Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst always, because if you don't and the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
It's Friday, 24 June, a historic day, the year of our Lord 2022.
Let's go to Chris Carter and the Real America's Voice team outside of the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
Chris, tell us, put us in the room there.
What's happened?
It's a lot bigger than what we left you at noon today.
unidentified
Yes, Steve, that's right.
The crowd has grown considerably.
It's actually a nice day here in Washington right now.
The sun is shining.
Lots of people have been working for this.
You can tell there's a lot of people that support the court's decision.
They're happy about the 6-3 decision.
They cannot believe it actually came down.
It seems that a lot of people knew this was going to happen.
But what took them so long?
That's what a lot of people want to know.
Everybody else knew this was going to happen, but they put the country through this.
So a nuclear political bomb has gone off here today at the Supreme Court.
steve bannon
Is the crowd, what was shocking this morning is that the pro-life crowd when we left you was actually bigger than the abortion crowd.
What's the overall size of the crowd now?
How does it break down pro-life versus pro-abortion?
And are the pro-abortion types, because they're calling for a night of rage during 8 p.m.
tonight, any sign of that?
unidentified
Well right now what you see in the crowd is mostly the pro-life people or a lot of younger people.
I'd say high school, college, things like that.
But when you look at a lot of the older activists here and make no bones about it, this is an activist crowd.
It seems like a lot of people are from like a leftover era.
The younger people a little bit more cutting edge in what they know about science, what they've heard about abortion and what they know.
You know, so a lot of people out there, they're not happy with what's happened today, but everybody seems to be playing nice so far.
steve bannon
Chris, why don't you hold on there.
I'm going to get Father Pavone and Ken Paxson from Texas on.
We're going to come right back to you.
Father Pavone, Priest for Life, you've dedicated your life to this.
Talk to me about what your thoughts are today.
father frank pavone
You know, Steve, this is a great day of victory.
And you know, the Supreme Court actually is saying today, hey, listen, American people, we can't Abortion is too big of an issue for nine people to decide how the country is going to go on it.
That's essentially what they're saying in this decision in simple terms.
And they're saying, we're throwing it back to you, the American people, to work out because legislatures are far more equipped to handle the range of complexities and the range of opinions and emotions on this than are the courts.
And in doing so, the legislatures are able to decide what's the best policy for all the people, not merely the litigants in a court case.
So it's an act of humility by the court.
To do that and also to say, you know what?
We were wrong.
If we were wrong 50 years ago, it's still wrong today.
Abortion has nothing to do, a right to abortion, I should say, has nothing to do with the Constitution.
So this is a day that we've been looking forward to, working for, praying for, for decades.
And the work doesn't stop now, it only intensifies.
steve bannon
If I was to watch MSNBC and CNN, that's not quite the take they have on it.
And even the Vice President came up and the President and the Attorney General said they were going to work against this.
There's a terrible day for America.
And that you essentially, what happened is that your prayers and your work were to take away a right that women in this country had for 50 years.
What say you, Father Frank?
father frank pavone
Well, they're saying it's a constitutional right, so therefore the legislatures do not have to do anything about it.
What we're saying is if you have such a persuasive case that abortion should be allowed, and in fact, Steve, you know, they don't believe their own rhetoric.
They're always saying, oh, the people are with us, the people are with us.
Well, if the people are with you, then you should have no problem convincing the lawmakers to do what New Jersey and Colorado recently did, for example, passing these extreme laws saying that abortion is legal up to birth.
You want to do that?
Make your case.
This is why, first of all, I want to say to the viewers overall, if they might be feeling the way that these Democrat leaders are feeling.
Listen, first of all, would you read the decision?
Just take the time to read it.
And secondly, after you read it, tell me why this doesn't make sense, that you and the rest of the American people should decide what the policy is going to be.
But they're acting like spoiled children, Steve, because they have been spoiled.
The Supreme Court handed them on a silver platter an unrestricted right to abortion, and now they see that silver platter taken away from them.
And basically what the court is saying to them is, grow up and take part in the painstaking process of persuasion and lawmaking, like the American people have utilized for centuries.
Grow up and use that process.
steve bannon
Do we just lost Father Frank?
Yeah, let's, let me go to, we're having a slight technical problem today as you can imagine in the city.
Everybody's trying to pull down the internet.
Let's go, let's, is he back?
Father Frank, do you hear me?
father frank pavone
Okay, do you have me now?
steve bannon
I have you now, Father.
unidentified
Keep going.
steve bannon
Yeah, keep going.
father frank pavone
I'm sorry.
So yeah, I don't know where I cut off, but basically, you know, the court is saying that the people grow up, you know, take part in the painstaking process of lawmaking like Americans have used for centuries.
And we in the pro-life movement are very, very confident that when the American people do rise to this occasion and say, all right, now abortion policy is in our hands, that we're going to come out increasingly across this nation on the side of life.
steve bannon
Where does the pro-life movement go starting tomorrow morning?
