Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
In Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
I think we're trying to work all these technical issues out.
It is Monday, 14 November in the year of our Lord 2022.
To say there's a lot going on would be an understatement.
We have a metaphorical political electoral gunfight out in Arizona right now.
We're going to get to the bottom of all that because it's absolutely humiliating.
An active disenfranchisement of voters in Arizona on the world stage.
You have the whole world here.
All the media in the world, and I'm not talking the New York Times and the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal and ABC, MSNBC, all that.
I'm talking BBC, the Financial Times of London, The Guardian, the Wall Street Journal of Japan.
Of course, everything from Beijing is there as they compare what's going on here, Arizona, to what's going on in Cambodia.
Remember, the whole thing with Joe Biden, up there with Xi, and I'm going to break down for you today when Xi told him about Both countries should look in the mirror about what that means from the history of the Chinese Communist Party.
We'll do that this afternoon.
We have some time because I got to get into Arizona right now.
But that's all performative.
That's why this house leadership fight is so important is what direction we have leverage.
We have a lot of leverage here.
You have leverage on the debt ceiling.
You have massive leverage on the debt ceiling.
Remember, you're the head of the creditors committee, and the power that, the power, how do you exert, how do you exert that power is through the House right now, okay?
So we've got to make sure we've got the right guys.
I understand a lot of people are in shock that MTG is coming out with a full-throated defense of Kevin McCarthy's speakership, but this is what we're going to, we're going to get you every angle of it.
We're going to get you the Andy Biggs angle, the Matt Gaetz angle.
And her fear about a Liz Cheney speakership, that's that going on.
You got the Senate leadership fight.
You have the lame duck, which is going to be an orgy of spending.
Trust me, there's a major impact.
You just heard Cortez's capital markets analysis.
The Fed's already signaling they're not going to be there.
So there's no quantitative easing and they're just tired of printing money.
How this thing is going to get financed.
And you got the capital markets right now are on a knife's edge.
You have a massive, massive scandal that the mainstream media is really not reporting.
on this FTX, which looks like a money laundering operation for the Democratic Party.
The guy put in 40 to 100 million dollars in these midterms, plus he's funded all these NGOs.
Darren Beattie, if we don't game up in this hour, we're going to have him on this afternoon to go through all that.
Okay, I'm going to go to Arizona.
I'm going to talk about Patriots in a second.
But I want the audience to particularly look.
Are things exactly where we wanted them to be from last week?
The answer is absolutely no.
Are things good enough that we got to fight and we can get a fight and we got lots of leverage?
Absolutely yes.
And I want to tell the difference because I understand there are some audience members.
I'm not blaming you guys.
They're saying, hey, it's all over.
They got the machines.
They can't do anymore.
Fine.
Fine.
If that's the attitude, that's fine.
We live in a free country, or we live in a fairly free country, and you have that choice to do it.
But that's what it's called.
I'm going to bring up the concept of sunshine patriots before I turn to two American heroes here in a second.
In the revolution, right, do you know how many times they tried to relieve General Washington?
Do you know how many times there were mutinies?
Do you know how many times that they had grave doubts about the Continental Army and what they were putting together, not just at Valley Forge but at Trenton?
How many times they had senior members of his officer corps work with the politicians?
In Philadelphia, to try to relieve him for cause, because they said the guy's incompetent, doesn't know what he's doing.
How many times people got discouraged in Philadelphia?
How close, how close, how many times the Tories, because remember one-third of the country was Tories, actually talked people into, or came close to talking people into, that this fight was not worth it.
That it was better to go cut a deal with the British Parliament, or the King.
If you know the history of the revolution, that's why the battle, that's why the war took, what, eight years, seven or eight years.
Okay?
There were so many times we were that close to giving up.
Yes.
And what?
The patriots, the people we remember in history now are the ones that grind it through.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
They're the grinders.
You know, in the Civil War, when General Meade, they came to General Meade's headquarters, General Meade's tent.
He was not, he was just the commander of one corps of the Army of the Potomac.
He was heading towards a crossroads called Gettysburg, and on, I think it was June 30th, at three o'clock in the morning, a writer came up from Washington, D.C., from the War Department, from Lincoln, had signed a personal note to him.
He wrote in a memoir that he told his wife in a letter a couple of days later, when the adjutant came into his tent at three in the morning, he thought it was to arrest him.
He thought it was to arrest him.
The knives were so out in Washington, right?
It had happened twice, once before Antietam and once before Gettysburg.
The knives were so out in the high command of the Union Army in the American political system that they thought people were guilty of treason, that people were traitors, and they were on a knife's edge.
Meade, you know, three days later defeated Robert E. Lee in the Army in Northern Virginia on Cemetery Ridge, right?
At the Angle.
This country has been many times on the cusp of going in a different direction.
What's going to happen right now in the future is not been foretold.
