This has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
anthony fauci
You don't want to frighten the American public.
unidentified
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
anthony fauci
This is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
I want to go to, we've got a lot to get through, and I've got a big cold open here, but I've got to hold it for a minute.
I've got Dave Walsh and Frank Gaffney.
We're going to get to the bottom of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve momentarily, but I want to go back to Austin, Texas, and the great, indefatigable Ben Berquam.
Ben, once again, just tell the audience why you, instead of being down the rear of Grand Valley, instead of being at Eagle Pass, instead of being at Ovaldee, Finding out now the guys are lying non-stop down there.
And not just that, I haven't found out where the $10,000 came from the kid to buy the gun.
We haven't found out who took him to go buy the gun, who signed for the gun, all that.
Instead of you being down there doing what you do best, which is breaking stories and getting scoops, right?
And showing this nation and the world the invasion that's happening on the southern border, no matter what they're talking about in Washington DC.
Because Washington DC is equivalent right now to the Tories.
Here's how they're mocking them.
We're on track.
Nigel's heading down to 10 Downing.
Here's how they're mocking him.
My Evercrack staff here says, you know, outside of 10 Downing, if you pull the camera back, because it's got that beautiful door, if you pull the camera back, it's got a thousand reports.
The whole world's there, right?
BBC, NHK, all the networks, CNN, they're all following the door, but they got a picture.
Somebody is playing the, was it not the Mighty Python?
Benny Hill, my dad's favorite, playing the Benny Hill song.
You know why?
It's spoofing them, and it's a joke, and they're saying it's a joke of what's happening.
The country's in an economic collapse, right?
Their economy's worse shaped than ours is.
And they're talking about, you know, having a conference in a couple weeks.
It shows you the disconnect from the political class to reality.
ben bergquam
That's it.
steve bannon
This is what we keep saying.
It's that French... It was a French poet who volunteered and was an officer at Verdun and was killed right away.
I forget his name now.
Killed immediately.
Died at Verdun.
And he had a saying.
He said the important thing is not to come back and to report of what you see The most important thing in your life is to see what you see.
That's what we try to do on this show so that you can see it.
That's what Burquam spends his life doing.
So Burquam, instead of being in the Rio Grande Valley, instead of being in Eagle Pass, Texas, instead of being on the Mexico side of the border, instead of being down in the Darien Gap, why, sir, are you in Austin, Texas today?
ben bergquam
Well, that's it.
You have political leaders, politicians like Governor Abbott, who spend more time in the building behind me.
And in cities like this, you know, Austin is basically a mini San Francisco of Texas.
He needs to get down to the border.
The border is where the invasion is happening.
Instead of being there, he sits up here.
He cares more about being attacked by the left and not polling poorly with the left than he does about protecting the citizens of this state.
And the bottom line is, It comes down to him.
The only way the constitutional authority that is granted to secure our country from invasion rests with the federal government and with the governors.
And it's the governor's duty in the event of an invasion to declare that invasion.
The sheriffs are begging him.
The judges are begging him.
The citizens in the Rio Grande Valley and all across Texas are begging him.
Just do your job, Governor Abbott.
That's why we're here, is to say, Governor Abbott, this is the message from the border.
It's an invasion.
When are you going to declare it?
That's the bottom line.
And to Kristi Noem's point, God bless Kristi Noem and the so-called flyover states and the flyover country.
That's really where it's at.
Kristi Noem would declare, if she was the governor down here, I guarantee you, Carrie Lake's going to declare it in Arizona.
Governor Abbott must declare it.
Otherwise, step down.
Step down and get out of the way for somebody to do it.
steve bannon
Carrie Lake's going to sign it in the first 15 seconds of her governorship.
ben bergquam
First day.
steve bannon
Trump ought to pull the endorsement right now.
Just pull it.
Just pull it.
Pull it.
He doesn't stand up for anything.
Abbott, what more evidence does he need?
Is Sheriff Coe and Kenny County not evidence?
Is Chip Roy not evidence?
Is Mark Morgan can't give the evidence?
They're begging.
ben bergquam
They're begging.
They're dying.
Every single day these guys, people are dying on the border.
And rather than dealing with that, we're blowing, we're burning money.
steve bannon
Here's the politics of it.
They're so concerned about the suburban moms who would support you if you showed some leadership.
They're so, the mainstream media's got them so rattled.
Myra Flores shows us that's 55, 52 percent.
You sign it, you're going to get 75 percent of the Hispanics.
They're the ones bearing the brunt of it.
They're the ones wages are across.
They're the ones that hospitals and health care is destroyed.
They're the ones that education, you got a hundred thousand illegal aliens in the school system down there.
Remember the report outside of Houston.
These folks are American citizens.
They will have your back, but you've got to show guts and you got to show leadership.
Abbott's nothing more than the Boris Johnson of Texas.
They're all the same guy.
That's why we're focused on the UK.