Where's the work?
You've taken decades to now get this reversed at the Supreme Court at the federal level.
What's the next step?
Where do you guys put your shoulder to the wheel?
father frank pavone
You know, Steve, two of the big battle areas right now, Kansas and Michigan, both are having votes coming up.
And in Michigan, there's a petition drive.
Regarding the constitutions, the state constitutions, Do they provide a right to abortion or not?
So I want to alert the folks in those two states and all of us in the pro-life leadership are going to be helping them.
There are going to be, of course, trigger laws now that take effect.
People need to get communicating with their state legislators.
Like you said just now, starting tomorrow morning, if you don't know who your state legislators are, get to know them now.
Work with them on pro-life because in many states, Pro-life legislation has a good environment to pass or to advance or to expand.
That's the work right now.
But be alert also to what the opposition is going to try to do.
They're going to try to, quote, find in your state constitutions a right that nobody, for some reason, has found up to now.
And that has to be resisted with all your might.
By the way, using some of the same arguments that the majority opinion today in the Dobbs case uses.
And those are going to be some of the battlegrounds, Steve, that we're working on as we speak.
steve bannon
Father Frank, last thing, I think you went and approached, I think it was the Cardinal in New York in the 1980s, to dedicate your life to this movement.
What does it feel like today, finally getting at least to a major milestone?
father frank pavone
Two thoughts, Steve.
The resiliency of the pro-life movement.
I think of the people who have passed on, who saw from afar this very day.
Nellie Gray, who started the March for Life.
Cardinal John O'Connor.
People like Jack Wilkie.
Leaders in the pro-life movement.
And the Jane Roe of Roe v. Wade.
I knew her personally.
I led her into the Catholic Church.
She looked forward, longed for this day when Roe would be overturned.
We stand on these shoulders and it shows the faithfulness of God, answering all the prayers and sacrifices.
And finally, Steve, it shows the resiliency of the American system of government, that we're able to navigate difficult issues like this, that we're able to change course where necessary.
And praise God, we would not have been able to do this without Donald J. Trump and his faithfulness and the justices he put on the court.
And again, that's a fruit of good, solid electoral action by the American voters.
steve bannon
Father Pavone, how do people follow you on social media?
father frank pavone
FRFrankPavone on all the major platforms.
FRFrankPavone.
And our website is EndAbortion.us.
steve bannon
Father Frank, big day.
Thank you very much for carving time out to join us.
father frank pavone
My pleasure.
Thank you, Stephen.
steve bannon
Let's go to Texas now.
Attorney General Ken Paxson.
Attorney General Paxson, you're at the cutting edge of a lot of things dealing with the Constitution.
I think Texas was, you were the first state to declare about abortions being illegal after this ruling came down, this decision came down today, sir.
Do we have Ken Paxton?
father frank pavone
Let's get back to work.
steve bannon
Do we have Ken Paxson off mute?
Let's bring in Mike Davis.
We don't have Ken Paxson.
Okay, who do we got?
We got Michelle Bachman.
Dean Bachman, are you there?
We got a couple minutes.
Let's go to Dean Michelle Bachman.
Dean Bachman?
Okay, let's go back.
Let's go back to the court.
Let's go back to Chris Carter.
Chris?
unidentified
Yeah, I'm right here.
Go ahead.
steve bannon
Chris, give me an update.
Tell me what's going on.
unidentified
More people piling in, more signage, more people out here to express their discontent or their support for the decision.
More speakers.
We've seen some congressmen come up.
I think I saw AOC walking through here earlier in the afternoon.
No sightings of Nancy Pelosi yet.
She gave a statement from inside the Capitol earlier.
She might be a little bit even nuclear out here at this point.
But I can tell you it is a momentous day here.
There's a lot of people have been waiting all over the country and really the world.
There's national media from all over the world here.
I have an Australian reporter next to me.
Japanese reporter back there.
People are watching this globally.
They're going to see how does America react.
Is America as a country ready to go through this?
And, you know, I will say this.
When I look out into the crowd today, I see a lot of the activism of the 60s and the 70s mixed with the youth.
You know, people like in high school or in college who have said, you know, we don't really support abortion because it's basically erased a third of my generation.
Discussion with a young lady earlier this afternoon about that and she could have been more than you know 17 or 18 years old And she knew more about the science than a lot of these older women do so you know we're gonna see how it plays out We'll cover it all day and all night, so we'll be here as long as it takes There's been a rally called for five o'clock, and then the Jane's Revenge has said they want to have a night of race on 8th.
steve bannon
Chris, we're going to come back to you.
Real America's Voice, Chris Carter in front of the Supreme Court.
Do we have Attorney General Paxson?
Okay, let's go to Michelle Bachman.
Dean Bachman, you've worked for this for many, many decades.