Divine Providence works through human agency.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
Divine Providence works through human agency.
That's what you have to grasp.
The whole future is in your hands to unfold.
Is it going to go perfectly like you want every time?
It's not, and that's American history.
But the people that make that history, the people that save this republic continually, all have one quality, and that is stick-to-itiveness.
They will not give up, and that's what you're seeing in Cary Lake in Arizona.
I want to go now to two heroes, Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips from True The Vote.
Catherine and Greg, the last time we were talking about you guys, you were both in prison.
Can you give us an update on that before we talk about this embarrassing fiasco out in Arizona and your thoughts on that?
I'll start with Catherine, then go to Greg.
Catherine, why were you in prison and why did it take so long to get you out?
unidentified
Well, we were put in prison because one week before the midterms, uh, we needed to be silenced.
And, um, what's come out about the case that ultimately had us in court over a company called Tonic, what's known there is, I'm characterizing it as the snowflake on the tip of the iceberg.
There is so much more yet to come, but it took a while to get us out because we had to appeal to the Fifth Circuit Court with an emergency writ.
And we spent, uh, eight days in, in, uh, in jail, in prison.
Um, And now we're out, and now we're in Arizona.
So we didn't waste any time to fight.
steve bannon
Before I go to Greg, Joe Biden's over there now, and the apparatus has this concept of strategic competition with the Chinese Communist Party, and that we're competitors, and we're going to out-compete them, we're going to pass these bills, we're going to become, because Americans are competitive, and our system is built on competition, and we can out-compete them.
In your mind, given what you and Greg Phillips know about this situation with the information in the server and the way it's been presented to people and what the reality is, is it your belief, Catherine Engelbrecht, that the Chinese Communist Party is a competitor to the United States, or is it a sworn enemy and an existential threat to the Chinese people and to the citizens of this country, ma'am?
unidentified
It is the latter.
China is an existential threat to this country, and what we have uncovered extends well beyond just elections.
It extends into public schooling, into some of our finest universities, into military, into government telecom.
Our processes are being subverted, hidden in plain sight, and the fact that the federal government under the Biden administration won't take a stand to stop this, and in fact is covering it up, is treasonous.
It's treasonous!
And so if, if their attempt to silence us for a week was to put us in jail, make no mistake, the story is far from over and the American people need to see what is happening.
They are not our competitors.
They are stealing, stealing our elections and all the way down the line, the technology that, um, that, that has to be known.
steve bannon
Greg Phillips, thank you.
And I want to hear about your time in prison.
But also, so people that are particularly mainstream media, because a lot of people watching this because of Arizona and other things, are going to say, okay, they've gone full Tim Bannon is the leader of the anti CCP movement.
Right.
But right now, he's got Engelbrecht and Phillips on and Phillips knows national security.
So now they put their tinfoil hats on.
And they're in full tinfoil hat mode.
What is your response to our obvious critics about this topic, sir?
unidentified
You know, there's absolutely no question, Steve, that they are a threat.
Not just a threat, but possibly the threat in the world.
They're the threat to freedom.
They're the threat to everything that we all stand for and that everything that you two as leaders of the movement fight for.
Um, for those of us that are sort of on the ground and, and, um, the foot soldiers, if you will, or the, uh, the, the, the people out slugging it out.
I believe that today more so than maybe ever, uh, not just because of what the court did to lock us up and keep us from going to Pennsylvania and explain to the people of Pittsburgh, what exactly it is that's happened.
Um, that's why they locked us up.
And we have no doubt that they're going to do everything they could do to shut us up, to keep us silent, to try to force us to kneel.
But I can tell you, Steve, um, we were here last night in Arizona and I have not met one single person ready to kneel.
The game's on.
steve bannon
Greg Phillips and Katharine Engelberg are not people that kneel to anybody but Christ.
I want to go back to Katharine for a second.
Katharine, I met you, I think, 12, 13, maybe 14 years ago, King Street Tea Party Patriots, but then you quickly, you turned that into, because you guys realized right down in Houston, I think it was, you guys realized right away, hey, there's something not right about these elections, right?
And this is in Texas and nobody's thinking about Texas going blue or anything like that.
You formed True to vote, you and Greg have worked on this for over a decade.
I would go down to your seminars and talk 12 years ago, and you guys were into the details and the weeds of what's happening.
Give us your assessment, ma'am, now that you've been sprung from jail.
Give us your assessment of this situation in Arizona as you see it as an expert in elections, ma'am.
unidentified
The fraud has been institutionalized.
The engineered chaos that was Remains to be seen whose hand was at the wheel when the tabulator settings were changed, or who was giving the direction on where door three ballots should be placed, and it was different polling place into polling place to polling place, or turning voters away.
The process is so fundamentally broken, and why we are not out as Advocates of Liberty, why we are not out with lawsuits all over the place already to stop this madness, I'm not certain, but that's what we intend to find out here, now on the ground, and hopefully things are going to change fast.
