Five states, including Texas and Tennessee, have less than 50% of formula available.
And with supplies running low in 25 other states and here in D.C., the dwindling supply has many parents worried.
We get more now from CBS's Janet Chamlean.
Empty shelves across the country.
And some retailers are limiting purchases to prevent hoarding.
Baby Formula last November was 11% out of stock nationwide.
Then it got worse.
31% by early April.
And most recently, jumping to 40%.
Down sharply in the pre-market, off the lows.
Just hours ago, as you may know by now, Elon Musk tweets that the $44 billion deal is, quote, temporarily on hold, pending details supporting calculation that spam and fake accounts do indeed represent less than 5% of its users.
Musk linked a Reuters report from a couple of weeks ago, which does cite a regulatory filing mentioning that stat.
He followed up with a tweet a while ago saying he's still committed to the acquisition.
But earlier this week at that FT conference, he was very clear that it is not a done deal.
There's still a lot of things that need to get done before this deal concludes.
Obviously, there's not yet even been a shareholder vote.
And Twitter has not yet filed the proxy for a shareholder vote.
So there are still, you know, some outstanding questions that need to be resolved.
And so it is certainly Not a done deal.
Of course, it comes amid the discussion about the margin on Tesla, the discussion of other financing.
Yesterday, the firing of a couple key Twitter execs.
jonathan lemire
Nobody's out of this for sure.
unidentified
I mean, look at it.
jonathan lemire
It's statistically tied right there.
willie geist
But they all were jockeying for President Trump's endorsement.
jonathan lemire
Dr. Oz got the endorsement.
He went up seven points.
willie geist
Kathy Barnett has tried to hug Donald Trump close, even without his endorsement.
jonathan lemire
As you can see, she's up 10 points since the last poll.
Yeah, Trump put out a somewhat mysterious statement yesterday in which he praised Barnett and thinks she's going to have a bright future in the party, but that she needs to address certain of her views, that he would be sticking his endorsement with Oz.
He thinks Oz can win this race.
He thinks Barnett would lose, but he also acknowledged clearly that a lot of his supporters back her.
But what this is doing is setting up, as people, whether it's McCormick or Oz or Barnett, all running to get Trump's endorsement and move to that Right, right, right.
What that is doing is opening up the possibility for the Democrats to keep this come fall.
That this is going to be damaging for Republicans' chances to win it in general election.
John Fetterman, the Lieutenant Governor there, is ahead in the polls in theoretical general election match-ups.
This is a state that could be put in play.
As much as we think about Republicans gaining come November, there's a chance the Dems might be able to hang on a couple and keep Senate 50-50.
unidentified
If you're a Democrat and you're looking at that ballot, the names we had up there in the poll, And you were honest, and you were saying to yourself, now, which of those candidates, Mehmet Oz, David McCormick, Kathy Barnett, which would I not want to face in a general election this fall?
If you're a Democrat asking that question, you would absolutely, honestly say, I don't want to face Dave McCormick.
Absolutely.
He would be the strongest candidate.
Well, he still may be.
jonathan lemire
We'll see, though.
unidentified
The trend lines are working against him a little here.
steve bannon
Naturally, we take all of our advice from Morning Joe about who to elect, right?
Okay, it's Friday the 13th of May, Year of Our Lord 2022.
It is so much going on this morning.
I've never seen a news cycle like this.
We're gonna try to get it all in.
It's absolutely packed, and I'm gonna talk a little bit about... What is it?
Twitter?
The Twitter deal?
I don't want to say I told you so, but... Elon Musk...
Saying that he's, it's on hold as he reviews the bots at 5% on a regulatory filing, you know, that Reuters reported a couple weeks ago, is the equivalent, ladies and gentlemen, of saying when guys get blown out and they say, you know, I want to spend more time with my family.
Okay?
It's a joke.
Now, what I've said from the beginning is Twitter is completely corrupt, completely incompetent, and you're going to find, I think the shareholder suits are going to be huge.
You're going to get to the bottom of how they've been lying to people About what their business, quote-unquote, because it's not really a business, okay?
Elon Musk, though, has lost, I think it's up to $500 billion in value off of Tesla.
And if you don't think that causes a couple of margin calls... I want everybody to understand, you know, when people, all the fanboys, you know, you've got the Zelensky fanboys in Conservative, you've got the Elon Musk fanboys.
This is not a joke.
When he does something like that, think of all the people that bought Tesla stock all the way up and pushed it over a trillion-dollar market cap.
And I think it's lost $400-500 billion.
I think the calculation is closer to $500 billion.
That would be half a trillion dollars.
Remember, there are a lot of folks and a lot of pension funds that bought that up on the way up that are now at zero in their ownership of Tesla, have lost a ton of money, 500 billion, a half a trillion dollars wiped off because of this fiasco on Twitter.