Tell me what it feels like today.
unidentified
I can't even tell you the feeling I had this morning when my phone started to blow off with this great news, because this is 49 years.
It's 49 years, six months.
Next January will be 50 years on the dot.
So we're in the 50th year of this fight.
And it's remarkable.
In the Bible, there's a concept called the jubilee year, which is the 50th year.
It's when God sets the captives free.
And I know without a doubt that it's the prayers of his people who have been praying and working for almost 50 years.
And God heard our prayer.
There's been a tremendous cost, tremendous price, 60 to 65 million Americans lost their lives in this horrific procedure.
We know that this was racist from the beginning.
michele bachmann
It was Margaret Sanger who began Planned Parenthood with the specific goal of trying to annihilate Black people, and she put Planned Parenthood clinics specifically in Black communities.
unidentified
This is always, from the very beginning, it's been a moral issue, and that's what Sam Alito said in his Supreme Court decision.
This is a profoundly moral issue.
So we have to reconcile with the fact that we have this many Americans dead, but we also have to reconcile with the fact that we have 60 to 65 million American women who went through this experience and who were scarred, many of them, because of this experience.
So today is a day of rejoicing, but it's also a day, I think, of forgiveness.
A day when women can know, despite maybe they've had the abortion, they can be forgiven.
They can come to God and they can be forgiven.
I first of all want to profoundly thank the Catholic Church.
I'm not Catholic myself, but I'm so grateful for the Catholic Church, who are the first ones at bat.
to stand for almost 50 years on this issue.
Because you know before 1973, our nation embraced a culture of life.
That's what we were in America.
We embraced life.
In 1973 with Roe vs. Wade, our nation embraced a culture of death.
That profoundly changed our nation, and not for the good.
I believe today, this day in June 2020, that once again America can re-embrace the culture of life.
I know my husband and I, years ago, when we had our first and second little baby boys, we'd put them on our backpacks and we'd go out in January winter and hand out literature for pro-life.
All those little things people did made a difference.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Dean Bachman, hang on one second.
Short commercial break.
When we return, we've got Dean Bachman, we've got Attorney General Paxton, Mike Davis, all of it next in the War Room.
unidentified
They're going to a commercial and they're coming back.
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
We're going to go to Dean Michelle Bachmann, former Congressman.
Congressman, where does the pro-life movement go starting tomorrow morning?
You guys have worked for 50 years to get this, both the Dobbs and the Roe v. Wade.
Walk us through, where do people go?
Where do you put your shoulder to the wheel tomorrow?
unidentified
Yeah, you go state by state.
You go your own home state.
And if your own home state is secure on this issue, then you go and you help in another state.
The greatest philosopher of the last century, Francis Schaeffer, said that abortion is the watershed issue of our time.
And it is because it's the existential threat to humanity.
And the United States is the poor because of it.
So we will go from here where we have been for 50 years.
We will be on our knees praying.
But whether you're a person of faith or not, it doesn't matter.
This is an issue about life and choosing life.
So we're going to choose life in all of its forms, whether it's adoption or foster care or in whichever manner.
We're going to work in every state and we're going to work to seek to protect every unborn human life across the United States.
And Lord willing, We will be victorious in all 50 states in America.
steve bannon
Was your point about 1973 that we became coarser as a culture and society because this was allowed to happen?
That it coarsened American society and part of American society embraced this culture of death?
unidentified
There's no question, because when we had embraced a culture of life, women actually were revered even more.
Women were lifted up, especially women who were pregnant.
Once 1973 came, then we went from life being a moral issue to an economic issue.
And that's frightening, because when it comes to the federal government, just like Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, who equated women, how tragic it would be if we lose the right to abortion.
She said that would hurt the economy.
Well, she's a terrible economist, because actually, the more humans you bring into this economy, the greater the economy, the greater the growth of the economy.
So these people never get anything right.
But a culture of death coarsens us at the most At the beginning level of every bit of humanity and that's because we don't recognize that every human being is made in the image and likeness of a holy God.
Every person is of infinite value.
That's not just pie-in-the-sky stuff.
That's absolutely true.
Every person is of intimate, ultimate value.
And that's one reason why my husband and I, because of the pro-life movement, we decided to become foster parents.
We had five biological kids, but we chose to bring 23 more foster children into our home as a pro-life response.
We saw that among a number of people.
Father Frank was a great hero of mine in the pro-life movement.
I saw people do that all across America, Steve.
People tried to redeem this issue in whatever way that they could, and now the Supreme Court on this 50th anniversary is redeeming this issue, and now we can each choose life.
To redeem life in our own state.
It's a beautiful choice, and the Bible says that God sets before us death and life, and we get to choose death or life.
And today, the Supreme Court of the United States chose life, and I encourage every person watching War Room to choose life in your own state in the way that you best can do that.
steve bannon
Dean Bachman, thank you very much.
I know you don't have social media.
