Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room.
Pandemic.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banham.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome.
We've got a lot to get through today.
We're going to be joined by former New York City Police Commissioner Bernie Carrick.
We've got a bunch of footage on the situation in Texas.
We're going to get Bernie in to talk about that.
Oscar Blue Ramirez is also down in Mexico.
We're going to talk to him about a new caravan forming on the invasion of this country.
So a lot going on in South Texas today.
We're going to get all over it.
I want to start, though, Michelle Bachman, former Congressman Bachman, now dean of the School of Public Government at Regency University.
Politics is between flights.
She joins us now by phone.
Dean Bachman, we've had experts on today.
We're closely monitoring the World Health Assembly, the World Health Organization.
It doesn't look like, we can't figure out, it looks like they have not brought these amendments up.
We don't know if they're on pause, if they don't have consensus, if they've been tabled.
Can you get us up to date?
unidentified
Well, at this point, what we know is it looks like objections have been made by Iran and African countries.
So there's a lot of side conversations that are going on inside rooms.
Clearly, if they had consensus, if they even had a majority vote.
This would be brought before the body because they would have done their vote counting and this would have been voted through.
They thought they could do this easily on the first day.
They haven't been able to.
So there's a there's a rumor going around saying that 12 of the 13 amendments have been withdrawn.
There is no verification that the Biden administration has withdrawn any amendments.
We don't have any verification of that.
I think the safest thing is to say these amendments remain in limbo.
They're still live.
They're still active.
They're trying to get an agreement on this.
If I had to guess, and it's only speculation, I would say you've got these countries in the side room seeing that they could get something.
If they withdraw their objections, then they could get something for it.
So what we have to do is be vigilant between now and Saturday when the World Health Assembly closes, because then at that point, It's off the table for now, but in the last 75 years, this is the 75th year of the World Health Assembly, they have only held an additional or special session twice in 75 years.
So I don't think it's beyond the pale to think that if they don't get their way before Saturday, that they may call for a special session thereafter.
And again, remember, we're only, there's a dual track going on here.
This is the international health regulations that we're talking about to the World Health Organization.
We're not talking about the pandemic treaty, because the pandemic treaty, there isn't even an actual language yet for the treaty.
There's proposals, outrageous proposals that are coming, and this will eventually come through the WHO.
But the pandemic treaty and the international health rules, while they want to achieve the same goals, they're two different parallel tracks because these globalists are determined one way or another, whether it's through international health rules or whether it's through a global pandemic treaty, they want to have their way, which is global health care.
And the pandemic treaty is looking for the UN's avenue, which is called Global Health or HealthONE.
Think of Obamacare, socialized medicine.
They want to have global Obamacare, if you will, for this HealthONE through the UN run through the WHO.
steve bannon
Think about it for a second.
The Biden administration would rather cede our sovereignty to the WHO, which they're involved in, as globalists.
And it takes... I want everybody to think about that.
The mullahs in Iran and the African nations are sitting there going, hey, they're going to take our sovereignty.
They're standing up... I want everybody to understand something.
They're standing up for their sovereignty, saying, hey, we don't know if we'd like this or not.
It's the United States government, your government, that you're taxed out of support.
They're the guys that initiated this by sending the 13 amendments over that would cede our sovereignty to a transnational organization that would then be able to go back and impose upon the sovereignty of America.
And it takes the Mulas.
This is a nation in collapse.
We're getting baby formula.
We're begging people to ship in baby formula on C4s.
Okay, this is America under Biden.
We can't even feed our babies.
We gotta beg with a tin cup and beg people to give us baby formula.
And that White House is all happy.
Oh, we got another big shipment of baby formula over.
And we got the mullahs in Iran and Tehran and we got the African nations that are sitting there saving our sovereignty right now.
Because they're saying, well, I'm not so sure that I want to cede this to Geneva.
Thank God somebody in the world appreciates their sovereignty.
A hat tip to the Mulas and a hat tip to the leaders of the African nations that have blocked us so far, for whatever you know.
That shows you what desperate straits we're in.
Michelle Bachmann.
unidentified
We're in desperate straits.
I think even worse.
Because, you know, this is Globalist Week.
It's Globalist Week in Geneva, Switzerland for the World Health Assembly.
It's Globalist Week for the World Economic Forum at Davos, Switzerland.
But shame on the over 20 members of Congress who are attending the World Economic Forum.
Any 25-year-old staffer in Washington, D.C.
doing three minutes of research could figure out that the World Economic Forum's purpose is to lift up globalism and a platform for one world government to benefit a bunch of global oligarchs.
