or sort of the state of Carrie Lake's disinformation, as she stands still a very, very decent chance.
She's very much still in this.
Right. When Sim was actually here at the tabulation center with me yesterday, I know that you could feel the tension that was in the room.
He could feel the tension that was in the room.
And largely that was because, you know, you have the likes of Chairman Bill Gates, you have Recorder Richard here.
These are the elections folks here who have overseen these elections, fair, accurate ones, not only in 2020, but now here.
They have been at the center of threats.
They have been at the center of harassment.
They have been at the epicenter of everything that Trumpism, Donald Trump and his allies leaving phone calls and voicemails for him to pressure them to help overturn the 2020 election.
And now yet again, they're at the center of this.
And that is where, when we were in the room yesterday, I think there was some tension and frustration over the slow release of the ballots.
Well understandable, and there's no reason to suggest that it is for nothing other than to make sure that it's secure, and that each of the mail ballots were in fact sent in by individuals who go by the name on that ballot.
But what happens as a result is exactly what you guys were speaking about, is when you have that open space, and that open air, it's folks like Carrie lake to go and fill that void there.
They call into question, why is this slow walking?
Why is this taking place?
Mark Fincham, I don't urge people to go to his Twitter account, but my goodness, every hour you come up with a new conspiracy theory.
His latest this hour was suggesting that why does the Republican state treasurer candidate Kimberly Yee have 215,000 more votes than any other statewide candidates?
Well, I can tell you, as somebody who has been covering Kimberly Yee for years, she's watched much more of a straight line, Doug Ducey type conservative role here, and it wouldn't surprise most folks who have covered here politics.
But for Mark Fincham, he goes and tells his hundreds of thousands of followers who are following him on, whether it be Twitter or far-right elements of the internet, that there's a conspiracy, and that the folks here behind me who are simply going and adjudicating and making sure that these ballots are legitimate, And this nice woman here who is putting in the ballots into the tabulation machine are some part of a conspiracy.
And there is nothing to suggest that.
And that is where the hope is, at some point here, that we are able to close that void there.
Because in the meanwhile, it's these folks who are creating these conspiracy theories as we speak.
Vaughn, I know you're getting pulled, but let me just ask you one question.
You know, these are the same people who had eternal patience for the fraughted, you know, the, uh, what were they called?
Cyber ninjas. | ||
Took weeks and months. | ||
They were Trump's allies.
They were from Florida.
They had no experience.
They weren't from Arizona.
They had lots of patience for that.
I want to, if you could just, for our viewers who are not- I'll take Nicole Wallace this afternoon.
I tell you what, I want to get ready to play that.
Maybe I'll play that when we bring Ben Burquam.
And Ben is in Maricopa County.
And we're going to get to Ben Burcombe in a second, but we got some wood to chop for us.
I have Alex de Grasse. | ||
So Alex, I want to get into the details.
Oh, by the way, it's Friday.
Of course, it's Veterans Day here at Armistice Day in Europe.
It's 11 November in the year of our Lord 2022.
You're in the war room. | ||
I want to go to Alex de Grasse from Team Elise.
And Alex, there seems to be some sort of confusion.
The Associated Press says they're not going to call The house, not going to call the who wins the house until at least Tuesday.
And then they've implied that their California races that are outstanding, that could take, and I quote, weeks to determine.
Where do we stay? | ||
You want to walk us through exactly where we're standing house?
Because MSNBC's got up 220 to 215.
They had up 222 to 213 last night.
They had up 222 to 213 last night. They've had as much as 223 I think to 212.
So they're kind of agreeing that we've taken the house, but there seems to be some sort of uncertainty about all this.
So I want to go through and make sure everybody, because people have been working off your math now for weeks.
I want to make sure we go back to that.
So can you give us an assessment of where we stand?
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
So the Associated Press has called 211.
We need 218, Steve. | ||
So Eli Crane and Young Kim were called yesterday.
I'll go through all these, but let me give you a quick summary, and then I'll go through each district.
Ken Calvert took the lead.
Lauren Boebert's in a commanding position.
Joe Kent cut his deficit in half.
Mike Erickson in Oregon 6 is still in the fight.
So we'll go here. | ||
Now, on top of those 211 that have already been called, we have seven that we've got in the bank.
Undoubtedly strong. | ||
We hold them. | ||
There's no issue. | ||
That's Arizona 6. | ||
Let's go. | ||
I just want to slowly go from the 211.
You say there's seven more that are in the bank but have not been called by Associated Press.
Let's just go through those seven and let's name the district and let's name the individual and then if you can just give us the spread and so people can ascertain that.
So let's go ahead. | ||
unidentified
|
Sure, so we've got Arizona 6 with Juan Siscamani.
Last night update was compromised largely of 20,000 votes from Pima County.
The votes were counted were absentee ballots, which are bad for us.
There's still roughly 120 ballots outstanding to be counted in Pima.
We expect about We've been working with the campaign and the RNC and the NRCC.
Remaining absentee ballots will be returned.
It's going to be election day and overall election day votes.
We still have a significant amount of votes outstanding in Pinal County, so it's very good for us.
So that, we've got a big spread there.
Not going to be a problem in Arizona.
We actually think, though, Associated Press will call this possibly Could be tonight, could be tomorrow, could be the weekend, but this one should be handled pretty soon.
I just want to tell you, hang on.
