Speaker Time Text
unidentified
Since the first round of ballots were counted, and after tonight, meaning Sunday night's results, it's clear that this will not change.
We are also hearing from Democrats who are projected to win here in the state of Arizona, and they are urging those Trump-endorsed candidates to accept these election results, even if they don't go their way.
The question is, Jake, are any of them listening?
jake tapper
And Kyung, Kerry Lake, as you know, has been a big election liar.
She spreads all the false claims about the results of the 2020 election.
She is also reluctant to say whether she would accept the results of her own governor's race if she loses.
So, given this unstable approach, how is she reacting to the close vote totals?
unidentified
Well, we're seeing a slightly different tactic today.
After last night, really the campaign going completely radio silent today, started posting again and again, as well as on multiple campaign support sites, that they wanted their followers, their supporters, to check their ballots.
We're seeing that narrative being picked up by further right agents and social media saying that this is leading to questions, Jake, on whether or not this process is legitimate at all.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome.
It's Monday, 14 November in the year of her Lord 2022.
You notice Jake Tapper and CNN doesn't play anything about the debacle, the humiliation, the disaster that is the Arizona election or the Arizona election.
Okay, a complete humiliating debacle.
Now we're about to enter what day seven and they're going to bleed out more ballots.
Who knows?
They put out these, you know, warnings every couple hours of what's outstanding, who's doing what.
You look up at the Indian, the reservations, you know, those numbers hang there for three or four days.
You got numbers coming in from Pima County.
Nobody knows, you know, whether mail-in ballots or new mail-in ballots dropped off.
What's the denominator?
What's the process?
It's an embarrassing, humiliating.
Here's the thing.
The people in Arizona, this whole process, which has been two years in the making, nothing cleaned up like in Florida, nothing cleaned up even the little bit they did in Georgia.
Nothing cleaned up at all.
This was fought by Bill Gates and Steve Richards.
And of course, Ducey did nothing.
Brnovich did nothing.
All these established Republicans just sat there, sat there, did absolutely nothing when they had the ability to do it.
And this is what you got.
This is not us saying it.
Look at throughout the world.
How could this possibly knowing that they're going to be knowing that the Trump supporters carry lake supporters were going to vote on game day and had talked to business about this for over a year?
How could they not possibly be prepared?
And then there's so many process mistakes, so many lies, so many misrepresentations.
I want to bring in Ben Birkholm.
I guess you're one of the further right guys.
And now it's getting documented.
It's all being documented by lawyers.
It's being documented with affidavits.
It's being documented by citizens.
What Carrie Lake won't allow, and this movement won't allow, is the disenfranchisement of citizens of this country Citizens of Arizona, whether you're a Democrat, an Independent, or Republican, it doesn't matter what your political beliefs are.
It's about that in a free and fair and transparent election, That we see exactly what's going on.
Ben Berquam, report from the field.
By the way, MTG is going to join us in a second about this.
A real throwdown on the speakers fight.
We got Boris Epstein who's en route to Mar-a-Lago for this announcement tomorrow.
Jack Passoby is going to join us about Arizona.
We got a lot going on.
So let's start with Brother Berquam.
Give us a sense.
You're outside of Maricopa County.
I think MITEC.
What's happening?
ben bergquam
Well, you know, we've been talking about this the whole time, Steve.
It's like Groundhog Day.
It feels like it's happening all over again.
A lot of people have that sense that the fix was in.
And the crazy thing was, you know, a lot of people have mixed emotions about people coming down here.
There's a small group of people out here right now.
Uh, rallying against what's going on.
But I gotta tell you, the people I met on Saturday out here that were praying around the building... No, no, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
steve bannon
There's no stop, stop, stop, stop, stop.
Individual stories are fine.
You don't need any people, there's no mixed... Right now, you don't need any people down at the building.
What people need, if you want to pray, there's plenty of places to pray.
What we need is the people inside to complete whatever this process is.
Go ahead.
ben bergquam
This is what needs to happen.
What I'm saying is, what we learned on Saturday was even news to me.
Now, I was out there all day on election day, and I witnessed multiple locations.
We all know the stories.
The tabulator's down.
But now we're getting stories, and now we're starting to get affidavits on this.
I know that's what Carrie Lake's team's working on.
That there were actually two things, two stories that I heard that were just outrageous.
Ballots Gage was one of the guys I interviewed.
He was running one of the poll stations.
They ran out of boxes, secure boxes to put the ballots in.
He said he called the election office.
They said put them in black trash bags and use zip ties to tie the bags up.
Clearly not secure chain of custody.
Clearly, no way to determine whether or not those ballots were manipulated or not.
The other one that I heard, and this is a ... Everyone that's out there that's watching, if you have stories like this ...
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Slow down, slow down, slow down, slow down.
These stories are interesting, but they're only relevant if people are prepared to go and sign affidavits under penalty of perjury and actually put their name on it and give what their position was.
We've had people inundated.
We're passing them on to lawyers that people can go.
And by the way, gotta be vetted.
Some people see something that may be not accurate, but they gotta go through a process.
Keep going.
ben bergquam
That's exactly right.
So we have to get the affidavits.
Telling it on camera does no good.
You have to get in and get the affidavit.