Why in the world are these Republicans and Democrats even there at the World Economic Forum?
they should the the members of congress at this point it put people we clear what the world health organization is up to they should be screaming from the house top that the united states will never admitted felt to the world health organization in any shape or fashion and what i don't understand it why have a congress screamed into you're not getting one more dollar of money from the treasury you're not getting one more vote for me
if you don't stop this emergency declaration cutback what we're living under in america we're not living under law we're living under the emergency powers that joe biden is using that how all of the political action can happen because of emergency power this is the number one thing that happened today if the emergency power that the white house if you'd like that And that's what these amendments are all about.
That's the crux of these amendments.
Biden wants to give emergency powers to Ted Rose at the WHO.
So that they can go by the same format, which is emergency powers.
We've got to end emergency powers in the United States, and that should be the only question for these people when they stand for election this fall here in the United States for the House or for the Senate, is are you going to get rid of emergency powers from Joe Biden?
Are you going to get rid of it?
If you aren't going to get rid of it, you're useless.
You're useless.
McCarthy, McConnell, if you're not going to get rid of these emergency powers, you're useless.
Because we're not operating under law.
Biden is operating under emergency powers.
And that's why we're in the trouble we're in.
steve bannon
The Washington Post picked up the other day and had a big article about the conspiracy theories coming out of, and they cited, they kicked off with the War Room and good old Michelle Bachmann as initiating this.
They also had Tucker Carlson on there and a couple other shows, I think, too.
This is all a conspiracy theory that these regulations didn't mean any of this, and we've got people all stirred up.
We do have the political, I mean, a number of senators, congressmen, people are woke on this right now.
Enlighten people up.
What say you about being called a conspiracy theorist by the Washington Post?
And do you believe that certain politicians have actually gotten to the forefront of this now?
unidentified
Well, I do think that some politicians have figured this out.
Senator Rick Scott, Chief of Staff, just sent me a tweet that the senator put out.
He has legislation to keep the United States out of any sovereignty from the WHO.
So he is standing up on this.
I also was just speaking today in Baton Rouge Louisiana.
That's the capital of Louisiana and they have bills going to the House and Senate right now saying that any action or directive that comes from the WHO will have to go through and be voted in the Louisiana legislature.
I think this is the kind of thing we need to do to fight back.
I don't care if you're a mayor of a city, a governor of a state, or if you're a legislator.
Pass legislation right now that says we're not going to be put under the sovereignty of the WHO.
We're not going to be subject to this.
But I really hold accountable these House members and these Senate members because they need to know better They need to know what's going on.
They need to stop listening to their 25-year-old staffers.
They need to figure it out.
But more importantly, they've got to end this globalism thing.
We shouldn't be standing in fear every time the World Economic Forum meets or every time the World Health Assembly meets that we're going to lose our freedom.
I mean, for heaven's sakes, remember the Constitution.
Remember the Constitution and stand for our sovereignty.
And they're standing around twiddling their thumbs.
Saying, oh, no, this isn't a real thing.
This is a real thing.
This is a real thing.
And this is when they got to stand up and earn their paycheck.
steve bannon
I want to go, before I lose you, I want to, uh, comments or observation about Governor DeSantis.
He stepped up the other day, as soon as he saw, uh, his staff saw the war room, he heard you speak, it started to get a little traction.
He came out and said, hey, under no, uh, never under a, a DeSantis, uh, administration in Florida will we ever submit to anything the WHO puts out.
We don't care what they pass.
What say you, Congressman Bachman?
unidentified
Oh, he's the greatest.
I mean, at this point, real estate values are going skyrocketing high in Florida because of Ron DeSantos.
If any state's economy wants to turn around and do well, they'll reject this wokeism.
They'll reject the globalism.
They'll start passing legislation so that we can at least sleep at night and breathe free in our beds.
This is beyond the pale, what happened this week in Davos and in Geneva.
We should never be put through a week like this again.
steve bannon
Congressman Bachman, how do people, we know you're the Dean down at Regent University, how do people get to you on social media and how they get to your website?
unidentified
You know, I'm terrible on social media.
I am.
I just have to admit it.
So I would say if people want to contact me, they'll have to contact me at Regent University through my email.
It's mbachman, and Bachman is with two N's, at regent.edu.
steve bannon
Congressman Bachman, thank you so much.
Dean Bachman, we'll let you go catch your flight.
Thank you for checking in.
We'll check in with you tomorrow.
unidentified
Thanks.
Bye-bye.
steve bannon
The leader of the fight right there.
By the way, to go to, we need everybody up over to Rogowsky's site.
We're going to put that up.
Also, stop, my staff's going to help me here, stopvaxpassports, that's with a S, stopvaxpassports.org.
You go there and you can send a VAX, V-A-X, all one word, stopvaxpassports.org.
You can go there.
They've got a whole menu of things, but there's also something you send to your representative, your Senate, etc.
Also, the number at the U.S.
Senate is 202-224-3121.
Call one of your senators, and particularly call Senator Scott.
We'll get the legislation up that he's talking about, the tweet.