Decision Desk has already called this, just so you know.
Decision Desk has already called Juan late last night.
Okay, keep going. | ||
unidentified
|
And we've got California Free.
Assemblyman Kevin Carley.
Total MAGA. | ||
It's a big win. | ||
We've got, I think it's called Placer County is the largest county in the district.
They're going to be updating us tonight around five o'clock Pacific.
We expect the race to be called shortly.
So this is another one. | ||
We could bag this tonight into tomorrow with the Associated Press.
We've got fighter pilot hero, Mike Garcia, California 27.
Another update tonight, so probably around 11 p.m.
Eastern time. | ||
Hopefully this will be called next week, just with the California process.
These things take forever there.
It's out of control. | ||
The rest of these are all California.
One in Oregon, New York, and we'll get to that.
California 41, Ken Talvert.
We think that this should be called either tonight or early next week.
That's California 41, Ken Talvert.
California 45, Michelle Steele.
That's a hold seat. | ||
That should either be called tonight or early next week.
So we feel great about that.
Oregon Five, Decision Desk called this.
Also the state's newspaper called this.
That's one of the EPAC candidates, Lori Chavez-DeRemer.
She's a Hispanic woman.
It's a flip. | ||
So that should be called, I think, tonight.
But again, the local paper already called it.
The Oregonian, I think, is the name.
And then NY 22, Brandon Williams, he's leading by about 4,000 votes.
There's about 4,000 votes outstanding between affidavits and mail ballots.
Affidavits in New York typically go in our direction.
Mail ballots go heavily against us, you know, because those affidavit ballots are early in person.
So those are the seven seats right there.
That's 218. | ||
Those are in the bank. | ||
And now I want to go down to some politics.
Hang on a second. | ||
I just want to make an observation on how it's going to be handled.
People are coming back into the city from both sides because it's going to be orientation week and leadership votes and start of the lame duck session.
So it's going to be total chaos starting with the weekend.
Four of these seats, and even if Kylie's got such a spread, or Garcia, your 213, 214, 215, and 216 seat, which is California's 3, 27, 41, and 45.
The Associated Press has already implied that a couple of those that may be weeks, for instance, California 41 and California 45.
How do you work through the logistics, unless we get down and some of these other ones are going to be called shortly, that how do you come and even put together the majority or even have a leadership vote when these are still going to be in question?
unidentified
|
So they'll be here, Steve.
So the way we do it, as long as it's not called against us, all of these are invited to attend new member orientation, which has been standard for Republicans.
So the House Admin Committee hosts them and they'll all be here learning how to be Okay.
Go to your 219 to 222 then.
How do you get there? | ||
What are your next four?
Sure. | ||
So we've actually got seven that are kind of either 50-50 or leaning our way.
Actually eight when you include Joe Kent.
that. There might be some people that disagree with that, but that will be decided by the Republican conference on that process. But they will be here if they're not certified yet.
Okay. Go to your 219 to 222 then. How do you get there?
What are your next four?
unidentified
|
Sure. So we've actually got seven that are kind of either 50-50 or leaning our way. Actually, eight when you include Joe Kent. That's Arizona one, Schweiker.
Last night, there was a 50-50 split of 18,000 votes counted.
These are ones that were dropped off before Tuesday, because you guys have been covering Arizona.
Those are typically, you know, 50-50.
There's about 100,000 votes between Election Day in-person votes, so they're going to break for our favor.
We're going to put that away.
We've got Lauren Boebert.
She's in a very strong position, Steve.
Last night she was up by about 1,100 votes.
There's about 2,000 ballots among all the counties.
We're curing those ballots.
Approximately 532 Democrats, 700 Republicans, 1,300 Independents to be cured.
I think we've cured a lot already.
So that's very positive.
And we feel great about Lauren Boebert.
So that would be number two.
By the way, her opponent, who's been living on MSNBC, just said he considered his race, if nothing, a moral victory, which is always the code word for, hey, we've looked at the numbers and she's going to win.
I think that's a strong sign there.
Okay, keep going, sir. | ||
unidentified
|
Absolutely. | |
So we've got California 13, John Durante.
This one could take weeks to call.
It's a tough one, but we're optimistic.
So this is sort of in the toss-up or lean Republican.
Then we've got California 22, sort of Bakersfield area, Balladeo.
We feel very good about this, but again, just with the counting process, it could take some time.
We have California 47, Scott Ball.
This one also could take weeks to call.
And also California 49, Brian Marriott could take weeks to call.
And we've got Joe Penn. | ||
So he's making the gains that Joe needs to make for sure in this latest count.
He cut his deficit in half.
He's only down by about 2.6%.
I believe there's I don't want to give the wrong number, but there's a significant amount of ballots to be counted and they're curing and their team is working.
And I know the audience on this show remembers Steve sort of in the primary where he fought back from.
So we feel very optimistic with Joe.
Um, we've got Oregon six.
So these are, and now we'll move to, so those are the eight, right?
That could go either which way to give us some padding.
We went half of them that gets us to 22.
And likewise, right? | ||
Then we've got a couple more longer shot here, but I want to go through these because it's important.
Mike Erickson, he's down, but he's gaining ground.
It's an Oregon 6. | ||
Jim Fagnett is not seated.
There's quite a lot of irregularities.
I don't know if he's been on the show to talk about it, but we should hit him up.
There's a lot going on there.