So the other story that I heard, again, that we need to get the affidavit on, is they were actually taking ballots from Box 3, the notorious Box 3, and combining them into Box 2.
So basically, we're taking ballots that haven't been counted and adding them into boxes that have been counted.
And that begs the question, why were there only 17,000 Box 3 ballots when we heard story after story?
That number should have well been over 50,000 in my estimation, talking to the people on the ground.
But bottom line is, so a couple things need to happen right now.
Keri Lake's team is working on this right now.
First off, you have to cure your vote.
Everybody who voted in Arizona needs to go and verify that their vote was counted.
And if it wasn't counted, there's a website you can go to, ArizonaGOP, where you can go to it, or you can just go to kerilake.com forward slash cure to cure those ballots.
That's what they're working on heavily right now.
That's one of the biggest concerns.
And the other side of that, secondarily, are the affidavits.
Now, all of that being said, we still have 160,000, roughly 158,000 outstanding ballots.
Pinal County came in today with a small number of ballots, but shifted by a thousand votes towards Cary Lake, so it's under 25,000 that separates them now.
Cary needs to win 60%, roughly, 58 to 60% to win the election of the outstanding 158,000 plus ballots that are still out there, which is expected.
If you look at the numbers that were coming in, the problem is what has been expected these last few drops, it's that we're getting some anomalies.
So there's a lot of questions, Steve.
And again, it just feels like Groundhog Day all over again, not to mention not the least of which is you've got guys like Bill Gates who were a part of a pack
During the primary and afterwards that we're working to go after Carrie Lake and these are the people we have we have Bill Gates and we have Katie Hobbs overseeing this election Against somebody who obviously they have a conflict of interest about it's just it's outrageous to your point and Jake Tapper I mean what a joke if you can't look at what's going on here and see just the outright either in Intentional negligence or worse you are absolutely blind.
I think it's clear that they see it.
steve bannon
They just don't want to talk All they have to do is, okay, here's our need.
Ben, just put a pin in that.
I need you to stay right there.
I'm going to get MTG.
And I've got another Jake Tapper.
If you think Jake Tapper triggered Ben Burquam out there in Maricopa County, let's play Jake Tapper now about our morning show and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
jake tapper
And more pointedly, Republican officeholders are asking right now, who should lead them going forward?
Should House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy be the next Speaker of the House?
Does Minority Leader Mitch McConnell still have enough support to lead his party in the Senate?
CNN's Manu Raju is on Capitol Hill, where McCarthy and McConnell are currently facing rebellions from lawmakers within their own party.
unidentified
As Republicans move closer to securing a razor-thin House majority, they are confronting this question.
Do we have the wrong strategy?
Republicans are likely stuck with a narrow House majority, which would make governing difficult and complicate House GOP leader Kevin McCarthy's path to the speakership.
Democrats like Michigan's Hillary Skolten, who picked up a GOP seat, says voters sent a message.
People are tired of the divisiveness and the extremism that today's Republican Party embodies.
As the incoming freshmen gathered in the Capitol today, McCarthy was behind closed doors, trying to lock down the votes to become Speaker and wielding the support of former President Donald Trump.
Also winning the backing of the staunch Trump ally and controversial conservative, Marjorie Taylor Greene.
marjorie taylor greene
It's very, very risky right now to produce a leadership challenge, especially for Speaker of the House.
unidentified
Also backing McCarthy, incoming Republican Mike Lawler, who won one of four key GOP races in New York.
Likely enough to secure the majority.
I fully support Kevin McCarthy and will support him for Speaker.
Yet McCarthy can only afford to lose a handful of GOP votes to win the 218 he needs in January to become Speaker.
And Arizona's Andy Biggs is considering a challenge to deny him the votes.
steve bannon
Okay, next hour we're actually going to have Matt Gaetz is going to join us to talk about the Sandy Biggs development today.
I want to bring in Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Congressman, all over the media today has been your interview with us this morning.
Can you give us an update, ma'am?
unidentified
Yes, I just walked out of our conference meeting right now where we're having our leadership, the people that are running for leadership roles in our conference are speaking to our conference and taking questions.
I've been urging my colleagues in House Freedom Caucus that it's extremely important for us to unify and to support Kevin McCarthy with the spin majority, and I'll tell you why, Steve.
We're at risk of allowing the Democrats to be able to elect the Speaker of the House, even if we have the majority.
And here's how it works.
If we have 219, 220, maybe even as high as 222 seats in the House, there's still a risk, and I'll tell you why.
Everyone needs to remember that there were 10 Republicans that voted to impeach President Trump.
Two of them are coming back.
There were 11 Republicans that voted to kick me off committees, and some of them are still here.
But here's the real risk.
There were 35 Republicans that voted for the January 6th committee.
They voted for it.
They wanted it to happen.
And 20 of them won their re-election.
And they're coming back.
And then, don't forget, Steve, it's extremely important for everyone to remember, we just lived through watching the former Vice President, Republican of the United States of America, his daughter, Liz Cheney, cross over with the Democrats and serve on the January 6th Committee and politically persecute the former President of the United States, President Trump, his administration, and you and all of us.
So I'm laying this out very clear to everyone.