They're all the same type.
It's the same type.
They're gonna talk and have all this stuff and all this party stuff.
Nobody gives a crap.
Country's being invaded.
Country's imploding economically.
ben bergquam
That's it.
steve bannon
That's it So you're going to be down there pestering him today like Berkram is?
You're going to go up there and be banging on the door and getting an interview, find out where he's going to sign this?
ben bergquam
We're going to do our best, Steve.
steve bannon
Otherwise, Berkram, we're going to get you back to the border.
Berkram, you're a rock star.
ben bergquam
Yeah, I know.
steve bannon
Don't ever change.
Okay, the show.
You've got this new Real America's Voice show on Saturday night.
You got that.
Tell people how to get to you on social media, all of it.
ben bergquam
Well, so this Saturday, 4 p.m., it's a different time, 4 p.m.
Eastern Time.
You have to watch it, Law & Border, on Real America's Voice News.
You can download the app on your phone, you can watch it live there, you can get us on Getter and everything else.
You have to watch it from the Darien Gap up here, what controlled flow is, the invasion of our border.
Governor Abbott, watch our show on Saturday, 4 p.m.
It will show you everything you need to know about why you must declare this an invasion, and then everything else you can get, of course, AmericasVoice.News.
Frontlineamerica.com and all of my social media at Ben Berkwan.
But 4 o'clock this Saturday, 4 o'clock Eastern, you've got to tune in.
It's going to be an incredible episode.
steve bannon
It's 4 o'clock this week because of the Alaska Rally.
We're going to have Kelly Chebaka and Mike Lindell talk about that.
That's right.
But that's what Ben's for.
It's a must-watch.
Ben, we'll have you back on tomorrow to talk about it.
This is a must-watch.
That's right.
Abbott, watch this.
But more importantly, the citizens of Texas watch this and tell Abbott what you think.
Trump should pull the endorsement immediately.
ben bergquam
Everyone in Texas, this is a message.
Everyone in Texas, come here.
Demand that Governor Abbott do his job and declare the invasion.
That's your job.
Every citizen in Texas, come here and demand that.
Call it.
Blow up the phones.
Steve, we're all about action, action, action.
Every single citizen in the state of Texas needs to demand that Governor Abbott do his job and declare the invasion.
steve bannon
Okay, we'll get the phone number up there.
Let's get Abbott's number.
Okay, Ben, thank you so much.
Thanks for hanging out down there.
Let's play the cold open.
I want to play the cold open, then we're going to bring in Dave Walsh and Frank Gaffney.
dave walsh
This is the strategic petroleum reserve for our national defense.
Should we need oil for a conflict or be a supply shortage in this country?
That's the purpose, goal, and objective of having the strategic reserve.
This has nothing to do with exporting.
This is the government giving away assets that are owned by the American people, again, with no vote.
We own those assets for our defense, for our national security, for our energy independence.
Should supply curtail issue really occur?
It hasn't yet.
But if a big one occurs, that's the purpose of that.
He's giving it away without a vote of Congress.
And yeah, you've got to replace it now with $120 a barrel oil.
unidentified
This is different than giving away national resources.
steve bannon
Did I hear you right that 15% of it went to China, our mortal enemy?
That was in the report by Reuters.
frank gaffney
Selling our strategic petroleum reserves to, as you said, our mortal enemy, the Chinese Communist Party, is simply beyond belief, even for this outfit.
It is treason.
I don't know what other term to use for it.
It is enabling our enemy to be more dangerous and beggaring the American people in the process.
You know, if this doesn't constitute grounds for impeachment, I don't know what will.
And it can't happen soon enough, needless to say.
tucker carlson
Let's put it in context.
The Reserve can hold more than 700 million barrels total, but it didn't have that because Congress, by the way, as you haven't been paying attention, has been selling off our strategic petroleum reserve to pay off debt.
So, by the time Joe Biden arrived, there was far less than that.
There was about 568 million barrels of oil in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
Now, no president in American history has ordered a drawdown this large.
In 1991, at the beginning of Operation Desert Storm, which was an actual war with real American soldiers involved, the U.S.
government released 17 million barrels of oil as a way of assuring a stable supply of global crude.
The U.S.
released just 20 million barrels after Hurricane Katrina destroyed parts of the Gulf Coast where so many refineries are.
But now we're releasing many times that figure from the Reserve, all to protect the Democratic Party from getting what it deserves in the midterm elections in November.
And as a result of that unbelievably reckless, in fact, criminal decision, our strategic oil reserves are now at their lowest level in nearly 40 years, and they are dropping fast.
None of this needed to happen.
There was no reason to tap our strategic petroleum reserve when we could produce the energy here.
And we're, in fact, producing it until Joe Biden took office.
But at the same time, you have to be honest.
Principles of Supply and Demand would suggest that this would work in the short term.
Releasing all this oil should have lowered gas prices until the reserve ran out, which it will.