We've got a lot of legal stuff going on.
He's not conceding, and we're working on a strategy on that.
So that's a big one. | ||
So that's Pennsylvania 8, Jim Bognett.
And then Nevada 3, it looks like it's sort of slipping from us, but it's not over yet.
April Becker in Nevada 3.
So that's sort of what's outstanding.
They can get you if you want all of them, which you won't.
It's $228, because I know Bognett's hard, but I think they're working out their legal strategy before they come on.
And Nevada 3 is tough. | ||
Okay, so what do you think?
Here's the problem. | ||
Aren't they slow walking all these, and I realize they have some legitimate issues they got to deal with with some of these ballots, but particularly in California.
They're saying it could take two or three weeks for some of these.
So how do you organize things?
I guess you say you get to 218 and it takes care of itself, correct?
unidentified
|
Yeah, we're hoping to be at 218.
We're there, ultimately, right?
In our map. | ||
And, you know, you see it on MSNBC and everywhere else.
I mean, they're admitting it.
But, you know, it's very frustrating, Steve, that they're not just saying it.
You know, they're causing a lot of havoc and chaos.
They're on the mainstream media, you know, pumping what I would say misinformation to voters on the left side of the aisle.
You know, I think they've got some type of, like you said, moral victory.
So it's definitely a little bit frustrating, but, you know, we are organizing, we're preparing everything for the majority.
These members that are in toss-up seats, they're all welcome to come here as long as it hasn't been called against them.
So that's pretty standard, actually.
So there'll be a lot of, you know, Kevin Kiley will be here for new member orientation and for leadership votes, despite it being called or not called.
But we're very excited about a lot of these members coming in for sure.
I tell you what, can you hang on?
I just want to take a short commercial break and get back into this because, yeah, I think MSNBC and CNN, they're either listing, like last night it was 222.
I think one time it was 223.
They've been back to 220.
Now they're 220 and 215 for the Democrats.
So it's moving, but they have not You know, maybe only Politico did an article about how you could, how the Democrats would have a chance to actually keep the majority.
Okay, short commercial break.
Alex DeGrasse, Ben Berquam, we got Boris.
We're going to have later in the second hour, Joe Kent, Carolyn Wren out in Arizona, Mike Davis.
We're packed up here this afternoon.
Uh, in the Fight Club. | ||
To make sure, see how we close these in Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, all of it.
Next, in the War Room. | ||
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.

But you can get it on the War Room site.
That's MyPillow.com. | ||
Promo code WAR and you get right to our square.
So go check it out today.
Alastair Gress has obviously makes, you know, everything's moving right now, particularly the leadership votes, the speaker votes, all of that.
When do you get, when do you, as you sit here and look at it, given the AP said they're not going to call it till Tuesday at a minimum, what is the sense of you guys are inside the apparatus of when do you think you're going to know this thing's absolutely locked down and they're just, they're just trying to bleed, bleed the Republicans out?
unidentified
|
Well, we feel great. | |
I mean, we have a 218 for sure, Steve, you know, unless they find a massive bag of ballots in Brandon Williams.
I mean, there is no path for the Democrats in Brandon Williams' seat as we have it now.
There are essentially just as many outstanding ballots that we know of as there are in the margin.
So, you know, with that being said, the 218 is there.
So, I mean, I understand why they maybe can't because there's different ballots, but we know that Election day ballots in Arizona are going to go our way heavily, right? I mean, these are things we know, but the AP won't rule on it, Steve. So that's what the frustrating thing is.
I mean, we've got the team, but it is floating out there.
I noticed, Marjorie, Alaska is not on here.
Is this because of this ranked choice voting it's going to take?
I think they've committed to come up with an answer before the 23rd of November.
Kelly Chabak is in good shape.
Sarah Palin, because her opponent said don't vote for her, I take it she's not going to be in great shape?
unidentified
|
Yeah, I mean, we're all behind Sarah Palin 100%.
But that being said, the Democrats at 47%, and she's at 24 and the other Republicans at about 20.
And so, you know, the way that works, he did tell us, he told his supporters to rank the Democrat.
And that's what happened last time.
That's how the Democrat got in there, which is unfortunate for that he did that.
Frankly. | ||
No, and the Democrats going to have no power because it's not going to be in the majority.
It's a, it's a shame. | ||
And this is one that Republicans should win relatively easily.
Just a, it's a really a crime.
This ranked choice. | ||
How do people tell you? | ||
No, we've got to stop. | ||
unidentified
|
We've got to take ranked choice to the Supreme court.
A hundred percent. | ||
It's a disaster. | ||
We need Mike Davis on that.
I've spoken about it. | ||
unidentified
|
You've got to come on and talk about it.
We've got brother Davis is actually joining us in the second hour.
He's on fire today. | ||
Uh, Alex, how do people get to you?
unidentified
|
Yeah, I'm on Getter at DeGrasse.
True that, Alex DeGrasse.
I'm on Twitter, DeGrasse81.
Just let me know. | ||
We've got more facts coming out.
Keep everyone updated as these races.
They're going to be counting through the weekend in a lot of these places, so we'll have some updates.
Hopefully wrap this thing up.
OK. | ||
We're going to be on Getter Live all over the weekend.
We'll get DeGrasse up. | ||
I want people to follow him and all his accounts, because there's a lot going on.
This weekend is quite important.