Call Senator Scott's office and thank him.
Thank the staff.
Say we thank you.
We thank you for getting on top of this.
And if you want to envy our state, call Governor DeSantis and say thank you.
Thank you for being there.
Thank you for stepping up to the plate and saying we're not going to do this.
We're not going to bow to the tyranny.
OK, we've got a big cold open, but I want to bring in Bernie Kerik.
We'll get to it after commercial break.
Bernie, here's what I don't understand.
You've got the head of another press conference today with a different spokesman for DPS.
And look, I realize the situation down there is chaotic, but we are in, what, the second or third day.
And the question has to be is, what went on?
You know, now I'm seeing a timeline where the truck went into the gully at 1220 or 1225, the kid entered the school at 1235, 1240, 1242.
He's not shot, he's not taken out by Border Patrol, a Border Patrol tactical unit, BORTAC, their up-armored unit, until five minutes after one o'clock.
How could it be an hour and 20 minutes?
I got a minute on this, Bernie.
unidentified
Hit it.
steve bannon
How could it be an hour and 20 minutes before the guy's taken out?
bernard kerik
You know what, Steve?
You know, there's no more of a supporter of law enforcement than I am, and I don't like to speculate.
What bothers me most is that I'm looking at video in the last hour or so that they're releasing of parents Yelling and screaming at cops, telling them to get into the building that he's in there.
And supposedly those cops were waiting for SWAT members.
When I look at those cops that these parents are yelling at, they're standing there with ARs attached to the front of the bodies.
Why weren't they engaging?
Why weren't they in the school?
Why weren't they going into the school?
I don't know.
I hope that's not the case.
Um, but the more this stuff is being reported, the more that's what it looks like.
And if that, that's true, there's a lot of questions that's going to have to be answered.
unidentified
Okay.
steve bannon
We're going to, we're going to ask some of this question and take a short break.
We're gonna be back with Bernie Kerik, former New York City Police Commissioner, next in the War Room.
unidentified
We will fight till they're all gone, we rejoice when there is no more, let's take down the CCP.
We have our life returned.
Even some parents were asking to borrow police armour so they could make a counter-assault weapon.
I have heard that information, but we have not verified that yet.
So we have not verified it.
Is that a true statement or not?
Or is it just rumor out there?
So, you gotta understand, we're getting a lot of information.
We're trying to track down and see what is true.
We want to vet it.
That's all I have for questions.
Thank you so much!
Did you follow best practices?
So, so look, we appreciate the questions.
I got you.
Yes, sir.
You guys have said that he was barricaded.
Can you explain to us how he was barricaded and why you guys could not breach that door?
So, I am taking all your questions into consideration.
We will be doing updates.
We will be doing updates to answer those questions.
You should be able to answer that question now, sir.
What is your name?
Shimon Prokopets from CNN.
I hear you.
Because we've been given a lot of bad information, so why don't you clear all of this up now and explain to us how it is that your officers who were in there for an hour, yes, rescuing people, but yet no one was able to get inside that room.
Shimon, we will circle back with you.
We want to answer all your questions.
We want to give you the why.
That's our job.
So give us time.
I'm taking all your questions.
I'm taking them back to talk to the team.
Can you tell us how the door was barricaded?
Thank you for being here.
We'll talk soon.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Okay, Victor, you've...
nicolle wallace
In a press conference this afternoon that left many with a whole lot more questions than answers, an official told reporters that the gunman was, quote, not confronted by anybody when he entered Robb Elementary.
That's after the Texas Department of Public Safety had initially said that an officer on site had engaged with the gunman.
This official adds that the shooter was on the premises for an hour.
Before he was shot dead by the police.
Sources are also telling NBC News that law enforcement, which included a tactical team from Customs and Border Patrol, was unable to enter the classroom until the school's principal provided them with a master key.
unidentified
I don't know what the barricade was, because he didn't define it, but if it was simply a locked door, what the barricade was that prevented the officers from making their way in, from coming in from another side.
We haven't seen the schematics, but there were so many questions, and as we know, when the officers finally got in, there was at least one child who had another child laying on top of her who was playing dead.
That child who was below was bleeding but still breathing.
That child was rushed to the hospital and later died.
The parents will forever wonder when that one hour, that golden hour when there's a traumatic injury, whether their child would be alive today if only the officers had gotten in there and pulled her out and gotten her the emergency medical care at that moment.
Katie?
Jesus.
Kerry, it's exactly the question that people are asking and I can't even imagine.
steve bannon
If I can make a strong recommendation to Texas officials, you have to get some senior people down there.
You cannot keep putting out one guy after the next with a cowboy hat on that doesn't have any experience and not at this level.
These are serious, serious, serious questions.
People in authority have to step up to that microphone with facts, particularly a timeline.
