in Arizona.
Kerry Lake works on her defense to make sure that this election cannot be certified, the one that was stolen from her.
But the most important news in the world, the entire political world, quite frankly the economic financial world, all eyes are in Mar-a-Lago, where a major announcement is going to take place tonight at 9 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time.
Our partners at Real America Voice, Ed Henry and Karen Turk, are there.
Ed and Karen, can you put us in the room?
Tell us, this thing looks magnificent.
I don't think I've ever seen the ballroom there look quite so stunning.
Put us in the room, tell us what's going on.
unidentified
As Donald Trump would say, big, beautiful ballroom.
There's the chandeliers, there's many, many American flags, gold chairs, as you would expect at a Trump event.
Normally they have weddings and charity events, but this is going to be the biggest political announcement of the year.
His likely third bid for the White House.
And it's absolutely going to be very interesting to see who walks into this room tonight.
There's only about 400 chairs.
This ballroom's pretty big.
And from what we've seen, it's not just people who are normally here at Mar-a-Lago.
I think there's going to be a lot of people from all over.
They're going to be coming in.
A lot of dignitaries.
We've heard about a lot of, you know, former aides in the White House.
Matt Whitaker and others.
I saw Stephen Miller.
Jason Miller is obviously here, as you know.
Steve, and he's been advising Donald Trump on the communication strategy, shaping the remarks he'll give, 9 p.m.
Eastern, right here on Real America's Voice.
I want to set the stage as well.
There are literally, to our right, we're on the one end here, in a prime position, Real America's Voice, all the way across, as far as the eye can see, cameras from all around the world.
We just asked a Trump official, he said, I don't even know the count.
He said there's dozens and dozens of cameras, countries all around the world.
This is not just the biggest American political story.
Or economic stories, you said.
There's something the Financial Times is all over, something the BBC, literally every major European and Asian.
You've got Chinese TV and Japanese TV.
They all want to be here at Mar-a-Lago.
It's an international flavor day at Mar-a-Lago, and I counted about 50 cameras, so you've got to think that some of those cameras are probably capturing from multiple outlets, so it'll be all over tomorrow.
So, and Steve, you want to get an idea of the circus around all of this with the mainstream media.
We had to drive and get dropped off in an Uber across the street from Mar-a-Lago in a parking lot, obviously, to be swept by the Secret Service.
Make sure everybody's legit.
You get your pass, and then they stop traffic on South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, on Palm Beach Island.
People are honking and whatnot as the media is led across like a field trip.
Almost on a field trip.
I actually asked if we should hold hands, but nobody was game, but I thought that would be fun.
As we walk over, Steve, there's a small plane flying around Mar-a-Lago.
There's a small plane with some crank who doesn't like Donald Trump.
He's got a small plane with a banner that says something like, Donald, you're a loser.
Hashtag DeSantis 2024.
So you can see they're trying to get his attention because no doubt Donald Trump will be having dinner upstairs here at Mar-a-Lago.
before the announcement with his allies, with his advisors.
So you've got the cranks, you've got the crazy people flying over Palm Beach Island, you've got the mainstream media out in full force. These are the people who try to destroy Donald Trump on a daily basis. And create divisiveness.
They all are elbowing to try to get because they want to see the most fascinating story in American politics.
steve bannon
Look let me ask you guys...
And by the way, Real American Voice and War Room has a prime position that you would normally have for NBC and ABC.
And quite frankly, it's the work of your show, the channel, Rob Sigg and the team covering.
I mean, we've given wall to wall coverage for President Trump.
And the reason is he's head of the MAGA movement.
Talk to me about that.
What is the buzz there from the people working, not just the media?
What is what is the buzz there about?
Is this going too soon?
Is this the right time to do it?
Tell me what the feeling is.
unidentified
Well, if the real American voices are any indication of that, we did a town hall this morning for American Sunrise, where we actually talked to real people.
We've been talking to real people at these rallies everywhere else.
And people are excited for him to announce.
They want to know that he's running.
They want to restore hope that they're going to get their country back.
And that's really what this is about.
I mean, there's a reason he's calling it the Save America rally.
Because we're at the point right now where we have to save our country.
But you see regular, ordinary people, maybe not people that you would know were Trump supporters, that came up to us today.
We were downtown and we had people who came from as far as Idaho to see us, to say, hey, we're here.
We're here to support the president.
We're going to be standing on the bridge waving flags.
Coming over here from West Palm Beach onto Palm Beach Island, there are hundreds of people on one bridge waving flags right now, and I'm sure that's Those are the real people, you're right, that, you know, Steve, that really are the motor of the MAGA movement, right?
They're the people who go out to these rallies by the thousands, small-town America.
They are ride-or-die with Donald Trump, and they like Ron DeSantis, but they want him to wait his turn.
So when you ask, what are they saying?
I've talked to a couple people who are coming tonight.
They're sort of the more well-heeled Palm Beach folks.
Who hobnob with Donald Trump here.
One of them told me he's not coming.
He wants to, but he doesn't want to be in the video because he said, look, for his business, the mainstream media is trying to destroy anybody close to Donald Trump.
You know what that's like, Steve.
And I think that's part of the story here, which is that, you know, being close to Donald Trump right now, the Justice Department being politicized, being weaponized against Donald Trump and his aides.
Think about what Rudy Giuliani just went to for a few years, raiding his home, taking his phones.
And then they say, never mind, you didn't break any laws.
And after three or four years and a million dollars legal, oh well.
So some people are going to stay home.