But it's a fraud that's been institutionalized and we need to wake up because it's not going to get any better.
steve bannon
Greg, can you jump in here?
We've got about a minute, and I'm going to hold you guys through a break.
Jim, you're going to have to have a lot of other people coming on.
Engineered Chaos, they started the week, they started Tuesday morning with Mr. Rogers coming out and saying, hey, we have a great day, but 26% of our voting centers, one out of every five ballots is not going through.
And then just kind of some airy-fairy thing that people had three hour, two and a half hour, three hour weeks.
Is that what you refer to when Catherine refers to Engineered Chaos?
Is that what we're talking about?
unidentified
Yeah, absolutely right, Steve.
I mean, the challenge that they're facing down here is that people were literally turned away.
People were disenfranchised.
They were told to get out of line.
They were told to leave.
We learned last night, we had something like 1,500 calls to Catherine's Election Integrity hotline.
People were telling us things that were just almost unbelievable.
Oh, just put them in, you know, door three over here and everything will be okay.
We learned last night that as those boxes began to fill up, they told them just to throw them into a Tupperware box and, hey, we'll count them later.
People were literally walking away and never got to vote.
We've got disenfranchisement.
We've got not just a broken process, but a process designed to steal.
And not to mention the fact, of course, that You have Katie Hobbs, who, depending on where this thing goes, may be certifying her own stolen election.
How can it be?
We have to stop the certification.
steve bannon
Yes, we have to stop the certification, no doubt.
Okay, short commercial break.
Two patriots, Greg Phillips, Katherine Engelbrecht, toss in a third, Jim Hopp from Gateway Pundit, all next, where?
unidentified
right here in the war room.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
And I'm Stephen Richard, the Maricopa County Recorder.
And again, the Board and the Recorder run elections here in Maricopa County as a team.
And we're very excited about how things are going today on Election Day.
We had all 223 vote centers have opened.
We've already had over 45,000 people who have checked in and already voted today.
We did want to come out and discuss one issue that's going on out there in about 20% of the vote centers.
Again, we have 223 vote centers across the county.
In about 20% of those, when people will go and they try and run the ballot through this tabulator, maybe one out of every five or so of those ballots, they're not going through.
But this is something we've prepared for.
We have a redundancy.
If the ballot will not go through this tabulator, and by the way, those ballots that go through this tabulator, they go back here in the machine.
If their ballot's not going through the tabulator, then we will ask them to go here at door number three and place their ballot into this secure box.
Those ballots will remain secure in there all day long.
And at the end of voting after 7 p.m., when everything is completed, then these ballots will be taken out securely and delivered by a bipartisan team, so Republican and Democrat, down to here at the Central Tabulation Center, where they will be tabulated.
steve bannon
Okay, if you talk about voter suppression right there, a fiasco.
Remember, they come out and it's not even gaslighting.
So, and by the way, the very start, the very first thing on Tuesday, first thing, oh, you know, it's all great.
We're really excited.
We're glad the whole world's here.
We're going to vote today, this election day, and this is fantastic.
By the way, in 20% of the vote centers, remember the vote centers, this scam, the whole scam, and this is why Ducey has to call an emergency A session of the legislature.
Or he'll never be competitive ever for his Senate seat that he so desperately wants.
They allowed him to get rid of the precincts.
To get it away from the precincts, right?
So the people that know you, etc., in your precinct.
They got to these vote centers.
They wanted to aggregate up.
This is step one.
In Nevada and here.
When they start doing the vote centers, notice the fix is in.
Oh, and 20% of the vote centers, and we have 233 vote centers, 20% of the vote centers, yeah, you know, we had the machines, everything was working fine, but one out of every five ballots, this is what, in door number three, of that, and they still haven't been able to ascertain, there are only 17,000 door number three ballots.
Remember, people showed up and there'd be two and a half, three hour lines.
Katherine Engelbrecht, We're going to get to the certification process in a moment with Greg Phillips, but Katherine Engelbrecht recently sprung from prison.
Look, as everybody knows who watches this show, 1000% we are not a conspiracy.
I've always rejected conspiracy theories.
Always.
But I also say there are no coincidences.
You think on a defamation suit, on a defamation lawsuit, on an issue as big as what this thing is about the servers in China and all these issues on Conic and where this information is, as deep as that is, on a defamation suit they put people in prison for a week and a run-up to election, that is a coincidence?
I don't think so.
Katherine Engelberg, you're the one that has lived your life for the last 12 years in the details of this.
Tell me about how that started off election day and how that rolled through with all the madness and all the chaos and you never get a straight answer from these guys and the ballots are always different and there's 17,000 box number three ballots, but then we really don't know where those are.
And by the way, with the delay you had, there should have been 75,000 or 50,000 100,000 door number three ballots.