It should not take you, we're in the second day of this.
Second day of this, you don't have a timeline?
And the question right there is pretty straightforward.
Bernie Kerrick.
The gunman entered, and I may be talking because I hear that the truck went into the ditch at 1220 at 25.
And the school's just a couple hundred yards, I think they're saying, 500 yards from where the ditch is.
unidentified
1144 he enters.
steve bannon
And they had a guy, an official said, hey, I got text messages about this at 1136.
So a little fuzzy timeline, but let's say around 1145.
And we heard today on MSNBC that he didn't get, he'd taken out until 105.
That's and I know you're a huge supporter of law enforcement and we're not trying to get on law enforcement We're just trying to say people need to get the facts that that's one hour and 20 minutes Bernie Carrick with a school of unarmed tiny children With a kid with a with a automatic semi-automatic weapon Bernie Carrick Look Steve based on what we're hearing based on what's being reported There were some major problems, you know
bernard kerik
Let me ask you about process.
steve bannon
Let me ask you about process.
The reason you and Rudy became kind of legends in this country were not just the way you were able to calm things down in the worst situation we've ever had, the attack of 9-11, but also the way you were able to process it and present it to people.
That's when Rudy became America's mayor.
It wasn't simply your acts of action and taking care of a combat zone in combat.
Remember, Rudy, you saved Rudy from getting killed.
But also, in that moment, to be able to step forward and explain to a nation and a world My big problem right now is Texas authorities can't, this is the second or third guy they rolled out there, you need to put a senior level Bernie Kerik type in front of that microphone with a set of facts for the parents first off.
bernard kerik
Steve, you need a person before the microphone that has the actual details.
You know, it seems like everybody they put out there so far, they don't know anything or they're trying not to give anything out.
The bottom line is, I think there's enough known already based on what they're saying, what the reporters are finding, what the witnesses are saying.
I think there's plenty for a timeline.
The question is, what was the initial response?
What was the SWAT team response, the special operations response?
Why was this guy in there for almost an hour before anybody really engaged him?
The other question, Steve, is why was the school opened?
How does somebody walk into a school like this?
You know, this is 21 years after September 11th.
And for a decade, Steve, I've said the softest targets in this country are schools.
steve bannon
By the way, this school had a plan and this school had money.
They had what he called the school protection officer.
Now, why he wasn't armed, we don't know.
Or why he was armed and didn't take the guy out, we don't know.
They also had the secure doors.
If you look at their plan and where they spent money, They did a lot of what you wanted, Bernie.
It just turns out that the back door, the back door, the back door is wide open.
Guy pulls the handle and walks right in.
bernard kerik
So the whole plan is... You can have all the plans in the world you want if you don't have the leadership enforcing those plans and pushing those protocols and ensuring accountability to make sure that stuff's being done.
You're going to have things like this happen.
The bottom line is, there's a whole bunch of things that's in question right now.
Most importantly, why was that guy not engaged for over an hour?
What it looks like is about an hour and 15 minutes.
steve bannon
You said something the other day in Buffalo that the security officer, I think was a former police officer or off-duty police officer, this whole thing of shooting for the main part of the body and not to the head has got to cease.
That you believe that the tactics there are not to take these killers out immediately.
Do you think the situation here may be the same thing?
Is there a protocol now to shoot to kill these guys?
bernard kerik
Well, historically, Steve, cops are trained to stop.
You basically shoot center body mass.
But when you have somebody coming into a school or engaging officers with high-end tactical equipment and armored plating, not just an armored vest, but armor plating, which you know will stop a 5.56, when you have that, You've got to revert to something else.
You've got to take headshots.
You've got to take these guys out any way you can.
But you know what?
You're not going to take them out at all if you don't engage them.
And in this situation, it looks like he wasn't engaged for over an hour.
steve bannon
I'm not a police officer.
I was a naval officer, not a police officer.
Forget the tactical, the Border Patrol BORTAC, who's a special unit coming up, right?
Like commandos.
It takes them a while to get there.
Are officers trained to go in and like, and particularly when you see the semi-automatic weapons they seem to have when you just see the footage.
Are they trained to go in as units of three three shooter units, which I thought was a standard tactical response?
Are most police forces trained to do that in these situations?
bernard kerik
Honestly, Steve, the bigger departments are, you know, departments like New York City and Chicago and other places like that, where they have the manpower, you know, they train for these types of incidents constantly.
But in smaller departments, I don't know how much training they're getting.
I don't know if they're doing the same types of things.
What what disturbs me is a situation like this where the initial responding officers have basically stepped back, stepped away and said, call SWAT and let's wait for them.
And, you know, you and I have had this discussion in, you know, concerning other incidents.
There should be no more stepping back waiting.
If you're there, you're the initial responder, you're going in in a three or four man team with other patrolmen that gets out of their cars, you're going into that school to engage.