And then I just talked to a buddy who's coming over and he said, look, I'll be in the front row.
I'm ride or die with this guy.
I love DeSantis.
This is a Florida guy who supports Trump, said love, love DeSantis.
He can wait his turn.
He could be the future of the MAGA movement, but this is Donald Trump's race to win.
And so look, he says at the rallies all the time, Trump himself, Steve, I ran twice, I won twice, I'm going to likely run a third time and win again.
That's his mindset going into tonight.
steve bannon
Okay, two things.
Number one, in Orlando today, Chris Christie addressed the RGA, really trashed Trump as being a loser, a three-time loser, not having the right candidates, not having the right program, turning off Americans, and got a standing ovation, not just from the donors, the big fat cat donors, but also from a number of the other governors.
On Capitol Hill, you had these votes today, the first round, kind of the preliminary round for leadership, not who will be speaker at the end.
But it became quite evident that Elise Stefanik was the only member that really stood up and supported Trump in a full-throated way.
In fact, the word was that Club for Growth and others really had a lot of the congressional delegation worked up.
Walk me through that.
Walk me through the tension and the pressure against Donald Trump as he announces today.
unidentified
Well, because we also saw the Club for Growth release those polls that you were talking about this morning, which I think were done by a former Ted Cruz guy, so it makes you wonder, well, is this anti-Trump, right?
And there were polls suggesting that DeSantis was leading in various key battleground states Uh, over Trump.
And so I think it actually brings back to a question you asked before, which is why is Trump doing this now?
What are people saying here?
Some of the people close to Trump that I've talked to said, look, he's waited long enough for legal reasons with the fundraising.
He's got to get in now because what you see with Christie, maybe DeSantis, these reports that maybe Paul Ryan might've sat down with DeSantis, that some of the more rhinos, the more establishment Republicans might be a forming here with the Republican Governors Association and others to say, let's stop Trump.
He's always been the anti-establishment and that's evident more now than ever.
Come in, get more than staphatic, get more endorsements, get money, and try and either clear this field or at least get his feet in here because the MAGA movement wants him.
So stop waiting.
Get in here.
He's always been the anti-establishment and that's evident more now than ever.
And even coming in here, I'd have to ask if Christie by the plane that's flying above here because there's a plane that says three-time loser DeSantis.
It's the Rhino approach.
It's flying around Mar-a-Lago.
And that just seems to be the establishment narrative because it's easy.
Of course they're going to go ahead with that because they're going to back DeSantis because they're going to back the establishment.
Donald Trump has always been the anti-establishment.
He's going to continue to be.
And he's going to be the voice of the people, the real people.
Yeah.
steve bannon
Last question for you guys.
You followed this from day one.
You could probably give the rally speech in your sleep.
What do you anticipate, what do you hope for tonight?
Is this going to be more the rally speech, kind of the litany of what we've heard?
By the way, we love the rally speeches.
Everybody, you know, it's like watching your favorite band.
But is tonight going to be different?
Are you looking for this to be more forward-looking of really the vision for America?
unidentified
Honestly, I think that's a challenge for Donald Trump because I don't know the answer yet.
I think he'd be better suited, just my humble opinion, to be looking forward, right?
But he has a tendency to look back, right?
I mean, you probably tried to pull him along a couple times in the White House with Stephen Miller and others.
This man has dug in, if you're a billionaire in your 70s, who won the White House against all odds in 2016.
You don't need advice from me.
You don't want, you know, and you know what he has done what he wants.
He's been a very successful billionaire.
He's always been about strategy.
So you have to remember too, sometimes things don't make sense with him yet they're strategic in a way that you turn around and you realize there's brilliance in it, even though you maybe don't agree with the approach initially.
And I understand Steve, you get it.
You've got your finger on the pulse of the MAGA movement.
People say in the MAGA movement, don't move on from 2020, fix 2020 so it doesn't happen again.
Now we see fraud in 2022 and people are saying, don't just move on.
However, I get all that.
But if you want to win in 2024, directly to your question, I'll go right at it.
Do you think the mom taking her kids to soccer practice and filling up the gas For groceries?
bucks and can't afford the groceries. Do you think they want to hear about 2020 or they want to hear about their future? They want to hear what you're gonna do about Biden's inflation. So I think it's a combination frankly. I get Trump wants to re-litigate some of that but he's also got to look forward.
steve bannon
What is the... tell me what the coverage is tonight.
What time can guys get you, how long are we going to go, etc.
I'll be joining later after the show, but I want people right now to know on Real America's Voice, what's in store.
unidentified
We're taking over prime time, 7 p.m.
Eastern.
We'll join John Solomon and Amanda Head at 6 p.m.
Eastern for a little peek in there, but at 7 p.m.
Eastern we're taking over a special report.
We're going to have you at the top.
We're going to have John Solomon later in the 7 Eastern Hour.
We're going to have Grant Stinchfield joining us, formerly of Newsmax.
He's a big player.
We've got some real American voices in Jupiter, Florida, near Mar-a-Lago here.
Some patriots who want to weigh in on what they want to hear from Trump.
8 o'clock live from Studio 6B out of New York.
We'll join them.
And then 9 o'clock we'll take over again with a special report.
You'll be along with us, Steve.
We're looking forward to that.
Just like we did on election night and we're riding all night long.
We're streaming this live.
We're not going to be like Fox and others that might peek in for a couple minutes.
We're in.
We're in it all night long and you'll be with us.
steve bannon
We're all in.
That's how you get the good seats.