What in the hell is going on, ma'am, in your mind?
unidentified
Oh, I, you know, I think a lot of things are going on and we need to try to get to the bottom of all of them.
But what we're seeing play out right now is, you know, an election that never ends, right?
There's still, last count I heard, there were still hundreds of thousands of ballots that have not been counted yet.
That makes no sense.
What is the process that they are following?
And yes, we have to get into the granularity of this to really understand how the wheels have totally come off, how Arizona can feel confident about the outcome of this election at all.
I don't understand.
What we are asking people to do now is if you voted in Arizona and you were turned away in line, you were asked to vote a provisional ballot, you voted in a door three scenario, or you had any other We have an election integrity hotline that's up and running.
People can call and talk to live operators.
They can call and come to our website and put in their report.
But there's these details that will help us to form the legal argument around the voter suppression that is on full display here in Arizona.
steve bannon
One more time, I want to give that, I want to make sure everybody has access to this, whether you're a Republican, an Independent, or a Democrat.
Whoever showed up and had to go through this chaos, and we're also going to be having, we'll get to in a second, election officials, poll workers, people who are there making complaints, trying to say, hey, the system has to work, okay?
What is going on now in front of the world is a fiasco.
I've very obviously talked to people in capital markets from Frankfurt, To Tokyo, to Singapore, to Hong Kong and London, obviously.
They're sitting here, but most of them did not pay close attention to details of the 2020 in Arizona.
This is a humiliation.
They're sitting there going, what is this?
What is this exactly?
And who is this guy, Bill Gates?
This Mr. Rogers guy that walks in front of the microphone and there's no precision to what he's talking about.
There's never, he always says, well, we got onesies, twosies, or he talks about moving the goalpost.
He said, this is one of the most important elections in the world.
And how can this stuff not be fixed?
And how all of a sudden you never get, just go back, you never see what ballot drop it is.
You never see what the exact ballots out there stand.
Now I hear there may be 50,000 ballots out there.
To be cured?
You never get any precision.
Catherine, once again, just to get the facts, where do people go to your site?
unidentified
They can go to TrueTheVote.org and you'll see a button that says, tip line, go there.
We have a online form that they can fill out.
We also have a toll free number.
People can call 855-585-2022.
Talk to somebody live about your experience and all of that is, everything that we are taking in is being reviewed by attorneys for further action because this is far from over.
It is, as you just said, Steve, it's a humiliation to this country and we must work to set this record straight.
steve bannon
Catherine and Greg, you should know, are on the ground, although it's a Texas-based operation, they're on the ground in Arizona right now.
I also want to say, the people that went around and prayed over the weekend, that's fantastic, and of course Bill Gates said it was fine, the sheriff said it was fine, but we need people now not doing that.
We need to allow the people in there to finish, not that you were intruding that.
What we need those people to do is to make sure that everyone you know that voted, right now you need to be a force multiplier by getting the facts.
The time for prayer, the time for walking around doing your Jericho wall, that could all come in the future, if it needs to come.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
What you need to do now is the hard work of getting facts.
Not people, you know, and not half-baked theories.
These have to be facts.
If it actually happened, you need somebody to call these lines.
They can sign an affidavit.
If it didn't happen, it needs to just go away because you can't mess around with this.
This is as serious as it gets, and you've got to be very precise.
We have to have the precision.
If they're going to just gaslight you and kick it down the road and have all this mumbo jumbo gobbledygook every day, we have to be the exact opposite.
We have to be like a precision laser, right?
Absolute precision.
And it's because it's all going to get weighed and measured.
To certify this election, it will get weighed and measured on the world stage with the world watching.
I was in Prescott with Kerry the other night.
In Prescott, Arizona at, I don't know, seven or eight o'clock at night, you had the entire world's media there.
And where are they from?
They're from, you know, the capital markets of Germany, the capital markets of London, because they understand what happens here
is important to the direction United States particularly in the financial crisis that the world is in now that the central banks are cutting off the money machine because the dark valley is about to commence and they're going to want to know who's in charge here and who has leverage and who's making decisions and who's blocking decisions okay blocking bad decisions command by negation I think you've heard that a couple three times Greg Phillips
When you talk about certification, walk me through, you guys are the experts, what's the process here to even discuss how this thing can be certified or not?
unidentified
Yeah, you know, the law compels all states, and they're all a little bit different, but they give them a few weeks to canvas, meaning they go back to all the counties, be sure they got the numbers right, they add them up, and then the Secretary of State certifies the actual counts.
How in the world can America, Arizona, the world, anyone you want to look at possibly believe that Katie Hobbs should get to certify her own stolen election if that's in fact the way this goes.
I had a great opportunity to speak with with Carrie last night and you know she's an incredibly strong person and and I think the one thing that we we she and I both agreed upon was that it's time now it's the time to fight it's not you know not wait until End of 2023, end of the primaries in 2024.
Now is the time.