So you inject more petroleum into the market and prices for gas should drop.
But here's the amazing thing.
That's not happening.
Since Joe Biden started releasing all this oil from our reserves, which he does not own, you do, we do, What has happened to gas prices?
They haven't dropped.
They've kept going up.
Huh?
In mid-June, the price of both regular unleaded and diesel, critically, hit all-time highs, well over $5 a gallon nationally.
How could this be?
It really was a mystery.
It violated the most basic rules of economics.
But now, thanks to a new report in Reuters, we know why.
It turns out the oil being released isn't for us.
It's going to India.
And China.
According to Reuters, and we're quoting, more than 5 million barrels of oil that were part of a historic U.S.
emergency reserve release to lower domestic fuel prices were exported to Europe and Asia last month.
The piece continues, quote, cargo of SPR crude, oil from our reserves, were also headed to the Netherlands into a Reliance refinery in India, an industry source said.
A third cargo, Buckle Your Seatbelt, headed to China.
To China.
So as gas prices set records in this country, as American citizens who were born here and vote and pay taxes cannot afford to fuel their own cars, the Biden administration is selling off our emergency oil reserves to China.
That's not an indictable offense.
It's certainly an impeachable one.
And they should impeach him for that.
Are they going to sell the Redwood Forest to China next?
How about the water rights to the Great Lakes?
That's the equivalent of what he just did.
steve bannon
OK, I want to bring in Dave Walsh and Frank Gaffney, who were all over this earlier yesterday.
I want to go to Frank.
Hang on for one second.
I want to get Dave in here.
Dave, I just want to get some math right.
Tucker nailed it there.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
He's been doing a million barrels a day for how long, sir?
dave walsh
Sixty-five, seventy days, this has been going on, as best we know.
steve bannon
Okay, and just to put it in perspective, the two big drawdowns before, I think, were because it was started during the Arab oil embargo, if I remember correctly, to get this strategic patrol for a national security asset, not as a price mechanism, as you know, and not export.
Seventeen million barrels.
17 million barrels folks were before the Gulf War to make sure we had a strategic reserve because the Gulf could have gotten jammed Up then 20 million barrels during Katrina were all the capacity down there in Louisiana and Lake Charles got crushed He's doing a million barrels a day in June if he did 30 million barrels 5 million of it just in June I'll tell you what we're gonna go to commercial break I've got to let this breathe.
Walsh and Gaffney next, the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
I agree with Frank Gaffney and I think I agree with Tucker Carlson.
This is another one.
This may go right up next to the invasion of the southern border as the impeachable offense.
This may be Article 1 or Article 2.
Where are the Republicans on this?
Why did it take Reuters and War Room and Tucker Carlson?
Where are the Republicans on this?
Why are we taking any days off and not there about where our oil's going?
unidentified
Next in The War Room.
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
You know, my crack staff is saying, hey, you got to get organized on your thinking on the impeachment.
The board is first.
Is this going to strategic patrolling reserve?
But Frank Gaffney, let me go to you, because the laptop from hell, by the way, there's more evidence now on the laptop from hell coming out on Daily Mail in the New York Post that shows that Biden lied, the bald face lied.
The American people stood up there in the debate stage with when Trump called him out on the day that the New York Post Working with Bob Costello, the great lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, yours truly, your humble servant, broke and basically got to the post.
They broke the story on the laptop from hell.
Joe Biden stood up that night, lied to the American people, bald-faced lie.
Now they got recordings that Hunter kept about him knowing about Hunter's business dealings and saying, hey, the New York Times story clears you.
That's good.
Good story.
Which was all about his compromise.
I don't know if the laptop from hell folds into the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, because Frank Gaffney, you're a strategist, you've been in the Reagan Defense Department, you dedicate your life to this, you're the founder of the Committee on the Present Danger of China.
Is there any justification in your mind, that you can think of, that in a time like this, with the Strategic National Asset of the Petroleum Reserve, we would ship a drop of it, one tiny drop of oil, to the Chinese Communist Party, sir?
frank gaffney
Honestly, the only thing I could imagine, Steve, is if there is something in that oil that would make it unusable and destructive, particularly to the war machine of communist China, which is now being revved up for the purpose of attacking most obviously, I think, Taiwan, but probably other friends and allies of ours in the Pacific, and quite possibly, in the expert opinion of members of our committee on the present danger, China,
The assets, the personnel, and probably even the territory of the United States itself.
Short of that, I can't imagine why we would sell a single drop of oil to the Chinese Communist Party.
steve bannon
I want you to talk about the crisis we have in this.
Tucker was trying to be glib to a degree about everything.
But when I talk to the Committee on the Present Danger guys, they say, hey look, they're using Americans' pension funds to fund their war machine.
We're using capital markets to fund PLA companies.
The North Dakota company that bought the land in North Dakota, the Chinese property company, the agriculture company, is a front for the Chinese Communist Party.