Okay, Ed Henry, Karen Turk, look forward to seeing you guys later.
Great coverage.
Real America's Voice.
unidentified
See you then.
Nice seeing you.
steve bannon
America's Sunrise, War Room, John Solomon reports all of it.
Thanks, guys.
Okay, I want to go.
We got Liz Harrington, a senior communications strategist for President Trump, formerly the executive editor of the War Room.
Liz, put us in the room there.
A couple of years in the making, but it looks like this could be game day, ma'am.
unidentified
Well, that's right, Steve.
I haven't seen this many fake news around me in quite a while.
They should have been at all the rallies going into November 8th, but we'll let that slide for now.
But no, Steve, the energy here is incredible.
Doors open at 6.30 for the MAGA faithful to come in.
And look, the moment is now.
It really is.
Our country is, we've all seen it, down such a perilous path.
We know who delivered.
It was President Trump for the American people.
He's ready to do it again, and we cannot wait to hear what he has to say come 9 p.m.
steve bannon
Ed, look, Real America's Voice and War Room, we're all in throughout the evening.
What's the word on, you know, Fox, CNN?
Are they all going to cover this live, or are they still going to try to have embargo a lot of this stuff?
They've been trying to shut him down to the American people.
unidentified
I think we've seen those games throughout the 2020 campaign.
They don't think that, they don't want the American people to hear directly from, you know, the biggest leader of the greatest political movement in our history.
So I do suspect they'll try to, you know, censor and cut away.
However, the people are anxious to hear from him.
So they will go right around the major networks if they do indeed cut away.
They'll go to Real America's Voice.
They'll go to RSVN.
They'll go to OAN.
So many other independent media.
Because that's what you have to do now.
We do not have the First Amendment.
It's under attack.
And this is another reason why President Trump has set the date right here today.
Time is of the essence.
Our country is going down a very dark path.
President Trump is the leader of the most powerful movement.
This is a movement that belongs to the people.
And President Trump is a man of the people.
you.
steve bannon
Liz, we look forward to getting you back on the show later in the evening.
We'll be here all night.
Liz Harrington, senior communications strategist to President Trump, former executive editor of The War Room.
Liz, thank you very much.
unidentified
much for talking to you late in the evening. Okay, welcome back. You've You're in the War Room.
steve bannon
It is Tuesday, 15 November, the year of Erlo 2022.
There's massive news going all over.
The place from the southern border where the flood is about to start down there because Title 42 has been lifted by a federal judge.
Abbott's declared an invasion of the border of Texas.
Of course, Carrie Lake hammers on in Arizona.
We're going to go to Ben Burquham in a second, but I'm going to go back to Mar-a-Lago.
With the center of gravity of the biggest political news of probably the year, the next couple of years, Donald J. Trump in a big announcement today from his place in Mar-a-Lago.
I want to go to Boris Epstein.
Boris, thank you for joining us.
Set the stage there.
This has been the culmination of a lot of work, a lot of dedicated effort.
Put us in the room.
What is this about today?
Why are we doing this a week after the election?
Why are we doing this a week before Thanksgiving?
This is all a tad unusual, sir.
boris epshteyn
Steve, I'm proud to be here, honored to be with you, honored to be with the audience, and it's great to be back on camera.
I lost a couple of pounds, especially for this.
That's why I've been doing the phone-ins.
But in all seriousness, it is an honor to be here today.
I will tell you, Steve, you and I are veterans of a lot of these, going back to 2016, 2020, now, the midterm elections.
Their buzz in the room now is absolutely unmatched.
The American people are ready for their hero, for their leader, to bring them back, to bring America back to greatness.
And that's President Donald J. Trump.
And the room is filling up.
I'll tell you, this riser here, you know the room well, Steve.
The big ballroom at beautiful Mar-a-Lago, set up horizontally.
The riser for the press takes up about a quarter of the room itself.
Maybe a thousand people in the room today.
When the president makes his big announcement as we march toward 2024, march toward greatness for the United States of America.
steve bannon
Boris, how many seats?
People haven't had the opportunity and the pleasure to go there.
That ballroom, when it's horizontal, is literally massive.
It looks like a couple of football fields.
You have the riser that takes up a quarter with hundreds of news organizations from all over the world.
How many seats are there?
There are 1,000 seats?
500 seats?
How many people are actually going to be there and actually in the audience?
boris epshteyn
Just move back.
I'll move myself out of the way a little bit.
If you look at the chairs there, for those of you who are looking on camera, you've got about 600 seats there, and then there's SRO, standing room only space, and then the riser, and then the filing area for the press takes about a quarter of the room.
You've got all the mainstream media here, and of course, the big names.
Most importantly, War Room is here.
The War Room posse is well represented.
Huge contingent.
Everybody from Captain Bannon to Natalie Winters.
Of course, you've got Liz Harrington.
She's doing special reporting for you.
War Room is here, and the War Room continues to be the beating heart of the MAGA movement under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump.
And Steve, I'll tell you this, it's a big day for all of us.
It's a big day for you, it's a big day for me, and I will tell you, it does feel a little bit nostalgic, but it's also, much more importantly, optimistic.
The now is where we fix our country, we fix our border, we fix runaway inflation, we fix the gas prices, we fix the fact that we don't have an election system in this country, and we get our country back.
And let me say loud and clear, anybody, anybody, you know, Club for Growth, anybody playing games, if you want to mess around, if you want to stand on the train tracks, you watch the train coming at you, and it's going to come fast, and it's going to come hard.
steve bannon
Well, I want to talk about some of those games.