We stand here today and we fight.
We can't give this away.
We are not Venezuela.
We're not Haiti.
We're not Cuba.
We're not these third world countries that do this, yet we act like it.
Right here in Arizona, Katie Hobbs has an opportunity right now to do the right thing.
She should recuse herself from all of this going forward.
We're going to fight her to the bitter end.
We will not allow her.
To certify a stolen election.
steve bannon
No, this thing is unless it's unless it's high and tight.
High and tight.
It's not certifiable and do see in the should call an emergency session of the legislature and take care of these issues that two years later.
We got the same issues Greg.
How do people get you on social media?
What's the easiest way for people to follow you?
unidentified
Yeah, I try to hide as much as I can but but I'm on true social Greg Phillips 2gs at the end.
I'm on Rumble, on Patriot Games, and on locals at Patriot Games.
steve bannon
With that world-class beard, you can't hide.
Impossible.
Rick Phillips, thank you.
Catherine, one more time, Catherine, where do people go today to give accurate testimony and affidavits, those types of things, of what actually happened?
Where do they go?
unidentified
TrueTheVote.org.
They can put your information in online or give us a call and we are working with attorneys throughout the day to begin to formalize our plan.
steve bannon
Engelbrecht and Phillips are on the case.
That means good things.
It means transparency.
Short commercial break.
We're gonna go.
ago, we got Jim Hoff and a cast of thousands.
unidentified
And we return to the world.
The world.
We will fight to the.
We rejoice with the.
War room pandemic with Stephen K.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon

The Great Manufacturing Company of Minnesota, and of course, The War Room, as they are a big and important sponsor.
Let's go to, by the way, I want to read what President Trump, this is just, President Trump just put this out a little while ago.
I assume everyone is watching Arizona as the great Carrie Lake's easy election win is slowly yet systematically being drained away from her and from the American people.
This is a very sad thing to watch.
Mail-in ballots, long election counts, many day elections.
I want to go now to Jim Hoth from the Great Gateway Pundit.
massive county centers and more are an American disaster.
Our elections have become an unreliable joke and the whole world is watching.
I want to go now to Jim Hoth from the Great Gateway Pundit. Tell me about, tell me about what the coverage you guys are giving, particularly in details, because right now we don't need general theories of the case.
What you need is are things going wrong and why are they going wrong?
Jim Hoft.
jim hoft
Thanks, Steve.
unidentified
And by the way, that was an amazing monologue you had earlier this hour.
jim hoft
Great show.
Steve, on election night, we were following this closely like you were in Arizona.
We love the candidates out there.
And on election night at 8 p.m., there's this company called Uplift Campaign.
We've been tracking that.
Actually for several months.
And they put up the results.
They put up the ballots as they come in.
And so uplift campaigns at eight o'clock after the polls were closed, they had that, uh, uh, that, uh, Terry Lake at Republicans had 52% of the vote.
Democrats had, uh, like 17% of the vote.
And then there was 30% for the independents.
And so we thought, wow, this is great news.
But then what happened, Steve, was even the next morning, USA Today is saying Carrie Lake had a good day.
She clawed back from 15 points down to one point down.
This is on Wednesday morning.
And then they also said that there are 400,000 ballots left in Arizona.
And so Carrie had a good night.
So we're expecting The rest of these ballots to come in and that they would be Republican ballots.
Because we saw this all over and we knew, Steve, that Carrie Lake had a wonderful night and a wonderful election day in the primary where she picked up 70% too.
So we're expecting Carrie Lake to get all of these ballot drops.
And then what happened the next few days, and I wrote down some of these results, on Thursday, Katie Hobbs is still winning these ballot drops.
And we're like, you know, we're wondering, how is this?
If Democrats only had a 17% turnout on election day, how is Katie Hobbs still winning all of these votes?
And we're, you know, the explanation is, well, there's some leftovers from here or there, whatever.
Katie Hobbs gets 54.8% of the vote on Thursday night.
The Cary Lakes, 45.2%.
the vote on Thursday night to Carrie Lake's 45.2%.
Finally on Saturday, Carrie Lake finally gets her first drop that goes in her favor after several days of these, you know, drops from Maricopa County.
On Saturday, Maricopa County, Carrie Lake wins 51.8% of the vote.
Only 51.8% of the vote.
That's the first drop that went in her favor.
She only gained 3,000 votes.
That was out of 85,000 votes that they dropped on Saturday, Carrie Lake only got 51.8% of the vote.
Then last night on Sunday, we're expecting and we're told, well, these are all Republican votes.
These are going to be great drops for Carrie Lake.
So they make this drop Sunday night, Maricopa, they're still drip, you know, drip, drip, drip, dropping all these ballots out.
Sunday night, they say 97,000 votes were counted.
Carrie Lake wins 54.6% of the vote, only 54.6% of the vote.
