Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst always, because if you don't and the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
OK, welcome back.
It is a historic day.
It is the 24th of June, the year of our Lord, 2022, and this is one that will go into the history books.
The Supreme Court in a six to three decision has essentially overturned Roe v. Wade.
We're going to continue with our coverage.
I want to thank Real America's Voice, our First Hour was commercial-free.
We also have Edie Heiple of Star News Networks at the Supreme Court, and of course, Chris Carter, the lead correspondent with Real America's Voiceman, covering this from the beginning.
They're out front.
We're going to go back to them in a second.
However, we've got Mike Davis here.
Obviously, he knows the Supreme Court inside and out.
We'll go back to Mike in a second.
We've got Russ Vogt.
Russ, today I think we're seeing one of the many days we see it, but really the historic impact of Donald J. Trump and Donald J. Trump's election in 2016.
I want everybody to think about it, all the never-Trumpers and everybody that fought Trump and all those people that had a zero possibility of beating Hillary Clinton.
Where the nation would have been if Donald J. Trump had not won the presidency on the 8th of November, the year of our Lord, 2016.
Russ, you were part of that and then you were OMB under President Trump.
What are your thoughts before we get to the business of the day with Jeff Clark?
What are your thoughts about President Trump and the historic nature of today?
russ vought
Paradigm shifting, historic, I mean to be where we are, this is for many of us in the conservative movement, this is the issue that got us involved in politics because we wanted to change the laws on the books as a result of the flawed decision of Roe v. Wade and to have these judges be put in place by Donald J. Trump, the country is eternally in his debt for it and we're seeing on an ongoing basis
The many ripple effects from those judges and hopefully more.
steve bannon
That gets us back to the business today.
Let me know when Denver has the Tucker Carlson clip.
Jeff Clark, yesterday, and I think this goes to the continual kind of lawlessness, this FBI raid.
I take it was Wednesday morning.
I don't know if it's just a sound confusion whether it was Wednesday or Thursday, but this FBI raid onto Jeff Clark and kind of the weaponization of the FBI.
I'm going to go back to Mike Davis in a second.
This is the same FBI and same Justice Department that would not defend The homes of Supreme Court justice, hoping that the mob would be able to change people's minds, change the justices' minds after the opinion was illegally leaked the first time in the history of the court.
And we still don't have the perpetrator of that.
Russ Vaux, give me your assessment of what you saw over the last 24 hours in regards to Jeffrey Clark.
russ vought
Yeah, I mean, this is the weaponization of the government against the American people, against the political opponents.
And we are getting to the point where, you know, it's criminalizing public service if you're on the other side of the political party in power.
We saw that with you.
We saw that with Peter.
We're now seeing that with Jeff Clark.
We saw it on the day before the hearing on January 6th, sham hearings, about That was going to be focused on him.
And so there's just no sense in which that's a coincidence.
That is an attempt to make it look like he is a criminal by having the fake news report him as being a criminal by virtue of the fact that law enforcement officials are showing up at his home taking away his devices while they're trying to make the point to the American people in congressional hearings that what they are saying is true.
And all that Jeff has ever done was stand up on behalf of a president and try to investigate voter fraud, and that's what he was trying to do.
And we, in this country, we're in this situation where if you're trying to figure out what happened, you're accused of overturning an election, and when you're saying that the election needs to be reassessed because it was rigged, because it was stolen, You can't get after the facts of the election because somehow that's being viewed as overturning it.
I mean, they have you at Catch-22 in every sense.
And Jeff said, I'm going to put my career on the line to investigate, to get to ground zero and the truth.
And he's been a gentleman at every step of the way.
He's a patriot and we're proud to stand behind him.
steve bannon
This is the courage of Russ Vought and his organization.
I want to say, you know, Jeff Clark was a senior member of the Justice Department.
I hope that Jeff Clark, that he would take it, would be a senior member of the Justice Department upon the victory of President Trump in 2024.
Jeff Clark has a lawyer.
It's very easy, you know how these things play out, for the FBI or whatever, if they got issues to say, hey, we want to, you know, we want, this is just a congressional report, right?
This is just supposed to be a congressional report.
But even if some grand jury, they have a lawyer, they could call and make some sort of arrangements.
This, the atrix, is done to not just intimidate him, but intimidate the rest of the votes of the world, and to intimidate donors, and intimidate anybody.
It's not going to work.
They can do everything they can try.
Their days are numbered.
On November 8th, they're getting a democracy suppository and there's going to be new sheriffs in town.
And we're going to have an investigation that really gets to the bottom of what happened on 3 November and what happened on the lead up to 6 January.
Russ, I think it's amazing that people like you have the courage to stand up.
And you've seen, look, They talk about institutions.