I hate to bring up unpleasant topics, but we are in the War Room.
New York Post is reporting... They are pleasant topics.
boris epshteyn
They're pleasant, Steve.
They're pleasant topics.
They're pleasant topics because we crushed the Club for Growth in 2016 when David McIntosh was on TV against, including against yours truly, and absolutely attacking President Donald J. Trump.
Then they wanted to be best friends with the President, and now, you know, they're doing their Weathervane thing.
They could do that if they choose, but it's a positive because we will win again.
steve bannon
Look, of course, Club for Growth was against Trump in 2014 and 2015.
You know, 2015 was really bad.
But I want to make sure people don't forget 2015.
2015, in the first debate, you know, Megyn Kelly and the Fox crew came after Donald Trump, really tried to kneecap him in that first debate, going through his old Twitter feed and his old Facebook postings about Rosie O'Donnell, a bunch of other nonsense.
Kind of the drive-by media that That Rush Limbaugh warned us about, right?
And I hear it, New York Post is reporting, people are reporting that Murdoch really kind of, not threatened Trump, but said, hey, we're not going to support you.
He had a phone call.
We're not going to support you.
Fox is not going to be there.
You're not going to get coverage.
And even if you win the nomination, we're going to back the Democrat.
Is Fox and CNN and these networks, are they going to give live coverage of this major event tonight and cover it as news?
boris epshteyn
Yes.
steve bannon
Are they going to, are they going to have counsel call, do you think they're going to cancel the president?
boris epshteyn
They're going to be covering this live.
From everything I know, there's going to be a ton of live coverage all up and down the spectrum.
Now let me say this very clearly, Steve.
Let me say it to the War Room Posse.
Let me say it to the MAGA movement under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump.
The president has always, has always fought outside the system.
He's fought the establishment, he's fought the swamp, and he's doing it again.
And let me tell you something, in the president's language, we're hot right now.
If you look around on this riser, you look behind me, you look all over Mar-a-Lago, and if you look all over Florida, all over the United States of America, the president's If you look at the political poll, political board and consult today, you know, put aside the fake polling being done by Club for Growth and others, real polling has the president up 15% on the next person.
And that's after all the negative press from a week ago.
I'll tell you, that's going to be going up to 25, 30, 35% margin for President Trump as we dominate, as we dominate the path toward 2024.
steve bannon
What is tonight?
Talk to us about tonight.
Is this going to be his vision?
Remember, where America was in 2019 before the CCP virus hit was just unbelievable.
His economic program, his geopolitical program, his economic program, the financial program.
Tonight, is this going to be, and I hate people saying politics is about the future.
It's not.
It's about the past, the present, and the future.
But is Trump going to give his vision for where he sees where America has to go?
boris epshteyn
Full spectrum dominance tonight, Steve.
It's going to be a robust speech, it's going to be a positive speech, optimistic speech, and also a realistic speech.
The President is going to lay out for the American people where we were under his leadership, where we are now, and where we're going into the future under his leadership.
Because under President Trump's leadership, we're going to have a border again.
We're going to have full-spectrum energy dominance again.
We're going to have economic dominance again.
We will put the fecklessness, the sadness of Joe Biden and the establishment, the unit party, behind us under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump.
steve bannon
By the way, is it a coincidence for us?
You know we don't believe in conspiracies, and we also don't believe in coincidences.
Is there a coincidence that Governor Abbott today, of all days, declared an invasion on the border of Texas, and a remedy, really lifted off of Kerry Lake's speeches, that he would implement immediately?
Is that random, what Governor Abbott did today, sir?
boris epshteyn
Well, here's what I will tell you.
As you said, no conspiracies, no coincidences.
What is clear as day is President Trump continues to lead the country, continues to lead the MAGA movement, and all the American people, and those who are taking their cues for him, are doing so smartly, including the big win just a few minutes ago for Elise Stefanik, a GOP conference chair in the House.
Big win for her.
Congratulations to Chairman Elise Stefanik.
A win for MAGA.
President Trump continues to lead our country.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to talk about that because up on Capitol Hill, Elise Stefanik came out and gave a full-throated defense of President Trump and support of President Trump.
We heard that there was a lot of activity at Club for Growth and others in the conference.
Talk to me about those votes today.
How important were they and what do they mean for President Trump and the Trump movement?
boris epshteyn
Very important win for MAGA there, with at least the final endorsement by President Trump.
That's a 2-1 win for her as GOP conference chair.
There was a big fight for WIP.
It looks like Tom Emmer won because the rest of the vote was split.
And the rest of the leadership, the Speaker is going to be obviously determined by the full House when it comes time on January 3rd, 2023.
But overall, what you're seeing, we've been seeing this, Steve, you and I talked about it within 24 hours of last Tuesday, when of course all the usual pundits piled on and people, the idiots on Twitter, oh, the age of Trump is over.
Wrong.
Wrong.
Just as we persevered in 2015, as we persevered in 2016, as we persevered in 2020 and 2021, as we've stood on the beach time and time again, President Trump continues to dominate Let me tell you, there's no further proof needed for that than this room I'm in right now.
President Trump is dominating, he is leading, and MAGA is more ascendant and stronger than ever.
steve bannon
Last question, Boris.
It's the tale of the two Christies today at the RGA.
Chris Christie ripped on President Trump and got a standing ovation by the big donors.
Christie Nome, the governor of South Dakota, ripped on Ronna McDaniel and said she was not fit to continue as the head of the RNC.