54.6% of the vote, only 54.6% of the vote.
And Katie Hobbs wins 45.4% of the vote.
So what they want us to believe is that since election day, Katie Hobbs is actually winning as much as Carrie Lake of these votes when Democrats only had, according to this leftist organization, Uplift Campaigns is the leftist organization They're a digital and targeting media firm for Democrat campaigns and progressive organizations.
unidentified
They had the numbers that it was only 17% turnout for Democrats on Election Day.
So what is going on?
Why is Terry Lake not getting a larger percentage of these votes that are coming in?
It's impossible what we're seeing right now.
steve bannon
Okay, let me ask you.
Talk to me about the details.
I understand the theory and that, and the math, and a lot of people are getting into this.
But talk to me about what you've been putting up on Gateway Pundit with first-person accounts, and are those going to turn into affidavits?
I think, to me, the bigger issue is the complete engineered chaos of this.
And if Bill Gates, little Bill Gates, the Maricopa guy, and Ducey and Brnovich think that the guys that certified, and Katie Hobbs, the people that certified the 2020, if they think this makes them look good, Brnovich's career is already over.
But Ducey, who wants to run for Senate, has to understand his career is over.
This is an embarrassing fiasco.
And tonight they're just announcing they're going to put out 40,000 votes.
This thing could go on for another three or four days, just this part of it.
Could go for another three or four days.
What is Gateway Pundit doing about putting up first-person, essentially, testimony of what people are seeing actually going on and prepared to sign affidavits for?
jim hoft
Yes, Steve, we put up a montage last night of several Arizona voters who were disenfranchised on Election Day, and they tell their story.
And some of them are just gripping, but they detail what happened to them when they went in on Election Day.
Or as they were working in the polls that day.
unidentified
And they're all having similar circumstances.
They're telling about people where there's lines of people.
And it was so bad at one polling station that they had to shut the door and not let anyone else in.
And the voting lines were, you know, three, four hours long.
And of course, this was, you know, I would have to say manufactured plan because everybody knows it.
Republicans are coming out on election day.
We all promoted that.
Well, a lot of us did.
So we knew that that was going to happen.
And so, and by the way, it wasn't just 20% of the tabulators that were broke down on election day.
It was more like 30% per se.
So that's almost one out of three ballots that they were feeding through the machines wasn't going through where they dropped them off in door three.
steve bannon
So there's a lot going on.
I want to go back.
Hang on.
Jim, I want to go back to something very specific.
They knew because people didn't have faith.
A lot of votes, I think, I don't know, 80% had traditionally been mailed in in Arizona.
It was one of the states that had led that.
Because people's lack of confidence in what happened in 2020 and understanding that they wanted their ballot actually to count, that there was a shift, particularly in MAGA and Republican votes, to vote in person on game day, on election day.
They knew this was coming for at least a half a year.
Uh, and had every possibility to prepare for it.
And what we're hearing, and people are coming now to do affidavits, we're hearing that, hey, the machines did work when tested or go through the testing, worked on the days up to it.
But, and this is not us saying this, this is not Gateway Pundit, and it's not War Room.
This is Bill Gates coming to the microphone, coming to the sticks with Steve Richards at the very opening bell of election day to say that 20% you're saying now 30% as he knew it then 20% of the vote centers which is these big 20% of the vote centers had machine problems and one out of every five votes in that 20% We're not being tabulated.
And they had this kind of gobbledygook about box number three.
And there's many people saying at box number three where people, you know, they're throwing them in bins.
Who knew?
And then that only shows up with 17,000 votes.
Which are principally game day votes, which weigh very heavily to Kerry Laker.
There's only 17,000 that they account for.
Here's the problem.
Every day you get different counts, you get numbers in and out, and you've got to rely on... There's a guy there from, I think, ABC Arizona.
He's not even a government official.
He's the only guy who even comes close to giving you kind of accurate information, and even that changes on him because of Bill Gates and these guys.
And they're still, you know, they're coming up with boats.
Oh, this has got, you know, Pinal County.
No, they got some more out there.
Pima County.
We don't know.
It's just all this gobbling.
It's nothing precise, nothing you'd hang your hat on.
And once again, we're in a fiasco and they've had everything.
This is Doocy and Brnovich, all of them.
How do you have Hobbs certifying her own thing in charge of this?
And if people in Arizona I want this to be your governor who's so incompetent she can't even manage something that's... Listen, don't take it from me.
Look at people throughout the world.
You look at the world's newspapers.
This is humiliation.
And it's going to keep going.
Tonight's, right, they said last night's 40,000 ballot drop.
I think there's still 170,000, as they say it now, 170,000 still outstanding.
This thing could go to tomorrow and the next day over a week afterwards.
And they say just let the election... Nobody said anything about the people inside the building not doing their job and not doing what they're trained for.
This is not about anybody inside this building's doing it.
This is about the election officials and the running it and the engineered chaos of this.