Period.
There should be no, you know, the days of waiting for an hour, hour and a half for SWAT, when you have people that's going to actively gun down innocent kids, no more waiting.
steve bannon
Okay, Bernie, do you think most of those officers, you can see by the video, they were pretty much up-armored.
I mean, maybe they don't have the SWAT techniques, but they certainly had high-powered rifles, not just patrolmen with the patrol pistol.
Wouldn't it naturally?
I mean, the parents, and by the way, you had some tough hombres as a parent, those parents wanted to just get in and get it on and save the kids.
bernard kerik
You had parents, Steve, that were yelling, give me your vest and gun, I'll do it myself.
And that is what's really bugging me.
If those officers were the officers on standby waiting for SWAT, waiting for a quick reaction force, they had high-end rifles.
They had armor on.
Instead of holding the parents back from going in the building, why weren't you going in the building?
That's probably one of the most important questions out there right now.
steve bannon
That's the haunting thing.
Hang on, Bernie.
I need to keep you through.
I gotta ask about some politics going on.
That's the haunting thing.
By the way, the husband of one of the teachers that was killed died today of a heart attack.
They said the New York Post headline is a broken heart.
Died of a massive heart attack.
Dead.
24 hours or 48 hours after his wife was gunned down in cold blood by some savage.
Okay, short break.
This is a country in decline.
Bernie Kerik next.
bernard kerik
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
unidentified
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
bernard kerik
War Room.

Help you with the inflation.
Bernie, by the way, there's no bigger supporter of law enforcement than Bernie or myself, but a lot of questions gotta get, and I think they just need to get people facts and have people in authority.
You can't keep putting out these, it's not fair to the junior people and clearly to the parents.
It's just awful.
Put people in authority in front of the microphones.
Let's get the answer.
Put a time chart up there.
Let's just roll.
Bernie in politics.
You're very close to Doug Mastriano.
Is his campaign, is he rolling hard right now?
bernard kerik
Rolling hard.
You know, Steve, I'm going to tell you something.
I'll give you three examples.
Doug Mastriano in Pennsylvania.
Andrew Giuliani in New York.
Vernon Jones in Georgia.
They're fighting against the Democrats, but I gotta tell you, man, their fight is with the RINOs, too.
For everybody listening to your show right now, we gotta get rid of the RINOs.
There has to be a RINO Alert and get rid of the RINOs because they are a hindrance to the MAGA people that are out there that should be winning these fights.
They make the fight harder.
Andrew Giuliani is 10 points above Lee Zeldin.
The GOP pick, and everybody in the New York State GOP is against Andrew.
They know he's going to win the nomination, but they're all out there fighting against him.
You know, the same thing went with Vernon Jones.
He had to battle the rhinos in the state of Georgia.
I'm seeing it all over the country, but here's one last thing, Steve.
Monday night, I was in Patterson, New Jersey.
Patterson, where I grew up, I was there for a Republican candidate sheriff and a Republican congressional candidate.
There were 600 people in the room, 600 people, 75% black and Latino in Patterson, New Jersey at a Republican event.
I've never seen that in my entire life.
The tide is turning.
People are sick of the rhinos.
They want the maggot candidates in office.
They want a change in the country, and I think that red wave is coming.
So, Mastriano, Giuliani, Vernon Jones, and others like them.
Last night, I was in Chicago with Scott Casper.
Same thing.
Nobody wants the RINOs.
Gotta get rid of them.
steve bannon
This is amazing.
Patterson, New Jersey.
I mean, this is inclusive nationalism, participatory populism.
It's coming.
We've got every ethnicity, race.
It's fantastic.
And it's building.
Andy Giuliani is going to be at the top of the hour.
New polling actually sees up 10 points over Lee Zeldin.
Lee Zeldin's a great guy, but Andrew's the guy for governor.
And it's going to be a dogfight with that.
And Doug Mastriana.
Think about if you had Pennsylvania and New York with Mastriana and Giuliani.
The Saudi Arabia of natural gas would unlock its potential and it would change the direction of this country.
That's right.
It would just be absolutely amazing.
And Vernon, let me just say, Vernon Jones should have been the candidate.
He would have beaten Kemp.
He just would have beaten Kemp.
There's no doubt about it.
But that didn't happen.
He's down in the 10th Congressional.
He didn't win there.
Bernie, how do people get to you on social media?
bernard kerik
Bernard Carrick, Twitter, Getter, Truth, name it.
All the same.
steve bannon
Bernie, thank you.
I look forward to coming back to you about what happened down in Texas.
I appreciate it.
bernard kerik
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to go now down to Chiapas, the capital of Chiapas, Tuxlo, the capital of Chiapas, Mexico.
We have our own Oscar Blue Ramirez.