Told you guys it was very serious.
All these people running around, oh it's the town square, it's gotta run the town square.
You have to start to grow up and understand how the world works.
Okay?
We'll talk a little bit more about it later.
Got so many huge stories today we gotta get to.
I want to bring in Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann.
By the way, Mike Pence going to Georgia.
We're going to get to that momentarily.
Going down with the other demons, the Rickettses.
And Ducey, Doug Ducey, right?
Doug Ducey, Ricketts, and of course Chris Christie.
Going down there on this, the gathering storm on the 24th.
Mike Pence announced it today, so you know what side Pence is on.
I want to go to Michelle Bachman, former Congressman, now Dean of the School of Government at Regent University.
So this shifting, the fix is in, and I want to make sure you take a minute or two and walk through exactly where we stand in this process of what the United States government is doing and shifting it's our sovereignty over to the World Health Organization and the World Health Assembly, right?
Another one of these UN, Chinese control, totally CCP controlled out of Geneva.
I want you to walk through exactly what they did on this comment segment, what they had to do legally to have a public comment.
The fix is in and we're gonna need everybody in this.
You're gonna have to, you're gonna have to man up on two things today.
It's a workday, okay?
We're not taking it as a workday.
And tomorrow's gonna be a workday too.
We're working today on this issue, which you're gonna have to put your shoulder to the wheel, and the $40 billion which Rand Paul gave us, saved us last night.
And we're gonna get to that in a second.
Congressman Bachman.
Walk through what the government thinks of the American people and their input into what's going on in a massive shift of our sovereignty to basically, essentially a front for the Chinese Communist Party.
michele bachmann
Well, as your audience knows, we are a constitutional republic where the people choose the leaders that they want to lead them and they choose the issues that they want to be governed under.
That's not true under the Biden administration.
What we know about this issue is this.
The Biden administration offered amendments to change the international health rules at the World Health Assembly.
What these amendments do, bottom line, is shift American sovereignty over healthcare issues away from America and over to the World Health Organization, specifically to the Director General, who is now a man named Tedros.
That's where healthcare decisions go.
If you thought Fauci and Walensky were bad at CDC and NIH, Imagine handing over health care sovereignty decisions to the WHO.
That's what this issue is.
On January 18th, the Biden administration gave these 13 amendments to the World Health Assembly.
They didn't give them to any Americans.
No one knew this was coming.
It wasn't until April 12th that they posted them quietly on a government website.
They were found by an amateur researcher.
And so it's only been one month that we've even known about this.
Well, on May 6th, a week ago today, on a Friday on the Federal Register, which is the official notice site of the federal government, they put notice up from the Office of Global Affairs for a virtual stakeholder listening session to prepare for the 75th World Health Assembly where these amendments will be voted on.
So, today, right now, as we're meeting from 10 o'clock to noon, Eastern Time, they give a generous 2-hour window, and I'm being facetious.
A two-hour window when there can be a listening session.
This is what you gotta know.
This is not available for anyone to watch online.
There isn't a physical site you can go to.
You can't even watch this online.
This notice was put on the website of the Federal Register last Friday, a week ago today, May 6th.
As you read this site, it says clearly, Early registration encouraged.
How could you have early registration when registration closed the same day that the notice was put up on the federal government website?
So you had to have registered by May 6.
I went on this site.
I registered.
I wasn't given any RSVP that I could participate.
They didn't want people to know about this quote listening session.
They even limited the people who could participate to certain groups.
If you're in a minority group, if you're an Indian tribe group, if you're in private industry, probably Pfizer, who knows?
But they had specific groups and they had to pick and choose if you were allowed to be on.
But the kicker is you had to have known by last week, the same day that they put notice up.
steve bannon
But all the groups that they wanted on there, remember you have to be pre-approved.
Pre-approved.
michele bachmann
You have to be pre-approved.
steve bannon
Right.
michele bachmann
You have to be pre-approved.
But here's the other thing.
As of yesterday, only 182 people had even visited this site.
That's like nobody.
And as of this morning, only nine more people had visited, and it's probably war room people who visited.
So no one has the ability to know what's being said in this listening session today.
Nobody had the ability to be able to participate in this unless they were handpicked, pre-approved by the Biden administration.
This is the most consequential thing that is happening, that the Biden administration, May 22nd through 28th, is sending a delegation Led by the Secretary of Health and Human Services from the United States government to offer these amendments to be voted on.
And the US government has already said that 40 countries have already signed on, including the big guys, the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, the real countries, 40 countries have already signed on.
So presumably they already have the votes.
So the vote will be taken.
And then there's a six month period before the actual vote becomes effective, and that's in November.
And that's interesting timing because no matter which party wins in the fall, presumably it won't matter because this creates a platform for global governance.
Because if you take healthcare decisions that we saw for the last two and a half years have effectively destroyed American businesses, hurt people's lives.