Jim Hoff, how do people get more?
I want to make sure they see the videos because what's important here is not theories of the case now.
What's important here is to actually hear it from the folks in Arizona.
Not Jim Hoff, not Steve Bannon, not Katherine Engelberg, but hear it from the participants themselves.
Because the whole thing about this is to make sure that voters, whether those voters are Democrats, whether those voters are progressives, whether those voters are independents, whether those voters are Republican, or whether they're MAGA.
Whoever you are, that you're not disenfranchised.
This is about making sure that you're not disenfranchised.
And this kind of madness and chaos is a humiliation to the people of Arizona and a disenfranchisement of hard-working Americans.
Where do they go, Jim?
jim hoft
Right, Steve.
And for the record, quickly, we have a reporter who was kicked out of the rooms down there.
He's the only one who's asking some hard questions, Jordan Conradson.
We do have a lawsuit against Maricopa County over that.
You can go to TheGatewayPundit.com to get the latest and hopefully we'll have our reporter back in the room soon.
steve bannon
Okay.
Thank you very much, Jim.
And yeah, Conrad's has been fantastic.
His interviews with people have just been amazing.
Okay.
I want to go now.
We have Caroline Wren.
We've had a few technical problems this morning, but we're working through them.
I want to thank the team in REV and out in Denver and our hardworking team here.
Caroline Wren, we got about a minute.
We got about 90 seconds here.
I'm gonna hold you through the break.
Give us your assessment this morning on this fiasco, ma'am.
caroline wren
Well, it's very, very frustrating.
Getting information out of the county has been so difficult.
Just even knowing basic stuff of how many votes are left, how many ballots, where are these ballot batches coming from, is near impossible.
And it makes it very difficult to figure out, you know, there are ballots that need to be cured, there are ballots that are unprovisional, and our attorneys are just desperate for information and can't get any.
And it's just such an absolutely broken system.
The transparency is not there.
And it's, it's, it's scary.
It's frustrating and it should never happen again.
And it, but we, we say that over and over and it continues to happen again.
So I do think we're all going to do a lot of self-reflecting after this, but for right now, Maricopa needs to be giving us in a timely matter, what ballots are left, what they're processing, which ballots need to be cured so that we have the opportunity to go and talk to those voters and get their signatures required, because this will absolutely be coming down to the wire.
steve bannon
By the way, so Caroline, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We asked you to stay through the break.
We have Caroline Wren, a senior advisor to Kerry Lake.
We're going to get into all of this.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
unidentified
We're going to be back in the War Room in just a moment.
We will fight till they're all gone.
boris epshteyn
We rejoice when there's no more.
jim hoft
Let's take down the CCB!

No more censorship.
No more cancel culture.

Getter has arrived.
It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
Download now.
steve bannon
Okay, we're up on Getter.
We're going to be up on Getter non-stop through the next couple of days.
We've got a big team going out to Mar-a-Lago for the big announcement tomorrow.
We're bringing Boris Epson.
Boris, we're going to have you back on this evening about that, about what's happening in Mar-a-Lago tomorrow, but I want your thoughts.
And President Trump put out a blistering Truth Social post a little while ago about Arizona.
What are your thoughts, sir?
boris epshteyn
Steve, honored to be with you, honored to be with the posse.
My thoughts are, I agree with the president a thousand percent.
We do not have an election system in this country.
And the way President Trump put it, he's right.
Jimmy Carter and James Baker both said that mail-in voting is prone to scams, and that's exactly what it is.
The fact that we're sitting here, And we'll be sitting here tomorrow until a week out from election day and not have real results.
And now they're showing us graphics of, well, here's who won on election day, here's who won on post-election day.
That is nonsense.
That is complete Frankenstein, third-party crap.
It is unacceptable and we're not going to accept it.
And for those out there who are letting the mainstream media call you election deniers, call you conspiracy theorists, throw it right back in their face.
Because you better believe that if the Democrats were losing like this, you know, come out winning and then they lose five days later, they wouldn't be accepting it.
And Republicans and MAGA cannot be accepting it.
What is happening in Arizona is a complete and utter and total travesty.
Carrie Lake won that election.
Hear me loud and hear me clear.
Carrie Lake won that election.
I know Arizona like the back of my hand, and there's no way on God's green earth that Katie Hobbs was elected to be governor of that gorgeous Grand Canyon State.
Carrie Lake won.
Democrats In cahoots with me, with establishment Republicans.
Yes, Stephen Richer, I'm looking at you and the little buddy of yours, Gates.
You are the ones stealing this election from MAGA, stealing it from the American people.
I better see litigation from here to Timbuktu, from everybody involved on our side.
We've got to be fighting, we cannot be accepting the rigging and stealing of American elections.
We've been talking about it for two years, since 3 November 2020.
What has been done?
We need to fix this now.
steve bannon
Boris, how do people get to you?