Oscar, thank you so much for joining us here, sir.
oscar blue ramirez
Good evening, Mr. Brennan.
Yes, we're live over here on the capital of the state of Chiapas in Tuxla, where more than 100 migrants are camping out right here for more than 21 days on a hunger strike, trying to push the international immigration of Mexico to basically give them the humanitarian visa and to walk freely into the north borders.
And yesterday there was a protest and today also there was a protest in the south border that is Tapachula, the one that connects to Guatemala, where more than 2,000 migrants, they're protesting and they are going to start a new caravan, Mr. Bannon, on the 6th of June.
There are practically estimated more than 6,000 coming in in the next week, trying to move to the north borders.
Specifically, all of them, they're talking about Piedras Negras, Coahuila, that is the border that connects to Eagle Passer.
steve bannon
Hold it, you're telling me they're on a hunger... why they're on the hunger strike and you're saying thousands are showing up every day and you expect more tomorrow and a couple, like four or five thousand next week?
Is that what I'm hearing?
unidentified
Yes, sir.
oscar blue ramirez
They're in a hunger strike because ultimately their number one purpose is to push the Institute of National Immigration to hurry up with the humanitarian visas and the visas of France.
And this is a document that they need to walk freely into the north borders all the way to, you know, whatever the location that they want.
Specifically, they want to enter the Igbo Pass.
And now thousands are entering They do not mind if Title 42 is going to be lifted or not.
They already have their minds settled.
They're coming, and they're coming by the thousands.
We were talking to some migrants yesterday from Bangladesh.
There's a huge community of Bangladesh people coming, but this is the most concerning thing, Mr. Bennett.
Najibu Kelly, the president of El Salvador, is fighting the MS gang in his country.
He already captured more than 19,000 and he has imprisoned all those 19,000.
By that factor, you have a lot of MS gang members escaping El Salvador, going to the Triangle of Central America, and it's already been reported by Mexican authorities that MS gang members are arriving by the 100th into our borders in Mexico, and there it is a domino effect that they are trying to go to the borders of the United States of America, sir.
steve bannon
This would be MS-13, the Notorious Gang?
oscar blue ramirez
Absolutely, sir.
That has been registered.
There have been multiple arrests.
They have been put on newspapers, on social media, over here in the parts of Tapachula.
Already, the authorities are on red alert.
Because they have been recognized by their numerous tattoos that they have.
And also, this is another thing that is concerned.
They are trying to disguise themselves as Christians.
They are carrying Bibles.
They're walking with Bibles.
They're walking with other people.
And the most important thing that they are going to try to infiltrate themselves on these caravans.
So this caravan is extremely important to be, you know, to be on the lookout for United States government officials.
steve bannon
This footage we're playing right now, this footage is absolutely, Denver, can you play the footage again?
It's so powerful.
The footage that we're seeing, Oscar, where did you get, you shot that footage, where did you get this footage from?
Because it's absolutely stunning.
oscar blue ramirez
We shot it today in the morning, sir.
We were there today in the morning at this protest.
We walked with the migrants today in this protest.
There was more than 2,000 migrants that they were protesting.
And also the leader of the caravan is saying that, you know, that they need to walk.
They need to get out of the city.
There's no humanitarian help by the Mexican authorities.
And that is the number one reason why they keep trying to get out of Tapachula.
steve bannon
So, and this is what's gathering, they're going to gather as one group.
You're saying thousands are arriving every day, expect another 5,000 next week.
That is what's going to head, that mass of people is what's going to head to the United States?
oscar blue ramirez
Approximately, yes.
If this continues, and the fluency continues like this, they're estimating between 4,000 to 5,000 that they're going to move on this next caravan that is estimated to leave on the 6th of June.
But what we're hearing is that possibly they're going to start heading out.
On the 30th of May or possibly, you know, on the 1st of June.
They don't know yet, but they are inclined to hurry up and move as fast as they can.
steve bannon
If we can, if Real America's Voice can put that up on their site, we're going to put that up.
This footage is absolutely stunning.
I mean, these people are worked up.
You can tell the authority.
Mexico does not have the law enforcement infrastructure to be able to handle this.
They're just going to pass it and say, hey, we can't tell them no and we're not going to tell them no.
We're just going to pass them forward.
This is the Biden administration.
That never happened under Trump.
In the Title 42 things, I understand it's up in federal court.
That's not going to save you.
These folks right here don't want to hear about Title 42.
They're not going to pay attention to Title 42.
They're coming.
And this is not to demonize them.
If we were in the same shirt, we'd come in too.
If you know Biden's going to let you through and process you and it's controlled flow, that's why New York is down there with the Apache helicopters coming out of the Darien Gap.
Michael Yan's still down there.
I think he's going to Texas now to brief people.