Everybody associated with China tells me that.
It's open secret.
They don't have to hide it.
They're letting them buy our farmland.
So when Tucker says it tongue-in-cheek, Frank, it's not that And by the way, there's no conspiracy theories, there's no coincidence, just look at the facts on the table.
Why didn't they come, listen, if the 5 million gallons, and by the way it's a million gallons, people say it's only 5 million gallons, well 5 million gallons in a 30 day period, there was only 25 million that went to the United States.
Why would you not come forward and say, by the way, to help our allies, they're helping to do all this, we're going to take the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and we've got to, as Dave Wall says, it's not an export thing, it's not sitting there for price control, that's not the purpose of it.
Frank Gaffney.
unidentified
Right.
frank gaffney
Now look, my only complaint about Tucker's excellent monologue, which I think, frankly, we presaged pretty well yesterday between David and me, Is that he may have given the administration some new ideas about betraying our country and selling redwoods and water rights to the Great Lakes.
I'm terrified.
I think there's nothing these people won't do to two ends.
One is to harm our country, and the other is to aid our mortal enemy, the Chinese Communist Party.
So, Tucker, please, I mean, even if it's just in fun, don't give them any terrible new initiatives that they could run with.
steve bannon
When you started this thing about impeaching yesterday, right?
And Tucker picked up and gave this magnificent monologue, and Dave Walsh found the buried lead, which is the fifth.
Five million's bad enough, and that should be impeachable without telling people.
The 15% to our mortal enemy is because, hey, that stuff that went to the one in Italy is going right up there.
That's about the Ukraine.
Come on, that's another Ukraine deal.
My point is about impeachments.
Impeachments, we're going to do it the old-fashioned way, not what they're trying to do here with Trump on this show trial.
With no ranking member, no minority council.
I want him to have a ranking member, although there was a federal judge.
I don't know what the case was, but there was a federal judge that said, hey, the structure of the guy's fine.
That's fine.
We could do it, but we're not going to do that.
To impeach, you have to have hearings.
Have to have a hearing, has the laptop from hell and then has everything they've done and let those guys come forward and tell us what I want to see all the emails.
I want to see all the text messages.
I want to hear the meetings.
This doesn't happen out of nowhere.
Somebody met and planned this and I want to know how high in the chain of command it went because it's got to go to Biden.
They're just not making these decisions down there at the at the at the in the salt mines where we keep it.
There's not some foreman down there.
Hey, let's divert it over here.
Let's send it here.
These are strategic decisions.
You don't think there's a fifth column in this country?
You see what's going on right now?
What was Gaffney on for?
He wasn't on last night for the Strategic Preservation Reserve.
He was on for, wait for it, the Chinese Communist Party.
They're doing naval exercises, not off the coast of Hong Kong, off the coast of Latin America.
Because they can smell weakness, and not just that, they know they're compromised.
Look, I know the Chinese, I think as well as any American, right?
Humbly.
I will tell you, they hold this administration in contempt, Gaffney, you're the one that called it, because they know they're compromised.
What they did in Alaska, what they did in Rome, how they deal with Biden on these calls, they hold us in contempt, not just because of their weakness, they know they're bought and paid for, they treat them like a tributary state.
Kowtow to me now, Frank Gaffney.
frank gaffney
And the trouble is, Steve, it is...
Just a travesty that our country is being held in contempt.
It's not just Joe Biden and virtually all of his subordinates or Nancy Pelosi and Swalwell and these other characters in the Congress.
It's not just the elites that they've captured that the Chinese Communist Party holds in contempt.
It's all of us.
Because we let them be our elites.
We tolerate them.
We elect them, arguably.
The point is, this isn't just about their contempt.
The contempt is going to lead to conflict.
Take it to the bank!
And they couldn't be more clear, the Chinese Communist Party, at the moment, in telegraphing this coming punch.
They are making no bones about it, and we reinforce it at every turn with deals like this, or letting, you know, slave labor-manufactured solar-powered solar arrays be brought into our country, Steve.
Or, you know, the honoring of China's control of Hong Kong by continuing to perpetuate the arrangement whereby it has preferential access through Hong Kong to, you know, the dollars.
It's these sorts of things are read by the Chinese as evidence that we are ready to be taken.
And unfortunately, as I say, from my first appearance on this program, I think with you a year and a half or so ago, we talked about the wrecking operation that Joe Biden is engaged in.
And I think at the time you didn't want to go there.
You were a little uncomfortable with that.
Maybe it was just incompetence, but I think you've come around.
A lot of other people have, too.
These policies of this administration have, without exception, Honestly, domestic policies, as well as foreign policies, had two fundamental things in common.
The common denominators are, one, every one of them is bad for America, and I think you could argue that every one of them has been good for the Chinese Communist Party.