They're the ones destroying the institution, including the one that you and I focus on the most, the Federal Reserve and the Treasury, which is now so completely and totally out of control that is driving the country off a cliff.
Russ, vote.
russ vought
Yeah, you see how they try to use paradigms and say if you're against overturning an election or if you're against science, That is the thing that they use to cripple public servants who are on the right side and don't allow them to stand up.
And when people stand up and break through the cartel like Jeff did, like others in the administration, like you did, we've got to be able to stand up and support them.
And we've got to do something else.
We have to prepare ourselves.
Anyone who wants to serve in another conservative, another Republican administration needs to count the cost today to stand up on behalf of someone like Jeff Clark and to be prepared to put themselves in that perspective, in that position.
We are not in a position where you play it safe for four years, you never say anything, you never fight.
We are in a position where we are losing our country.
We have to save it.
We cannot save it without patriots.
They're going to try to take our patriots out like they're doing with Jeff Clark.
And it is time for all people, all people who have served, all people who want to serve, to join the American people across the country who watch this show on a daily basis and stand up and say, we're not going to accept it and we're not going to just play it safe and just hope that this is going to, this is not going to, this too will pass and he'll be okay.
No, he's not going to be okay if we don't stand up.
And so that's what's incumbent upon us now, and anyone who would like to serve in any future conservative administration, don't think, if you were just quiet during these very difficult years of weaponization of government, that people are going to want to serve with you in the future.
steve bannon
By the way, the footage you're seeing there is Russ Votox's outside the Supreme Court where there's a gathering of both the pro-life and the pro-abortion forces outside.
I would like to play... Russ, I want to keep you for another couple minutes.
I want to play the great Tucker Carlson last night with Jeff Clark.
Let's play that clip and I'll have Russ comment upon it.
tucker carlson
Before dawn on Wednesday, which is, say, yesterday, a large group of armed federal agents wearing body armor with weapons raided Jeff Clark's home.
They dragged him into the street in his pajamas.
Now, what did Jeff Clark do wrong?
Was he selling fentanyl?
Was he human trafficking on the Mexican border?
No.
Jeff Clark did not commit any crime.
What he did wrong was calling for an investigation into voter fraud.
We are happy to have Jeff Clark join us now.
He's a senior fellow with the Center for Renewing America.
Jeff, thanks so much for joining us.
I mean, this is a Soviet account, really.
So tell us what happened and why.
jeffrey clark
It is, and good to be here, Tucker.
So, yesterday at about just before 7 a.m.
there was loud banging at my door, insistent banging, so I just rushed down as fast as I could.
I, you know, quickly figured out, you know, that there were agents there.
I opened the door and asked for the courtesy to be able to put some pants on, and was told, no, you gotta come outside.
So I came outside, they swept the house, eventually they let me go back inside and put the pants on.
But then, you know, by my count at one point, you know, 12 agents and two Fairfax County police officers went into my house, searched it for three and a half hours.
They even brought along something, Tucker, I've never seen before or heard of, an electronic sniffing dog.
And they took all of the electronics from my house.
And, you know, I don't blame the agents.
I think, you know, what you're talking about in terms of weaponization is really about who's pointing the agents and telling them what to do, Tucker.
tucker carlson
So, Peter Strzok, who worked at the FBI, is effectively a criminal, in my view, never really punished, sent out a tweet today mocking you and gloating over the fact that the Biden administration stole your cell phone and will now be reading all of your private messages.
I mean, at what point can we say the Department of Justice, where you once served, is a political instrument?
It's completely out of control.
jeffrey clark
Yeah, I think this is highly politicized, and it's also part, Tucker, if you didn't know it, of a nationwide effort yesterday.
There were multiple states where multiple people were roughly simultaneously, you know, rated for their electronic devices, and that obviously requires a high level of coordination, and look,
With the hearing that was pointed at me and targeting me today, with, you know, the special audience member of Sean Penn, so you know this is Hollywood, you know, the very next day, you know, it looks highly coincidental, and Tucker, you know, I just don't believe in coincidences.
tucker carlson
So you know Chris Wray, of course, who runs FBI.
You probably know Merrick Garland.
He's been around Washington a long time.
Both of them have decided to pervert and corrupt our most basic institutions on behalf of Joe Biden.
Did you think they were capable of doing that when you worked there?
jeffrey clark
I argued in front of Merrick Garland.
I got a very respectful hearing.
I think I was going to win that case, but we wound up actually settling it in the shadow of what everyone assumed was going to be a victory.
Sometimes that happens in financial cases.
And Chris Wray was with me in the Justice Department.
He was just in the Criminal Division back in Bush 43.
So I do know both of them.
And I just think we're living in an era That I don't recognize, and increasingly, Tucker, I don't recognize the country anymore with these kinds of Stasi-like things happening.
tucker carlson
Yeah, this is Stalinist.