That authority now goes to Tedros at the WHO, so 99.4% of people in the world would be impacted by this, because 194 nations are a part of the WHO.
And again, we're not talking about the proposed pandemic treaty that's expected to be voted on in 2024.
That's not what this is.
This is an existing treaty that we became a part of in 2005.
And these are the existing international health rules that are about to be amended.
So it will only require a simple majority vote at the World Health Assembly meeting May 22nd through 28th.
I know a number of people from War Room have been contacting their senators offices and House members offices, and you've been reporting back to me that the people that you're speaking with in these offices don't know about this.
They don't understand it.
They refute it.
They said that's impossible.
We have to have a two thirds vote because it's a treaty that's not going to happen.
You need to understand the intention of the Biden administration who's offering these amendments.
steve bannon
With the big staffs they have, what's outrageous is the Republicans have no idea this is going on.
This took Jim Rogowsky, the independent researcher, Michelle Bachmann, Frank Gaffney, Ambassador Hoekstra, all these guys, people that can get on top of these things, but the House and the Senate guys should have been on this, and the various committees that HHS report to should have been on top of this.
It's outrageous.
michele bachmann
They should have been on top of this, but I will tell you from experience, Steve, This is how it is.
The last people to know what's going on, I don't mean this to be mean or anything like that, but from the voice of experience, the last people to know what's going on are your U.S.
Senators and your U.S.
House members.
They're so embroiled in the bubble that they live in and advancing the agenda of the political leadership, whether it's Republican or Democrat, that's what they're involved in.
They're not watching these things that are going on.
It's outside groups that bring the information.
And then it's like rolling a rock up a hill to get them to believe it or understand it, because D.C.
is run by 25-year-old staffers who all know everything, and you can't tell them anything.
So we have to present them with real evidence.
That's why I would make sure that they read the article by Dr. Peter Bregan, by Leo Homan.
Look at the actual amendments.
Look at the actual international health rules.
They should be able to figure out.
The other thing is look at our life experience in the last 18 months under the Biden administration.
This is not far-fetched to think that this administration wants to transfer US sovereignty to the WHO.
steve bannon
Congressman Bachman, you can just hang on for one second.
Short break.
Congressman Bachman is going to be back.
We've got Joe Reek from MyPatriotsUp.
I talk about the formula fiasco and the shortage of food that's coming.
Carla Sands later.
Katie Britt later.
We've got a ton of people.
A lot of people, I think, from Pennsylvania will be rolling back.
Through here.
Short break.

The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, MyPillow.com, we've got the buy one, get one free in the categories of sheets and towels and pillows.
Okay, also have the biblical child's pillow and blanket, so make sure you go check it out.
Buy one, get one free.
If you go to MyPillow.com, promo code WORM, you'll see hundreds of sales on items, but this buy one, get one free, very special, so go check it out today.
Remember, you need a great night's sleep.
Not a good night, you need a great night's sleep to man the ramparts, and baby, we need a man today.
Today's a work day.
So let's go back to Congressman Bachman.
We've got Frank Gaffney who slipped in here.
We've got Joe Reek.
It's going to be pretty packed today, ladies and gentlemen, but just like the last couple of days, we're going to juggle it and get it all done.
Congressman Bachman, one more time, and I want to talk to my trusty producer here in the studio and, of course, the folks in Denver.
I want to get up on the screen with Congressman Bachman where people go to send a written comment.
We need everyone in this audience.
If you're at a computer, do it.
If you're at a cell phone, do it.
You want to fight for your sovereignty of your country?
You're fighting right now, and it's all free.
Okay?
Congressman Bachman, what should people do about the written comments?
And then I'm going to talk about the general strike.
michele bachmann
Yeah, it's easy to do.
I wrote them.
I submitted them.
You can too.
We need you too.
They need an avalanche of people who are against this.
Write to capital O-G-A dot RSVP at HHS.gov one more time capital OGA dot RSVP at HHS.gov And there's a couple other sites you can go to.
steve bannon
We're going to get them all up to make it as easy as possible to send a written comment.
Right now, be focused on your writing of the comments, right?
And then we'll send them.
You can send them during the day.
OK, what are we going to do with the Republican Party?
Because I'll tell you.
And look, we have a lot of people I'm quite close to and people in what I call the engine room.
And a lot of these people have been blowing me up.
Hey, Steve, I know you're saying we're going to destroy the Democratic Party, we're in the midterms, but they're not going to have midterms.
And I keep saying, hey, come on, get out of crazy town, let's get focused.
But it's situations like these.
Right?
That a rational human being can sit there and go, how can this happen?
It's all government documents.
And they hid the football.
And they didn't let anybody come into the comments section and be there.
And if you read this, and you actually read it, you know, and they still got the emergency powers with no cap on it.
That's right.
No end date.