This is intolerable, and it will get people killed if we're not careful.
steve bannon
Dave Walsh, the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, I just want to make sure we reiterate, it was never ever intended as a pricing, to get the price down, which they're trying to do, obviously illegally, but certainly never envisioned of shipping this out to people, not in some sort of crisis, absolute total crisis.
Is that correct, sir?
dave walsh
The general envisionment of its creation was about our national security, our national defense, and protection for supply disturbances related to those things, and for our people in the supply of oil and gas.
When OPEC was formed, and our production had begun to slide already, it became pretty evident we were held hostage by foreign oil, and there was a need to have some buffer capacity, not to get the government involved in retrading it globally, Not to do what France just did in nationalizing EDF, but I do think these guys like to play in that arena, and that's what they're looking at.
We can parlay this and become an oil supplier.
That's not the mission, purpose, goal, and objective of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
It's for the national defense.
It's for security.
It's for stability of supply here, period.
frank gaffney
Steve, could I just say that the Chinese are thrilled that we are depleting our strategic petroleum reserves.
It's bad enough that we're just doing that, let alone that we're selling some of it to them, for heaven's sakes.
steve bannon
Frank, when is the show and what is your social media?
How do people get to you?
frank gaffney
Right here at Real America's Voice every weeknight at 11.
It runs a couple of times on the weekends as well.
Our websites are presentdangerchina.org for the committee and securefreedom.org for the Center for Security Policy and I would also commend you securingamerica.tv and I'm at Gaffney on most of the platforms.
steve bannon
Frank, today you have the webinar at what time?
frank gaffney
We do.
One o'clock this afternoon.
Register right now, if you would please, at presentdangerchina.org.
It's going to be a fascinating look at what the Chinese are doing in the way of a maritime insurgency in the Western Pacific through their diplomacy, through their bastions, and not least through their paramilitary operations there.
steve bannon
Everybody needs to get to that seminar.
Very powerful.
Dave Walsh, social media?
dave walsh
I'm on Getter.
Dave Walsh, Energy.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Walsh, thank you for doing the heavy lifting here.
And Frank, thank you for your analysis, commentary, and your wisdom.
Tina Deskovich next.
Axios has deemed Moms4Liberty the cutting edge of the revolt that's going to lead to a landslide victory in November.
Tina Deskovich next.

A Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, the Engine Room has just sent me that the Atlanta Fed has updated their econometric model, and it's now, it looks like the second quarter of the year will be a negative 1.9%.
It was negative 1%.
That means, technically, if that's released, I think on the 27th, we would be technically, officially in a recession.
That's all, you know, and CNBC, Treasury Department, mumbo-jumbo.
You know we're in a recession.
You know the economy's not growing.
The economy is retracting, receding.
Right, it's receding more.
You saw that brutal analysis of the Boston Globe this morning about small businesses.
There's a crisis building, of course Washington won't want to deal with it.
So here's what's going to happen.
They're going to come back after the August recess and you're going to see a massive spending.
This appropriations bill for this year is going to dwarf what's been spent before.
They're going to have all these arguments.
We're back to the pandemic.
It's Putin.
It's the pandemic.
It's all of that.
Which is all lies, okay?
The problem we have here, they won't get to the bottom of what drives a modern industrial society, and that is energy.
Under Trump, the reason he had 2019 with no inflation, wages rising 11%, blue-collar wages higher than white-collar wages, non-college graduates higher than college graduates for the first time, With no inflation, real wage increases, right?
A quantitative tightening, taking cash off the balance sheet of the Federal Reserve, not putting liquidity into the system, which is like a headwind you built, but doing it, was full spectrum energy dominance, not independent, dominance in every energy sector, including the renewables.
Full spectrum energy dominance.
That was the Trump, that was the underpinnings of the Trump economic nationalism and the Trump economic plan that worked.
If you don't think it worked, talk to me about the summer, the fall, and Christmas of 2019 before the CCP inadvertently released, according to me, The bioweapon out of the Wuhan lab, a bioweapon financed by Tony Fauci, and we'll get to all that starting next January and February with hearings, when you'll see about the gain of function, as we talked about on the show since, I don't know, January of 2020?
We're going to get to the bottom of it.
Now we're in it.
And it's going to get so much worse.
They're going to come back with a massive... They're going to spend their way out of it.
Wait for it.
You heard it on July 7th.
We're never wrong and these things are going to come back.
Oh yeah, we're going to try to tighten.
Nobody can pay for it.
Nobody can pay for the bonds.
We're just going to print more money.
We're just going to print more money.
That's what we're going to do.
Great article on action.
How are we going to turn things around?
You gotta win at the polls.
Win at the polls.
There's no commercials.
There's no donor money.
Listen, donors are geniuses in their businesses.
I know them all, and they're all morons when it comes to politics.
I'm sorry you guys don't like that.
I have to tell you that to your face.
You don't know anything about politics and about the American people.
You're geniuses in all your business.
That's why you got cash.
When I hear donors are backing this guy.