At some point, somebody's going to fight back, and it's going to get super ugly.
I pray that doesn't happen, but I think it probably will.
The whole thing is so sad, and I'm sorry that you were caught up in it, in your pajamas.
They could have just called you.
It's outrageous.
Jeff Carter, I appreciate you coming on.
I hope you'll come back and tell us where this winds up, creeps.
unidentified
Will do.
steve bannon
Tucker sums it up there, they're creeps.
We are fighting back, coloring inside the lines.
Because we've got them.
We can beat them by the rules of the game.
I know a lot of people say, we can do this.
We got this.
We just have to be maniacally focused.
Russ Vogt, your comments, observations on the great Tucker Carlson?
russ vought
No, I think it was a great opportunity for Jeff to get out in front of the American people and be able to present his side of the story.
And hopefully people continue to learn more about him on interviews and not go along with the narrative that the January 6th hearing will give.
This guy is an official who has served well on behalf of a President of the United States who was elected by the American people and wanted to do his best to get a handle on what had happened in the election.
That's it!
And unfortunately in this country, when you win a presidential election, you don't get to have a bunch of people who actually work for you.
They have these views, these paradigms that need to be shattered about whether they work for themselves, whether they work for so-called independent agencies, and that's all nonsense, and we've got to change it, and we will change it.
steve bannon
We're going to shatter it.
How do they get to you and your great organization, RussVote?
russ vought
AmericaRenewing.com, and they can also find me on all of the channels at RussVote.
steve bannon
Russ, you're a patriot and a hero, sir.
Keep grinding.
russ vought
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
I want to make sure everybody gets a shot to get to his site and find out what they're doing.
One of the best guys on the budget, on numbers, on all of it, but also a patriot.
Okay, we've got Mike Davis.
We're going to only have him for a little while.
We're going to go back to Mike Davis.
We've got Liz Yor, maybe Terry Schilling, go back to the Supreme Court.
We're juggling today.
The reason is, it's a historic day here in Washington, D.C.
And that change is going to be rippling through the country very quickly.
Next in the War Room.
unidentified
Oh my gosh, they overturned it.
Oh my gosh, they overturned it.
steve bannon
You're seeing outside the Supreme Court right now.
Let's go to Edie Heipel of Star News Network.
Edie, tell us what's going on.
unidentified
Well, we just witnessed a delegation of Democrat members of Congress walk by in between, assuming that they're joining the protests in between the fences, as well as with the pro-choice protesters behind us.
There's still a lot of people here.
The numbers are increasing as we speak.
So is the police presence.
It's just been amped up ever since this decision came down.
steve bannon
Now, is the crowd increasing over the last hour?
unidentified
Yes, definitely.
More people keep joining the fray on both sides, and obviously the delegation has added a huge number as well.
steve bannon
Okay, Edie, you stay right there.
We're going to go back to Chris Carter in a second.
Let me get Mike Davis in here, and the ever-efficient staff in Denver and D.C.
are cutting right now.
Nancy Pelosi is fighting mad, let's say, and she's made a statement.
We'll try to get that.
Mike Davis, your assessment of safety for the justices?
Because this looks like, you know, Jane's Revenge and Ruth Sentme are calling for a night of rage starting tonight at 8 p.m.
Like right now, it looks like relatively peaceful outside the court, although loud, which is people's right to assemble and to protest.
But it looks like they're calling for some of the more radical elements are calling for violence tonight.
Where do you think Merrick Garland stands on this?
I hope he's back from the Ukraine since he's over there trying to start war tribunals in Eastern Ukraine.
What's your assessment of what's... They don't mind rolling Jeff Clark out of bed at five o'clock in the morning or six o'clock in the morning, but do you think they'll be there to protect the justices?
mike davis
I would say two things.
Number one, the justices have adequate security.
They've increased security substantially both At their homes and at their work.
So if people think that they are going to make the deadly miscalculation of trying to attack a Supreme Court justice, they will end up dead or in prison.
So that message needs to get out there loudly and clearly.
It's a deadly miscalculation, number one.
Number two, the Attorney General Merrick Garland is a disgrace.
He has sicked the FBI after Loudoun County parents.
He has chased Peacefully protesting, legally protesting at school board meetings.
He has sick the FBI after hundreds of goofballs and grandmas who merely trespassed and paraded around the Capitol and took selfies on January 6th.
He has totally fallen down on the job, intentionally I would argue, in protecting Supreme Court justices from death threats and And, uh, in these this federal docks that these doxing of federal judges that is deadly at their homes.
unidentified
It is 18 USC.
mike davis
1507 obstruction of justice.
It's clear as day.
It's in our federal criminal code.
The Attorney General is refusing to enforce this law.