You know, all of a sudden, and I keep telling people, all of a sudden the people are sitting there going, hey, they're not going to have a midterm.
That's not what they do.
That's how you feed that.
So it's incumbent upon all you establishment Republicans, the reason people hold you in such contempt, if you're going to be the establishment and basically get the best part of the beef, right?
If you're going to do that, you've got to earn it.
You've got to do something for it.
So if you want people not to say, hey, they're not going to do that, then you've got to get on top of this.
This has got to be shut down because this leads people to believe, hey, Ben, and we told you they're not going to have, you know, they're not going to have a midterm.
You're not going to be able to destroy the Democratic Party because this is how they do it.
And right now, I'm just saying, if you read the documents and get, you know, Michelle Bachmann's incredibly smart lawyer, got a couple of postgraduate degrees in law, I've had a lot of smart people look at this, Ambassador Hoekstra, he's brilliant, he's an ambassador, Frank Gaffney, the committee president, people read it and say, hey, I see it, I see how this thing got played.
It's incumbent upon the Republican Party to engage and start doing some work.
We're tired of the lobbyist cocktail parties.
We're tired of you flying into town on coming in on Tuesday and leaving on Thursday.
We're hitting this seven days a week.
It's time for you to hit it seven days a week.
And Congressman Bachman, I know you've had a belly full of it like I have.
What is your proposal, ma'am?
michele bachmann
What we need to do is have a GOP general strike, a Republican general strike.
This is so big, like I said earlier in the previous segment.
That come November, it won't matter which party wins because we were controlled through the healthcare conglomerate for the last two and a half years.
Our lives were upended because of this COVID thing.
Now, if you give this authority to the WHO, our lives will be upended in ways that we can't even respond to.
So this is when our elected leaders can't be useless anymore.
And there are flags who are working for them who don't know what's going on.
They got to wake up right now.
So we have to demand is that we have a Republican general strike, meaning that the House and the Senate in Washington, D.C.
needs to inform Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden.
We're not showing up for any committee hearings.
We're not going to give you a quorum in any committee hearings.
We're not going to show up on the floor of the House and the Senate.
We're not giving you a quorum so you can vote.
We're not voting on anything.
We're not doing anything until these Biden amendments are withdrawn, because this is urgency of the hour.
This vote is May 22nd through 28th.
Today is May 13th.
So, May 22nd in Geneva, Switzerland, they could potentially vote on these amendments and pass sovereignty from the U.S.
to the WHO, and then this would go into effect in November.
So November's too late to get worked up about this.
They got to get worked up about this now.
So we need to call for a GOP general strike.
Nobody shows up for these committees.
Nobody shows up for votes on the House until the Biden administration pulls these amendments.
That will get people's attention.
steve bannon
Congressman, hang on for one second.
Can we bring in Frank Gaffney?
Frank, anything to add on this point?
I know the Committee on the Present Danger and the Center for Security Policy, you guys have been all over this.
Do you think that this is the right path we're going down?
Now that you've seen the way that they shut everything out and played hide the football, what is your recommendation?
frank gaffney
I think Michelle is exactly right, as usual.
A general strike is the order of the day because it will immediately make this a front page story across the country, and it has to be.
Steve, what we're talking about isn't some abstraction.
We've actually watched what this guy, Dr. Tedro, would do if he gets this kind of authority.
We saw what he did even without it in pressing forward the false narratives of the Chinese Communist Party about where the virus came from, About its transmissibility, about its nature, about how best to deal with it.
He endorsed these lockdowns.
unidentified
He endorsed these Hold it, hold it, hold it.
steve bannon
We had Maria Ryan on here yesterday.
The head of HHS now admits that the original genome sequence was pulled at the request of the CCP by, wait for it, Collins and Fauci.
The United States government did that in combination with the WHO.
They pulled it.
They pulled the genomes, which anybody's telling you guys, oh, we didn't really need it.
No, crap.
You needed that original genome sequence immediately to get working on therapeutics and others to find out the reason they pulled it because they knew it showed it came out of the lab, right?
As man-made.
frank gaffney
We were partly responsible for man-making it because of those gain-of-function research experiments that our guys paid for.
Look, I'm not making a brief here for the U.S.
government or unaccountable bureaucrats inside it.
I'm just saying that at least theoretically, We have some accountability, at least through elected officials for whom those people are supposed to work.
What we're talking about with Tedros is we're turning this whole thing over, the whole public health emergency is of international concern to the Chinese Communist Party and its stooge.
It's unbelievable.
I did a commentary today, Steve, about Xavier Becerra being the 25th Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, and he would effectively be the last one if we wind up essentially making Tedros, or whoever is the Director General of the World Health Organization, the arbiter of what our public health policies are going to be, and in particular, how we're going to respond to problems.
And they don't have to be problems of a medical character.
They can simply be health emergencies.