Give us your assessment of those RGA speeches today.
boris epshteyn
Well, first of all, the RG, as we know, has been run by way too many rhinos.
And hey, Chris Christie's still sad about whatever job he didn't get or whatever snack he didn't get.
That's his problem.
That's not our issue.
Chris Christie can go out there and he can run his mouth, but he's absolutely irrelevant.
He's mad about it.
He missed his chance when he hugged Barack Obama in 2012.
Well, you know what, Chris, that was 10 years ago.
It's time to forgive yourself and time to stop embarrassing yourself in public.
And as far as Kristi Noem is concerned, Kristi Noem continues to be a leader of the base and speak truth to a lot of people in power.
We'll see what happens at the RNC level.
But Kristi Noem, somebody who just scored a big victory because of an endorsement by President Donald J. Trump, continues to be a leader in the movement.
There's no two ways about it.
steve bannon
Boris, we know you've got a lot to get to.
You've got to go back and talk to President Trump and work with him before the speech.
What's your social media?
People want to follow you.
They want to get the morning news where they go.
boris epshteyn
Steve, again I want to thank you.
I want to thank the War Room Posse.
I want to thank everyone in the audience.
There's so much love for you here.
Love personally from me, from the MAGA movement, and of course from President Donald J. Trump.
It's an honor to be with you on this huge night as we march to take back America under the leadership of President Trump.
My information, hot on the website, BorisCP.com, hot on BorisCP.com, hot on Getter at BorisCP, on Twitter at BorisCP, hot on Truth Social at Boris, and the hottest on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein.
Stay strong, God bless, all eyes on Mar-a-Lago and President Trump, and I'll talk to you later.
steve bannon
Thank you Boris Epstein.
OK, we've got a lot of activity.
We have two of our former, my former co-host, Jason Miller, is going to join us at six o'clock.
He's now a senior communication advisor and head of getter for President Trump.
Also, we have Liz Harrington coming back at 630.
We've got an entire team down at Mar-a-Lago.
Captain Bannon, our new executive editor, Natalie Winters, Calamity Jane Zirkle.
We have our head of social media, Nicole McGrady.
And of course, the Queen of the Trolls, Grace Chong, is there.
All of them.
We're going to get to everybody today.
We've got Ben Burquam at the Capitol in Arizona.
We're going to go to Ben next on Real American Voice.
War Room.
See you in a moment.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bach.
steve bannon
OK, welcome back.
It's Tuesday, 15 November in the year of our Lord, 2022, and we are live in Mar-a-Lago.
We're going to go right back in a second, but I got to go to Ben Burquam.
Ben's at the state capitol in Arizona.
Ben, we've got a lot of Cary Lake to go to.
There's a lot of activity that is driving towards the force this... This election, impossible.
Zero possibility this thing can be certified, given what we know about the activities there.
And people should understand, there's a lot of activity going on behind the scenes.
To make sure that all the information and data is pulled together.
But don't think that Carrie Lake's not going to fight this one down to the bitter end, because she is going to fight this one down to the bitter end.
But let's go to Texas.
Ben Berquam, you've probably done more than anybody on the border in Mexico.
Breaking news.
Title 42 lifted today.
Abbott declares an invasion of Texas.
It looked like it was the Carrie Lake plan, and it's on the same day as President Trump's announcement.
Ben, give us some perspective.
What's going on in Texas, sir?
ben bergquam
Well, just to give you an idea, this is, we've been saying this forever, it's all connected.
What we see going on here in Arizona is directly connected to what's going on in Texas right now, and globally what we're seeing, the globalist leftist takeover, attempted takeover of America.
What's crazy is to think that you've got, basically what you have here in Arizona are the McCain Republicans allying with the Democrats to support the cartels.
That's really what we see going on here in Arizona.
The cartels do not want Kerry Lake in office.
The literal cartels, not just the cartels in D.C., but they don't want Kerry Lake in office.
And then you have this district judge, D.C.
district judge, Emmett Sullivan, out of D.C., coming out and saying that Title 42 is arbitrary and capricious.
It's absolutely insane.
We have an invasion on our southern border.
Governor Abbott should have done this months ago, if not over a year ago.
I'll believe it when I see it, though.
You know, he's used the words before.
Until National Guard troops are actually used to repel the invasion, I just take it at lip service.
But that's what needs to happen.
Governor Abbott, if you're watching this, you need to take the National Guard, you need to put them on the border, you need to stop the people from coming in, stop the invasion.
But that's the scary thing here in Arizona.
That's what the stakes are.
If the Democrats are able to steal it here, they are giving Arizona to the cartels.
steve bannon
You know, the mainstream media reports all the time that Carrie Lake was the election denier.
If you followed that campaign, unless Vaughn Higgins, this guy, has really pressed her on it, her campaign wasn't about that at all.
What she said, her number one thing, is that her hand would come off the Bible, and she would declare an invasion of Arizona.
That's right.
It would be quite controversial.
Number one.
She was going to confront Biden.
She was going to confront Biden.
Katie Hobbs is the opposite end of the spectrum.
That's why it's implied Katie Hobbs did not win this election, and that will be proven.
Ben, this is the central issue down there.
It's one of the central issues in the United States.
Are you saying you believe Governor Abbott is just purely performative?
You don't believe?
Because if you look at the list, it looks like he took Carrie Lake's plan and kind of, you know, basically put it on Twitter today.
On President Trump's announcement day, of the big announcement, that he's really trying to steal some thunder there, but lift it off Kerry.