And I think House Republicans, when they take over in January, need to open up impeachment proceedings.
This is clearly impeachable.
He is putting Supreme Court justices in danger.
He's allowing mobs to obstruct justice to try to intimidate them.
Thank God that these Supreme Court justices today did not cave to the mob and they overturned Roe v. Wade and sent it to the dumpster of history where it belongs.
steve bannon
Not just that, Terry Schilling said he did a quick check.
It didn't look like anything was changed in the original leaked opinion, plus it was 6-3.
Do you think this is the court telling the mob you're not going to be able to sway us with mob tactics?
unidentified
Did we lose Mike Davis?
Probably.
steve bannon
Okay, we've had, because I guess all the pulldowns around the Capitol, we're having a tough time getting some signals.
Do we have Liz Yor?
Can we go to Liz Yor?
Liz Yor, give us your assessment of an hour into this of where we stand, ma'am.
liz yore
Well, you know, I anticipate that it's going to get more and more heated.
You know, the one thing that would stop violence in its tracks, the one thing is you start arresting, the federal agents start arresting all of these protesters in front of the Supreme Court justices' homes.
It's got to happen.
American people have got to demand it.
And it would stop the violence in a New York minute, in addition to 18 U.S.C.
247, which is violence and vandalism against churches, NGOs, pro-life centers.
None of those statutes are being enforced as we speak.
Instead they go after Jeff Clark.
I mean, this is insane.
And you know, it is the American people who must insist that, you know, Meritless Garland, that's what, you know, he's appearing to be, Meritless Garland, who is not enforcing and protecting The third branch of government, the Supreme Court.
And you know, Steve, these children of the Supreme Court justices, they have to flee their homes.
They're going to be looking over their shoulder for years.
This is outrageous that the families and justices have to be so terrorized by the mob.
Thank God they weren't intimidated.
But, you know, it's time that, you know, if the feds don't do it, then the state and locals have to protect the rule of law and start enforcing it.
And because Antifa was able to have a summer of rage because there were very little prosecutions and arrests.
That cannot happen now.
The American people need to speak up and say put an end to the violence swift and sure.
You know, this is, you know, extremely disconcerting.
My state, Illinois, is going to be a destination death camp because they're going to have the open season on abortion.
But, you know, there are going to be many states that are going to be protecting the unborn.
So this is a fight that's going to continue.
You know, when you don't have the arguments or the science on your side, Then you have to resort to violence.
And that's what it is.
The arguments are all gone.
They're now transparent and everybody sees what they are.
They're absolutely nothing but pure killing of babies in the womb.
And so we see the violence in the womb now spill out into the streets.
steve bannon
Let's hang on for one second.
I'm going to come back to you about the task force and what should happen here.
I got Mike Davis.
I know he's got to bounce.
Mike, you've been with us for the entire ride here.
Any closing thoughts of where this stands and what happens from here on the legal side?
mike davis
On the legal side, what's going to happen is that abortion regulations go back to the states and hopefully the Supreme Court will start Uh, finding more backbone to do its job and return the, return us back to a constitutionalist system, a republic where we have limited and enumerated powers, specific limited and enumerated and separated powers with the federal government and all other powers go back to the states and the people.
And I hope this is a 20 year project of this, this Supreme Court.
steve bannon
Do you think mainstream media, CNN and MSNBC, particularly having a lot of these phony credentialized talking heads tonight, what should they do so that they don't propel violence of the pro-abortion people that clearly lost a major decision today?
What would you recommend to the neocotias of the world?
Instead of throwing gasoline on the fire, what would you recommend that they do?
mike davis
Go muzzle themselves and hide in their basements.
I mean, I think that they just need to tone it down.
This is dangerous rhetoric.
It's a hot summer night in Washington, D.C.
It's not that hard to get people riled up in this town, though they do it any other Friday, hot or cold Friday night in D.C.
I think people need to tone down their rhetoric and remember that, you know, what they say has consequences.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, how can people get you on social media throughout the next couple of days?
Because it's going to get pretty intense, and it may unfortunately get ugly.
mike davis
Thank you, Steve.
It's article3project.org, article3project.org, and I'm on the social media sites article3project, article3project, and my personal is mrddmia, mrddmia, Michael R. Davis, Des Moines, Iowa.
And thank you, Steve, for what you're doing.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
Liz, I'm going to go back.
Liz, you were actually with us in the summer of 2020, and particularly in June, it was two years ago, when you said, hey, if they want to stop the BLM and Antifa violence of burning down Portland and burning down Seattle, and you actually talked about Chicago, you need joint task force.
You need to send somebody out from the Justice Department needs to come out and put together a joint task force.
Is that what needs to be done here to ensure there's no violence against churches and no violence against pro-life centers, ma'am?
liz yore
Absolutely, Steve.