Do you have any way people can reach you?
unidentified
I do.
I'm at Regent University, where I'm the Dean of the Graduate School of Government.
You can reach me at mbachman, Bachman with two N's, B-A-C-H-M-A-N-N, at regent.edu.
Love to hear from you.
And Steve, it's always a privilege to talk to you.
steve bannon
Dean Bachman, thank you so much today on a historic day.
Let's play, I want to play a call over from Mike Davis.
I may keep my mic and I may jump in.
Let's play it.
I want Mike to respond to it.
joe biden
Today, the Supreme Court of the United States expressly took away the constitutional right from the American people that it had already recognized.
They didn't limit it, they simply took it away.
That's never been done to a right so important to so many Americans, but they did it. It's a sad day for the court and for the country.
I call on everyone, no matter how deeply they care about this decision, to keep all protests peaceful.
Peaceful, peaceful, peaceful.
No intimidation.
Violence is never acceptable.
Threats and intimidation are not speech.
We must stand against violence in any form, regardless of your rationale.
unidentified
You see this turnout here?
You ain't seen nothing yet.
Women are going to control their bodies no matter how they try and stop us.
To hell with the Supreme Court.
We will defy them.
Women will be in control of their bodies.
And if they think black women are intimidated or afraid, they got another thought coming.
Black women will be out here.
Hello everybody!
Illegitimate!
We are going to make sure we fight by the right to control our own bodies. Thank you. Hello everybody!
This is illegitimate!
Into the streets!
steve bannon
Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Into the streets! Elected officials of Congress, the President, Attorney General Mike Davis, I thought the Supreme Court, when they made a rule, people just saddled up and said, OK, let's execute.
What's happened to the Attorney General, elected members of Congress, Nancy Pelosi, the good Catholic Nancy Pelosi, and Kamala Harris, although hers was a word salad, and Joe Biden?
This doesn't give me a lot of confidence that this government will support this decision.
mike davis
No, and since the draft Dobbs decision illegally leaked from the Supreme Court nearly two months ago, Then White House Press Secretary encouraged these illegal intimidation campaigns at Supreme Court Justices' homes in violation of our federal obstruction of justice statute 18 U.S.C.
unidentified
1507.
mike davis
Chuck Schumer, the top Senate Democrat, went to the Supreme Court in 2020 and threatened Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh by name while they were inside the building at that time deciding a pending abortion case.
Speaker Pelosi is encouraged People to continue these illegal protests.
These protests have led to crisis pregnancy centers being firebombed, Catholic churches being firebombed, justices being removed from their homes, their families removed from their homes, and a Supreme Court justice, Justice Kavanaugh, his wife and their two young daughters, Having an assassination attempt by a California man with burglary tools, a gun, padded shoes, pepper spray, and zip ties in the middle of the night.
This is insanity and at the same time that House Democrats are running their January 6th impeachment charade There's an insurrection going on right now on Attorney General Merrick Garland's watch, and he's not doing a damn thing about it, and House Republicans in January need to impeach him for his total dereliction of duty that have put Supreme Court justices and their families in grave danger.
steve bannon
Mike, just hang on for one second.
I want to bring on the Attorney General of the State of Texas, Ken Paxton, by phone.
Attorney General Paxton, thank you for joining us.
I believe they had these trigger laws in 18 states.
I think that Texas was the first state to step up today, sir.
Is that correct?
unidentified
Yeah.
So we actually passed one this last legislative session.
My wife is actually the Senate author of that bill.
And as soon as there is a final judgment from the Supreme Court, it'll be enforceable within 30 days.
So I'm guessing from a month to two months, we'll be able to enforce that law.
steve bannon
So what happens next?
Walk people through the mechanics of this.
What happens?
Because there's a lot of confusion out there.
The ruling got today.
Just walk us through the mechanics.
unidentified
Yeah, I mean, it's pretty simple.
I mean, the Supreme Court made a decision that was constitutional, which had not been done in 1973, and they put it back to the states.
Our state is one of those states that has Already passed this trigger bill.
Many states will have different laws.
That's the way our system works.
States can choose now, like they were supposed to be able to do from the beginning.
And our law, within a period of the next two months, will be triggered when the Supreme Court executes on that judgment.
So there's a period of time in the next 25 days that somebody could file for a motion to rehear that case.
It's unlikely they're going to grant it.
But after that period's over, our law goes into effect 30 days later.
And then abortion is no longer legal in our state, except under very few exceptions.
steve bannon
Obviously the, you know, Media Matters, MSNBC, CNN is taking Texas and hitting it hard.
What do you have to say to all the all the naysayers on the mainstream media and particularly left-wing media that are coming after you personally and others in the state of Texas?
unidentified
Yeah, here's what I'd say.
I mean, this is about the Constitution and this is bigger than even abortion because If we are going to move to a system where nine people tell us what to do, and there's no basis for it, there's no constitutional basis, there's no statutory basis, there's no basis in the law, then we are no longer a representative democracy.