We don't want the Democrats to be able to pull some of these weak Republicans that could sell out, join them, and elect a Speaker, because the real risk of that is handing the Democrats subpoena power, and I want to do everything I can to make sure that we're the ones with subpoena power, because we have real investigations to do, and we have to have the Speaker of our choice, and we have to hold the gavel in order to subpoena people.
steve bannon
I know you've got to step back in, we only have two minutes, but your audience, who are your beloved by this audience, as you know, Matt Gaetz, your closest colleague, so many people are saying, Marjorie Taylor Greene, we love her, she's the fighter, she's the leader of this wing of the party, even CNN says that, but she's getting played, that the Liz Cheney thing will never happen, and she's getting played by Kevin McCarthy's team.
Your response, ma'am?
unidentified
Well, I hope I'm not getting played, but I'm not willing to risk it.
This country has suffered too much.
Under the Democrats.
And people are suffering every single day.
I talk to people at home in my district and across the country that are choosing between buying groceries at the grocery store and paying rent at home.
And we can't tolerate two more years of Democrat control in the House like we've lived under with Nancy Pelosi.
And my dear friend, I love Matt.
Oh, I love him so much.
I just sat in there and I just watched him ask Kevin McCarthy a very important question.
And I'm so glad he asked him this.
Because it was important for all of us to hear Kevin's answer.
He asked Kevin McCarthy if he would commit to all of us that he would not accept Democrat votes to become Speaker of the House, and Kevin said, absolutely, he will not accept Democrat votes to become Speaker of the House.
I was very happy to hear that commitment, and he said it in front of everyone, and I'm so thankful that Matt asked it.
And Matt knows he and I are always strong allies.
We will fight together on everything.
But I want to remind everyone that's listening, with a razor-thin majority, let me tell you something.
We still have power, because it takes all of us to pass bills.
And so if this block, the strong block on the right flank, wants to stop something, we can still stop it.
We'll be fighting always for America first.
steve bannon
MTG, we'll get your social media up so everybody can follow you.
Thank you, ma'am, for stepping out.
Be back in the war room.
She'll go back to work, and we'll come back to the war room in a minute.
unidentified
We will fight till they're all gone!
boris epshteyn
We rejoice when they're no more!
Let's take down the CCD!

Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
Make sure you go to mypillow.com, promo code warroom.
You've got all the sales, all the buy one get ones free.
You can't get this at Walmart.
You can't get any of this material or products at Bed Bath and Beyond.
You can't get them on Big Box.
You can't get them on the shopping networks.
Why?
Because of the fight for election integrity.
Everybody pulled them, right?
Because of Mike Lindell's political beliefs, and I also believe his religious beliefs.
So the secular humanists that run those companies all pulled it.
You can get it though by going to MyPillow.com, promo code WARREN.
We got everything up there, all the buy one get one frees, all the sales in every category.
So go check it out today particularly.
I want to go back to Ben Burquam.
Ben, you know, this is like 2020, you know, it's like Groundhog Day all over again.
No changes were made to the process.
No streamlining was done to the process.
And most importantly, they didn't prepare for it.
They understood for months and months and months, I think for almost a year, that the Trump supporters and Trump voters And the Carrie Lake supporters, which are Legion in Arizona, because that's the railhead of really the ultra-MAGA and MAGA movement, were all going to vote on game day or drop their ballot off on game day.
And the reason is because they don't trust the system.
They don't trust the process.
And these people from Katie Hobbs on down, And it's, like, absurd to have Katie Hobbs in the chain of command here that actually would certify her own steel, all right?
It's totally absurd.
People know it's absurd, so they want to go vote in person, or they want to drop the vote off, and they weren't prepared for it.
They completely melted down.
In the first opening moments of the day, he came out and said, hey, the machines are—with everything that Mike Lindell and these guys have said about machines, With everybody, they've talked about machines.
The first thing they come out, the very first thing is, oh, everything's great, but we have a small problem.
We just wanna make sure everybody has the thing.
26% of the vote centers, the machines are malfunctioning.
And one out of every five ballots, just do the math, one out of every five ballots, then box number three should be 100,000 ballots, not 17,000.
Just do the math.
of 20% of this and continue throughout the day because we have witnesses that said, hey, the mechanics didn't come over the three o'clock in the afternoon or four o'clock in the afternoon.
Ben Burquam, your assessment, you've been there on the ground and you were on the ground in 2020, sir.
ben bergquam
Yeah, Steve, I think the loudest silence that we're hearing right now is from Mark Brnovich and Doug Ducey.
The fact that Mark Brnovich, from what we know now already, has not started criminal investigations, or at least investigations into this, or at least come out with a statement, in and of itself is telling.
These are clearly people, Doug Ducey, Mark Brnovich, didn't want to see Kerry Lake win, and they're doing absolutely nothing to stop this.
It is outrageous.
Every single day we're getting more evidence of Again, it's worst or best case scenario.
It was Intentional willful negligence worst case scenario.
We're talking about intentionally Manipulating the system as you you mentioned the judge earlier today came out the elections judge Michelle came out and said that she believes that the machines were intentionally programmed to do this they knew that game day they knew MAGA game day vote for Kerry Lake and and Mark Fincham and Abe Habbaday and Blake Masters were coming out the day of the election and they allowed this to happen.