Thank you, Alex DeGrasse.
unidentified
|
100%. | |
Yep. | ||
I'll talk to you. | ||
Thanks, brother. | ||
Can I go back and play? | ||
I want to start at the beginning with Bergkamp.
I don't have Boris up yet, do I?
If we don't have Boris, I want to... Oh, Boris is up.
Okay, fine. | ||
Let me get to Boris. | ||
Boris, so a lot happening for the audience.
We got like nine things that are happening simultaneously, and we're trying to keep it all not just straight, but make sure they get the most pertinent information in the inside baseball.
Part of this is these leadership efforts.
Now, the Senate hasn't been called.
We've got Laxalt out in Nevada, Blake Masters in Arizona.
You've got Herschel Walker with a runoff.
We know Alaska is going to be Republican.
We don't know if it's going to be the Republican-slash-Democrat Murkowski, or if it's going to be Chewbacca, but it will be a held seat.
But in leadership in both senses, in both branches, both the House and the Senate, they're kind of open revolts right now.
There's all kind of articles up with the House Freedom Caucus and Matt Gaetz and others around kind of this Russell vote Twitter chain is saying that they want to make a change.
There's eight or ten people or twelve people that are adamantly against McCarthy.
They want to see change, whether that's Jim Jordan or others.
Now in the Senate it's kind of exploded.
There's been a letter sent, I think Rick Scott, Mike Lee, Marco Rubio, there's other people, I'm hearing Rand Paul, there's other people that are coming out and saying that, hey, we ought to slow down any leadership vote in the Senate until, you know, things are, we actually know where we stand.
Associated Press is announcing they're not going to call the House for the who wins at a minimum of Tuesday and quote unquote, the California races could take weeks.
Just give us a sense where all that stands.
We'll see the President Trump out.
Where do we stand with just these leadership fights?
Steve, honor be with you, honor be with the posse.
There's definitely a lot of moving parts.
There's no way, no two ways about it.
And it's overwhelmingly caused by the fact that we do not have a real election system in this country.
In the Senate, yeah, how could you have a leadership vote?
How could you have any leadership discussions until you know who's going to be in the caucus?
It makes no sense whatsoever.
Of course, Mitch McConnell's going to try to ram it through, but that doesn't make any sense on God's green earth to have a leadership vote, a leadership discussion, before you know who's going to be, you know, who's going to be the senator from Arizona, the senator from Nevada, the senator from Alaska, the senator from Georgia.
And let's hope those are all MAGA candidates.
Chewbacca in Alaska, Laxalt in Nevada, Masters in Arizona, and of course, the one and only Herschel Walker in Georgia.
And then in the House, I mean, it definitely seems to be a combustible situation.
I'll put it this way. | ||
You know, Kevin McCarthy obviously still has a lot of support, but also is, you know, I think as widely reported, facing some headwinds.
And, you know, if you look around the country, There's a lot of money spent on candidates, against candidates, like Carol Leavitt, right?
On candidates who ended up losing primaries, and where MAGA candidates won, and those millions of dollars should have been spent on getting new seats.
So, it's going to be very interesting to see how it all plays out.
Gates has got a lot of ideas.
The Freedom Caucus seems to be not interested in particularly cooperating, so I think there's a lot of development.
Now, keep in mind, the leadership vote in the House, It's coming up next Tuesday.
It's about everything, effectively, but the speakership.
The speakership is not part of the, quote-unquote, House Republican leadership vote.
The speakership is for the full 435 to decide.
It doesn't truly happen until January 3rd of 2023.
So, a lot of room between the lip and the cup, a lot of time, and I think a lot of development still to come.
But most importantly, and you know I was going to say this, most importantly, the big announcement for President Donald J. Trump coming on Tuesday.
On November 15th, 9 o'clock, from the one and only Mar-a-Lago Club, and let me tell you, the response has been overwhelming.
To anybody out there who's crying and whining, oh, there won't be interest, it is already sold out three times over.
Everybody and their mother wants to be there.
The amount of press requests, the amount of media requests, the amount of MAGA requests is overwhelming.
Frankly, it's an honor.
It's an honor to be a small part of that team.
And it is humbling just how many Americans want to be there to see President Trump's big announcement as we move into 2024 and taking our country back.
I take it does a lot of interest from international press also, correct?
So all over the world. | ||
No doubt about it. | ||
Donald J. Trump is the leader of the MAGA movement, the Republican Party, and is the true leader of the American people.
And everybody all over the world knows that.
And I'll tell you, those of you who have a problem with this, you know, this Truthpost, that Truthpost, you know what?
To those who've been choosing to play stupid games, to backstab, to plant stories and plant nonsense, you play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
To those who've been smart and said, you know, we're going to support President Trump if he chooses to run, well, that's a different treatment.
So to anybody who's got a problem with it, You know what?
That's your choice. | ||
That's your prerogative as an American.
The way I see it, those who are trying to backstab President Trump, he doesn't play those games.
He's coming right at their face.
Choose wisely, I guess it would be the thing to say.
Boris, you've got a couple minutes.
Let's talk about the House and the Senate.
These House races, how comfortable with you do you feel with the grasses list, as you've looked at the math?
It's a good list. | ||
I think we're on a... We'll be in the majority.
I think 223 is a real, real possibility.
A couple of breaks here and there, maybe you get to 225.