Donors don't like this.
Donors are tired of Trump.
Screw the donors.
They didn't like Trump in 16 and he won.
Didn't get any donor money.
Axios has got a story, DeSantis is doing a great job down in Florida on the schools, but the buried lead, the cutting edge is, wait for it, Moms4Liberty.
Tina Deskovich, why has Axios now got the secret sauce?
They understand that Moms4Liberty and other groups like you are taking back the school boards, and once you take back the school boards, you're going to start having the school boards hire new people in the schools.
Why are they now hip to your plan, ma'am?
tina descovich
I think they're seeing us have success in states around the country that have already had their school board elections.
I think the teachers unions nationally and in local situations are really starting to get concerned that for the first time in the history of America they're having some pushback.
I was just doing some research before this call with you and I found reports from the 70s of research papers and studies being done in universities about the impact of teachers unions getting involved in school board races and how they were just cleaning up everywhere all across the country. So this has been going on for decades. This is the first time someone is pushing back and we're having great success.
steve bannon
The unions understand this.
This is why they just had this meeting, and we had Tiffany on the other day, and the union was all focused on Ukraine and climate change and gender ideology and Pride Month and this and that and this and that, but they were not focused on what you were focused on.
Which was parental rights.
Parents have a say-so.
But the big thing parents want to have a say-so is why can't Johnny read?
Why can't Johnny have reading comprehension?
Why is Sally numerically illiterate?
Why are we 27th in the world in this and 53rd in the world in that?
And you want to make sure the schools do what the schools are we put this money in to actually teach our children at the number one level so they come out and they're ready For an economy, they know how to learn, they're critical thinkers, but they know how to participate in a post-industrial economy.
Is that not correct, ma'am?
tina descovich
Steve, they don't even know how to read.
When you look at those test scores and what's coming out of America, over half of Americans, fourth graders, are not reading on grade level.
That's over half of the country.
What are they going to look like when they come to graduation day, if they even make it to graduation day?
The teachers union, I understand they're there to work together to try to get better pay and better working conditions, but they have lost their way.
Their most recent from this conference they're having right now in Chicago, I think, They have decided that they're going to work on erasing the name mother, and it's going to be a birthing person, and birthing people, I think.
I think it's just in general.
So they're so far away from their mission and what they have set out to do with their careers and the love of teaching and learning that it's taking parents now to come in behind and make sure we straighten the situation out.
steve bannon
The NEA is talking to you guys and other groups like you, saying, hey, these people are busy bodies.
They're nosy.
They don't know anything about education, and parents shouldn't be involved.
should be involved.
So how do people find out about you?
How do they find out about your group?
How do they sign up?
Because Axios got it.
They're smart guys over there.
They understand where this fight, one of the most important, critical fights we have right now, is at the school board level.
Right?
The school board level.
This is going to be the new battlefield.
So how do people find out and what is your guys' plan?
tina descovich
So the NEA, just the NEA, we're not even talking about the AFT, but just the NEA, the National Education Association, they have $300 million budget annually.
They have 3 million members and they have $4.2 million currently in their pack to work on elections.
That is a beast.
That's just one of the national unions we're up against.
We're small, we're new, we've been around 18 months, but I'll tell you what, people understand what we are doing and they are getting involved.
So, you know, Steve, in 18 months we've grown to 200 chapters.
We are in 37 states.
We are growing like wildfire, and there's a good reason for that.
If you want to join us, you can go to momsforliberty.org.
Here in Florida, we've launched a Florida political committee to start pushing back in some of these school board races.
I think they're starting to get really concerned about that.
The AFT, the American Federation of Teachers, have now dumped over $100,000 into their pack here in Florida to start pushing back against that.
We would love donations to that pack so we can show them really what parents who are united and understand these very concerning issues are doing.
And that's at momsforlibertyflpc.com.
steve bannon
Tina, I want to thank you.
You guys are a fighter.
I want to make sure that article, maybe my getter piece on top of it, but the article on Axios gets out everywhere.
Captain Bannon lists every different platform we have on the live chats right now, different live chats from Real America's Voice to Telegram has that article because Axios nailed it, and they nailed how important this fight is for the schools, for the future of our kids.
Tina Deskovitz, thank you so much for joining us today.
tina descovich
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
Moms for Liberty.
This is a fight.
A fight we have to win.
I want to bring in one of the most prominent guys that's been a leader in this entire movement.
Dr. Malone, tell us about, you've now set your sights with this piece.
Is Malone still there?
Or are we dropping him?
dr robert malone
Yep, I'm here.
steve bannon
Okay, we got him.
Administrative State, walk us through this piece because you've pulled the camera back a little bit to kind of give some perspective on what we're dealing with on the FDA and the CDC.
So walk us through your piece.
dr robert malone
I've been trying to sort out what is the root cause, what are the root cause analysis results For this whole COVID crisis, and certainly a lot of the blame lies with the World Economic Forum and those folks that are of that kind of that jib.