I've spoken to people all over the county and all over the state that say they don't trust the outcome of this election at all.
Now again, Carrie Lake may still, even with all of that, Carrie Lake still can win this, but it's just outrageous.
steve bannon
Hang on for a second.
But I don't know if even Cary Lake wins this.
When you say a win, I'm not sure this thing could be certified right now.
I mean that.
It's not about who wins or who loses here.
ben bergquam
I agree.
steve bannon
I agree.
This is about process.
unidentified
You're talking about disenfranchising... Yes.
steve bannon
Disenfranchising independent Democrats and Republicans.
ben bergquam
Everybody.
Everyone who wasn't able to vote, or whose vote didn't count, needs to demand that, again, whether you're Democrat, Independent, Republican, that what happened out here should not be allowed to stand.
You cannot certify what we're seeing right now.
steve bannon
Well, I'm just questioning.
People need to get to the facts.
I'm questioning whether it can be certified.
I want to go back to the judge.
By the way, that's being vetted right now.
Her comments were, That they'd had a practice run the day before, and the machines worked fine.
What they were shocked about, and they had put in the dummy ballots, what they were shocked about, as soon as they started using them in the morning, they didn't work.
So that's all being vetted right now.
Those are the types of things, by the way, there's hundreds and hundreds of people coming forward.
You see these videos all over the place.
That's all going to be vetted, as we know from last time.
Remember, there's 3,000 affidavits last time.
That's all got to be put in affidavits and people are saying, hey...
Why are they not more aggressive on the legal side?
I think they've got a fairly legal, aggressive legal strategy.
I think they're waiting for the timing and some more content, but I think that's all to come.
Look, one thing we know about Carrie Lake, she is going to fight that no citizen of Arizona is disenfranchised.
Whether that citizen is a Republican, whether that citizen is a establishment Republican, or an independent, or independent that leans Democrat, or Democrat, a progressive, If you're a citizen and legally authorized to vote, your vote should count.
Your vote, you should be able to go in and have it counted.
And the results of that should be forthwith.
We should not be, this is an absurd, and we're not, playing this game is absurd.
That you sit here every night and you wait for these drops and they bleed it out and they say, oh well I got, you know, Apache's still got 9,000.
And Navajo still got 12,000.
And Pinal County, oh that's conservative.
Pinal County still got some of the districts there.
What is the issue?
And then Ben talks about the whole thing.
You gotta go back online if you're a citizen.
You gotta go back online and see if your vote's cured, if it actually has been registered.
Or there's been some nit that they never come back to you and find out about.
You gotta go back and check on that.
So he's talking about the curing the ballots.
Somebody told me last night Oh, but not included in the 160,000?
Is there 50,000 ballots that haven't been cured?
Now, I have not been able to find that anywhere, but that's the type of information that just kind of comes out, and you don't see, you don't see these guys.
Anyway, do I have Boris?
Is Boris up?
Okay, fine.
I see we're getting this thing up.
Boris is going to join us.
ben bergquam
Steve, can I, can I add one thing to that?
steve bannon
Boris Epstein is on the... Yeah, go ahead.
Jump in.
Go ahead, sir.
ben bergquam
Yeah, so one of the things though, too, is what we saw in 2020 was, you know, you had so much information come in, and I think some of it was intentional misinformation, speaking of information warfare, to distract and discredit.
It's really critical, as you've mentioned, as everyone else on our side and on our network is mentioning, we have to have the receipts.
You have to be able to show this and prove this and focus on the things, the low-hanging fruit, That will answer the questions.
But they're not even looking for the fruit.
I mean, they're looking past the tree and saying this thing is done.
They cut the tree down.
steve bannon
Ben, hang on a second.
I've got to get to Boris.
Ben Burkham, just hang right there and we'll come back to you.
Maricopa County.
Boris Epstein is heading to Mar-a-Lago.
Boris, can you get us up to date?
We don't have time.
I think you're jammed.
I wanted to play for you the Kerry Lake Cut from Jake Tapper your favorite on CNN, but give I want your assessment first.
We're talking about Mar-a-Lago.
I want to talk about Arizona your favorite place remember Boris was on the plane was the first guy out there on the fourth It's a year later two years later Boris for playing the same games, brother Steven feels like a terrible disgusting deja vu you're totally right and it is absurd Oh, we need to look at Pinal.
boris epshteyn
We need to look at Cochise.
Let's look at Yavapai.
This is nuts If France can have an election that has the results the same day, the fact that we in America cannot is absolutely despicable, is absolutely unacceptable, and has to be fixed.
We do not have a country.
We don't have a border.
We don't have an election system.
We don't have an economic system.
We have a disaster.
And what's happening in Arizona and Nevada and California and all across the country is completely unacceptable.
We need to get our country back and that's why we're looking forward to this huge announcement at Mar-a-Lago tomorrow from President Donald J. Trump as we start the march to take our country back by taking back the White House.
steve bannon
By the way, I noticed that not everyone is totally excited about that.
I don't mean to bring up any clouds on a sunny afternoon, but I think with the people reporting, Club for Growth, some other people are not particularly happy and are running ads or taking out polls or suppression polls.
Walk me through that.