Make sure they follow you non-stop on social media.
boris epshteyn
Steve, thanks so much.
Tonight is going to be a big night.
I look forward to talking to you.
I'll be on my way down to Florida.
Honored to be there tomorrow for the major announcement for President Trump.
My information, the website, hot on the website, boriscp.com, hot on getter at boriscp, twitter at boriscp, hot on tooth social at boris, hottest on the gram, boris underscore epstein.
Stay strong.
God bless.
All offense.
Talk to you this afternoon.
steve bannon
There's zero probability Katie Hobbs hit... I mean, Morning Joe and CNN were mocking her.
They knew.
She didn't run a campaign.
She went to a couple of Planned Parenthood centers to have little mini events with a few people showing up.
And, you know, she sat on her beanbag chairs in the run-up to Election Day and had no big rallies, no intensity, never debated, because she couldn't stand a debate.
So it's zero probability, zero probability Katie Hobbs won this election.
Zero.
Let me be blunt.
Zero.
Did I say this?
It's zero.
Carolyn Wren, uh, so what, given now that there's all these people coming forward and all this mess and chaos, uh, how do you see this playing out, ma'am?
caroline wren
I mean, the disenfranchisement of Republican voters is just, is, is very alarming.
I was at lunch yesterday with Kerry and people just kept walking up and say, Kerry, you know, I tried to try to go to three different places to vote.
People shouldn't have to go on this half-day odyssey to be able to vote.
I mean, can you imagine if this was reversed and Election Day voters favored Democrats and the machines failed in Detroit and Philadelphia and Brooklyn?
They would be the top news story everywhere in the country.
And instead it just is.
Everyone's just like, oh, well, you know, lines are normal.
They're not normal when you have mechanics fail, especially when it's mechanics that we've been screaming Four years break.
Machines break.
And why is it only, we told Maricopa, we told these others to expect a huge, huge number of election day voters.
That happened.
They were completely unprepared.
They had the, you know, I just don't buy it that 70 of the 233 precincts or places that you went to go ballot centers, whatever they're calling them now, the machines failed from 6am to 2pm.
You had three hour lines.
I mean, if you arrived at 7am And the machines were down.
It was a two hour line, but you have to take your kids to school at 8.15.
Like you can't just spend all day voting.
And it is just, it is so, so broken.
And now that we're in this, you know, we're now a week out from the election.
We're still desperately trying to get information, figure out what's going on.
And it is just, it is such a absolutely broken system.
And, you know, the two people who are running the Maricopa election systems, by the way, launched a PAC last year to try and stop MAGA candidates.
Like, that's who we are relying on for information, relying on for the truth, relying on to run our election systems.
And our opponent, by the way, is the Secretary of State who refused to recuse herself.
So it's frustrating.
Carrie Lake is the most treasured, wonderful candidate in this country.
She ran a perfect campaign.
It would change absolutely nothing.
But when you're running in a broken system, it's quite powerless.
We have to fix this.
We're still fighting to do everything we can.
steve bannon
Kerry's called for this, but should Ducey call an immediate emergency session of the legislature to at least show some care for the people of Arizona, Democrats, Independents, and Republicans, because Independents were disenfranchised too, and Democrats, even Democrats who wanted to vote for Katie Hobbs on election day, they got disenfranchised.
You can't take two and a half and three hour with working people.
To stand in line?
Nobody can do it.
And that's why this ballot box number three number is a bogus number.
The 17,000 has got to be 50 or 60 or 70,000, given that this thing, they were down and sometimes they were down all the way into the afternoon.
Should he call an emergency session?
And how can you possibly certify this election, ma'am?
How could it be certified?
caroline wren
He should call an emergency session and pass election reform.
But we have the House, the Senate, and the governor's office for the past two years.
They should have passed election reform leading into this.
And this is indicative of Republicans all over the country, too.
It's so frustrating to watch.
Certain states did pass it.
Florida did and others.
And that's why you don't see the problems happening.
But I would absolutely hope that they'd call for an emergency session to pass.
I mean, this is a national embarrassment.
It is, you know, just all eyes are on Arizona, Maricopa County once again, and they're failing.
steve bannon
Real quickly, we've got to jump.
Can this election right now, the disorganized chaos of this, can it be certified in your mind?
Yes or no?
caroline wren
I'll leave that discussion for others.
You know, Katie Hobbs is part of the certifiers who do this, but I do know that we are going to fight, fight, fight for every single legal vote to be counted.
steve bannon
Caroline Wren, real quickly, what's your social media?
How do people follow you?
caroline wren
At Caroline Wren.
steve bannon
Caroline Wren, thank you very much.
unidentified
Senior advisor to Katie, Kari Lake.
steve bannon
Okay, back here at five.
It's going to be intense.
Two hours this afternoon.
We'll be up on Getter all throughout the day.