So, Alex DeGrasse and the whole team there with Elise Stefanik, Chairman Stefanik, doing a great job as the GOP Conference Chair.
DeGrasse really knows that the race is inside out.
But again, the disgrace is that we cannot get these results within, it should be four hours and done.
That's what we need to have happen in this country.
The fact that we're weeks out.
Days out and then weeks out is unacceptable.
It is un-American, it's unconstitutional, and it's extremely debilitating to our democracy.
And then on the Senate side, I think Nevada, you've got Laxalt.
I do think he's got a great shot.
I think you'll have the same thing happening with Lombardo there for governor.
And then in Arizona, Kerry Lake, governor, I'm feeling good about it.
I think Blake Masters is still on a very straight path to that victory.
And let's not forget Kelly Chewbacca.
Kelly Chewbacca won that race.
Now they're doing that nonsense ranked choice voting, but she won that race, and let's hope it stays that way.
Boris, how do people, that's a great assessment, how do people get to you on your social media?
Because over this weekend it's going to be pretty intense.
It's going to be intense this weekend, it's going to be intense next week, and it's going to be intense for months and years to come.
We've also got to make sure that we win that seat in Georgia on December 6th, no doubt about it.
Intensity, offense all around.
My information, the website is hot, boriscp.com, hot on boriscp.com, hot on twitter at boriscp, on twitter at boriscp, hot on twosocial at boris, hottest on the gram, boris underscore epstein.
Stay strong, God bless, all offense, and Shabbat Shalom.
Boris, thank you very much.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to come back.
We're going to go to Arizona, our own Ben Berquam.
We're going to talk about what MSNBC is saying about the situation.
Of course, Ben Berquam's been in the, as always, he's in the middle of the action, and now he's one of the principal actors in this, about the access they're giving Ben Berquam, Real America's Voice, and of course, The War Room, to make sure that we keep our intense coverage.
Everybody knows, particularly those that join the show, After the 2020 election, you know the amount of time, effort, and focus we've given Arizona.
It's kind of the railhead of this whole thing.
As I said the other day in these talks or speeches I was going around with Kerry Lake, I said it started in Arizona, it's going to end in Arizona.
So, we're going to make sure we're all over it.
Short commercial break.

|
Let's take down the CCP!
Or sort of the state of Carrie Lake's disinformation as she stands still a very very decent chance. She's very much still in this Right when Tim was actually here at the tabulation center with me yesterday, I know that you could feel the tension that was in the room He could feel the tension that was in the room, and largely that was because, you know, you have the likes of Chairman Bill Gates, you have Recorder Richard here, these are the elections folks here.
Who have overseen these elections.
Fair, accurate ones. | ||
Not only in 2020, but now here.
They have been at the center of threats.
They have been at the center of harassment.
They have been at the epicenter of everything that Trumpism, Donald Trump and his allies, leaving phone calls and voicemails for him to pressure them to help overturn the 2020 election.
And now, yet again, they're at the center of this.
And that is where, when we were in the room yesterday, I think there was some tension and frustration over the slow release of the ballots.
Well understandable, and there's no reason to suggest that it is for nothing other than to make sure that it's secure and that each of the mail ballots were in fact sent in by individuals who go by the name on that ballot.
But what happens as a result is exactly what you guys were speaking about, is when you have that open space and that open air, it's folks like Carrie Lake that go and fill that void there. They call into question why is this slow walking? Why is this taking place? Mark Fincham, I don't urge people to go to his Twitter account but my goodness, every hour you come up with a new conspiracy theory. His latest this hour was suggesting that why does the Republican state treasurer candidate Kimberly Yee have 215,000 more votes than any other statewide candidates? Well, I
can tell you as somebody who has been covering Kimberly Yee for years, she's walked much more of a straight-line Doug Ducey type conservative role here and it wouldn't surprise most folks who have covered here politics but for Mark Fincham, he goes and tells his hundreds of thousands of followers who are following him on whether it be Twitter or far-right elements of the the internet that there's a conspiracy and that the folks here behind me who are simply going and adjudicating and making sure that these ballots are legitimate and this nice woman here who is putting in the ballots into the
tabulation machine are some part of a conspiracy.
And there is nothing to suggest that, and that is where the hope is, at some point here, that we are able to close that void there, because in the meanwhile, it's these folks who are creating these conspiracy theories as we speak.
Von, I know you're getting pulled, but let me just ask you one question.
You know, these are the same people who had eternal patience for the frauded, you know, what were they called?
Cyber ninjas. | ||
Took weeks and months. | ||
They were Trump's allies.
They were from Florida.
They had no experience.
They weren't from Arizona.
They had lots of patience for that.
I want to, if you could just, for our viewers who are not hostage to any of the disinformation, but just explain what the process is.
What exactly are election officials doing?
What does the count look like?
Yeah, also to give you an idea here, it was this last state legislature that came within one vote of arresting the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors because they refused to turn over the ballots to the gang that was completing that so-called audit here.
But the process that is underway here, number one, there's a signature verification process.
So all these mail ballots, especially those 290,000 that were dropped off in person, they are going and comparing the signatures on the envelopes of the individuals, those voters who signed those envelopes.
They are then going against, whether it be the DMV database, whatever signature they have on file to confirm that that signature matches the one that is within the state records We've also got the adjudication board, these folks here.
You've got a Republican and Democrat.