But in particular here domestically, we've got a problem, and you correctly pointed out now for quite a long time, and that is the administrative state.
I have been really worried about
Trying to find any pathway forward that we could take this monster on until now we've had these legal decisions that are emerging from the Supreme Court that are acknowledging that this doctrine, which is underpinning the administrative state, the set of doctrines, that being the Chevron defense and the non-delegation principle,
...are now under question.
They are being threatened by the Supreme Court, and this is the underpinning that has allowed the administrative state to exist, which is the logic that Congress is able to basically not do its job, and delegate its authority to manage the nation, and guide it, and set the laws, and has delegated that to this fourth estate that you appropriately call the administrative state.
So in walking through this, once I kind of wrap my mind around that and the meaning of some of these new judicial decisions, I came to appreciate that really this was the core of this whole beast.
It's the administrative state that has driven the COVID crisis through their unilateral actions that have been totally refractory to executive oversight, During the Trump administration, they have actively played the president, and that administration resisted at every turn.
And then Biden came in, and Biden is basically a creature of the administrative state, near as I can tell, together with the Washington Post.
steve bannon
He does everything he can to support... But hang on a second, because in the administrative state, You've now had, the administrative state's bad enough, that's a fourth branch of government impervious to elections, it's just permanent.
I read that piece about the Vietnam War from Neil Shaheen in The Best and the Brightest.
But in the national defense area, and worse, in the medical public health area, it used to be called regulatory capture.
This is not regulatory capture anymore.
We're talking about something, and this is why your research and knowledge is so important.
This is the merger.
It's what we call, what Jack Posobiec used to say, elite capture, with the Chinese Communist Party, the elite capture.
He says, no, what you're seeing there is elite merger.
The merger of the state capitalism and authoritarian outlook of Beijing with London, with Paris, with Davos, with Brussels, and particularly with Washington, D.C.
It's elite merger.
What you're seeing at your level is not regulatory capture.
We're beyond that.
When you see Malone deconstructing FDA and CDC, and this is when these decisions start to make sense, because I keep asking, how can I have brilliant guys like Malone and these other people that are all credentialed?
McCullough, these are guys all from Harvard and they're all from Stanford and they're sitting there going, no, this is wrong.
And you got guys on the same thing saying, no, no, no, we're going to put the jab in the kids from five to six.
I said, it can't be.
The bid and the ask, there's something wrong.
It's administrative state and big pharma merger.
You have not regulatory capture.
That's an old concept.
That's like talking about bureaucrats.
If you're talking about bureaucrats, you're back in the buggy era.
This ain't about a bureaucracy.
This is about a state.
What did he call it?
Even Neil Shaheen called, I think, the concentrated state, right?
That was in the Pentagon, I think.
That's what Malone's talking about.
And if you think any one administration, this is the guys who try to force Trump out.
You saw that in the interagency process.
Remember Vindman and those guys.
Well, the interagency process, like it's sacrosanct.
I've got the holy grail of how the administrative state works.
It's the memo.
It's the interagency process.
Dr. Robert Malone is going to join us after the break.
Blockbuster piece in Brownstone.
The guys at Brownstone did such an amazing job.
We're going to get it everywhere.
Dr. Malone is going to break it down for us next in the War Room.
unidentified
War Room, pandemic, with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
You know, I've got to get Captain Bannon, and I've got to get Ben Harner.
We've got to run some seminars on Getter.
I need everybody out there.
It's very simple.
It's the simplest social media to use.
Remember, I've never been on Twitter.
All those accounts, those hundreds of accounts, are all phony accounts.
I've never been on there.
We had Worm on there.
That's who they threw off.
Permanently.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
Because of, guess what?
Laptop from Hell!
I wouldn't go back on Twitter for all the tea, I wouldn't put War Room back on there for all the tea in China.
I don't care what price Elon Musk buys it for.
But Getter, because I'm putting stuff up all day long, and a lot of the stuff we have during the show has been pre-previewed on that, and you can get a deeper understanding, particularly afterwards.
So make sure you go to Getter, sign up, very easy to use.
You don't have to even put your name on it, you can come up with an avatar, just do that if you just want to follow people.
And we got, I mean, Cortez's stuff is great, Harnwell's stuff is great.
Everybody's up there.
Natalie Winters up there.
The National Polls for Heme.
You got dozens and dozens of your favorites are up there all the time.
Dr. Malone.
I mean, I stay on Dr. Malone's side.
Naomi Wolf.
You got all these cutting-edge people that are putting up their stuff and they put it up there first so you get to it and then you can link to other things.
Dr. Malone, I know you're working on this huge book, but connect.
Because it's so disorienting for people to see credentialized people on both sides of this, and you can't kind of understand this wilderness of mirrors, which they usually call the intelligence community.