Like, you think it's completely performative.
You don't believe any of this stuff from Abbott.
ben bergquam
Well, look, like I said, he's said a lot before.
Actually, I was in a press conference where he said National Guard troops were being used to repel the invasion.
This was about a month and a half ago down in Texas.
And I confronted him on it.
I said, with all due respect, sir, I'm down there on the border.
They do not repel anybody.
All you're doing is simply burning money.
And again, until I actually see that being done, to me it's lip service.
It is interesting that he chose to do it on the day that President Trump's going to announce his third term run for For White House again, I think there's definitely something to do with it there.
There may be something, he may have got wind that this judge was going to knock down Title 42 as well.
But bottom line, until the rubber meets the road, until he actually does it and forces the federal government to come and stop him, again, I want to see it.
Governor Abbott, I want to see it.
Stop the invasion.
Prove me wrong.
steve bannon
By the way, for all of the War and Posse, all of our folks down in Texas, understand, Title 42, Todd Bensman said, when that thing's lifted, it's really going to increase the evasion.
It's going to be like the floodgates are open.
ben bergquam
Floodgates are open.
steve bannon
Ben, you hang on.
We're going to come back and talk about the cartels.
We're going to talk about Cary Lake and the cartels, and talk about what's going on in the Cary Lake election down in Arizona.
I want to go back to Mar-a-Lago.
Mo Bannon, we've got a complete crew down there.
Mo, here's the question I've got for you.
We sent you out and you followed more of the grassroots campaigns, probably day to day, than anybody on our staff.
This is a big night for the grassroots.
Talk to me about the enthusiasm in the room.
Can you feel the energy building?
maureen bannon
You can.
You have a lot of different news organizations, as the previous guests have mentioned.
You know, wall-to-wall, the risers are packed in here.
But the grassroots movement knows that when President Trump announces tonight that it's time to hit the ground running.
We cannot take a day off.
We have to start the campaign process, you know, on day one, from the grassroots all the way up.
steve bannon
So you're looking for muzzle velocity.
You know, we've got a whole team down there and you guys are going to be what we call embeds.
You're going to be very close to the campaign.
But you want muzzle velocity.
You want to fire off the football immediately with the grassroots?
maureen bannon
I want the grassroots to know that we have no time to rest.
This is a fight And we cannot take a day off.
We need to start, you know, day one.
Even if it's small day one, we need to start day one in this process going forward.
steve bannon
How about if all the people down there are going to say, hey, look, we hear you, Mo, and we love Trump and everything like that, but we got Ron DeSantis.
We got to take a look at some other people.
So what about the, what about the Ron DeSantis of it all?
The governor DeSantis, who's done a really great job as governor of Florida.
maureen bannon
He has done a great job as governor of Florida and the citizens of Florida want him to stay their governor.
And we see, we see the MAGA base here excited for president Trump coming in.
There were people lined up for like hours ago this morning with their Trump 2024 flags.
Um, so we know that the base is strong and that people want the announcement tonight and are looking forward to the announcement tonight.
steve bannon
What's your social media?
We got a whole crew down there now on social media.
What's your social media handle?
People can follow you, particularly you and Grace doing, and Jane doing these streams.
How do people get to you?
maureen bannon
So they can follow me on Getter and Twitter at Maureen underscore Bannon and also on Instagram at real Maureen Bannon.
steve bannon
I don't know what we've, we've unleashed five tigers down there.
This is going to be wild.
Five savage angels are loose down in Mar-a-Lago.
Captain Bennett, thank you very much.
Look forward to talking to you later in the second hour.
maureen bannon
Thank you.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to go now to one of the smartest young men in this movement, Pedro Gonzalez.
He's going to be over tonight.
They haven't let the officials in, and he's one of the most important people in the MAGA movement.
Pedro, first off, your thoughts about what happened on Capitol Hill today?
You saw the outcome of these You know, the leader got 188 votes.
McCarthy got 188 to 31.
Andy Biggs came on the show today, said he's going to run for Speaker.
He's going to lead the House Freedom Caucus.
Only 31 noes, given the percentage, because they say, oh, he got more votes than Pelosi, or he got as many votes as Pelosi and Ryan, but they had worse percentages because the number's so low, the 219 and 220.
What's your thoughts?
What's your thoughts about these elections for House leadership today?
unidentified
My thoughts are that House leadership needs to be completely liquidated.
I mean, you can't look at the midterm elections and conclude that any of these people deserve to keep their jobs.
But unfortunately, things seem to be moving in that direction.
There are people that are kind of rationalizing the continuation of McCarthy's leadership.
It's hard for me to compromise on this issue, especially given how McCarthy actively undermined people like Joe Kent in Washington and Anthony Sabatini in Florida.
Today, it seems like Tom Emmer is going to retain his position as whip.
Emmer is a guy who said that divisive social issues have no business on the House floor.
McConnell, obviously, I think McConnell is the most egregious because it's not only that McConnell is unpopular, it's that he also I mean, you could say that McCarthy seems to understand that his position is threatened.
McConnell doesn't care.
McConnell thinks that he's just going to continue doing what he's going to do, and you're going to like it, and there's nothing you can do about it.
So I think this is the hard truth, is that GOP leadership looks like it might emerge from the catastrophe of the midterm elections unscathed.
And I think that one of the only people that can do anything about that is Donald Trump, by using his pulpit to bully GOP leadership.
And we're all waiting and hoping for that to happen.
steve bannon
So connect it then to what's happening in Mar-a-Lago tonight.