So if there is something wrong, there's a fold in the ballot, a spill, ink that goes outside of the lines, a Republican and a Democrat are going ballot by ballot to go and confirm that these ballots are legitimate and what the intent was.
Okay, welcome back. | ||
We're in the War Room. | ||
Make sure you go to, by the way, this is all about Arizona, Speaking of Arizona, in the 16th of December.
In Metro Phoenix, you'll have the AmFest, AmericaFest, put on by Turning Point USA.
Tucker Carlson's going to be there.
Candace Owens is going to be there.
Stephen K. Bannon's going to be there.
Of course, Charlie Kirk, Jack Bassovic, but literally dozens of others of MAGA personages are going to be there giving talks, workshops, all of it.
Go to tpusa.com slash war room.
You're going to want to go.
You're going to want to be there.
As everybody knows, when I go to these things, I spend a lot of time.
With the posse meeting and greeting and talking and getting up to speed on what you guys are working on.
So I want to make sure that happens.
I think we'll be spending a lot of time in Arizona over the next couple of weeks between there and these knife fights, political metaphor, knife fights here back in D.C.
for leadership, the lame duck, all of it.
One of the craziest times I've ever seen.
Let's go to Ben Burquam.
Ben, I take it you're getting ready to walk in and cover the press conference of Maricopa County that's going to take place today.
Oh, excuse me, excuse me.
I forgot. | ||
I thought I was talking to the Gateway Pundit, Jordan Conrad.
Hang on, let me hold it back there.
So Ben, this is what I don't understand, so you've got to explain this one to me and to the audience.
You, probably more than anybody, Because you were out there for Trump pre the 2020 when they had all the huge caravans and the massive rallies and, you know, everybody was there.
You were really the number one investigative reporter on the scene in the days after on this.
You've been on this for two years standing in here, I guess, the tabulation center.
Why won't they let our Ben Berkwam inside?
And it's not that these press conferences are scintillating.
Bill Gates comes out, and Bill Gates reminds me of the guy in, we said this on the Charlie Kirk show last night, in the movie Fargo.
Right, the lead character.
He kind of has that voice of the Fargo guy.
No, Jerry, this is my deal.
This is my deal. | ||
I don't want a finder's fee, right?
So it's a clown show every time they come out.
Why won't they let Ben Berkwam inside to actually just, you know, be there, listen like everybody else, ask a few questions?
Well, before I tell you that, I just want to say thanks for making me listen to MSNBC twice today.
You know how much I love hearing it the first time.
Is that much better? | ||
Now that you're gonna bring it up, now, hold on, now that you're gonna bring it up, I was out with, uh, we were out with Kerry Lake last week and, uh, Tim Miller jumped me.
I knew Tim from his RNC days.
Now hold it, Vaughn Hilliard, does Vaughn Hilliard have the turquoise, like, cowboy thing?
He looks like somebody from, uh, uh, he looks like he's trying to be a, it's a bolero, he's got a bolero, and, and hold it, but Tim Miller did not have his pukas or his pearls, whatever you call them.
He spends five days in Tucson, five days in Arizona, and they toughen him up.
He doesn't have pearls.
Ben Berquam. | ||
Yeah, I gotta say, I actually like Vaughn.
This might get him in trouble, might get me in trouble.
I'm working on Vaughn. | ||
I'm red-pilling Vaughn.
Someday, I believe, Vaughn, if you're watching this, you're gonna be on the right side.
That's coming, and I do have to say, shout out to Aunt Rocks, and Vaughn will know who that is.
But there are people that are on other networks, fake news networks, that don't necessarily believe everything they say, but they have to say it, or else they wouldn't have jobs.
Now, I don't know if he's in that camp, but I know there are people out there.
I like Vaughn. | ||
And I'm praying for Vaughn.
By the way, Vaughn is, everybody should know, Vaughn's a very good man.
Kerry Laker was our way to blow him up every day.
But Tim Miller, people forget Tim Miller, the other hatchet.
Tim was the RNC's comm chief.
He ran Huntsman's campaign.
He was Jeb Bush's spokesman.
I knew Tim. | ||
In the Breitbart embassy, Tim spent a lot of time.
He was the RNC. | ||
His book was quite brilliant.
So Tim's a very smart guy.
He was on our side and he flipped because of Trump.
He just couldn't handle the Trump movement.
Vaughn is a guy that everybody, I think, respects a lot.
Of course, he makes our heads blow up.
Particularly when he was on Nicole Wallace.
I think that's the one that makes our heads blow up the most, when he was on Nicole Wallace.
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
Yeah, anyway, so all that being said, now I want to say one thing about what he said as well.
One of the biggest problems that we had in 2020, why we're here, and why people need to be in there watching this, is the signature verification.
We went from, historically on average, about 3-4% rejection rate of these mail-in ballots, to under 1%, in some cases 0.3%, somewhere in that range, across Arizona.
The reason why They gave the election to Joe Biden was mostly in large part to the signature verification and allowing signatures that did not match the voters These were fraudulent votes that were harvested.
That's why 2,000 mules exposed that vote harvesting These were not votes by people that were that were in the ballots.
They were simply picked up and and voted for by other people.
That's what took the election.
That's the big concern that we have here.
None of that was changed.
They're still, from what I understand, still have the same process and basically accept anything.
When they say they match the signatures, I've seen the comparison.
There's no comparison.
You're talking about signatures that were left-hand versus right-hand writing.