Oscar, how dangerous a situation is this for citizens of Mexico and then for the United States when the illegal aliens arrive?
oscar blue ramirez
It is extremely dangerous, Mr. Bannon.
And the most dangerous thing is that the cartel is being continuously incentivized.
And it's ridiculous the statements of our president two weeks ago that he said on a public statement that leaders of cartels also have humanitarian rights and also the government needs to protect them.
But he's saying that we know how the country is being run.
Cartels are overrunning our country and particularly border cities.
This is why it's so concerning for United States citizens to know That if this massive flow continues, and it is going to continue because the Biden administration apparently is a collaborator of the Globalist Compact of Immigration.
If this continues, every border city is going to be just lawlessness, godless and evilness, just continuously coming in and coming in and coming in.
And there's no law, there's no order, sir, on both sides of the spectrum.
It's not only just Mexico that is complicit with their authorities.
It's just the Biden administration that they're incompetent to just handle this, you know, Yes, immigration phenomenon, sir.
steve bannon
I tell you what, what this Biden administration is going to do is take down Mexico.
Mexico is going to collapse.
No country can take that.
You get $50,000, $100,000 all the time.
You can't do it.
There's no law and order in any of the cities coming up.
Oscar Blue Ramirez, you're here.
You be safe.
We almost lost you one time.
How do people find you 24-7, sir, on social media?
oscar blue ramirez
Oscar Blue on Getter, sir.
Oscar Blue on YouTube, and of course, Real American Voice News and OscarBlueRamirez.com on our website, sir.
Thank you.
steve bannon
By the way, you're doing Ben Burquham proud.
He's going to Wyoming to the rally for President Trump.
So our coverage south of the border is in good hands, Oscar.
Thank you so much.
Honored to have you on.
oscar blue ramirez
Thank you so much, sir.
unidentified
And I'm honored to be on your platform, sir, and working for Real American Voice News, sir.
steve bannon
Thank you.
Thank you, Brad.
By the way, there's no network in the world that does the coverage we do with Real America's Voice down there.
Nobody does that.
BBC doesn't do it.
None of the... Do you think CNA thinks they're going to send folks down there?
Not on a bet, okay?
Fox, give me a break.
They're up there in the border towns with the big hair and the light and the make... No.
These guys are real reporters.
That's bravery.
We almost lost Oscar.
Remember, you got the gangs come up with the guns and try to take his equipment.
Okay.
One thing I want to say, I got Joe Allen here.
Joe, hang on, we're going to take you through the next break.
The people they waited for was called BORTAC.
It's the Border Patrol Tactical Unit that came in and took out the government yesterday.
Customs and Border are incredible heroes.
I think it's the most, I've been told it's the most Hispanic American-run organization.
I think it's 80 to 85 percent of the agents are of Hispanic descent.
And the bravery of these folks, look what they've got coming.
Remember, Border Patrol is the first line of defense.
What's coming out of Central America, Michael Yan now is up in Texas briefing people because he's been on the Darien Gap.
This whole thing in the Darien Gap, there's no system.
This is what Trump had.
He had a system.
He had a deal with the Northern Triangle countries to keep people down there, right?
He had deals with Mexico to remain in Mexico before he came across.
You had all these deals, all these structural elements that keep this flow of people down in Central America, keep it in Latin America, South America, but you know, on the other side, the Columbia side, the Darien Gap, that's all gone.
All they're doing, this is totally planned.
Don't think that they come up there and say, oh, we don't have a plan.
You know, nobody's prepared.
They're totally prepared.
This is controlled flow.
The Biden administration wants this.
What you see, this footage is going to be used when we impeach Joe Biden, and we are going to impeach Joe Biden.
unidentified
And this is the first article of impeachment.
steve bannon
Save your receipts.
What you've done to this country and what you're going to take down Mexico.
Mexico will fall because of this.
To the cartels and lawlessness and anarchy.
The poor citizens of Mexico, they've gotten from time immemorial.
Unbelievable.
Transhumanism.
The march to a new man post homo sapien.
steve stern

Could you share with us what you imagine the role of AI and data will be in the metaverse?
Thanks a lot for this question, Nicole.
I think the ultimate metaverse is actually our brain.
My brain is a perfect virtual reality generating machine.
I see things, I can touch things, and in my brain everything is constituted.
So we can definitely learn from the principles of the brain how to actually build a metaverse that feels very much intuitively.
I had a discussion with Philipp.
I asked him, will we spend more time in the future, in the metaverse, in the physical world?
And Philipp told me, I'm not so sure.
It still feels artificial.
I would prefer like my human body.
If we could create technologies that make the metaverse feel as if I was in my real body, then I think that would be the ultimate metaverse that we try to achieve.
But definitely, I think artificial intelligence will revolutionize the metaverse and gives us the key to actually build a kind of a new world that might be a better world than our physical world these days.