And the administration's made it clear they think gun violence is a health emergency.
They've made it clear they think that the climate change issue is a health emergency.
So you can just imagine the Chinese Communist Party using any one of those avenues to tell us what to do about who can own guns, about who can pollute, who can use their cars, the whole nine yards.
It's madness.
Michelle's exactly right.
We need a general strike to stop it.
steve bannon
I know this is totally unrelated to the hard drive from the laptop from hell.
It's totally unrelated to any of the money or partnerships they had.
with the Chinese government. It's completely unrelated.
Just want to make sure that's on the record. Couldn't possibly be anything associated with that, could it now? Okay, real quickly, Congressman Bachman, how did people get to you today on social media, etc., to follow this and to know where to go? And Frank, I'll come to you next.
michele bachmann
Congressman Bachman. My name is Michelle Bachman, Michelle with one L, Bachman with two Ns, at Michelle Bachman. Also, my email at Regent University, where I'm Dean of the School of Government, is mbachman, with two Ns, at regent.edu.
unidentified
you.
steve bannon
Okay, fine.
Any social media they can follow if you're putting stuff up today?
michele bachmann
They can go to Rumble, they can go to Telegraph, they can go to Wire.
steve bannon
Wire.
Get her a comms director and that's okay.
Frank Yaffney.
Wow.
Man, you take the staff away.
I'm just kidding.
Frank Yaffney, how do people get to you, sir?
frank gaffney
Lots of different ways.
China.org is one, and Steve, we're going to have a very important webinar on this very issue with Michelle Bachman, with Pete Hoekstra, with Jim Rogoski, with others, to talk about the problem.
You can register for that at stopvaxpassports.org right now.
I'm at frank Gaffney securing America dot TV.
And let me just give this web address to rain.
I'm sure it'd help on HHS again.
Oh, gee, a dot R.S.
VP at HHS dot gov.
Michelle gave it, but it's really important.
steve bannon
But like, if you put it up, if you put it up, if you put it up in your getter, we'll resend that everywhere right now Just put it up on getter and we'll repost it, okay?
Guys, thank you very much.
We gotta bounce.
I got Joe Reek.
We're gonna get to him.
We got Carla Sands running in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
All next.
Everybody strap in.
It's gonna only get more heated today in the War Room.
chip roy
I talked about protecting this institution or talked about this institution but we got a $40 billion bill at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
I haven't had a chance to review the bill.
My staff is pouring over the pages trying to see what's in it.
You want to talk about the institution?
You want to talk about standing up alongside Ukraine?
Why don't we actually have a debate on the floor of the People's House instead of the garbage of getting a $40 billion bill at 3 o'clock in the afternoon?
Not paid for!
Without having any idea what's really in it, with a massive slush fund that goes to the State Department, $13 billion, $8 billion for the Economic Support Fund, $110 billion for embassy security, we've got $40 billion that is unpaid for, and you want to sit here and lecture this body about what we're going to do or not do about staying alongside Ukraine?
Why don't we talk about the American people who are hurting, the wide open borders, the inflation that's killing people, the jobs that people can't get because of the cost of goods and services in this country?
Sitting here and being lectured to when I don't even have time to look at a $40 billion unpaid bill.
I make a motion to adjourn.
steve bannon
Okay, that is Chip Roy, former Chief of Staff of Senator Ted Cruz, now in the Congress on this heated debate they had the other day.
Rand Paul saved us.
We're going to get the main Senate number up.
We're very honored to have an ambassador handpicked by President Trump to work with him during the first term, Ambassador Carla Sand.
She's running a Republican primary.
Ambassador, I don't think there'd be anybody better positioned to discuss this topic than you, since you were hand-selected by President Trump to be one of his advisors in this entire area.
Just give us your quick curriculum vitae in this area, and then I want your thoughts about the $40 billion oligarch bailout in Ukraine, ma'am.
unidentified
Right, and is there 10% to the big guy too?
I would have been a hard no on this.
I agree with Rand Paul.
We need to take care of our own country and not shovel billions more to another corrupt country right now when Europe is rich.
But Steve, I've never actually talked to your viewers before and I'd just like to share I was the U.S.
Ambassador to Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands from 2017 until 2021.
So we worked on things like this Ukraine issue.
We worked to secure our country against Russia and China, working with the Pentagon and with NATO.
And we worked to increase trade, and we did it over 43%.
And we were so successful countering Russia and China that the DoD gave me their highest civilian honor.
It's called the Medal for Distinguished Public Service.
But I'm a pro-life, pro-First Amendment, pro-Second Amendment, constitutional conservative, and I'm an America First businesswoman and Christian and mom.
But I'm also an eighth-generation Pennsylvanian, and my Pennsylvania ancestors fought in the American Revolution, and they fought in the Civil War.
And this is our time to fight for the heart and soul of our great country, because this is 1776.