It's absolutely not true that they're matching.
I mean, they do some signature verification.
But the rejection rate should be around 3%.
If it's under that, there's a problem.
We're watching that. | ||
The other thing I want to mention too, I just had some lovely War Room Posse folks come out here and say they're planning a rally protest tomorrow around noon out here because of what I'm about to, and partly what I'm about to tell you and what you just mentioned.
about the Gateway Pundit as well, and what's going on in that building.
First off, this should not take days.
They knew, these guys knew the potential, they knew the numbers, they were expecting.
It's just like any systems, it's like any logistics, you know the numbers that are coming in, you plan for that, you hire the right people, and you're ready.
These guys are clearly just out of their depth, and the question that nobody's asked any of them is, you had two years to plan for this, and you have utterly failed.
Who's to blame? | ||
Who needs to be fired? | ||
And I'd say just fire them all.
But that's happening tomorrow at noon local time here, from what I understand.
So anyone in the area that wants to come out and voice their disapproval for what's going on, that's what's happening noon out here.
unidentified
|
But, and I want to tell you, this will tell... But hang on, but hang on, but hang on, but hang on, Ben.
Hang on, slow down. | ||
That's all going to be peaceful?
Because this is why they put the fence around the... Oh yeah, peaceful.
Absolutely. | ||
By the way, hang on. | ||
This is not War Room calling for this.
We're definitely not calling for this.
Nope, it's not us calling for it.
This is what other people are saying.
They've got a lot of police officers down there, I think for no reason, because they're trying to get people scared.
Just like they put all the stuff around here, the hundred troops in the Capitol and the thousands of troops here.
Yeah. | ||
unidentified
|
And this is what I'm hearing.
It's a march of Jericho style.
They come, they pray, it's all peaceful.
They're praying for God's light to shine, for the lies to be exposed, and for the truth to be revealed.
That's the plan for tomorrow, from what I'm understanding.
Again, we're not organizing any of this stuff.
We just may be here and cover it.
Yeah. | ||
Okay, go ahead. | ||
Continue on. | ||
So, this is what was sent.
To answer your question, no, Steve, I will not be in there for the press conference today.
The mini-tyrants that run Maricopa County have decided in their infinite wisdom that we are not allowed in.
Our press credentials were denied for the exact same reason they denied Gateway Pundits.
And I'm going to actually read this small section to you.
It's almost hysterical.
You're denied because you, A, do not avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest.
Not vague at all. | ||
And B, are not free of associations that would compromise journalistic integrity and damage credibility.
Therefore, you are not a bona fide correspondent of repute in your profession.
Now the email goes on to say basically a bunch of lies.
Yes. | ||
I just love they threw in repute.
I don't want to get into this.
I don't want to get into this.
Hang on. | ||
All of these. | ||
I know. | ||
I know. | ||
I don't want to get into the thing of all your behavior, no.
But I want to go back to, was it journalistic ethics where they say journalistic?
I just want to say this. | ||
The rest of it was total BS.
That's all I'm going to say about the rest of it.
Okay, fine. | ||
Ben, but go back up to the journalistic part.
Because you've got, don't you have all these left-wing organizations?
And I'm not even talking about MSNBC and CNN, which are part of the apparatus.
You've got every left-wing organization there.
What'd they say about the journalistic part?
Uh, journalistic integrity, you, excuse me, are not free of associations that would compromise journalistic integrity or damage credibility.
Now, I don't know if they're talking about you, Steve.
I don't know who they're talking about.
They didn't give me any specifics.
I, I could just, I'm just left to presume what they meant by this.
I mean, it's just, again, it's laughable when you mention all the, as far as I know, it's only... Journalistic integrity?
War room? | ||
I would think you would help, because you're actually telling the truth.
How dare they? | ||
How dare they? | ||
As far as I know, the only two networks, the only two news outlets that were not allowed in, that were denied credentials for those reasons, were us and The Gateway Pundit.
And I just got to say, Jordan just texted me.
He says The Gateway Pundit is suing Maricopa County.
And so, more to come on this.
But bottom line, Steve, all we want is the truth.
All we want is the truth.
All we want is the receipts.
We want this thing to be sorted out overnight and tomorrow morning so Kerry Lake can get on with governing.
Okay? | ||
unidentified
|
That's it. | |
We're not backing off. | ||
Ben, hang around. | ||

Let's go back to Maricopa County.
Look, you're going to see a lot of Maricopa County.
You're going to see a lot of Nevada.
We've got these huge battles.
We're also going to have a lot of Georgia.
Obviously, that heats up.
So this thing is never ending.
Of course, Washington, D.C.
Now, there are two leadership fights, and they are fights both in the for the House and also now for the Senate.
Surprisingly enough, some senators came out and said, hey, we think this thing with Mitch McConnell is rolling way too fast and we got to really talk about it.
So this is all going on at the same time.
The lame duck's going to start and that's going to be just a fiasco.
Ben Burquam, Maricopa County.
You're seeing a lot of War and Posse.
Some people think they're coming together tomorrow to do a Jericho, which is a kind of a quasi-religious celebration event where they walk around and they pray, traditionally as they did in the Old Testament.
And I think it's a total overreaction by the authorities.
Every rally I've been to, everything I've been to, the posse out there, the... And by the way, we were out there for the last weeks to get enthusiasm to go vote.
You saw a massive turnout on election day.