Certainly there'll be second-hand impact of children growing up in the metaverse, thinking in new ways and innovating in new ways.
So in the metaverse I would imagine to have like a perfect scientific assistant like the Captain Future series for those who know him.
Like a flying brain with me.
And I don't need to find solutions, because the machines are doing that for me.
But I need to ask the right questions.
So I think human beings should be there to ask questions, but the machines are way better suited to actually gather this information.
steve bannon
This is not science fiction.
And I put up on Getter the other day this article about the metaverse that Joe and I were talking about.
They're coming for you, kids.
Look, I understand people bang on the cue, guys, and everything like that.
Hey, it's not us, it's them.
That's Davos today at the closing thing.
Children are going to grow up in the metaverse.
Excuse me?
Children are going to grow up in the metaverse, Joe Allen.
joe allen
Yeah, that's the assumption, and I believe that for many people on Earth in the developed world, that will be the reality just as it was with the Internet, just as it was with television, but far, far more dangerous.
With Pascal Kaufman, the gentleman we just heard, he's a neuroscientist who turned to artificial intelligence, founded StarMind International and MindFire, His goal is to create a sort of corporate brain.
So you could say that he's very much in league with people like Ben Goertzel of OpenCog and SingularityNet or Ray Kurzweil at Google.
The intention is to create an artificial intelligence system that human beings could interact with through virtual reality that would function as a sort of guardian angel, a digital guardian angel, so that you could turn to this personified AI And ask any question you like.
You heard him say that the difficulty of human endeavor is that we are unable to understand everything.
The belief is that artificial intelligence can develop to the point that it can understand, if not everything, it can be, in essence, an approximation of omniscience.
So that machines, as he said, would be better at answering questions than humans, and we would turn to the machines to answer all of our questions.
Our job at that point will simply be to ask the questions.
Now, I had to cut it out for sake of space.
He also talked about that once the algorithm has developed sufficiently, human beings might actually be out of the loop in the sense that artificial intelligence will be coming up with better hypotheses to test.
The entire notion behind transhumanism is that human beings are inherently flawed, and that machines represent this sort of crystalline intelligence that will be, in the near future, far superior to us, basically making us barnacles on the hull of that machine.
Now, I wrote about this, the metaverse, in the new issue of Salvo Magazine.
You can also find it at the top of my social media and on warroom.org.
The title is Lost to Digital Delusion, and it's an investigation of this entire concept of trans in transhumanism, so that the metaverse not only represents an escape from reality, it represents a new type of delusion in which human identity is completely malleable, so that already you see Ray Kurzweil indulging this sort of transgender fetish.
That in his role as Ramona, that was from back in 2006, we reported on that a number of times.
And it ultimately, I think, boils down to the essence of virtual reality and digital culture in that human identity is completely detached from the physical and social and spiritual substrate that we normally would have.
So that a man can be a woman, a woman can be a man, or something completely non-gendered.
There's also a sort of trans-racial fetish in the virtual world.
There's also a trans-species fetish in the virtual world.
steve bannon
What do you mean trans-species?
joe allen
To become different animals.
I want to be a reindeer.
I want to be an elephant.
I want to be a dragon.
And to the extent that people lose themselves in that digital culture, they really do come to identify with it.
Hence, the furry fetish.
And then, In the end what we see is transhumanism.
You see this transition, this transformation away from our deep human selves in the social matrix we exist in and a transition towards something digital and ultimately fictitious.
steve bannon
How do people, I want to get these two magazines that you're up in, the people who find them, I want to get the rest of your writings.
joe allen
Yes, Salvo Magazine.
This is the spring issue.
There's a lot of great stuff in here.
Also, the editor, Robin Phillips, has a fantastic article about the implications of the metaverse.
And then, of course, Chronicles Magazine, which is definitely the top intellectual conservative publication out there right now.
steve bannon
Yeah, no doubt.
The guys at Chronicle.
How do people get... by the way, you're not here tomorrow, right?
joe allen
I'll be in the morning.
steve bannon
In the morning.
We'll get you to the morning show.
Of course, we've got a special.
We're going to do a special on Monday to end Memorial Day about the metaverse and also about, I think, CRISPR.
We're getting into CRISPR, so it's going to be shocking what you're going to hear on Monday.
Joe will be here with us this morning.
How do people get to your writings in the interim?
joe allen
Uh, yeah, you can find both of these articles on my social media as well, though I encourage you to get the print editions.
Uh, at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z, at Twitter and Gitter.
Also, joebot.xyz, and of course, warroom.word, transhumanism tab at the top.
steve bannon
Short commercial break.
Hang around.
We're going to do Andrew Giuliani.
We've got a lot of polling.
We're going to get to the bottom of Georgia.
We've got a pollster coming on, so it may be not some hanky-panky.
Maybe the Democrats helped a bunch of these candidates.