And that should be a problem for every American.
So whether you like this abortion decision or not, whether you like the policy of it, it is the way our country is supposed to work under a constitution.
And if we're not going to let elected representatives make those decisions, then let's just acknowledge from the left They don't want a constitutional republic.
They want more of a dictatorship or an oligarchy where a few people, who are supposedly smarter than us, tell us what to do.
steve bannon
Attorney General Paxton, what is your social media?
How can people follow you?
unidentified
So, at Ken Paxton TX for most of the platforms, and then kenpaxton.com is our website.
steve bannon
I think it's going to be pretty hot around Attorney General Paxton.
Thank you very much for taking time and calling us, sir.
unidentified
Absolutely.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Ken Paxson.
Let's go to Mike.
I know you've got to bounce.
Mike Davis, I want people following you for the next 48 hours, 72 hours.
How do they get to you?
mike davis
Article3project.org, article3project.org, article3project, at article3project, at article3project on Getter and Twitter.
And then my personal is MRDDMIA.
MRDDMIA.
And thank you again, Steve.
steve bannon
Okay, Mike Davis, now you've got to bounce.
Okay, we've got a lot going on.
We're going to go back to the Supreme Court.
This is a historic day.
You heard why Attorney General Paxson told you it was a big day.
Things are going back as they should to the laboratories of democracy.
That would be the state legislatures.
Okay, short commercial break.
We're going to return on the 24th of June, the year overall of 2022.
A historic day at the Supreme Court.
Next.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, historic day.
Remember, Mike Lindell.
Make sure you go to MyPillow.com.
Promo code WORM.
Got all the sales there.
Go check it out right now.
Want to go to Mississippi, Mike Cassidy.
Michael Cassidy's running for Congress.
Got a little problem down there, but a big day in Mississippi.
Brother Cassidy, tell us about it.
unidentified
Hey Steve, thanks for having us here.
Yeah, it's a great day for life in Mississippi and for the country as a whole.
So we're very excited about the recent Supreme Court decision, but we're still fighting hard.
We've got a runoff election in five days or four days, June 28th.
And it's a battle between America first and the establishment.
So right now, the Republican Party of the state, the Republican Party nationally, they're pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into attack ads against me going up against the rhino incumbent, Michael Guest, because they know that I'm going to be America first.
And they know that Guest is a, you know, just another establishment person who's not going to fight, not going to have a backbone.
steve bannon
I think we've seen this happen in Mississippi a couple, three times before.
The establishment comes together and protects their own.
Is that the case?
unidentified
Yes, and so we've actually had something, you know, pretty remarkable come out yesterday, that the Republican establishment here, they are colluding with the Democrats, colluding with Congressman Guest, in order to take this election away from the Republican primary voters.
From the Mississippi Code, it says, no person shall be eligible to participate in any primary election unless he intends to support the nominations made In the primary in which he participates.
That means no Democrats coming over to vote in the Republican primary and then go vote for the Democrat in November.
Well, the Republican Party in conjunction with Mr. Guest has said in an email to supporters, if you are a Democrat, you can vote in this primary for a Republican and then vote Democrat in November.
Let our Democrat neighbors know that we need their help.
I met with Congressman Guest yesterday and his staff.
I met with Mr. Young, the Democrat candidate, on Sunday.
And what they're trying to do, Steve, is that they're trying to drown out the Republican base here in the 3rd District.
We're not going to let them.
We're going to turn out the base strong, and we're going to beat Guest again on June 28th.
steve bannon
So what do you need people to do?
Do you have your website that people can go to?
What do you need the War on Posse to step up and do?
unidentified
Well, we need money, because Kevin McCarthy, he's poured half a million dollars into the race in the last two weeks alone.
There's somebody who got nine mailers attacking me in just one day.
So our website for donations, it's VoteCassidy.com.
It's the committee to elect Michael Cassidy, and we've got the mailing address on the website.
But again, VoteCassidy.com.
steve bannon
Michael Cassidy, fight on.
We'll talk to you over the weekend.
Make sure we get this website up.
That's a dirty trick they've pulled in Mississippi before trying to get the Democrats to get rid of the candidate that you want in the primary.
Mississippi is the railhead of what happened here in the Dobbs case.
Let's go back to Chris Carter, Real America's Voice.
In front, Chris, there was a call for a rally at 5 o'clock.
And then Jane's Revenge and I think some of the other more radical groups have called for a night of rage starting at 8 or 9 o'clock.
Tell us what's happening with the crowd right now.
unidentified
Well, Steve, right now the crowd is getting increasingly more emotional.
You're hearing a lot of vitriolic language.
They're asking right now why the Biden administration and Democrats for 50 years had the opportunity to codify this as law.
They didn't do it.
People are upset about this.