The Marxists are in control of our government and this is, I believe, our last stand to hold our constitutional rights, our freedom of speech, all of our rights.
I think they're all under attack and they're coming for us.
steve bannon
Let me ask you, the run-up, and this is one of the most heated and quite frankly has turned quite personal and quite nasty among people who know each other and like each other, this has gotten quite nasty, in the Commonwealth.
Where are the citizens right now when they see that we're going to have Joe Reek from My Patron Next about this collapse of the no-baby formula?
For American American babies, no formula, right?
May have to import from overseas.
You've got a southern border and an invasion of southern border.
You've got this geopolitical mess that's been allowed to happen under Biden after Afghanistan.
You've got an economy that is the inflation is out of control.
In your sense, since you're 7th or 8th generation, the folks in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, what is their take on things right now?
unidentified
Well, they're very upset.
They're suffering under the Biden economy.
The inflation is hurting our seniors on a fixed income.
It's hurting our working families.
They're having to decide, are they going to fill the tank or go buy groceries?
It's that bad.
Because the prices are spiking much more than they're actually admitting.
If you go to the grocery store or the pump, you know that's true.
And I'm calling for Operation Warp Speed that we actually harvest and move our energy throughout our country and bring back our energy dominance in the United States, but especially for Pennsylvania, because our economy's been going in the wrong direction for 40 plus years as jobs and companies have offshored largely to Asia.
So we're really suffering here in Pennsylvania.
They want an America first senator.
You know, we've got three people in the race.
And there's one guy, Dave McCormick, I like to call him Mitt Romney McCormick because he would cut bad deals with the Democrats.
And I call him China first because he made billions in China and you don't make billions without bowing to the Chinese Communist Party in China.
And I call Oz Turkey first because he decided to serve in the Turkish military, not the US military.
And he also doesn't share our values and he's not even from Pennsylvania.
And then we have another candidate.
She's the other conservative and she hasn't been properly vetted.
We need to know where she's been and what she's been doing.
There's a lot of things on her resume that she's not making clear, but she's run a campaign on identity politics.
And I really think that Republicans reject identity politics and that those same that same playbook led her to lose her last race.
By 20 points in a red-wave year against a weak Democrat.
John Fetterman is not a weak Democrat.
John Fetterman's a strong Democrat.
And I can go toe-to-toe with him, and I can beat him.
I have the foreign policy chops, the security, you know, defense policy, and then also the trade policy, having fought for a level playing field for American companies, understanding how to turn Pennsylvania around as a businesswoman, but also with the government experience.
steve bannon
How do you, so when people sit there and go, look, Oz, and today, look, I'm not for NATO expansion right now, because I want NATO, like President Trump did, to pay, get to the 2% of the countries already there before we start getting companies.
unidentified
Yeah, but we need Finland to join.
That's a good move, for Finland to join.
steve bannon
Okay, but even that, you know, Turkey came out today, Erdogan came out and said, hey, I don't want to see this right now.
So that gets to the issue about Oz, but how do you answer the question for the audience?
Is that, look, You were handpicked by Trump.
You obviously did a great deal because you got awarded by the Defense Department.
You're an ambassador.
Senate confirmed, so you've been vetted.
You are known by him.
In fact, you've known him, I remember, from the 2016 campaign.
You've known President Trump and been a sponsor and a donor and someone's been a supporter of Trump for quite a while.
He gave his endorsement to Oz.
How do you come back to the Trump base and say, hey, look, walk us through why did he select Oz over you?
And he says in the Oz selection that he thinks he's better to beat Federman, Ambassador Carla Sands.
unidentified
Did you see the backlash when that endorsement happened?
The conservatives flooded over to the two of us because they got very worried we were going to get someone who we wouldn't go out, our base would not come out for in November.
Conservatives in Pennsylvania do not trust Mehmet Oz, and they need someone who's electable, who they can trust.
And I'm the trusted candidate, but I'm also electable in November.
President Trump doesn't always get the best advice.
And then secondly, they're social friends.
He's a neighbor down the street from Mar-a-Lago.
They're friendly, socially in New York.
President Trump, I admire him.
I was honored to work for him.
But I worked for him.
I'm not his friend, you know.
I respect him greatly.
But he doesn't always get the best advice.
steve bannon
Walk people through the social media, but where are you going to be?
One of the best things we found in Ohio with JD, we had Cortez out there, but for the boardroom posse to be able to find somebody is, and if they have questions, and I'm sure they're going to compare and contrast you to Kathy Barnett, and it's known that she's struck a real fire with people, particularly she's been fighting this voter integrity thing with Dave Mastriano from day one.
Where are you going to be in the next couple days, or how do people find out where you're going to be so they can come up and actually meet you, talk to you, and ask their own questions?