It's one of the reasons they're talking about this.
It's one of the reasons.
They're talking. | ||
Ben, I'm gonna just toss to you.
It sounds like we've had some musical tradition going.
unidentified
|
I don't know. | |
It sounds like Gather at the River, right?
Which is one of my favorite hymns.
So, uh, I feel like I'm in a John Ford movie right now.
Ben Burquham in Maricopa.
I'll shut up. | ||
I'll shut up and I'll just toss it to you, brother.
That's a first! | ||
No, I'm just kidding. | ||
I love you. | ||
By the way, just to mention what you said, we've had a ton of War Room Posse come out because they watch the show, they watch what's going on, they're fed up with what's going on.
But again, this is kind of an organic thing that I've just heard.
People are coming out. | ||
They're coming out to pray.
They said they're coming out.
I've heard multiple people say noon tomorrow.
That's what I'm hearing, not something that we're organizing by any means.
But I do want to make mention of the point that you just made.
We've got basically three levels of security here, actually four if you count these water barricades that are behind the camera you can't see.
You've got a fence here, you've got more barricades, you've got police vehicles that are lined up, sheriff's vehicles that are lined up, basically Barricading the building plus another spiked fence with security cameras that leads into the building.
The same people, the same ideology that wants us to have open borders on our southern border wants this level of security.
They don't want me to go in.
They don't want us to go in and to report on the election to make sure that there's actually integrity in the election.
They're okay with people invading our country on our southern border and getting bused into Phoenix and going anywhere they want to go in the country.
But when it comes to going in and actually observing we, the people's right, the sovereigns of this nation, the most important civic duty we get to perform as voting for our next leaders, They get to decide who goes in that building and arbitrarily deny people that they don't like.
Really, what they should have just done in that email is just say, we don't like you, you can't come in.
But hang on. | ||
All of that being said, it doesn't matter.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
I understand that they're telling you, Ben, you can't sit at the cool kids table in junior high school, right?
It doesn't matter. | ||
Hang on, hang on. | ||
unidentified
|
But let me give you the deeper thing.
The posse doesn't want to go in there and do anything.
All they want is this thing to be expedited.
The posse's got, first off, the deplorables have got jobs and they have families.
They just want this thing to sort.
They work. | ||
Many jobs because of the Biden economy.
But here's the key point.
The woman who heads up the movement, That is going to say we've had enough of Ducey, enough of the Republican establishment, enough of the Radical Democrats, enough of the open borders.
The woman who is going to declare on the first day of her governorship An invasion of the southern border.
She's committed to that.
An invasion of the southern border.
They've blocked this out around the building just for the optics.
It's just optics. | ||
Nobody's going to go into it.
There's not one War Memorial member that has, or Deplorable, or MAGA, or whatever, that has any interest in going inside because they're too busy.
This is all performative.
This is all optics. | ||
And that's why it's such a sham.
Ben Berquam. | ||
And it's the same reason why they allowed January 6th to happen, so that they could create the investigation.
They wanted that to happen, so that they didn't actually have the investigation into the ballots and into the voter fraud, so that they could simply go after their political enemies.
It's the same thing here.
They want to create that environment that there's something dangerous here, when in reality I've been here all week.
And again, you've had people milling by, you've had people praying, but it's mostly been empty.
That's what they want. | ||
They want you to be afraid.
They want you to live in fear.
They want you to think that the people that want to save this country are actually these violent thugs.
Ben. | ||
Ben. | ||
It's their people, it's the BLM and Antifa.
By the way, where'd they go?
That's the scary thing I want people to be aware of.
As soon as we do take back over, how long does it take for the Democrats to send BLM back out in the streets and Antifa back out in the streets to burn communities because they don't get their way?
They're little tyrants.
They didn't get the spankings they deserved.
How long does it take before that happens?
That's what I'm afraid of.
Not the posse, not the deplorables.
Ben, you keep going, I'm gonna actually give my, I'm gonna actually sign the letter below it I agree with you.
I'm just kidding. | ||
I'm just saying the truth!
unidentified
|
I'm just saying the truth of the real danger in America.
Ben, I've got to tell you, we've got it up on one of the people on Getter that makes these videos, made an amazing video of you in a war room posse room the other day praying.
It was very moving. | ||
I heard that he lives in Europe.
He was watching the show.
He's very moved by it. | ||
I want everybody to see it.
It's about Ben and the individual, the War Impostor member that came by on his bike and stopped and said great things and talked about prayer and forgiveness and everything like that.
We don't do any of this for vengeance.
And that's what we need.
Brother, how do people, since they're not going to see you in the press conference, how do they follow you on social media, brother?
You're right, who wants to be in there anyways?
You're better off... Who wants to be in there?
I don't know what you're saying.
Somebody's yelling something.
But you follow us, americasvoice.news is the place to go.

And stay tuned! | ||
Again, we're going to be out here.
We're still waiting for numbers.
We're expecting numbers tonight.
And as you mentioned, what they're desperately afraid of is Carrie Lake in that building.
But she's coming. | ||
6 o'clock, I think. | ||
6 o'clock. | ||
Arizona time, 8 o'clock tonight.
I'm sure Charlie Kirk and the guys will be covering it live.
Okay, we're going to take a short break.
We're going to come back.
We're packed in the second hour.
We're going to go back to Arizona.
We're going to go to Nevada.