You see the energy, you see the power of Trump with the base, even Politico and these guys saying, hey, besides all the happy talk, this guy controls the vast majority of voters in the Republican Party.
And maybe some people now saying, hey, maybe we take a look at other people.
But Trump's really the leader of this America First movement.
If you've got America First in Mar-a-Lago and you're invited there with Russ Vought and so many other America First and MAGA intellectuals, public intellectuals that are thinking through policies, how do you connect that or square that with what's going on in Capitol Hill right now, which clearly there's a bunch of people there that are just simply not America First?
unidentified
Yeah, I mean, it's really difficult to look at the America First movement, which seems to be more angry, also maybe more demoralized, but definitely more riled up than it has been in a long time.
And in no small part, that's due to the fact that after the midterm elections, what was the thing that you heard?
That America First is dead.
pedro gonzalez
That the midterm elections were a kind of referendum against the culture war ushered in by America First, and that we need to revert back to a more moderate version of George W. Bushism, right?
unidentified
We have to retreat into the scrawny arms of Paul Ryan and abandon the America First movement altogether.
So understandably, the base is riled up.
But again, I think this is kind of the paradox, is that you recently had Trump, who endorsed McCarthy to continue his leadership.
But it seems like his base overwhelmingly disagrees with him, and for good reason.
McCarthy is the establishment.
So if we're going to get serious about taking on the establishment, then we cannot continue to endorse the establishment, whether that's Kevin McCarthy or Ronald McDaniel or whoever.
These people need to go.
steve bannon
What happens?
Chris Christie absolutely trashed President Trump.
The RGA meeting had all the big donors up in Orlando.
He trashed President Trump and got a standing ovation, a full-throated standing ovation.
What does that tell you?
unidentified
It tells me that after Trump announces this thing is going to become very bloody, very fast, and there's going to be a full court press to not only ensure that Trump doesn't become the nominee, but also that this whole thing will result in the end of the America First movement once and for all.
I mean, I think that is my impression.
But it was a foregone conclusion, right?
This is something that people have been wanting to do for a long time.
steve bannon
Real quickly, we're running out of time.
We've got about 60 seconds.
What would you like to see out of the speech tonight?
What is Pedro Gonzalez looking for in this speech?
unidentified
I want to see Trump, with regard to the establishment, declare war.
I think that we need someone who is actually really going to fulfill the radical promises and implications of the slogan America First, which I think gets overused so much that we lose its meaning.
We really forget what those words actually mean and just how radical and threatening they are to the establishment, right?
So I think I want that, but at the same time, I also want Trump, I would like to hear him hit a note of unity.
But basically, I mean, in the background is the whole feud with DeSantis, right?
I actually think the most counterproductive thing that could happen right now would be some kind of a bloody feud between basically the DeSantis camp and the Trump camp.
It might be inevitable, and maybe I'm just, you know, wishfully thinking here, but ultimately the only people that that would really serve, a kind of pyrrhic fight between these two camps, would ultimately be the establishment.
steve bannon
Pedro, how do people get to you at Chronicles Magazine?
What's your social media?
It's a great magazine.
How do they get there?
unidentified
ChroniclesMagazine.org, and I'm on social media everywhere at E-F-E-R-I-E-I-C-U-S.
steve bannon
You must read Pedro.
One of the smartest young men in our movement.
Pedro Gonzalez.
We're looking for your analysis after the speech.
Short commercial break.
Back to Mar-a-Lago.
Back, our executive editor, Natalie Winters.
Next, in The War Room.
unidentified
Getter has arrived.

The platform for independent thought has arrived.
Superior technology.
No more selling your personal data.
No more censorship.
No more cancel culture.
Enough.
Getter has arrived.
It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
Download now.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to go back to Mar-a-Lago, our executive editor, and Natalie Winters.
Natalie, it's a, you know, Boris is there early, looks like he's out of something like the Rat Pack, right?
But he's a wartime consigliere.
You've got Jason Miller's going to be up at six.
We've got Liz Harrington coming back.
We've got, you know, we've had Pedro Gonzalez.
You've got a lot of kind of the toughest thinkers.
And people that get things done in the Trump movement.
What's the sense here tonight?
I know it's celebratory, but people also have to understand this is a hard, tough road.
Not just for the nomination, where Trump is obviously dominant, but you got a lot of money, the Ken Griffiths of the world, the globalists don't want Trump around and they want to crush America first, but then in the general election.
Give me your sense of tonight as the jumping off point of that.
unidentified
Sure.
natalie winters
Well, I think the narrative is that people have lost interest in Trump, right?
People have moved on.
But I think the fact that I'm here standing on a riser surrounded by really every single mainstream media outlet, I sort of feel like I'm in enemy territory.
But they're all here.
They all know that the news that's about to break tonight, that President Trump is going to announce he's running for president, really is the news of not just the day, but I think the month.
It's really the most important thing going on in the news cycle right now, and people are obviously tuned in.
But I think it really, as we were talking about this morning, really proves the juxtaposition, the parallel, the dichotomy between Joe Biden right now on stage at the G20, coming on the heels of COP 27, talking about climate change, all of these other issues that we know the globalists love to exploit.
for power and control.
And I think that Donald Trump is sort of the foil to that, the voice of reason, the person who's calling for accountability and action as opposed to amnesty like the Atlantic so infamously called for not too long ago.
But the energy here right now, I mean, maybe CNN and some of the other outlets next to me don't agree with me, but it is palpable from the pro-Trump wing of things.