Immediately.
What should happen is Merrick Garland should Take to the podium and issue a very strong threat to anybody who is contemplating violence against Supreme Court justices that they will be dealt with swiftly, be arrested and prosecuted under the full extent of the law.
And, you know, that hasn't happened in the last 50 days where we've seen an attempted assassination of a Supreme Court justice and where justices have had to leave their homes and communities have been harassed and intimidated.
So, this is, if the federal government is not going to do it, I mean, they have an obligation, this is the rule of law, are we going to descend into violence and anarchy?
I mean, because that's what potentially could happen.
But fortunately, we have the constitutional sheriffs, our local police departments.
They still have authority and the rule of law.
They know how to protect their citizens.
If the feds aren't going to do it, then we're going to have to seek local law enforcement and our constitutional sheriffs.
But this should be stopped.
In its tracks, it could be, and every U.S.
Attorney's Office should have a task force on the street arresting anybody who is violent or defaming or throwing vandalizing, blood, firebombing, whatever is happening, and arrest them immediately.
You'll see how quickly violence will stop.
steve bannon
You're saying if we don't see Merrick Garland come to a microphone and actually make that statement today that any violence will be dealt with immediately.
This shows you they're essentially implying, hey, do without wilt?
Is that the implication here?
liz yore
Steve, what did he do?
He came to the microphone and said he was going to have an accountability panel and task force for war crimes in Ukraine.
Well, you know, here we have the threat of violence to our Supreme Court justices and their families and their silence.
I mean, this is how skewed and upside down the priorities are.
unidentified
Let's just hang on one second.
steve bannon
Yeah, just hang on one second.
That's, uh, by the way, our churches, Supreme Court Justice, their homes, the Supreme Court, our churches, the pro-life centers.
Where's Merrick Garland?
Where's Chris Wray?
Where's the great rule of law crowd?
Where are they?
We don't see you now.
We're going to see you in January in investigations and hearings.
Short break.
unidentified
back in a moment.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K Banham.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to thank Real America's Voice for the great support and the coverage here.
It's been a wild day, historic day at the Supreme Court.
Let's go to Edie Heipel of Star News Network, one of the partners of the Real America Voice Network, Michael Patrick Lee.
Edie, give us an update.
Tell us about the crowd.
Are we still, is it still pouring, people pouring in, young people on the pro-life side?
unidentified
Definitely.
It keeps expanding as we speak.
And just a few seconds ago, AOC and a huge entourage just came through as well, which is likely to heat things up, of course, as it usually does.
So people on both sides continue to pour out here.
Emotions are high.
There's people out here crying on both sides, either celebrating or reflecting on how tragic this is for their side, depending on where they are.
steve bannon
80, hang over a second.
I want to go to Chris Carter, Real America's Voice.
Chris, tell us what's going on on your side, your coverage.
unidentified
Yeah, well, I guess the drama queen of the hour herself, AOC, just showed up.
As you can see, the crowd surged, right?
What we're seeing here is a police presence watching what's going on.
I'm seeing packs of about 10 Capitol Hill, D.C.
police officers together.
Getting pretty thick down here, pretty packed.
A lot of young people here this afternoon.
Representing their voices, their viewpoints.
A lot more celebratory than I would even think a lot of people would have imagined.
Haven't seen any violence yet.
Haven't seen anybody necessarily get aggressive.
But this is political theater on a scale of 10.
In Washington, we see this all the time.
This is probably about as intense as it gets at the Supreme Court.
People will flock down here for the next day.
We're going to continue to monitor and see what's happening, but I can tell you, more and more people just seem to be showing up.
steve bannon
Real America's Voice is going to have wall-to-wall coverage of this.
We just saw one of the senior, most savvy producers is around here heading out over to Chris, so it's a lot to go.
I want to play, Chris and Edie, hang on, I want to play, if they can hear it too, let's play Nancy Pelosi.
I think we have a cut.
Let's hear Nancy Pelosi's response.
nancy pelosi
Because of Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, The Republican Party, their supermajority in the Supreme Court, American women today have less freedom than their mothers.
With Roe and their attempt to destroy it, radical Republicans are charging ahead with their crusade to criminalize health freedom.
In the Congress, be aware of this, the Republicans are plotting a nationwide abortion ban.
They cannot be allowed to have a majority in the Congress to do that.
But that's their goal.
And if you read, and again we're all studying all this, but if you read what is very clear, one of the justices had his own statement.
It's about contraception, in vitro fertilization, family planning.
That is all what will spring from their decision that they made today.
It's such a contradiction.
Yesterday, they say the states cannot make laws governing the constitutional right to bear arms.
And today, they're saying the exact reverse, that the states can overturn A constitutional right for 50 years, a constitutional right for a woman having the right to choose.
