| They are going to haul in Chris Wray and Merrick Garland and everybody else at DOD. | ||

| And unless we have the fighters like a Jim Jordan on Judiciary and Company at every single committee, like we had Devin Nunes back on House Intel for Russiagate, we will fail. | ||
| But that's why I think we're on the precipice of a huge victory. | ||

| I'm glad there's not a unified all-in behind a single leader for the House of Representatives right now, because this is where we select the leaders of the committees, and they need unilateral authority, unlike what Paul Ryan made us do and go beg for permission to him They need unilateral authority from the Speaker of the House, and three investigations must be launched. | ||
| DOJ, FBI, all things Fauci and China virus origins, and the border. | ||
| Those are the three investigations that will restore accountability and remove the government gangsters that are in charge right now, corrupting our democracy. | ||

| How important is it for the House To confront this immediately, confront Biden on their families, not just their families, corruption and involvement with Chinese Communist Party officials, seniors, senior officials, and also industries, businesses and financially, but also the entire Biden regime's really confrontation of the CCP, really what they try to focus more in Ukraine, try to focus more on climate change all over the world than addressing this, sir. | ||
| It is of the utmost importance because the Biden regime is not doing it. | ||
| And yes, we need to look at the pay for play. | ||

| You have Donald Trump, the candidate who was toughest on the Chinese Communist Party, getting ready to launch his second presidency bid. | ||
| And I think, you know, history will show that we were on the right side of it in the sense that the corporate media, the establishment wing of the Republican Party, basically everyone who we don't want to have any associations with, Is not supporting President Trump. | ||
| But if you look out at the lines outside of Mar-a-Lago already, you can see the fact, the reflection that Donald Trump was the man who converted the Republican Party into a party for the working class, for the working people, for the average man and woman in America, not just special interests. | ||
| And I think you see that ring true by the level of support that we're seeing, not just all the way down to Mar-a-Lago, but even here, there's already been A lot of people here out at the R.A.V. | ||
| set supporting us, supporting War Room, so it's really great to see the MAGA energy out in full steam, full steam ahead. | ||

| Three in the morning, and then three in the evening, and door knocked herself. | ||
| And we saw that she was successful with that, and she won her campaign by 8%. | ||
| Now, other candidates within the MAGA movement that did not get out and do the grassroots effort, we saw them not be victorious on Tuesday. | ||
| So going forward, we need to have candidates that have a grassroots effort in their campaign in order to be successful. | ||

| But I think the deadliest export that we've ever seen, which is, of course, the rise of the Chinese Communist Party, was right here. | ||

| It was made by the people who work in the newsrooms of The New York Times. | ||
| It's made by the corporate media establishment, made by all of these so-called Republican donors who now want to back competitors to Donald Trump, people like Ken Griffin, people who really represent Wall Street. | ||
| And it's, of course, these firms who have sent billions and billions of dollars overseas to really help underwrite the rise of the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| You can see it in the fact that the corporate media establishment is so combative towards Donald Trump, in part because he takes on the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| Meanwhile, Chinese state-run media, which I frequently read, has its head in a tailspin at the thought of Donald Trump declaring a second term. | ||
| And it's no surprise, because the mainstream media has taken cash in terms of advertisements, even free trips to China from various Chinese Communist Party influence groups. | ||
| So they're effectively the mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| And their underwriters, too, of course, come from the American version, which is Wall Street, people like Ken Griffin, People have openly declared war on Trump. | ||
| And if you follow the money, all roads either lead back to sort of the American establishment or the Chinese Communist Party, which nine times out of 10 are working in tandem to subvert really the will of the American people, subvert policies that actually put the American working class first. | ||
| Because believe me, the economic model that people like Ken Griffin want, that the establishment wants, Does not work if the Chinese Communist Party is not in power and cannot subjugate and suppress their own people to effectively become slave laborers, the slave workforce over there. | ||
| Um, and frankly, I think similar conditions over here in the United States with the horrible trade deals you've seen these America last politicians push. | ||
| So it's, it's all, it all ties together and you can just see, uh, sort of from the signal, not the noise coming out of the mainstream media that Donald Trump is and will always be the number one enemy persona non grata of the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| I want to tie now, you've tied Mar-a-Lago to Beijing and what's happening in Cambodia. | ||
| Tie the front page of the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal to the votes that are going on up there for leadership and the importance, I mean, we brought you on because of policy and investigations, not so much the day-to-day of the politics of it all. | ||
| But tie it together to what's happening right now. | ||
| This leadership vote's going to happen, and then what's going to go forward. | ||
| We could have 222, 223 seats. | ||
| What is the relationship between this and what is supposed to happen in the new Congress, ma'am? | ||
| Well, I think a lot of the Republicans that you see who don't have the appetite to fight, if you trace it back, it all goes back to the donor class. | ||
| It all goes back to, you know, I like to say America lasts because that's what these people are. | ||
| But it's not just America lasts, it's the doctrine, it's the theory of managed decline. | ||
| And they know that Donald Trump is not only a shock to the system, he is the foil to managed decline. | ||
| But I think what you're seeing now, playing out in full force by the fact that Even though we should have had a majority of dozens of seats in Congress, the fact that we don't is an example of, I think, really accelerated decline, calculated decline on behalf of the Democratic Party, which of course counts the establishment wing of the Republican Party as sort of their extension, right? | ||
| It's the controlled opposition. | ||
| Um, so when you're looking at what's going on up in D.C., tying it back down here, I think it's just sort of an extension, um, of people who comprise, and even though they pretend to be America First, when the pressure's on, when it's not politically convenient for them to sort of put their neck on the line for Donald Trump, for the America First agenda, it's always been about politics and personal careers and getting ahead for some of these politicians. | ||
| Whereas for people like Donald Trump, for staunch supporters of the MAGA movement, for the kind of people We're standing right outside, right now, outside of Mar-a-Lago in the really, really intense heat. | ||
| It's about so much more than just their own personhoods, what they're doing in their own personal lives or their ambitions. | ||
| It really is a shame to see what's going on in D.C. | ||
| in terms of this House leadership race, and I hope, for God's sake, that Kevin McCarthy doesn't win. | ||
| Mo, I want to go with what Natalie's saying about America Lasts and the donors. | ||
| You know, Cash said there's going to be 10 billionaires there tonight, but this is Trump has got to win this by uniting the people in the grassroots movement. | ||