Why is everyone not coming together on this?
boris epshteyn
Well, speaking of déjà vu, I remember very well David McIntosh being totally against us, completely against us when we won in 2016.
So you know what?
We smacked him around pretty good back then.
I guess we're gonna have to smack him around now.
But you know, McIntosh should keep his hands to himself, okay?
And let the American people, let the MAGA movement do what it wants to do, which is get back under the leadership, under the presidency of Donald J. Trump.
steve bannon
Boris, real quickly, I know you've got to bounce this.
Give us an assessment of tomorrow.
What should we look for?
We have a huge team down there from War Room.
We have a huge team of Real America's Voice.
We're going to embed immediately a number of people hardwired right into the campaign.
Give us a minute on what we can expect tomorrow.
boris epshteyn
I think it's going to be a robust night.
I think the President is going to lay out his vision for getting our country back, his vision for fighting against This woke, radical system we have in this country, but also against their establishment.
Because in Arizona, it's not just the Democrats, it's the Republicans.
Richard and Gates, those disgusting, disgusting rhinos in Maricopa County who've ruined Arizona by fighting against Magna Candidates.
They established a pact against Magna Candidates just barely a year ago.
President Trump ready to start the march to take back the White House.
Take back our country.
It's going to be a great evening for everybody.
Most importantly, it's going to be a historic evening for the United States of America.
steve bannon
Boris, can you get your social media?
People need to follow you because I'm going to get all and I mean all of the inside baseball.
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it.
BorisCP.com is the website.
Hot on BorisCP.com.
Hot on Twitter at BorisCP.
Hot on Twitter at BorisCP.
Hot on Twitter social at Boris.
The hottest on the ground.
Boris underscore Epstein.
Stay strong.
God bless.
Make America great again.
And I'll talk to you tomorrow.
steve bannon
Thank you, Boris.
Okay, Real America's Voice, The Charlie Kirk Show, War Room, all of it, gonna have special coverage of Arizona and Mar-a-Lago, coast-to-coast.
Also Washington, D.C.
in these massive leadership fights.
We got Matt Gaetz on in the next hour.
Jack Posobiec, Ben Berquam, join us about Kerry Lake in Arizona next.
unidentified
Since the first round of ballots were counted, and after tonight, meaning Sunday night's results, it's clear that this will not change.
We are also hearing from Democrats who are projected to win here in the state of Arizona, and they are urging those Trump-endorsed candidates to accept these election results, even if they don't go their way.
The question is, Jake, are any of them listening?
jake tapper
And Kyung, Carrie Lake, as you know, has been a big election liar.
She spreads all the false claims about the results of the 2020 election.
She is also reluctant to say whether she would accept the results of her own governor's race if she loses.
So, given this unstable approach, how is she reacting to the close vote totals?
unidentified
Well, we're seeing a slightly different tactic today.
After last night, really the campaign going completely radio silent today, started posting again and again, as well as on multiple campaign support sites, that they wanted their followers or supporters to check their ballots.
We're seeing that narrative being picked up by further right agents and social media saying that this is leading to questions, Jake, on whether or not this process is legitimate at all.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back to the War Room.
I got Jack Pasovic from Hunan Events Daily, Charlie Kirk's partner and one of the Turning Point USA guys.
Got Ben Burquham there.
So, and by the way, is Jake Tapper given everything on the southern border?
Has he ever called any other politician a liar?
Did he just defame her?
Jake, I think this might be a slight reason why your turn in primetime In Major League Baseball, they call it a cup of coffee, right?
You went up for a cup of coffee to the bigs, then they had to send you down to early, you know, to late afternoon.
It's that kind of unprofessionalism.
No, Carrie Lake's not a liar.
She's a patriot and a hero.
And we're not going to accept, CNN, what is unacceptable.
You did this drill before in 2020 and it is not going to happen again.
Okay?
It is not going to happen again.
And not only is he saying Kerry Lake, it's saying they've got to go through, they have to have massive, 100% transparency, a complete timeline of everything that's happened, every ballot, why 6, 8, 9, 10 people got to touch every ballot.
And also their motivations.
Post-millennial, I want to bring in Jack Posobiec, the guys who are post-millennial, who I know you're partners, who do amazing work.
Tell us about, you know, the PAC, what their intentions were, how they wanted to drive out election integrity people.
And he's on record, you know, of Fargo, Arizona.
Or raising Fargo is what I call it.
Raising Fargo.
Bill Gates is on record as saying he gave an interview that he thinks it's healthy for the Republican Party to clean out the election integrity people.
Jack Posobiec.
jack posobiec
Right, Steve.
This is another dispatch from Fargo, Arizona, because we've got the story up at the Post Millennial, but you can even go back.
To the Arizona Mirror, you can go back to all these sites and local papers that reported at the time almost one year ago, Steve, to the day.
So today is November 14th.
This is going back November 17th, 2021, a year ago to the day.
Stephen Richer, a Republican who was elected in 2020, has created a new political action committee called the Pro-Democracy Republicans of Arizona.
The PAC will run independent expenditure campaigns in favor of candidates In the GOP primaries for legislative and county level races who quote, acknowledge the validity of the 2020 election and condemn the events of January 6th.
So these guys have a financial incentive, a financial incentive.
They started with a hundred thousand dollars of seed money.