Because I can tell you, I think there's actually quite a bit of undecided voters in the Commonwealth, and I think this weekend is going to be immensely important.
I think this is going to run right through the tape, and I think this is too close to call on many different levels.

This is the most important race in the country right now.
I can win in November.
Not everyone can in this race.
There's two of us that can.
And my female conservative opponent cannot win in November.
I'm going to be at Shady Maple at noon today in Lancaster.
The great owner Lynn Weaver has endorsed our campaign.
I'll be at Chickie's and Pete's tonight at 7 in Philly.
And on Saturday morning around nine, I'll be at the VFW in Mechanicsburg.
And I hope to see you there at each one of these events.
I'm happy to answer your questions.
We are so excited because our message is resonating with the voters.
They understand we need an America first candidate for the Senate and I'm ready on day one.
Nobody else is.
Everybody says America first.
I actually have done America first and I'm ready to fight back against the swamp because I already fought the swamp as ambassador and I beat the swamp.
And if I can do it as ambassador, I'll definitely do it as senator.
Ron Johnson, he's a great senator.
Rand Paul, great Senator.
Marsha Blackburn, those are the kind of people that resonate with me and I will represent Pennsylvania and fight for opportunity so we turn this state around.
We need someone who actually understands business and understands the government and can get things done by creating coalitions.
Steve, I so appreciate being able to talk to your viewers.
I hope that they'll follow us on social media and that they'll help us get this done.
Voters are not sure.
They don't trust these two frontrunners.
And frankly, we need someone who can win in November.
steve bannon
Ambassador Carla Sands, thank you very much.
I want all the posse, we'll put it up on all the platforms, go see.
If you've got questions, right, there's no whining in the war room.
I want to make sure everybody goes and checks out Ambassador Sands.
And if you've got a question for her, you're still undecided, you want to weigh and measure, or maybe you're having second thoughts, go ahead and challenge her.
I want you guys to ask her point-blank how you're going to win in November.
Ambassador Carla Sands, thank you so much for joining us.
unidentified
Thank you, Steve.
Great to talk to you.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to be covering this non-stop.
Obviously, we'll be live tomorrow.
There's a lot going on.
John Fredericks is down in Georgia.
Mike Pence has announced that Mike Pence is going to go down there to campaign against President Trump, as we told you that was going to happen, so it's no surprise.
We're going to try and maybe track down Fredericks.
President Trump's coming in live at noon.
I think Real America's Voice is going to cover that.
John Fredericks' radio, Real America's Voice, right after the show.
They're going to be going live with President Trump calling in to the bus down there.
Let's go to Joe Reek.
Joe, I really appreciate it.
I know you're incredibly busy.
Joe Reek from MyPatriotSupply.
Joe, you've been doing this with us coming on here, I think, for almost a year.
Let's say 9 or 10 months.
And you're very measured and very even-handed, but you say, hey, people, you've got to get ahead of this.
It gets worse, brother, every week.
I mean, there are riots now in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka is on fire.
The island of Ceylon, right off India.
They're taking down the entire government, the entire society.
You see it in Latin America, with famine and food shortages.
And now you've got this situation on the stores, and it's just the beginning.
You've seen this baby formula.
Joe, we've got a couple minutes here, and I'm going to hold you through the break.
Tell the audience what's going on, because it looks like it's getting worse every week.
unidentified
You know, it is.
And this is something that I've said repeatedly, Steve, is if you can control the food supply, you can control the people.
And by limiting these things, limiting the access of these goods, increasing the cost of these goods, and that makes it hard for Americans to go out and purchase these items.
It's going to cause some real trouble down the road.
We're seeing it right now.
I mean, with the baby formula shortages.
I mean, we saw these shortages coming up to two years ago, Steve.
And this is only the next item.
And there's going to be more and more items coming down the line that are going to be shortages.
You know, we see the gas prices rising again.
And the government's solution was to release strategic oil, you know, from their reserves.
What's going to happen when the food lines are long?
They can't just go open up new food lines because we do not have a strategic reserve of food.
So that's why it's imperative today Get prepared.
Do it right now while we can.
I mean, we're taking orders and we're shipping orders the same day, Steve.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Give me that one more time about the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and the difference in food.
Give me 30 seconds of that before we go to break.
unidentified
So, the government's solution for the rising gas prices was to release the oil from their strategic reserve.
This is the reserve that's meant for wartime only for, gosh, when they don't have any other options.
We see shortages with the food.
What's going to happen when food lines are long?
You can't just go open up more food lines if you don't have the food to provide for the people.
The government is not the solution on food shortages, Steve.
They're just not.
steve bannon
Joe, just hang on.
Joe Reek from MyPatriotSupply.
We've got Dr. Malone.
We've got a couple of surprises in Hour 2.

Okay, by the way, tell you how hot it is today.
I had the wrong segment.
It's not the top of the second hour.