There's more and more supporters of the abortion movement here that are trying to make their voices heard.
Various speakers coming on at this point right now.
As far as the more aggressive groups, I haven't seen too many of these people around.
No Antifa, no Jane's Revenge.
Maybe one person holding a sign earlier, but not like the menacing presence that we've seen outside of these justices' homes in Northern Virginia and Southern Montgomery County.
So here is definitely a little bit different of a ballgame.
The police will absolutely arrest anybody, which we haven't seen anything happen just yet.
We see a few kids around but mostly mostly middle-aged white adults.
steve bannon
Chris I want to go back to those speeches when they say it I've seen this on TV today that the talking heads are trying to be supportive but then you have certain voices coming through and they're blaming the Democrats for not taking action on this decades ago.
Walk us through what's actually being said in these speeches that are getting people fired up.
unidentified
The woman behind me right now seems to be going on and on about how this is an issue that directly affects the black community.
Well, actually, we all know about the history of Planned Parenthood.
She seems very upset and very militant about what she's trying to say and how she's trying to say it.
A lot of the language I can't use on TV.
But at the same time, she's very clear in what she's saying.
steve bannon
Have there been any, Chris Carter, have there been any members of Congress, any, AOC came over earlier today, Nancy Pelosi made a statement, Marjorie Taylor Greene went into the crowd basically unprotected.
Are there any members of Congress up there as this rally at 5 o'clock, and remember the day it was leaked, it was really the next day around 5 o'clock that this massive crowd showed up.
I think it got to be like 10 or 15,000 people.
So this crowd should start to pick up.
Are any members of Congress there getting people worked up?
unidentified
Well, absolutely.
We saw AOC take the mic earlier in the day, and I'm a little bit out of the mix further back from these speakers, but there have been various people here talking, and absolutely, I believe I did hear Rashida Tlaib speak earlier, but don't quote me on that.
There's plenty of people here to make their viewpoints expressed.
I think members of Congress are going to take this chance to take this photo opportunity to say, I was here, here's where I stand.
We know the Democrats.
They've never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity, right?
Why would this be any different?
steve bannon
Once again, the crowd is increasing in size, particularly as people get off work.
I remember last time, about four or five weeks ago, a lot of people were taking trains down from New York.
But right now, although Jane's Revenge, and I think the other one is Ruth, sent me, came around and plastered the city with everything that says it's going to be a night of racial night.
In front of the Supreme Court, you have not seen that.
It's a boisterous crowd, but it's not a violent crowd.
unidentified
That's correct.
We've seen a lot of the activity with these groups out of the range of the Capitol Police.
When you're on Capitol grounds in front of the Supreme Court and in front of the Capitol, the police don't play a lot of games.
When you get off the block here, into the neighborhoods, that's when things get a little bit different.
DCPD has a little bit challenging time handling these people, but at the same time, it really doesn't matter because the crowd's playing pretty nice, except for random protesters yelling at me.
steve bannon
Chris Carter, you be safe.
We're going to come back to you.
Chris Carter, the intrepid correspondent for Real America's Voice.
We'll come back to you in a little while, Chris.
Thanks.
Go now to Boris.
Boris, first I want to talk about President Trump.
Do you have the statement?
I understand President Trump put out a quite detailed, a meaningful statement.
Can you read that to us?
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it.
It's an honor to be here on this big day, a day conservatives have been working toward for Fifty years and a day unquestionably brought to us by President Donald J. Trump and the fact that he nominated and got confirmed three constitutionalist justices which were able to do the right thing and right the wrong of Roe v. Wade and the wrong of not just the lack of protection for the most vulnerable among us, the unborn, but also the constitutional wrong.
So here's a statement by President Donald J. Trump.
Today's decision, which is the biggest win for life in a generation, along with other decisions that have been announced recently, were only made possible because I delivered everything as promised, including nominating and getting three highly respected and strong constitutionalists confirmed to the United States Supreme Court.
It was my great honor to do so.
I did not give to the radical-left Democrats, their partners in the fake news media, or the RINOs, who are likewise the true but silent enemy of the people.
These major victories prove that even though the radical left is doing everything in their power to destroy our country, your rights are being protected, the country is being defended, and there is still hope and time to save America.
I will never stop fighting for the great people of our nation.
unidentified
Exclamation, full stop.
steve bannon
The whole reason you've got this show trial on J6, let's just call it what it is, is because of that right there.
Think of Hillary Clinton.
Merrick Garland would have been the most moderate, and look how radical he is.
He would have been the most moderate justice.
She would have put it with a lifetime appointment.
A lifetime appointment, Merrick Garland.
That's her pick.
And that was the most moderate.
Think of the other two or three she would have put on.
It would have been an eight to two court, seven to three court.
The country would have been totally changed.
Donald J. Trump stepped into the breach, Boris Epstein.
And I got to tell you, everybody talked about it.
Trump delivered on it.