And Steve, we're currently in the process over at human events and post-millennial of pulling all the financial expenditures from this pack.
We're going to find out where every red cent not only came from, But everyone that it went to.
Because you've even got people, and the Arizona Mirror's got folks coming out saying, you know, it's highly unusual for people that are election officials that are overseeing the actual vote counting to be involved in partisan primaries themselves in any which way.
And let me just zoom out here, 50,000 foot view.
This is not how elections are supposed to be run.
Your election officials are supposed to be nonpartisan.
Your board of supervisors is supposed to have a bipartisan board to overview all of this.
You're supposed to have people who can give you transparency.
You're supposed to get the results on the night of.
It's election day, not election week.
And then when you come out and ask questions here, what's up with this door three and how many ballots are out there?
What are these void voters that I'm hearing about?
Why does everybody have to go and cure their ballots all of a sudden?
Which by the way, make sure if you're in Arizona, if you're within the sound of my voice, Go and log on to any of the various websites that are out there.
Check to make sure that your ballot was counted, because Steve, I've been talking to folks in Phoenix all day long, and I'd say at a 9 to 1 ratio, people are telling me that, at least with our company and others, they're saying, hey, it's saying my vote hasn't been tabulated yet, so make sure that your vote was in fact counted.
If there's issues, make sure to cure that ballot.
But going back to this PAC, Steve, the fact that they had a huge conflict of interest not only at The election level, not only at the state level with Katie Hobbs herself being the one on the ballot.
This is part of the vast tapestry that we're now seeing between the Republican establishment, the conservative establishment and the unit party moving to essentially eviscerate and evict MAGA from the party and turn MAGA into what they did to the Tea Party all those years ago.
This is exactly what they've been trying to do.
steve bannon
If the Casagrande crowd, and they know who I'm talking about, if you don't think we got the hairy eyeball on you, we have the hairy eyeball on you, okay?
Let me just ask a technical question so I can understand this before my head blows up on live television.
In the chain of command of the certification, It's got to come through Maricopa County with Bill Gates, and then it's got to go to Katie Hobbs, and then Katie Hobbs sends it to A.G., and then Bernovich sends it to Ducey, the beloved governor of Arizona.
jack posobiec
That's your approval chain.
steve bannon
The first two brackets are coming out of the approval chain.
I got a guy that set up a PAC and was on a PAC to defeat To defeat election integrity candidates and said in a radio interview he thinks it's healthy for a Republican party if they get cleared out so they can get their party back, the establishment can get their party back.
And then I got to go to a woman who never campaigned, hid in the basement, was criticized by MSNBC host and CNN for Never, they knew she wasn't running a campaign.
They were beseeching her.
Don Lemon's morning show said, what are you doing?
Poppy Harlow said, what are you doing?
In fact, she called out for never debating any of her opponents.
What are you doing?
You got to get up for a debate, Carrie Lake.
Morning Joe gave her stink eye for not doing it.
Spent a whole segment giving her a show.
They knew she didn't run a campaign.
So you're telling me that Maricopa County, that Bill Gates that's adamantly opposed to Trump hasn't made any changes and is the total bozo clown incompetent they put on the world stage like Mr. Rogers from Fargo, Arizona.
Right?
That he comes out and every day it's another, you know, another onesies, twosies, and we got the, you know, we're moving the, he says that we're moving the goalposts and we got some, you know, just a small problem down with 26% of the voting centers and one out of every five ballots.
And we have judges saying, election judges saying, hey, they didn't even come and fix the machines at three and a four in the afternoon.
Yet you only got 17,000, box number three, whoever held knows what a door number three, box number three is.
That they got, he's got a certified first, and then he passes on to the woman who's running against it, who's incompetent and corrupt, and she's got a certified?
That's my chain of, that's my certification chain of custody, somewhat, before it goes to Brnovich and the governor, Jack Posobiec.
jack posobiec
Steve, there's, there's one crucial piece of information that I know you understand, but I want to make sure that everybody out there within Sound of Our Voices understands, that with the exception of Katie Hobb, every single person that you mentioned in that approval chain, Is a card carrying member of the Republican party.
Do you see Brnovich, Richer, Bill Gates, Steve, you're asking why didn't they change the system when they had the power to change the system?
I would argue they knew exactly what they were doing.
They knew exactly what they're doing.
And this was the outcome that they hoped for the outcome stated right here.
Listen to this candidates come and go.
But our democratic institutions are long-lasting, and peaceful transitions of power are a hallmark of the United States.
We should not abandon this history in favor of conspiracy theorists and demagoguery.
To that end, we are launching this PAC to support pro-democracy Arizona Republicans.
Steve, they're telling you right there.
They are working to stop MAGA.
You have to read between the lines a little bit.
When they're saying candidates come and go, they're talking about who?
Donald Trump.
They're talking about who?
Carrie Lake, because they are, we already knew by that point that she was running.
We knew, but in the summer of 2021, we knew all of this was coming and they established a system by in which they could keep the rules in place that we'd already known there was problems with all the way back in 2020 so that this outcome was predetermined.
steve bannon
They wanted to suppress the vote.
They're going to get affidavits on this.
jack posobiec
They know Michael is going to show up on election day.
unidentified
The printers didn't even have toner in them.