The hypocrisy is raging, but the harm is endless.
What this means to women is such an insult.
It's a slap in the face to women about using their own judgment to make their own decisions About their reproductive freedom.
And again, it goes well.
I always have said, the termination of a pregnancy is just their opening act.
It's just their front game.
But behind it, and for years I have seen in this Congress, opposition to any family planning, domestic or global.
When we have had those discussions and those debates and those votes.
steve bannon
I want to bring in Liz, your Nancy Pelosi spitting mad that she says this is going to be the defining topic in the midterm.
Steve Stern is going to join us from the Flagship Company, one of the great grassroots organizers in this nation here in a minute.
Liz, your assessment, particularly the legal argument she just made, because this is what they're saying, that we reinforced The second amendment yesterday, the court did six to three, but they took away a right that's been a right for 50 years.
What say you, ma'am?

Steve, I loved it.
You know, yesterday was we have the right to protect our person and our family and our home.
And today the court is saying that the baby in the womb has a right to be protected and and does not have a federal constitutional right for abortion.
I mean, she is the one who has it asked backwards.
And she is the one who, you know, continues this fight that, frankly, the American people have passed her by.
The overwhelming majority of people want restrictions on abortion.
The overwhelming majority, and certainly the future of our nation, the young people, are pro-life.
It's over, Nancy.
You know, the world has passed her by thanks to science.
thanks to an honest and moral assessment of the act of abortion.
And quite frankly, I don't think she was very persuasive.
And she's exposed herself as the fraud that she is, our so-called devout Catholic.
It's over for Nancy and, you know, they can try and make abortion a big political issue this November, but it's going to crush the Democratic Party because you saw the young people out there.
This is the future.
It's over.
Thank God this is over.
Hideous Roe decision is now in the ash heap of history.
And you know, I would really urge people.
I just heard that Maxine Waters saying to hell with the Supreme Court.
We will defy them.
Look, you know, Americans believe in the rule of law and apparently the Democrats don't, you know, define a Supreme Court decision decision.
You know, this is, you know, this is inciting a riot.
And you know, we really, oh, here, there's AOC, you know, parading around like the princess that she is.
I mean, I, you know, it's, you know, we know what matters, and this is a great win.
It's going to be probably at a cost for peace in the nation, but we will prevail.
This is a moment where, you know, finally the soul of our nation has been taken back.
And, you know, they can have all their hissy fits, And all their convulsions.
But we will restore the rule of law, both for our families, our citizens, and the unborn.
steve bannon
Liz, just hang on for one second, please.
I want to go to Steve Stern, who's been one of the great organizers and grassroots people to get people involved in politics, get people involved at the precinct level, along with Dan Schultz.
And then we're going to go back, after the break, we're going to go back to the Supreme Court.
For those of you that are not listening on radio or later in the day in the podcast, we've got tremendous footage up there.
By the way, just always keep the footage.
You don't need to come back to me.
You've got amazing footage outside the Supreme Court and just incredible footage.
They just picked up AOC.
So there's going to be a lot of politicians going there through the day.
Let's go.
I want to go to Steve Stern.
Steve, this would have never happened without Donald J. Trump.
I mean, President Trump, Committed to the Evangelicals, committed to the life movement.
He was going to get pro-life judges in there, and he got pro-life judges in there.
This shows you the power of getting involved in politics.
I know we've got to run up to the 4th of July, and you're the flagship guys that make these tremendously patriotic shirts that are emblems of people's love for country.
And I think right now, particularly what's going to happen over the next couple weeks, there's not a better time to show your support for rule of law and support for love of country.
Steve Stern.
steve stern
Well, we're happy to be here today.
We want to thank Cameron for everything he does as the producer and want to thank you for getting behind PrecinctStrategy.com and also John Fredericks.
He just said yesterday when I was on his show that he's moving to North Carolina.
The first thing he wants to do is join a precinct strategy and join one of his local precincts where he lives.
We have 210,000 people.
Now think about this.
We have 60 million people that voted for Trump.
Where are the rest of the people?
We got to get you to come out.
And support PrecinctStrategy.com.
Go to www.PrecinctStrategy.com.
We know that Dan Schultz wrote a book.
You can get it on Amazon.
It tells you everything you want to know.
You know, what you have to do is attend meetings.
It's free.
You can canvass.
You can sign up voters.
You can make phone calls.
You can be a poll watcher.
You can be a poll worker.
There's plenty of things you can do and it's happening everywhere we have success stories.
We have people in the Northeast that are going to turn a lot of these states red.
And why is this happening?
Because the Democrats don't believe in democracy.
Evidently, because there is precinct strategy for Democrats and Republicans.
They come out in the paper and they say, the Republicans hate democracy.