Boris Epstein.
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it.
I mean, if you look at the slate, at the policies of proposals of the Christian coalition for the last You know, 20, 30 years.
They didn't even go far enough to demand Roe v. Wade would be overturned.
They talked about defunding abortion and so on and so forth.
President Trump delivered on his promises time and time and time again, and this was a major one.
And Steve, it's a proud day for people like you and me, right?
We were honored to be a part of the 2016 campaign, you as the CEO, me as senior advisor under the leadership of President Trump.
And because of that campaign, because of his historic win, his ability to overcome both the Republican establishment and the Democrat establishment, we have this achievement today.
Without that, without President Trump stepping into the breach, as you said, we would be looking at a completely changed country.
Just look at what the Democrats are trying to do now, how they're trying to change the country now.
steve bannon
Look at the last 48 hours of what the Supreme Court has come out with.
Look at the policies of President Trump.
They're trying to take away the tariffs and everything.
This was the reason.
Why are they hysterical?
Why are they hysterical?
Because of their pure hatred of President Trump.
And this is for all the never-Trumpers.
You guys didn't even allow the Right to Life and the Hobbits into the White House and the Bush administration.
President Trump had people in there that had never been in the White House and never had a voice.
President Trump's the first time, for years, they would never go out to that right to life.
I think in January 18th or in the middle of January, freezing cold.
Donald J. Trump.
Donald J. Trump's not the churchiest guy you're ever going to meet, trust me.
But look at what he did.
That's moral courage.
Today, we are here for all the work of the hobbits.
For decades and decades and decades and the prayers and all of it.
And also for these great legal minds that came out, and the technology, and it got all these young people.
But don't think for a second this would have ever happened if you didn't have somebody like Trump that stepped in there and could take the heat.
That's why they've impeached him twice.
That's why they're trying to indict him up there right now.
They understand the meaning of Trump.
They get it.
The Never Trumpers don't get it.
Hey, the left gets it.
And that's why it's no holds barred.
They will do anything.
This is a Moscow show trial.
And today, yesterday, and particularly today, and today is a day that will live in history.
An incredible day.
Brought to you by Donald John Trump.
Boris Epstein.
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it, Steve.
No doubt about it.
President Trump is the biggest threat to the left, is the biggest threat to the RINOs, is the biggest threat to the establishment.
And now, over what, about 17 months since last being in the Oval Office, where he should be, because he did legitimately win the 2020 election, but 17 months since being in the Oval Office, or 18 months almost, President Trump is still bringing freedom to America.
He's still saving lives in America.
So his impact continues, and his impact is getting stronger and stronger and stronger.
And that's why you've got these crooked and corrupt lifelong politicians doing all they can to push another hoax against them, and they're failing.
And now, even their PR got taken away.
They thought, oh yeah, we're gonna have this big January 6th thing.
Boom!
Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade.
unidentified
I know you're jammed, but I've got to ask you to stay over.
steve bannon
We're going to take a short break.
I'm going to ask Boris on the other side.
What shocked me today about the opposition is how unprepared for this day it was.
They leaked this thing six weeks... I thought people would have prepared speeches, prepared... It caught Nancy.
She's all teary.
Joe Biden didn't know where he was, didn't have the index card telling him where to go, what to say.
Pretty embarrassing.
Except lawlessness, that's what they want.
steve stern

steve bannon
I'll tell you one thing.
He was on earlier today.
Tremendous guy.
Working like crazy.
Make sure you go to the flagship.
Check it out.
Run up 4th of July.
Also, the precinct strategy.
He's recruited tens of thousands of people.
He and Dan Schultz.
That's why these things are happening.
This is all grassroots driven.
It's a participatory populism.
Let's go to Chris Carter, Real America's Voice.
Chris, anything?
Any increases to the crowd size?
Any more?
They look like this is a pretty hot speaker.
The speakers are getting worked up right now.
unidentified
Yes, absolutely.
There is a crowd increase in size and an increase in emotion.
This woman basically has just almost lost her lunch crying on stage.
I've got people yelling obscenities at me left and right.
It really doesn't matter because my microphone is a lot more powerful than them.
But what you can see is the emotions running high behind me.
We can actually show some of these people here.
You can see how they are.
Maybe just ask my camera guy here to pan out and take a look around here.
Wow.
steve bannon
That's all in front of the Supreme Court.
unidentified
See, there you go.
That's basically what it is.
The emotions are running real high.
They're going to let you know how they feel.
steve bannon
Chris, you're going to be broadcasting throughout the night tonight on Real America's Voice.
Is that correct?
unidentified
I'm on it all day, all night.
steve bannon
What's your social media?
I want to make sure people can track you and follow you.
unidentified
Go to carterrocks.com, the website, and you can find all my platforms there.
steve bannon
Chris Carter, you be safe.
It's going to get a little tense tonight, sir, I can tell you.
unidentified
It's alright, I'm from this town.