There wasn't even toner in the printers for election day.
steve bannon
They wanted the three hour lines.
They wanted the working class people, they wanted to disenfranchise working class Arizonans.
They wanted working class Arizonans that showed up on the way to work in the morning and the moms are going to go vote and drop off the kids to school.
They wanted them to look at a two hour line.
They wanted a two hour line wrapped down the street.
So people go, I got to vote, but man, how do I do that when I got to get to work?
Cause I'm not going to give me time off or I'll get fired.
jack posobiec
Hey Merrick Garland, if you want to look for, you want to look for civil rights abuses on election day.
You want to look at people who should be investigated for denying people the right to vote.
Why don't you come down to Maricopa County?
All right.
I got a list.
Why don't you come down to Maricopa County?
steve bannon
Jack, you've been out there, and you saw this, and you've been the guy, I think, closest to looking at every second of video and every statement they made from Maricopa County, from Bill Gates and Steve Richards.
It's been active and willful disinformation, right?
It's just so many changes, so much lack of precision.
It would drive you nuts.
That's why you pulled the Fargo clip, because it's the double-talking gobbledygook that finally drives the rational customer insane, right?
But at the end, he's broken, he's demoralized, and he's exhausted, and he just signs off.
And actually, because they know if they just rope-a-dope you long enough, they will demoralize you and exhaust you, Jack Pasovic.
jack posobiec
Oh, they wear you down.
And, you know, we had a lot of fun with that clip from Fargo with the used car dealer doing the same thing.
Oh, you want that true coat?
They put it on the factory.
You want the true coat.
But at the end of it, he demoralizes him.
He wears him down, wears him down.
The guy hems and haws it.
You're wasting my time.
You're wasting my wife's time.
And at the very end, at the very end, he's calling him a liar.
He's screaming at him, but he turns to his wife.
And what does he say?
He says, give me the checkbook.
And that's and then and then Charlie Kirk brought up at the end.
This is the end of this is the end of 1984.
It's the same thing.
In the end, he opened his eyes and he knew that in his heart he loved Big Brother.
They don't expect you to not see what they're doing.
They expect you to fall in line and go along with the program.
That's what they expect.
And they don't want, by the way, if you're going to pray, pray.
I would not encourage people to go down there.
Stay away from that area.
But I will tell you this, that if you experience this, if you experience this, you need to be in front of a lawyer right now.
Go in front of a lawyer, fill out your affidavit, go to the website first if you experience this issue.
Then you go to the lawyer.
If you experience anything like this, don't just email me.
Don't just tweet me.
Don't just text me.
Don't be sleeping on your MyPillows.
No, you need to take action and you need to go forward, whether it's a lawyer with an affidavit or going forward and just checking your ballot to make sure it went in.
I'm telling you, it's like a nine to one ratio for everybody that I've talked to in Phoenix today.
OK.
steve bannon
Poso, I need you to hang.
I got Ben Berquam.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
The next hour is going to blow your head up.
I got Russ Vogt and Matt Gaetz.
Matt Gaetz is going to join us about his thoughts on McCarthy.
MTG teed off the hour with her ringing defense of McCarthy.
I know there are many audience members that got to have smelling salts now.
They're enraged by what's happening in Arizona and kind of blown away by MTG's defense of McCarthy.
Hey, I said it was a fourth tourney, didn't I?
Stick around.

Getter has arrived.
It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
Download now.
steve bannon
Okay, we'll be up on getter tonight with Charlie Kirk and the team to the degree we can get set up and we're going to try to do that very because it looks like he's going to be dropped pacific.
What just happened?
We go to Burcom in a second.
What's the announcement just came out?
jack posobiec
Yeah, so it's going to be 6 p.m.
Local Arizona time for again 6 p.m.
Hour.
It doesn't mean 6 p.m.
On the dot.
So that's 8 p.m.
Eastern 5 p.m.
Pacific.
We're expected to get the final Maricopa drop.
This is the final Countdown, the lion's share, the largest tranche that is still left.
However, I want to keep everyone abreast of the fact that we don't know that the total amount of ballots that are still out, because that seems to be a moving target.
It seems to be a shifting number on us.
And we're not entirely sure what the denominator is.
And that is why it is, it is absolutely crucial for everyone to go cure your ballot.
Make sure that your ballot counted, make sure that your ballot was tabulated.
Continue to do that, by the way, regardless of what numbers, what the break is out tonight, whether Carrie does 60% or 50%, whatever her breakout is.
Go and make sure you're curing those ballots, checking those ballots, get the affidavits in where it's necessary.
This could absolutely come down to the wire.
But yes, we're looking at the final countdown in the 6 p.m.
hour from Maricopa.
steve bannon
You know, Kelly Wards is putting out a tweet now.
Did you sign an election day at Maricopa Vote Center, but were unable to cast a same-day vote at a voting center, so you dropped your mail ballot instead?
Contacting you to get to contact.
This thing is just a complete mess.
Burquam, Ben, you've been there since the beginning.
We'll come back to Jack in a second.
This thing is just an ungodly mess.
And tonight, you know, it was supposed to be 40,000.
Now it's going to be more, because you never get the right information.
Uh, and they just kind of drop this stuff during the day.