Well, we want people to vote.
We've never stopped people from voting.
Matter of fact, we want them to come out for this next election.
We want it to double the size of the people coming out for the election.
And we want you to wear your flag shirt.
And show the Democrats that we love our country.
So we have about a week left for the 4th of July or Independence Day.
Our company is working round the clock.
Anything that you buy today will be shipped by Monday.
You'll get it for the 4th of July.
If you want to contact me and find out how you can get involved in Precinct Strategy, www.theflagshirt.com, S Stern 1054-AOL, 954-318-6902.
I've answered hundreds and hundreds of calls.
People are calling up continuously.
How can we get involved?
What do we do?
So we sent them.
We have 42 states represented out of the 50 now.
We have a meeting every Tuesday.
We discuss everything that's going on on a Zoom call.
Michelle Swinnick is hosting it.
She has a radio show, a TV show.
She's working hard.
I also want to thank all the stations that are getting us on.
And we want to thank Charlie Kirk.
On his turning point because he's getting all the young people involved.
Look, I'm 81.
You know, we only got so much time in this earth.
So we need the young people to come in and action, action, action.
steve bannon
So again, Steve, Steve, I want to ask you, I want to ask you one thing about the flagship company, particularly this 4th of July when everything's, you know, this is an intense summer leading up to an intense fall.
How important is this 4th of July?
And that's why I want people to go visit your company, look at the flagships.
In your mind, you've been around 81 years.
How important is this 4th of July more than others?
steve stern
This is the most important that we could ever have because if we don't show the love of country and take back the country, we're not going to have a country.
You know, you go out to the gas pump, people everywhere, when I get calls in, they said, I got to get involved because the gas prices are double, the food prices are double and rents are going up.
I don't have disposable income, but I want to thank all the posse out here because you've come behind us and Mike Lindell and supported us with the flag shirts, the pillows and everything else.
So the 4th of July, I want to see everybody come out to their local parades Wear their shirt, get a PC button, become a Precinct Committee man.
Let's take back this country.
And we want to thank you, because without your show, and over the last two years of you promoting PrecinctStrategies.com, we wouldn't have 210,000 people.
And we're on the way to double it to 400,000, and we're on the way to double your show, because the more people that watch your show actually are going to know what's happening in this country, and we'll try to take back our country.
So action, action, action.
steve bannon
Real quickly, give your coordinates again.
How do people get to Flagshirt?
How do they get to you?
steve stern
www.theflagshirt.com, Stern 1054-AOL, 954-318-6902, action, action, action.
You'll see a little code there, Steve10, for your discount, special for the War Room and the posse, which we have fantastic.
So I'm going to put on my little hat here for the USA, which I'm going to wear at the parade when I go for the 4th of July, and I expect Steve, you're wearing your flag shirt on the 4th of July.
We sent you one.
If it don't fit, we'll send you a couple more.
And again, you're the best.
steve bannon
Steve Stern, you, your son, the whole company, you guys are fantastic.
The love of country, and you show the love of country through your work.
I think I work hard.
Lindell and Steve Stern make me look like a piker.
Steve Stern at 81 years old is the hardest working guy I know.
Steve Stern, we love you guys.
Love the Flag Shirt Company.
Okay, short commercial break.
We're going to go back with Real America's Voice coverage.
steve stern
Also, E.D.
steve bannon
Heidi Heipel from Star News Network in front of the Supreme Court next in The War Room.
steve stern
I'm Steve Stern, CEO of FlagShirt.com, a third generation, veteran owned small business.
I believe that the American way of life is for all of us. I'm asking you today to visit FlagShirt.com. Help keep the American dream alive.
Be a flag waver.

unidentified
Action, action, action.
steve bannon
Okay, let's go to Edie Heipel of Star News Network.
Edie, give us an update.
The crowd size, intensity, all of it.
unidentified
Well the celebrations are continuing with more people adding their voices and celebrations to the mix, including former President Trump, who praised the decision and when asked about whether or not his administration and his leadership had a role to play, he said, quote, God made the decision.
And of course, common sense on the street is that, obviously, in a different administration previous to this, the overturning of Roe v. Wade certainly would not have been made possible for a great number of years to come.
So, obviously, this is a significant part of what's going on here today, and, you know, just like our former president, everybody here, for the most part, seems to be happy.
steve bannon
Edie, the politicians are starting to show up.
We just had footage of AOC.
Are the Democrats starting to show up to make their statements?
unidentified
Yeah, we had a few, probably 20 minutes ago or so, a huge delegation of Democrat members of Congress show up, as well as AOC, with a pretty angry entourage as well.
So they're starting to come out of the woodwork and make their voices heard as well here.
But you know what?
So far as I can tell, there's an overwhelming amount of pro-lifers out here who are overcompensating for just how big this decision is.
steve bannon
Edie, how do people, what's your social media?