Regular day.
steve bannon
If we can keep the footage, if Real America's Voice puts back up, they can put up footage.
They don't have to look at my lovely facade or Boris.
Boris, Jane's Revenge has called for a night of rage starting at 8 o'clock tonight.
They've called a big rally in front of the Supreme Court, a non-violent rally, but Jane's Revenge.
The other group are calling for people to actually, you know, take the city on tonight.
So I have to see.
The city is very tense.
There are police everywhere, Federal Protective Service everywhere.
Pretty big turnout today.
Boris, did you think Merrick Garland did a particularly good job?
You know, Biden did call for, you know, he did say, hey, this has got to be peaceful.
Don't go violent.
It's going to reflect badly.
on your position.
unidentified
No.
steve bannon
But do you think Merrick Garland and the guys actually in charge of all this, have they gone out of their way to try to tamp things down, sir?
boris epshteyn
Well, considering the DOJ yesterday criticized the Supreme Court's decision on gun rights, they don't have much standing right now to keep America calm and keep the rule of law and keep legality.
Here's the bottom line.
The Democrats came into this whole thing completely unprepared.
I mean, Nancy Pelosi's crying.
Joe Biden is, you know, as always, tripping over his words.
For Joe Biden, it's a tough spot because, you know, just 15, 20 years ago, he was the same guy talking about limiting abortion, how it should be rare, safe, and a tragedy.
So, you know, Biden's had his own very checkered past on this from the Democrat perspective, and that's why As Chris Carter and you were pointing out earlier, a lot of the lefties are mad at Biden.
Oh, how come you didn't do more?
This speaks even further on and on to the marginalization of the Democrat Party, the marginalization of the woke left.
They are no longer appealing to any large swath of the American public.
And again, it also shows to you how politically small-minded they've been.
They've been so obsessed with the charade, the circus, the Moscow show trials, as you said, of the unsolicited committee J6 hearings, that they forgot to prepare for the biggest political event in the last 50, maybe 100 years, which is the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which, hey, somebody who's friendly to them leaked, what, six, seven, eight weeks ago.
So they should have been prepared, but they're not.
Want to commend the justices for standing strong.
Yes, Roberts put out some kind of weak-kneed concurrence, but in the end, in the end, in the 6-3 decision, the most historic Supreme Court decision, and again, it's vital on two fronts.
So vital to protect the lives of the unborn.
So important to protect those who are the most vulnerable.
And hey, when I heard my little boy's heartbeat just a few months, you know, into conception, it changed my life forever.
I'll tell you as a father, and Steve, you're a father, and all of us who are parents out there, everybody who loves life, this is a big day for us, full stop.
It's also a big day for those who love the Constitution, because Roe v. Wade was a complete Frankenstein.
It had no basis in the Constitution whatsoever, and now that wrong has been cured, again, thanks to President Donald J. Trump.
steve bannon
You weren't on this morning, but your law professor, Steve Cortes, specifically on him, about he said let yes they were recruiting a new right in yesterday's and you're taking a right away had for fifty years that Neil Patya what do you have to say your former professor as a professor Katyal always been a an activist far-left jurist and he's entitled to his own to his own perspective that's an incorrect reading of the Constitution
boris epshteyn
The Constitution never allowed, in contravention of the Tenth Amendment, to prevent states from prohibiting abortion.
It's just not the way the Constitution works.
The Tenth Amendment is clear that those rights not enumerated are reserved to the states.
So, the way that Roe v. Wade carried itself out was wrong.
And by the way, even Ruth Bader Ginsburg said that if they had done it based on equal protection and due process, it may have been a better case, and I agree with that.
Again, full stop.
I'm 1,000% pro-life, and this is a huge day for saving the unborn.
Full stop.
On the constitutionality of it, they are reaping what they sowed.
And what they put together was a complete Frankenstein, was a complete canard in terms of the Constitution.
And again, even Ruth Bader Ginsburg criticized the way that the Roe v. Wade decision was woven together, because it was a mess.
And now that mess has been corrected, thanks to President Trump.
steve bannon
Can you give your social media?
I'm gonna ask you to hang over for the next hour, but in case we're having some technical problems, give your social media right now.

Okay, the 6 o'clock show is going to be absolutely packed.
It's getting a little heated up here on Capitol Hill right now.
Some of the speakers are having a mass rally in front of the Supreme Court.
Some of the speakers are getting folks worked up.
Jane's Revenge and Ruth Sentme, that's the other group, have called for a night of rage.
We're not seeing any of that right now, but they're calling that for 8 o'clock and after.
Also I want to remind everybody we're on next 6 to 7 and then tomorrow morning we'll be live from 10 to noon to bring you all the updates of what's happened overnight.
So we'll take a short break.
We'll be back in a minute.
We're in Battleground.
unidentified
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
boris epshteyn