We're still in the D-block.
Joe Reek, how do people go, because my phone's blown up even during the break.
They want to know how to get to talk to you guys, how to talk to your consultants out there.
I think it's time for everybody to take a deep breath and get MyPatronSupply.
They're steady eddies out there.
How do people go?
How do they get to the website and how do they talk to you guys?
Because now I think it's time, as I tell people, Go get immersed in information, right?
Just get immersed in information.
We've had Joe on here now for almost a year, so it's time that people, if you haven't gotten the word already, get the word now, because it's, you know, the diesel gas is running out here on the East Coast.
You got the situation, the baby formula.
It's only going to get worse.
How'd they get to you, Joe?

steve bannon
Be self-sufficient.
It's, you know, the producer price index.
We're going to have Navar on tonight and Cortez, I think, tomorrow morning to go through some math.
It's producer price index.
It's only going to get worse.
It's just going to get worse.
Okay, Joe, I really appreciate you and everybody out in my Patreon supply for helping folks out.
Really appreciate it.
Great folks out there, by the way, audience.
unidentified
Be safe.
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
Good people.
Thanks, brother.
Okay, let's go ahead and play.
Let's go down memory lane.
Let's go back to April.
Well, the other one is this Twitter situation.
You know, Twitter, all the snowflakes on Twitter is that, you know, he's a white, heterosexual, South African Nazi, and, you know, he's gonna put Trump back on.
No, you can't have Trump.
You saw, Ari Melber told you what they thought.
Oh, well, you could shadowban people and you could have it if he runs it.
Twitter needs a punch in the face, okay?
We need to play Smash Mouth with the company.
Elon Musk, right now, should pull the offer.
They're not going anywhere.
They don't have a competing offer.
The board didn't sit there and say, hey, you low-balled us.
You're 20, what, 2% or 25%?
20%?
You're below where the stock traded when Getter launched back in July, because we tracked it every day.
And it's down for a couple points.
I think it peaked at 73, roughly.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
This is a discount.
I don't know how you get a fairness opinion if you can't get a premium to where the stock traded.
Here's why you can't.
The management team doesn't have a plan that can deliver any set of revenues and earnings without Trump and the conservatives on there, okay?
This is so obvious.
If we stay off, they can't hit their numbers.
They don't have a business.
Elon Musk, if you want to buy, and by the way, you're getting margin calls like crazy.
He's got no cash.
He doesn't have any cash.
It's all privately held stock.
Or, it's this ephemeral, ladies and gentlemen, his company lost $127.
That was $127 billion back in April.
It's $500 billion today.
Think of how many people got wiped out for this thing on Twitter.
Which, remember, They're lying about what they, they don't have a business and they lie about everything.
This is now going to cause, as I call it, shareholder suits.
How come they haven't really told how many bots they have?
You know, how many phony accounts they have?
How many accounts of theirs up there to torture conservatives?
It's a complete scam, not a business.
It's an information warfare device.
Okay?
I've never been on Twitter.
All those accounts of mine up there are all phony accounts.
By the way, which they won't take down.
They use your name and say all this crazy stuff.
And then people say, look at Steve Bannon saying it on Twitter.
I say, whoa, not me.
Not me.
They won't take it.
But they won't take them down.
It's a complete scam.
They're all scumbags over there.
Snowflakes and scumbags.
And I'm just loving this so much.
Loving it.
Because now they're all going to get sued.
They're all going to get fired.
Someone will go to jail.
They've been lying about the numbers.
All you folks been buying this stock, all you guys have bought the stock and buying the stock at 70 bucks a share back last year.
You think you're going to have anything, you think the strike lawyer is going to have anything to say about that?
Well, hang on a second.
You publicly reported the numbers that were reported that all these were bots and just phony?
You kept saying how many active users you had and how many active posts?
It's a scam.
And him saying, hey, I'm just taking temporary, I'm temporarily putting on hold because of the thing with the bots that was in the filing that Reuters reported.
That is the equivalent of saying, I want to spend more time with my family.
Right?
That's that's what it is.
The Twitter thing is a joke, and I said this, and of course I got blown up by Conservative Inc.
You know, these people who don't really think, understand how the world works.
Okay?
There's a lot of voices out there that are just, don't understand how the world works.
And in a time of crisis, you ought to be listening to or giving yourself access to information that comes from people that, wait for it, understand how the world works.
So this Twitter situation, and everybody's sitting there running, all the guys ran back to the first day.
I think it's going to be a little while before Elon Musk owns Twitter, since Tesla, where all his net worth was, is down, was it $400 billion?
$500 billion?
When the market cap combined of General Motors and Ford, I think, is a combination of roughly $100 billion?
And his company has just lost in market cap $500 billion?
Okay, now we got the 90 second break.
Second hour of War Room, going to be on fire.
Export Selection