How do people follow the Star News Network during the day with your great reporting live from the Supreme Court?
unidentified
They can find me on Twitter.
My handle is Edie M. Heupel.
steve bannon
Edie, fantastic coverage.
Let's go to Chris Carter.
We have Chris Carter.
Chris, give us an update.
on your side where you are what's happening?
unidentified
Well the intensity down here has really picked up over the last hour.
The crowd's probably about doubled.
The police are in the house.
They're everywhere.
You know how D.C.
is.
They don't really mess around a lot.
So, uh, the congressmen are here making their voices heard.
We can look for people to come from the hill, walk right over to the steps in front of the Supreme Court.
Express their political viewpoints, but this thing is over.
It's 6-3.
It's a done decision.
Law of the land.
We'll see how the states react, but basically the court has spoken.
You have no constitutional right to an abortion, and that's what people are out here to express their content or discontent of.
steve bannon
Chris, what is it?
The crowd's picking up.
up it looks like it's almost more pro-life people out there, young people, than there are pro-abortion.
unidentified
Absolutely.
I would say in a town that voted 94% for Barack Obama, the crowd's about even.
There's a huge contingent of pro-life people, there's a huge contingent of pro-choice people together, but the pro-choice people seem a little outnumbered.
I would say it's a little uneven, a little bit more pro-life.
They're organized and they're definitely younger.
This is a youth movement for sure.
steve bannon
Chris, I know Charlie, I think Charlie Kirk follows us.
tells people how they get to the Real America's Voice continuing coverage of this.
unidentified
We're going to be down here all day and all night until this story basically subsides and just goes back into the regular news bloodstream.
But right now, this thing is picking up steam.
I look down the block.
I see people coming.
I see police, definitely uniform, you know, undercover, bomb dogs, the whole kit and caboodle.
As far as covering this corps for as long as I have, this is the most intense I've seen it.
I mean, it's political theater on a level 10.
You can stay with Real America's Voice all day for the latest in coverage and breaking news.
steve bannon
Chris, thank you very much.
We're going to pick back up at 5 o'clock with Chris Carter and the team of Real America's Voice.
Really want to thank, thank Harry, all the producers on scene.
That's chaos down there.
And the coverage from Edie Heipel at Star News Network.
Michael Patrick-Lea is going to be very proud of that.
Of course, Chris Carr.
In the prose from Dover, from Real America's Voice, let's go back to our own Liz York.
Liz, you've had your shoulder to the wheel on this one for many, many, many decades.
Give us your closing thoughts.
We've got a couple of minutes here on today, this historic day in the nation's capital from the Supreme Court.
Roe v. Wade overturned.
liz yore
Well, what makes the United States of America is it was founded one nation under God, and the rule of law was sacrosanct.
And, you know, that's what's at issue today, is One Nation Under God.
And, you know, Steve, I'm at a big Catholic conference here, and everybody early this morning said, you know, Steve Bannon has had the Sacred Heart of Jesus over his shoulder, and with today as his feast day, Roe's going to come down.
And so, sure enough, it has.
The Democrats are going to pitch their hissy fits.
They're going to be intimidating.
They're going to be silent about violence.
That doesn't mean that we don't stand up for the rule of law.
You know, the precinct strategy is very important.
We've all got to get involved.
And you know what I say?
If this is the battle we need to have, then so be it.
Because the future of our country are those babies in the womb and the babies to come.
To the United States of America and the United States needs to lead the way on this issue.
And, you know, it is through the hard work, through the prayer, through, you know, the, you know, even even those that were in prison, you know, fighting the good fight all these 50 years, and they never gave up.
And so today is a sweet, beautiful, pure day of celebration.
And we should not let violence intimidate any of us.
We need to insist that we know the rule of law can be enforced and this, you know, threat of violence can be put to sleep immediately.
But let's continue to fight For the future of America.
For the soul of our nation.
And thank you, War Room.
You folks have been amazing.
Steve, you've led the fight on this through your strong voice.
And let's stay strong, and let's keep our country, One Nation, under God.
steve bannon
How do they follow Liz Euro throughout the day?
liz yore
I'm everywhere on all the platforms on Elizabeth Yoer.
YoerChildren.com is my website.
LifeSiteNews.com is my podcast too.
steve bannon
Liz, look forward to checking in later in the day.
Keep it right here on Real America's Voice.
They're going to have non-stop, wall-to-wall coverage.
Historic Day.
They've got reporters in the field right outside of the Supreme Court and all over.
We're going to be back here at 5 o'clock.
Also, we'll be up on Getter.
Check us out at 5 o'clock.
We'll be back here with more coverage of Historic Day in the nation's capital.
See you back at 5.