The FDA, the CDC, and the big pharma, they all move as a team, do they not, sir?
dr robert malone
Yeah, it is coordinated, and you're exactly right.
The intelligence community is a key component of this.
It's actively been weaponized to support the administrative state.
In my opinion, it acts as an arm of the administrative state.
The administrative state has become a structure that is referred to by political scientists as inverted totalitarianism.
It's a totalitarian structure in which the ostensible leader, the president, is actually at the service of the administrators.
That's why it's inverted.
And he's at the service and beck and call of, in particular, the Corps of Specialists, the senior executive service that manages the entire country proudly, has its own flag.
And what these people have done is they've partnered with corporations, with all the big boys, And they've done it through a variety of different mechanisms.
There's all the trivial mechanisms that we already kind of know about, such as the revolving door that exists between federal employees and Big Pharma, just as one example.
And this occurs throughout all of the agencies that have a regulatory function.
But they have developed also special tools in the case of the CDC and the NIH.
Such as the Foundation for CDC and the Foundation for NIH.
These are congressionally chartered ways that Big Pharma can push money into the agencies and particularly Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and get them to do their bidding.
Otherwise, this activity would have been expressly prohibited, but the Congress has allowed it to happen by legislative action directly.
Then, as if that isn't bad enough, we've all been shocked by the huge amounts of royalty revenue coming to federal employees and Tony Fauci, etc., which there's been an attempt to hide the Freedom of Information Act request responses.
This is in the hundreds of millions of dollars, and this directly ties NIH and CDC staff, leadership, senior executive service, and the corporations that they serve.
They create inventions in intellectual property using taxpayer money.
They then patent this license, including in many cases exclusive license, to the corporations in the pharmaceutical, medical, industrial complex.
They then pay directly both the institutes and their employees that were involved in those decisions.
And those people are now involved in making the decisions About who gets further funding for what technologies.
It's a clear conflict of interest.
It was never the intention of the Bayh-Dole Act to include federal employees in this process.
It was supposed to incentivize the private sector and universities and nonprofits.
But it has been turned on its head to become a clear and present danger by tying The interests of big corporate America directly to the administrative state.
steve bannon
Magnificent.
What's the title of the book?
I love the title of the book.
Give the title of the book and where do people go?
It's pre-order on Amazon.
So what's the title of the book and where do people go?
dr robert malone
The Lies My Government Told Me and the Better Way Ahead.
It's available on Amazon.
Thanks for the shout-out.
It's from Tony Lyons and Sky Horse Publishing, the same folks that put out Bobby Kennedy's book.
steve bannon
I love Tony.
By the way, and if you want to get something else for a light summer read before... Malone's book's not out until September.
If you want to take a... I got a beach book for you.
You got Bodies of Others by Naomi, which is... it's like a novel.
You can't put that down.
But then you got to get the Tony Fauci book.
The real Anthony Fauci from Sky Horse.
It's like a phone book.
You look at it and say, this is the most inaccessible book in human history, and you can't put it down.
You literally can't put it down.
And I tell you, he's going to sell another two million copies before the investigation, the public hearings on Tony Fauci.
That day's coming.
Collins, you're going to come.
All of this stuff you've done, guys, is going to be there.
And that's why people need a sense of urgency.
I want to tie it back to the beginning.
You're seeing England right now in the political class, tap dancing with each other, and they deserve to have the Benny Hill song played outside of 10 Downing.
Right?
As a goof on them.
While they're sitting.
No, they deserve it.
I remember one day I watched the Benny Hill stuff, you know, all the time you get, and he would love that kind of British humor.
It was like beyond, it was a little too broad for me, even as a kid.
But no, that's, it's a, it's a, it's a goof.
Like Benny Hill is a goof, right?
I mean, he was a brilliant comedic, but the show is a goof on, on, on society.
That's what, it's a goof.
unidentified
Yeah, but this isn't goofiness we're dealing with.
dr robert malone
This is evil.
and it is destroying our democracy.
steve bannon
What you're talking about is a mountain so high. We can do this.
We can take this on and we can deconstruct it, but it needs a sense of urgency.
That's why Malone, remember Malone, I think, not just a Democrat, I think, didn't you vote for Biden or something?
Didn't you vote not for the good guys?
That's okay.
You've had a journey.
You've had a road to Damascus.
Naomi had a road to Damascus, right?
Just like St.
unidentified
Paul.
steve bannon
All of a sudden, the scales fall off.
And then when you see it, remember, the most important thing, I think it's Pigi, is the French poet.
The most important thing is to see what you see.
That's what Dr. Malone's... Real quickly, Dr. Malone, Getter, how do people get to you in their Substack?
dr robert malone
R.W.
Malone, M.D.
on Getter and R.W.
Malone, M.D.
dot Substack dot com.
Thanks for the hit, Steve.
steve bannon
Okay.
Thank you for doing it, sir.
You want the crack cocaine of news?
Five o'clock today.