You know, we saw a ton of people as we were driving in who are just so excited, been standing out there all day.
The press corps seems really excited to be here.
We've seen people going in and out of the ballroom.
Just excited.
I think, you know, not to sound cliche, but really hope for this country that we've just haven't felt in a very long time.
steve bannon
Do you think Governor Abbott announcing an invasion on the southern border on Trump's day of announcement, do you think that's a random event?
Is that a coincidence, Natalie Winters?
natalie winters
Not at all.
I think the Trump 2016 victory was in part about trade, you know, not just free trade, but fair trade and going after the Chinese Communist Party.
but it was also about immigration and particularly illegal immigration, the key suppressor of wages for working class Americans. So that issue is really just two separate sides of the same coin. So it all sort of works in, in convergence in the sense that illegal immigration in tandem with the Chinese Communist Party worked to undermine actual Americans, the type of people who since day one of the Biden, the illegitimate Biden regime at that, um, have been calling to declare an invasion on the Southern border just because it's not
an invasion and rich liberal enclaves like Los Angeles. Um, that doesn't mean that it's, you know, every town is in a border town. Um, and that really, I think the entire country is this face, the ramifications and the wrath of the just horrendous border policies of Joe Biden. Natalie, what's your social media?
steve bannon
We're coming back to you in the second hour, but what's your social media?
unidentified
People can follow you guys down there Natalie G. Winters on Twitter, Getter.
natalie winters
You can find me on Facebook and Instagram, too.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
OK, we're going to get back to Natalie in the second hour.
It's coming up shortly.
I want to go back, though.
Thanks, Natalie.
I want to go back to Phoenix, Arizona, the state capital.
Ben Berquam, Carrie Lake.
There's a lot of activity going on, and we understand a lot of people are coming in, but what we need now is people that actually had things happen, saw things.
You can't just have anecdotes or, you know, people, you know, some of these wild stories you hear.
What should people do, and where should people go, Ben Burquham?
ben bergquam
SaveAZNow.com.
That's the website that Kerry sent earlier today.
SaveAZNow.com.
This is to get your affidavit.
So if you witness something that you believe was either fraudulent or misconduct of any kind, if you were in a polling location, you need to get that message out there.
We are still in this battle.
Even though the mainstream media doesn't want you to believe it, there is still a very real possibility that this goes to an automatic runoff.
There's about 5,000 votes Separating this race from an automatic runoff with 40,000 plus votes still to go.
There's still a real possibility for that.
But the main thing is you've got to get your story out there.
You've got to get the truth.
unidentified
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
steve bannon
It's not a runoff.
It could be automatic recount, not a runoff.
There's not a runoff.
ben bergquam
Did I say runoff again?
Excuse me, recount, recount.
Yeah, excuse me.
unidentified
You did.
steve bannon
It's a nervous tic.
unidentified
Sorry.
ben bergquam
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Calm down, everybody.
steve bannon
Calm down, everybody.
ben bergquam
It's a recount.
steve bannon
It could trigger that.
unidentified
Yeah.
steve bannon
By the way, also I think the process that we're going to explain to people over the next couple days is the certification process, if you've ever heard of that one before.
ben bergquam
Yes.
steve bannon
The certification process.
unidentified
Yeah.
steve bannon
There's zero probability on Katie Hobbs.
The left-wing media knows it.
She never came out of her cave to debate.
She never came out of her cave to campaign.
Ben, you're going to be there for a couple days.
I know you've got other activity you want to talk about tomorrow in Mexico.
Give me all your touch points.
Where do people go and follow you?
ben bergquam
Uh, at Ben Burquam on almost all social media, at Frontline America on Parler, FrontlineAmerica.com and AmericasVoice.news, but I want to tie it all together real quick.
The reason this is so important in Mar-a-Lago, what's going on right now, it ties to what's happening in Arizona.
President Trump is all gas, no brakes.
That's why the left can't stand him.
That's why the mainstream can't stand him.
The establishment can't stand him.
And that's why the American people, this is a long battle.
We have to, we have to stay in this fight.
They want to demoralize you, but we are in this fight.
They will not steal our joy.
We're in the fight, Steve.
steve bannon
Ben Berquam, great reporting.
Look forward to getting back to you tomorrow.
We're going to be up on the live stream.
Maybe get Ben on there later.
Ben, thank you so much, brother.
ben bergquam
Appreciate it.
Yes, sir.
steve bannon
OK, we've got we're going to continue on.
We've got another hour of coverage.
Jason Miller is going to join us.
My former co-host, now the head of Getter.
He's been down in Mar-a-Lago.
I think, you know, President Trump really thinks very highly of Jason's Ideas and concepts about the communications.
I think Jason's his ideas had a lot to do with how this is staged today We got Liz Harrington our former executive editor now a communication strategist and President Trump.
She's going to join us again We've got the savage angels are down there from social media to the investigative reporting or do all that We have a couple of surprises.
We're gonna go back to Mar-a-Lago, but in the next hour We're also going to go back to Arizona, talk about what's going on there.
And, if we can, do a little more in-depth on Capitol Hill.
A lot of moving pieces.
Short commercial break.
We're going to return in a moment in War Room Battleground.
Then later, starting at 7 o'clock, I'm going to join Ed Henry and Karen Turek, Real America's Voice, for their coverage.
John Solomon, the entire Real America's Voice team.
It's gonna go all night long.
Other networks will dip in and out.
Wall to wall on Real America's Voice in the War Room.
From Mar-a-Lago.