I know they're under a lot of pressure now, because they want to finish before it'll be a week out.
But they've got, I think, 160,000, at least, like the Pacific said, who knows, because the number changes.
It's supposed to be 160,000 votes throughout the state, and I still don't understand why they got these small counties that still have 10,000, 10,000 votes still standing a week after Ben Burkhardt.
ben bergquam
Yeah, and they still have some that say that they're early votes, and depending on which website you go to, that's the problem out here.
And I just want to make the point, Steve, we're going to be here through the end.
We're going to be here for the people, we the people.
But there's a reason why I'm outside the building, that they would not allow myself and Jordan Conradson into that building.
It's because of exactly what we've been talking about this entire hour.
The fact that, I don't know what's worse, the conflict of interest or the incompetence that we're seeing out of Maricopa County and this state.
They need to be asked these questions.
It's absolutely outrageous.
And the fact that the other 50 media that are in there aren't asking it, it just makes me sick.
We're going to do it.
We're going to continue to follow it.
And ultimately, we win this thing in the end.
We're seeing that shift across America.
People are waking up.
We just cannot allow this to stand anymore.
steve bannon
No, but by the way, it's one of the reasons the press conferences are kind of parodies.
People have memes about what parodies are because he puts out this nonsense.
There's no precision.
There's no follow-up question.
And if there is a question, he gives some answer and nobody actually... So, you end with nothing but gobbledygook.
Jack Posobiec, just walk me through the process because now you've got all these people coming forward with affidavits.
People are saying it was voter suppression because I went to a poll and it was a two-hour line.
Where do you think this thing goes from here, Jack?
jack posobiec
Well, certainly the legal team that the RNC under Harmeet Dhillon has been deploying to Arizona is going to be the final say on that, and I would encourage people to go follow Harmeet Dhillon on Twitter.
Make sure that you're checking up with her, checking up with her announcements.
She is in state, as last I heard, and they're already working to put together teams on the ground to examine these situations, to push them off, file lawsuits where needed.
And keep in mind, we could be in a situation where there were individual errors or we could, but those will add up.
And so Tyler Boyer, of course, is another great Arizona to keep track of.
He's got his ear to the ground.
I think that when we look forward in terms of all of this, if this does come down, right, and that's what I want people to to gear up for.
If this does come down close tonight, this final countdown batch, then you could be in a situation Where it's a game of inches for either side.
And that means, by the way, Mark Elias will absolutely keep an eye on Mark Elias.
Because if you see him moving to Arizona, that means you know the fight is on.
steve bannon
Well, I just don't know how they even certify this.
Even at Carrie Lake Victory, we've got to go back to the beginning.
It's got to be totally transparent.
Everybody has to know.
Look, this is about the enfranchisement of the people of Arizona, whether you're a progressive Democrat, an independent, Or whether you're a MAGA Republican, right?
You gotta get these elections right.
jack posobiec
Remember, we were told that the laws in Florida were disenfranchised, the laws in Georgia were disenfranchised.
I didn't hear anybody in Georgia talking about being disenfranchised, all right?
They got their voter turnout up since the election integrity law was passed out there.
You got the election integrity, the new deadlines that have come in.
In Florida, everybody's doing fine out there, no issues with election integrity, but for some reason, Republicans in the state of Arizona couldn't see fit, couldn't see fit, that with the trifecta in place, that they weren't able to pass any meaningful election reform.
Why is that so interesting?
steve bannon
The Casa Grande crowd has to understand, we were born at night, but we weren't born last night.
We understand what the entire scam is in Arizona.
A corrupt and incompetent Republican establishment, The McCain faction and others, which we'll identify more broadly.
This is why Brnovich is a disaster, this is why Ducey is a disaster, this is why Gates... This is why they had two years to fix this, knowing the eyes of the world would be on them.
And they have humiliated themselves, embarrassed the state of Arizona, which is right now at an inflection point, could go next level, particularly in high technology.
I really don't know how anyone, an investor, can think about putting high tech...
Go ahead, sir.
jack posobiec
You got a Republican governor right there who won't even lift his finger to say, won't even fire off a tweet.
I've checked his Twitter account.
I said, oh, it's a great day in Arizona today.
Everybody's doing fine.
Not one tweet.
The eyes of the world.
When Joe Biden was meeting with Xi Jinping, even Joe Biden and Jake Sullivan admitted, by the way, while Joe Biden was congratulating Xi Jinping on being confirmed as chairman for life.
Don't skip that.
Don't bury that lead.
He goes, congratulations to you too, sir.
Does that the Xi Jinping?
Then he says, yeah, everybody's been focused on the midterms.
Yeah, that's right.
Everybody is focused on the midterms.
He's walking around there in his Chairman Mao suit with Trudeau.
No, we know that.
We know they're focused on the midterms.
Ducey can't seem to be found.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Jack, give me your social media.
jack posobiec
Yeah, I'll be on Human Events Daily tonight with the great Alex Stein, and we'll be on the Charlie Kirk podcast slash livestream coming up very soon.
steve bannon
Okay, we're live streaming tonight, all of it, the live drop from Maricopa County.
Stick around for the next hour.
I've got Russ Vogt and I've got Matt Gaetz, and they're going to talk about this leadership fight.
