| And so what we've decided to do at Fix California is put every single county in the state of California on notice that if you don't clean up your voter rolls, we'll see you in court. | ||
| You're going to actually take them to court over this? | ||

| How do you define clear of your voter rolls? | ||
| What does that mean? | ||
| Well, they've got to follow the law. | ||
| Take all the dead off? | ||

| You get ballots in the mail for residences that you had in college. | ||
| The voter rolls are a total mess. | ||

| And then, if you don't require signatures, it's really easy to take that plethora of mail-in ballots. | ||

| How is it that the greatest country in the world, in the history of the world, can't have a vote where we count ballots and announce them that night? | ||

| Pinal County, I don't even know if they can certify Pinal County. | ||

| Your civil rights are being denied if you vote and you don't get to have your vote announced that night. | ||

| There's a whole bunch of information, precedent information in Bush v. Gore that said if you are denied your right to have a single vote, and this is the other thing we got to challenge in Alaska, Are you going to go to court to back that up, that it's a civil right, that your vote's got to be counted in a timely manner? | ||