| How big a day is this for them? | ||
| And can he unite all of the different tribes of the American First Movement to lead on to victory, ma'am? | ||

| Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York filed a letter with the district court judge who authorized the search warrant for Rudy Giuliani's electronic devices back in April of 2021 that said that this investigation is terminated. | ||
| There will be no criminal charges. | ||
| This is not news to us because, quite frankly, I've been saying that for three years to the U.S. | ||
| Attorney's Office. | ||
| And you have to remember that this was not just one search warrant, but two. | ||
| Because after the search of the premises of Mr. Giuliani and his offices, we were notified that almost two years before that, they had obtained a search warrant for Rudy Giuliani's iCloud account. | ||
| So we have two different search warrants promoted by presumably two different applicants making claims that Rudy Giuliani, there was probable cause to believe that Rudy Giuliani committed a crime and that evidence of that crime existed on his iCloud account or in his electronic devices. | ||
| The statement yesterday by the U.S. | ||
| Attorney's Office indicates that whoever those affidavits were, those statements were lies. | ||
| They lied to a federal judge, which is a federal crime. | ||
| So it'll be interesting to see if they go after the people that they used as affidavits for those two search warrants. | ||
| But basically the way it worked in this case with the electronic devices was we had a special master because Rudy's a lawyer and he has a number of clients and there would be a lot of attorney-client privilege, work product privilege and of course executive privilege because he was the president's lawyer documents on his electronic devices. | ||
| So the Special Master would get the material from the FBI and the U.S. | ||
| Attorney's Office and send it to me. | ||
| I would then go through all of it and make determinations as to what we claimed was privileged, the Special Master would rule upon it, and, if necessary, the judge would be the tying vote. | ||
| We never had any problem with the Special Master, Barbara Jones. | ||
| She did a terrific job. | ||
| And all along, we had said to the U.S. | ||
| Attorney's Office, starting three years ago, Rudy Giuliani didn't do anything wrong. | ||
| We are so confident in that that we are willing to waive the Fifth Amendment and come in and answer any questions you might have. | ||
| There was one simple proviso. | ||
| Just tell us what the subject matter was. | ||
| And the reason for that is Rudy's involved in a thousand different things. | ||
| And before you're going to go in and talk to the prosecutors, you at least should know what the subject matter is. | ||
| They refused to do that for reasons that are inexplicable to me. | ||
| For about two years and then finally in February of this year they relented. | ||
| They told us what their investigation was about. | ||
| We agreed to come in because we keep our word and we did. | ||
| Rudy Giuliani was interviewed by I think five assistant U.S. | ||
| attorneys and maybe four FBI agents for maybe four hours. | ||
| We answered every one of their questions. | ||
| Rudy even volunteered to give them passwords to two electronic devices that the FBI was unable to get into. | ||
| That showed them how much we believed he didn't do anything wrong. | ||
| And the statement yesterday, filed in federal court, affirms that. | ||
| Rudy Giuliani is and has always been an innocent man. | ||
| But there's another proviso to that. | ||
| Think about this. | ||
| During that time period of almost 18 months that they had his electronic devices, some of that information dated all the way back to the time right after he was mayor of the city of New York. | ||
| So essentially, the U.S. | ||
| Attorney's Office got a look at Rudy Giuliani's electronic life since 1991 or 1992. | ||
| All the way to the present. | ||
| We had initially asked the judge to narrow that, and the judge refused to do so. | ||
| So basically, this statement yesterday, that Rudy Giuliani is not subject to any criminal prosecution, means that throughout that entire time period, these prosecutors didn't see a single thing that they think violated the law. | ||
| Because if they had discovered something, they would have indicted him for that. | ||
| And they didn't. | ||
| So, basically they've given a clean bill of health. | ||
| to Rudy Giuliani, which is exactly what we've been saying for three years. | ||
| Yes, Steve? | ||
| Bob Costello is one of the unsung heroes of this movement. | ||
| He's one of the toughest lawyers out there and took this on and fought for Rudy and made sure he was free. | ||
